The research aims to explain the importance of financial indicators derived from the statement of cash flows that banks prepare to identify the actual and real reality of the bank’s liquidity and the extent of its ability to fulfill its obligations from internal sources without resorting to external sources such as borrowing and the like. Financial indicators derived according to the accrual basis and represented by liquidity and profitability indicators are important financial analysis tools that provide detailed information about the sources and uses of funds. This information cannot be obtained if the financial indicators derived from the income and financial position statements only, which are prepared on the accrual basis, and banks used them previously, because that basis alone is not sufficient to provide comprehensive and accurate indicators to evaluate the financial position of the bank, especially when it comes to the ability to repay and thus the ability to continue the activity. Therefore, this research seeks to make a comparison between the results of evaluating liquidity based on the indicators derived from the statement of cash flows with those derived from the income and financial position statements. To determine the dimensions of the difference or correlation between them and the possibility of adopting integration between the two in order to reach more accurate and objective results. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers adopted the descriptive approach as a basis to complete the theoretical side of the research. While to accomplish the practical side, the researchers relied on financial data obtained from the annual financial reports of a sample consisting of five commercial banks listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange for a period of ten years from (2013-2022). Which was used to calculate liquidity indicators based on the accrual basis on the one hand and the cash basis on the other hand, as they were analyzed in a way that achieves the objectives of the research and helps in testing its hypotheses. The research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that there are no indicators specific to a specific list that can be considered ideal and comprehensive for all purposes of analyzing and evaluating banking liquidity, which consequently imposes a commitment to joint integration of all indicators derived from the financial statements, regardless of the accounting bases used in their preparation. The research recommended the necessity of using indicators. The financial indicators derived from the statement of cash flows, in addition to the financial indicators derived from the financial statements prepared on an accrual basis, to evaluate the liquidity of the banks in the research sample, in a way that the results of the analysis complement each other.

Methicillin-resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) can harm to public health as they can cause widespread food poisoning and resistance to multiple antibiotics. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the percentage of S. aureus and MRSA among meat and butcher shop tools, utensils, and workers' hands by detecting the presence of the nuc and mecA genes in S. aureus and MRSA isolates, respectively using PCR technique in Mosul city. In this study, we randomly selected 300 samples from meat and various butcher shop surfaces in Mosul city between September 2021 and January 2022. The findings confirmed that S. aureus carried the nuc gene in meat 64% and other samples, ranging from 36% in machines to 82% in knives. Additionally, out of 178 positive S. aureus isolates in this study, 94 samples showed a positive mecA gene for S. aureus. Significant differences were observed among the meat and various utensils of butcher shops. The meat had a higher prevalence of methicillin-resistant S. aureus isolates reach 75% more than the other tools and utensils (machines 38.9%, tables 36.7%, worker hands 38.5%). Further research is necessary to evaluate the existence of enterotoxin genes in Staphylococcus aureus of different meat products.

Foreign direct investment is considered one of the most important sources of capital flows. It is also considered one of the basic pillars that enable the investment of the country’s human and natural resources. Foreign investment can play an important role in this process, as it is intended to use the investor’s surplus funds in investment tools and opportunities available in the markets. Foreign investments outside the borders of the resident investor’s country. These investments differ from local investments in terms of the nature of the investment instruments used, the currencies traded, and the degree of risks to which the investor is exposed. This study aims to measure the impact of foreign direct investment on exports for the period (1990 - 2020) in developing countries using a sample of middle-income developing countries. The results showed that at the level of middle-income countries, there was a direct relationship between inward foreign direct investment and exports, with a ratio of (0.218), while outward foreign direct investment had a direct relationship with exports, with a ratio of (0.232). The study suggested directing foreign investments towards export industries, especially industries that can replace imports, with the aim of improving the balance of payments. It also recommends directing investments away from local investments to avoid competition with local investments. The study suggests diversifying foreign investments into various industrial, agricultural, and service sectors, and getting rid of investments linked to one sector, such as oil. We should also benefit from modern technology accompanying these investments and partnering with local investment sectors to gain skills and stimulate them. In this way, the impact of foreign investments in improving the country’s economic structure and achieving Long-term benefits at the economic level. It will also contribute to developing local industries and increasing the competitiveness of the national economy in global markets.

الخلاصة : يتناول البحث دراسة التضاد في الشعر من خلال دراسة صوره في مجموعات حامد الراوي ( مئذنة الماء – سماء صغيرة – هوامش كحل – ارشيف الغوايات ) , إذ قاربت الباحثة مفهوم التضاد , وأشارت إلى كيفية تجليه في شعر الراوي , والوقوف على بنياته والياته فقد وقفت عند التضاد بواسطة رصد الظاهرة والتحليل لها من خلال الثنائيات الضدية الأكثر بروزاً , وفهمها وكشف خباياها التي تتجاوز المألوف من البنية السطحية غلى البنية العميقة .

