The rapid development of high-speed flight weapon technology brings severe challenges to air defense and anti-missile missions, and also puts forward new requirements for target trajectory prediction technology and air-to-air missile guidance technology. Under this background, this paper analyzes the new requirements of air-to-air missile target prediction and guidance technology, introduces the characteristics of the fourth-generation air-to-air missiles by taking two typical air-to-air missiles as examples, expounds the working principle of air-to-air missile guidance system, summarizes the research status of high-speed target trajectory prediction method, terminal guidance algorithm and integrated guidance and control method in detail, and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Finally, the problems that still need to be further researched are prospected.

Scene text detection helps machines understand image content,and is widely used in the fields such as intelligent transportation,scene understanding,and intelligent navigation.Existing scene text detection algorithms do not make full use of high-level semantic information and spatial information,which limits the model's ability to classify complex background pixels and the ability to detect and locate text instances of different scales.In order to solve the above problems,a scene text detection algorithm based on enhanced feature pyramid network is proposed.The algorithm includes a RIFE (ratio invariant feature enhanced) mo-dule and a RSR (rebuild spatial resolution) module.As the residual branch,the RIFE module enhances the high-level semantic information transmission of the network,improves the classification ability,and reduces the false positive rate and the false negative rate.The RSR module reconstructs multi-layer feature resolution and uses rich spatial information to improve the boundary location.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm improves the detection capabilities on the multi-directional text dataset ICDAR2015,the curved text dataset Totaltext,and the long text dataset MSRA-TD500.

Scene graphs have become one of the hotspots in computer vision research area due to their characteristics of representing the semantic and organizational structure of visual scene content, which facilitates visual comprehension and interpretable inference. However, due to the imbalance of the relationship annotation between objects in the visual scene, the existing scene graph generation methods are affected by the bias of the data set. The scene graph data imbalance problem is investigated, and a scene graph generation method based on the combination of external information guidance and residual scrambling (EGRES) is proposed to alleviate the negative impact of data set bias on scene graph generation. This method uses unbiased common sense knowledge in the external knowledge base to standardize the semantic space of the scene graph, alleviate the imbalance of the relational data distribution in the data set, and improve the generalization ability of scene graph generation. The residual scrambling method is used to fuse the visual features and the extracted common sense knowledge to standardize the scene graph generation network. The comparison experiments and ablation experiments on the VG data set prove that the proposed method in this paper can effectively improve the scene graph generation. The comparison experiments for different labels in the data set prove that the proposed method can improve the generation performance of most of the relationship categories, especially in the medium and low frequency relationship categories, which greatly alleviates the imbalance of data labeling and has better generation results than the existing scene graph generation methods.

In this study, we investigated the use of a half-ellipse dipole with distributed resistor-loading. By improving the structure of the antenna arms and using distributed resistor-loading technology, the current reflection at the end of dipole is significantly reduced, the input impedance is improved, and the operation bandwidth is widened. We decreased the backward radiation of the antenna with a cubic metal-reflective cavity and also improved the ground penetration ability. The proposed antenna was simulated and designed with electromagnetic computing software; on the basis of the design results, we fabricated the antenna sample. Measurement results of the return loss and radiation characteristics of the proposed antenna confirm the validity of the simulation. We applied the proposed antenna in a GPR system as an underground target detection experiment; on the basis of the experimental results, we conclude that the antenna is able to meet the needs of GPR systems.

Lunar Penetrating Radar (LPR), which is one of the most important science payloads onboard the Chang'E-3 (CE-3) rover, is used to obtain electromagnetic image less than 100 m beneath the lunar surface. This paper describes the system composition and working mechanism of the LPR and presents a detailed analysis of its data. We investigated special signal-processing methods and present the result of channel-1 data. The result shows that the effective echo occurs at depths greater than 100 m. Moreover, an unusual reflection exists at depth of 40 m, which may be the boundary of two geological units beneath the lunar surface.

Video Synthetic Aperture Radar (ViSAR) system offers high imaging frame rate, and high resolution, and it is consequently used to investigate and locate near-moving targets. Compared with microwave SAR, the practical application of ViSAR is restricted by motion compensation caused by short wavelength. Even slight platform vibrations cause significant variations in the phase of echo signal.Thus, it is imperative to analyze the motion compensation and the error of ViSAR. In this study, the results show that imaging is affected less in the direction of flight direction and by low vibration in the direction of the slant range. In contrast, high-frequency vibration in the direction of the slant range requires higher compensation accuracy. Given the particularity of ViSAR's motion compensation, a compensation scheme is designed to achieve high compensation precision .The effectiveness of the scheme is verified by ViSAR imaging simulation experiments.

