Stroke is one of the main diseases endangering the health and life of the middle-aged and elderly, and in recent years it shows a younger trend.It has the characteristics of high incidence, mortality and disability rate. Atherosclerosis is the main intervention target for stroke prevention and treatment.CircRNA is highly expressed in the cerebrovascular system and plays an important regulatory role in the pathogenesis of ischemiareperfusion and ischemic stroke.This paper reviews the mechanism of circRNA and miRNA molecular network in the pathophysiological process of atherosclerosis, ischemic stroke and ischemia-reperfusion injury, so as to provide theoretical support for the application of circRNA in gene diagnosis and drug treatment of atherosclerotic ischemic stroke. Aiming at the problem of high node mortality in Wireless Rechargeable Sensor Networks (WRSN）, in order to reduce the node mortality, based on the on-demand charging architecture, this paper proposes a dynamic uneven clustering single mobile charging device (MC) multi-node online charging strategy (SMMCS）. The strategy first dynamically unevenly clusters the wireless rechargeable sensor network to divide the service partition of the mobile charging device; then, based on this model, the minimum mortality rate of network nodes is the goal, and the remaining energy, distance, and energy consumption of nodes are comprehensively considered in the path planning. The simulation results show that compared with SAMER strategy, VTMT strategy and FCFS strategy, this strategy reduces the waiting time of nodes, shortens the total charging cost of MC, and reduces the node mortality. [Objective】The paper aimed to study the treatment effect of Sanhuang powder and Biotronic on Streptococcus iniae disease of hy- brid sturgeon. [Method] Hybrid sturgeons infected with S. iniae were treated with 0.5% Sanhuang powder, 0.1% Biotronic and 0.5% Sanhuang powder +0.1% Biotronic. The treatment effect was determined by the mortality, blood biochemical indexes and histopathological changes of the diseased hybrid sturgeons. [Result】 Mortality rate of positive control, Sanhuang powder group, Biotronic group, and Sanhuang powder + Biotronic group was 54.6%, 35.1%, 32%, and 19.6%, respectively; Activities of AKP, ACP, LZM and SOD in serum of dis- eased hybrid sturgeons firstly increased and then decreased, and POD activity decreased initially, followed by increasing, but decreased thereafter. Changes of serum AKP, ACP, LZM, SOD and POD activities of Sanhuang powder group, Biotronic group and Sanhuang powder + Biotronic group were consistent with the positive control group, but the range of changes was all significantly lower than the positive con- trols, with the smallest changes in the Sanhuang powder + Biotronic group; Histopathology of diseased hybrid sturgeons showed that the hepatocytes were seriously degenerated and necrotic, accompanied by a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration, intestinal mucosa and villus were seriously damaged and necrotic, accompanied by inflammatory cell infiltration. Pathological symptoms of liver intestinal of San- huang powder group and Biotronic group reduced compared to positive control group, moreover, liver intestinal pathological symptoms of San- huang powder + Biotronic group were the lightest. [Conclusion] Both Sanhuang powder and Biotronic have a certain therapeutic effect on S. iniae disease of hybrid sturgeon, combination of Sanhuang powder and Biotronic show a synergistic and better treatment effect. Schima superba is a dominant species in the lower subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest community at Dinghushan. In order to understand the construction mechanism of lower subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest community, we have established a 20 hm2 forest biodiversity monitoring plot at Dinghushan National Nature Reserve. The data presented in this paper are based on four field investigations of all S. superba individuals from 2005 to 2017. We further analyzed the distribution characteristics of its death rate according to diameter class and habitat type. The results were as follows:(1)The number of S. superba individuals was largely reduced from 2005 to 2017.(2)Mortality rate and growth rate of S. superba showed different patterns depending on diameter class. The relative growth rate of the individuals of 1-10 cm DBH was high and rapidly decreased, while the mortality rate increased and maintained at a high level. With the increase of DBH class, the relative growth rate of the individuals of 10-50 cm DBH rose and decelerated, and then decreased, while the mortality rate decreased. The mortality rate of those individuals above 50 cm DBH was large while the growth rate was little.(3)The mortality rate of the individuals in each habitat in 2010 was not apparently different. However, in 2015, the mortality rate of individuals in high-altitude habitats(high slopes, ridges, and valleys)was greater than those in low-altitude habitats(low slopes and valleys), while those in low-altitude habitats in 2017 were higher than those in the high-altitude habitats.(4)The mortality rate was significantly positively correlated with soil pH and negatively correlated with soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available potassium, and available nitrogen content.
