The article examines the problems of war, peace, dialogue, communication, dialogue of culture, science, knowledge, etc., which are of great importance in the modern system of relations, they are considered from the point of view of philosophy. It is noted that despite the vast opportunities created by science and technology, on the one hand, they contribute to human well-being, facilitate labor, accelerate "time" and the availability of "space", but on the other hand, they create growing contradictions between people, states and societies. . According to the author, in order to find a common way to resolve and explain the various contradictions that are taking place in the world today, it is necessary to refer to these communicative concepts. The study also provides a theoretical overview of Azerbaijan's strategy in the field of security, peace, dialogue and communication. Purpose: To show the philosophical and practical relevance of paradigms such as dialogue, dialogue culture and communication in the modern system of relations in the problem of coexistence and peace.
