In this study, Penaeus vannamei was used to analyze the quality of sous-vide combined with high pressure cooked and freeze-dried shrimp (SPF) and boiled and hot air dried shrimp (BH) prepared by traditional thermal processing. The results showed that compared with BH, SPF had lower hardness, fuller color and higher sensory score, which was more popular with consumers. The content of benzaldehyde was significantly higher in SPF than in BH, and SPF had a more prominent seafood-like flavor. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids was also higher in SPF than in BH. Meanwhile, a dynamic model was established for shelf life prediction. According to the model, SPF had high oxidative stability. Therefore, sous-vide combined with high pressure can improve the quality and flavor of ready-to-eat shrimp. The results from this study provide a theoretical basis for the large-scale production of high-quality, convenience and ready-to-eat shrimp with unique flavor.

High quality marine natural resource management cannot be achieved without the support of data and information. Given the unique nature of marine data, the processing of marine environmental data often involves long time series or large-scale processing work. For data processing work mainly focused on intensive computing, universal cloud platforms have prominent issues of low efficiency. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the native resource scheduling algorithms on the Hadoop platform and the characteristics of intensive computing in ocean data processing, this paper innovatively proposes a genetic algorithm task scheduling strategy based on a competitive model. The use of chaotic algorithm mechanism as the basis for genetic algorithm population initialization ensures that the solution space obtained during each initialization can be uniformly distributed, effectively solving the problem of genetic algorithm solving speed being greatly affected by the initialization population and population evolution measurement. In addition, in order to speed up rate of convergence, competition mechanism is introduced and an adaptive evolution model based on population competition is proposed. Through the actual verification and comparison of the built models, it is proved that the improved algorithm is superior to the traditional genetic algorithm in rate of convergence and stability of the convergence results, and has greatly improved the ability and efficiency of improving the resource scheduling of the ocean cloud platform.

To explore the effect of storage time on the flavor and quality of white peony tea, sensory evaluation and volatile and non-volatile composition analysis of 12 white peony tea samples made from three different varieties: Fudingdahao (FDDH), Zhenghedabai (ZHDB) and Fujiangshuixian (FJSX) were carried out, and the resulting data were analyzed by multivariate statistical analysis combined with multivariate statistical analysis. The results showed that during the storage process, the content of tea polyphenols and free amino acids decreased, and the ratio of polyphenols to amino and the contents of soluble sugar, flavonoids and thearubigin increased, so that the taste of white peony tea was sweet, mellow, sweet after taste and stale. The large decrease in the content of alcohol substances resulted in a reduction in the refreshing and floral aroma of white peony tea. Totally 12 differential volatiles were key to changing the aroma types of white peony tea. α-Farnesene, linalool oxide II, methyl salicylate, linalool, cis-2-pentene-1-alcohol and hexanal were the key components responsible for the floral, pekoe-like and refreshing aroma. cis-Linalool oxide and neryl oxide were also positively related to the formation of the floral aroma, and the latter was also key to the formation of the pekoe-like aroma. cis-3-Hexen-1-ol and phenethyl alcohol were also positively correlated with the formation of the refreshing aroma. In addition, 4-isopropyltoluene was the key component responsible for the honey-like and herbal aroma. Linalool oxide II and neryl oxide were the key components responsible for the jujube-like aroma. cis-Linalool oxide was the key component responsible for the plum-like aroma. The 4-isopropyltoluene and isobutyraldehyde were the key components contributing to the woody aroma. This study provides scientific insights into the formation of the differences in the flavor and quality of white peony tea of different ages, which could provide a reference for the improvement of tea flavor.

