Objective·To investigate the correlation between intramuscular adipose tissue (IMAT) content and glucose metabolism in male patients with obesity.Methods·Eighty male patients with obesity were recruited from the Endocrinology Department of Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020. According to the results of oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), they were divided into normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group and impaired glucose regulation (IGR) group. General data and laboratory test indicators of the two groups were collected and compared. mDixon-Quant technique was used to measure the IMAT content in each skeletal muscle of the thigh in the two groups, and the proton density fat fractions (PDFF) of skeletal muscle in the two groups were compared. Narrative therapy, as one of the psychological intervention modalities in humanistic medicine, has received increasing attention from scholars in various fields. This paper reviews the concept origin and development of narrative therapy, the application of narrative therapy in psychological interventions for cancer patients, and the advantages and limitations of narrative therapy, with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for clinical research on narrative therapy interventions for cancer patients. On December 18, 2023, an Ms 6.2earthquake occurred in Jishishan County, Linxia Prefecture, Gansu Province, causing a large number of geological disasters and threatening people's lives and the safety of infrastructure. After the earthquake, Gansu and Qinghai provincial governments quickly deployed hundreds of geology professionals to carried out the investigation and verification geological disasters in the earthquake area. Based on the results of the earthquake geohazard investigation and verification, this paper analyses the characteristics, control factors and development trend of the earthquake-induced geohazards, and puts forward suggestions on disaster prevention and risk mitigation measures. Till December 23, a total of 2044 geohazards have been checked, including 78 new geohazards, 88 existing geohazards with intensified deformation due to earthquake, and 1 878 existing geohazards without obvious different from before. Most of new and intensified deforming geohazards are collapse, accounting for 67.5%, followed by landslide, accounting for 31.9%. Most of new and intensified deforming geohazards are small in scale, accounting for 84.9%, followed by medium, accounting for 10.8%. Disaster mode of new and intensified deforming geohazards are mostly small collapse threatening houses and roads. The co-seismic geohazards are densely distributed along the seismic fault, and the spatial density increases with the enhancement of earthquake intensity. Data from 206 groups of accelerate-meters within 50 km from the epicenter of the National Geological Safety Monitoring Network showed that the peak acceleration of the earthquake area was 30.4-1969.7 mg. and decayed logarithm with the increase of the distance from the epicenter. In addition, the surface deformation monitoring equipment also recorded the co-seismic displacement curve of a typical landslide. Analysis shows, earthquake put a deteriorate effect to rock and soil, which decreased their integration and strength. There is a magnificent geohazard after-effect of earthquake; collapse, landslide and debris flow will be much often than before. So the authors suggest: (1) update earthquake geohazard database as soon as possible, (2) work out targeted prevention and control measures for the geohazards with large potential danger, (3) conduct comprehensive remote sensing monitoring and research of earthquake-induced geohazard mechanism, (4) improve the meteorological early warning model and threshold. This paper reviewed nursing management for a patient with erysipelas infection leads to sepsis combined with multiple organ dysfunction syndromes. A comprehensive treatment including anti-infective therapy, diuretic treatment, cardiac medication and circulation function treatment and related nursing management was carried out. Targeted nursing strategies including non-invasive ventilation nursing, medication care and fluid-management, fever nursing, catheter maintenance, skin care were carried out to ensure the therapeutic efficacy and symptom relieving. 研究了冷压初榨椰子油对四氯化碳（CCl4）诱导昆明小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。将72只昆明小鼠随机分成6组，包括正常组、四氯化碳肝损伤模型组、联苯双酯组（150 mg/kg）、椰子油低剂量组（5 mL/kg）、椰子油中剂量组（10 mL/kg）、椰子油高剂量组（20 mL/kg），通过测定小鼠血清中丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、甘油三酯（TG）和总胆固醇（TC）指标，肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）活力及丙二醛（MDA）含量，采用HE染色切片对小鼠肝脏组织进行病理学检查，考察冷压初榨椰子油对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果表明：与模型组相比，不同剂量组的冷压初榨椰子油（5、10 mL/kg和20 mL/kg）可以不同程度地降低小鼠血清中ALT、AST、LDH、TG、TC水平以及肝组织中MDA含量，提高肝组织中SOD活力与GSH-Px活力；同时，肝脏组织病理学观察与生化指标检测结果一致。其中，高剂量的冷压初榨椰子油(20 mL/kg)作用效果优于阳性对照联苯双酯。研究表明冷压初榨椰子油对肝脏具有较好的保护作用，作用机制可能与其含有较多的抗氧化物质以及功能性物质有关。The hepatoprotective effects of virgin cold-pressed coconut oil (VCPCO) against carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) induced acute liver injury in Kunming (KM) mice were studied. A total of 72 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, including normal group, CCl4 liver injury model group, bifendate group (150 mg/kg), coconut oil low dosage group (5 mL/kg), coconut oil medium dosage group (10 mL/kg) and coconut oil high dosage group (20 mL/kg). The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) in serum, and superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver were determined. The liver tissue was examined pathologically by HE staining section. The results showed that VCPCO with dosages of 5, 10 mL/kg and 20 mL/kg could decrease the levels of ALT, AST, LDH, TG, TC in serum and MDA in liver, and increase the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in liver. Meanwhile, the results of liver histopathology were consistent with those of biochemical markers. Among them, the effect of high dosage of VCPCO (20 mL/kg) was better than the positive control bifendate. Results indicated that VCPCO had a good protective effect on liver, and the mechanism might be related to its high content of antioxidative and functional compounds.

