Pro,state cancer is the .second most common cancer in men and the fifth leading cau.se of cancer deaths in men.Although there is an initial response to traditional treatments which include radical prostatectomy, chemotherapy, androgen deprivation therapy, and so on, some patients eventually progress to castration-resistant prostate cancer. The human immune system can perform a monitoring function to kill tumor cells promptly, however,tumor cells also express PD-L1 as they evolve, which binds to PD-1 on T cells and can inhibit T cell function, ultimately inducing immune evasion. The in-depth study of PD-1/PD-L1 in the mechanism of immune evasion in prostate cancer may provide new therapeutic strategies for the future application of PD-1/ PD-L1-based immunotherapy in prostate cancer treatment. MicroRNA (miRNA) is a kind of small non-coding single stranded RNA that can participate in multiple biological processes. It also plays an important role in regulating the immune function of the body. Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an autoimmune disease, whose cause and deterioration are closely related to miRNA regulates immune function of CD4+T cells subsets. In ITP patients, different expression of miRNA can affect the immune function of CD4+T cells subsets, which causes not only unbalanced expression of Th1/Th2, Th17/Treg and excessive differentiation of TFH, but also abnormal cytokine secretion furthermore. This paper summarizes the unbalanced mechanism of miRNA regulating immune function of CD4+T cells subsets in ITP, so as to provide inspiration for exploring the immunology and immunotherapy of ITP. Autophagy is an important mechanism to maintain cellular function and metabolism, whereas abnormal autophagy can cause the advent and worsening of various diseases. N6-Methyladenosine（ m6A） RNA methylation is a reversible RNA modification, which is regulated by m6A methyltransferase, m6A demethylase and m6A-binding protein. Studies have shown that autophagy-related genes promote or attenuate autophagy level dependent on the regulation of m6A, and then participate in the process of diseases. This paper reviews the progress of m6A modification regulatory enzymes and their binding proteins in regulating cell autophagy to provide reference for future researches. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide, with metastasis being the primary cause of mortality in lung cancer patients, and its prevention and control efficacy remain limited. In recent years, immunotherapy has emerged as a promising direction for overcoming the bottleneck of metastasis. Macrophages, as essential components of innate immunity, participate in the entire process of tumor initiation and progression. Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) represent the most abundant immune population in the tumor microenvironment (TME), displaying both anti-tumor M1- like and pro-tumor M2-like phenotypes. The latter promotes tumor invasion and metastasis, angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, immune suppression, and reactivation of dormant disseminated tumor cells (DTCs), thereby facilitating tumor metastasis. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has shown significant efficacy in inhibiting tumor metastasis and has been extensively validated. It exerts anti-tumor effects by reducing the recruitment of TAMs, inhibiting M2-like polarization, and modulating cytokines and proteins in the TME. This paper reviews the relationship between TAMs and lung cancer metastasis, elucidates the targets and mechanisms of TCM in regulating TAMs to prevent and treat lung cancer metastasis, aiming to provide insights into lung cancer prevention and treatment. Lung cancer causes a significant threat to human health. Despite considerable advancements in the treatment technologies in recent years, the five-year survival rate for lung cancer patients remains low. In this context, the discovery of pyroptosis, a unique cell death mechanism, offers a novel perspective for exploring new pathways of lung cancer treatment. Particularly, the role of gasdermin E (GSDME) in the process of pyroptosis reveals its tremendous potential in lung cancer therapy. Recent studies have made considerable progress in understanding the role of GSDME-mediated pyroptosis in lung cancer growth, the lung cancer microenvironment, and the effect of GSDME methylation on lung cancer treatment. This paper summarizes these research advancements and analyzes the potential and possible side effects of GSDME-mediated pyroptosis in lung cancer therapy, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for developing more effective strategies for lung cancer treatment. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease mediated by anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibodies and dependent on CD4 positive T lymphocytes (CD4+T) cells. MicroRNA (miRNA) is an endogenous small single-stranded non-coding RNA that involved in post-transcriptional regulation and plays an important role in differentiation and function of CD4+T cells. Increasing evidences have shown that changes of miRNAs happened in MG patients, which may participate in the occurrence and development of MG by regulating CD4+T cells, and miRNA may be a potential therapeutic target for MG. In this paper, relationship between miRNA and MG was reviewed in order to provide new ideas for further research on the pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment of MG. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
