Background Effects of parental marital status on nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI) behaviors and negative emotions in adolescents have been rarely reported, and the existing research sample size is relatively small. Objective To explore the association of parental marital status with negative emotions and NSSI in middle school students, to provide a reference for the prevention and control of NSSI in them. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to conduct the questionnaire survey on students from 20 townships and 67 middle schools in Nanchong City and its surrounding areas from March to April 2020. The investigators input the questionnaire into the WJX.cn to generate QR codes, which were distributed to parents or student guardians by schools. The questionnaire, consisting of the General Information Questionnaire, Ottawa Self-injury Inventory (OSI) and the Chinese version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21), was used to calculate the detection rates of NSSI, depression, anxiety and stress in middle school students to analyze the relevant factors affecting NSSI, depression, anxiety and stress in middle school students. Results A total of 8 785 students from 23 middle schools were surveyed, and 8 606 valid questionnaires were finally obtained, with a valid recovery rate of 98.0%. Among the 8 606 middle school students, there were 4 540 (52.8%) males, 4 066 (47.2%) females; 5 937 (69.0%) junior high school students, 1 028 (11.9%) senior high school students and 1 641 (19.1%) vocational high school students; 7 274 (84.5%) students in two-parent families, 787 (9.1%) students in divorced single-parent families, and 545 (6.4%) students in families with divorced and remarried parents. The detection rates of NSSI, depression, anxiety and stress in middle school students were 5.6% (486/8 606), 21.9% (1 884/8 606), 26.8% (2 305/8 606) and 12.3% (1 060/8 606), respectively. The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that among all middle school students, compared with boys, girls had a higher risk of NSSI (OR=2.363, 95%CI=1.946-2.868) and anxiety (OR=1.195, 95%CI=1.086-1.315) ; compared with junior high school students, vocational high school students had a higher risk of NSSI (OR=1.847, 95%CI=1.494-2.284), depression (OR=1.886, 95%CI=1.667-2.134), anxiety (OR=1.857, 95%CI=1.141-1.532) and stress (OR=1.527, 95%CI=1.309-1.781) ; compared with middle school students in two-parent family, students in divorced single-parent family had a higher risk of NSSI (OR=2.194, 95%CI=1.669-2.834), depression (OR=1.563, 95%CI=1.326-1.843), anxiety (OR=1.573, 95%CI=1.346-1.839) and stress (OR=1.417, 95%CI=1.153-1.741), students in families with divorced and remarried parents also had a higher risk of NSSI (OR=2.207, 95%CI=1.638-2.975), depression (OR=1.863, 95%CI=1.543-2.249), anxiety (OR=1.796, 95%CI=1.499-2.153) and stress (OR=1.821, 95%CI=1.453-2.282) ; compared to middle school students who are taken care of by their parents for a long time, those who are taken care of by their father alone, mother alone or grandparents alone for a long time had a higher risk of NSSI, depression and anxiety (by father alone: OR=2.045, 95%CI=1.366-3.062; OR=1.633, 95%CI=1.289-2.145; OR=1.373, 95%CI=1.069-1.762; by mother alone: OR=1.772, 95%CI=1.141-2.751; OR=1.435, 95%CI=1.095-1.882; OR=1.513, 95%CI=1.174-1.951; by grandparents alone: OR=2.465, 95%CI=1.918-3.168; OR=1.783, 95%CI=1.513-2.100; OR=1.843, 95%CI=1.577-2.154), students who were taken care of by mother alone or by grandparents alone had a higher risk of stress (OR=1.604, 95%CI=1.166-2.207; OR=1.678, 95%CI=1.375-2.049) (P

Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease with unclear pathogenesis, and its incidence is increasing gradually. Recently, with the popularization of the concept of healthy diet, reducing the risk of ulcerative colitis through dietary intervention has become increasingly popular. In this paper, we report on the protective effect of Gallus gallus domesticlus Brisson peptides on dextran sodium sulfate (DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis in mice. For this purpose, we measured changes in body mass, disease activity index (DAI), colon length, hematoxylin-eosin (HE) stained colon sections, the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as interleulin-6 (IL-6), IL-10, IL-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), intestinal microbial community composition and the levels of short-chain fatty acids in cecal contents. The results indicated that G. gallus domesticlus Brisson peptides significantly alleviated the symptoms of ulcerative colitis such as body mass loss, hematochezia, diarrhea, and the shortening of colon length and colon tissue injury in mice, and significantly decreased the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6. In addition, G. gallus domesticlus Brisson peptides alleviated intestinal microflora disturbance induced by DSS, down-regulated the relative abundance of Shigella and Clostridiaceae_Clostridium, increased the relative abundance of Akkermansia, Ruminococcus and Oscillospira, and significantly increased the contents of acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid in cecal contents, thereby alleviating colon inflammation induced by DSS in mice.