Foodborne pathogens bacteria can cause various diseases and death worldwide. Escherichia coli is the most crucial microorganism transmitted through meat and its products. Pathogenic E. coli is one of the major groups that can produce the Stx1 and Stx2 toxins. The present study aims to isolate and identify the E. coli bacteria using the classical methods, and to detect the specific-species uidA gene, and Stx1 and Stx2 genes using the PCR assay. Five hundred four samples were collected randomly from meats and different parts of a butcher shops from various regions of the right and the left sides of Mosul city. The results found that the prevalence rate of E. coli in this study was 27.4% (138/504). Additionally, the prevalence rate of E. coli was higher in meat, 41.7% (35/84). At the same time, the prevalence rate of E. coli was lower in hook 16.7% (14/84). Additionally, the prevalence rate of E. coli in meats and butcher shops on the right and left sides of Mosul city was 31.9% (65/204) and 24.3% (73/300), respectively. Furthermore, all E. coli isolates possessed the specific species uidA gene. 30/138 (21.7%) of E. coli isolates possess the Stx1 gene, while 17/138 (12.3%) of E. coli isolates have the Stx2 gene. Finally, most E. coli isolates possessed the Stx1 and Stx2 genes 91/138 (66%).

The productive and banking institutions seek to exert all possible efforts to develop their competitive capabilities by meeting the basic needs of their customers in a way that achieves the best possible allocation of their available resources and maximizes the present value of their future profit flows. The research aims to achieve the foregoing by strengthening all the elements related to developing the capabilities of decision-makers and the skills of the workforce, developing and stabilizing the organization's relations with suppliers, and consolidating its position within the added value chains locally and internationally. In view of the continuous interest in employing operations research methods in decision-making and enhancing the performance of business sectors in the world, the scientific addition to this research was characterized by clarifying the need to present the most prominent opportunities and challenges associated with the use of these methods in productive and banking institutions in Iraq. The theoretical side of the study included the presentation of concepts related to evaluating the economic performance of companies and some models of operations research and the historical development of their use in decision-making. The applied side included evaluating the economic performance of Iraqi companies and diagnosing its development opportunities using some operations research models through the use of some performance indicators for a sample of six companies listed within the Iraq Stock Exchange divided into two companies from each of three sectors, which are banks, services and industry to diagnose the reality of its performance with the presentation of some applicable models in it, , in addition to a statement the most prominent challenges that may face the efforts of those who seek to implement it in order to determine the requirements necessary to employ it in practice and in a manner that achieves the interests of all relevant parties such as, including shareholders, lenders, banking institutions, consumers, workers and suppliers. The results of the study showed the possibility of developing capabilities to use operations research models in evaluating the performance of Iraqi companies and enhancing the requirements of sustainable development in the knowledge economy.

يشكل مفهوم الشورى الاساس الهام في عملية ادارة شؤون المجتمع ويعد ركيزة شرعية اساسية في عملية بناء الدولة ، وعليه لابد لهذا المفهوم ان يأخذ طريقة الى التطبيق وفق مقاصده الاساسية التي ارادها الشارع المقدس ، ويتجسد ذلك من خلال المصاديق الحقيقية التي من خلالها تشعر الامة انها في الطريق الصحيح لتطبيق مايريده الله (سبحانه وتعالى)، لذلك كان لزماً علينا ومن خلال هذا البحث بيان الاسس التطبيقية التي اعتمدت من قبل الرسول الكريم (صلى الله علية واله وسلم) في عملية ادارة شؤون المجتمع الاسلامي ليكون ذلك الامر منهاج عمل واقعي تسير عليه الامة بعد الرسول الكريم ، وهذا ماحصل بالفعل وان اختلفت المقاصد وتداخلت الاغراض الدنيوية في ذلك ، الا ان الشورى حضرت في جميع مراحل تشكل الدولة الاسلامية حتى بعد ان اصبحت ادارة الدولة ملك عضون ينتقل من الاباء الى الابناء ، فان شرعية الحكم تستمد من تطبيق هذا المفهوم فاصبحت الشورى وعلى مر الازمنة حاضر في كل عملية انتقال للسلطة ، ولابد لنا من التأكيد ان الشورى هي العمود الاساسي الذي ترتكز عليه الدولة وفي مختلف عصور تشكلها.

This study aims to an optimal dose of the superplasticizer (B-V-F) with the optimal replacement ratio of the Rice Husk Ash (RHA) and with ordinary Portland cement (OPC) and compares their results. This study generated RHA by burning rice husk in an appropriate iron container for about 24 hours. To improve pozzolanic activity, RHA was ground in a flour mill. The chemical composition and physical properties of RHA were studied. The experimental program consists of seven groups of concrete mixes with different doses of superplasticizer and replacement percentages of RHA. The first group mix contained four mixtures of OPC with different RHA weight replacements (0, 10%, 15%, and 20%). The second group contains six mixtures with a constant slump (15±3) cm and a water-cement ratio (0.51). The compressive strength of these mixtures was studded and compared with a control mixture (PURE OPC). The sixth group A.1, contains six mixtures with optimal RHA replacement (10%) of OPC with a constant slump of 23 cm, and different plasticizing doses were applied. The result shows that the optimum replacement of RHA was 10% which increased concrete compressive strength by about 32%. The optimal dose of superplasticizer with optimal RHA replacement (10%) was 15 L/m3 which increased compressive strength by about 76%.

In this research paper, we focus on designing and developing a fully automated gene regulation from cancerous cell heterogeneity using advanced machine learning techniques. There are several modern technologies developed to make DNA sequencing easier and cheaper. Among them, gene regulation produces the longest read sequences and the lengths of the reads are growing day by day. Machine learning technique like Support Vector Machine (SVM) is developed to align these gene sequences. Every technique faced some challenges, but facing the desired challenges introduce some new challenges on the other side. So, no one tool is perfect for every work. The SVM technique is a new aligner tool that does a tradeoff and performs better from different aspects. For the model with the best generator loss, an average maximum validation accuracy of 91.29% was achieved. The gene regulation with SVM is like a mini-map that takes a few times more memory to index the whole genome of a reference sequence. The single-cell data are the main target of SVM. It is shown that it would help the SVM and similar techniques to align better with long insertions and deletions of single-cell gene regulation. Single-cell data is run against the well-known reference sequence and a randomly generated synthetic reference.

