External financing is a key factor affecting the enterprises' green technology innovation. Based on the reference point theory, this paper has analyzed the relationship between external financing and green technology innovation with the fixed-effect threshold model of firm size. It is found out that firm size has significant threshold effects between green innovation and equity financing, debt financing as well as government subsidies. When firm size is below the threshold, the impacts of external financing towards green technology innovation are not significant, while there exists significant boost effect of external financing if firm size rise above threshold. Compared with private enterprises, the quantitative value of threshold is higher in state-owned enterprises, but the positive effects would be more intense if the firm size is within threshold. Green industry evaluation is a necessary part to develop low-carbon economy and achieving sustainable development in the economic, social and ecological environment. Establishing a reasonable indicators system is the key to green industry evaluation. From the connotation of green industry, this paper chooses green industry evaluation indicators extensively which include green production, green consumption and green environment. According to the principle of the maximum information content and the principle of eliminating redundant information, it establishes the evaluation indicators system of green industry. The special and contributions of this paper lie on four aspects. Firstly, it uses coefficient of variation to calculate the information content of each indicator, then the indicator with the highest information content is screened. At last, the evaluation indicators system of green industry composed of three criterion layers: green production, green consumption and green environment, which includes 26 indicators, is established. Secondly, it uses coefficient of variation to screen the indicator with the highest information content loading in each cluster, which ensures that the selected indicator has the greatest influence on the green industry evaluation. Thirdly, it uses R cluster analysis to classify indicators in the same criterion layer, which ensures that different indicators represent the different characteristics of the data and avoids the different indicators reflect repeated information. According to the meaning of scientific development: insisting on human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, this paper chooses human all-around development evaluation indicators extensively from four guidelines which include the economics, society, the quality of life, the quality of human. Based on the principle that indicators should be observable, this paper screens the initial indicators, after that, it uses correlation analysis together with principle component analysis to screen the indicators, and at last establishes the evaluation indicators system of human all-around development. The special and contributions of this paper lie on five aspects: firstly, it uses correlation analysis to screen the indicators, deleting the indicators with high correlation coefficient to ensure the indicators cover comprehensive information and not repeat. Secondly, it uses principle component analysis to delete indicators which have no significant impact on evaluation results. Thirdly, the study result reveals that final indicators system uses 17% of initial indicators to reflect 99% of original information. Fourthly, it uses indicators such as Per capita GDP, Gross National Happiness and Gini Coefficient to reflect the human-orientation and the meaning of and the characterized by comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Fifthly, the indicators system through quantitative screening based on authorities' typical and high-frequency indicators have double information of experts' knowledge and objective reality. This paper identifies different types of risks in R&D network from the two dimensions of risk matrix and risk source. Then it establishes and simulates the dynamic model of risk cascading propagation in R&D network with the definition of risk load, determination of risk threshold and how failed nodes affect neighboring nodes. The simulation results show the risk cascading propagation process can be over rapidly in a very short time; the capability of resisting risk has the positive correlation with the average distribution degree of all nodes' risk thresholds, and has nothing to do with the average degree of network; outer risks can cause more damages to R&D network than inner risks; highest-degree attack and random attack can lead to the collapse of R&D network more easily than lowest-degree attack. One of the core issues of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) of Chinese automobile industry is how to promote sustainable innovation capability effectively. This paper combines system dynamics with the strategic map, builds system dynamics model, and simulates and analyzes main variable. It shows that reasonable post-merger integration model can enhance sustainable innovation capability, perfect mechanism of cooperative efforts of industry and university and research institute is the key to raise the level of cooperative efforts, share of self-owned brands and sustainable innovation capability can promote each other, and market concentration can not directly enhance sustainable innovation capability.