Herbicide tolerant gene g10evo-epsps was usually used in genetically modified (GM) crops in China. To develop a detection method by specific quantitative PCR, g10evo-epsps-specific primers and probe were designed and used for accurate and precise real-time PCR (qPCR) method in house validated. Results supported the specific of the method on detecting g10evo-epsps gene from transgenic soybean ZUTS-33. Standard curves construction showed that the PCR amplification efficiency was over 90% with R² above 0.99. Limit of detection was assessed to be 8 copies and limit of quantification was estimated at 16 copies. The accuracy of qPCR method was verified by screening 5 mixed DNA samples with known levels of the ZUTS-33 event (4.5, 2, 0.5, 0.09 and 0.045%, respectively). The average bias between the quantified values and expected values of the 5 samples deviated from 0.00% to 11.11 %, and relative repeatability standard deviation ranged from 2.30% to 17.10%. The overall data indicated that this developed g10evo-epsps-specific qPCR method could meet the requirements of GM soybean screening and provide technical support for GM soybean regulation and labeling. The construction of highway ecological landscape is an important part of highway entity and an iconic feature of scenic countryside and ecological garden city, which plays an important role in the process of achieving social and economic sustainable development. The efficient index system and method is a basic measurement for the assessment of the interior quality and its associated outer environment. By taking five arterial highways (G15, G228, G204, S334 and S335) in the territory of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province as the case, an evaluation system containing quantitative and qualitative indices was developed to deal with the ecological landscape quality. The system composed of 12 evaluation indices which were divided into three categories including ornamental value, ecological efficiency, and safety design. Based on the survey and calculation of the raw data, the variable matrix was established and analyzed with principal component (PC) analysis. The results showed that the equation of highway greening ecological evaluation score was H = 0.694xPCl +0.191 XPC2+0.115XPC3, and scores of 5 highways ranked in the ordination of G204 > G15 > S334 > G228 > S335. Aiming at the wireless-connection problem for the mobile monitoring system, a kind of control system of remote mobile monitoring system based on Cortex is proposed. The wireless-connecting methods of the remote mobile monitoring system based on ZigBee, GPRS and Wi-fi were investigated. The information transfer modebased on X M P P in the mobile monitoring system was discussed. Some specific applications of the remote mobile monitoring system were introduced. The RTMFP protocol of FlashP2P technique is analyzed in detail and a FlashP2P traffic recognition algorithm based on RTMFP packet detection is proposed. The algorithm is used to effectively identify the FlashP2P streams of the domestic mainstream video sites. On this basis, the characteristics of FlashP2P flow are analyzed and their self-similarity is proved. Finally, based on the empirical mode decomposition of the ARIMA, we build a model to predict the self-similar network traffic. Switching time of traditional dual-mode algorithms generally determined empirically, which is that when through a certain number of iterations or mean square error is reduced to a range, algorithm gets its hard switching. For this situation, this paper proposed a clustering technology based soft decision dual-mode constant modulus blind equalization algorithm. New algorithm was more practical because that it can switch automatically without affecting the convergence speed and accuracy. It firstly analysed the information of initial outputs of constellation equalization algorithm, and then obtained a rough outline of the constellation diagram according to subtractive clustering. Finally it used fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering for secondary processing to obtain accurate information on the constellation. If the resulting constellation meets criteria, equalizer will switch to the subsequent algorithm to complete equalization, which achieved a soft switching in the algorithm. In this article, based on the 0penCV2. 2 visual library and Visual Studio C + +, the authors implement the module of extracting Haar features and multi-scales classification with Adaboost to exploit special gesture recognition to meet this trend. Using the recognition and location of clench fist gesture in real time, the authors have completed the tracking of brush track through the location of gestures, and also worked out an algorithm to decrease the errors in detected points to make the brush go smoothly. Objective: To analyze the impact of cecal ligation and puncture (CLP)-induced sepsis on the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells., Methods: (1) Animal experiment: sixteen male C57BL/6 mice were divided into sham operation group (Sham group) and CLP-induced sepsis model group (CLP group) by random number table method, with 8 mice in each group. After 5 days of operation, the jejunal tissues were taken for determination of leucine-rich-repeat-containing G-protein-coupled receptor 5 (LGR5) and intestinal alkaline phosphatase (IAP) by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The translation of LGR5 was detected by Western blotting. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (Ki67) was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. IAP level was detected by modified calcium cobalt staining and colorimetry. Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of Paneth cell marker molecule lysozyme 1 (LYZ1) and goblet cell marker molecule mucin 2 (MUC2). (2) Cell experiment: IEC6 cells in logarithmic growth stage were divided into blank control group and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) group (LPS 5 μg/mL). Twenty-four hours after treatment, PCR and Western blotting were used to analyze the transcription and translation of LGR5. The proliferation of IEC6 cells were detected by 5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine (EdU) staining. The transcription and translation of IAP were detected by PCR and colorimetric method respectively., Results: (1) Animal experiment: the immunohistochemical results showed that the positive rate of Ki67 staining in the jejunal tissue of CLP group was lower than that of Sham group [(41.7±2.5)% vs. (48.7±1.4)%, P = 0.01]. PCR and Western blotting results showed that there were no statistical differences in the mRNA and protein expressions of LGR5 in the jejunal tissue between the CLP group and Sham group (Lgr5 mRNA: 0.7±0.1 vs. 1.0±0.2, P = 0.11; LGR5/β-actin: 0.83±0.17 vs. 0.68±0.19, P = 0.24). The mRNA (0.4±0.1 vs. 1.0±0.1, P < 0.01) and protein (U/g: 47.3±6.0 vs. 73.1±15.3, P < 0.01) levels of IAP in the jejunal tissue were lower in CLP group. Immunofluorescence saining analysis showed that the expressions of LYZ1 and MUC2 in the CLP group were lower than those in the Sham group. (2) Cell experiment: PCR and Western blotting results showed that there was no significant difference in the expression of LGR5 between the LPS group and the blank control group (Lgr5 mRNA: 0.9±0.1 vs. 1.0±0.2, P = 0.33; LGR5/β-actin: 0.71±0.18 vs. 0.69±0.04, P = 0.81). The proliferation rate of IEC6 cells in the LPS group was lower than that in the blank control group, but there was no significant difference [positivity rate of EdU: (40.5±3.8)% vs. (46.5±3.6)%, P = 0.11]. The mRNA (0.5±0.1 vs. 1.0±0.2, P < 0.01) and protein (U/g: 15.0±4.0 vs. 41.2±10.4, P < 0.01) of IAP in the LPS group were lower than those in the blank control group., Conclusions: CLP-induced sepsis inhibits the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells, impairing the self-renewal ability of intestinal epithelium.