The research community was represented by the eighth-grade students in the Rozak Elementary Mixed School affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Erbil / the center, for the academic year (2021-2022), the number is (96) students, and the research sample consisted of (63) male and female students, with (31) in the experimental group, and (32) in the control group, and (11) students were excluded by (5) students from the experimental group, and (6) students from the control group, as the excluded, are students who failed and were absent from the lessons, and accordingly, the research sample became composed of (52) male and female students, by (26) male and (26) female students, and to collect information, an achievement test was built for the subject the date, And then it was applied after the availability of scientific conditions in it, and the data were processed statistically using the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, coefficient of difficulty of objective items, coefficient of ease of objective items, discriminatory power of objective items, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman-Brown equation, Guttmann coefficient, The post-test for two independent samples, and the researcher concluded the following: - The students of the experimental group, which is taught according to the strategy of dramatizing characters, excelled in the achievement test of history over the students of the control group, which is taught according to the method used in teaching

تكمن المشكلة في أداء الضربتين الأرضيتين بحركة من مفاصل الأطراف العليا فقط وأحيانا تدوير بسيط في الجذع مما يجعل أداء لاعبينا غير فعال لعدم استثمار نقل القوى بين أجزاء الجسم كافة مما يوجب التمرن عليها بأداء مرن لمعالجة هذا الضعف,وتهدف الدراسة لاستثمار نقل القوى بمرونة ثابتة ومتحركة ومعرفة تأثيرها على بعض متغيرات الضربتين الأرضيتين , وبفرضية أن لنقل القوى أثر ذا دلالة إحصائية على بعض متغيرات الضربتين الأرضيتين في التنس الأرضي بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي, واعتمد المنهج التجريبي للدراسة بتصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة وعلى عينه من (8) طلاب, أما الإجراءات الميدانية فكانت بإجراء الاختبار القبلي يوم الخميس 21/10/2010 في الساعة 10:30 لوجود فراغ في جدول طلاب المنتخب الذين هم من المرحلة الرابعة فقط على الملعب الخارجي للتنس الأرض بكلية التربية الرياضية-جامعة الانبار,وتم تنفيذ تمارين خاصة لنقل القوى على مدى تسعة أسابيع وبواقع وحدتين في الأسبوع ,كما تم إجراء الاختبار ألبعدي يوم الأحد 26/12/2010 وعلى ذات الملعب وبظروف مماثلة لإجراء الاختبار القبلي, ليستنتج بأن نقل القوى يطور بعض متغيرات الضربتين الأرضيتين وخاصة قوة الضربة وسرعتها, ويوصي الباحث بالتأكيد على نقل القوى بتمارين خاصة للضربتين الأرضيتين وباقي مهارات التنس الأرضي وللألعاب الأخرى

Neural stem cells (NSCs) are progenitor cells which have the ability to self‑renewal and potential for differentiating into neurons, oligodendrocytes, and astrocytes. The in vitro isolation, culturing, identification, cryopreservation were investigated to produce neural stem cells in culture as successful sources for further studies before using it for clinical trials. In this study, mouse bone marrow was the source of neural stem cells. The results of morphological study and immunocytochemistry of isolated cells showed that NSCs can be produced successfully and maintaining their self‑renewal and successfully forming neurosphere for multiple passages. The spheres preserved their morphology in culture and cryopreserved to be a ready source for use in experiments as a model for neurological disorders.

It is becoming increasingly popular to manage agricultural wastes in an environmentally friendly manner and to take advantage of this waste by manufacturing a product with good properties and a high carbon percentage and then using it as a substitute for a variety of materials and fillers in several industrial and environmental applications. This process has become increasingly popular as awareness of environmental issues has grown. This study aimed to characterize and evaluate the amount of carbon that was present in the sample. The physicochemical characteristics of biochars produced from sesbania stems that were pyrolyzed at a temperature of 400 degrees Celsius for a period of 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 hours. The characterizations of biochar produced from sesbania are done by Energy dispersive spectrometer and Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy. It was found that as the pyrolysis residence time grew, the yield of biochar and the functional groups decreased, however, the amount of fixed carbon content increased, and all these effects contribute to the volatile matters that are present in the material. SSB is going to be an invaluable resource for applications in which high carbon content is required, as well as for use as a filler in a variety of composites.

In this paper, the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is solved through the use of some approximation techniques where the results of the previous work showed some defects in solving the problem to obtain an optimal or close to optimal solution,so the use of hybrid algorithms to solve some results from the use of intuitive and exact algorithms. A hybrid algorithm has been proposed that combines the characteristics of the firefly algorithm (FA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to obtain an algorithm that works effectively in overcoming some of the problems resulting from the use of each algorithm separately. Then using an improvement factor to improve each solution within the resulting community and to obtain solutions with a high diversity. The efficiency of the proposed method was measured by solving some standard problems TSP, and the results showed a high convergence of the algorithm towards the known optimal solution for each problem by solving 13 standard problems.