Waste incinerator components suffer sever high temperature corrosion damage in working condition due to the corrosion of the waste and the corrosion of incineration products. In order to alleviate the high temperature corrosion of the incinerator, Cr3C2 - NiCr coatings were deposited via high velocity oxy - fuel spraying method, and the high temperature corrosion resistance of the coatings was studied. The prepared coatings were tested under high temperature oxidation, molten salt corrosion and atmosphere corrosion environments, and both the corrosion behavior and corresponding products of the above-mentioned cermet coatings were evaluated. The corrosion test results showed that under the high temperature oxidation and molten salt corrosion conditions, with the increase of corrosion temperature from 450 ℃ to 650 ℃, the corrosion rates of the coatings increased. Under the atmosphere corrosion condition, the corrosion rates of the coatings increased with the rising of corrosion temperature from 550 ℃ to 650 ℃.

Waste incinerators are faced with a problem of sever high temperature erosion in service, and applying a protective coating is an effective method to protect them from erosion damage. To research the service performance of Cr3C2-NiCr coatings in the high temperature erosion environment in waste incinerator, Cr3C2-NiCr coatings were prepared using high velocity oxy-fuel spraying, the influence of spraying distance on coatings' microstructure was studied, and the high temperature erosion resistance of coatings was examined. Results indicated that with the increase of spraying distance, both the amount of unmelted particles on the coating surface and the porosity of coating increased. The coating had the highest proportion of melted particles when the spraying distance was 225 mm. In the high temperature erosion test, the erosion rate of coating increased and the high temperature erosion resistance decreased while the spraying distance increased. Besides, the high temperature erosion resistance of coating decreased when the temperature of erosion test increased from 450 ℃ to 550 ℃.

Aiming at clarifying the corrosion behavior of oil casing materials in high salinity and high temperature annulus protection fluid environment, the corrosion damage sensitivity of oil casing materials under non-stressed and stressed conditions in the simulated oilfield annulus protection fluid environment was evaluated by high temperature and high pressure (HPHT) test system. The micromorphology, cross section characteristics and chemical composition of the product film on the surface of the material were analyzed and characterized by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. Results showed that the corrosion of the material was relatively worse in the annulus protection liquid without deoxygenation treatment. The corrosion product film was cracked and partially detached, and the cracking of the bottom film layer could be seen at the shedding place. Moreover, the average corrosion rate of P110 material was up to 3.83 mm/a. Observing the cross section could find the cracking on the surface of the double film layer was limited to the corrosion product film, and the substate material was not involved. The material was uniformly corroded and thinned. Furthermore, after deoxygenation treatment, the erosion of the annulus protection fluid decreased significantly, and the corrosion rate of P110 material decreased by 80%. Generally, P110 and P110SS were insensitive to stress corrosion cracking under the synergistic effect of high temperature and high pressure annulus protection fluid without deoxygenation treatment environment and loading stress, and corrosion thinning was the main corrosion damage mode of P110 oil casing material.

