ObjectiveTo analyze the epidemiological distribution and temporal trends of liver cancer incidence among Luzhou residents from 2016‒2022， and to provide a theoretical basis for improving liver cancer prevention and treatment strategies in Luzhou.MethodsData on liver cancer incidence among Luzhou residents from 2016 to 2022 were collected， and the incidence rate， age-specific incidence rate， and annual percentage change （APC） were calculated. A Joinpoint regression model was used to fit a time series segment to the monthly number of new cases in each district and county of Luzhou to explore the trend of liver cancer incidence rate.ResultsThe incidence rate of liver cancer in Luzhou increased from 22.96/105 in 2016 to 32.31/105 in 2022. The incidence rate of liver cancer in men was higher than that in women in both 2016 and 2022， and the incidence rate of liver cancer in men increased from 34.83/105 in 2016 to 47.95/105 in 2022， with an APC of 3.3%； the incidence rate of liver cancer in women increased from 10.50/105 in 2016 to 15.95/105 in 2022， with an APC of 3.0%， and the differences in the change trends were not statistically significant （P>0.05）.The incidence of liver cancer was low in the age group of 0‒

This paper proposes the use of aperture sharing synergistic operation in the structure of the metalens, together with the rational selection of the scattering unit size according to the linear relationship between the output phase and frequency of the scattering unit, and the selection of the slope of the phase variation with frequency, combined with the modulation of the phase change material Ge2Sb2Te5 crystallization rate m value, in the set wavelength band, for different wavelengths of incident light through the metasurface can produce a uniform phase distribution. The method is used to achieve a polarization-insensitive achromatic metalens in the 9.5-13 μm continuous wavelength band by adjusting the m value of the phase transition material Ge2Sb2Te5 crystallization rate and producing a phase distribution with a uniform focal length for different wavelengths of incident light passing through the metasurface. The simulation results show that the focal length of the achromatic metasurface varies by 3.57 μm in the working band, with an error of about 4.3% from the set focal length, and the full width of the half-peak of the focal point at all wavelengths of incidence reaches the diffraction limit, and the focusing efficiency exceeds 60%. The achromatic metalens proposed in this paper provides a new idea for the design of achromatic metasurfaces and promotes the research of phase change materials in broadband achromatic metasurfaces.

Objective To investigate the role of silent information regulator 3 (Sirt3) in glioma U87 cells, and provide new targets for early diagnosis and treatment of glioma. Methods Based on the China Brain Glioma Database (CGGA) and GEPIA2 database, the expression of Sirt3 in different grades of glioma was analyzed by bioinformatics, and the protein level of Sirt3 in the adjacent and tumor samples of 6 glioma patients was further detected by Western blotting. Then, shRNA lentivirus and CRISPR/Cas9 system were used to interfere with the expression of Sirt3 in U87 cells, and TUNEL staining, PI-Annexin V double fluorescent labeling and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of apoptosis-related proteins(Bax, Cleaved-caspase3) and lysosome membrane proteins (LAMP1, LAMP2, LAMP2A), TFEB, mTOR, and other proteins. Then mTOR small molecule inhibitor, rapamycin was employed to treat Sirt3 knockdown cells, the changes in related proteins and cell apoptosis were detected. In addition, nuclear and cytoplasmic separation experiments were carried out on U87 cells before and after Sirt3 knockout, and protein change of p-TFEB was detected. Finally, the change of lysosome membrane protein after overexpression of TFEB and Sirt3 was detected in U87 cells with knocking down and out of Sirt3. Results Sirt3 was significantly highly expressed in glioma tissue, and the level was closely associated with poor survival of the glioma patients. Sirt3 knockdown significantly enhanced cell apoptosis (P < 0.01), down-regulated the expression of LAMP1, LAMP2 and LAMP2A (P < 0.01), and improved the expression of p-mTOR (P < 0.01). Additionally, Sirt3 knockout also up-regulated p-TFEB protein level in the cytoplasm fraction (P < 0.01) while, in the Sirt3 knockout U87 cells, its overexpression reserved the protein levels of LAMP1 and LAMP2 and increased the amount of lysosome. In the Sirt3 knockdown cells, overexpression of TFEB resulted in up-regulation of LAMPs proteins(P < 0.01). Conclusion Sirt3 may affect the nuclear-cytoplasmic distribution of TFEB by regulating the mTOR signaling pathway, up-regulate the expression of LAMPs, enhance the function of lysosome, and then promote the survival and malignant proliferation of glioma cells. Our study suggests that Sirt3 may be a molecular marker for clinical diagnosis and progression of glioma.

Fabry disease is an X-linked inherited lysosomal storage disease caused by the mutation of GLA gene that encodes α-galactosidase A (α-Gal A). GLA gene mutation causes the decline or deficiency in the activity of α-Gal A, leading to the accumulation of its substrates in the lysosomes of multiple organs and tissue that causes systemic damage and threatens the life of patients. Enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) is the standard of care for Fabry disease. ERT slows or prevents the progression of organ damage, effectively improving heart, brain, kidney functions and significantly improves quality of life. At present, there are two main ERT drugs, agalsidase alpha and agalsidase beta, which have the same amino acid sequence and different N-terminal sugars, and are used for the treatment of Fabry disease. In this paper, the efficacy and safety of ERT in the treatment of Fabry disease were summarized by reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad and combining the results of some cases treated in Department of Nephrology, Provincial Hospital affiliated to Shandong First Medical University. Previous literature has shown that enzyme replacement therapy is the most important specific treatment for Fabry disease, which has a protective effect on important organs such as kidney, heart, and nervous system.

