Objective To explore the potential biomarkers for the diagnosis of primary brain stem injury （PBSI） by using metabonomics method to observe the changes of metabolites in rats with PBSI caused death. Methods PBSI, non-brain stem brain injury and decapitation rat models were established, and metabolic maps of brain stem were obtained by LC-MS metabonomics method and annotated to the HMDB database. Partial least square-discriminant analysis （PLS-DA） and random forest methods were used to screen potential biomarkers associated with PBSI diagnosis. Results Eighty-six potential metabolic markers associated with PBSI were screened by PLS-DA. They were modeled and predicted by random forest algorithm with an accuracy rate of 83.3%. The 818 metabolic markers annotated to HMDB database were used for random forest modeling and prediction, and the accuracy rate was 88.9%. According to the importance in the identification of cause of death, the most important metabolic markers that were significantly up-regulated in PBSI group were HMDB0038126 （genipinic acid, GA）, HMDB0013272 （N-lauroylglycine）, HMDB0005199 [（R）-salsolinol] and HMDB0013645 （N,N-dimethylsphingosine）. Conclusion GA, N-lauroylglycine, （R）-salsolinol and N,N-dimethylsphingosine are expected to be important metabolite indicators in the diagnosis of PBSI caused death, thus providing clues for forensic medicine practice.

Objective To investigate the effect of astragaloside Ⅳ on the injury of SK⁃N⁃SH cell in Parkinson's disease (PD) induced by 1 ⁃ methy ⁃ 4 ⁃ phenylpyridine (MPP＋) and its mechanism. Methods Human neuroblastoma cell line SK ⁃N ⁃SH was cultured to logarithmic growth stage, which were randomized to routine culture (control group), MPP＋ induction (MPP＋ group), astragaloside Ⅳ 10 mg/ml + MPP＋ induction (astragaloside Ⅳ 10 mg/ml group), astragaloside Ⅳ 30 mg/ml + MPP＋ induction (astragaloside Ⅳ 30 mg/ml group), astragaloside Ⅳ 30 mg/ml + MPP＋ induction + Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) inhibitor AG490 (JAK2 inhibitor group). Cell survival was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay, cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry, reactive oxygen species (ROS) level was detected by DCFH ⁃ DA fluorescence probe, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities were detected by enzyme method. And the relative expression levels of phosphorylated Janus kinase 2 (pJAK2) and phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (pSTAT3) proteins in JAK2 ⁃ STAT3 signal transducer pathway were detected by Western blotting. Results There were significant differences in cell survival rate (P = 0.000), apoptosis rate (P = 0.000), ROS content (P = 0.000), LDH activity (P = 0.000), SOD activity (P = 0.003), pJAK2 (P = 0.000) and pSTAT3 (P = 0.000) proteins relative expression levels among different SK ⁃ N ⁃ SH groups. Further pairwise comparison showed that compared with the control group, the cell survival rate (P = 0.000, 0.001, 0.049, 0.000), SOD activity (P = 0.000, 0.002, 0.012, 0.000), relative expression levels of pJAK2 (P = 0.003, 0.006, 0.036, 0.002) and pSTAT3 (P = 0.001, 0.002, 0.024, 0.001) proteins were decreased in MPP＋ group, astragaloside Ⅳ 10 mg/ml and 30 mg/ml groups, JAK2 inhibitor group, but the cell apoptosis rate (P = 0.001, 0.001, 0.001, 0.000), ROS content (P = 0.000, 0.001, 0.002, 0.000) and LDH activity (P = 0.000, 0.002, 0.038, 0.000) were increased. Compared with MPP＋ group, the survival rate (P = 0.016, 0.000), SOD activity (P = 0.003, 0.001), relative expression of pJAK2 (P = 0.013, 0.002) and pSTAT3 (P = 0.018, 0.002) proteins increased in astragaloside Ⅳ 10 mg/ml and 30 mg/ml groups, which the apoptosis rate (P = 0.021, 0.008), ROS content (P = 0.031, 0.003) and LDH activity (P = 0.001, 0.000) decreased. Compared with astragaloside Ⅳ 10 mg/ml group, the cell survival rate (P = 0.002), SOD activity (P = 0.027), relative expression of pJAK2 (P = 0.007) and pSTAT3 (P = 0.006) proteins were increased in astragaloside Ⅳ 30 mg/ml group, but ROS content (P = 0.019) and LDH activity (P = 0.011) decreased, while apoptosis rate (P = 0.016), ROS content (P = 0.030) and LDH activity (P = 0.004) increased in JAK2 inhibitor group, and SOD activity (P = 0.004), the relative expression of pJAK2 (P = 0.001) and pSTAT3 (P = 0.005) proteins were decreased. Compared with astragaloside Ⅳ 30 mg/ml group, cell survival rate (P = 0.001), SOD activity (P = 0.001), the relative expression of pJAK2 (P = 0.000) and pSTAT3 (P = 0.001) proteins in JAK2 inhibitor group were decreased, but the apoptosis rate (P = 0.004), ROS content (P = 0.002) and LDH activity (P = 0.001) were increased. Conclusions Astragaloside Ⅳ can reduce MPP＋ induced SK ⁃ N ⁃ SH cell injury in PD, which may be related to the activation of JAK2 ⁃ STAT3 signal transducer pathway.