The flavor is a decisive sensory characteristic that determines the popularity of French fries (FFs). During high-oleic rapeseed oil (RO) frying, the flavor development of FFs showed three noticeable stages including break-in (3%-8.0% of total polar compounds (TPC)), optimum (8.0%-20% of TPC), and degrading stages (above 22% of TPC). In order to distinguish the key aroma compounds in each stage, the FFs prepared in RO at TPC of 3% (FF1), 10.5% (FF2), and 27% (FF3) and their relevant oils (RO1, RO2, RO3) were selected for sensory-directed analysis. The results revealed that the FF1 had low contents of (E,E)-2,4- decadienal (deep-fried odor) which could be the reason why FF1 samples were rated with low-sensory score. The FF3 had higher hexanoic acid (sweaty odor), heptanoic acid, nonanoic acid, benzene acetaldehyde (stale odor), and trans-4,5-Epoxy-(E)-2-decenal (metallic odor) compared with FF1 and FF2, which resulted in flavor deterioration in FF3. Moreover, the decrease of 2,5-dimethylpyrazine and 2-ethyl-6-methyl-pyrazine in FF3 induced the lower roast flavor, which may also lead to the decline of the sensory score. Similarly, the higher portion of (E)-2-undecenal, hexanoic acid, heptanoic acid, and nonanoic acid in RO3 leads to increase in its rancid score and thus lower the sensory score. When the TPC content exceeded 22%, the peroxidation of the oil could cause the rancid taste. Therefore, it should be controlled in the later stage of frying. By understanding the changes of key flavor substances during the frying process, it can be significantly used as a reference for the development of fried products with the best flavor.

Objective To investigate the prognostic value of dynamic susceptibility contrast⁃enhanced MRI (DSC⁃MRI), 3D⁃arterial spin labeling (3D⁃ASL) and intravoxel incoherentmotion (IVIM) in glioblastoma. Methods From August 2016 to October 2017, a total of 34 patients with glioblastoma were enrolled. According to the overall survival (OS), they were divided into < 14 months group (17 cases) and ≥ 14 months group (17 cases). MRI conventional sequences, DSC⁃MRI, 3D⁃ASL, IVIM were acquired before operation. Multiple regions of interest (ROIs) were placed in the tumor⁃enhanced region and the peritumoral region, and recorded the values of DSC⁃maximum relative cerebral blood volume (DSC⁃rCBV max ) and relative cerebral blood flow (DSC⁃rCBF), ASL⁃cerebral blood flow (ASL⁃CBF), IVIM⁃perfusion fraction (PF). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluated the prognostic value of the imaging indicators. Results There were no significant differences in ASL⁃CBF, IVIM⁃PF, DSC⁃rCBF and DSC⁃rCBV max between the OS < 14 months group and the OS ≥ 14 months group in tumor⁃enhanced region (P > 0.05, for all). In the peritumoral region, the IVIM⁃PF of the patients in OS < 14 months was lower (P = 0.011) while DSC⁃rCBF (P = 0.009) and DSC⁃rCBV max (P = 0.012) were higher than OS ≥ 14 months group. The area under the ROC curve was 0.579 (95%CI: 0.372-0.787, P = 0.453), 0.763 (95%CI: 0.588-0.937, P = 0.013) and 0.746 (95%CI: 0.565-0.926, P = 0.020) respectively, suggesting that DSC⁃rCBF and DSC⁃ rCBV max have better reference value for prognosis. Conclusions The imaging indicators of DSC⁃MRI have an effect on the OS of glioblastoma, while IVIM and ASL have not shown an effect on overall survival. DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1672⁃6731.2019.11.008

Objective To assess the effect of PBL on OSCE results of residents in ultrasound department. Methods There were 30 trainees from class 2015 and class 2016 for standardized resident training. Fourteen residents from class 2015 received traditional teaching methods and 16 residents from class 2016 received traditional teaching method combined with PBL. The scores of Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE) between the two groups were compared and analyzed to find whether PBL can improve the OSCE results of residents in our department. Results The scores of OSCE including practice and theory of class 2016 were significantly higher than that of class 2015(P＜0.05). Conclusions PBL may improve the practical skill and theory level of residents and optimize their professional capacity.