ObjectiveTo determine the pathogen and phylogenetic characteristics of an uncommon outbreak of recombinant norovirus infection in Daishan County in February 2022.MethodsFluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the norovirus in the eight anal swabs collected in the outbreak. In the positive samples， reverse transcription PCR were used to amplify the norovirus. Norovirus sequences were characterized by MEGA7 and Simplot.ResultsNorovirus GⅠ was identified in all eight anal samples. It was further determined to be recombinant norovirus GⅠ.6 ［P11］， with the recombination site at the ORF1-ORF2 junction. The sequence had the highest nucleotide identity （98.75%） to a GⅠ.6［P11］ strain collected in 2018 （GenBank accession number MT357995）.ConclusionAccording to the etiological identification and phylogenetic analysis， this outbreak is confirmed to be caused by the uncommon recombinant norovirus GⅠ.6 ［P11］ in China.

BackgroundNECP-SARAX is a neutronics analysis code system for advanced reactors developed by the Nuclear Engineering Computational Physics Laboratory team of Xi'an Jiaotong University. In the past few years, a considerable amount of verification and validation work has been done based on CEFR, PHENIX, SUPERPHENIX, JOYO MK-I, ZPR, and ZPPR reactors. The results indicate that NECP-SARAX offers high performance for fast spectrum reactor analysis. Meanwhile, the fuel and control rod assemblies of these reactors are used for verification of the cross-section generation code TULIP. While TULIP has demonstrated promising preliminary results in fast spectrum system analysis, a comprehensive systematic verification and validation process remains essential.PurposeThis study aims to validate the applicability of TULIP code for various fast spectrum systems.MethodFirstly, a total of 147 critical experiment benchmarks were selected from ICSBEP and used for analysis. The initial results demonstrated that the keff bias between TULIP and Monte Carlo codes exceeded 10-2 for an experimental benchmark with a thick reflector. Then, a homogeneous two-nuclide problem simplified from the HMF021-002 benchmark was subsequently used to analyze this phenomenon, and the intermediate-weight nuclides had resonance-like fluctuating scattering cross sections above the resonance energy. Finally, to address this phenomenon, the TULIP code was undergone enhancements, mainly focusing on optimizing the resonance calculation strategy and method using ultra fine group to deal with thee self-shielding effect of resonance-like cross sections in the non resonant region under high loading of intermediate-weight nuclides.ResultsIn a fast spectrum system with a large amount of structural material, the self-shielding effect of the resonance-like cross section of the intermediate-weight nuclides above the resonance range becomes non-negligible. The optimized TULIP method reduces the keff bias to within 3×10-3 for these benchmarks with a thick reflector.ConclusionsNew numerical results indicate that the enhanced TULIP code has good performance for various fast spectrum system analyses.

Objective In this study, short⁃term prognosis of cerebral revascularization was evaluated by comparative analysis of patients with moyamoya disease (MMD) with different disease types and different bypass. Methods A total of 44 patients with MMD treated in Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2010 to October 2011 were enrolled. All patients underwent cerebral revascularization. The improvement of neurological function was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) 3 months after surgery, and the improvement of clinical symptoms was observed. DSA or CTA were reviewed to determine whether the bridge vessels were unobstructed and surgical complications were recorded. Results DSA or CTA reexamination showed that the anastomosis was unobstructed, and no surgical complications occurred. Patients with MMD were divided into 3 groups according to the onset type: ischemic, hemorrhagic and mixed. Compared with hemorrhagic type and mixed type, neurological function improved 3 months after surgery in patients with ischemic type (χ2=3.853, P=0.001; χ2=4.110, P=0.001) and improvement of clinical symptoms (χ2=3.934, P=0.000; χ2=4.138, P=0.000) were better. According to the operation type, the patients were divided into 4 groups: anterior⁃frontal, anterior⁃temporal, posterior⁃frontal and posterior⁃temporal bypass. The improvement of neurological function in anterior⁃frontal bypass group was higher than that in anterior⁃temporal bypass group (χ2=2.079, P=0.038). The improvement of neurological function and clinincal symptooms in posterior⁃frontal bypass group were higher than those in anterior⁃temporal bypass group (χ2=2.909; P=0.004; χ2=2.812, P=0.005), and those in posterior⁃frontal bypass group were also higher than those in posterior⁃temporal bypass group (χ2=2.295, P=0.022; χ2=2.580, P=0.010). Conclusions Compared with the other 2 groups, symptoms of ischemic MMD may improved better than before, and the intraoperative selection of posterior⁃frontal and anterior⁃frontal bypass may be better than anterior⁃temporal and posterior⁃temporal bypass.

The integrity and durability of metal coatings have a great influence on the medium corrosion resistance of steel structures. When the anti-corrosive coating was partially damaged or microcracked, the micro-nano capsule filler could produce a stress response to the changes in the micro-environment under the coating, release corrosion-inhibiting substances or polymer monomers, and realize the self-healing of the coating, filling the voids, and thereby significantly improving the medium corrosion resistance of coating. In this work, the principle of micro-nano self-healing coating was introduced firstly. Taking several new micro-nano fillers such as mesoporous SiO2, layered double hydroxide, halloysite nanotubes and metal organic framework compounds as representatives, their application, advantages and disadvantages in self-healing high corrosion resistant coatings were summarized and forecasted briefly, which could provide several ideas for the development of high corrosion resistant and long-lasting coatings.

Bending fatigue failure is one of the main failure modes for gears in transmission system, shot peening is an important gear strengthen technology. In order to study the influence of shot peening on gear bending fatigue characteristics, 20 MnCr5 carburized involute cylindrical spur gear was adopted as study object. The effect of shot peening on gear surface integrity were analyzed before and after shot peening, coinciding with our products. Bending fatigue test was carried out with the single tooth loading method, afterwards, based on the observation of the failure fracture surfaces by scanning electron microscope（SEM）, the differences of failure characteristics in the crack source areas before and after shot peening were analyzed. It is found that shot peening can greatly improve gear surface integrity, although it has a negative effect on the gear surface corrugation. Shot peening can effectively increase gear bending strength and restrain the crack initiation from the gear surface.

