Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Lactobacillus reuteri on the inflammatory response and apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells. Methods: Immunofluorescence and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to detect the effect of L. reuteri on the inflammatory response and apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells. Bioinformatics analysis, real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the dual-luciferase reporter gene assay were used to analyze downstream miRNA expression under the action of L. reuteri. The downstream target gene of miR-196a and its function were investigated using the dual-luciferase reporter gene assay and Western blot (WB). Results: L. reuteri inhibited inflammatory responses and apoptosis induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in intestinal epithelial cells by up-regulating miR-196a. miR-196a could protect intestinal epithelial cells by targeting the expression of programmed cell death factor 4 (PDCD4). Conclusion: L. reuteri could inhibit the expression of the PDCD4 gene through miR-196a, thereby alleviating the inflammatory response and apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells.

This paper performed a retrospective analysis of 19 patients diagnosed with pathologically-verified WHO Ⅱ-Ⅲ grade glioma with T2/FLAIR mismatch sign. We extracted the overall characteristics of the tumor area and the image parameters of the mismatch regions from the patients' imaging data for quantitative analysis. Afterward, we investigated how T2/FLAIR mismatch sign affected the diagnostic efficacy for isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH)-mutant and 1p/19q non-codeleted (IDHMUT/1p/19q+) lower-grade gliomas (LGG). This study showed that the overall and partial T2/FLAIR mismatch sign can be used as an imaging marker to predict IDHMUT/1p/19q+ LGG. The overall imaging characteristics of the tumor area combined with the quantitative parameters of the mismatch regions can improve the diagnostic efficacy for IDHMUT/1p/19q+ LGG.

Cavitation phenomenon and hump instability characteristics are the main factors affecting the safe and stable operation of the centrifugal pump unit. In this paper, based on the numerical calculation and model test results of two impeller schemes of a large centrifugal pump unit, the cavitation performance and hump instability characteristics were comparatively analyzed to explore the correlation between the two. At the same time, the hump generation mechanism and the role that cavitation performance played in it were analyzed. The numerical results show that due to cavitation, a hump instability phenomenon appears on the H-Q performance curve in the numerical results. In addition, the impeller with excellent cavitation performance has a uniform pressure distribution on the blade surface in the small flow area and a reasonable minimum pressure distribution, and its hump instability characteristics are significantly improved. The model test results show that under normal operating conditions of the pumping station, by increasing the ratio of plant cavitation coefficient σp to incipient cavitation coefficient σi, the hump margin increases when the impeller cavitation performance is improved. The results show that there is a positive correlation between cavitation performance and hump instability characteristics. The improvement of impeller cavitation performance in the small flow zone reduces the degree of cavitation, the flow in the impeller passage can be improved, hydraulic efficiency can be increased and hump instability characteristics can be improved.
