In order to improve the quality and the influence of Journal of Natural Resources (JNR), the authors searched papers published in JNR during 1986-2015 in CNKI as the source data and analyzed the characteristics of zero-cited papers. Changes in the number of published papers and the rate of zero-cited papers, the average download frequency and other related information, such as authors, subjects, funds and paper characteristics, were all taken into consideration. The results are as follows: 1) From quarterly journal to bimonthly and monthly journal, the number of published papers in JNR increased, but the rate of zero-cited papers did not increase. 2) These zero-cited papers were still downloaded, which means they have the possibility of being cited in the future. 3) As far as the information the first authors of the zero-cited papers were concerned, doctoral students take the most proportion, followed by master students, assistant professors and associate professors, and professors take the least proportion, and the authors from colleges/universities and scientific institutes are more than the authors from local departments. Most zero-cited papers were written by single author or authors from single institute. 4) Whether a paper was cited or not had little relation with the number and the type of funds. 5) The subjects of most zero-cited papers are pedology, geoscience, meteorology and environmental biology. Finally, several suggestions are given to reduce the rate of zero-cited papers through the cooperative control of authors, peer reviewers and journal editors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To analyze the characteristics and citation of National Medical Journal of China ( NMJC ) from 2017 to 2019, and provide reference for the development of the journal. Methods: All the literature published in NMJC during the period 2017 to 2019 was selected as the research objects, and the citation frequency data in Chinese core periodicals of science and technology from January 2018 to December 2021 were obtained through Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China. The main indicators included the citation rate of published articles, average citation frequency of articles, citation status of individual papers, high citation authors and their affiliations from 2017 to 2019. Results: A total of 2 694 articles were published in 21 columns of NMJC from 2017 to 2019. The total number of published pages was 11 689, and the average number of articles was 4.34 pages. The total number of cited papers was 1 849, accounting for 68.63%. Among them, 845 papers were not cited, accounting for 31.37%. The total citation times was 6 578, with an average citation of 2.44 times. The highest citation frequency of a single paper was 217 times. A total of 54.27% articles obtained fund support, and the cited rate (72.78%) was slightly higher than that of articles without fund support (63.72%). Standard and specification articles were cited 1 817 times, with a citation rate of 96.67%, and 66 articles were cited more than 10 times. The columns with more than 30 articles but all cited less than 1 time included case report and difficult case analysis. The first author was from 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) in China. There were 21 corresponding authors whose papers have been cited more than 30 times, and 18 of them were from major hospitals and science academies in Beijing. Aiming at the existing incentive mechanisms cannot satisfy the demand of implementation for federated learning（FL） in competitive environment, this paper proposed a multi-dimensional contract-based incentive mechanism for FL in competitive environment. Firstly, this paper introduced the competition intensity to measure the competition relationship between the data owners and the task publisher. Secondly, this paper designed a novel incentive form named as MM（monetary-the FL model） combined incentive, which combined monetary with usufruct of FL model. Thirdly, based on MM combined incentive, this paper constructed optimization problems of the multi-dimensional contract-based incentive mechanism design for FL in competitive environment for the task publisher’s profit maximization under complete information scenario and incomplete information scenario respectively. Finally, experimental results show that the multi-dimensional contract-based incentive mechanism based on MM combined incentive improves the willingness of data owners to participate in FL in competitive environment. The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association is an academic writing format reference manual commonly used in the field of social sciences. The current, seventh edition of this manual was published in October 2019. The two main issues spotlighted in this edition are the increasingly common citation of online material and the use of inclusive and bias-free language in academic writing. APA (American Psychological Association) style guidelines are widely used in nursing academia, in papers written for N3 and N4 nursing clinical ladder qualification, and in papers submitted to nursing journals. The lengthy and detailed content of the APA publication manual frequently overwhelms and confuses clinical nurses and students, and Taiwan Nursing Association members regularly submit APA-style-related questions to the Association. Thus, this article was written to address the origin and evolution of APA formatting guidelines and their importance in academic writing, highlight the major changes in the seventh edition, answer common questions about the APA citation format, and share APA online resources. It is hoped that the information in this article assists readers to improve the quality of their academic writing.

Comprehensive interventions have been widely used in health system, public health, education and communities and have become increasingly focus of systematic reviews. There have been many reporting guidelines about systematic reviews, but they do not take the features of comprehensive interventions in medical area into consideration. As a result, PRISMA-CI has been developed as an extension of PRISMA, which adds or modifies the essential items of PRISMA. This paper introduces the items of PRISMA-CI and explains the items with an example to help authors, publishers, and readers understand PRISMA-CI and use it in systematic reviews on comprehensive interventions. As it become more and more popular with comprehensive interventions, PRISMA-CI will provide important structure and guidance for its systematic review and Meta-analysis.

