Five kinds of commercially available sour fish sauce were taken as the research object to clarify their quality and flavor characteristics. The physicochemical and nutritional indexes, free amino acids, and volatile components were analyzed. The results showed that the moisture, ash, total acid, amino acid nitrogen, reducing sugar, protein, vitamin C and fat contents in the five kinds of sour fish sauce were significantly different (P<0.05). In total, 17 free amino acids were detected, including 7 essential amino acids and 10 non-essential amino acids. The content of total free amino acids in the samples ranged from 7.954-14.998 mg/g. The total content of free amino acids in sample Z was the highest at 14.998 mg/g. The content of umami glutamic acid was the highest in the L sample, which was 4.689 mg/g, and the taste activity value (TAV) reached 15.63, which was much higher than that of other samples. The electronic nose results showed that the main volatile components of five kinds of sour fish sauce were nitrogen oxides, short-chain alkanes, inorganic sulfur compounds, alcohol ether aldehydes, and organic sulfides. Principal component analysis could differentiate between different sour fish sauces. In this study, 57 volatile components were detected in five kinds of sour fish sauce using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), including 20 esters, 14 alcohols, 14 alkenes, 2 acids, 2 phenols, 3 aldehydes and 2 ketones. Using orthogonal least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) and variable important projection (VIP) selection, eighteen key volatile aroma compounds, including zingalene, ethanol, ethyl cetanoate, ethyl linoleate, limonene, acetic acid, linalool, ethyl myristate, 4-ethyl-2-methoxyphenol, phenethyl alcohol, alpha-curcumene, methyl salicylate, β-sesquiphellandrene, citral, isoamyl alcohol, camphene, β-bisabolene and geraniol, were identified in the five kinds of sour fish sauce. Polypropylene (PP), as one of the three universal plastics, has been widely used in fields such as medical, automotive, and packaging, etc. The article reviewed the research progress of in-situ microfibrillar technology in PP foaming material, conductive material, and reinforcing and toughing PP in recent years. The results showed that by forming in-situ microfibrils in PP, the melt strength of PP can be improved, the merging of bubbles during the foaming process was reduced, the size of bubbles decreased and the density of bubbles increased, the foaming performance of PP was improved. By forming a conductive microfibrillar network structure in PP, the percolation threshold of PP composites can be effectively reduced. The in-situ formation of microfibrils can significantly improve the crystallization ability of PP, and some polymer microfibrils can induce the formation of shish kebab structure in PP, achieving reinforcement and toughening of PP, meawhile, under the synergistic effect of compatibilizers, its reinforcement and toughening effect on PP was more obvious. This study aimed to investigate the intricate mechanisms underlying the modulatory effects of Anhua dark tea on autophagy to ameliorate steatosis induced by a high-fat and high-sucrose diet (HFHS) in mice with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Male C57BL/6J mice were divided into different groups, including a normal group, a model group, a Western medicine group (10 mg·kg-1), and various doses of dark tea groups (0.75, 1.5, 3.0 g·kg-1). The therapeutic regimen was administered concurrently with the modeling process for a duration of 10 weeks using the HFHS-induced NAFLD model. At the end of the experiment, liver indices, blood lipids, liver function, liver pathology indicators, autophagy markers, and expression levels of key genes in the autophagy-related signaling pathway were assessed. Comparative analyses with the normal group revealed significant increases in liver index and levels of serum cholesterol (CHO), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), as well as a substantial reduction in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels in the model group. The liver of the mice exhibits signs of steatosis, characterized by an abundance of lipid droplets of different sizes. Protein expression analysis reveals a marked decrease in the levels of microtubule-associated protein light-chain-3B (LC3B), Bcl-2-interacting coiled-coil protein 1 (Beclin1), and phosphorylated adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase/adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (p-AMPK/AMPK). Conversely, there was a significant increase in the levels of sequestosome-1 (p62) and phosphorylated mammalian target of rapamycin/mammalian target of rapamycin (p-mTOR/mTOR). Compared to the model group, gavage with dark tea decreased the liver index, serum levels of CHO, TG, LDL-C, AST, ALT, p62, and p-mTOR/mTOR in NAFLD mice, and increased serum HDL-C, along with LC3B, Beclin1, and p-AMPK/AMPK protein levels. The improvements were confirmed by tissue staining results and observations using transmission electron microscopy. In summary, our findings suggest that dark tea, by activating the AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway, may regulate autophagy, thereby alleviating hepatic steatosis