This narrative review aims to understand these issues from a pharmacological standpoint, as well as the pandemic's impact on forensic medicine. Research and review articles included in this review were selected through an extensive search of databases such as PubMed and the use of appropriate keywords e.g. “substance use disorder” and “COVID-19”. Due to a weakened immune system and degeneration of the respiratory system's defense systems, SUDs have been shown to increase the risk of COVID-19 infection. Furthermore, some substances raise pro-inflammatory mediators, exposing the body to a cytokine storm. SUD frequently causes secondary comorbidities, such as the liver, lung and cardiovascular disease, complicating the treatment of COVID-19 infections. Some misused substances can compromise the treatment's effectiveness or safety. This study also looked at the effects of the pandemic on forensic medicine. It underlines the importance of developing safe forensic examination procedures and methodologies during pandemics. The use of narcotic substances was documented as one of the reasons for the increase in the frequency of COVID-19 and the severity of its repercussions.

This study investigates the difference in the effect of magnetized water on accelerating the transport of nutrients in sandy soils and on their absorption by citrus fruits [1]. The response of the fruits to irrigation with magnetized water was estimated for three successive seasons. The results showed the effect of magnetized water on the mobility of nutrients in the root zone, which differed significantly from the element to another according to the element's ability to be magnetized . The increase in the extraction of elements from the soil as a result of magnetization was the highest possible for iron, iron extraction reached 9 times the amount of extraction in the normal case from one piece of land . Zinc increased 5 times [2], phosphorous increased 3 times and the increase in manganese was only 80%.In any case, the leaves content of manganese showed the maximum increase of this element and zinc came after it in the second place, while the content of iron in the leaves was the lowest . The leaf content of phosphorous was tripled, and for potassium the increase was significant, while for nitrogen it was not affected by magnetized water . The amount of fruits reached its maximum when the water moved to a distance of 600 meters after the magnetization device on the other hand, the magnetization device stopped causing significant changes on the water that travels for a distance of more than 700 meters [3].

Previous studies have resulted in many different countries and geographical regions in weather, terrain and activity The industrial sector to verify the extent to which the countries of the year benefit from recycling waste (1), The most important benefit is to reduce the volume and quantity The accumulated waste in the landfills that narrowed it down, which poses a threat to health and the environment, in addition to harming human senses and making use of basic materials suitable for industry, was doomed to be lost without benefit, with some remaining, such as glass and aluminum For long periods without decomposing or turning into part of the soil . And avoid the disposal of some of them, such as car oils And old tires in ways that lead to environmental pollution . What encourages countries to recycle some wastes such as glass, aluminum(2), wood and tires is that they are economically viable operations to the extent that many private companies compete in recycling them with the aim of profit due to the cost, energy and manufacturing requirements they provide without the need for huge capital or government support. By examining the possibility of applying waste recycling in the city of Diwaniyah to reduce the amount and volume of waste in it, it was not hidden from the economic feasibility of recycling wood waste, aluminum, glass, car oils and old tires even on a small scale, and that recycling operations will inevitably lead to a good economic recovery without the need for the state to bear a part of costs . As for household waste from aluminum cans and glass bottles(3), it needs recycling centers to collect, sort and prepare materials extracted from waste for recycling factories, and it also requires an expansion in the manufacturing process . This is also economically feasible, but it needs support from the state, local government, social institutions, and acceptance from the people. .In the case of matter, since it has a law that preserves it, it is transformed from materials that people benefit from and benefit from, even if he consumes them, they turn into waste or other chemical forms that are useless . However, if a person realizes the composition of waste, he will be able to recover the useful from it and use it again . Thus, this study provides results for the extent to which the city benefits from recycling industrial waste . The study focuses on recycled waste; Like: -Wood : wood and sawdust waste from carpentry shops and furniture factories • -Aluminum : aluminum waste from door and window workshops • -Oils : used car oils • -Tires : old tires • -Glass : leftover glass from glass shops, etc(4) • The research answers some questions; Including : What are the quantities of this industrial waste in the city of Diwaniyah? What is the method that is currently being disposed of? Is there really a benefit from recycling waste? • Is the process of recycling economically viable(3); Or does the state bear part of its costs? Can the recycling process be applied in the city of Diwaniyah to reduce? the amount and volume of waste there, or not The research begins with a presentation of the problem of the accumulated waste from industrial activity and then turns to a presentation of ways to dispose of waste that accumulates very quickly in contemporary society . The research also presents details of a specific waste recycling process, namely wood, aluminum, and car waste from oils, tires, and glass . After that, the research deals with discussing the extent of benefiting from waste recycling at the present time, and the economic feasibility of recycling, including the entities funding the recycling process . The report concludes by addressing the issue of the possibility of applying the recycling process in the city of Diwaniyah to reduce the amount and volume of waste(5).