There is no uniform standard for determining the drainage effective radius of CO2 phase transition fracturing in view of the fact, we analyze the traditional measurement for drainage effective radius, clarify definition of drainage radius. The time-source method is established based on SF6 tracer method and test data, and it was tested in coal mine. The research shows there is time effect between drainage influence radius and drainage effective radius, and the drainage time is the key factor to distinguish them; the time-source method divides the drainage time into drainage effective time and drainage compensation time. The drainage effective radius under a certain time is obtained through SF6 tracer method and analysis of the field data. It can reflect the drainage situation of boreholes more accurately; the test-in-place experimented at main haulage roadway in No.3 coal seam of Daping Coal Mine. The result shows that the drainage effective radius after CO2 phase transition fracturing is 12 m when the drainage time is 120 d and drainage effective radius is 16 m when the drainage time is 148 d.

In order to meet the application of epoxy resin in the fields of high strength and high toughness, it is necessary to toughen and modify it. However, common toughening agents are synthesized from non-degradable and non-renewable petroleum-based raw materials, which are harmful to human health and living environment. Hyperbranched structural polymers prepared by bio-based raw materials have gradually become a research hotspot. Hyperbranched structural polymers introduce green, environmentally friendly and renewable biomaterials into polymers, while meeting the needs of epoxy resin enhancement and toughening. It can also reduce the viscosity of the modified system and is easy to process. The toughening mechanism of epoxy-terminated hyperbranched polymers is expounded. Within the Beibuwan Basin in the western part of the South China Sea, there are a large number of low -resistivity reservoirs in gravelly sandstones, with complex pore structure and fluid distribution, and the water saturation of the formation calculated by conventional methods is on the high side, which makes it difficult to distinguish between irreducible water, movable water and movable oil, and makes it difficult to discriminate between the fluid properties of the formation and to evaluate the oil saturation of the reservoir. In view of this, the cause of low resistivity in gravelly sandstone reservoirs was analyzed from internal and external factors based on core assay data such as mercuric pressure and thin section, and combined with logging and mud-logging characteristics. On the basis of the reservoir classification, the petroelectric parameters of the low-resistivity and high - resistivity reservoirs were finely etched to obtain the evaluation parameters applicable to different microporous structures. At the same time, the variable T2 cutoff value processing was performed based on the " morphology method" and in conjunction with nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) logging. Compared with the traditional fixed T2 cutoff value, the obtained results can effectively evaluate the content of irreducible and movable fluids, which significantly improves the accuracy of formation fluid analysis and the compliance rate of logging interpretation of low-resistivity reservoirs, and then forms a set of comprehensive fluid identification and reservoir evaluation method for low-resistivity reservoirs with complex pore structure in gravelly sandstone. By applying this evaluation method, a large number of low-resistivity reservoirs were found in the old wells, which confirms that this method is highly practical and operable. In order to improve the shortcomings of poor dispersion and limited transparent modification efficiency of sorbitol nucleating agents in the use process, six stearates (lithium, sodium, potassium, calcium, zinc, aluminum) were used as lubricants to modify polypropylene (PP) with sorbitol nucleating agents. The optical properties, mechanical properties and flow properties of the samples were characterized by universal testing machine, impact testing machine, melt flow rate meter and haze meter. The spherulite morphology and crystalline morphology of the modified PP were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and polarizing microscope (POM). The results show that compared with lithium stearate, sodium stearate and potassium stearate, calcium stearate, zinc stearate and aluminum stearate have better transparent modification effect on PP. The optical properties, mechanical properties and fluidity of PP are significantly improved at low content (≤0.03%) of calcium stearate, zinc stearate and aluminum stearate. The addition of calcium stearate, zinc stearate and aluminum stearate can improve the dispersion of sorbitol nucleating agents in PP matrix, thereby improving the comprehensive properties of PP. To explore the feasibility of developing fishery aquaculture in low salt water, this study compared and analyzed the desalination effect of Sinonovacula contricta under different domestication methods. In this experiment, three groups with different low-salt domestication methods were set up (group Da: isokinetic domestication group with salinity decreased by 3 per 48 h; Group Db: isokinetic domestication group with salinity decreased by 1.5 per 24 h; group Dc: segmented domestication group with salinity decreased by 3 per 48 h before 10 and salinity decreased by 1 per 24 h after 10) and undomesticated group (Ud : salinity 5), water salinity decreased from 20 to 5, and the desalination period was 10 d. The