Clear vertical variations in phytoplankton community structure are usually observed in deep-water lakes and reservoirs, which is one of the key components of water quality and ecosystem functioning. However, the vertical patterns and ecological drivers of phytoplankton communities in deep-water lakes and reservoirs are still understudied. In this study, we took Qiandao Lake, a deep-water reservoir, as an example to reveal the vertical distribution characteristics of phytoplankton communities and its influencing factors by investigating phytoplankton community structure and the associated water quality index at 12 sites across the whole lake in two seasons (spring and autumn). The results showed that the phytoplankton abundance and chlorophyll a were highest in the surface layer in autumn and then decreased toward deep water, whereas in spring, the maximum value occurred in the subsurface layer (2-5 m), and the dominant phytoplankton species showed obvious vertical stratification characteristics. Specifically, in spring, Cryptomonas and Pseudanabaena dominated the surface and subsurface layers, Cryptomonas dominated in the middle layer, and the abundance of Cyclotella at the bottom layer was significantly higher than that of the other algae genera. The dominant genera in autumn were Pseudanabaena and Aphanizomenon . In the subsurface and middle layers, Leptolyngbya and Pseudanabaena occupied the dominant position, and Leptolyngbya became the only dominant genus. In the bottom layer, Leptolyngbya was the only dominant genus. The key environmental indicators of the water also had obvious vertical changes. The contents of N and P nutrients had a negative correlation with the water depth in spring, whereas the reverse trend was observed in autumn. The correlation analysis showed that the vertical variation in phytoplankton abundance in spring was significantly positively correlated with phosphate concentration, whereas the vertical distribution of phytoplankton abundance in autumn was significantly positively correlated with intensity of light, and the water temperature, NH 4 + -N, and total nitrogen were the main factors driving the vertical changes in the dominant genera of phytoplankton community in the two seasons. To summarize, environmental conditions such as water temperature, light, and nutrients had strong effects on the vertical distribution of phytoplankton. In the ecological investigation and quality assessment of deep-water lakes and reservoirs, the vertical distribution characteristics of the phytoplankton community structure and the influence of environmental conditions should be fully considered.