Biomedical magnesium alloys exhibit high specific strength, low density, proper elastic modulus, biodegradability, good biocompatibility and biomechanical compatibility, thus show extensive application perspective in bone fixation and cardiovascular stent.However, fast and nonuniform corrosion of magnesium alloys may easily cause the premature loss of mechanical integrity that restricts their clinical application in load bearing. In this paper, the research progress of magnesium alloys was systematically reviewed from the aspects of corrosion modes, the intrinsic and external factors affecting corrosion resistance, improvement of intrinsic corrosion resistance and surface modification, and the future development trend of corrosion resistance of biomedical magnesium alloys was prospected. On the one hand, the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys can be improved by means such as low alloying, high purification and fine crystallization. On the other hand, reliable coatings are designed from the aspects of corrosion resistance, antibacterial and drug loading. In addition, corrosion media, flow field, stress and other in-body service factors should be considered comprehensively to study the corrosion degradation behavior and mechanism of magnesium alloy implanted devices.

ObjectiveTo establish a new method for observable, easy and accurate non-invasive intratracheal instillation in rats.MethodsDisposable medical syringes and capillaries were used to make the sampler. Optical fiber was used to achieve visualization. Soap water was used to check if the intubation is correct. Sampler was introduced into rat trachea through endotracheal tube. Twenty rats were randomly divided into two groups and instilled with 0.9% saline solution or fine particulate matter (PM2.5) suspension, respectively.ResultsThe operation were performed successfully for 120 times in the 20 rats. HE staining was observed after 24 h of the last instillation. The pathological morphological changes of the lungs were induced by intratracheal instillation of PM2.5, which were similar to those of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).ConclusionThe improved method of non-invasive intratracheal instillation is simple, rapid, and safe, and requires no special equipment, which can be widely used in experiments for respiratory tract administration.