China is rich in walnut meal resources, the protein content of walnut meal is high, but it has not been fully utilized. Low fat food is in line with people’s health consumption concept, but it often has some problems such as high hardness, low moisture content, poor taste and flavor. Walnut protein was prepared from walnut meal by appropriate enzymatic hydrolysis technology, and the walnut protein was applied to the processing of prepared food to explore its influence on the quality of prepared food. The results showed that the walnut protein prepared by moderate enzymatic hydrolysis technology could significantly improve the quality and the cooked yield of prepared food. This study can provide technical support and theoretical basis for making full use of walnut meal resources and developing new low-fat conditioning food.

Aiming at the problem of the failure of the downwind side gear teeth on the high-speed intermediate gear shaft of wind turbine gearbox，the fishbone analysis method is used to analyze the reasons of design，manufacture，material，assembly and operation maintenance. Based on the experimental research and simulation analysis method，it is determined that the failure of the gearbox is due to the lack of downwind direction in the assembly process of the gearbox. The control of bearing compression leads to the excessive clearance of bearings，which results in the eccentric load of axle gears.

Taking 130 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research objects, the overall traffic accessibility of cities is evaluated by building an aviation influence coefficient model, the urban economic development level is evaluated by the entropy weight-TOPSIS, and then the coupling and coordination relationship and spatial pattern of the two systems are analyzed. The results are as follows. 1 The traffic accessibility of the cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is generally good, showing a pattern of "high-low- high-low" from east to west. 2 The aviation causes strong spatial disturbances in regional accessibility, which makes the city's external trafficc connection ability break through the restrictions of geographic attenuation laws with a hyperplane feature. 3 The Yangtze River Delta and provincial capital cities are the most developed areas in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the economy has a very significant co-frequency coupling with accessibility, but coupling level shows a spatial pattern of "high in the east and west, low in the middle". 4 The coupling and coordination degree between traffic accessibility and economy generally shows a gradual decline from east to west. The rapid development of fire detection methods based on deep learning technology provides a new development direction for forest fire detection. In this paper, the concept, main models and advantages of deep learning in forest fire detection were introduced, the application of different deep learning models in forest fire smoke and flame feature extraction, fire and non-fire image classification, fire prediction and tracking was elaborated, and the current methods were summarized and analyzed. The formula, influencing factors and performance evaluation of composite putty for filling gaps in plywood based on wood fiber particle size/wood powder type difference were explored, and the technology development of filling gaps and flatness control on plywood surface was devoted. The effects of temperature, wood flour type and wood fiber mesh on the performance of putty were discussed by single factor condition. The results showed that the wear resistance, dry strength, wet strength, compatibility and stability of putty filling materials with wood fiber improved significantly compared with those without wood fiber, except that the surface drying time was slightly higher than that of the control group. Under the condition of the same number of wood fibers, different types of wood fibers will also affect the properties of putty. The order of wet strength and roughness was eucalyptus powder, poplar powder, miscellaneous wood powder, pine powder and bamboo powder. The order of dry strength was eucalyptus powder, miscellaneous wood powder, poplar powder, pine powder and bamboo powder. The order of wear resistance was poplar powder, pine powder, miscellaneous wood powder, eucalyptus powder and bamboo powder. Objective To study the detection rate of Streptococcus mutans in oral cavities of 3⁃5⁃year⁃old Han, Uygur and Mongolian children in Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, and the correlation between genotype and dental caries of preschool children. Methods Ninety children were randomly selected from the sample bank of chil⁃ dren′s oral epidemiological survey data in the Bozhou area of Xinjiang. Forty⁃five