It is difficult for traditional anchoring structures to meet the tight construction period and high support effect requirements of deep foundation pit projects in soft soil areas, Therefore, a tensioning embedded composite drainage anchoring structure was proposed. By analyzing the anchoring mechanism of the new support structure, it can be concluded that the force acting on the anchor rod during the excavation process is divided into three stages: pre-tensioning stage, increasing end resistance stage and anchoring failure stage; a method for calculating the bearing capacity of new anchor rods was provided; the support effect and drainage characteristics of the new structure were simulated and analyzed by using finite element software. The results show that: the axial force distribution of the new anchor rod is different from that of the ordinary anchor rod, and there is a sharp increase in axial force at the pre-tensioned anchor head position; compared to ordinary anchor, the new anchoring structure has better support effect, which can reduce the maximum horizontal displacement of the slope by 37.2% and is more conducive to the stability of the foundation pit; the new anchoring support structure has good drainage effect and can quickly dissipate the pore water pressure near the free slope surface. The rapid development of ultra-high towers of long-span bridges has put forward higher requirements for the design and construction of embedded parts in terms of safety, operability, and post-repair. The paper proposes a steel plate embedded heavy-load corbel, which has the advantages of high bearing capacity (逸350 t), recycling use, small damage to the bridge tower, and easy repair. The mechanical behaviors and failure modes were studied by numerical analysis and full-scale loading test. The results show that curves of load-stress of the corbel show linear behavior, and there is no obvious wrinkle and buckling after test unloading. The failure modes of the anchored concrete is the oblique crack caused by punching, the crack width meets the limit requirements, and closes after test unloading, which has no adverse effect on the tower. The steel plate embedded corbel has good mechanical behaviors and can be used as a selection for large corbel. Mooring of immersed tube is a key process in floating transportation and installation of immersed tube, and is also a transition stage between floating transportation and installation of immersed tubes. The safety and stability of mooring is the precondition to ensure the successful docking of immersed tubes. Compared with the Hongkong-Zhuhai -Macao Island/Tunnel Project, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is subject to many changes in the mooring of tube segments due to the change of the anchoring modes of the integrated barge and the influence of the shallow waters. In order to ensure mooring safety, a measurement and control system for mooring of steel shell immersed tube was developed based on the integrated barge for transportation and installation of immersed tube to provide real-time positioning in the process of mooring operations, including anchor arrangement, anchoring, pretensioning, mooring, releasing, anchor lifting, anchor shifting, etc. The managing and operating personnel can get various mooring parameters in real-time according to the measured and control data and monitor and control the overall operation of the mooring by the measurement and control system interface. The technology has been successfully used in the mooring process of steel shell immersed tube tunnel for Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, which has improved the construction efficiency and reduced the construction cost. Based on rheological mechanics and viscoelastic mechanics, a theoretical model for the coupling of prestress loss of anchor and creep of rock was established. Considering the influence of prestress loss when the prestressed anchor was used to reinforce rock mass, the creep equations of stable creep rock and unstable creep rock were derived, and the formula for calculating prestress of anchor with time was obtained. The results showed that the anchor prestress loss was faster in the period of completion of anchor tension; then the rate of prestress loss was gradually reduced and finally stabilized, and the creep of rock also became stable. By comparing the calculated results with the experimental results in existing literature, the curves of the two were consistent, which verified the correctness of the model. The comparison between the variation of anchor cable prestress at Jinping Hydropower Station and the calculation results of the theoretical model proves the accuracy of this research model applied to engineering examples. The theoretical analysis results established in this paper considering the coupling of anchor cable prestress loss and rock mass creep have a wider application range than previous coupling models, which is not only applicable to stable creep rock, but also to unstable creep rock. BACKGROUND: Anterior talofibular ligament is the most easily injured or even broken of ankle sprain. Patients who fail to receive conservative treatment after injury are often afraid of walking at night, resulting in persistent ankle swelling, painful, slack