In February 2020, "surviving sepsis campaign international guidelines for the management of septic shock and sepsis-associated organ dysfunction in children" was published in Intensive Care Medicine and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. This article gives an interpretation on the guidelines to help Chinese pediatricians better understand it.

We explore the effects of different passivating agents on livestock manure treatment by using chicken manure and straw as raw materials and thermophilic rapid fermentation. We investigate the effects of sepiolite (SE), calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer (NP), biochar (BI), compounds of sepiolite plus calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer (S+N), sepiolite plus biochar (S+B), calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer plus biochar (N+B), and sepiolite plus calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and biochar (SNB) on the physical and chemical characteristics, heavy metal fraction and distribution, and organic matter content in chicken manure compost. The results showed that the addition of different passivating agents significantly increased the pH in chicken manure organic fertilizer ( P <0.05). The seed germination rate was increased after applying of passivation agents, being>80%, and the germination inhibition rate decreased accordingly, whereas the values of electric conductivity (EC) and organic carbon were inhibited. The total nitrogen content and carbon/nitrogen ratio (C/N) were lower than of those before composting, and all of the indicators reached the standard of organic fertilizer maturity. However, differences among the groups after composting were that the pH increase in the compounding treatment was comparatively higher, and that the EC decreased significantly under the treatment of the single sepiolite and calcium magnesium phosphate, whereas the total nitrogen content and C/N ratio of organic carbon were not significantly different in each group. Although the total amount of heavy metals in our organic chicken manure fertilizer increased due to a concentration effect, the proportion of exchangeable heavy metals in the fertilizer decreased, and while the ratio of the residual heavy metals increased. The passivation effect on heavy metals under combined treatments of different materials was better than that of a single agent, and the SNB treatment had the best effect on the passivation of Ni, Zn, As, and Pb. After composting treatment, the concentrations of humic substances (HS) and humic acid (HA) increased significantly ( P <0.05), and the highest concentrations increased by 19.8% and 78.9%, respectively. The amount of fulvic acid (FA) decreased by 4.47%-20.11% compared with the initial conditions. Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the small molecular substances of polysaccharides increased after composting. In summary, the addition of a passivation agent can promote the heavy metal passivation in chicken manure organic fertilizers to potentially render the compost as harmless.

Objective: To investigate the protective effects of shen-mai injection on intestinal barrier function in the early stage of 30% 3° scald, and to provide experimental basis for the prevention and control of enterogenic infection., Methods: A total of 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group (without treatment), model control group (with 30% total body surface area (TBSA) fully thickness burn on the back), hexadecadrol (5 mg/kg) group, Shenmai injection (5, 10, 15 mg/kg) groups, with 10 rats in each group. After burned by scald apparatus, rats in each group were treated with drugs immediately by intraperitoneal injection once a day. At 72 hours after burned, the levels of plasma endotoxin, diamine oxidase (DAO), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukins-6(IL-6) in all rats were detected and the mesenteric lymph nodes, liver and spleen were homogenized to culture for bacteria. The change of secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) in intestinal mucosa was measured., Results: Compared with normal control group, bacterial translocation quantity in mesenteric lymph nodes(MLN), liver, and spleen, and the plasma levels of DAO, endotoxin, TNF-α, IL-6 and the level of sIgA in intestinal mucosa in model control group were increased significantly (P＜0.01); compared with model control group, bacterial translocation quantity in MLN, liver, and spleen, and the plasma levels of DAO, endotoxin, TNF-α, IL-6 and the level of sIgA in intestinal mucosa in hexadecadrol (5 mg/kg) group and shen-mai injection (5, 10, 15 mg/kg) groups were decreased significantly (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01)., Conclusion: Shen-mai injection can alleviate intestinal mucosa injury caused by severe scald, and the effects are similar with those of dexamethasone, and the effect is better in the high-dose group.