ObjectiveTo assess the anxiety and depression symptoms and sleep quality in patients with menstrual migraine， so as to provide references for the prevention and treatment of menstrual migraine and its comorbidity.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Headache Disorder， third edition （ICHD-3）， 501 female migraine patients， including 112 patients with menstrual migraine and 389 patients with non-menstrual migraine， who attended the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from February 2019 to February 2020， were selected for the study. In response to the insufficient of the traditional "RTK+leveling"measurement method for retest of existing railway lines, such as high safety risks, slow measurement speed, and poor applicability of multisource data. This research proposed a non-contact measurement operation for existing railway lines based on "UAV+LiDAR". Under the control of flight speed, aerial photography altitude, ground base stations, and equipment pulse frequency, high-precision and high-density point cloud data could be obtained. At the same time, target points were set up along both sides of the existing line at a distance of 500 m. After point cloud aerial belt registration and target correction processing, the relative and absolute accuracy could be further improved. The research results indicate that the mean squared error of the existing line centerline plane and elevation as determined by the method, can reach 1.77 cm and 1.27 cm, respectively. The method enhances safety and flexibility by avoiding on-railway work, reduces field measurement labor, improves production efficiency, and offers extensive potential for point cloud data applications. In order to elucidate the effects of low-temperature stress on the photosynthetic and stomatal properties of strawberry leaves during the flowering phase, the perennial strawberry cultivar 'Selva' was selected as the experimental material. The environmental control experiment was designed and conducted at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST) with Venlo greenhouse and artificial climate chamber in 2022. Two low temperature levels (15°C/5°C, 20°C /10°C) were set, and each of them represented day temperature with night temperature. Treatment T1 and T2 were used to distinguish them. The duration of low temperature was set at 3d, 6d, and 9d. The plants grown in the greenhouse with temperature set at 25°C/15°C were used as the control group (CK). Photosynthetic parameters and stomatal indices were determined for the leaves. The results showed that: (1) low temperature stress significantly inhibited the photosynthesis of strawberry, with the intensification of low temperature, the maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pnmax), light saturation point (LSP), stomatal conductivity (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr) gradually decreased, while light compensation point (LCP), dark respiration rate (Rd), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), stomatal limit (Ls) and water use efficiency (WUE) tended to increase. The main cause of the reduced photosynthetic rate was stomatal restriction. (2) Low temperature stress reduced the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll content (a+b) and carotenoids in leaves. However, as the duration lengthened, the photosynthetic pigment content increased slightly, although it remained significantly lower than CK. (3) Low temperature stress had a particularly significant effect on leaf stomatal characteristics, i.e. the stomatal length, stomatal width, stomatal open degree, stomatal perimeter, stomatal area and stomatal opening ratio, which all decreased significantly with the decrease of temperature and the increase of the duration. Stomatal density tended to decrease but not significantly. The artificial environment control experiment was conducted at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology from November to December 2022 using strawberry "Selva" (Fragaria ananassa) as the test material, and the strawberry seedlings were selected and placed in the artificial climate chamber for low-temperature treatment in mid-November when they reached the flowering stage. Three levels of temperature were set: 5°C (daily minimum)/15°C (daily maximum), 10°C/20°C and 15°C/25°C (CK). The treatment duration was 3d, 6d and 9d. The kinetic parameters of photosystem fluorescence induction and protease activity of strawberry leaves were measured under different days of low-temperature to understand the effect of low-temperature on photosystem fluorescence and protease activity of strawberry leaves. The effects of low-temperature on the fluorescence properties of strawberry leaves and the activity of protease were measured. The results showed that (1) the light energy absorbed per reaction center (ABS/RC), the energy dissipated per reaction center (DIo/RC) and the energy captured per reaction center for QA reduction (TRo/RC) of strawberry leaves increased with decreasing temperature and increasing duration in the range of daily minimum temperature from 5°C to 15 °C, but the energy captured per reaction center for QA reduction (ETo/RC) increased with increasing duration. The energy captured per reaction center for electron transfer (ETo/RC) decreased. ABS/RC and DIo/RC were 1.367 and 1.718 times higher than those of CK for the treatment with daily minimum temperature of 5°C for 9d, respectively. TRo/RC increased by 7.42%, 14.66%, 25.27%, and 30.48% for daily minimum temperature of 10°C for 3d, 6d, 9d and daily minimum temperature of 5°C for 9d, respectively, compared to CK, while ETo/RC decreased by 1.71%, 20.39%, 26.65%, and 28.32%, respectively, compared to CK. The quantum ratio for thermal dissipation (φDo) increased significantly with the duration of low-temperature, 12.34% and 25.32% higher than CK at a daily minimum temperature of 5 C for 3d and 9d, respectively. However, the quantum yield for electron transfer (φEo) decreased with the prolongation of low-temperature, and decreased by 27.92% and 43.02% compared with CK for 3d and 9d, respectively. (2) The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), and malondialdehyde (MDA) of strawberry leaves gradually increased with the decrease of temperature and the extension of the duration of low-temperature. The activities of SOD and POD reached the maximum at the daily minimum temperature of 5C for 6d, which were 1.39 and 2.03 times higher than those of CK, respectively, while CAT was less affected by low temperature. The MDA content was the highest at the minimum daily temperature of 5°C for 9d, which was 2.10 times higher than that of CK. The study showed that low temperatures will damage the structure and function of the photosystem of strawberry leaves, the photochemical efficiency decreases, the energy dissipated by heat increases, resulting in a decrease in the ability of PS II donor side to provide electrons, and the electron transfer efficiency decreases, strawberry leaves will stimulate the antioxidant system in the body, and produce a certain resistance to the environment, which shows that the activities of SOD, POD and CAT have different degrees of increase compared with CK. Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Xiyanping injection through intramuscular injection for the treatment of acute bronchitis in children. Methods A prospective study was conducted from December 2021 to October 2022, including 78 children with acute bronchitis from three hospitals using a multicenter, randomized, parallel-controlled design. The participants were divided into a test group (conventional treatment plus Xiyanping injection; n= 36) and a control group (conventional treatment alone; n=37) in a 1:1 ratio. Xiyanping injection was administered at a dose of 0.3 mL/(kg⋅d) (total daily dose ≤8 mL), twice daily via intramuscular injection, with a treatment duration of ≤4 days and a follow-up period of 7 days. The treatment efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate on the 3rd day after treatment in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the total effective rate on the 5th day between the two groups (P>0.05). The rates of fever relief, cough relief, and lung rale relief in the test group on the 3rd day after treatment were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The cough relief rate on the 5th day after treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the fever relief rate and lung rale relief rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The cough relief time, daily cough relief time, and nocturnal cough relief time in the test group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), while there were no significant differences in the fever duration and lung rale relief time between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions The overall efficacy of combined routine treatment with intramuscular injection of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children is superior to that of routine treatment alone, without an increase in the incidence of adverse reactions. In order to minimize potential human bias on the evaluation of the maturity and flue-curing quality of fresh tobacco leaves and the grading of greenish tobacco leaves, the yellowing process of fresh tobacco leaves and the difference of spectral characteristics between the normal area and the greenish area of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed based on the hyperspectral imaging technology, and the greenish characteristics of tobacco leaves were quantitatively characterized by using the spectral absorption index (SAI) method. The results showed that: 1) Within the band of 400-780 nm, the spectrum of the greenish area in tobacco leaves had the characteristics of "two valleys and one peak". With the weakening of the greenish level, the depth of the absorption valley gradually decreased, and the valley of the normal area in flue-cured tobacco basically disappeared at about 680 nm after curing. 2) The higher the greenish level, the higher the SAI value. 3) When the SAI threshold range was set to 1.19-1.28, the normal group, slightly green group, greenish-yellow grade 1, and greenish-yellow grade 2 of flue-cured tobacco leaves could be accurately distinguished. 4) By setting different SAI thresholds and combining with color mapping, the location distribution of greenish areas corresponding to different greenish levels in tobacco leaves could be realized. This method provides technical support for the maturity assessment of fresh tobacco leaves, the determination of the yellowing stage progression, and the evaluation of the flue-cured tobacco grade. The moisture induced stress test is used to simulate the high-temperature dynamic water scouring environment to evaluate the hydrothermal sensitivity of steel slag asphalt mixture. Through dynamic modulus test, triaxial repeated load creep test and indirect tensile fatigue test, the effects of high temperature dynamic water scouring on the mechanical properties, creep properties and fatigue properties of steel slag asphalt mixture are studied. The dynamic modulus master curve, permanent deformation viscoelastic mechanical model and stress fatigue equation of three kinds of steel slag steel slag asphalt mixture before and after high temperature dynamic water scouring are constructed. The results show that after high temperature dynamic water scouring, the dynamic modulus and fatigue life of steel slag asphalt mixture decrease, and the permanent deformation increases. CLO3D fitting software was used to analyze the ratio relationship of front chest width, back width and armhole width in the structure of casual women's suits, the optimal value range of chest width adjustment number and back width adjustment number was obtained. And a real person experiment was conducted to verify the feasibility of the pattern making method for casual women's suits. In order to further understand the relationship between the structure and luminescence properties of ZnMgO alloy thin films, the targets for films were prepared by ball milling ZnO and MgO powders, cold pressing, and high temperature sintering. ZnMgO thin films of Mg content ranging from 0% to 8% (atomic number fraction) were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering on quartz substrates at room temperature and annealed at 400 ° in air atmosphere afterwards. The crystal structure of the film was characterized by X-ray diffractometer, the morphology and chemical composition of the particles were observed by field emission scanning electron microscope and the X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), the photoluminescence (PL) spectra were measured by fluorescence spectrophotometer. ZnMgO thin film is found to be a solid solution with wurtzite hcp structure. With the increase of Mg content, the morphology changes from approximately round to round and random polygon mixture, which is attributed to the grain thickness of (002) losing its dominance and its growth rate exceeded by (101) and (110). The PL spectrum shows a strong violet peak (390 ~ 393 nm) and a weak near infrared (NIR) peak (758 ~765 nm). With the increase of Mg content, the location of violet peak first blueshifts and then redshifts, while the NIR peak redshifts. All peak positions redshift and the intensity increase significantly after annealing at 400 ?. In order to study the effects of high temperature and high humidity on the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in the center of photosystem II of cucumber leaves at the seedling stage, a cucumber variety "Jinyou 101" was used as the test material to conduct an artificial environment control experiment. A three-factor orthogonal test was designed, and a high temperature conditions was designed with 4 levels: 32°C (the highest daily temperature)/22°C (the lowest daily temperature), 35°C/25°C, 38°C/28 °C and 41°C/31°C.The air relative humidity was designed with three gradient levels: 50%±5pp (percent point), 70%±5pp and 90%±5pp. The treatment duration was designed with 4 levels: 3d, 6d, 9d and 12d, and 28°C/18°C, 50%±5% was used as the control (CK). The kinetic parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence induction in cucumber leaves under different treatments were determined to understand the effect of high temperature and high humidity on the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of cucumber photosystem II center. The results showed that: In the daily maximum range of 32-41°C, with the increase of temperature, the normalized curve ΔVt of fast fluorescence kinetics of cucumber leaves at seedling stage showed obvious convexity in J and K phases. The curve of ΔVt at 41°C was the most obvious (ΔVJ=0.24848, ΔVK=0.09116), and both ΔK and ΔJ were >0. The normalized curve ΔWt exhibits a distinct K peak. However, the normalized curve ΔVt of 70% relative air humidity treatment had no obvious bulge (ΔVJ=0.00421, ΔVK=-0.0031). With the increase of temperature, the energy dissipated per unit reaction center (DIo/RC) and the quantum ratio used for heat dissipation (φDo) both increased, reaching the highest at 41°C. Compared with CK, DIo/RC and φDo increased by 85.24% and 18.96% respectively at 41°C. The quantum yield for electron transfer (φEo) and the energy for electron transfer captured by unit reaction center (ETo/RC) were reduced, reaching the lowest at 41°C, which were 49.64% and 38.05% less than CK, respectively. Under the high temperature stress, ETo/RC and φEo were higher than 50% and 90% in the treatment of 70% relative air humidity. Compared with the 50% treatment, the ETo/RC and φEo increased by 28.69% and 47.04% under the 70% relative air humidity treatment, and increased by 18.36% and 12.02% compared with the 90% treatment. Research suggests that high temperature destroys the structure and function of the photosystem of cucumber leaves, resulting in a decrease in photochemical efficiency. The relative air humidity of 70% can reduce the damage of high temperature on the donor side and acceptor side of photosystem II, and relieve the damage of high temperature on the photosynthetic mechanism of cucumber leaves. DW871 is a Brassica napus dwarf line with unusual and excellent plant type. To study the dwarf-related genes and their expression patterns of DW871. we took B. napus HW871 as control and selected stem tissues at the bolting stage for transcriptome gene expression analysis. Results showed that there were 8665 significant differentially expressed genes between DW871 and HW881. of which 2582 were up-regulated and 6083 down-regulated. The enrichment analysis of GO could be annotated to 22 subcategories in 3 categories. the enrichment analysis of KEGG was annotated to 295 pathways in 31 subcategories in 5 categories. We screened genes closely related to dwarfing traits from significantly different genes, 43 in pectin degradation, 69 in auxin signal transduction, and annotated 22 in the monolignol biosynthesis. It was found that the dwarfing character of DW871 was related to cell elongation, abnormal cell wall formation and cell division, and obstruction of auxin signal transduction. In particular, in monolignol biosynthesis, it is possible to regulate a series of physiological and biochemical processes related to lignin by regulating the expression of enzymes such as PAL and CCR. The differential genes related to dwarfing traits were screened in this research. It could be hypothesized that the dwarfing mechanism of DW871 involving abnormal auxin response and lignin synthesis, which lead to abnormal cell elongation, growth and cell wall changes, and ultimately lead to the dwarfing of DW871. With the increasing demand for nursing, nursing beds are developing towards intelligence and comfort. In this study, the backrest lifting mechanism of nursing beds is selected as the research object. The standards for backrest angle adjustment and the basis for comfort judgment are reviewed, and the research on various adjustment configurations are sorted in order to provide assistance to relevant research institutions in understanding current technologies and assist users in making choices.