survival, oxygen consumption rate, ammonia nitrogen excretion rate, feeding rate and antioxidant enzyme activity of clams in each experimental group were measured. The results showed that the survival rate of S. contricta in all domesticated groups was significantly higher than that of undomesticated group (43%), and the survival rate of group Dc (86%) was the highest. The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia nitrogen excretion rate in group Dc were significantly lower than those in group Da and group Db. The feeding experiments showed the feeding rate of group Dc was significantly higher than group A and group B. S. constricta in group Dc showed the least fluctuation of activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT). In brief, the segmented desalination mode with a lower desalination rate and gradually decreasing the desalination rate with the decrease of salinity had significant advantages, which provided a reference for the desalination culture of S. contricta in low-saline water. IQM genes are important branch of the calmodulin-binding protein family that plays an important role in plant growth, development and stress response. In this study, 23 IQM gene family members were identified in the whole wheat genome using bioinformatics methods, and their chromosomal location, physicochemical properties, phylogenetic relationships, gene structure, protein conserved structural domains, promoter cis-acting elements and gene expression characteristics were systematically analysed. The results showed that the TaIQM gene family members were randomly distributed on the 18 chromosomes of wheat, and their subcellular localization showed that all genes were located in the nucleus. Phylogenetic analysis classified them into three subclasses with high similarity in gene structure and protein conserved structural domains among, and presumably similar functions; cis-acting element analysis showed that the promoters of TaIQM gene family members contained a variety of cis-acting elements related to stress, growth and development. Transcriptome analysis showed that the TaIQM gene family members were significantly differentially expressed in roots, stems, leaves, spikes and seeds at different times. qRT-PCR analysis showed that TaIQM genes were up- or down-regulated in response to various stresses such as drought, low and high temperature, NaCl and ABA in the above- and below-ground parts of wheat seedlings. It was tentatively concluded that these genes might be involved in abiotic stress regulatory through the Ca2+ signalling pathway. The results of this study provided clues for a comprehensive analysis of the structure and biological functions of TaIQM genes, the molecular mechanisms of abiotic stress response. In order to improve the tracking accuracy of maneuvering targets and obtain more accurate real-time position and velocity information of the targets, an improved interactive multi-model tracking algorithm is proposed. Based on the traditional interactive multi-model, this algorithm introduces adjustment parameters associated with target features. The target feature data is used to provide a limited domain for the initial data, and then the adjustment parameters are added to the filter, so as to complete the optimization of the tracking accuracy by the iteration of the target state gain matrix and the covariance matrix. Experimental simulation analyzes three common states of maneuvering targets and compares them with traditional interactive multi-model tracking algorithms. The experimental results show that, when the deflection angles of the adjustment parameters of the algorithm are 4°, 2° and 1°, the mean root mean square errors are 15.91 m, 11.79 m and 11.39 m respectively, which are significantly better than the traditional algorithm's mean value of 21.39 m. At the same time, with the improvement of parameter setting accuracy, it has a certain inhibitory effect on the error fluctuation caused by the maneuvering target state. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Yajiang County, located in the middle reaches of Yalong River in western Sichuan Province, is dominated by the landform of middle mountain-alpine valley, with frequent geological disasters. The risk assessment of landslide disasters in the upper reaches of Yajiang County is carried out on the basis of overlay analysis of logistic regression (LR) and certainty factor (CF) to ensure people's life and property security. The results show that the landslides are prone to occur in the hard rock interbedded with soft rock zone, with an altitude of 2 500-3 000 m, relative height above river of 600-900 m, gradient of 30-45° and distance of 0-200 m from river system. The high and very high risk areas in the upper reaches of Yajiang County account for 46.75% of the total area, and 65.91% of the total landslide occurrences, indicating the dense distribution of landslides and high damage degree, which is consistent with the field survey results. The Xiala Town mostly belongs to very high and high risk area, Waduo Township mostly medium risk area, and Murong Township and Pubarong Township mostly low and very low risk area. The assessment results have high accuracy through verification of inspection points and ROC curve, and thus can serve as a reasonable plan basis for disaster prevention and mitigation, river development and utilization in the study area. Pulang copper deposit is of a super-large porphyry type in the eastern Yidun island arc polymetallic ore belt with frequent tectonic magmatic activities and significant superposition of fissure structure and ore forming-ore controlling conditions. However, the