Objective To highlight the impact of behavioral and non-behavioral factors on cardiovascular health, disease prevention and management. Methods Cox regression and forest plots were used to assess and demonstrate the relationship between their behavioral and non-behavioral factors and cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk in a study population of 20 745 people at high cardiovascular risk from Zhejing province. Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the correlation between behavioral factors and non-behavioral factors for people with at least one of the greatest risk behavioral factors. Results The incidence of cardiovascular risk in Zhejiang province was positively related to age and inversely related to education level of target population. The higher risk was identified in in male and population in urban citities as compared to female and the people in rural areas; The risk was positively related to smoking intensity and showed a U-shaped association with alcohol intake; The incidence was lowest in those who were mainly standing during routine work; The risk was lower in those who had a clear distinction between busy and idle farming activity in farmers; Men who were engaged in general physical labor and never smoked nor drank high dose of alcohol; Women who never smoked and drank, but did not work and at home were important factors related to the higher cardiovascular risk rate. Conclusions There are a wide range of factors affecting the high-risk population of cardiovascular disease, and there is a certain correlation among these factors.

To solve the problem of artificial potential field algorithm(APF) being liable to fall into local minimum，this paper presents a strategy based on angle of rotating speed vectors to accurately locate the position of jump point.Combined with improved APF,the RRT based on transition of angle different of rotating speed vectors(TAS-RRT)can be used to path planning dynamicly. Firstly, artificial potential field algorithm is used in obstacle avoidance motion planning. When falling into local minimum,the sampling strategy of the basic RRT is improved to adaptively seek the target point and the connection mode of the local planner is adjusted to change exploration rate of the tree,so that the search process can be made to jump out of the attractive areas of local minimum point quickly.In addition, APF will be applied again when the the sampling point meets the stop condition of angle of rotating speed vectors. The simulation experiments show that the control precision and velocity of the motion planning are enhanced with TAS-RRT guiding the sampling nodes to the target one gradually and quickly.Besides that,the method can be applied to motion planning of different obstacle environment.

In view of problems of single monitoring information, poor flexibility and complicated wiring existed in present monitoring system for mine safety, a mobile monitoring system for mine safety based on ARM was designed. The system uses environment parameter acquisition module and USB camera to collect on-site environmental information and video information, adopts S3C6410 processor to pack the collected data and transmits the data packets to upper computer for display by WiFi, so as to control the movement of the monitoring equipment. The system can real-timely monitor areas with inconvenience into or potentially dangerous for person.