In order to improve the coolness of wool worsted fabrics during summer use and expand their applications in short sleeved shirts, summer shorts, and work-wear, wool blended fabrics with good cooling effect and excellent wearing comfort were designed and developed in this paper by screening dyestuff with infrared reflection ability, and combining cool-touch fibers and moisture wicking finishing. Compared to conventional fabrics of the same quality, this fabric can cool down by 2-4 °C under simulated sunlight irradiation conditions, and has excellent contact cooling sensation (Q-max value of 0.28 J/(cm² · s) and wicking effect (wicking height of over 12.5 cm). In response to the need for improving prediction accuracy (ACC) in existing models for Antimicrobial Peptides (AMPs), a novel AMP prediction model called DeepGlap was proposed. This model utilized two protein language models for feature extraction from AMP sequences, followed by fusion of feature vectors. These fused vectors were then input into a deep learning network composed of multiple layers of bidirectional long short-term memory networks (mBi-LSTM), one-dimensional convolutional neural networks (1D-CNN), and attention mechanisms. The model underwent performance evaluation and optimization. Results indicated that the model achieved ACC, the Pearson correlation coefficient (MCC), and the area urder the curve (AUC) values of 0.739, 0.489, and 0.81, respectively, demonstrating superior predictive performance compared to existing AMP prediction models. Modified polyglycolic acid (PGA) was prepared by melt blending and reactive extrusion. The effects of chain extenders, crosslinking agents and lubricants on melt fluidity, dynamic rheological properties, thermal stability, and crystallization properties of modified samples were studied. The results show that the melt strength of samples are significantly improved by using ADR chain extender and BIBP crosslinking agent simultaneously, the melt mass flow rate is decreased by 73.6% compared to pure PGA. The thermal stability of modified samples is also improved, with increasing the 5% thermal decomposition temperature by 7 °C. With the addition of chain extender and crosslinking agent, the degree of crystallinity of PGA samples are decreased, the number of crystal nuclei are decreased, and the spherulite size are increased. The degree of cross-linking of the sapmles with adding chain extender and crosslinking agent at the same time is increased, resulting in imperfect crystallization and the formation of irregular crystals. Molecular motion are promoted by lubricants, and the crystallization temperature of PGA sample is decreased from 179.3 °C without addition to 173.9 °C after addition. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: Exploring the effects of miR-155 regulation of SMAD2 expression in podocyte injury as well as macrophage inflammatory response in mouse lupus nephritis. Methods: The experimental mice were randomly divided into blank, model, AAV9-miR-NC, AAV9-miR-155, AAV9-miR-anti, and AAV9-miR-anti-NC groups, with 8 mice in each group, of which the blank group was C57BL/6 mice, and the rest of the groups were MRL/lpr mice, and the groups were treated and sampled accordingly. The presence or absence of a binding site for miR-155 and SMAD2 was predicted by target genes, an online target gene prediction website. Dual luciferase reporter gene analysis system to validate the targeting relationship between miR-155 and SMAD2. Determination of 24 h urinary protein content in each group of mice by Caumas Brilliant Blue method. Hematoxylin-Eosin staining was used to observe the kidney tissues of mice ; qRT-PCR to detect the expression level of miR-155 in kidney tissues of each group. Western blot was used to detect nephrin, P-cadherin and SMAD2 protein expression in renal tissues. Immunofluorescence assay to detect the expression of inflammatory factors (IL-6, TNF-α) in mice. Results: Compared with the blank group, mice in the model group had elevated urinary protein, severe renal pathological damage, and decreased expression levels of nephrin, P-cadherin, and SMAD2 while increased expression levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in renal tissues (P<0.05). Compared with the model group and AAV9-miR-NC group, mice in the model group of AAV9- miR-155 group showed elevated urinary protein, obvious renal pathological damage, and obvious elevation of miR-155 in renal tissues, whereas the expression levels of nephrin, P-cadherin, and SMAD2 were decreased (P<0.05) whereas the fluorescence intensity of IL-6 and TNF-α was enhanced significantly; Compared with the model and AAV9-miR-anti-NC groups, mice in the AAV9-miR-anti group showed decreased urinary protein, improved renal pathological injury, decreased miR-155 expression, and increased expression levels of nephrin, P-cadherin, and SMAD2 compared to the model group (P<0.05) whereas the fluorescence intensities of IL-6 and TNF-α decreased; In the model group, AAV9-miR-NC group, and AAV9-miR-anti-NC group mice, the differences in the above indexes were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Dual luciferase reporter gene assay showed that miR-155 inhibited the fluorescence activity of wild-type SMAD2 cells and targeted the regulation of SMAD2 expression. Conclusion: High expression of miR-155 exacerbated podocyte injury and inflammatory response in lupus nephritis in mice by regulating SMAD2, whereas inhibition of miR-155 expression attenuated podocyte injury and inflammatory response in mice. In this paper, the intrinsic structure model of SiCp/Al composites was constructed based on the analysis of static and dynamic mechanical properties of SiCp/Al composites. Quasi-static tensile tests were conducted for SiCp/2a14Al composites with 20% volume fraction using an electronic universal testing machine to study the static mechanical properties of the material. Dynamic compression tests were conducted at different temperatures (20 °C-400 °C) and strain rates (500 /s-3000 /s) using a Hopkinson compression bar test to analyze the dynamic mechanical properties of the material. The Johnson-Cook (JC) intrinsic structure model of SiCp/Al composites was constructed based on the material stress-strain test data under static and dynamic conditions, and the model was optimized by genetic algorithm. The results show that the SiCp/Al composites exhibit a strain-reinforcement effect under quasi-static conditions; under dynamic loading conditions, the material flow stress increases with the strain rate and exhibits a strain-rate reinforcement effect, which is related to the volume fraction of silicon carbide particles. With the increase of temperature, the flow stress decreases and exhibits a temperature-softening effect. The average error between the least squares fitted JC model and the experimental values is large, and the model error is reduced after optimization by genetic algorithm, which can accurately predict the rheological behavior of SiCp/2a14Al composites. 4H-SiC wafer processing is a critical step for high-quality substrate wafers manufacture, which directly affects the performance of epitaxial films and the following devices. In this work, the properties including surface morphology, roughness, mechanical performance and crystal quality of 4H-SiC wafers processed by sawing, grinding, lapping and CMP have been investigated. It has been found that 4H-SiC wafer processing is beneficial to remove the surface damages and to improve the surface quality of wafers. The mechanical properties of the C-face and Si-face of 4H-SiC exhibit anisotropic. Due to the worse material toughness, brittle fracture is more intense during the C-face processing. Therefore, the material removal rate of the C-face is higher, and the surface morphology and roughness are relatively worse. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Semiconducting silicon carbide (4H-SiC) exhibits characteristics of high hardness, notable brittleness, and excellent chemical stability. The commonly employed technique for achieving an ultra-smooth and flat surface is chemical mechanical polishing (CMP), which is utilized to process the 4H-SiC surface. Wet oxidation, as an important process of chemical-mechanical polishing of single-crystal 4H-SiC, directly affects the rate and surface quality of CMP. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the current research status of wet oxidation of single-crystal 4H-SiC. It discusses the oxidants used in the wet oxidation of 4H-SiC, such as KMnO4, H2O2, K2S2O8. Based on this, it further summarizes commonly employed oxidation-enhancement methods, including photocatalytic-assisted oxidation, electrochemical oxidation, and Fenton reaction. The mechanism of wet oxidation of single-crystal 4H-SiC is analyzed from the aspect of theoretical calculation, and the future research direction of wet oxidation of 4H-SiC is proposed. The effects of CaCl2 on the structure and properties of bio-based polyamide 56 (PA56) fibers in different solvents (water and ethanol) were investigated taking CaCl2 as a complexing agent to modify the PA56 fibers, thus to study the effect of complexation on the structure and properties of bio-based PA56. The results show that the position of the stretching vibration peaks of N-H and C=O of the biobased PA56 fibers are red-shifted and the amide II band is blue-shifted after treatment with CaCl2 solution. The melting point, crystallinity and crystallinity of the fibers decrease, but the crystalline shape does not change. The water contact angle, breaking strength and elongation of the fibers decrease, and the fiber surface becomes rough. Compared to the treatment effect with aqueous calcium chloride solution, the structure and properties of the fibers changed significantly after treatment with calcium chloride ethanol solution, indicating that the ethanol solvent is more conducive to the formation of complexation ligands between Ca2+ and polyamide groups of PA fibers. 4H silicon carbide (4H-SiC) substrate wafers without surface / subsurface damages and low surface roughness are ideal substrates for the development of power electronics and radio frequency (RF) microwave devices, which hold great promise in applications of new energy, rail transportation, smart grid and 5G communication. The processing of 4H-SiC substrate wafers includes slicing, grinding, lapping, polishing and cleaning. However, the surface damages ( SDs) and subsurface damages (SSDs) introduced during the processing of 4H-SiC substrates affects the properties of 4H-SiC substrates and epitaxial layers, and thus the performance and reliability of devices based on 4H-SiC. This paper focuses on the formation and removal mechanisms of SDs / SSDs during the processing of 4H-SiC substrate wafers. Based on the detection method of SDs / SSDs, the morphologies and characterization approaches of SDs / SSDs are reviewed. The geological environment of Pulang copper mine is fragile, and collapse pits will be formed on the surface during mining. When continuous rainfall occurred, the surface moraine is saturated in water absorption and flows into the mine outlet, causing debris flow disaster in the underground. In response to this problem, experiments on the influencing factors and influencing rules about the gelling time of sodium silicate-curing agent slurry and the strength of moraine soil consolidation are carried out. The experimental results show that the slurry gels faster as the concentration of the catalyst increases in the mixture of sodium silicate-curing agent. The gelation time of sodium silicate-curing agent slurry decreases first and then increases with the concentration of curing agent increasing. Meanwhile, with the increase of sodium silicate s concentration it will spend less time for sodium silicate-curing agent slurry gelling. In addition, both the concentration of sodium silicate and the concentration of curing agent have a positive effect on the compressive strength of the moraine consolidation body. Natural chalcopyrite was used as catalyst for electro-Fenton process to treat the simulated imidacloprid wastewater and the degradation efficiency of imidacloprid as well as leaching behavior of chalcopyrite with regard to 18 elements were investigated. The results of atomic absorption and ICP-MS showed that the content of Cu ions in electrolyte solution after reaction exceeded the third-level standard value of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard, (GB 8978-1996). However the content of Cu ions could decrease to below the third-level standard value through chemical precipitation by adding alkali (pH to 10) and filtration treatment. Chalcopyrite may leach high levels of toxic heavy metals such as Much Cd and Pb under acidic condition which should be paid attention during the application of natural chalcopyrite as electro-Fenton catalyst for wastewater treatment. Given that wet experimental methods were no longer adequate for the rapid identification of bitter peptides, this paper presented Bitter-Fus, a novel predictive deep learning method incorporating traditional manual features and pre-trained deep features. Firstly, the method automatically extracted deep learning features from peptide sequences using a pre-trained protein sequence language model, then fed the deep learning features into a long short-term memory (LSTM) network for dimensionality reduction to retain the most relevant features. Finally, the reduced-dimensional deep features were fused with the manual features composed of traditional amino acids composition (AAC) method and passed into the feedforward neural network to construct a prediction model. The validation experimental results showed that the prediction method Bitter-Fus obtained an accuracy precision value of 0. 902 and a Mathews correlation coefficient value of 0. 805 in a 10-fold cross-validation, and an accuracy precision value of 0. 930 and a Mathews correlation coefficient value of 0. 862 in the independent dataset test, which significantly outperformed the current state-of-the-art bitter peptide prediction methods BERT4Bitter and iBitter-SCM. The gas storages converted from deep carbonate gas reservoirs are characterized by large high and low pressure variations, stress sensitivity, and strong heterogereity. Using conventional methods to calculate its injectionproduction capacity will lead to large errors in production capacity. In response to the above problems, stress sensitivity is considered. The binomial productivity equation was revised in view of the influence of stress sensitivity and gas physical property changes, and on this basis, a calculation method of injection-production capacity suitable for the gas storage converted from deep carbonate gas reservoirs was established. Example calculations are carried out in conjunction with the Shapingchang Carboniferous Gas Reservoir in the Sichuan Basin, the influencing factors are analyzed, and the results show that: for type I and II pore-fracture collocation model reservoirs, the reasonable gas production rate of gas wells is controlled by outflow dynamics under low pressure and limited by erosion flow under high pressure, while the reasonable gas injection rate is controlled by outflow dynamics under high pressure and limited by erosion flow under low pressure; for type III pore-fracture collocation model reservoirs, the reasonable gas injection and production rates of gas wells are mainly controlled by the outflow dynamics. The influence of stress sensitivity on the maximum gas injection rate of the gas well is 0. 81%~9. 69%, and the influence of the change of gas physical parameters is 5.15%~35.29%; under the existing wellbore structure conditions, when the gas injection rate is 55x104 to 70x104 m³/d, the frictional pressure loss can reaches to 10 MPa; when the inner diameter of the tubing increases from 62.0 mm to 112.0 mm, the maximum gas injection volume increases to 2.6 times. The research results can provide technical support for the calculation of the injection-production capacity of deep carbonate gas storages, and have guiding significance for the construction and operation of such gas storages. Darolutamide is an important drug for the treatment of prostate cancer. When studying its synthesis process, three impurities A, B, and C were discovered and purified in the first step of Suzuki coupling and the second step of hydrolysis deprotection reactions. Impurities A and B came from the first-step reaction, and impurity C came from the second-step reaction. The structures of impurities A and B were further determined through high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and 13C NMR methods. It was discovered that impurities A and B were the deborated pinacol ester product of compound 2 and the double coupling product of compound 1, respectively. The accurate structures of compound 3 and impurity C were determined using HRMS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY (correlation spectroscopy), 1H-13C HSQC (heteronuclear singular quantum correlation), 1H-13C HMBC (heteronuclear multiple bond correlation) and 1H-1H NOESY (nuclear overhauser effect spectroscopy). The formation mechanisms and avoidance methods of these impurities were also discussed.