This research was carried out in the Research Center of the Faculty of Agriculture in Al-Muslimiya, 240 hybrid Babcock B300 female laying hens were randomly distributed since the first day of the experiment into four independent groups. هدف البحث الى معرفة ((واقع استخدام التعليم المدمج في تدريس مادة الرياضيات واتجاهات طلبة الجامعة التقنية الوسطى نحوه)) : ولتطبيق الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الجامعة التقنية الوسطى/ معهد التكنولوجيا وتم اعداد اداة الدراسة والمتمثلة باستبانة اشتملت على (42) فقرة موزعة في ثلاثة محاور وهي:( مدى استخدام التعليم المدمج ، المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام التعليم المدمج، اتجاهات الطلبة لاستخدام التعليم المدمج) حيث اظهرت النتائج ان مدى استخدام التعليم المدمج من قبل الطلبة جاءت بشكل عام مقبولة اذ بلغ الوسط المرجح العام (2.55) وبلغ الوسط المرجح العام لمحور المعوقات التي تمنع استخدام التعليم المدمج في تدريس الرياضيات (2.108) مما يدل على وجود بعض المعوقات التي تعيق استخدامه اما اتجاهات الطلبة لاستخدام التعليم المدمج بشكل عام كانت جيدة اذ بلغ الوسط المرجح العام(2.656) وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Crime is considered as an unlawful activity of all kinds and it is punished by law. Crimes have an impact on a society's quality of life and economic development. With a large rise in crime globally, there is a necessity to analyze crime data to bring down the rate of crime. This encourages the police and people to occupy the required measures and more effectively restricting the crimes. The purpose of this research is to develop predictive models that can aid in crime pattern analysis and thus support the Boston department's crime prevention efforts. The geographical location factor has been adopted in our model, and this is due to its being an influential factor in several situations, whether it is traveling to a specific area or living in it to assist people in recognizing between a secured and an unsecured environment. Geo-location, combined with new approaches and techniques, can be extremely useful in crime investigation. The aim is focused on comparative study between three supervised learning algorithms. Where learning used data sets to train and test it to get desired results on them. Various machine learning algorithms on the dataset of Boston city crime are Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes and Logistic Regression classifiers have been used here to predict the type of crime that happens in the area. The outputs of these methods are compared to each other to find the one model best fits this type of data with the best performance. From the results obtained, the Decision Tree demonstrated the highest result compared to Naïve Bayes and Logistic Regression.

Urinary tract infection is the second-largest infection, especially in elderly people, and the increasing use of antibiotics has led to the emergence and development of resistance in isolated and other bacteria in this study Fifty urine samples from elderly patients with urinary tract infections were collected from both sexes in Mosul city. Twenty-six bacterial isolates were isolated and diagnosed by ordinary bacteriological tests. The isolates were related to the species. Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Proteus mirabilis. After isolation, their resistance to 14 selected antimicrobial agents was tested by the disk diffusion method. The presence of β-lactamases, in general, was detected by acidimetric method, the detection of extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) was performed by double disk method, while the detection of AmpC β-lactamases was performed by cefoxitin resistance method. The isolates showed clear resistance to β-lactam antibiotics ranged (50%--92.3%),and to ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, sulfamethoxazole, streptomycin, rifampin with rates; (53.8%),(57.7%), (61.5%), (80.8%), (88.5%), respectively, while they showed reduced resistance to amikacin (15.4%). β-lactamases in general were detected in (96.1%) of the isolates, while (19.2%) of them gave a positive result for the detection of (ESBLs). AmpC β-lactamases were detected in (69.2%) of the isolates as they showed a clear resistance to cefoxitin which indicates that they are potential producers of these enzymes.

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة علاقتي الارتباط والتأثير بين استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق والديمومة التنظيمية في شركة آسيا سيل للاتصالات المتنقلة في محافظة الأنبار، إذ تبلورت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي الآتي: ما العلاقة بين استراتيجية المحيط الازرق والديمومة التنظيمية في شركة آسيا سيل المبحوثة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في الشركة والبالغ عددهم (100) وكانت العينة قصدية بواقع (29) موظفا. وقد استخدم الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما استخدمتا الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، ولجأتا إلى استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS25) لاستخراج نتائج الارتباط والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث، وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود علاقتي ارتباط وتأثير معنويتين بما يشير إلى أن زيادة ممارسات الشركة لاستراتيجية المحيط الازرق يسهم في بقائها في سوق صناعتها وبعيدا عن المنافسين.

The study recommends that the Iraqi government provide an encouraging environment for the growth of the participatory economy in its various activities, by building a supportive technological infrastructure to overcome the problems of Internet reluctance and communication obstacles, especially since the participatory economy is based on digital technologies. Regulatory frameworks must also be developed for companies operating in the participatory economy. in Iraq to organize its work.

تناول البحث دراسة النظام القانوني لوثيقة التأمين العائمة, وذلك من خلال الحديث عن ماهية وثيقة التأمين العائمة, ببيان تعريفها في القانون والفقه كليهما, ومن ثمَّ بيان الطبيعة القانونية لهذه الوثيقة فيما إذا كانت بمثابة عقد تأمين نهائي أو وعدٍ بالعقد أو عقدٍ معلقٍ على شرط, وتحديد الأحكام القانونية التي تنطبق على هذه الوثيقة والتي يتم التعامل بها في مجال النقل البحري, وقد اختتمت الدراسة بخاتمة تم فيها بيان أهم ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج وتوصيات.

In this study, pure SnO2 Nanoparticles doped with Cu were synthesized by a chemical precipitation method. Using SnCl2.2H2O, CuCl2.2H2O as raw materials, the materials were annealed at 550°C for 3 hours in order to improve crystallization. The XRD results showed that the samples crystallized in the tetragonal rutile type SnO2 stage. As the average SnO2 crystal size is pure 9nm and varies with the change of Cu doping (0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%),( 8.35, 8.36, 8.67, 9 ,7, 8.86)nm respectively an increase in crystal size to 2.5% decreases at this rate and that the crystal of SnO2 does not change with the introduction of Cu, and SEM results of the pure and doped confirmed that the particle size is within the range (25-56)nm within the nanosize. UV-Vis studies of reflection spectroscopy revealed that energy of band gap increased with increasing doping ratios (4.33,4.18 ,4.21, 4.21 4.23,4.35) ev For pure and doped with Cu (0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%) respectively. Results of AFM show roughness rate, SPM and grain size of pure samples doped with Cu where the roughness rate of SnO2 is (3.04, 25,27,16,41.8,23.6,25.2) nm and average diameter is (98.9, 72.56 ,92.91, 88.38, 76.79, 70.94, 71.21) nm for pure and doped with Copper (0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%) respectively.

