With the deep integration of computer technology into social life,more and more short text messages are spreaded all over the web platform.Aiming at the problem of data sparsity of short texts,a robust heterogeneous information network framework(HTE) for modeling short texts,which can integrate any type of additional information and capture the relationship between them to solve the data sparsity problem,is constructed.Based on this framework,six short text expansion methods are designed using different external knowledge,and the short text features are enriched by introducing entity information such as entities,entity categories,inter-entity relationships and textual information such as text topics from Wikipedia and Freebase knowledge bases.Finally,the similarity measurement result is used to verify the experimental effect.By comparing the six text expansion me-thods with the traditional three similarity measures on two short text datasets and the current mainstream short text matching algorithms,the results of the proposed six text expansion methods are improved.Compared with BERT,the similarity measurement results of the best method improves by 5.97%.The proposed framework is robust and can include any type of external know-ledge,and the proposed method can overcome the data sparsity problem of short texts and can perform similarity metrics on short texts with high accuracy in an unsupervised manner.

The current state of research on C02 sequestration and Nano cementing cement is discussed. Leaching action, carbonization action, dissolving action, synergistic action, and cement's anti-corrosion mechanism are the main components of the C02 corrosion mechanism on cement. Currently, there are three approaches to enhance cementing cement's ability to resist C02 corrosion: #properly lower the alkaline content of cementing cement; (Lower the cementing cement's calcium-silicon ratio Ca/Si); Fill the cement's internal and external pores to stop C02 contusive fluid from entering the cement. CO2 mineralization curing is considered an effective approach to mitigate the impact of the construction industry on global climate change by reacting CO2 with cement-based materials (CBM) (e. g. cement clinker, namely tricalcium silicate, β-dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate and its hydration products, namely calcium hydroxide, amorphous calcium silicate hydrates, hydrated aluminate and sulfate phases) to form calcium carbonate mainly composed of calcite and amorphous silica gel with high degree of polymerization, realizing the storage and utilization of CO2. Attributed to the good stability, filling effect and nucleation effect of the resultant products, the mechanical properties and durability of CBM are effectively improved while better performance is anticipated in a relatively short time compared with other curing technologies. In this paper, the reaction mechanisms and latest research progress of CO2 mineral carbonation-cured CBM are reviewed. The effect of influencing factors, such as pre-condition, relative humidity, water binder ratio, CO2 concentration, curing pressure and temperature on the post-mineralization properties, carbon fixation rate and mineralization degree are evaluated. Finally, based on the current research status and existing problems, suggestions and recommendations for a wider application of CO2 mineralization technology in the future are also provided. Objective·To summarize the general characteristics, management principles and prognosis of benign and aggressive bone tumors (BABT) involving the acetabulum. Methods·A total of 88 cases of primary acetabular lesions were collected, including 41 cases of BABTs. The demographic data of the patients, the surgical procedures and the prognosis of the patients were analyzed. Results·The median follow-up time of the 41 cases of BABTs was 42.6 months. Lesion curettage with bone grafting was performed in 30 cases, followed by curettage with cement reconstruction (n=2), enbloc resection with endoprosthesis reconstruction (n=8), and hemi-pelvic amputation (n=1). Postoperative pathology confirmed a benign tumor in 23 cases, 8 of which were accompanied by bone cortical damage (34.8%), and only 2 patients had local recurrence. Postoperative pathology demonstrated an aggressive histology in 18 cases, 14 cases of which were accompanied by bone cortical damage (77.8%), and a total of 5 cases had local recurrence. Of the 7 giant cell tumors of bone, one recurred (14.3%), in comparison to 3 local recurrence (75.0%) of the 4 cases of atypical cartilage hyperplasia. Conclusion·Benign acetabular tumors without cortical bone damage have a low recurrence rate following lesion curettage. Aggressive tumors and/or tumors with cortical bone damage have a higher recurrence rate following simple curettage, and the surgical margin needs to be strictly determined prior to surgery. Specifically, lesion curettage with bone cement or enbloc resection with endoprosthesis reconstruction could be an appropriate option for giant cell tumor of bone, while enbloc resection with endoprosthesis reconstruction should be always recommended for atypical cartilage tumor. Objective: To establish and validate a clinical prediction model of acupuncture and moxibustion for Bell's palsy so as to provide a tool for predicting the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on Bell's palsy., Methods: A total of 269 patients with Bell's palsy were collected from department of acupuncture, moxibustion and tuina, Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital, neurology department, Shenxian County Central Hospital and department of rehabilitation medicine, Dongying Municipal Hospital of TCM from June 2018 to June 2023. All of these cases were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. Of them, 182 cases, from department of acupuncture, moxibustion and tuina, Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital and neurology department, Shenxian County Central Hospital, were randomized into a training group (128 cases) and an internal validation group (54 cases); 87 cases from department of rehabilitation medicine, Dongying Municipal Hospital of TCM were assigned to an external validation group. The clinical data of all of the cases were extracted from the electronic medical record information platform. Using SPSS25.0 and R4.2.3, through univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis, the independent factors influencing the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on Bell's palsy were identified. By means of internal and external validations, the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC), the goodness-of-fit curve (GFC) and the decision curve analysis (DCA) were plotted. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the model were calculated; and its comprehensive performance was evaluated., Results: The results of the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent factors for the unsatisfactory effect on Bell's palsy were advanced age, severe symptoms before treatment, no use of steroids within 72 h of onset, and lack of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy during the acute phase or single acupuncture-moxibustion protocol ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Based on these factors, nomogram model and online columnar plot prediction tool (https://bmuchen.shinyapps.io/dynnomapp/) were established. The area under the ROC curve of the model was 0.921 (95% CI : 0.877, 0.966), 0.876 (95% CI : 0.787, 0.966), and 0.846 (95% CI : 0.766, 0.926) in the training group, the internal validation group, and the external validation group, respectively, indicating good predictive value. The model showed a satisfactory calibration curve alignment. The decision threshold in the range of 0 to 0.8 provided clinical benefits for participants. The model exhibited the sensitivity from 65.9% to 88.0%, the specificity ranging from 77.3% to 90.7%, the accuracy from 77.8% to 85.9%, the positive predictive value from 83.3% to 90.1%, and the negative predictive value from 70.8% to 78.7%. The comprehensive evaluation indicated a satisfactory clinical application value of the model., Conclusion: The clinical prediction model of acupuncture and moxibustion for Bell's palsy is valuable in its practice and promotion to a certain extent. The predicted results are conductive to clinicians' judgement of the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion for this disease and making effective and high-quality clinical decisions, as well as formulating the optimal therapeutic regimen.

Objective: To study the development of surgical robots at home and abroad in recent years., Methods: Through a large number of literature review and analysis, the qualification approval and technical function characteristics of domestic and foreign surgical robots from January 2019 to July 2022 were analyzed., Results: The related situations of 39 surgical robots were analyzed and reported, and the shortcomings and future development direction of the current surgical robots were summarized., Conclusions: The development of surgical robots in China is now in a rapid development stage. At present, surgical robots generally have the disadvantages of high cost, lack of tactile feedback (force feedback), large size, large space occupation and difficult to move. In the future, it will develop towards intelligent, miniaturized, remote, open and low-cost.