The preparation methods of NiCo2O4 materials are introduced, including hydrothermal/solvo-thermal method, sol-gel method, electrospinning method and so on. The existing problems and modification methods of NiCo2 O4 materials in the application process are described. Poor cycle stability, low energy density and functional density limit its practical application to a great extent. Therefore, many modification methods have been studied, mainly by changing the material structure and coating and doping conductive substances, and the development and application of NiCo2O4 materials are prospected. If there is an error or abnormality in the pathological tissue examination process, it may affect the safety of the patient and the quality and timely delivery of subsequent medical care. An abnormal incident of pathological tissue specimen missed delivery did occurred in this hospital in December 2018. The current situation analysis has established the following problems: there is no pathological tissue examination submission form placement specification; no pathological tissue specimen submission monitoring process; no specific collaborative inspection personnel; and a failure to check the Medical records leaflet. These issues triggered the motivation for improvement. Solutions include: setting up a specific location to place the pathological tissue inspection submission form; the secretary will confirm the leaflet every day, the nurse practitioner and attending physicians will collect pathological tissues together then check and complete the pathological tissue inspection submission form; scheduling of specific nurses to check the medical records leaflet and import into the Barcode pathology examination system; schedule Barcode pathology examination system education and training courses, and promotes to all units. After improvement resulting from the project, tracking from February 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020, showed issues had reduced to 0, thus reaching the project goal. It is hoped that through the comprehensive barcoded pathological tissue specimen delivery process, the rate of missed specimens will be eliminated, and the patient's right to receive immediate medical treatment and diagnosis will be maintained. We share the hospice care experience of caring for a foreign spouse with AIDS related terminal Hepatocellular Carcinoma cancer induced cachexia. Data was collected from 12th December, 2018 to 31st January, 2019, through observation, interviews, physical examination, group discussions and reviewing of medical charts. Several aspects were evaluated, including the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual health, as well as social relations, to conclude the major health problems to be insufficient nutrition, chronic pain and death anxiety. Individualized care was provided by establishing a long-term trusting relationship with the patient and her family, forming a multidisciplinary care team of AIDS specialists and Hospice crew, and using four core values of hospice care. Additionally, discussions with the dietitian and family members established the type of food preferred by the patient, visiting time of the AIDS team and Hospice volunteers were coordinated, and we conducted life review method to harmonize the relationship between the patient and her daughter. Objective Studying the genetic structure and geographic distribution of Mycobacterium tuberculosis lineage 2 circulating in China will provide a scientific basis for formulating tuberculosis prevention and control strategies. Methods The standard 15-site mycobacterial scattered repeat unit-variable number tandem repeats (VNTR) technique was used to genotype 2 900 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis lineage 2 from a sample survey of 31 provinces and cities across the country. Based on the above-mentioned strain 15-VNTR data, Bayesian clustering method STRUCTURE was used to analyze the population genetic structure; Neighbor-Joining (N-J) trees and Minimum Spanning Trees (MST) were constructed for population genetic differentiation analysis. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to verify. Results STRUCTURE analysis showed that pedigree 2 could be divided into 4 clades; the MST topology suggested that clade 2 was located at the founder's position and was older; the other clades (clade 1, 3, 4) were located at the branch position, which were more modern. Clade 2 is mainly distributed in the southwestern region and the three northeastern provinces; Clade 1, 3, and 4 are mainly distributed in the eastern and central regions of my country. It was speculated that due to population migration, the genetic distance between the strains was relatively close, and the strains spread from northeast to central China. Principal component analysis showed that the differentiation of the four strains was not obvious. Conclusion The Mycobacterium tuberculosis lineage 2 can be divided into 4 subgroups, and the genetic geographic distribution of each subgroup is different. Objective * To establish the reference intervals of serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) in healthy women of