يستهدف البحث الحالي: معرفة الدافع الدراسي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من مستخدمي الالعاب الالكترونية. معرفة دلالة الفروق في الدافع الدراسي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من مستخدمي الالعاب الالكترونية تبعاً للجنس (ذكور – إناث). وتحقيقاً لذلك فقد قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس الدافع الدراسي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من مستخدمي الالعاب الالكترونية وفقا لنظرية الدافع (برينيسكي). وبعد التحقق من دقة الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس البحث وفقراته، طبق مقياس البحث على عينة البحث، والبالغة (200) تلميذ وتلميذة من مستخدمي الالعاب الالكترونية، وحللت البيانات باستعمال الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS) ( وأظهرت النتائج ما يأتي: اولاً: ضعف الدافع الدراسي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من مستخدمي الالعاب الالكترونية. ثانياً: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بالدافع الدراسي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من مستخدمي الالعاب الالكترونية على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور– أناث).

The Research resumes the growth of Iraqi population between (1947-2018) and the consequences resulted in growth average and the influence of fertility. This influence was represented in a number of demographic and population changes such as death levels fluctuate for infants under five as well as maternal mortality during pregnancy, Knowing the levels of using family planning methods for Iraqi women, the effect of high population growth in the sectors of education and health and the interrelationship between them.The Research concluded a set of outcomes, the most important of which is that the size of the population in Iraq doubles once every twenty years: annual rate of (2.58) % in (2018) as well as a low fertility rate of 3.9 live births.At the level of the education sector, it was found that the size of pupils in primary education is growing (4.3) % compared to the number of primary schools, which increased (3.4) % between (1997-2017).The Research showed a decrease in the number of health institutions compared to the growth of population. The percentage of increase in public hospitals reached (3.2) %, while the growth rate population was (5.3) in (1977-2016)

The current study conducted to detect the genetic diversity between four genetic groups of Kurdish local chicken using RAPD-PCR technique. Ten random markers used to amplified DNA were selected for genotyping the four lines. One hundred twenty four polymorphic bands were amplified, the bands size ranged between (2500 and 100 bp). The primer (OPA-05, OPA-18) produced maximum number of polymorphic bands, while primers named (OPA-16) produced minimum number of polymorphic bands. The (WNFS) genetic group showed the highest number of amplified fragments (55) for both male and female (30), (25) respectively. While (BBN) genetic group showed the lowest number of amplified fragments (20) for both male and female (7), (13) respectively. According to the results obtained from the current study, it can be conclude that the four genetic groups differ genetically. Moreover the results will help the breeders to study new selection strategies between the four genetic groups.

At the present time, everyone is interested in dealing with images in different fields such as geographic maps, medical images, images obtaining by Camera, microscope, telescope, agricultural field photos, paintings, industrial parts drawings, space photos, etc. Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) is an efficient retrieval of relevant images from databases based on features extracted from the image. Follow the proposed system for retrieving images related to a query image from a large set of images, based approach to extract the texture features present in the image using statistical methods (PCA, MAD, GLCM, and Fusion) after pre-processing of images. The proposed system was trained using 1D CNN using a dataset Corel10k which widely used for experimental evaluation of CBIR performance the results of proposed system shows that the highest accuracy is 97.5% using Fusion (PCA, MAD), where the accuracy is 95% using MAD, 90% using PCA. The performance result is acceptable compared to previous work.

يتميز القرآن الكريم بالدقة في اختيار الكلمة، والدقة في اختيار موضعها، فإن قدم كلمة على أخرى فلحكمة لغوية وبلاغية تليق بالسياق العام . وهذه الدراسة إنما تعنى بشخصيتين من علماء المسلمين، الزمخشري والسامرائي، فقد نهج الزمخشري في تفسيره نهجاً جديداً في البلاغة والتفسير البياني حتى اصبح مجدداً .. والدكتور فاضل صالح السامرائي ،من علماء العراق الذي تصدى للتفسير البياني في هذا الزمان ،فاصبح من العلماء المجددين في تفسير القران الكريم . فقد تأثر السامرائي بالزمخشري فجمع كل الوسائل والأدوات والعلوم والمعارف التي لا بد منها للمفسر، فأخرج للناس هذا المؤلفات العظيمة، وعلى راسها التعبير القرآني، الذي يعد المصدر في اسلوب التعبير القرآني. ومن هذا الباب ، كتبنا عن: ( التجديد عند الامام الزمخشري واثره في العلماء المعاصرين الدكتور فاضل صالح السامرائي نموذجاً) ، مقتصراً على تجديده واثره في السامرائي ،ولطالما استوقفنا الإمام الزمخشري ،لما يحمله من موسوعة علمية ونخص منها الجانب البلاغي في التفسير القرآني. وقد قسمنا البحث على ثلاثة مباحث، تسبقهما مقدمة وتتبعها خاتمة، فكانوا على النحو الآتي: المبحث الاول : نبذة مختصرة عن حياة الزمخشري، ،وأما المبحث الثاني فسميناه : مفهوم التجديد وفق القواعد والضوابط. ،وأما المبحث الثالث فكان بعنوان : التجديد عند الزمخشري واثره في الدكتور فاضل صالح السامرائي.