Stable operation of wastewater plants under overload has been a hot spot of concern for researchers，and efficient nitrogen and phosphorus removal is a difficult point in the process of stable operation. A wastewater treatment plant in Zhengzhou uses a pre-anoxic modified A2/O process，treating 1.2-1.8 times the design value，with influent BOD5/COD，BOD5/TN and BOD5/TP ranges of 0.19-0.88，1.38-7.21 and 13.12-89.17 respectively，and uses multi-point distribution of influent，increased internal reflux ratio，precise aeration and other operation methods. The variation of nitrogen and phosphorus in the whole wastewater process was analyzed. The results showed that the removal rates of COD，TN and TP reached 90.4%，83% and 98.55%，which were better than the Class Ⅰ A discharge standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants（GB 18918—2002）， when the influent water was evenly distributed in the pre-anoxic，anaerobic and anoxic sections，the internal return ratio was 400% and the DO concentration in the aerobic tank was below 0.5 mg/L.Some indicators reached Surface Water Quality Standard（GB 3838—2002） Class Ⅲ standard.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the ovarian-adnexal reporting and data system (O-RADS) in differentiating between benign and malignant ovarian tumors, and to analyze risk factors for malignant ovarian tumors. As one of the most important steps in machine processing of 4H-silicon carbide (4H-SiC) wafers, lapping exerts an important impact on the quality of 4H-SiC substrate wafers. In this paper, the effects of diamond abrasive morphology and dispersion medium on the material removal rate and surface parameters of 4H-SiC wafers were investigated. Based on the contact between diamond abrasive and 4H-SiC wafer surface during lapping process, a simple wafer material removal rate model was derived. It is found that the abrasive morphology significantly affects the material removal rate of 4H-SiC substrate wafers, the higher the material removal rate, the smaller the total thickness variation (TTV) is obtained for 4H-SiC substrate wafers. Due to the anisotropy of C-face and Si-face of 4H-SiC, the material removal rate of C-face is higher than that of Siface. In terms of effect of the dispersion medium, the Zeta potential absolute value of the water-based slurry is high, and the abrasive is evenly dispersed. It is beneficial to control the disc temperature during the lapping process due to the large thermal conductivity of water. The Zeta potential absolute value of the glycol-based slurry is small, and the abrasive is prone to agglomeration. As the abrasive cutting depth deepens in lapping process, the material removal rate of 4H-SiC wafer increases, and the maximum value of scratch depth also aggravates accordingly. Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs), as a kind of typical persistent organic pollutants, are widely distributed in environmental media and cause varying degrees of harm to ecosystems and human health. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to understand the distribution law of PFCs in the environment of a specific area, and formulate standard limits suitable for China. The Yangtze River Basin is an important part of China's Yangtze River Economic Belt. It is a key area of Chinese economic and social development. To protect the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Basin is considerable critical for the green development of the Yangtze River Basin. This paper focuses on the existence condition of PFCs in the Yangtze River Basin, and summarizes their distribution and change rule in the upper, middle and lower water environment and sediments. In this paper, the pollution status of PFCs in the Yangtze River Basin and the progress of environmental benchmark research were analyzed, then the research demands of the formulation of environmental benchmarks for PFCs in Chana were clarified. Finally, this article puts forward suggestions for the future systematic research of Chinese PFCs environmental benchmarks and provides decision-making basis and reference for the potential ecological risk assessment and control of PFCs. The influence of sodium alginate and tea tree essential oil composite coating on the quality of fresh-cut Fuji apple from Shandong was studied. The changes of the weight loss rate, hardness, soluble solid content, color difference, ascorbic acid content, total phenol content and antioxidant activity of apples were measured during storage at 4 t after compositely coated with different concentration of tea tree essential oil (0.1%, 0.3% and 0.5% (V/V)) and 1.5% (m/V) sodium alginate. The results indicated that appropriate concentration of tea tree essential oil and sodium alginate composite coating could effectively maintain freshness and hardness of fresh-cut apples, reduce the increase of weight loss rate and the decline of total soluble solid contents, inhibit browning and slow down the decline in vitamin C, total phenolics contents and DPPH - scavenging activity. The fresh-cut apples treated by 1.5% sodium alginate and 0.1% tea tree oil composite coating had the best storage quality among all treatments. The results can provide reference for the further research and application of tea tree essential oil and sodium alginate composite coating on fresh-keeping of fresh-cut fruits. China is the birthplace of foxtail millet, four traditional foxtail millet accessions of Qinzhouhuang, Taohuami, Longshanxiaomi, and Jingumi because of its good quality characteristics, has been selected as the royal tribute and is loved by people in Chinese history. To explore the genetic diversity of four Chinese famous foxtail millet and the genetic relationships among the namesakes, SSR and SRAP markers were used to analyze the genetic difference of 179 foxtail millet varieties. Results based on SSR markers showed that the genetic distance ranged from 0.0435 to 0.6304 with an average of 0.3267, the PIC was 0.2406, the allele frequency was 0.7845, and the genetic diversity was 0.2968. Based on UPGMA, 179 materials were clustered into 10 groups, and the clusters had certain correlation with their sources. The materials were divided into three groups based on structure and three groups based on principal component analysis. SRAP marker analysis revealed that the genetic distance ranged from 0.1818 to 0.9545 with an average of 0.6001, and the PIC, the allele frequency, and the genetic diversity were 0.5257, 0.5718, and 0.5688, respectively. Based on UPGMA, 179 materials were clustered into 14 groups. The materials were divided into three groups based on structure and principal component analysis. Objective In this study, short-term prognosis of cerebral revascularization was evaluated by comparative analysis of patients with moyamoya disease (MMD) with different disease types and different bypass. Methods A total of 44 patients with MMD treated in Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2010 to October 2011 were enrolled. All patients underwent cerebral revascularization. The improvement of neurological function was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) 3 months after surgery, and the improvement of clinical symptoms was observed. DSA or CTA were reviewed to determine whether the bridge vessels were unobstructed and surgical complications were recorded. Results DSA or CTA reexamination showed that the anastomosis was unobstructed, and no surgical complications occurred. Patients with MMD were divided into 3 groups according to the onset type: ischemic, hemorrhagic and mixed. Compared with hemorrhagic type and mixed type, neurological function improved 3 months after surgery in patients with ischemic type (χ² = 3.853, P = 0.001; χ² = 4.110, P = 0.001) and improvement of clinical symptoms (χ² = 3.934, P = 0.000; χ² = 4.138, P = 0.000) were better. According to the operation type, the patients were divided into 4 groups: anterior-frontal, anterior-temporal, posterior-frontal and posterior-temporal bypass. The improvement of neurological function in anterior-frontal bypass group was higher than that in anterior-temporal bypass group (χ² = 2.079, P = 0.038). The improvement of neurological function and clinical symptoms in posterior-frontal bypass group were higher than those in anterior-temporal bypass group (χ² = 2.909; P = 0.004; x= 2.812, P = 0.005), and those in posterior-frontal bypass group were also higher than those in posterior-temporal bypass group (χ² = 2.295, P = 0.022; χ² = 2.580, P = 0.010). Conclusions Compared with the other 2 groups, symptoms of ischemic MMD may improved better than before, and the intraoperative selection of posterior-frontal and anterior-frontal bypass may be better than anterior-temporal and posterior-temporal bypass. A method for determination of seven heavy metal elements including lead, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, nickel, copper and barium in sleeping mask was established by using microwave digestion coupled with plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The samples were digested by the microwave digestion system and detected by ICP-MS with Sc, Ge, Rh, In, and Bi as the internal standard elements. The results show that, good linearity is shown for the seven heavy metal elements in the concentration range of 0~100 μg/L with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.999. The detection limits of the method are in the range of 0.1~2.1 μg/kg. The spiked recoveries are 81.0%~104.5%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 4.5%. Traditional belt conveyor abnormal state recognition uses manual inspection or mechanical comprehensive protection system for detection. The manual inspection is labor-intensive, inefficient, and difficult to accurately detect faults. Mechanical comprehensive protection system is prone to misjudgment and poor recognition effect. The above methods can no longer meet the needs of coal industry intelligence. With the development of machine vision, deep learning, and industrial Ethernet technology, video AI technology has become a research hotspot for intelligent recognition of abnormal states of coal mine belt conveyors. This paper analyzes the current research status of using video AI technology to identify abnormal states of coal mine belt conveyors, such as belt deviation, idler failure, personnel invasion, unsafe behavior of personnel, coal stacking, and foreign objects. It is pointed out that there are three main problems in the current video AI recognition technology for abnormal states of coal mine belt conveyors: long construction time-consumption of video image datasets, low precision of abnormal state recognition, and large time delay in video information transmission. To address the issue of long construction time-consumption of video image datasets, a solution is proposed to strengthen the research on video AI recognition algorithms based on semi supervised, unsupervised, and small sample learning, and to expand the dataset based on generative models. To address the issue of low precision of abnormal state recognition, a solution is proposed to strengthen research on data deblurring methods, and to utilize algorithms such as generative adversarial networks to balance positive and negative samples, and improve AI recognition algorithms. To address the issue of large time delay in video information transmission, a solution is proposed to build a 'cloud-edge-end' collaborative video AI recognition system architecture for abnormal states of belt conveyors, and to deploy a high bandwidth and low time delay network communication system. This article looks forward to the development trend of video AI recognition technology for abnormal states of belt conveyors from four aspects: high-performance video AI recognition algorithms, high bandwidth and low time delay video communication technology, 'cloud-edge-end' efficient collaborative video AI recognition system, and sound video AI recognition technology standards.