or stiff and functional decline that it is so-called chronic lateral ankle instability. InternalBrace repair is closer to the biomechanical structure of anterior talofibular ligament and become stronger lateral stability of ankle that it is helpful for chronic lateral ankle instability patients who need early recovery of activity. OBJECTIVE: To investigate feasibility and safety of all-arthroscopic repair of anterior talofibular ligament with suture anchors versus InternalBrace for chronic lateral ankle instability by prospective controlled study, analyze and compare its clinical efficacy, and provide patients with better and more satisfactory total arthroscopic treatment. METHODS: From January 2019 to December 2021, 72 patients with chronic lateral ankle instability induced by IIII degree injury of anterior talofibular ligament in Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. Arthroscopic ankle surgery was performed. They were randomly divided into two groups according to a prospective random number table, including 36 cases repaired with InternalBrace (InternalBrace group) and 36 cases repaired with suture anchors (suture anchor group). Intraoperative blood loss, operation time, “back to sport” time, the tilt angle of talus and the anterior displacement distance of talus in last follow-up, visual analogy scale score, American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Score (AOFAS score), Kofoed ankle function score, Japanese Society for Surgery of the Foot (JSSF) scale and Tegner score were compared between the two groups. Complications such as recurrence, rejection and wound infection of lateral ankle instability were counted. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) 72 patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months. (2) The AOFAS score, Kofoed ankle function score, JSSF scale and Tegner score, the tilt angle of talus and the anterior displacement distance of talus in last follow-up of InternalBrace group were significantly better than those of the suture anchor group (P < 0.05), and the excellent rates both were 100%. (3) There were no complications such as recurrence of lateral ankle instability, rejection or wound infection in the two groups after surgery. (4) There was no significant difference in the intraoperative blood loss, operation time and visual analogy scale score between the two groups at the last follow-up (P > 0.05). (5) It is indicated that all-arthroscopic repair of anterior talofibular ligament with InternalBrace for chronic lateral ankle instability is beneficial for sufficient strength and ankle stability. Clothing sales are carried out through the live streaming platform which can more comprehensively show clothing brands and clothing styles so as to bring consumers fashion information and richer consumption experience. Due to the great ability of opinion leaders in promoting goods more and more retailers invite opinion leaders to promote their goods. Although previous studies have mentioned that an anchor' s own characteristics have a certain impact on the effect of live commerce there are few studies on the sales capacity of clothing anchors from the anchors' perspective. In order to explore the influencing factors of live commerce of clothing this paper puts forward the research hypothesis of the ability of live commerce and studies the influence mechanism of social influence and effort on the sales of clothing anchors on Douyin a live streaming platform based on second-hand data. It reveals that the number of anchor fans the number of views and the word-of-mouth with goods have a significantly positive impact on live streaming sales and efficiency and analyzes the differential impact of anchors' live streaming sessions on sales and efficiency. Through grouping analysis this paper explores the impact of relevant factors on the sales capacity of anchors of four categories of clothing goods four sales quarters and three industries. Objective　To investigate the effect of double row suture fixation on avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） tibial insertion under arthroscopy. Methods　A total of 35 patients with avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament tibial insertion and meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Sports Medicine，the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2017 to December 2020. All patients were treated with double row sutures under arthroscopy. Lysholm score and International Committee for Knee Literature score were compared between the patients before and 12 months after the surgery. All the enrolled patients signed the relevant informed consent，and the trial plan was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Results　Lysholm score and IKDC score at 12 months of review were higher than those before the surgery，and the differences were statistically significant （Lysholm score：（91.14±3.22） vs （39.34±4.72）, t = 60.53，P < 0.001；IKDC score：（89.17±3.51） vs （39.14± 4.04）, t = 69.37， P < 0.001. BACKGROUND: The main treatment methods for recurrent patellar dislocation are medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction, medial patellofemoral ligament formation, lateral patellofemoral ligament loosening, gluteal muscle contracture loosening, and tibial tubercle