The rock bolting construction equipment is an important part of the complete set of bolt support technology in coal roadway, which directly affects the speed and quality of rock bolting. After a long period of development, China's coal mines have developed various forms of rock bolting equipment, including single bolter, mobile bolter, roadheader bolter, bolter miner, bolter conveyor and straddle bolter. This paper systematically analyzes the development history, technical performance, technical parameters, applicable conditions and latest development of six kinds of rock bolting construction equipment. The single bolter is light, flexible and mature in technology, forming a series of products, which are widely used. The onboard bolter can be integrated on different platforms to form a variety of integrated construction equipment. The mobile bolter has formed a variety of models from two arms to nine arms. It can closely follow the heading equipment, work alternately with the heading equipment, and complete the rock bolting construction with multi-arm cooperation and multi-arm parallel operation. The onboard bolter is equipped on the cantilever roadheader, and various types of roadheader bolters are developed, realizing two functions of heading and bolt construction. The bolter miner has realized localization. The bolter miner with forward moveable bolting platform, shield type bolter miner and bolter miner with the integration of drilling and bolting are developed. The bolter conveyor from two arms to seven arms and the ten-arm straddle bolter are developed. The rock bolting, heading and transportation have been carried out in different zones. This paper introduces the technology and equipment of rock bolting with the integration of drilling and bolting. They include bolt with the integration of drilling and bolting, pump-injected anchoring agent, onboard bolter with the integration of drilling and bolting, drill box, rock bolt bin, anchoring agent pump-injection system and intelligent control system. The traditional six-step rock bolt construction process is simplified into one continuous process. It realizes the automatic operation of 'one key rock bolting', significantly improving the speed and automation degree of rock bolting. The paper points out the development trend of rock bolting construction equipment in coal roadway. The trend includes following aspects: the digital intelligent bolt onboard bolter, onboard bolter positioning, pose self-adjustment and multi-onboard bolter collaborative control technology; the optimization of bolt (cable) structure and materials, upgrading of anchor grouting materials and improvement of construction equipment; the environmental dynamic sensing and stability discrimination of surrounding rock with heading; the fault diagnosis technology of rock bolting construction equipment and the online monitoring of roadway surrounding rock deformation and bolt load; establishing a big data platform to realize automation and intelligenitization of rock bolting.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CENPF in NSCLC adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and the clinical prognosis of patients and its effect on the metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma cells. Methods The expression of CENPF in LUAD and its relationship with patient prognosis were analyzed by online bioinformatics. The expression of CENPF was verified by LUAD tissue microarray immunohistochemical staining. Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between the expression of CENPF and the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Cox survival hazard ratio was used to analyze the factors affecting the survival of patients. Chi-square analysis was adopted to examine the relationship between CENPF expression and clinicopathological stage and grade of patients. The expression of CENPF in NCI-H2126 cells were knocked out by lentivirus, and then the proliferation, invasion, and migration abilities of the cells were detected. Changes in mRNA expression profiles after CENPF knockout were detected by RNA-seq. Bioinformatics analysis of downstream signaling pathways and the target genes of CENPF was also performed. Western blot was used to verify the target gene. Results CENPF was significantly upregulated in LUAD tumor tissue (P < 0.05) and significantly correlated with pathological stage (P=0.013). The higher expression of CENPF, the worse the prognosis of patients (P=0.01, P=0.027). After the expression was CENPF of knocked out, the cell proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities significantly reduced (P < 0.01). The expression of chemokine pathway genes in cells was enriched significantly (P < 0.001). ACKR3/CXCR7 and CDH2/N-cadherin were significantly downregulated, whereas CDH1/E-cadherin was significantly upregulated. After CENPF was knocked out, ACKR3/CXCR7 and N-cadherin were significantly downregulated, whereas E-cadherin significantly increased. Conclusion The expression of CENPF is negatively correlated with the clinical prognosis of patients with LUAD, and it promotes the occurrence of EMT by regulating the expression levels of N-cadherin and E-cadherin related to EMT through ACKR3/CXCR7.