Interplanetary meteoroids and space debris can impact satellites orbiting the Earth or spacecraft traveling to the Moon. Targeting China Space Station (CSS), 7 satellites selected from the constellation of Beidou Navigation Satellite System Phase III (BDS-3), and 3 spacecraft orbiting the Moon, we have adopted in the paper the Meteoroid Engineering Model 3, Divine-Staubach meteoroid environment model, and Jenniskens-McBride meteoroid steam model to analyze the meteoroid environment with the mass range of 10–6~10 g. Orbital Debris Engineering Model 3.1 space debris model is used to analyze the orbital debris environment faced by these satellites. The flux of space debris with a size larger than 100 μm is compared with that of the meteoroids. The results show that the space debris flux encountered by China Space Station is much higher than that of the meteoroids with sizes in the above range. And quite the opposite, the meteoroids flux impacting the 7 satellites from the BDS-3 is higher. Upon adopting the double-layer Whipple protection measure, the catastrophic collision flux of these satellites encountering meteoroids is about 10–6 times of that without protection, or even less, implying that the Whipple protection effectively guarantees the safety of the satellites in orbit. Besides, it is also found that the flux of the high-density meteoroid population encountered by each satellite is greater than that of the low-density population, whereas the impact velocity is lower for each satellite. These results can aid the orbit selection and the protection design for satellites and spacecraft.