research degree is weak. Based on the comprehensive study of tectonic petrography of tunnels in Pulang copper orefield, combined with the regional metallogenic tectonic setting, the paper determines the macroscopic characteristics of folds and faults, and analyzes the joints/fissures in the typical levels. The results show that the mineralization of porphyry copper deposit during the closure of Paleo-Tethys Ocean is closely related to the Late Triassic tectonic evolution and magmatic activity, with Pulang copper deposit formed in subduction orogeny stage. The regional deep faults control the sedimentary formation and magmatite distribution in the orefield. The deposit is generally occurred in the core of Pulang antiform. The secondary NEE- and NE-trending faults control the development of ore-bearing porphyry and joints/fissures, while the ore/mineralized bodies occur at the junction of two groups of faults. The tension joint-dominated compound joint system provides passage and storage space for ore-bearing hydrothermal fluid migration, diffusion and enrichment. The development degree of fissures is positively correlated with copper mineralization. By studying the characteristics of magmatic intrusion-tectonic fissure system and ore-controlling rule in the orefield, it is considered that the hydrothermal vein ore/mineralized bodies are strictly controlled by the reformation and enrichment of tectonic and fissure system, and the site where fissure structure is well-developed is favorable target for vein ore prospecting. To study the profile of intracellular and extracellular antibiotic resistant genes (iARGs and eARGs) in the terminal tap water from the six central districts of Tianjin City, tap water samples were collected from each area. After bacteria and free eDNA were collected with filter membrane or adsorption-elution technique, quantitative realtime PCR technology was used to detect 15 types of iARGs and eARGs. We discovered that all the observed ARGs with the exception of blaKPC were found in the terminal tap water. Above all, the contents of mcr-1, vanA, blaNDM-1, aadA, blaTEM, sul1, tetM, tetA and dfrA1 occupied the most, reaching to 97.25% and 99.18% of the total of iARGs and eARGs. Gene aadA was the highest and blaTEM, sul1came to the next. The absolute abundance of iARGs was 3.8 times higher than that of eARGs. The pollution of iARGs and eARGs occurred in the terminal tap water in Tianjin, especially the super antibiotic resistance genes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To explore the effect of two different exercise modes on sleep quality of patients with primary insomnia (PI), and to provide a new perspective and approach for the treatment of insomnia. Methods By convenient sampling, a total of 16 male and 24 female insomniacs were randomly selected from No. 169 PLA Hospitals from 2017 to 2018. A single blind trial was conducted and aerobic training (AT) group and aerobic combined resistance training (AR) group were divided. Twenty people in each group were given exercise prescription for 4 months.Results (J) Compared with pre-experiment, there were significant differences in total sleep time, sleep efficiency, wake-up times, rapid eye movement (REM) sleep latency, non-REM sleep stage I, II, III - IV and REM sleep between AT group and AR group after the experiment, showing the prolonged total sleep time, improved sleep efficiency, reduced number of awakenings and shortened latency of REM sleep. (2) No significant difference between AT group and AR group was found in sleep latency, wake-up times after sleep, stage I and II of non-REM sleep and lowest oxygen saturation; while there were significant differences in the non-REM sleep stage III - IV and REM sleep stages with an increased total sleep time and the longer deep sleep time. (D The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in the patients after the experiment were significantly lower than that before the experiment. (4)After the experiment, there was no significant difference in serum IL-1β and TNF-α between the AT group and the AR group, while significant difference was found in IL-6. Conclusions (1)Most of PI patients have normal sleep structure, which belongs to subjective insomnia. Exercise can improve the sleep quality of patients by regulating the bad emotions such as tension and anxiety and inhibiting the over-awakening state. (2) During resistance training, IL-6 released by skeletal muscle is involved in the immune regulation of the body and reduces the inflammatory response, thus improving the sleep quality of patients to a certain extent. (3) Both aerobic training and aerobic combined resistance training have a good effect on the improvement of sleep quality of PI patients; the latter is more prominent, mainly manifested in the further extension of the total sleep time. Objective To investigate the expression changes of microRNA-204 (miR-204)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)in the ovarian cancer tissues and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Eighty-nine cases of ovarian cancer tissues and 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues confirmed by histopathological examination were selected. The ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues were removed. The expression levels of miR-204 and BDNF were detected by RT-qPCR. The expression difference of miR-204 and BDNF between ovarian cancer and normal ovarian tissues were compared. The relationships of the expression of miR-204 and BDNF in the ovarian cancer tissues with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis were analyzed. Results The relative expression of miR-204 in the ovarian cancer tissues was lower than that in the normal ovarian tissues, and the relative expression of BDNF was higher than that in the normal ovarian tissues (t = 38.904, 11.799, both P < 0. 01). Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the relative expression of miR-204 and BDNF in the ovarian cancer tissues (r = -0.603, P < 0.01) . The relative expression of miR-204 and BDNF in the ovarian cancer tissues was related to the degree of tissue differentiation and TNM stage (both P < 0. 05), but not to age, pathological type, lymph node or peritoneal metastasis, serum CA125 level or ascites volume (all P > 0. 05) . According to the mean value of miR-204 and BDNF relative expression in the ovarian cancer tissues, the patients were divided into 44 cases with high expression of miR-204, 45 cases with low expression, 43 cases with high expression of BDNF, and 46 cases with low expression. The 3-year overall survival rate of patients with low expression of miR-204 was lower than that of patients with high expression of miR-204 (χ² = 3.901, P < 0.05), and the 3-year overall survival rate of patients with high expression of BDNF was lower than that of patients with low expression of BDNF (χ² = 4.690, P < 0.05). Li-doped (Ba0.85Ca0.15) (Ti0.9Zr0.1) O3 (BCTZL-x) lead-free piezoceramics have been prepared by the conventional ceramic process. The influence of a Li+-containing additive on the crystal phase, microstructure and electric properties of (Ba0.85Ca0.15) (Ti0.9Zr0.1) O3 ceramics were systematically investigated through all kinds of measurement, such as X-ray diffraction(XRD) and SEM. The X-ray results show that the BCTZL-x ceramics sintered at 1 400 °C/2 h had pure ABO3 perovskite structure. The BCTZL-x ceramics went through the phase transition from O phase to T phase with Li+ doping increasing. The ceramics became dense when x≥0.3. The development of the powder metallurgy (PM) superalloy applied in turbine discs of high thrust-weight ratio aeroengines was reviewed. Based on the Cosserat continuum theory, the elastoplastic damage model for the PM superalloy was developed in which the microscopic properties were modeled with the characteristic lengths of the material. Furthermore, the mesh dependency of the localized bands in the analysis of softening problems was eliminated in the present model. For the softening problems, massive iterations were usually needed with the classical elastoplastic methods and may not converge in some cases. Based on the parametric variational principle, the original nonlinear problem was transferred to a complementary problem, then the efficiency and convergence of the solution were greatly improved. Considering the shaft torsional vibration risk of the turbogenerator caused by the integration of large capacity wind farms in wind & thermal power transmission system, the impact of doubly fed induction generator ( DFIG) -based wind farms interconnected to power grid on subsynchronous oscillation of turbogenerator was investigated. Firstly, the detailed mathematical models for the small signal stability analysis with DFIG-based wind farms were established. By utilizing modal analysis method, the changes of the system subsynchronous oscillation modes with and without DFIG-based wind farms were investigated, respectively, and the presented models and modal analysis were demonstrated by comparison with the time-domain simulation results. Then, based on the concept of parameter sensitivity, the analytical sensitivity expression of subsynchronous oscillation damping ratio on wind farm parameters was deduced. Finally, Regarding for the different conditions of wind speed and reactive power of the wind farms, the variation of subsynchronous oscillation mode was discussed. The results show that the connected DFIG-based wind farm could reduce the subsynchronous oscillation damping in keeping the external condition. Through active sense, intelligent analysis and feedback control, Internet of Things enforces the identification, monitoring and management of objects, which is successfully applied in many areas. However, there exists some issues in the development, such as decentralization, disorder, lack of system programming, duplicate construction, etc. We review the history of Internet of Things, analyze its technology architecture and related work. Then, the framework of IRC4IOT(Intelligent Resource Center for Internet of Things)is proposed to provide fundamental support for enabling the resources sharing, improving the resources utilization, and solving redundant construction through the convergence, integration, analysis and rebuilding of resources. The key technologies of how to join sensor devices into resource center and how to integrate and manage the resources are discussed. In order to facilitate on demand resource sharing and cross-organizational collaboration in E-Government systems, the paper proposes a cloud-service based framework (EGovCloud), which utilizes the virtual resource repository to realize resource physically distributed storage and logically centralized management. E-Government metadata specifications are constructed as a unified semantic infrastructure and therefore support cross-organizational heterogeneous resource sharing and management. The energy function of active contour model is not convex, so the solution of a minimization problem is prone to fall into a local minimum. Dealing with the problem, this paper proposed a novel convex active contour model for interactive color image segmentation. It defined a new energy function including not only image edge and color information, but also a spatial information term which