هدف البحث إلى تعرّف مستوى رضا معلمي لواء بني كنانة عن إدارة وزارة التربية والتعليم للتعلم الإلكتروني في الأردن، والفروق الّتي تُعزى لمتغيّرات الجنس والمَرحلة التعليمية وسنَوات الخبرة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المَسحي. ولتحقيق أغراض البحث تم بناء استبانة تكونت بصورتها النّهائية من (10) فقرات، وتم تطبيقها على (45) فردا من معلمي مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء بني كنانة، اربد، الأردن، خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2021/ 2022. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن مستوى رضا معلمي لواء بني كنانة عن إدارة وزارة التربية والتعليم للتعلم الإلكتروني في الأردن جاءَ بدرجة متَوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمرحَلة التعليمية وسَنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم الخروج بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

أن مرحلة الطفولة من المراحل الحرجة لأهميتها في تكوين شخصية الانسان فيما بعد حيث الطفل يتأثر بما تحويه المؤثرات البيئية التي تصله من الاعلام بمختلف وسائله ومايكتسبه الطفل في الصغر من مفاهيم وعادات ضارة من الصعب تغييرها مستقبلاً وهو مايثير مسؤولية الاعلام الضار بما يبثه من مضامين متدنية في ظل غياب نصوص قانونية تحدد مسؤوليته بشكل يسهل الرجوع اليها ، وكذلك تحديد مسؤولية الاشخاص الطبيعية والمعنوية على حد سواء وبشكل يتناسب مع التطورات التقنية والعلمية التي وصلتها وسائل الاعلام، وينقل الاعلام الضارثقافات وعادات الشعوب المختلفة والتي لاتتناسب مع المجمتع عموماَ وتصيب أطفاله بالازدواجية خصوصاً، لأنه يصل الجميع في كل مكان وعلى حد سواء في البيت أو الوظيفة أوالشارع ويترك أثره السلبي واضحاً على متلقيه بمختلف وسائله المرئية وغير المرئية بالتشجيع على العنف ومشاهد الاسفاف بأتباع اسلوب ممتع ومشوق

عُرفت خديجة الحديثي بحبها لعلم اللغة العربية فكانت ظاهرة متميزة وجادة في العلم والثقافة العربية، ولدت في محافظة البصرة حاضرة من الحواضر العريقة والمهمة في تاريخ النحو العربي وواحدة من مراكز الحركة الفكرية والعلمية، ظهرت فيها مدرسة البصرة النحوية ، وبتشجيع من أسرتها التي ايقنت ان المرأة قادرة على المساهمة في الإبداع والبحث العلمي حالها حال الرجل ولَم تخلق للبيت فقط،أكملت خديجة الحديثي دراستها في جامعة بغداد، وحصلت على درجة الماجستير والدكتوراه من جامعة القاهرة. تأثرت خديجة اثناء دراستها بأجواء البصرة التاريخية، لذلك اختارت في دراستها العالم اللغوي سيبويه الذي عاش في البصرة ووضع أسس مدرستها النحوية. درَّست علوم النحو والصرف في الجامعات المحلية والعربية، كتبت اكثر من ثلاثة وعشرين بحثاً ، وناقشت وأشرفت على العديد من الرسائل والاطاريح الجامعية، حققت نخبة من اهم كتب التراث العربي واللغوي، فاصبحت حياتها حافلة بالمؤلفات والانجازات الاكاديمية والمعرفية في علوم اللغة العربية. تعد خديجة الحديثي مدرسة مهمة في النحو وهي بحق بنت امام النحاة سيبويه، درست وأفنت عمرها لتقدم لنا سيبـــــــــويه، وفتحت الأبواب لدخول محـــــــــرابه بعـــــــد ان كانت مؤصدة، فقدمت صورة واضحة للتعليل النحوي منذ نشأته إلى نضوجه واستقراره في أغلب المؤلفات النحوية لسيبويه فأصبحت عطاء حافز للابداعات العلمية ومسيرة من العمل الاكاديمي الدوؤب.

الهدف: دراسة المضاعفات القريبة لسحب الوريد الصافن الكبير، وتحديد الطرق والتقنيات التي تحد أو تقلل من حدوث هذه الاختلاطات. الطرق والمواد: دراسة تقدمية شملت 94 مريضا، أجري لهم سحب الوريد الصافن الكبير (أحادي الجانب)، تم تحديد المضاعفات القريبة التي حدثت لديهم، حيث تمت متابعتهم بعد الجراحة مباشرة ولمدة شهر من العمل الجراحي. النتائج: شملت عينة البحث 94 مريضا، كانت نسبة الإناث (69.1%) وكانت نسبة الذكور (30.1%)، حيث نسبة الإناث إلى الذكور (2.2:1)، حدثت مضاعفات صغرى عند 20 مريضا بنسبة (21.2%)، شملت الورم الدموي (7.4%)، الإنتان (13.8%)، أذية العصب الصافن (6.3%)، النز اللمفي (3.1%). حدث حالة واحدة لخثار وريدي عميق بنسبة (1%)، كمضاعفة كبرى. الخلاصة: ترتبط عملية سحب الوريد الصافن الكبير بنسبة مهمة من المضاعفات الصغرى، المضاعفات الكبرى نادرة الحدوث لكنها خطيرة.