childbearing age in different age groups in Shanghai. Methods * A total of 239 healthy women of childbearing age, who accepted staff physical examination in International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, during July 2019, were enrolled and detected for serum AMH level using chemiluminescence immunoassay. After the outlier exclusion, 234 subjects were finally included and divided into six age groups. The reference intervals of serum AMH in healthy women of childbearing age in different age groups in Shanghai were established. The natural logarithm of serum AMH level and age were fitted by quadratic regression model. Results * The reference interval of serum AMH level was expressed as M(P5-P95), which were 4.76 (0.96-14.17) ng/mL in women aged 19-24 years, 6.03 (1.38-16.56) ng/mL in women aged 25-29 years, 4.30 (0.95-10.73) ng/mL in women aged 30-34 years, 2.40 (0.33-9.27) ng/mL in women aged 35-39 years, 1.04 (0.05-4.00) ng/mL in women aged 40-44 years, and 0.21 (0.01-3.04) ng/ mL in women aged 45-49 years. After logarithmic transformation, serum AMH level and age could well obey the quadratic regression model (R²=0.502). Conclusion * The reference intervals of serum AMH level established for the first time in healthy women of child-bearing age in Shanghai may provide the basis for the evaluation of ovarian reserve function of women of different ages. BACKGROUND: Traumatic neuroma is a common complication of peripheral nerve injury, and basic research on peripheral nerve repair and regeneration through a traumatic neuroma model is rarely reported. OBJECTIVE: To establish and identify a traumatic neuroma model. METHODS: The study was approved by the Laboratory Animal Ethical Committee of Chinese PLA General Hospital. Fifteen healthy Sprague-Dawley rats aged 8 weeks old were selected to expose the sciatic nerve under microscope, and the sciatic nerve was cut 1 em away from the posterior gluteal muscle branch using microscissors. The proximal nerve was sutured to the surrounding muscle with 11-0 microlines, and the distal nerve was left open and reflexed. After 3 weeks, ultrasonic and histological examinations were used to verify the formation of neuroma. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Ultrasound: After 3 weeks of modeling, the proximal nerve showed obvious spindle enlargement, which was a hypoechoic parenchymal nodule without echo. (2) Gross observation: The proximal nerves were enlarged and slightly stiffened, with fibrous connective tissue hyperplasia and adhesion to the surrounding tissues. (3) Hematoxylin-eosin staining indicated hyperplasia of fibrous tissue and disorderly growth of nerve fibers in the tumor. Immunofluorescence staining (S100, NF200) revealed irregular hyperplasia of Schwann cells and nerve axons in the tumor. Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation method. 3D graphene was modified on the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles, and then covered with tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) and vinyltrimethoxysilane (VTMO). Finally, the magnetic functional material Fe3O4@3DG@VTMO@MPS was synthesized by the polymerization of functional monomer 3-mercapto-1-propanesulfonate(MPS) on the surface using "thiol-ene" click chemistry. The structure, morphology and thermal stability of the functional materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), dynamic light scattering (DLS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FLlR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), respectively. The adsorption properties of this functional material for Lysozyme were studied by static adsorption experiments. The results show that the magnetic functional materials had nice adsorption capacity (the maximum adsorption capacity was 162.1 mg/g) and fast adsorption kinetics(the adsorption equilibrium could be reached in 150 min). The pseudo-second-order kinetic model was suitable for describing the adsorption kinetics of lysozyme on functional materials, and the adsorption process of functional materials on lysozyme was more in line with Langmuir adsorption model, indicating that adsorption is monolayer adsorption. Fe3O4@3DG@VTMO@MPS as solid phase extraction materials as solid phase extraction materials could be used for separation and enrichment of lysozyme, then combined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to detect honey in actual samples. Chinese fir plantation is an important part of the subtropical forests in southern China. It has a sustainable natural regeneration ability, which is the foundation of determining community succession direction and maintaining their large area. The main objective of this study was to investigate whether the seed pool was the main restricting factor for the natural regeneration of Chinese fir plantation. Mixed broad leaf-conifer forest and pure plantation of Chinese fir were selected to study the species composition, quantity and seasonal dynamics of all species and dominant species. The results showed that seeds from 21 species belonged to 13 families and 18 genera were collected in the mixed forest, while seeds from 19 species belonged to 12 families