One hundred and twenty types of chicken manure organic fertilizer samples were collected from five provinces and two cities in the Huang-Huai-Hai region, to investigate heavy metal content, fractionation, and environmental risk through toxicity characteristic leaching procedures. Results showed that content of heavy metals in chicken manure organic fertilizer varied greatly, in the order of Zn > Cu > Pb > As > Cd. When compared with the standard for organic manure, ratios of Cd, As, and Pb exceeded the standard by 6.7%, 47.05%, and 14.28%, respectively. Moreover, the content of heavy metals varied significantly in different provinces. Cd and Zn in organic manure fertilizers were mainly Fe and Mn oxide-bound fractions, accounting for 37.3% and 43.79%, respectively. However, the proportion of residual fractions of Pb, organically-bound fractions of Cu, and exchangeable forms of As were higher. Contents of TCLP-Zn,-Cu,-Cd,-Pb and-As in organic manure were 41.11, 33.3, 0.07, 1.25, and 0.21 mg·kg -1 , respectively. The number of samples in which Zn and Pb in organic manure exceeded the standard was 6 and 5, respectively, with these mainly obtained from Hebei and Jiangsu provinces. There was a significant correlation between total content of Zn, Cu, Cd, and As in organic manure and content of TCLP ( P <0.05). Based on an annual manure application rate of chicken manure of 15 t·hm -2 , safe application of chicken manure is in the order of Henan > Tianjin > Anhui=Shandong=Jiangsu > Hebei > Beijin.

Infant hemangioma, the most common benign tumor in children, is characterized by rapid proliferation, followed by slower spontaneous involution. However, some patients with facial segmental hemangioma are associated with PHACE syndrome. PHACE syndrome is characterized by vascular nerve and vascular cutaneous lesions of multiple systemic systems, often resulting in structural and functional impairments. Recent studies have demonstrated that the possible pathogeneses of PHACE syndrome mainly include hypoxia, abnormality of mesodermal vascular endothelial cells, genetic abnormality, and abnormality of interstitial mesenchymal stem cells. The current medications for hemangioma with PHACE syndrome include beta blockers, glucocorticoids, and mTOR inhibitors. This review article mainly describes the pathogenesis, diagnoses and treatments of PHACE syndrome, in order to provide directions for diagnosis and treatment of this disorder.

Objective: To assess the therapeutic effect of management for lymphatic malformation (LM) in infants., Methods: This retrospective study recruited clinical data of 996 patients with LM from June 2004 to July 2015 in our center. All patients were diagnosed as LM after ultrasound, CT or MR scan. All patients were divided into Group 1 (427 patients, treated by endoscopic LM partial resection combined with cautery and postoperative intratumoral negative pressure and absolute ethyl alcohol),Group 2 (239 patients, treated by combined pinyangmycin and dexamethasone injection),Group 3 (330 patients, treated by surgical resection only).The clinical effects were observed in three groups, and therapeutic effect differences in gender, age, maximum diameter, location, range, histological typing, lymph property and treatments were analysed in cervicofacial LM., Results: Group 1:333 patients were cured (78.0％),Group 2:165 patients were cured (69.0％),Group 3:238 patients were cured (72.1％).The difference in cure rate between Group 1 and Group 2 or between Group 1 and Group 3 was significant(P ＜0.05).The number of patients with ≥ 2 treatments in Group 3 was significantly less than that in other two groups. The cure rate of LM in cervicofacial area was significantly lower than that in other parts of body (P ＜ 0.05).In cervicofacial LM patients, the therapeutic effect differences in maximum diameter, range, histological typing, lymph property were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).At the multivariable logistic regression analysis, LM range as well as histological typing were independent factors influencing the therapeutic effect (P ＜ 0.05)., Conclusions: Both treatment of endoscopic LM partial resection combined with cautery and postoperative intratumoral negative pressure and absolute ethyl alcohol, and surgical resection have good therapeutic effect on LM in infants. LM range as well as histological typing are important factors independently influencing the therapeutic effect of cervicofacial LM in infants.