children were included in the high caries group (more than 5 missing teeth), and 45 children were included in the noncaries group (0 missing teeth); each group comprised 15 children of each of the Han, Uygur and Mongolian nationalities. Plaque samples were collected and cultured with light saliva⁃bacillin agar medium and brain⁃heart infusion medium. Streptococcus mutans were cultured, and clinical isolates were further isolated and identified by Gram staining, biochemical identification and polymerase chain reaction. Genotype distribution was detected by random primer polymerase chain reaction. Results The detec⁃ tion rate of Streptococcus mutans in the 90 included children was 75.5%. The detection rate of Streptococcus mutans in the high caries group was 86.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the caries⁃free group (64.4%) (P＝0.014). There was no significant difference in the distribution of Streptococcus mutans among Han, Uygur and Mongolian nation⁃ alities (P＝0.457). A total of 549 clinical strains of Streptococcus mutans were obtained, and 113 different genotypes were found. In the high caries group, 61.5% carried more than one genotype of Streptococcus mutans, and 37.9% of the caries ⁃ free group had more than one genotype. The genetic polymorphism of Streptococcus mutans in the high caries group was significantly higher than that in the caries⁃free group (P＝0.035). Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between oral Streptococcus mutans gene polymorphism and caries sensitivity (r＝0.258, P＝0.034). Conclusion The distribution of Streptococcus mutans in children′s oral cavity in the Bozhou area was dif⁃ ferent between the high caries group and the caries⁃free group, but there was no difference among nationalities. Strepto⁃ coccus mutans in the high caries group had more genotypes than those in the caries⁃free group. The genetic polymor⁃ phism of Streptococcus mutans might be related to the caries⁃causing ability of Streptococcus mutans.

High performance phenolic lignin-furfural adhesive was prepared by using highly reactive phenolic lignin. Two new peaks appeared at 756 cm-1 and 695 cm-1 after phenolization of lignin, which confirmed the substitution reaction between hydroxyl group at α position of lignin side chain and the active site of phenolic ring. Under the molar ratio of furfural and phenol of 1.4/1, the mass ratio of furfural and lignin of 0.05/1, the condensation time of 3.5 h, and the amount of sodium hydroxide of 11 %, a phenolic lignin-furfural adhesive with good performance was obtained (solid content of 56.25 %, pH of 11.2, viscosity of 1 525 mPa·s, free furfural content of 0.04 %, free phenol content of 0.05 %, adhesive strength of 1.67 MPa). After the optimization of hexamethylenetetramine, the adhesive layer was evenly distributed and closely combined with the wood surface, and there were many effective adhesive nails, proving that the adhesive strength was effectively improved. The composite putty obtained from the mixture of phenolic lignin-furfural adhesive and eucalyptus powder can be used for gap filling and flatness control of plywood surface. It had the advantages of no formaldehyde, good compatibility with plywood, fast drying speed, good water resistance, good grinding property, high bonding strength. Objective To study the anti-caries efficacy of arginine dentifrice on early childhood caries in the rural area of Chengdu city in order to explore better early intervention measures on caries.Methods Two schools in Chengdu rural area were randomly chosen. Subjects were chosen according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. All subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups, the experimental group used toothpaste containing 1.5% arginine and 1 450 F - ppm, control group used toothpaste containing 1 450 F - ppm, a comprehensive inspection of the dental caries of the 2 groups of subjects were recorded. The results were recorded by EpiData software for data entry, using SPSS 13.0 statistical software analysis data.Results 1 years later, the prevalence, the mean decayed missing filled teeth of deciduous teeth (dmft) of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. The number of new dmft score (t = 1.58, P = 0.001), the new decayed missing filled teeth surfaces (dmfs) number (t = 1.16, P = 0.001), The new permanent teeth DMFT number (t = 1.02, P = 0.005), new permanent teeth decay missing filling surface number (t = 1.03, P = 0.002) in the experimental group of deciduous teeth were lower than the control group. And the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Toothpaste containing 1.5% arginine and 1 450 F - ppm is more significant on children’s dental caries prevention effect compared with the toothpaste containing 1 450 F - ppm only.