Wide bandgap semiconductors are ideal materials for the application of high power density, high frequency and low- loss power electronic devices, owning to the advantages of wide bandgap, high electron saturation velocity, and high breakdown field. Attributed to the high thermal conductivity, high chemical stability and high heat resistance of silicon carbide (SiC), epitaxy of wide bandgap semiconductors on SiC is promising to exploit the advantages of wide bandgap semiconductors and improve the performance of wide bandgap semiconductor devices. Benefiting from the continuous quality-improvement and cost-reduction of SiC substrates, wide bandgap semiconductors grown on SiC substrates are ushering in an explosive growth. Epitaxy of high quality wide bandgap semiconductors on SiC substrates is critical to the performance and reliability of wide bandgap semiconductor devices. This paper summarizes the recent progress obtained on epitaxial growth of SiC, gallium nitride (GaN) and gallium oxide (Ga2O3) on SiC substrates. Due to the fluctuation of PV power, it is difficult to keep the active power of the PV grid-connected inverter constant. To address the above problems, this paper proposed a new three-level integrated photovoltaic storage machine consisting of a T-type three-level DC/AC converter, a three-level Boost converter and a three-level bi-directional DC/DC converter and related control strategies. The three-level structure allowed for lower switching losses resulting in higher system efficiency and wider voltage range adaptability. In terms of control, frequency differentiation and deviation control were introduced in the control of the energy storage DC/DC converter to achieve frequency regulation of the transient/static support of the active power of the parallel network. The simulation and experiment show that when the frequency fluctuation range is 50.02~49.97 Hz (meeting the national standard), the new optical storage all-in-one machine proposed in this paper can operate stably and be easily realized.