Taking styrene migration amount as a test indicator, the migration of residual styrene in polystyrene cups to three types of food and alcohol stimulants was investigated comparatively, and the suitable food stimulants from the Chinese special food series were confirmed. The migration amount of styrene from the polystyrene cup to bean beverages;, tofu, porridge, and 10 and 20 vol % alcohol was detected using headspace-gas chromatography. Meanwhile, the migration amount of styrene from the cup to 50 and 95 vol% alcohol was determined by high-performance liquid chromatograph. The results indicated that the migration amount of styrene in the bean beverages was between the migration amounts in 20 and 50 vol% alcohol. The migration amounts of styrene in tofu and porridge was closed to the migration amounts in 10 and 20 vol% alcohol, which were much lower than that in 50 vol% alcohol. According to the migration results, 50 vol % alcohol was recommended as a simulant for bean beverages, and 20 vol % alcohol as a simulant for tofu and porridge. In this paper, PEA, a high viscosity asphalt modifier independently developed, is taken as the research object, and the imported modifier from Japan and a domestic brand modifier are taken as parallel comparison. The performance indexes of high-viscous asphalt and high-viscous asphalt mixture are analyzed respectively, and the porous asphalt pavement test road is paved. The results show that the mixture prepared by PEA has excellent pavement performance and construction performance, and good aging resistance performance. Field test results show that all technical performances meets the requirements of the "Technical Rules for Design and Construction of Drained Asphalt Pavement" (Draft for Comment). Wolfberry fruit is very popular among consumers because it is rich in nutrients. However, it is vulnerable to diseases caused by insect pest feeding and microbial pathogen infection. Pesticide application is the main approach for controlling wolfberry disease; however, various concerns have been raised regarding chemical residues in foodstuffs and consequent environmental contamination. Matrix interference is a significant challenge in trace analysis. Chromatography, coupled with MS techniques with high sensitivity and selectivity, proved to be a powerful tool for the detection of multi-pesticide residues in complex matrices. The traditional MRM mode has been gradually replaced by the dynamic MRM (dMRM) mode, which could dynamically allocate the retention time window of each target pesticide, significantly adjust the loading cycle time of multiple compounds, and improve the analysis efficiency. The QuEChERS pretreatment method, based on dispersive solid-phase extraction, has been widely used in the detection of pesticide residues in food because it is simple and rapid. In this study, a robust and high-throughput method was established for the simultaneous determination of 118 pesticide residues in wolfberry using the modified QuEChERS method, combined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry in dMRM mode. The optimal pretreatment method was determined by comparing the recovery rates obtained with different volumes of added water (5, 10, 15, and 20 mL), different extraction solvents (acetone, n -hexane, acetonitrile, and acetonitrile containing 0.1% formic acid), different extraction temperatures (normal temperature, -18 ℃ for 10 min and 20 min), water absorbent (anhydrous magnesium sulfate), and purification with primary secondary amine (PSA) and octadecylsilane (C 18 ). The results showed that 5 g samples were rehydrated with 10 mL ultrapure water, extracted with 10 mL acetonitrile, frozen at -18 ℃ for 10 min, partitioned with buffer system salt package containing 4.0 g anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 1.0 g sodium chloride, 1.0 g sodium citrate, and 0.5 g disodium citrate, purified up with 800 mg MgSO 4 , 150 mg PSA, and 150 mg C 18 . Pesticides were separated on a capillary column HP-5MS UI (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm), and quantified by a matrix-matched external standard method. The results showed that the 118 pesticides exhibited good linearity in the range from 20 to 640 μg/L, with correlation coefficients R 2 ≥0.9923. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.006-28.344 μg/kg and 0.021-94.480 μg/kg, respectively. The average recoveries at four spiked levels of 0.01, 0.04, 0.10, and 0.20 mg/kg were in the range of 64.97%-126.21%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.69%-18.86% ( n =6). The results of the matrix effect showed that 82% of the pesticides exhibited matrix enhancement effects, while others showed matrix inhibition effects. In addition, 9% of the pesticides showed a strong matrix effect, while others showed moderate or weak matrix effects. The matrix effects could be reduced by the matrix-matched standard curve method. The proposed method was employed for the analysis of 10 real samples purchased from local markets. The results demonstrated that pesticides were detected in all the samples, 22 pesticides were detected in total, and 3-12 pesticides were found in a single sample. Chlorpyrifos, fipronil, cypermethrin, pyridaben, and difenoconazole were detected at high detection rates. The captan content in a batch of samples was 1.4066 mg/kg. Thus, the optimized method is simple, fast, accurate, and reliable, and it is suitable for the routine detection and rapid screening of the multi-pesticide residues in wolfberry.