The components of Citrus reticulata Blanco pulp were analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector--electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS/MS) combined with molecular network technology. A Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18 column (250x4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used for gradient elution, with methanol: 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution used as the mobile phase. Mass spectrometry data were collected in positive and negative ion modes and uploaded to the Global Natural Products Social Molecular Networking (GNPS) to create a molecular network of C. reticulata pulp. The secondary mass spectrometry fragmentation information and ultraviolet absorption characteristics were compared with those reported in the literature and contained in the online databases mzcloud and pubchem. False positive results of the molecular network were excluded, resulting in the annotation of 70 pulp compounds, including 7 flavonoids, 25 phenylpropanoids, 8 diphenylheptane, 11 organic acids, 5 fatty acids, 4 amino acids, 4 terpenoids, 2 nucleotides, and 1 alkaloid. Among these, the 8 diphenylheptane components and 2 lignan components may be newly identified components in the pulp of C. reticulata. Our findings thus indicate that a combination of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and molecular network technology can be used to rapidly, accurately, and comprehensively annotate components in the pulp of C. reticulata, and thereby provide a theoretical reference for further development and utilization of C. reticulata pulp. In order to realize the resource utilization of agricultural waste waste fungus sticks (EF), KM-n04 and CuCl2 ⋅ 2H2O were used to modify EF biochar (EFBC) prepared at low temperature to prepare copper-manganese modified EFBC (Cu-Mn-EFBC). SEM, BET, XRD, FTIR, Zeta potential and EA characterization were carried out, and the effects of preparation and reaction conditions on the adsorption of tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) in water by Cu-Mn-EFBC were investigated and the mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that the removal rate of TCH by Cu-Mn-EFBC was 90. 03%, which was much higher than that of EFBC (21.44% ), the dosage of biochar and ionic strength had little effect on the adsorption, and the pH value of the solution has a great influence; the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and the Freundlich equation can better fit the adsorption process. In order to improve the tracking accuracy of maneuvering targets and obtain more accurate real-time position and velocity information of the targets, an improved interactive multi-model tracking algorithm is proposed. Based on the traditional interactive multi-model, this algorithm introduces adjustment parameters associated with target features. The target feature data is used to provide a limited domain for the initial data, and then the adjustment parameters are added to the filter, so as to complete the optimization of the tracking accuracy by the iteration of the target state gain matrix and the covariance matrix. Experimental simulation analyzes three common states of maneuvering targets and compares them with traditional interactive multi-model tracking algorithms. The experimental results show that, when the deflection angles of the adjustment parameters of the algorithm are 4°, 2° and 1°, the mean root mean square errors are 15.91 m, 11.79 m and 11.39 m respectively, which are significantly better than the traditional algorithm's mean value of 21.39 m. At the same time, with the improvement of parameter setting accuracy, it has a certain inhibitory effect on the error fluctuation caused by the maneuvering target state. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To study the clinical features and fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) gene mutations of children with achondroplasia (ACH) through an analysis of 17 cases. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data and FGFR3 gene detection results of 17 children with ACH who were diagnosed from January 2009 to October 2021. Results Of the 17 children with ACH, common clinical manifestations included disproportionate short stature (100%, 17/17), macrocephaly (100%, 17/17), trident hand (82%, 14/17), and genu varum (88%, 15/17). The common imaging findings were rhizomelic shortening of the long bones (100%, 17/17) and narrowing of the lumbar intervertebral space (88%, 15/17). Major complications included skeletal dysplasia (100%, 17/17), middle ear dysfunction (82%, 14/17), motor/language developmental delay (88%, 15/17), chronic pain (59%, 10/17), sleep apnea (53%, 9/17), obesity (41%, 7/17), foramen magnum stenosis (35%, 6/17), and hydrocephalus (24%, 4/17). All 17 children (100%) had FGFR3 mutations, among whom 13 had c. 1138G>A hotspot mutations of the FGFR3 gene, 2 had c. 1138G>C mutations of the FGFR3 gene, and 2 had unreported mutations, with c. 1252C>T mutations of the FGFR3 gene in one child and c.445+2_445+5delTAGG mutations of the FGFR3 gene in the other child. Conclusions This study identifies