displacement surgery. At present, double-bundle anatomical reconstruction of medial patellofemoral ligament is mostly used. OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of tendon fixation with suture anchors and tendon fixation with semi-tunneling polyetheretherketone suture anchors in the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocation under the condition of double-bundle reconstruction of medial patellofemoral ligament. METHODS: Totally 57 cases who were diagnosed as recurrent patellar dislocation in Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to April 2018 received parallel medial patellofemoral ligament revascularization, aged between 16 and 26 patients, including 19 males and 38 females. The graft was autologous semitendinosus muscle. Among them, 26 cases received graft fixation with suture anchors, and 31 cases received graft fixation with semitunneling polyetheretherketone suture anchors. After surgery, follow-up was conducted to record patellar redislocation, fracture and other complications, patellar tilt angle, and Kujala score of the affected knee. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) During 36-month follow-up, 57 patients did not affect unhealed incision, patellar redislocation, or patellar fracture. In the suture anchor group, four patients experienced pain at femoral insertion point and one patient suffered from persistent pain at ligament and femoral insertion point. In the polyetheretherketone suture anchor group, five patients affected pain at femoral insertion point. No significant difference in the incidence of pain was found between the two groups (P > 0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in Kujala function score of knee joint at 18 and 36 months after operation between the two groups (P > 0.05). (3) Patellar tilt angle was larger in the suture anchor group than that in the polyetheretherketone suture anchor group at postoperative 36 months (P < 0.05). (4) The results suggest that the suture anchor and semi-tunneling polyetheretherketone suture anchor for double-bundle reconstruction of medial patellofemoral ligament can effectively treat recurrent patellar dislocation and improve the function of the affected knee. Based on Xiangyang east-west axis immersed tunnel project, the tunnel elements floating technology of axis drydock method was studied. A new method of tunnel elements undocking and floating was put forward by means of replacing cable with winch on the tunnel elements, and the traditional concrete anchor block was replaced by anchor pile of double steel tube +anchor chain connection. Through the analysis of the floating installation process of immersed tunnel elements, the time optimization scheme of floating and installation period of axial dry dock method tunnel elements was discussed, which provides reference for similar projects. Rapid and accurate detection of pigs has been critical to intelligent monitoring of health status within a group-housed breeding environment on large-scale farms. However, a large number of parameters make it difficult to achieve real-time performance in edge computing platforms for practical production. In this study, an improved CenterNet model (named MF-CenterNet) was proposed to detect pigs in group-housed breeding conditions, in order to improve the real-time performance of detection and the accuracy of localizing pigs with body occluded and small body size. An anchor-free CenterNet was also used to ensure the accuracy of detection, especially for the pig with body occluded. A lightweight MobileNet network was first introduced into the CenterNet (instead of ResNet50), as the backbone network of feature extraction for the smaller model size and higher detection speed. In addition, the feature pyramid structure (FPN) was then added to improve the ability of feature extraction for small pig objects. As such, the CenterNet was integrated with the MobileNet and FPN, named MF-CenterNet (i.e., MobileNet-FPN-CenterNet, MF-CenterNet). An image dataset of a private pig was collected to evaluate the performance of MF-CenterNet. All images were then captured from Jincheng Farm, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, China. Specifically, 1683 video frames were extracted from the video recording of pigs collected in the commercial pig farm, and 6732 images were obtained with the operation of the data argument. All pig objects within the images were then labeled with the labeling tool. The experimental results show that the size of the MF-CenterNet model was only 21MB, which satisfied the deployment of the model to an edge computing platform. The mean average precision (mAP) of pig detection was 94.30%, and the detection speed was up to 69 frames/s. The model of CenterNet integrated with MobileNetv2 achieved the best performance, in terms of accuracy, speed, and model size, where different versions of Mobile Net were combined. The CenterNet model integrated with the MobileNetv2 and FPN (MF-CenterNet) further improved the detection performance, indicating more robust in detecting the pig objects with small body size and body occluded. The improved MF-CenterNet greatly increased the mAP by 0.63 Percentage points, and the speed by 42 frames/s, while the size of the model was reduced by 104 