Wound age estimation is the core content in the practice of forensic medicine. Accurate estimation of wound age is a scientific question that needs to be urgently solved by forensic scientists at home and abroad. Metabolomics techniques can effectively detect endogenous metabolites produced by internal or external stimulating factors and describe the dynamic changes of metabolites in vivo . It has the advantages of strong operability, high detection efficiency and accurate quantitative results. Machine learning algorithm has special advantages in processing high-dimensional data sets, which can effectively mine biological information and truly reflect the physiological, disease or injury state of the body. It is a new technical means for efficiently processing high-throughput big data. This paper reviews the status and advantages of metabolomic techniques combined with machine learning algorithm in the research of wound age estimation, and provides new ideas for this research.

TVM (tensor virtual machine) is a deep learning compiler, that translates the deep learning operators described by tensor expression to TVM IR (TVM intermediate representation) programs. After a series of operatorlevel optimizations on TVM IR, TVM generates the target code across diverse hardware back-ends. Tensor expression, a domain- specific language for tensor computation, performs loop transformation to operators. The result of loop transformation is a number of complicated expressions emerging in nested loop statements, which contain loop invariant code. However, in the context of deep learning applications, the traditional loop invariant code motion algorithm has severe limitations. Firstly, it's difficult to determine the extra-benefit of moving certain invariant code out of loops. Secondly, it's difficult to detect loop invariant code which has different orders of operands. Thirdly, it cannot process nested condition expressions well. Furthermore, there are conflicts with target hardware compiler optimizations. The application of loop invariant code motion technique is constrained by the aforementioned problems. In this paper, a new loop invariant code motion algorithm is proposed, which takes deep learning application characteristics into consideration in a heuristics way. The algorithm normalizes the program by manipulating the expression operands and simplifying the nested condition expression. This paper introduces a new cost model, which evaluates the cost of moving certain loop invariant code while the characteristics of TVM IR and target hardware back-ends are fully considered. The algorithm is implemented as a registered TVM pass on opensource compiler TVM version 0.7. To testify the effectiveness and correctness of this algorithm, experiments are conducted on TVM TOPI benchmark with 27 operators and 511 test cases under different input. Experimental results show that this algorithm improves 47.6% of operators'performance, and achieves speedups up to 40.0%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The complexity of modern war is increasing，and the rapid operational mission planning is of great importance to improve the efficiency of command and control. This paper presents a joint operational Task Matrix （TM） model，which is a theoretical method for mission planning; A belief network model is put forward to describe the relationship among the elements in TM model ;A naive bayesian learning method for belief network is designed; A mechanism of imagination is put forward to speed up the learning process ; A search algorithm named Deep Minimum Threat Generation Tree（DMTGT） is proposed, which can efficiently calculate task priority by balancing search error and search speed. The water conservancy information system involves many businesses, complex software system and many types and models of hardware equipment. After the system is completed, it is often faced with the problem of how to operate and maintain. In case of system failure, abnormal monitoring data or business data, it is necessary to check the software and hardware operation of the whole system one by one. Most of them rely on personal engineering operation experience. The troubleshooting takes a long time and is difficult to find the root cause, which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of water conservancy projects. In order to solve the above problems, based on the analysis of water conservancy data transmission link, this paper establishes the binary decision tree model of water conservancy data link troubleshooting, configures the attribute monitoring items of link nodes, and realizes the rapid fault location of water conservancy information system through the method of traditional monitoring combined with decision tree reasoning. Insufficient feature extraction of the backbone network and lack of semantic information in the shallow convolution layer often lead to poor detection results on small objects. In order to improve the accuracy and robustness of small object detection, this paper proposes a deep small object detection algorithm that integrates attention mechanism. Firstly, to address the problem of insufficient feature extraction capability of the backbone network, Darknet-53 is selected as the network of feature extraction, and a new grouped residual connection is proposed to replace the residual connection structure in the original Darknet-53. This forms a new enhanced backbone network named I-Darknet53. This grouped residual structure can effectively increase the size of the receptive field by interweaving the feature information of different channels. Secondly, in the multi-scale detection phase, a shallow feature enhancement network is proposed to obtain shallow enhanced features by fusing the shallow layer and deep layer. The network including feature enhancement module and an efficient feature fusion strategy guided by channel attention mechanism is used to improve the lack of semantic information of shallow features. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance than the SSD algorithm on PASCAL VOC dataset. When the input image size is 300 x 300, the average accuracy of the proposed model is 80.2%; when the input image size is 500 x 500, the average accuracy of the proposed model is 82.3%. That artificial intelligence (AI), algorithms, and related technologies could use a few good booster shots of “humanism” is widely apparent. In both program code and implementation, AI and algorithms have been accused of harbouring deep-seated flaws that conflict with human values. They are prime examples of the skew towards white, Western, men and demonstrate the bankruptcy in the face of neoliberalist, profit- and market-oriented social paradigms that this special issue seeks to address. Currently, computer scientists and AI researchers who are looking to remedy these problems are often in favour of more data, more powerful machines, more complex algorithms—in short, that we should fix problems with AI by building better AI. In this view human beings and the world can be modelled in code—our lives, interactions, society, and our very selves can be broken down into data points which can be assessed by highly advanced technologies. When these scientists and researchers seek to broaden their approach they often look to philosophy. However, the philosophy they look to is overwhelmingly Anglo-analytic, which views the world in extremely similar ways. Both AI and Anglo-analytic philosophy argue for solutions to humanistic problems which are essentially mathematical. They share in seeing important concepts, such as persons, emotions, agency, and ethics, as mechanistic, atomistic, and calculable. In this paper I will argue that Classical Chinese philosophy offer insightful resources for addressing the humanist problems in AI. Rather than arguing for mathematical solutions, or envisioning persons, emotions, agency, and ethics, as other rigid, atomistic, and mechanistic approaches, Chinese philosophy emphasizes transformation, interrelatedness, and correlative developments. Accordingly, it offers tools for appreciating the world, society, and ourselves as spontaneous, complex, and full of tension. AI can be programmed and used in ways that do not reduce the complexity and conflict in the world, but provide us instead with tools to make sense of it—tools that are humanistic in nature. To this end, Chinese philosophy can be a helpful collaborative partner.