was adaptively fused with the color information. It defined the spatial information term by fuzzy connectedness and introduced to get more accurate segmentation results. In the energy numerical minimization process, it used split Bregman method to obtain a global solution. This paper introduced the design and implementation of a multi-function vehicle bus controller with completely China-owned intellectual property. It also covered the development of the corresponding monitoring and testing equipment. The core functionality was implemented on both FPGA based firmware and ARM based software. It developed the whole system with a design-for-reliability methodology. In addition to various self-monitoring and auto-recovery design features, the whole system had been statically checked and field tested with state-of-the-art hardware and software verification techniques. Moreover, it also adopted a modular design styles so that the hardware and software modules could be integrated into a whole spectrum of products with varying admiration and communication capabilities. Thanks to the modular design style, it also introduced a realtime MVB traffic monitoring device and an automatic product tester. The comprehensive comparative study of expansion rate of B2F tobacco, the structure and the quality of expanded tobacco from three areas including Xiang county in He'nan, Zunyi in Guizhou and Chuxiong in Yunnan was carried out. The results showed that steam expansion technique was particularly suitable for the treatment of upper leaves, improving the filling ability of upper leaves and getting rid of odor and irritation, so that the excellent quality characteristics of upper leaves fully reflected. The process of steam expansion technique, it could increase the mature aroma of tobacco smoke, reduce local hybrid gas and lift flue gas concentrations. It had good compatibility with conventional treatment process of tobacco. The results showed that the tobacco from Chuxiong area was more suitable for steam expansion tobacco technology. High speed cutting is an effective technique to achieve high efficiency and high quality machining of titanium alloy and other difficult materials. The high speed cutting process of titanium alloy has the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of high temperature, high strain and high strain rate. In order to accurately describe the dynamic mechanical behavior of titanium alloy in high speed cutting, the research on dynamic constitutive model of titanium alloy is reviewed. The application conditions, advantages and disadvantages of Johnson-Cook model, Zerilli-Armstrong model and Bammann model are analyzed from the perspective of phenomenological model and physical model with Ti-6Al-4V as the research object. After comprehensive comparison, the Johnson-Cook model is selected for further exploration, and the Johnson-Cook modified model is classified based on the influence of temperature and competition mechanism. The prediction accuracy of the Johnson-Cook modified model is improved compared with that of the classical model. At the same time, it is proposed that the construction of phenomenology-physics composite constitutive model can be taken as the key direction to explore the dynamic constitutive model of titanium alloy, and the method of experiment and computer synchronization can be used to obtain the optimal solution of constitutive model parameters, so as to improve the prediction accuracy of dynamic constitutive model.

Gear transmission characteristics are the most important research contents in gear transmission, and contact characteristics are important factors that affect gear transmission performance. The establishment of tooth surface contact analysis (TCA) model of a gear pair plays a guiding role in analyzing its contact characteristics. The rotary surface equation of the variable hyperbolic circular-arc-tooth-trace (VH-CATT) cylindrical gear cutter is obtained with the large cutter forming principle, and the mathematical model of the gear tooth surface is established based on the gear meshing conditions. With the influence of installation error on gear contact performance considered, a TCA model with installation error was established. The influence of different installation errors and different design parameters on the geometric contact characteristics and sensitivity of the gear pair is analyzed. The analysis results show that the central distance error may affect the contact ratio of the VH-CATT cylindrical gear pair and that the shaft parallelism error has a great influence on its transmission characteristics, greatly changing the size and position of the gear pair contact area. The design parameters also affect the size and location of the contact area to various degrees.

This paper studies transverse grain-cooling ventilation technology applied to 24m long-span warehouse in high temperature and humidity area. Application effect of transverse grain-cooling ventilation technology was evaluated by adopting district cooling ventilation mode. The results showed that the transverse grain-cooling ventilation by sub region in large-span warehouse had the advantages of faster cooling rate, better ventilation uniformity, remarkable water retention effect and lower consuming power. The temperature gradient along the cool air direction was less than 0.22 ℃/m. The ventilation water loss rate was 0.1% and consuming power rate was 0.10 kw·h/(t·℃). The consuming power rate is only 20% of the maximum consuming power rate index of 0.5 kw·h/(t·℃) which is defined in the “Grain and oil storage—Technology regulation of application of grain chiller”, (GB/T 29374—2012).