Objective: To investigate the role of NDUFA13 inactivation in the pathogenesis of spontaneous hepatitis in mice and explore the possible mechanisms., Methods: Hepatocyte-specific NDUFA13 knockout (NDUFA13 fl/- ) mice were generated by intercrossing NDUFA13 fl/fl and Alb-Cre mice based on Cre/loxP transgenic technology, and tail and liver DNA of the mice was genotyped by PCR analysis. Ten NDUFA13 fl/- mice and 10 littermate control NDUFA13 fl/fl mice were housed, and in each group, 5 mice were euthanized at the age of 4 weeks and the other 5 at two years for pathological examination of the liver tissues with HE staining. Immunohistochemistry was used to verify the expression levels of NDUFA13, NF-κB/p65, NF-κB/p-p65 and inflammasome NLRP3. The total intracellular ROS and mitochondrial ROS levels were measured with a ROS staining kit. The expressions of the inflammatory cell markers (CD45, MPO, and F4/80) and inflammatory cytokines (IL1β and IL33) in the liver were detected with immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence assay., Results: Liver-specific NDUFA13 heterozygous knockout mice were successfully constructed as verified by PCR results. HE staining revealed severe liver damage in both 4- week-old and 2-year-old NDUFA13 fl/- mice as compared with their littermate controls. Immunohistochemistry showed a significant decrease of NDUFA13 expression in both 4-week-old and 2-year-old NDUFA13 fl/- mice ( P < 0.05). The expression levels of NF-κB signals p65, p-p65 and NLRP3 inflammasomes were all significantly increased in NDUFA13 fl/- mice ( P < 0.05). The total intracellular ROS and mitochondrial ROS levels in NDUFA13 fl/- mice were also significantly increased. NDUFA13 knockout obviously promoted the expression of the inflammatory cell markers (CD45, MPO and F4/80) and the secretion of IL-1β and IL-33 in the liver tissue of the mice ( P < 0.05)., Conclusions: Hepatocytes-specific NDUFA13 ablation can trigger spontaneous hepatitis in mice possibly mediated by the activation of ROS/NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling.

A thermal desorption electrospray ionization-triple quadruple mass spectrometry (TD-ESI-MS/MS) method was developed for the rapid screening of poppy husk in hot pot sauce and soup. The solid surface or liquid sample was directly touched by a simple metal probe. The analytes collected on the probe were desorbed and ionized using a TD-ESI source, after which the analyte ions were detected by MS/MS in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The results were compared with those of colloidal gold card rapid detection and verified by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The instrument gave the best response with the highest sensitivity under the following conditions: thermal desorption temperature, 260 ℃; injection solvent, 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution containing 10 mmol/L formic ammonium-acetonitrile (1:1, v/v); flow rate, 200 μL/h. The limits of detection (LODs) for papaverine, noscapine, and thebaine in five alkaloids were 2 μg/kg, while those for codeine and morphine were 10 μg/kg in hot pot sauce and 5 μg/kg in soup. The sensitivity of this method was significantly superior to that of the colloidal gold card rapid detection. The method was applied to 50 batches of hot pot sauce and soup. Noscapine, papaverine, thebaine, and morphine were detected in a positive sample of chicken soup, which was consistent with the result of the HPLC-MS/MS method. This method without sample preparation and chromatographic separation is fast, green, and environmentally benign, thus being suitable for the rapid qualitative analysis of poppy husk in food.

Objective: To investigate the association between microRNA (miR)-146a gene polymorphisms and susceptibility to gastrointestinal cancer., Methods: PubMed, Medline and Ovid full text databases, China Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Articles Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were researched to retrieved literatures about the association between miR-146a gene polymorphism and susceptibility to gastrointestinal cancer published from July 2010 to March 2014. Modified Jadad quality score was used to evaluate the quality of the literatures and Stata 11.0 software was used to analyze and calculate OR value of the following 5 different genotypes: allele (G vs. C), the dominant genetic model (GC+GG vs. CC), a recessive genetic model (GG vs. GC+CC) and homozygote (GG vs. CC) and heterozygote (GC vs. CC) to assess the association., Results: A total of 16 studies were enrolled, including 7090 cancer patients and 9928 healthy controls. Meta-analysis showed that people with G allele was more susceptible to gastrointestinal cancer than those with C(gastric cancer: OR=1.1,95% CI:1.04-1.17, P=0.001, colorectal cancer: OR=1.09,95% CI:1.01-1.18, P=0.020); dominant model (GC+GG) was more susceptible to gastric cancer than CC (OR=1.12, 95% CI:1.02-1.22, P=0.016); recessive genetic model GG was more susceptible to gastrointestinal cancer than CC+GC (gastric cancer: OR=1.16, 95% CI:1.05-1.27, P=0.004, colorectal cancer: OR=1.13, 95%CI:1.00-1.28, P=0.047); GG homozygote was more susceptible to gastrointestinal cancer than CC (gastric cancer: OR=1.20, 95% CI:1.06-1.35, P=0.003, colorectal cancer: OR=1.19, 95% CI:1.01-1.41, P=0.042). Dominant genetic model GC+GG and CC in colorectal cancer as well as heterozygous GC and CC in gastrointestinal cancer were not significantly different(P>0.05)., Conclusion: miR-146a cancer susceptibility gene polymorphism is closely associated with gastrointestinal cancers.