MB, compared with the original CenterNet. Furthermore, the mAP detection was improved by 6.39, 4.46, 6.01, and 2.74 Percentage points, while, the detection speed was improved by 54, 47, 45, and 43 frames/s, respectively, compared with the common CNN-based object detection models, including Farster RCNN, SSD, YOLOV3, and YOLOV4 model. Consequently, the MF-CenterNet achieved the state-of-the-art mAP performance, higher detection speed, and the deployability of the model in a substantial manner. Therefore, this lightweight object detection model, MF-CenterNet, can meet the requirements of real-time, rapid, and high accuracy of detection on the group-housed pigs. Due to the limited battery capacity and storage capacity of the sensor, it is impossible to continuously replenish the sensor and collect the sensing data generated by the sensor. To solve this problem, periodic energy replenishment and data collection are researched, and a method for charging and data collection is proposed, which includes grid-based algorithm（GBA）, dominant set-based algorithm（DSBA） and circular intersection-based algorithm（CIBA）. Through these three methods or two combinations of methods, the set of anchors can be found, and the minimum number of mobile devices can be scheduled by mobile device scheduling algorithm（MDSA） to access the generated anchors. Aiming at the disadvantage that the query result was unbalanced distributed in the Space Twice scheme, this paper proposed a location privacy protection method based on double anchor points in combination with the road network environment. The method used distributed system structure and got rid of the performance bottleneck of the trusted third party. The users could construct an anonymous area according to their privacy requirements, and used the anchor point as a query point to perform incremental neighbor query based on double anchor point, which could make the distribution of query results more balanced and improve query accuracy. Aiming at the problem of location privacy leakage caused by the anonymous area constructed in the LBS query service or the selected anchor point still located in the sensitive area, this paper proposed an incremental nearest neighbor query privacy protection method based on location semantics. In the client/server architecture, firstly, the method calculated the semantic security anonymous area according to the user's location privacy requirement, which protected the user's location privacy. Then, it filtered the semantic security anchor from the road intersection in the semantic security anonymous area as to ensure the semantic security was maximized, and the position of the anchor was real; then the client requested the service according to the anchor' s location and got the query results. To investigate the dynamic responses of submerged floating tunnels(SFTs) subjected to near-field non-contact explosions, the SFT was simplified as a constant-section-and-stiffness Bernoulli-Euler elastic-support beam to establish the SFT dynamic model under underwater shock load. The differential equation for the vibration was resolved with the Galerkin method. The displacement, velocity and acceleration were analyzed for the SFT, the influences of the explosive quantity, the blasting distance and the vertical stiffness of anchor cables were discussed, and the results were also used to analyze the damage of tunnels and human bodies. The results show that, the impact of the blasting distance on the kinematic parameters of the SFT is significant. Moreover, the maximum displacement of the tunnel decreases in inverse proportion to the blasting distance. Compared with those of the blasting distance of 10 m, the displacements of the tunnel body of 20 m and 30 m decrease by 50.7% and 66.6%, respectively. The impact of the explosive quantity on the kinematic parameters of the SFT is significant. Also, the maximum displacement of the tunnel decreases approximately in a low-order power function with the explosive quantity. Compared with those of the explosive of 20 kg, the displacements of the tunnel body of 40 kg and 60 kg increase by 29.8% and 51.3%, respectively. The impact of the vertical stiffness of anchor cables on the kinematic parameters of the SFT is significant. Besides, the maximum displacement of the tunnel decreases approximately in a step-like form with the vertical stiffness of anchor cables. Compared with those of the vertical anchor stiffness of 5×105 N/m, the maximum displacement of the tunnel body of 5×106 N/m and 5×107 N/m decrease by 53.0% and 86.2%, respectively. However, there is an efficiently acting interval for the anchor cable stiffness. Concerning the problem that the existing safety helmet wearing detection method has certain detection difficulty and low accuracy for partial occlusion, different size and small object, this paper proposed a safety helmet wearing detection method based on improved Faster RCNN and multi-part model. Based on original Faster RCNN algorithm, this method used multi-scale training and increased anchor number strategy to enhance the robustness of network to detect different scales, and introduced online hard example mining strategy to prevent imbalanced between positive and negative samples . Then, it detected the wearing safety helmet workers, safety helmet and other parts. Last, it used multi-part model method to eliminate the false objects. BACKGROUND: Metal anchors are not easily accepted by patients as permanent foreign bodies, so bioabsorbable anchors have been gradually applied in orthopedics in recent years. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of absorbable suture anchors for repairing femoroacetabular impingement syndrome combined with acetabular labral tears. METHODS: Eighty patients with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome combined with acetabular labral tears admitted in Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected, and all were treated by absorbable suture anchors under arthroscopy. The Harris hip score, and the Visual Analogue Scale score at baseline, postoperative 1 and 3 months were recorded and compared to assess the effectiveness. The complications and material-host reaction were recorded. The treatment satisfaction was evaluated. The study was approved by the Ethical Committee of Beijing Shijitan Hospital and all patients and their families signed the informed consents. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The Harris hip scores at 1 and 3 years postoperatively in 80 patients with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome combined with acetabular labral tears were significantly higher than those at baseline, and the Visual Analogue Scale scores were significantly lower than those at baseline (P < 0.05). (2) The excellent and good rate of treatment in patients at 1 and 3 years was 90.0% and 97.50%, respectively, and the treatment satisfaction was 87.4% and 93.8%, respectively. The excellent and good rate of treatment and treatment satisfaction presented an increased trend with time, but had no significant difference (P > 0.05). Aimed at the needs for anchoring engineering in rammed earth sites, a composite optimization method for anchorage parameters based on desirability functions was proposed. The main purpose of the method is to obtain a good balance between the maximum anchoring force and the minimum site damage through optimization of the combination of anchor lengths and anchor hole diameters. The full factorial design was used in the experiment, and the response surface method was applied to build the analysis model. Then the desirability function in statistics was introduced into the optimization of anchor parameters, and the relationship between the multi-objective response and the anchoring parameter level was established. The results show that, when the anchoring force maximization and the site damage minimization goals are respectively satisfied, there will be a conflict between the corresponding anchoring parameters. The multi-objective response optimization can determine the feasible ranges of the anchoring parameters under the goal of response demand, which is convenient for engineering designers to visualize the anchoring parameters according to the actual engineering conditions. Suction embedded plate anchor is a new type of anchorage foundation used in marine engineering, but during its installation process, the reduction of burial depth will lead to the decrease of the bearing capacity and affect the anchoring effect. The process of installation and the load bearing capacity after installation were simulated by discrete element method, and the influence of three key factors including the initial depth, the eccentricity ratio and the angle of anchor chain tension on the bearing capacity of suction penetration type plate anchor was studied. The results show that the bearing capacity increases significantly with the increase of initial depth, but the increase decreases with the increase of burial depth, and finally tends to be stable. The bearing capacity increases with the increase of eccentricity ratio and decreases with the increase of inclination angle of anchor chain tension, but when the initial burial depth is large, both have no effect on the bearing capacity.The research results can provide reference for the construction and design of suction embedded plate anchors. Anchor pile is an important part of anchor pile static load test system, and the straight pile is generally used as the anchor pile. It is a problem in engineering field to carry out static load test for the project without straight pile and only inclined pile. We introduced the application of inclined pile as anchor pile in static load test of foundation pile, using 8 inclined piles with a slope of 5:1 as anchor piles, using pile head cut off by inclined pile as pull cap, which achieves the purpose of static load test, and avoids the deformation of engineering pile. Through the engineering practice, it is proved that taking appropriate measures is feasible in the static load test of the inclined anchor pile, and it has good practical value to use the inclined pile as the anchor pile, which saves the engineering cost in the inclined pile project, and can provide reference for the static load test of the foundation pile of the inclined pile project. Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopy with anchor treatment on acute patellar dislocation. Methods Retrospective analysis of patient with acute patellar dislocation cases who visited our hospital from March 2010 to June 2013 and were followed up for 10 months or more after being discharged. Patients all underwent physical examination and imaging examination before operations. All operations were performed under arthroscopy. Joint hematoma were first drained, then articular cartilage injury were explored and repaired. Corresponding relationship between patella and femoral condyle were observed. After that, lateral retinaculum was released and medial patellofemoral ligament was repaired by suture anchors. Finally patellar reduction and its corresponding relationship with femur were observed after operation. Results Medial patella cartilage injury and bone contusion of femoral condyle were all observed under arthroscopy. Medial patellofemoral ligament damage and tensed lateral patellar retinaculum were combined. By the time of follow-up at 10~18 months later, no dislocation was found and fear test are all positive. No recurrence of patellar dislocation was observed. Compared the conditions before operation and the last follow-up, Lysholm score (91.38±1.65 vs 60.04±3.93), Kujala score (90.62±2.08 vs 55.27±3.00), patellar camber angle (11.96°±1.43° vs 25.15°±2.13°)were all improved (P<0.01). Conclusion Arthroscopy with suture anchors present good clinical effect in the treatment of acute patellar dislocation, which includes alleviating keen pain, stabilizing joint instability and restoring knee stretching. Anchors have a wide range of applications in slope protection, excavation support, anti-floating of underground structures, and related professional or national codes give respective formulas to calculate anchorage length of anchors. The classification of geotechnical design methods at the present stage was discussed, and by comparing the calculation formula about anchorage length of anchors in JGJ 120-2012 Technical Specification for Retaining and Protection of Building Foundation Excavations, GB 50330-2002 Technical Code for Building Slope Engineering, CECS 22: 2005 Technical Specification for Ground Anchors, GB 50007-2011Code for Design of Building Foundation, the corresponding geotechnical design methods in the above four codes were explained. A numerical example is adopted to calculate the anchorage length of anchors using the above four different codes, and the calculation results are analyzed. The calculation results of anchorage length using four different codes are different, which can verify the evaluation system in different codes is established according to different reliability standards. Under the situation of considering the anchor prestress effects on stability of loess slope, according to the damage of the sliding surface, stability model of slope supported by frame with pre-stressed anchors under earthquake was established. By the method of lumped-mass explicit finite element, the soil was separated into soil-static-dynamic micro-unit and soil-prestressed micro-unit discretely, and the corresponding discrete element dynamic equilibrium equation was established, the displacement response and the stress field in sliding surface of the supporting slope were deduceed. Based on the displacement response and the soil stress field, a calculation method of stability safety factor for slope supported by frame with pre-stressed anchors under earthquake was proposed. A project example was analyzed by using the method proposed in this paper, the result was compared with the one of the quasi-static method. Comparison results show that the method proposed in this paper for the homogeneous loess slope is feasible, the earthquake reaction of the supporting loess slope and the dynamic performance of the soil can be showed primely compared with pseudo-static method. Objective To approach effect comparison between anchor lip suture and repair with a line under arthroscopic shoulder and simple debridement suture repair in treatment with type II SLAP lesion. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 24 patients underwent SLAP lesions under arthroscopic in the department of department the fourth orthopedics" Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University from June 2010 to April 2013. They were divided into the control group" 10 cases with simple anchor lip debridement in the shoulder and the observation group" 14 cases with anchor lip suture and repair with a line under arthroscopic shoulder. The two groups attended the same rehabilitation training after the operation. All the objects were followed up for one year. It was assessed with American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) and University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Results There was no statistical significance in ASES and UCLA scores of the two groups (P>0.05)[(46.90± 9.28)" (18.02±1.98)in the observation group vs. (47.86±9.80)" (18.56±2.12) in the control group]. The ASES and UCLA scores before the operation were significantly improved after the operation between the two groups" which had statistical significance in difference(P<0.05) "and the UCLA score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group "whose difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The ASES score in the observation was higher than that of the control group "whose difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