In order to solve the problem of No. 2 coal seam water hazards during the roadway tunneling process of the water-rich coal seam in northern Yuheng Mining Area, taking Balasu Coal Mine as an example, and combining the previous mining experience, firstly, the advanced drilling engineering （short drill + long drill） and the hydrochemical analysis in the rock roadway are carried out, and then the drainage water exploration ideas for the tunneling of the special coal seam water hazards in this area is proposed. The results show that the water drainage effect of the drilling project of No.2 coal seam in the early stage is remarkable, and the water volume and water pressure attenuation of each drill hole are obvious, indicating that the water recharge condition of No.2 coal seam is poor, and the whole coal seam belongs to the state of static water occurrence. Through the full analysis test of coal seam water, it is found that the water quality type of No.2 coal seam is basically SO4-Na·（Ｃａ） type water, with the pH value between 7.63-8.04 and a total salinity of 5 820.88 mg/L to 6 202.99 mg/L. It is believed that the water runoff and discharge conditions are limited and the water is in a closed state for a long time, which is conducive to the development of water drainage. Therefore, the ideas of drainage water exploration suitable for the roadway tunneling of No.2 coal seam in this area is proposed, including drilling technical schemes such as “double funnel mode”, “advance screen mode”, “lower coal drainagemode” and “bilateral feather mode”.

During in-situ exploitation of the oil shale, the connectivity of the pore structure of the reservoir directly affects not only the flow behavior and heat transfer efficiency of the heat-carrying medium, but also the diffusion and flow behaviors of the oil and gas. In this study, the T2 spectra of saturated water and bound water in samples from the Fushun oil shale were measured with low-field nuclear magnetic resonance at different final pyrolysis temperatures (23~650℃). NMR pore parameters, including T2 cutoff value of movable fluid, bound fluid porosity, saturated fluid porosity and permeability, were analyzed. The evolution of pore connectivity of the oil shale with final pyrolysis temperature was studied quantitatively. The results demonstrated that final pyrolysis temperature affected the variations of pore connectivity and the permeability of oil shale. The increase of total porosity could be attributed mainly to the increments of movable fluid. These results indicated that increases in final pyrolysis temperature enhanced the permeability and transport of oil and gas, providing a basis for further understanding of the evolution of pore structure in oil shale in-situ pyrolysis.

In order to explore the pressure relief effect of mining under protective seam on overlying strata in Jincheng Mining Area, the engineering background of mining 9# coal seam as the protective seam of 3# coal seam was studied. The effect of pressure relief of overlying coal and rock mass and the law of swelling deformation of coal mass in protected seam after mining of lower protective seam are studied by numerical simulation, and the effective protection scope is determined. The results show that after the mining of protective seam, the pressure relief effect of overlying coal and rock mass appears in different zones, and the pressure relief effect decreases with the increase of vertical distance from the working face. The inclined pressure relief angle of the protected seam is 63 degrees and the strike pressure relief angle is 60 degrees. The swelling deformation rate of the protected seam in the middle of the goaf is about 4‰, which is a stable pressure relief area. After field test, it was found by borehole television that coal of the protected seam appears separation fissure affected by mining. The coal seam gas parameters shows that the gas content and gas pressure of the protected seam are reduced to 50% and 60% before mining, respectively.

Based on the high attitude platform of building slabstone-installing robot with independent development,research was carried out about multi-DIM vibration. The paper firstly constructs the system with two degrees of freedom parallel mechanism as the main body and rotating MR damper as actuator. The dynamics equation of the vibration system is established by using Lagrange equation. The paper analyzes the vibration characteristics and designs a kind of rotary MR damper based on a shear mode of magneto rheological fluid. The mechanical characteristics of MR damper is analyzed. The kinematics and kinetic analysis of parallel mechanism is done. The multi-DIM vibration suppression works quickly based on the position of platform according to the kinematics equation. Finally the simulation experiment of this system of multi-DIM vibration suppression is introduced with the aid of to calculate and analysis whether the model is effective and feasible.

Objective To investigate the root canal numbers of maxillary second primary molars. Methods 216 maxillary second primary molars from 204 children aged 3⁃8 years old were selected. All the teeth need to do the root canal therapy. After opening the pulp chamber, the root canal were examined and determined with small size K file and 17％ethylene diaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). Hand instruments were used for root canal preparation and then zinc⁃oxide iodoform paste was used for filling. Results 216 maxillary second primary molars, 122 teeth had three root canals (56.5%), and 94 teeth had four root canals (43.5%). The incidence of second mesiobuccal canal (MB2) was 41.2%. There was no correlation between the incidence of the MB2 canal and gender and tooth position. Conclusion The root canals of maxillary second primary molars had more variations, and there was a high incidence of the second mesiobuccal canal.