the unreported mutation sites of the FGFR3 gene, which extends the gene mutation spectrum of ACH. Objective To study the association between clinical phenotypes and genotypes in children with Becker muscular dystrophy (BMD)/Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) so as to provide a theoretical basis for disease management, gene therapy, and prenatal diagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data and gene detection results of 52 children with BMD/DMD. Multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) was used to detect the DMD gene. The children with negative results of MLPA were further screened by exon chip capture combined with next-generation sequencing (NGS). The mothers of 20 probands were validated by sequencing. Results The pathogenic genes for BMD/DMD were detected in 50 children by MLPA and NGS, with a detection rate of 96%. Among the 52 children, 36 (69%) had gene deletion, 7 (13%) had duplication, and 7 (13%) had micromutation. Among the 43 children with deletion/duplication, 32 had DMD and 11 had BMD; 37 children (86%) met the reading frame rule, among whom 27 (96%) had DMD and 10 (67%) had BMD. All 7 children with micromutation had DMD. Conclusions The reading frame rule has an extremely high predictive value for DMD but a limited predictive value for BMD. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To explore the effects of TCM pattern differentiation and treatment on brain function of patients with severe Alzheimer's disease (AD) using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Methods According to the internationally recognized NINCDS-ADRDA Alzheimer's Criteria, fifty patients with severe AD were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (CMG) (n = 25) and Western medicine group (WMG) (n = 25). Patients in the CMG were given TCM treatment based on pattern differentiation: patients with heart-qi deficiency received Tiaoxin Fang (Heart-regulating Formula), patients with kidney-essence insufficiency Bushen Fang (Kidney-supplementing Formula) and patients with patterns complicated by phlegm and blood stasis were additionally given Mengshi Guntan Wan (Chlorite Phlegm-Removing Pill) and Xuefu Zhuyu Jiaonang (Blood Mansion Stasis-Expelling Capsule) respectively. Patients in the WMG were treated with donepezil 5 mg once daily. The course of treatment lasted 48 weeks for both groups. Therapeutic effects were observed and compared using Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR). Changes in brain function of the AD patients before and after treatment were also examined and compared with resting-state fMRI. Results After 48 weeks of treatment, 45.00% and 38.89% patients scored higher in MMSE and 30.00% and 22.22% scored higher in CDR in the CMG and the WMG respectively. The results of fMRI demonstrated better connectivity between posterior cingulate gyrus and other brain regions in both groups of patients. In CMG, the improved regions involved primarily the left frontal and parietal lobes, left temporal lobe and occipital lobe, while in WMG, the improved regions included primarily the right hippocampus, the left frontal lobe and the temporal lobes. Conclusion The heart-regulating and kidney-supplementing TCM treatment based on pattern differentiation is effective in improving cognitive function and reducing disease severity of patients with severe AD and enhancing their brain function by increasing connectivity between posterior cingulate gyrus and specific regions in the brain. With 12 varieties of flue-cured tobacco as a template, the conditions for primer concentration and annealing temperature for 6 pairs of SCAR primers were optimized. Multiplex PCR fingerprints and identification routes of 12 flue-cured tobacco varieties were established by multiplex PCR. The results showed that multiplex PCR had the advantages of high efficiency, high speed, time saving and low cost compared with ordinary PCR. The effects of processing parameters of vacuum conditioning, tobacco leaf storage, cutting, and cut tobacco roller drying processing on tobacco leaf cut tobacco product's color and lustre were studied using color difference instrument. The results showed that tobacco leaf brightness and color processed by two cycle vacuum conditioning more decreased than one, and tobacco leaf brightness and color also more decreased when conditioning temperature increased, time of keeping temperature and time of vacuum pumping longer in one cycle vacuum conditioning. Tobacco leaf brightness and color decreased more, color increases, color and lustre worse when temperature and humidity of storage environment increased and time of storage became longer. Cut tobacco brightness and color decreased more, color increased, color and lustre were worse when moisture content of tobacco and cutter mouthpiece pressure increased. The color had little influence on cut tobacco roller drying. According to the experiments results, the preferable process conditions were determined to keep excellent color and lustre of tobacco leaf and cut tobacco, which were one cycle vacuum conditioning, lighter processed strength (conditioning temperature was less than or equal to 55 °C,time of keeping temperature and vacuum pumping were less than or equal to 50 s and 70 s) ; temperature and humidity of storage environment were 26 °C and 63 % respectively, time of leaf storage was 2~8 h; moisture content of cutting was below 18.5%, and cutter mouthpiece pressure was below 0. 