Background The intestinal flora and its metabolites play an important role in the pathology of chronic heart failure (CHF), which is a severe manifestation or terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases. Increasing evidence has shown that dysbiosis of the intestinal flora and its metabolites can lead to bacterial translocation, release of mediators, inflammatory response and consequently aggravation of CHF. Objective To analyze the changes of intestinal flora and its metabolite phenylacetylglutamine (PAGln) in patients with CHF and explore the role played by gut microbiota in heart failure. Methods A total of 58 patients with heart failure admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the South Branch of the Sixth People's Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University were selected as the CHF group, and 46 patients with the same CHF risk factors but without clinical symptoms and past medical history of CHF were selected as the control group from June 2021 to June 2022. Plotting ROC curves of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and PAGln for the diagnosis of CHF. The abundance and diversity of intestinal flora in the two groups were analyzed using 16S rRNA sequencing. Liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was used to detect PAGln concentrations in the plasma of samples from both two groups. The traditional reinforcement learning method has the problems of overestimation of value function and partial observability in the field of machine motion planning, especially in the obstacle avoidance problem of UAV, which lead to long training time and difficult convergence in the process of network training. This paper proposes an obstacle avoidance algorithm for UAVs based on a deep recurrent double Q network. By transforming the single-network structure into a dual-network structure, the optimal action selection and action value estimation are decoupled to reduce the overestimation of the value function. The fully connected layer introduces the GRU recurrent neural network module, and uses the GRU to process the time dimension information, enhance the analyzability of the real neural network, and improve the performance of the algorithm in some observable environments. On this basis, combining with the priority experience playback mechanism, the network convergence is accelerated. Finally, the original algorithm and the improved algorithm are tested in the simulation environment. The experimental results show that the algorithm has better performance in terms of training time, obstacle avoidance success rate and robustness.

This paper studied the trajectory tracking control of a failure satellite that has actuator jumping fault. It proposed a design method based on the jumping control input for the model reference tracking controller. By comb-ining the stochastic stability definition with model reference tracking, it gave the mathematical descriptions of the trajectory tracking control of the failure satellite. It used the linear matrix inequality method and the parametric solution method of the nonhomogeneous generalized Sylvester matrix equation to design the robust H∞ state feedback control law and the complete parametric feed-forward tracking compensator respectively, with the disturbance of the failure satellite and its thrust constraint considered simultaneously. The numerical simulation results on the model of the satellite rendezvous system show that the design method proposed in this paper is effective.

To study the structure and function of soil microbial community in healthy and susceptible tobacco fields, one healthy and two susceptible(to black shank, bacterial wilt and root rot) tobacco fields with continuous cropping for 10 years in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture were selected as research subjects, and the soil bacterial community structure was analyzed by metagenomic technology. The results showed that there were significant differences in soil bacterial community structure between the healthy and susceptible tobacco fields. The dominant phyla with relative abundance greater than 4% in tobacco field soils were Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, and Chloroflexi. The relative abundance of the dominant beneficial genera Streptomyces, Bradyrhizobium, and Mycobacterium was significantly higher in the healthy tobacco fields than in the susceptible tobacco fields. The relative abundance of the potential pathogen Rhodanobacter was significantly higher in the susceptible tobacco fields than in the healthy tobacco fields. Protease activity was significantly higher in the healthy tobacco fields than in the susceptible tobacco fields. The relative abundance of key enzyme genes in the carbon metabolism pathway was higher in the healthy tobacco fields than in the susceptible tobacco fields. In the nitrogen metabolism pathway, the abundance of enzyme genes during denitrification was lower in the healthy tobacco fields than in the susceptible tobacco fields. Therefore, there are differences in the bacterial community composition, enzyme activity and abundance of key enzyme genes in the process of carbon and nitrogen metabolism in the healthy and susceptible tobacco fields to varying degrees. Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of Bushen Daozhuo granules in the treatment of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS). Methods According to the selection criteria, 160 patients with CP/CPPS were collected and randomly divided into the control group and Chinese Medicine group, 80 cases each group. The patients in the control group were treated with oral tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules, 0.2 mg/time, once a day, and the patients in the Chinese Medicine group with Bushen Daozhuo granules, 200 ml/time, twice a day. The chronic prostatitis symptom score (CPSI) and efficacy of the two groups were counted before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, and their cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-10), hemorheology (HBV, MBV, LBV), and serum sex hormones (LH, FSH, T, E2) levels were also measured. Results A total of 152 patients completed the study, including 75 in the control group and 77 in the Chinese Medicine group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the urination score, quality of life score, with TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-10 in the prostate fluid of the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). The cure rate, significant rate and total effective rate of the Chinese Medicine group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The CPSI scores, cytokines in the prostate fluid, blood rheology indexes and sex hormones (LH, T, E2) were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the degree of improvement was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Daozhuo granules is effective in treating CP/CPPS, and its mechanism may be to improve the inflammatory state in the prostate by regulating systemic hormones and hemorheology. The convenience of "no installation, available at your fingertips" of the WeChat small program makes it unique in the application of mobile terminal auxiliary experimental teaching. In order to optimize the assessment system and improve the quality and outcomes of experimental teaching, a self-designed WeChat small program was used to assist the development of the process assessment system. This system was applied to the teaching practice of "Experiment of Inorganic Chemistry" course for the first-year undergraduates majored in Biological Engineering, with the aim to promote teaching and learning by assessment. The results showed that course scores of the students who used this small program were superior to the control group and the correlation between the process assessment and final examination results was significant. These results indicated the WeChat small program assisted process assessment could effectively improve the learning outcomes of students, enable them to grasp the knowledge of Experiment of Inorganic Chemistry efficiently. The results of the questionnaire for the teachers and students also showed a high recognition of the WeChat small program assisted teaching.

Purpose: To test the reliability of the Chinese version of Oral Behaviours Checklist (OBC) and explore oral behavior characteristics of patients with temporomandibular disorders (TMD)., Methods: The English version of OBC was translated forward and backward to form the Chinese version of OBC. From July 2017 to April 2018, 540 TMD patients were included. Cronbach's α was used to evaluate the reliability of Chinese version of OBC. The characteristics of oral behaviors were evaluated by OBC. SPSS 19.0 software package was used to calculate the frequency of each behavior, and rank sum test was used to compare the distribution of oral behavior of TMD patients of different genders., Results: The reliability of Chinese version of the OBC was good, Cronbach's α=0.771.There were certain oral behaviors in TMD patients, such as sleeping in a position that puts pressure on the jaw(52.9%), chewing food unilaterally(47.8%) and contacting teeth while not eating (33.2%)., Conclusions: The Chinese version of OBC is a reliable tool for assessing oral behaviors. TMD patients have certain oral behaviors, which await further investigations.