Objectives: To investigate the mechanism of electroacupuncture (EA) in alleviating cerebral ische-mia injury by activating the Yap-OPA1 signaling axis., Methods: A total of 48 male SD rats were used in the present study. The focal CIRI model was established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery and reperfusion (MCAO/R), followed by dividing the CIRI rats into model group, EA group and EA+Ver (Verteporfin, Yap antagonist) group ( n =12 in each group). And another 12 normal rats were used as the sham operation group. For rats of the EA group, EA (4 Hz/20 Hz, 0.5 mA) was applied to "Baihui"(GV20) and "Shenting"(GV24) for 20 min, once daily for 7 days. The neurological deficit score (0 to 4 points) was given according to Longa's method. The infarct volume of rats in each group was assessed by TTC method, and the expression levels of Yes associated protein (Yap), Optic atrophy protein 1 (OPA1), mitofusin 1 (Mfn1), mitofusin 2 (Mfn2) proteins and mRNAs in cerebral cortex of infarcted side, as well as Bax (proapoptotic factor) and Bcl-1 (anti-apoptotic protein) proteins were detected by Westernblot, and real-time PCR, and the immunoactivity of Yap and OPA1 was detected by immunofluorescent staining., Results: After modeling, the infarct volume, neurological deficit score and the expression of Bax were significantly increased ( P <0.01), while the mRNA and protein expressions of Yap, OPA1, Mfn2, Mfn1, and Bcl-2 were significantly down-regulated in the model group relevant to the sham operation group ( P <0.01, P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the neurological deficit score, infarct volume and the expression of Bax were significantly decreased ( P <0.01), while the expression levels of Yap, OPA1, Mfn2, Mfn1 proteins and mRNAs and Bcl-2 protein, Yap and OPA1 immunofluorescence intensify were considerably up-regulated in the EA group ( P <0.01, P <0.05). Following administration of Ver, the effects of EA in down-regulating the neurological score, infarct volume, and Bax expression and up-regulating the expressions of Yap, OPA1, Mfn1, Mfn2 proteins and mRNAs and Yap and OPA1 immunofluorescence intensify were eliminated., Conclusions: EA of GV20 and GV24 can improve the neurological function in rats with CIRI, which may be associated with its functions in activating mitochondrial fusion function and up-regulating Yap-OPA1 signaling axis.