The study period carried out from 25 April 2018 till 21 May 2019 through the rearing and production period including totally of 24000 birds (20800 females, 3200 males). The number of tested blood samples was 452 divided to 255 samples at the rearing period, 143 samples at the production period and 54 samples of offspring. The results of antibodies titer in the sera of non-vaccinated broiler breeders obtained by ELISA showed the maternal derived antibodies titer for 28 samples at 0-5 week/day of age was 5716±612.7, this titer decreased gradually at 3-1 week/day age till to 1075±234) Then the titer was elevated increasingly after vaccination with both live attenuated and inactivated vaccines and reach to peak 37512±2049.4 at 20-1 week/day age. Whereas the bimodal graduation of antibodies titer showed at production period till to end of study. The mean of maternally antibodies titer in the tested sera of the offspring chicks 0-1 week/day that hatched from parent flocks at 32, 39 and 48 weeks of age was 9012±872.4, 6591±368.1 and 4831±982.7 respectively. Thus, we concluded the repetitive vaccination of broiler breeders flock with live vaccine as well as inactivated vaccine is very necessary in endemic areas and ELISA is a good serological test for following, checking and monitoring of immune status of poultry flocks periodically.

يبقى القرآن الكريم المنهل العظيم الذي يرتوي منه العامة والخاصة، سواء بتلاوته وتدبر معانيه، أو بدراسته والكتابة فيه، وقد أدلى كثر من العلماء والباحثين بدلائهم، كل ضمن تخصصه. ومن هؤلاء الدكتور رفيق يونس المصري، الاقتصادي المعروف (رحمه الله تعالى)، إذ ترك لمسة مميزة في كتابه (التفسير الاقتصادي للقرآن الكريم)، ومع صغر حجم الكتاب إلا أنه تضمن مسائل جديرة بتسليط الضوء عليها ودراستها. وأهمية هذا البحث تتأتى من ثقافة الرجل، فهو اقتصادي مشهور له إسهاماته المعروفة، لذلك فتسليط الضوء على جهوده في تفسير القرآن الكريم لها خصوصيتها التي تضعه في حقل تفرد بها، لذلك مان هذا البحث الموسوم: (جهود الدكتور رفيق يونس المصري في كتابه التفسير الاقتصادي للقرآن الكريم). ولا يعنى هذا البحث بعرض الآراء الاقتصادية للدكتور المصري، وإنما يركز على جهوده في تفسير القرآن الكريم، ومدى أثر معارفه الاقتصادية في هذا التفسير. وما تجدر الإشارة إليه أن حدود هذا البحث هو كتابه (التفسير الاقتصادي للقرآن الكريم)، ولم يخل البحث من بعض الإشارات إلى مؤلفاته الأخرى إن اقتضت الضرورة ذلك. وكان منهجي في البحث أن أذكر أقوال الدكتور رفيق يونس المصري، وتوثيقها من المصادر القرآنية المعتبرة، وفي حال وجود خلاف أو أشير إليه في موضعه، ومن الطبيعي أن البحث ليس إحصائياً، وإنما جرى انتقاء بعض الشواهد في مسائل مختلفة لدراستها. وقد انتظم هذا البحث في ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: التعريف بالدكتور رفيق بونس المصري. المبحث الثاني: منهج المؤلف وموارده. المبحث الثالث: جهوده التفسيرية. الخاتمة التي بينت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات. ثم قائمة المصادر والمراجع.

لم تكن دراسة (طه حسين شوقي) (لأحمد شوقي) دراسة مستقلة بل كانت مقالات متناثرة في كتابين (حافظ وشوقي) و (تقليد وتجديد) ، وقد تحدث طه حسين عن ثقافة شوقي ورأى انها ليست بمستوى شعره ، واستدل على ذلك من خلال تحليله لقصيدة شوقي في (أرسطو طاليس) ، لذلك لم يعط الجانب الفني حقه . كما وازن (طه حسين) بين (حافظ ابراهيم) و(احمد شوقي) واظهر ميلاً واضحاً الى حافظ ربما يعود ذلك لتشابه النشأة لكل منهما، وفي كل مما سبق نلحظ نقداً لاذعاً (لأحمد شوقي) بدءاً من العنوان مثل (شوقي خاتمة شعراء التقليد).

يستهدف البحث الحالي تعرّف اثر أسلوب العلاج العقلاني والانفعالي للعالم Elis في التأهيل النفسي والاجتماعي لمرضى الاكتئاب المراجعين إلى (مستشفى ابن رشد للإمراض النفسية) بغداد , وقد تناولت الباحثة أطاراً نظرياً يشمل كل متغيرات البحث وتحقيقاً للهدف تم بناء مقياس التأهيل النفسي والاجتماعي , وقد اتبعت الباحثة الخطوات العلمية في بناء المقياس، فضلاً عن معرفة مؤشرات صدق وثبات المقياس، وقد تم الاستعانة بعينة التحليل الإحصائي البالغ (150) من مرضى الاكتئاب وقد تم تشخيص حالة واحدة فقط ممن حصلت على أدنى الدرجات تطبيق البرنامج عليها , وكذلك بناء البرنامج العلاجي وفق المشكلات المطروحة بأسلوب العلاج الفردي على عينة البحث , أظهرت النتائج أن البرنامج العلاجي كان فاعلاً في أعادة التأهيل النفسي والاجتماعي للمصابين باضطراب الاكتئاب .
