The management of rheological characteristics, retention and solidification kinetics of cement systems with the use of specially designed nanoscale modifiers has been proven. Modification of cement systems was made using SiO2 nanostructured synthesis nanostructures (KNM) based on the synthesis of Betonmix HP 1211-A hyperplasticizer with liquid glass. The peculiarity of this method lies in the fact that nanoparticles are obtained by the zol-gel method. This complex is used in conjunction with water when reinforcing nanomodifier cement systems.It has been established that the application of the synthesized KNM allows to reduce the amount of cement dough by 2.05 times, extends the retention time, and increases the strength of the solid on the first day by 4 times compared to the unchanged systems. The optimal KNM content is 1.0% of the cement mass. The obtained results are due to the fact that particles express the central role of new compounds in the structure, the key to crystallization, and crystallization. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