Objectives: To study the efficacy and safety of Xiyanping injection through intramuscular injection for the treatment of acute bronchitis in children., Methods: A prospective study was conducted from December 2021 to October 2022, including 78 children with acute bronchitis from three hospitals using a multicenter, randomized, parallel-controlled design. The participants were divided into a test group (conventional treatment plus Xiyanping injection; n =36) and a control group (conventional treatment alone; n =37) in a 1:1 ratio. Xiyanping injection was administered at a dose of 0.3 mL/(kg·d) (total daily dose ≤8 mL), twice daily via intramuscular injection, with a treatment duration of ≤4 days and a follow-up period of 7 days. The treatment efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups., Results: The total effective rate on the 3rd day after treatment in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in the total effective rate on the 5th day between the two groups ( P >0.05). The rates of fever relief, cough relief, and lung rale relief in the test group on the 3rd day after treatment were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The cough relief rate on the 5th day after treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in the fever relief rate and lung rale relief rate between the two groups ( P >0.05). The cough relief time, daily cough relief time, and nocturnal cough relief time in the test group were significantly shorter than those in the control group ( P <0.05), while there were no significant differences in the fever duration and lung rale relief time between the two groups ( P >0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups ( P >0.05)., Conclusions: The overall efficacy of combined routine treatment with intramuscular injection of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children is superior to that of routine treatment alone, without an increase in the incidence of adverse reactions.