Objective: Study of pulmonary hypertension (PAH) during pregnancy has characteristics of the high risk factors for patient death and its clinical characteristics., Methods: Death in patients with clinical data was collected from January 2006 to October 2013 in Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University treated 8 cases of pregnancy complicated with PAH in hospital. According to the mechanism of PAH patients will be divided into two categories, Idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) in 4 cases, 4 cases of secondary PAH [are secondary to congenital heart disease, also known as congenital heart disease associated PAH (CHD-PAH)]. Analyze the clinical features of 8 cases of patients and pregnancy outcome., Results: (1) In 8 patients, 4 cases were IPAH, none of them with primary diseases, and they were complicated with severe tricuspid regurgitation. 4 cases were CHD-PAH, all with Eisenmenger's syndrome. 8 patients were not preconception counseling and regular prenatal examination. (2) The pregestational cardiac function of 8 cases was grade I-II, and it was grade III-IV on admission. The estimation pressure (sPAP) of pulmonary artery systolic by echocardiography was 101 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa). In 8 patients, 7 cases were in pregnancy 27 weeks and beyond for treatment since the clinical symptoms increased, 1 case of pregnant 18 weeks for treatment caused by the increased clinical symptoms. (3) In 8 patients, 1 patient with CHD- PAH secondary to patent ductus arteriosus, its sPAP was 170 mmHg, dead at 12 hours after admission; the remaining 7 cases termination with cesarean section. 4 patients with IPAH were continuous epidural anesthesia, including 1 case for the intraoperative PAH crisis and respiratory and cardiac arrest with general anesthesia, 3 cases of CHD- PAH patients in 1 case with continuous epidural anesthesia, 2 cases of general anesthesia.(4) In 8 patients, 7 cases of median death time were 3 days after delivery, including 4 cases of IPAH patients death for 2.5 days after delivery; the causes of death were PAH crisis and heart failure. Time of death in 4 cases of CHD-PAH, 1 case was dead at 12 hours after admissions, the remaining 3 cases median death time were 13 days after delivery; the death causes for 4 cases of CHD-PAH were PAH crisis and multiple organ failure. (5) In 8 patients, 1 patient with CHD-PAH secondary to patent ductus arteriosus in gestational week 31 stillbirths occur. 1 case of pregnant 19 weeks had treatment of caesarean operation, the remaining 6 cases respectively at 28-30 weeks of gestation live birth, neonatal survival. (6) Before delivery, 4 cases of IPAH and 3 cases of CHD-PAH patients treated with alprostadil, iloprost, sildenafil, reduction of pulmonary artery pressure treatment, 1 case of CHD-PAH patient was dead after 12 hours in hospital, no drug treatment., Conclusions: (1) PAH in patients need for consultation prior to conception, pregnancy must conduct regular prenatal examination, symptoms occur during pregnancy, the cardiac function was significantly decreased, and no improvement of drug treatment should be early terminated the pregnancy. (2) Compared with the pregnant women with CHD- PAH, faster progress and poor prognosis in patients with IPAH disease. (3)The patients during cesarean operation or intrapartumare easy to cause PAH crisis and heart failure or multiple organ failure. Taking active measures to maintain stability of hemodynamics is the key to prevent the occurrence of death of pregnant women with PAH.