and improving non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the rapid determination of acetamiprid pesticide residues in rapeseed stalk, a method for the preparation of quality control samples was established and evaluated. The lyophilized quality control samples were prepared by matrix spiking and vacuum freeze-drying. And the determination of acetamiprid in the quality control samples was carried out by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The uniformity of the samples was assessed by random sampling and the stability of the samples was evaluated by observing the changes of acetamiprid over a period of one month. The quality control samples prepared by this method are homogeneous and stable, easy to store and transport, and suitable for rapid testing in the field of rapid test kit validation and blind sample assessment. This study established a simple process for the preparation of lyophilised powder quality control samples of rapeseed stalk, which provides a data reference for the study of common key technologies for the preparation of quality control samples of pesticide residues in vegetables. To study the environmental changes and evolution rule of coastal zones in Dalian City in the last 40 years, the paper uses GIS technology to extract and analyze the coastline information during 1984-2018 based on the historical images from Google Earth. The results show that the coastline has grown in three stages: low-high-low, separated by the years of 2004 and 2014. The growth rate of sea reclamation is highly correlated to the GDP growth curve. Spatially, the coastline changes are mainly distributed in the bay and estuary areas, with the main types of land reclamation and sea mariculture. The land reclamation area is mainly concentrated in the central and southern coast of municipal district and Changxing Island Development Zone, while the sea reclamation area is scattered in Wafangdian, Pulandian and Zhuanghe areas in the north and east. Primary central nervous system vasculitis (PACNS) is a vasculitic disorder affecting small to medium-sized blood vessels primarily in the central nervous system,involving the brain,spinal cord,and meninges.Tumor-like PNCAS,a rare subtype of PACNS,is often misdiagnosed as intracranial malignancy,and that with spinal cord involvement is even more uncommon.The lack of specific clinical symptoms and imaging manifestations poses a challenge to the diagnosis of PACNS.This report presents a case of tumor-like PACNS with spinal cord involvement based on the pathological evidence,aiming to enrich the knowledge about this condition.

Objectives: To observe the effect of mind-regulating acupuncture on pain intensity, sleep quality, negative emotion in patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), and evaluate the clinical effect of mind-regulating acupuncture combined with surrounding needling and heavy moxibustion at Ashi points (Extra) in treatment of PHN., Methods: The patients with PHN were randomly divided into a control group (35 cases, 2 cases dropped out) and a comprehensive therapy group (35 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with surrounding needling and heavy moxibustion at Ashi points. In the comprehensive therapy group, the mind-regulating acupuncture therapy was delivered besides the treatment as the control group. The treatment was given once daily, one course of treatment was composed of 6 days and 2 courses were required in the 2 groups. Before and after treatment, the pain conditions were assessed using pain rating index (PRI), visual analogue scale (VAS) and present pain intensity (PPI), the negative emotions were assessed using Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), and the sleep quality with Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). One week before and one week after treatment, the average sleep time was recorded. The therapeutic effect of 2 groups was evaluated. The effective cases of 2 groups were followed up in 2 months after treatment completion and the recurrence of neuralgia was recorded., Results: There were no statistical differences in the above indicators between the 2 groups before treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the scores of PRI, VAS, PPI, HAMA, HAMD and PSQI were reduced when compared with those before treatment in the patients of the 2 groups ( P< 0.05), and the average sleep time was increased ( P< 0.05). The scores of PRI, VAS, PPI, HAMA, HAMD and PSQI in the comprehensive therapy group, as well as the average sleep time were all improved when compared with those of the control group ( P< 0.05). The total effective rate in the comprehensive therapy group (34/35, 97.14%) was higher than that of the control group (27/33, 81.82%, P< 0.05) and the recurrence rate was lower (［2/34, 5.88%］ vs ［8/27, 29.63%］, P <0.05)., Conclusions: The combination of mind-regulating acupuncture with surrounding needling and heavy moxibustion at Ashi acupoint can effectively relieve PHN. Compared with the traditional surrounding acupuncture in pain area combined with moxibustion at Ashi points, this comprehensive therapy is more effective for ameliorating pain intensity, improving sleep quality and reducing negative emotions. It is also effective for declining the recurrence.