Typesetting is an important step in journal publishing process. There will be many differences between the original articles and typesetted articles with typesetting software, even derivative errors caused by negligence of typesetter. All these will cause trouble for later editing and proofreading work. This paper analyzed the common errors caused by typesetting in stomatological journals, in order to provide a reference for improving the quality of journal.

The general principles and key points in writing of a scientific article in stomatology were interpreted based on the national guideline and the author's personal experiences in the present article. Efforts should be made by the authors focusing on core information, refinement and description of their papers. In the second half of the article, the general process of paper review was introduced. The article also gave suggestions on how to response to the reviewers' questions. It is well recognized that a good scientific journal was created by good authors, good reviewers and good editors. The author proposed that efforts by above mentioned three parties should be gathered to make more valuable, delicately designed and well performed clinical research articles be published.

The changeable situation from the late 19th century to the 20th century makes the world's politics, societies and ideologies into a great change. In this epoch, a lot of new problem, new phenomenon and modern ideology appeared. The publication of periodicals, establishment of publishing houses and new writers coming out that promoted modern literature and translated literature growth. Firstly, modern fiction imitated Western model emerged in the South of Vietnamese society, written by romanization language. Secondly, Chinese classical fictions translated into romanization, then published on periodicals; at the same period, with the popularization of romanization words, French classical fictions translated too. Beside that, Chinese people in Sai Gon Cho Ló'n read many of from Hong Kong, Taiwan popular fictions, especially Qiong Yao and Louis Cha's works. These Chinese people whom translated their works into Vietnamese language, which in the first time as a new phenomenon of receiving popular Taiwan fiction in South of Vietnam. This paper, through the modern literature movement under Vietnamese society context, the interaction between Taiwan and Vietnam, the author is deeply going to discuss the phenomenon of receiving popular Taiwanese fiction in Vietnamese society from the early 20th century until nowadays, express the loving Taiwan popular fiction of Vietnamese readers so much so that as a popular craze. Objective: To assess qualities on methodologies and reporting on Meta-analysis used in papers being published in National Medical Journal of China., Methods: Computerized literature searching was performed in Wangfang Medical Online to collect articles that Meta-analysis was used in the National Medical Journal of China since January 1998 until October 2014. Manual retrieval was also conducted.Qualities on methodologies and reporting were evaluated by both Assessment of Multiple Systematic Reviews (AMSTAR) and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) scales., Results: A total of 74 papers were included. The results on the qualities of methodology evaluation in these papers were 3 to 10 (median 7) scores, 10 articles (13.5%) were rated as high, 61 articles (82.4%) as moderate and 3 articles (4.1%) as low. No statistically significant difference existed in each year of AMSTAR score (χ(2) = 10.205, P = 0.423). The titles of AMSTAR scales with a lower coincidence rate were "Was a list of studies (included and excluded) provided?", "Was the conflict of interest stated?", "Was the status of publication (i.e.grey literature) used as an inclusion criterion?" and "Was the likelihood of publication bias assessed?". The results on the qualities of reporting evaluation in these papers were 5.5 to 26 (median 20) scores, 9 articles (12.2%) scored <15 points, 39 articles (52.7%) 15.5-21 points and 26 articles (35.1%) 21.5-27 points. There was statistically significant difference in each year of PRISMA score (F = 4.301, P = 0.000). And the year 2010 was the highest one. The titles of PRISMA scales with a lack of comprehensive reports were "Structured summary", "Objectives of introduction", "Protocol & registration", "Data collection process", "Data items", "Risk of bias in individual studies", "Risk of bias across studies", "Additional analyses", "Study selection","Risk of bias within studies", "Conclusion limitations", "Conclusions" and "Funding support" etc., Conclusions: Articles of Meta-analysis published in National Medical Journal of China have a high quality so as to provide rationales for clinical decision-making. However, both of qualities on methodology and reports sill call for continual improvements.

The Ming dynasty was the mature period of China’s ancient printing and publishing industry, especially the commercial publishing industry with book workshops as the main body reached an unprecedented peak during this period, which played a powerful role in promoting the preservation and dissemination of knowledge and ancient books. Meanwhile, the Ming dynasty was also an important period in the process of classifying Han Fu, and the dissemination and acceptance of Han Fu at that time could not be separated from the vigorous promotion of numerous book shops in various periods and regions. At present, the selection of mill block-printed edition of Han Fu is only one of the works named The Famous Literary Works of Han and Wei Dynasties, but at that time, the selection of mill block-printed edition represented by publishers is undoubtedly an important promoter of the classification of Han Fu in Ming dynasty.
