Based on the 411 key research papers published in CNKI database from 1994 to 2021, the published works, research institutions and research strengths, journal sources, high frequency co-cited literature and classical literature contents in the field of margin trading in China were systematically analyzed. Employing the CiteSpace software to draw a knowledge map, the evolution process, research frontiers and trends of domestic margin trading research hotspots were summarized. The results show that the overall number of research papers and their cyclical fluctuation in the domestic margin trading field are subject to the expansion policies. Fudan University, Nanjing University, etc. as the main research institutions had made the biggest contributions; researches concerning the stock price volatility and pricing efficiency by Chu Jian, Li Zhisheng and other scholars had become high frequency cited results in this field. The research process in the field of margin trading were divided into five stages: germination, start, landing, development and maturity. The research hotspots were mainly concentrated on five aspects: market impacts relationship, corporate decision-making and management, stakeholder influence, R&D investment relationship and business theory improvement, which can provide a frame of reference for scholars studying margin trading business. Blockchain is an important part of the new generation of information technology. It is a new database software integrated with distributed network, encryption technology, smart contract and other technologies. Over the past decade, blockchain technology has had a wide impact on a global scale. Today's blockchain technology has shifted from its initial focus on the decentralization of cryptocurrency and payment to the decentralization of the market. The emergence of smart contract makes the decentralized finance (De-Fi) based on blockchain technology enter a state of rapid development, and various auction scenarios in the context of blockchain also emerge. From the perspective of mechanism design, this paper is the first to summarize and analyze the auction mechanisms on the blockchain in recent years by taking the transaction fee mechanism, NFT auction and MEV auction as the main objects. The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned that China is facing tightening resource and environmental constraints, environmental pollution, and other issues, and the energy-consuming right trading policy is a key measure to promote green, circular, and low-carbon development in China. Under the dual consideration of ecological benefits and economic benefits, this paper took the pilot launch of energy-consuming trading as a quasi-natural experiment and used panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2009 to 2020 and the different-in-differences method to explore the impact of this policy on the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure. The study showed that: (J) The energy-consuming right trading policy could promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, and the promotion effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure outweighed its adverse impact on the rationalization of the industrial structure, as evidenced by a series of robustness tests. © The mechanism analysis showed that the realization paths of industrial structure upgrading were the upgrading of technological innovation and that of energy consumption structure, and the policy suppressed the adverse impact on the rationalization of industrial structure by improving the input structure and output structure of some industrial sectors. © In addition, the pilot policy of energy-consuming rights had obvious regional heterogeneity for the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, which significantly promoted the upgrading of industrial structure in the central and western regions and the rationalization of industrial structure in the eastern regions. This study provides some policy references for the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure from the perspective of improving the energy-consuming right trading market.
