This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the establishment of national nursing virtual simulation teaching canter in Macao, and puts forward the corresponding strategies. With the application of literature review, it collects data and uses SWOT analysis to analyse the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the establishment of national level nursing virtual simulation experiment teaching centre in Macao. The virtual simulation experiment teaching resources in Macao are abundant. Macao has abundant funds, and is supported by national policies and diversified cooperative institutions . However, the resources are not shared, the foundation of relevant scientific research is weak, the management mechanism is not perfect, and the proportion of incumbency nurses ' continuing education is not high . Macao should, according to its own advantages, grasp the opportunities of policy support, establish strategic alliances, realize resource sharing and build joint laboratories. We should optimize the allocation of resources, strengthen the transformation of research results, integrate information platforms, and establish new training models. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
