Background Urinary incontinence often occurs in women aged 40-60 years and contributes to a significant impact on women's physical health and quality of life. Objective To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of urinary incontinence and its impact on quality of life in women aged 40-60 years in Guizhou Province. Methods From June 2022 to January 2023, women aged 40-60 years who underwent health checkups in 10 hospitals in 7 regions of Guizhou Province were selected as the study subjects. A self-designed general data questionnaire was used to collect the basic data of the study subjects, and International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Female Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (ICIQ-FLUTS) and Incontinence Quality of Life Measure (I-QoL) were used to determine the severity of urinary incontinence and the level of quality of life of the study subjects, respectively. Different types of incontinence, including stress incontinence, urge incontinence, and mixed incontinence, were determined according to the diagnostic criteria established by the International Continence Society (ICS). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of urinary incontinence, and explore the effects of different types and severity levels of urinary incontinence on patients' quality of life. Results A total of 3 000 questionnaires were distributed, and 2 966 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid recovery rate of 98.9%. The prevalence of urinary incontinence among the 2 966 study subjects was 33.4% (991/2 966), including 20.1% (596/2 966) for stress incontinence, 2.0% (58/2 966) for urge incontinence, and 11.4% (337/2 966) for mixed incontinence. To further optimize the static performance of static pressure gas radial bearings,a composite throttling type static pressure gas radial bearing with axial and circumferential pressure equalizing grooves was proposed based on the traditional small hole throttling.Fluent was used to compare and analyze the static characteristics of the bearings with traditional orifice throttling and different forms of composite throttling,and the influence of the cross-sectional shape of the equalizing groove and the gas supply pressure on the static characteristics of bearings was explored. The orthogonal experiments were used to explore the influence of the structural parameters of the restrictor on the bearing characteristics. The results show that the composite throttling static pressure gas bearing improves the static characteristics of the bearing to a certain extent,and the best effect is achieved when the pressure equalizing groove is arranged in a "mouth" shape and the cross-sectional shape is rectangular.An increase in gas supply pressure can also improve the static characteristics of bearings.The influence of the diameter of the orifice and the depth of the equalizing groove on the static characteristics of bearings is larger than that of the depth of the orifice and width of the equalizing groove. The increase in the diameter of the orifice and the depth of the equalizing groove results in a trend of first increasing and then decreasing in the bearing capacity and stiffness of bearings. Studying the status and source analysis of heavy metal pollution in farmland in typical mining and processing areas is an important prerequisite for promoting farmland soil ecological restoration and farmland protection in concentrated mining areas. In this study, the heavy metal content of farmland soil around a mining area in southwest China was detected, and the pollution status, distribution law, health risks, and sources of heavy metals were studied by using the land accumulation index method, comprehensive pollution index method, kriging interpolation method, health risk assessment method, and PMF receptor model on the sampling data. The results showed that the mean values of eight heavy metals in farmland soil except Ni exceeded the local soil background values, and the results of the ground accumulation index evaluation showed that Cd and Hg were extremely polluted； Pb and As showed medium pollution-heavy pollution； and Cr, Zn, Ni, and Cu were lightly polluted. In the health risk assessment, oral ingestion was the main exposure route posing a health risk to the human body； the main element that constituted non-carcinogenic health risks was As, and the carcinogenic risks were from As and Cd. PMF model analysis showed that the contribution rate of weathering natural sources of iron-bearing ore was 28.02%, and the main factors were Ca and Fe. The contribution rate of agricultural sources was 3.02%, and the main factors were Pb and As. The contribution rate of industrial and atmospheric deposition composite sources was 33.09%, and the main factor was Hg. The contribution rate of the parent material source was 17.27%, and the main factor was Ca. The contribution rate of mining activities such as mining and smelting was 18.60%, and the main factors were Zn and Cd.

The study of heavy metal pollution in mine soil of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is important for promoting the ecological restoration of mines and the construction of green mines in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. For this study, we collected the relevant research on the pollution of heavy metals in the mine soil of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2020 and studied the pollution status, distribution law, and health risk of heavy metals by using the land accumulation index method, Kriging interpolation method, and health risk assessment method. The results showed that the average contents of Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg, As, Zn, Ni, and Cu in mine soil far exceeded the background value in China, and the accumulation degree of Cd and Hg was significant. The pollution evaluation results showed that the pollution degree of the eight heavy metals was Cd>Hg>Pb>Zn>Cu>As>Ni>Cr, the pollution degree of Cd and Hg was the highest, and more than 60% of the sample points were at medium pollution. The pollution evaluation showed that the soil pollution of tin and lead-zinc mines was more prominent than that of other minerals. The health risk assessment indicated that oral intake was the main intake route for non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks, the total non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risk index was within the unacceptable range, and the non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risk of mine soil in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was significantly higher than that in the lower reaches.