To explore the active substances exerting anti-tumour effect in lemon essential oil and the molecular mechanism inhibiting the proliferation of head and neck cancer cells SCC15 and CAL33, 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay(MTT) was utilized to identify the active component inhibiting the proliferation of head and neck cancer cells, namely citral. The IC&#95;(50) of citral inhibiting the proliferation of head and neck cancer cells and normal cells were also determined. In addition, a 5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine(EdU) staining assay was used to detect the effect of citral on the proliferation rate of head and neck cancer cells, and a colony formation assay was used to detect the effect of citral on tumor sphere formation of head and neck cancer cells in vitro. The cell cycle arrest and apoptosis induction of head and neck cancer cells by citral were evaluated by flow cytometry, and Western blot was used to detect the effect of citral on the expression levels of cell cycle-and apoptosis-related proteins in head and neck cancer cells. The findings indicated that citral could effectively inhibit the proliferation and growth of head and neck cancer cells, with anti-tumor activity, and its half inhibitory concentrations for CAL33 and SCC15 were 54.78 and 25.23 μg·mL~(-1), respectively. Furthermore, citral arrested cell cycle at G&#95;2/M phase by down-regulating cell cycle-related proteins such as S-phase kinase associated protein 2(SKP2), C-MYC, cyclin dependent kinase 1(CDK1), and cyclin B. Moreover, citral increased the cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinase-3(caspase-3), cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinase-9(caspase-9), and cleaved poly ADP-ribose polymerase(PARP). It up-regulated the level of autophagy-related proteins including microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3B(LC3B), sequestosome 1(P62/SQSTM1), autophagy effector protein Beclin1(Beclin1), and lysosome-associate membrane protein 1(LAMP1), suggesting that citral could effectively trigger cell apoptosis and cell autophagy in head and neck cancer cells. Furthermore, the dual-tagged plasmid system mCherry-GFP-LC3 was used, and it was found that citral impeded the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes, leading to autophagic flux blockage. Collectively, our findings reveal that the main active anti-proliferation component of lemon essential oil is citral, and this component has a significant inhibitory effect on head and neck cancer cells. Its underlying molecular mechanism is that citral induces apoptosis and autophagy by cell cycle arrest and ultimately inhibits cell proliferation.

Obtaining soil heavy metal content characteristics and spatial distribution is crucial for preventing soil pollution and formulating environmental protection policies. We collected 304 surface soil samples (0-20 cm) in the Changqing district. At the same time, the spectral, temporal, and spatial features of soil heavy metals were derived from multi-remote sensing data; the temporal-spatial-spectral features closely related to soil heavy metals were selected via correlation analysis and used as input independent variables. The measured soil arsenic (As) content was used as the dependent variable to establish a spatial prediction model based on the random forest (RF) algorithm. The results showed the following:the As content in the soils exceeded the background value by 43.17% but did not exceed the risk screening values and intervention values, indicating slight heavy metal pollution in the soil. The accuracy ranking of the spatial prediction models with one feature type from high to low was spatial features (ratio of performance to inter-quartile range (RPIQ)=3.87)>temporal features (RPIQ=2.57)>spectral features (RPIQ=2.50). The spatial features were the most informative for predicting soil heavy metals. The models using temporal-spatial, temporal-spectral, and spatial-spectral features were superior to those using only one feature type, and the RPIQ values were 4.81, 4.21, and 4.70, respectively. The RF model with temporal-spatial-spectral features achieved the highest spatial prediction accuracy ( R 2 =0.90; root mean square error (RMSE)=0.77; RPIQ=5.68). The As content decreased from the northwest to the southeast due to Yellow River erosion and industrial activities. The spatial prediction of soil heavy metals incorporating remote sensing temporal-spatial-spectral features and the random forest model provides effective support for soil pollution prevention and environmental risk control.

The quality of traditional Chinese medicine preparations is directly related to the safety of patients. Among the various factors, the process and corresponding critical equipment are critical factors influencing the quality of the preparations. To improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, this article summarizes and analyzes the problems in the process links and corresponding critical equipment in the manufacturing process of traditional Chinese medicine preparations. Furthermore, a critical quality attribute evaluation system is established based on safety and effectiveness combined with the drug properties, preparation process, and preparation characteristics, providing a basis for the process and equipment improvements aimed at quality enhancement.