Reflection in the image not only significantly reduces the image quality, but also seriously affects the subsequent computer vision tasks. So proposed a single image reflection removal cascaded algorithm using non local correlation and contrast constraint. This algorithm utilizes a dual-branch approach for LSTM-based information propagation across cascades. It employs reflection and background features to complement each other and iteratively refine prediction accuracy, ensuring mutual enhancement of the two branches' prediction results. To facilitate training for multiple cascade steps, a positivenegative contrastive regularization loss is introduced. This loss treats background images and original images' features as positive and negative samples, respectively. This ensures that the target image is brought closer to the background image while moving away from the original image in the representation space, narrowing the prediction range and effectively alleviating the ill-posed problem. Additionally, an efficient, low-computational-cost non-local correlation prediction module is proposed, capable of capturing contextual information for all pixels along cross paths. Through further cascade operations, each pixel captures long-distance dependencies across the entire image, enabling the use of surrounding point information to predict background information obscured by strong reflections. Experimental results demonstrate that, compared to current algorithms, the proposed algorithm achieves superior results and exhibits robust performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Long-term occupation of coal gangue dumping sites (CGDS) may destroy ecological environment of nearby area. However, how the CGDS affects the distribution pattern of soil seed banks and vegetation in the nearby area is not clear. In this study, we investigated soil seed bank and vegetation at different distances from the second CGDS of Yangchangwan in Ningdong mining area, Lingwu, Ningxia. The results showed that soil seed bank was mainly distributed in 0-10 cm layer and decreased with increasing soil depth. Species richness of soil seed bank and vegetation first increased and then tended to be stable with increasing distance to the CGDS. The influence range of CGDS on soil seed banks was 300-500 m and was 100-300 m on aboveground vegetation. The CGDS did not affect the vertical distribution pattern of soil seed bank, but significantly affected the horizontal distribution pattern of soil seed banks and aboveground vegetation. Objective To analyze the Aedes surveillance data of Chongqing in 2020, and we provide a basis for control of Aedes-borne diseases in Chongqing. Methods Wanzhou, Yubei and Shapingba districts with local dengue outbreaks, and Qianjiang, Dazu districts and Dianjiang county with no local dengue cases in Chongqing in 2019 were selected as investigation points. The larvae of Aedes mosquito were monitored by Breteau index method and mosquito ovitrap index method, adult Aedes mosquito was monitored by double net trap method. The surveillance data of larval and adult Aedes mosquitoes from six surveillance sites of Chongqing were analyzed using Excel 2010 software for a preliminary assessment of the risk of dengue transmission. Results In Apr.-Dec. 2020, the mean Breteau index (BI) of Aedes mosquitoes was 4.50. The BI of Chongqing from June to September were all >5, indicating a risk of dengue transmission; the BI of Shapingba in June, that of Yubei from June to July, and that of Wanzhou from July to August were >10, indicating a risk of dengue outbreak; the mean mosquito ovitrap index (MOI) was 2.15, the MOI of Yubei from July to August was >10, indicating a risk of dengue outbreak. The mean adult density of Aedes was 0.86 mosquitoes per net per hour. The net trap index of Aedes density in Shapingba district and Dianjiang county was 1.81 /(net⋅h) and 1.48 /(net⋅h), respectively, followed by Wanzhou district 1.04 /(net⋅h). The adult density of Aedes in Shapingba from June to September, that of Wanzhou from June to July, that of Dianjiang from May to June and August to September were higher than 2 mosquitoes per net per hour. Conclusion In 2020, the dengue transmission risk varies in different months in the six districts in Chongqing. Yubei, Shapingba and Wanzhou have higher risk than other investigative points. It is suggested that Aedes surveillance and risk assessment should be strengthened in key districts to ensure sustainable control of Aedes for the prevention and control of Aedes-borne diseases in Chongqing. Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and influential factors of dengue fever(DF), and we provide scientific basis for prevention and control of dengue fever outbreaks. Methods Descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the data of dengue fever in Wanzhou in 2019, and Microsoft Excel 2007 software was used for data statistics. Results There were 333 cases of dengue fever in Wanzhou in 2019, and the attack rate of DF was 20.68/100 000. There were 4 imported cases and 329 local infections. Epidemic of dengue fever spread to 11 streets and 4 towns in Wanzhou, including 328 cases in urban area (98.49%) and 5 cases in rural area (1.51%). All the 4 imported dengue cases were domestic, including 2 from Yunnan, 1 from Hainan and 1 from Taiwan. Among the local infection cases, except one case of Yubei District infection in Chongqing returned to Wanzhou District for treatment, the other 328 cases were distributed in 11 districts in Wanzhou urban area, belonging to local infection cases. Of the 333 cases, 250 cases were clinically diagnosed and 83 cases were laboratory confirmed, all of which were dengue serotype 1. The time distribution was 2 cases in August, 288 cases in September, 42 cases in October, and 1 case in November. The peak of dengue fever occurred in September. 328 locally infected cases were distributed in 11 districts in the main urban area of Wanzhou, and 5 cases were in rural areas. The top 5 towns and townships with the highest incidence were Zhonggulou Street (155 cases), Pailou Street (93 cases), Gaosuntang Street (29 cases), Taibai Street (16 cases) and Chenjiaba Street (11 cases). The age of patients was from 11 months to 82 years, with an average age of 37.49 years old. Conclusion The epidemic of dengue fever has shown a sharp increase. Wanzhou has opened international flights to Cambodia and Thailand, where dengue fever is more severe, which also has accelerated the movement of people. And the density of Aedes albopictus has not been controlled effectively. Therefore, continuous monitoring of dengue fever, density of Aedes albopictus, real-time analysis and early warning of monitoring results are suggested for departments of government. Group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) are the "mirror cells" of Th2 cells. Although the total cell number of ILC2s is far less than that of CD4 + Th2 cells in the body, the activated ILC2s have a more powerful biological activity than CD4 + Th2 cells and can rapidly enhanced Th2-cell inflammatory reaction. It plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic respiratory diseases. The transmitters that activate ILC2s include inflammatory cytokines (IL-33, IL-25, TSLP, IL-4, IL-9), lipid transmitters (prostaglandins, leukotrienes), and other activating transmitters (ICOS, Complement C3a, neuropeptide receptor, vasoactive intestinal peptide and calcitonin gene-related peptide, etc). Activated ILC2s produce large amounts of IL-4, IL-5, IL-9, IL-13, and amphiregulin and other inflammatory mediators, and induce airway hyperresponsiveness, mucus secretion and airway remodeling and other respiratory allergic reactions. Therefore, respiratory allergic diseases, especially steroid-dependent asthma, could be treated potentially by inhibiting the activation of ILC2s. Hereby, we summarized the immunobiology of ILC2s, the initiation of ILC2s in allergic inflammation, the relationship between ILC2s and respiratory allergic diseases, and the recent advances in biological agents targeted by ILC2s.