In order to explore the status of soil heavy metal pollution and environmental quality in west Hunan, relevant areas of Phoenix County were selected as the study area. Using data from 440 soil samples collected in the study area from June to August 2022, the pH value of the soil and contents of eight heavy metal elements, namely, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb, and Zn, were analyzed. The PMF model was used for traceability analysis and geochemical evaluation of soil environmental quality. The results showed that the average values of soil heavy metals ω (Zn), ω (Cr), ω (Pb), ω (Ni), ω (Cu), ω (As) , ω (Cd), and ω (Hg) were 81.02, 64.67, 31.63, 29.27, 25.52, 9.93, 0.28, and 0.13 mg·kg -1 , respectively. The soil in the study area was mainly weakly acidic, and the contents of the Cd and Hg elements were relatively high compared to the national soil background values and were highly variable. The contents of the Hg and Cd elements in forest land were higher than that in other land uses. The PMF model results showed that the contribution rates of heavy metal pollution sources in the study area were mining sources (37.4%), atmospheric sedimentation sources (7.7%), natural sources (41.1%), and agricultural activity sources (13.8%) and provided suggestions on pollution control measures according to the spatial distribution of the four types of pollution sources. Through the comprehensive assessment of soil environmental geochemistry, the study area was divided into three types of plots, namely, non-risk areas (94.27 km 2 ), accounting for 76.38%; risk-controllable areas (27.45 km 2 ), accounting for 22.24%; and high-risk areas (1.7 km 2 ), accounting for 1.38%. This study provided data support for the prevention and control measures of land pollution in the research area, as well as the delineation of the prevention and control scope.

Fatal familial insomnia,an autosomal dominant prion disease,is rare.We reported the clinical symptoms,examination results,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of a patient who was diagnosed with fatal familial insomnia.Furthermore,we described the unique clinical manifestations that involuntary movements and laryngeal stridor were significantly correlated with postural changes,aiming to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis,treatment,and research of the disease in the future.

Objective: To observe the effect of resveratrol (Res) on T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) mice, and further explore its mechanism on Notch1 signaling pathway., Methods: Twenty-five 6-8 weeks old female C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into control group, T-ALL group and Res group. Res group was further divided into low-Res, middle-Res and high-Res group. The percentage of leukemia cells in peripheral blood and spleen cell suspension were detected by flow cytometry and Wright-Giemsa staining, pathological morphology of spleen and bone marrow tissues were observed by HE staining, the expression levels of Notch1, Hes-1, c-Myc, miR-19b and PTEN mRNA in spleen tissue were detected by RT-qPCR, and the protein levels of Notch1, Hes-1, c-Myc, p-PTEN and PTEN were detected by Western blot., Results: Compared with control group, the leukemia cells in peripheral blood of mice in T-ALL group were markedly increased, accompanied by diffuse infiltration of leukemia cells in spleen and bone marrow tissues, the mRNA levels of Notch1, Hes-1, c-Myc, miR-19b and the protein levels of Notch1, Hes-1, c-Myc were increased ( P <0.01), while the expression of PTEN mRNA and protein were significantly decreased in the spleen tissue of T-ALL mice ( P <0.01). The above indicators in the H-Res group were reversed compared with T-ALL group after administration of resveratrol., Conclusion: Resveratrol may play a role in anti T-ALL by inhibiting Notch1 signaling pathway in mice.