Insomnia is extremely common and is a risk factor for a variety of physical and psychological disorders in addition to contributing to the reduced quality of life of patients and the burden of healthcare costs. Although cognitive behavioral therapy is the first-line treatment for insomnia, its difficulty of access and high cost have hindered its application. Therefore, pharmacotherapy remains the common treatment choice for patients and clinicians. Existing chemical drugs including benzodiazepine receptor agonists, dual orexin receptor antagonists, melatonin and its receptor agonists, histamine antagonists, antidepressants, and antipsychotics are able to induce and/or maintain sleep and have good therapeutic effects on acute insomnia, but their efficacy on chronic insomnia is indefinite. Furthermore, they have several side effects and affect sleep structure and physiological function. Under the guiding principle of holistic view and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has shown a good effect in clinical practice, but with little high-grade clinical evidence. The mechanism, dose, half-life period, adjustment of sleep structure, and side effects of hypnotic drugs are key factors to be considered for clinical use. This paper analyzed and summarized the drugs for insomnia from the above aspects, and is expected to provide references for the application and development of sedative and hypnotic drugs.

Arrhythmia is a significant cardiovascular disease that poses a threat to human health, and its primary diagnosis relies on electrocardiogram (ECG). Implementing computer technology to achieve automatic classification of arrhythmia can effectively avoid human error, improve diagnostic efficiency, and reduce costs. However, most automatic arrhythmia classification algorithms focus on one-dimensional temporal signals, which lack robustness. Therefore, this study proposed an arrhythmia image classification method based on Gramian angular summation field (GASF) and an improved Inception-ResNet-v2 network. Firstly, the data was preprocessed using variational mode decomposition, and data augmentation was performed using a deep convolutional generative adversarial network. Then, GASF was used to transform one-dimensional ECG signals into two-dimensional images, and an improved Inception-ResNet-v2 network was utilized to implement the five arrhythmia classifications recommended by the AAMI (N, V, S, F, and Q). The experimental results on the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database showed that the proposed method achieved an overall classification accuracy of 99.52% and 95.48% under the intra-patient and inter-patient paradigms, respectively. The arrhythmia classification performance of the improved Inception-ResNet-v2 network in this study outperforms other methods, providing a new approach for deep learning-based automatic arrhythmia classification.