Objective: To investigate the effect of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) on chondrocyte senescence and its mechanism., Methods: The chondrocytes were isolated from the articular cartilage of 4-week-old Sprague Dawley rats, and cultured with type Ⅱcollagenase and passaged. The cells were identified by toluidine blue staining, alcian blue staining, and immunocytochemical staining for type Ⅱ collagen. The second passage (P2) cells were divided into blank control group, 10 ng/mL IL-1β group, and 6.25, 12.5, 25.0, 50.0, 100.0, and 200.0 μmol/L EGCG+10 ng/mL IL-1β group. The chondrocyte activity was measured with cell counting kit 8 after 24 hours of corresponding culture, and the optimal drug concentration of EGCG was selected for the subsequent experiment. The P2 chondrocytes were further divided into blank control group (group A), 10 ng/mL IL-1β group (group B), EGCG+10 ng/mL IL-1β group (group C), and EGCG+10 ng/mL IL-1β+5 mmol/L 3-methyladenine (3-MA) group (group D). After cultured, the degree of cell senescence was detected by β-galactosidase staining, the autophagy by monodansylcadaverine method, and the expression levels of chondrocyte-related genes [type Ⅱ collagen, matrix metalloproteinase 3 (MMP-3), MMP-13] by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, the expression levels of chondrocyte-related proteins (Beclin-1, LC3, MMP-3, MMP-13, type Ⅱ collagen, P16, mTOR, AKT) by Western blot., Results: The cultured cells were identified as chondrocytes. Compared with the blank control group, the cell activity of 10 ng/mL IL-1β group significantly decreased ( P <0.05). Compared with the 10 ng/mL IL-1β group, the cell activity of EGCG+10 ng/mL IL-1β groups increased, and the 50.0, 100.0, and 200.0 μmol/L EGCG significantly promoted the activity of chondrocytes ( P <0.05). The 100.0 μmol/L EGCG was selected for subsequent experiments. Compared with group A, the cells in group B showed senescence changes. Compared with group B, the senescence rate of chondrocytes in group C decreased, autophagy increased, the relative expression of type Ⅱ collagen mRNA increased, and relative expressions of MMP-3 and MMP-13 mRNAs decreased; the relative expressions of Beclin-1, LC3, and type Ⅱ collagen proteins increased, but the relative expressions of P16, MMP-3, MMP-13, mTOR, and AKT proteins decreased; the above differences were significant ( P <0.05). Compared with group C, when 3-MA was added in group D, the senescence rate of chondrocytes increased, autophagy decreased, and the relative expressions of the target proteins and mRNAs showed an opposite trend ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: EGCG regulates the autophagy of chondrocytes through the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and exerts anti-senescence effects.

Objective: To develop a smart orthosis personalized management system for the treatment of patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) and to evaluate the feasibility and efficiency through clinical preliminary applications., Methods: The smart orthosis personalized management system consists of a wireless force monitor, a WeChat Mini Program, a cloud-based storage system, and a website backstage management system. Twenty-two patients with AIS who underwent orthosis treatment and met the selection criteria between March 2020 and December 2020 were enrolled. The follow-up time was 4 months. The parameters used to evaluate patients' compliance were as follows (back and lumbar): baseline force value, measured force value, force compliance (measured force value/baseline force value×100%), measured wearing time (wearing time of force value was more than 0 N), and time compliance (measured wearing time/prescribed wearing time×100%), in which the prescribed wearing time was 23 hours/day. The baseline force values were measured at initiation, while the measured force value, measured wearing time, force compliance, and time compliance were measured during follow-up. The differences of these parameters between back and lumbar, and the differences among these parameters at 1, 2, 3, and 4 months after orthosis wearing were analyzed., Results: The average measured force value of 22 patients (back and lumbar) was (0.83±0.34) N, the average force compliance was 68.5%±17.9%, the average measured wearing time was (15.4±1.7) hours, and the average time compliance was 66.9%±7.7%. The baseline force value and measured force value of back were significantly higher than those of lumbar ( P <0.05); the measured wearing time, force compliance, and time compliance between back and lumbar showed no significant difference ( P >0.05). The measured force value, measured wearing time, force compliance, and time compliance at 1 month after wearing were significantly lower than those at 2, 3, and 4 months after orthosis wearing ( P <0.05), no significant difference was found among 2, 3, and 4 months after orthosis wearing ( P >0.05). At different time points after wearing, the measured force value of back were significantly higher than that of lumbar ( P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between back and lumbar on the other parameters ( P >0.05)., Conclusion: The smart orthosis personalized management system has high feasibility to treat AIS, and can improve the compliance of such patients with orthosis wearing.