Objective: To screen lentiviral vectors carrying siRNA which can specifically down-regulate the gene expression of the sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 3 (S1PR3) in the corpus cavernosum smooth muscle (CCSM) cells of rats with spontaneous hypertension (SHT) and investigate the influence of the vectors on the signaling pathways of ROCK1, ROCK2 and eNOS in the CCSM cells of SHT rats., Methods: Using the S1PR3 mRNA sequence of the rat as an interfering target, we designed and synthesized three pairs of siRNA sequences (siRNA1, 2 and 3) targeting S1PR3 and one pair of negative control, and then constructed and packaged them into lentiviral vectors. We cultured the CCSM cells of SHT and Wistar-Kyoto (WKY) rats in vitro and randomly divided them into groups A (SHT untransfected control), B (SHT transfected and carrying negative control virus), C (SHT transfected and carrying siRNA1 targeting S1PR3), D (SHT transfected and carrying siRNA2 targeting S1PR3), E (SHT transfected and carrying siRNA3 targeting S1PR3), and F (WKY untransfected control). With the multiplicity of infection (MOI) = 60, we transfected the CCSM cells of the SHT rats with the lentiviral vector and then determined the expression of the green fluorescent protein (GFP) as well as the mRNA and protein expressions of S1PR3, ROCK1, ROCK2 and eNOS in the CCSM cells of the SHT and WKY rats by RT-PCR and Western blot., Results: Gene sequencing proved the successful construction of the lentiviral vector. The transfection efficiency of the CCSM cells of the rats was >80% in groups B, C, D and E. Compared with group A, the mRNA and protein expressions of S1PR3, ROCK1 and ROCK2 exhibited no significant difference in group B but were remarkably decreased in groups C, D, E and F (P< 0.05), most significantly in group E, with the inhibition rates of the mRNA and protein expressions of S1PR3 of (34.2±2.9) and (77.7±4.7)%, those of ROCK1 of (33.3±1.4) and (51.1±7.3)%, and those of ROCK2 of (30.8±3.6) and (58.32±5.5)%, respectively. The mRNA and protein expressions of eNOS in group A showed no significant difference from those in groups B, C, D and E (P>0.05) but remarkably lower than those in group F (P< 0.05). Compared with group F, the mRNA and protein expressions of S1PR3, ROCK1 and ROCK2 were not significantly different from those in group E (P>0.05) but markedly increased in groups A, B, C and D (P< 0.05), while those of eNOS remarkably decreased in groups A, B, C, D and E (P< 0.05)., Conclusions: The three constructed lentiviral vectors carrying siRNA targeting different loci of the S1PR3 gene could significantly inhibit the expression of S1P3 as well as RhoA/Rho kinase signaling pathways in the CCSM cells of SHT rats, and the vector carrying siRNA3 exhibited the highest inhibitory effect.