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of electroacupuncture in alleviating cerebral ischemia injury in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats by regulating melatonin - NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) mediated pyroptosis., Methods: A total of 48 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, electroacupuncture (EA) group and EA +Luz group, with 12 rats in each group. The focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established by middle cerebral artery embolization. Rats of the EA group was treated with EA stimulation (4 Hz/20 Hz, 0.5 mA,20 min) at "Baihui" (GV20) and "Shenting" (GV24) once a day for 7 consecutive days; rats of EA+Luz group were given the same EA treatment and intraperitoneally administered melatonin receptor antagonist (luzindole, 30 mg/kg), once a day for 7 consecutive days. The neurological impairment was evaluated by Zea Longa score. The level of serum melatonin content at 12:00 and 24:00 was detected by ELISA. The percentage of cerebral infarction volume was evaluated by MRI of small animals. The apoptosis rate of nerve cells in cerebral cortex of infarct side was detected by TUNEL staining. The activation of microglia cells was detected by immunofluorescence staining. The expression levels of pyroptosis-related proteins NLRP3, Caspase-1 and interleukin (IL) -1β were detected by Western blot., Results: Compared with the sham operation group, the neural function score was significantly increased ( P <0.01); the melatonin content was significantly decreased at 24:00 ( P <0.01); the percentage of cerebral infarction volume, apoptosis rate of nerve cells in cerebral cortex area of infarction side, the expressions of NLRP3, Caspase-1 and IL-1β proteins were significantly increased ( P <0.01); and microglia cells were significantly activated in the model group.Compared with the model and EA +Luz groups, the nerve function score was significantly decreased ( P <0.05); the percentage of cerebral infarction volume, the nerve cell apoptosis rate, the activation level of microglia cells, the expression levels of NLRP3, Caspase-1 and IL-1β were significantly decreased ( P <0.01, P <0.05) in the EA group. Compared with the model and EA+Luz groups, the melatonin content at 24:00 was significantly increased ( P <0.01, P <0.05) in the EA group., Conclusion: EA at GV20 and GV24 can reduce the neurolo-gical injury in cerebral ischemia reperfusion model rats, which may be related to regulating the expression of endogenous melatonin, inhibiting cell scorchification and reducing cerebral ischemia injury.

To investigate the characteristics and source apportionment of atmospheric volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in Dalian, the concentration level, composition characteristics, reaction activity, and source apportionment of atmospheric VOCs in Dalian were analyzed based on high-resolution online observation VOCs data from June to August 2020. The results showed that the average φ (VOCs) was (10.21±5.71)×10 -9 , in which alkanes accounted for 66.35%, alkenes for 11.89%, alkynes for 7.75%, and aromatics for 14.01%. VOCs and NO x were high at night and low during the day, whereas the change trend of O 3 was opposite. Considering the species activity, it was determined that toluene, ethylene, m/p -xylene, 1-hexene, n -butane, isopentane, n -pentane, and isoprene were the key species affecting atmospheric VOCs in Dalian. Priority control of olefin and aromatic hydrocarbon emissions is the key to improve O 3 pollution in summer in Dalian. By applying the positive matrix factorization (PMF) model, six major VOCs sources were extracted, namely traffic sources (26.38%), combustion sources (22.75%), industrial emission sources (17.09%), solvent usage sources (14.59%), natural sources (11.72%), and others (7.47%). The emissions of traffic sources and combustion sources are the key pollution sources for O 3 prevention and control in Dalian in summer.

The soil environmental pollution situation has been severe in recent years, but studies on evaluating with bioavailability testing and prediction models are lacking, which makes it difficult to accurately assess the ecological risks of contaminated soil. As an important indicator of bioavailability, the bioaccessibility of cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), and lead (Pb) in the soil was analyzed in this study. The bioaccessibility content and their corresponding soil property data were screened and systematically analyzed to explore the relationship between bioaccessibility content and soil properties. Furthermore, some testing methods for bioaccessibility were summarized to analyze the relationship between bioaccessibility content, test methods, and bioavailability content. Additionally, the bioaccessibility content prediction models were established. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between the bioaccessibility content and the total content of heavy metals ( P <0.01) and a significant ( P <0.05) correlation with the soil pH. Different test methods had obvious effects on bioavailability. The proportion of bioaccessibility content determined via various test methods was as follows:in vitro gastrointestinal tract simulation>chemical reagent extraction. The proportions of bioaccessibility content of Cd and Pb in natural soil were relatively high, with mean values of 42.12% and 37.33%, respectively, indicating that Cd and Pb had higher risks of being absorbed by soil organisms. Moreover, 30 bioaccessibility prediction models for five heavy metals were constructed, which involved the soil properties and test methods. The results of this study can provide scientific information and bioaccessibility prediction models that can help in accurately assessing the ecological risks of contaminated soil.