2 MPa, the hot air temperature was 105 °C and the temperature of the tube wall of roller was 125 °C. Using the single factor and orthogonal experiments with the flue-cured tobacco varieties of zhongyan 100 as raw material and two SCAR primers to study the multiple PCR reaction system in the inter action between the main ingredients of flue-cured tobacco leaves, the best suitable multiple PCR reaction system was established for roast tobacco including DNA template 45 ng, Mg2+ concentration 2.50 mmol/L, dNTP concentration 0.40 mmol/L and Taq enzyme dosage 4.00 U on the 20 µL system. Aiming at low precision of generalized stochastic Petri nets, this paper proposed the fuzz generalized stochastic Petri nets(FGSPN) by combining fuzz number with generalized stochastic Petri nets. It integrated the advantage that the fuzz number contained much information, built the FGSPN model of assembly process. It was convenient to make a quantitative study of assembly process with isomorphic Markov chain. The assembly reliability analysis results show that the model using FGSPN is more accurate than generalized stochastic Petri nets. The road is unstable under emergency conditions (like earthquakes, landslides, floods, etc ), accident waiting to happen. To solve problem of logistics distribution under emergency conditions, based on the study of traditional ant colony algorithm in solving VRP (vehicle routing problem), this paper tried to improve VRP mathematical model by adding a dynamic road factor. It gave a mathematical mode of ant colony algorithm to solve improved vehicle routing problem, and used the actual latitude and longitude of 21 cities in Shaanxi Province as an emergency analog cargo demanding places and warehouse locations to make a system simulation. It analyzed the parameters which had impact on improved algorithm convergence. SHMT was cloned from soybean variety Forrest and reported as an SCN resistance gene at Rhg4 locus. SHMT of 92 wild soybean accessions were sequenced and their sequence diversity was analysed. A total of 13 SNPs (7 transitions and 6 transversions) and 4 Indels (all in the noncoding region) were identified, 11 of them were parsimony informative sites. Sequence diversity analysis among 92 wild soybean genotypes showed N = 0.00061 and 0=0.001 06 for SHMT. Studying the function and mechanism of immune-related genes can provide scientific reference for preventing and controlling diseases in sea cucumber (A. japonicus) culture. In this study, the full-length cDNA of catalase gene from A. japonicus was cloned and characterized for the first time, which was 1 885 bp including a 76 bp 5'-untranslated region (UTR), 1 503 bp ORF encoding 500 amino acids, and a 306 bp 3'-UTR; and the predicted molecular weight was 56.56 kDa. The result of amino acid sequence alignment showed that 75% amino acid sequence identity to the Catalase of Hyriopsis cumingii and Strongylocentrotus purpuratus. The peroxisomal targeting signal PTS2, NADPH binding residues, and heme-ligand binding signal sequences "RLFSYPDTH" were identified in the deduced amino acid sequence of Catalase from A. japonicus. Phylogenetic analysis suggested that the Catalase of A. japonicus was close to that of S. purpuratus in invertebrate cluster. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis showed that catalase gene was expressed in all the tested tissues including body wall, feet, coelomocyte, respiratory tree, muscle, intestine, and the highest expression level was found in intestine. The expression of catalase mRNA was up-regulated significant!)' in the coelomocytes at 4 h after LPS challenge. In order to clarify the rule of nitrogen accumulation in Glycine soja of high protein content (HPC) nodular growth characteristics and nitrogenous compounds in nodule were studied using HPC, Glycine sofa of common protein content (CPC) and cultivated soybeans (Glycine max) at each growth stage. The results showed that kernel protein content showed significant positive correlation to nodule number at R2 to R8. Greater nodule number was faster at V6 to R2 and nodule weight continually increased at whole growth stage of HPC. Hemoglobin content and total hemoglobin content per plant showed significant positive correlation to kernel protein content at R2 to R8. The two items of HPC were higher than those of others from late V6 to R8, and the variability was at significance level. The content of free amino acid and ureide both tended to decrease. The content of free amino acid of HPC was the lowest and the ureide of HPC was the highest among 3 types from R2 to R8. The content difference of free amino acid and ureide among 3 types were significant. Therefore, it is possible that reasons for high protein content of HPC were slow nodule ageing, abundant nitrogen metabolism and high capacity for ureide synthesis and transportation in nodules.