Objective: To investigate whether androgens can regulate the expression of eNOS in rat corpus cavernosum through AKT3, PIK3CA, CALM, and CAV1 and influence erectile function., Methods: Thirty-six 8-week-old male SD rats were randomly divided into groups A (4-week control), B (6-week control), C (4-week castration), D (6-week castration), E (4-week castration + testosterone replacement), and F (6-week castration + testosterone replacement). Both the testis and epididymis were removed from the rats in groups C, D, E and F, and on the second day after surgery, the animals of groups E and F were subcutaneously injected with testosterone propionate at 3 mg per kg of the body weight qd alt while all the others with isodose oil instead. At 4 weeks (for groups A, C and E) and 6 weeks (for groups B, D and F) after treatment, we detected the maximum intracavernous pressure (ICPmax), the mean carotid arterial pressure (MAP) and their ratio (ICPmax/MAP), measured the level of serum testosterone (T), and determined the expressions of eNOS, P-eNOS, AKT3, PIK3CA, CALM and CAV1 in the corpus cavernosum by Western blot and immunohistochemistry., Results: No statistically significant differences were observed in the body weight and MAP among different groups. The serum T level and ICPmax/MAP were remarkably lower in groups C and D than in the other four groups (P<0.01) as well as in groups E and F than in A and B (P<0.05) but exhibited no significant differences either between E and F or between A and B. Immunohistochemistry showed that eNOS and P-eNOS were mainly expressed in the vascular endothelial cell membrane and cavernous vascular lumen, while AKT3, PIK3CA, CALM and CAV1 chiefly in the vascular endothelial cell cytoplasm and membrane, with a few in the smooth muscle cells. Western blot analysis manifested that the expressions of eNOS, P-eNOS, AKT3, PIK3CA, CALM and CAV1 were markedly lower in groups C and D than in A, B, E and F (P<0.01) as well as in D than in C (P<0.05) but those in groups E and F did not showed any significant difference from those in A and B, nor E from F or A from B., Conclusions: Androgens can improve erectile function by upregulating the expressions of AKT3, PIK3CA, CALM and CAV1 protein molecules and activating eNOS after its phosphorylation, though the exact molecular mechanisms are yet to be further studied.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) combined with lauromacrogol for the treatment of parotid gland hemangioma in infants., Methods: From Sep.2005 to Dec.2014,a total of 117 patients with parotid gland hemangioma were divided into observation group (n =32),control group 1 (n =30),control group 2 (n =28) and control group 3 (n =27).The observation group was treated by RFA combined with lauromacrogol, while the control group 1 was treated by RFA only, the control group 2 was treated by pingyangmycin only, and the control group 3 received additional pingyangmycin based on RFA. All the patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months, and the clinical effects were observed in four groups., Results: Control group 1:16 patients were cured (53.3％),and the number of patients with ≥2 treatments was 9.There was 1 case with skin ulceration,1 with abdominal discomfort,1 with liver function damage and 1 with high fever.Control group 2:17 patients were cured(60.7％),and number of patients with ≥2 treatments was 12.There were 3 cases with skin ulceration,9 with abdominal discomfort,6 with liver function damage and 5 with high fever.Control group 3:21 patients were cured(77.8％),and number of patients with ≥2 treatments was 2.There were 2 cases with skin ulceration,6 with abdominal discomfort,4 with liver function damage and 4 with high fever.However,in observation group,25 patients were cured(78.1％) and number of patients with ≥ 2 treatments was 4,which were significantly different from that in control group 1 or control group 2 (P ＜0.05).And the difference in postoperative adverse reactions between observation group and control group 2 or control group 3 was also of significance (2 with skin ulceration,1 with abdominal discomfort,1 with liver function damage and 6 with high fever,P ＜ 0.05)., Conclusions: Combined RFA and lauromacrogol has a good therapeutic effect on parotid gland hemangioma with relatively low adverse effect, so it deserves to be suggested and applied in clinical practice.

Objective: To investigate the expressions of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptors 1-3 (S1P1- 3) in the corpus cavernosum of castrated male rats and its relationship with the NOS/NO/cGMP and RhoA/Rho kinase signaling pathways., Methods: We equally randomized 18 eight-week-old healthy male SD rats into a sham-operation control, a castration, and a testosterone replacement (TR) group and harvested the bilateral testes and epididymides from the rats in the latter two groups, followed by 4 weeks of subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate at 3 mg per kilogram of the body weight per day for those in the TR group and that of plant oil for those in the control and castration groups. At the age of 12 weeks, we measured the serum testosterone (T) level and maximum intracavernous pressure/mean arterial pressure (ICPmax/MAP) of the animals and determined the expressions of SlP1-3, eNOS, P-eNOS, ROCK1, and ROCK2 in the corpus cavernosum by Western blot and immunohistochemistry., Results: The serum T level was significantly decreased in the rats of the castration group as compared with those of the control and TR groups ([0.41 ± 0.04] vs [16.01 ± 1.02] and [15.84 ± 1.32] nmol/L, P < 0.01), with no statistically significant difference between the latter two groups. The ICPmax/MAP at 0 V, 3 V, and 5 V electric stimulation was remarkably lower in the rats of the castration group (0.088 ± 0.014, 0.323 ± 0.014, and 0.432 ± 0.012) than in those of the control group (0.155 ± 0.011, 0.711 ± 0. 010, and 0.819 ± 0.024) and TR group (0.153 ± 0.012, 0.696 ± 0.017, and 0.763 ± 0.027) (P < 0.01), with no significant difference between the latter two groups. With GAPDH as internal control, the animals of the castration group showed markedly reduced expressions of S1P1 ([49.99 ± 3.39]%), eNOS ([46.82 ± 3.81]%) , and P-eNOS ([45.42 ± 4.35]%) in comparison with those in the control group ([72.57 ± 3.06], [89.76 ± 3.98], and [82.53 ± 8.92] and TR group ([71.77 ± 4.43], [87.19 ± 4.23], and [79.82 ± 7.38]%) (P < 0.01) , while the expressions of S1P2, S1P3, ROCK1, and ROCK2 were significantly upregulated in the castration group ([82.35 ± 4.13], [61.03 ± 5.14], [74.50 ± 4.02], and [69.83 ± 5.75]%) as compared with those in the control group ([41.67 ± 1.68], [31.66 ± 2.67], [35.69 ± 5.56], and [39.85 ± 7.17]%) and TR group ([42.80 ± 3.87], [32.25 ± 4.22], 38.06 ± 5.21], and [42.36 ± 4.44]%) (P < 0.01)., Conclusion: Androgen deficiency induces significant reduction of ICPmax/ MAP in male rats, which is possibly associated with the decline of S1P1 in the corpus cavernosum, inhibition of the eNOS/NO/cGMP signaling pathway, increased expressions of S1P2 and S1P3, and activation of the RhoA/Rho kinase signaling pathway.