According to the engineering characteristics of pile foundation in soft soil layer, a virtual column structure model was proposed, and a theoretical solution to pile foundation settlement displacement was established. Besides, the load transfer characteristics of pile foundation in soft soil layer, the bearing mode of pile foundation, and its dynamic relationship with the gradual evolution of load and environmental conditions were studied. The results show that there are friction bearing and friction with pile end bearing modes in pile foundation, and they change significantly with pile top load, construction, and environmental factors. Affected by the load transfer law, there is a 0-axis force section in the axial direction of pile foundation. The relationship between the depth and the length of pile foundation affects the type of bearing mode and displacement calculation results. The field results verify the correctness and applicability of the theoretical method.

Background and purpose: In 2016 the National Cancer Institute (NCI) decided stopping to use NCI-60 cell lines for drug screening, suggesting that tumor cell lines were losing their value as a tool for drug discovery and basic research. The reason for NCI-60 cells 'retirement' was that the preclinical studies based on traditional cellular and animal models did not obtain the corresponding expected efficacy in clinical trials. Since the major cancer behaviors, such as proliferation and metastasis, are fundamentally altered with long-term culture, the tumor cell lines are not representative of the characteristics of cancer in patients. Currently, scientists hope to create a new cancer model that are derived from fresh patient samples and tagged with details about their clinical past. Our purpose was to create patient-derived breast cancer primary cell lines as new cancer model for drug screening and basic research. Methods: Breast cancer tissues were collected in the Department of Breast Surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University. The collection of tumor tissue samples was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University (approval number: 2022 ethics No. 313), and the collection and use of tumor tissues complied with the Declaration of Helsinki. The primary breast cancer cell lines were isolated from the patient's breast cancer tissues and cultured in BCMI medium. After the cells proliferated, the media were replaced with DEME medium. Cell line STR genotyping was done to determine cell-specific genetic markers and identification. Clone formation assay and transplantation assay were done to analyze the ability of breast cancer primary cell lines to form tumors. Results: We created 6 primary breast cancer cell lines. The 6 primary breast cancer cell lines from the patients were tagged with the definitively clinicopathological features, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic regimens, clinical effectiveness and prognostic outcomes. The STR genotyping assays identified the genetic markers and determined the identities of the 6 primary breast cancer cell lines. Clone formation assays and transplantation assay showed that the proliferative capacities of the patient-derived primary breast cancer cell lines were significantly greater compared with the conventional breast cancer cell lines. Conclusion: We created a panel of 6 patient-derived primary breast cancer cell lines as new cancer model for drug screening and basic research in breast cancer.

Background Urinary incontinence often occurs in women aged 40-60 years and contributes to a significant impact on women's physical health and quality of life. Objective To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of urinary incontinence and its impact on quality of life in women aged 40-60 years in Guizhou Province. Methods From June 2022 to January 2023, women aged 40-60 years who underwent health checkups in 10 hospitals in 7 regions of Guizhou Province were selected as the study subjects. A self-designed general data questionnaire was used to collect the basic data of the study subjects, and International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Female Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (ICIQ-FLUTS) and Incontinence Quality of Life Measure (I-QoL) were used to determine the severity of urinary incontinence and the level of quality of life of the study subjects, respectively. Different types of incontinence, including stress incontinence, urge incontinence, and mixed incontinence, were determined according to the diagnostic criteria established by the International Continence Society (ICS). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of urinary incontinence, and explore the effects of different types and severity levels of urinary incontinence on patients' quality of life. Results A total of 3 000 questionnaires were distributed, and 2 966 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid recovery rate of 98.9%. The prevalence of urinary incontinence among the 2 966 study subjects was 33.4% (991/2 966), including 20.1% (596/2 966) for stress incontinence, 2.0% (58/2 966) for urge incontinence, and 11.4% (337/2 966) for mixed incontinence. Silver plating can be divided into replacement plating and electroplating.In order to compare the corrosion resistance and galvanic corrosion behavior of coatings prepared by these two methods，the corrosion resistance and galvanic corrosion behaviors of the ZHL-02 replacement plating and ZHL-02 electroplating coatings in cyanide-free silver plating process using 5，5-dimethylamide as the main complexing agent were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy，XRD，electrochemical workstation，Tafel curve and galvanic corrosion methods.Results showed that the replacement coating had better crystallization and more complete coverage，and its resistance to galvanic corrosion was slightly better than that of the electroplating coating under the same thickness.With the prolongation of replacement silver plating time，the self-corrosion rate of the coating gradually decreased.However，the replacement plating took a long time，and it was difficult to obtain a thickness of more than 1 μm，which limited its application to a certain extent.Compared with replacement plating，the plating speed of electroplating was much faster，the silver coating ＞2.4 μm could be obtained for 5 min.As the extension of electroplating time，larger particles would appear in the silver coating，forming defective structures such as tiny pores.When the electroplating silver times were 1，2，and 5 min，the corresponding self-corrosion rates were 7.15×10-3，5.30×10-3 and 4.27×10-3 mm/a respectively.Besides，when the electroplating time was extended from 1 min to 2 min and then to 5 min，the average galvanic corrosion rate of the coating decreased first and then increased.