Objectives: To study the characteristics of amino acid metabolism in preterm infants in Guangxi, China., Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the medical data of 30 757 neonates who underwent the screening for inherited metabolic diseases and had negative results in Guangxi Neonatal Disease Screening Center from 2018 to 2020. Among these neonates, there were 28 611 normal full-term infants (control group) and 2 146 preterm infants (preterm birth group). According to gestational age, the preterm infants were further divided into four groups: very preterm ( n =209), moderately preterm ( n =307), and late preterm group ( n =1 630). According to birth weight, they were divided into three groups: very low birth weight group ( n =161), low birth weight group ( n =1 085), and normal birth weight group ( n =900). According to blood collection time, they were divided into three groups: 3-7 days group ( n =1 664), 8-14 days group ( n =314) and 15-28 days group ( n =168). Tandem mass spectrometry was performed to measure the levels of 11 amino acids in dried blood spots, which were then compared between groups., Results: After adjustment for confounding factors, there were significant differences in the levels of 11 amino acids among different gestational age groups ( P <0.05), and significant differences were observed in the levels of the 11 amino acids between the control group and the various preterm groups (except for citrulline and methionine in the late preterm group). There were significant differences in the levels of 11 amino acids among different birth weight groups ( P <0.05). Except for ornithine, there were significant differences in the levels of other amino acids among the different blood collection time groups ( P <0.05)., Conclusions: Gestational age, birth weight and blood collection time all affect amino acid metabolism in preterm infants in Guangxi, China. This provides a basis for the laboratory to establish the reference standard and clinical interpretation of blood amino acid levels in preterm infants, and to improve the nutritional metabolism of preterm infants.

Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)at "Baihui"(GV20) and "Shenting" (GV24) on the expression of melatonin synthesis rate-limiting enzyme-arylalkylamine N-acetyltransferase(AANAT)in pineal gland of rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, so as to explore the mechanism of EA underlying improving ischemia-reperfusion injury., Methods: Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation, model, EA and non-acupoint groups, with 12 rats in each group. The focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rat model was established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery. Rats of the EA group received EA at GV20 and GV24, while those in the non-acupoint group received EA at non-acupoints below the costal margins on both sides for 20 min, once daily for 7 days. The neurological deficit score (0 to 4 points) was given after successful modeling according to Longa's method. Morris water maze test was used to assess the cognitive function of rat. ELISA was used to detect the plasma melatonin content, and PCR and Western blot were used to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of AANAT in the pineal gland, separately. Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the activation of astrocytes and neuronal injury in the hippocampus., Results: After focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and compared with the sham operation group, the neurological deficit score, the escape latency, and the expression of GFAP were significantly increased ( P <0.01)，while the times of platform quadrant crossing, the secretion of melatonin at 24:00，AANAT mRNA and protein expression levels and NeuN protein expression were significantly down-regulated ( P <0.01). After EA at GV20 and GV24, the above-mentioned indexes all reversed in the EA group relative to the model group, and there were significant differences between the two groups( P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the changes of the abovementioned indexes in the non-acupoint group were not statistically significant ( P >0.05)., Conclusion: EA at GV20 and GV24 can alleviate neurological deficit and improve cognitive function in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats，which may be related to its effects in up-regulating endogenous melatonin levels, inhibiting the activation of astrocytes and protecting damaged neurons in the hippocampus.

In order to realize the rapid recovery of ANAMMOX sludge bacterial activity after long-term room temperature storage, three groups of reactors were added to ANAMMOX sludge that had been stored without substrate at room temperature (15-30℃) for 9 months. Among the three groups of reactors, comet fiber carrier and K3 carrier were added to R2 and R3 reactors, respectively, as biological carriers. The effects of different carriers on the recovery rate of ANAMMOX sludge bacterial activity were investigated. The results showed that ANAMMOX reactions in the R2 and R3 reactors began taking place on the 8th and 10th day, respectively, with respective TIN removal rates of 82.25% and 80.92%, which were significantly improved compared with that in the R1 reactor, in which no carrier was added (ANAMMOX reaction started occurring on the 15th day with a TIN removal rate of 80.26%). After 42 days with influent, ρ (NH 4 + -N) and ρ (NO 2 - -N) respectively increased to 300 mg·L -1 and 396 mg·L -1 , and the TIN removal rates of the three groups of reactors were respectively 78.96%, 84.92%, and 84.66%. Microbial community structure analysis showed that the relative abundances of ANAMMOX bacteria in the R2 and R3 reactor were respectively 6.85% and 6.06%, two to four times that in the R1 reactor. The predominant ANAMMOX bacteria in the sludge was Candidatus Jettenia , whose relative abundances in the three groups of reactors were respectively 1.62%, 5.74%, and 5.21%. The results show that ANAMMOX biofilm-granular sludge complex systems constructed by adding carriers can considerably shorten the time for recovering ANAMMOX sludge bacterial activity after long-term room temperature storage without substrate. The carriers effectively promoted the relative abundances of ANAMMOX bacteria in the reactors, whereas the promoting effect of comet fiber carrier was slightly more significant than that of the K3 carrier.