Objective: To investigate the effects of Tetrandrine (TET) prenatal intervention on the differentiation of alveolar epithelial cells type I (AEC I) in rat model of Nitrofen-induced congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH)., Methods: Timed-pregnant Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups, namely control, CDH and TET group on day 9.5 of gestation. The rats in TET group and CDH group were given 125 mg of Nitrofen by gavage one time, while the rats in control group were given the same dose of seed fat. After that, the rats in TET group was given 30 mg/kg of TET by gavage once a day for three days from day 18.5 of gestation, while the rats in CDH and control group were given the same dose of normal saline. On day 21.5 of gestation, all fetuses were delivered by cesarean, the lungs of fetuses were histologically evaluated by microscope and electron microscope. The expressions of type I cell-specific protein (RT140) and thyroid transcription factor 1 (TTF1) in alveolar fluid content were analyzed by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry staining. To detect the number of AEC I and AEC II of each group by transmission electron microscopy and calculate the percentage of AEC I and AEC II (I/II%)., Results: The microscope and electron microscope study found the lungs of fetuses in CDH group showed marked hypoplasia, in contrast to the improvement of hypoplasia in TET fetuses. The pulmonary alveolar area had significant difference statistically (P < 0.01) in each group, which present as control > TET > CDH. I/II% had significant difference statistically (P < 0.01) in each group, which present as control > TET > CDH. The expression level of TTF1 was up-regulated in both CDH and TET groups, and it was higher in CDH group (P < 0.01). The expression level of RT140 were down-regulated in CDH and TET groups, which was lower in CDH group (P < 0.01)., Conclusion: The development of AEC I was interfered in CDH rat model, TET prenatal treatment could improve the lung development of CDH.

In this study, total and available contents of seven typical heavy metals (Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd and Pb) were determined in mangrove wetland sediments in Dongzhai Harbor, and the distribution characteristics and bioavailability of these heavy metals in sediment were analyzed. The results showed that all the metals contents in this area were higher than in mangrove wetlands in Yalong Bay and Sanya Bay, but lower than the average level in mangrove wetlands in South China and other areas in the world, which was at a moderate to low level. The contents of heavy metals in surface layer of sediment significantly differed among barren shoal, the edge and inside of forest. All the metals were obviously accompanyingly deposited in the columnar sediments, which indicated a strong homogeneous source. The available contents of seven heavy metals in the surface sediments were extracted by EDTA, which had the order of Cu>Cr>Zn>Ni>As>Pb>Cd. All the maximum ratios of available to total content of elements appeared in surface or -middle to upper layers, except Ni. There was significant positive correlation between available and total contents of target metals.

Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of hypotelorism., Methods: From Jan. 2000 to Jan. 2014, 6 cases with hypotelorism were retrospectively studied. Among them, 3 cases had craniosynostosis, 2 had holoprosencephaly, and 1 had cleft lip. All the cases were diagnosed and treated by bone graft or spring distraction to correct the hypotelorism., Results: 2 cases were treated by none graft and 4 cases were treated by external spring distraction. All the patients completed the treatment successfully with obvious improvement in appearance. No complication happened. 4 cases were followed up for 2 years with an average fronto-orbital axis angle as (50 ± 8) °., Conclusions: Hypotelorism can be successfully corrected by bone graft as fronto-orbital bridge or spring distraction.