and 16 genera were collected from pure forest. Seed rain intensities of all species were 3797 and 3300 seeds ⋅ m-2 in mixed forest and pure plantation, respectively. The number of seeds from tree species was absolutely dominant in seed rain (mixed forest 89.1%, pure plantation 86.2%). The number of Chinese fir seeds was the largest, the intact seeds intensities were 825 and 345 seeds ⋅ m-2, respectively. The proportion of all types of seeds in both stands followed the order: the intact seeds > empty or rotten seeds > feeding seeds. The seed rain of both stands had significant seasonal dynamics, both reaching the peak in autumn. The seed rain mainly was intact seeds at the peak of seed-falling. Both mixed forest and pure plantation of Chinese fir had plenty of seeds. Background Paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia (PKD) is a rare involuntary movement disorder characterized by transient and recurrent dystonic or choreoathetoid attacks triggered by sudden voluntary movements. Since 2011, progress in genetics and pathophysiology has been made. Our study aimed to investigate and analyze the characteristics of social behavior, quality of life and related factors in patients with PKD in China. Methods A cross - sectional study was conducted regarding health - related behaviors in 188 patients with PKD by using the Chinese Version of Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90) and World Health Organization Quality of Life - 100 (WHOQoL - 100) questionnaires. Psychometric symptoms, mental health, quality of life and related factors were all investigated and analyzed. Results A total of 120 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Compared with Chinese norm, patients with PKD showed significantly higher scores in global severity index (GSI, P = 0.000) and SCL-90 scores (somatization, obsessive - compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation, psychoticism; P = 0.000, for all). Patients with PKD also showed significantly lower scores than Chinese norm in general quality of life (P = 0.000) and four domains of WHOQoL - 100 (physiological domain, psychological domain, independence domain, social relationship domain; P = 0.000, for all). Pearson and partial correlation analysis showed that quality of life of PKD patients was in positive correaltion with complex PKD and remission (P = 0.016, 0.000), while was in negative correaltion with somatization, obsessive - compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychoticism (P = 0.000, for all). The results of multiple linear regresssion analysis showed that lower quality of life was in association with remission (P = 0.024) and depression (P = 0.000). The degree of impact was R2 value 0.423 for remission and R2 value 0.398 for depression. Conclusions The prevalence of psychometric symptoms and poor quality of life in PKD patients were studied and the efforts to recognize and detect comorbid interictal psychological distress were important, especially for the patients with higher depression score and without remission trend. A preliminary study was conducted on the phytoplankton community structure and the annual variation of species diversity in Mingzhu Lake of Chongming Island from January to Decem- ber 2007. A total of 120 phytoplankton species belonging to 8 phyla and 63 genera were collected, among which, Phormidium tenue, Meismopedia tenuissima, M. convoluta, Microcystis incerta and Synedra ulna were the dominant species. The mean annual density and biomass of the phytoplank- ton were 5361.57×104 cell•L-1 and 7.68 mg•L-1, respectively. There was a significant differ- ence in the monthly phytoplankton standing crop (P<0.01), being the highest in July, but no sig- nificant difference was observed among different observation stations. The Shannon index and Mar- galef index of the phytoplankton community were higher in spring and winter than in the summer and autumn. Biological evaluation indicated that the water quality of Mingzhu Lake was better in spring and winter than in the other two seasons, and canonical correlation analysis (CCA) sugges- ted that the main factors affecting the phytoplankton community were water temperature, followed by total phosphorus, and total nitrogen. In order to solve the problems of insufficient user support and low user immersion in traditional navigation methods in complex virtual reality scenes, this paper proposes a binary classification model based on the gradient boost decision tree,which uses eye movement data before and after the user's need for auxiliary navigation in the VR environment to analyze and predict whether the user needs navigation during the task.The model is evaluated according to the user's gaze sequence,and the average precision and accuracy of the user demand judgment method are 77.6% and 77.2%,respectively.In addition,we implemente a navigation aid prototype system.By classifying the user's navigation requirement based on eye movement data,the user interface of the prototype system can automatically present the map for navigation.Experimental results showed that,compared with the traditional permanent assisted navigation method,the adaptive assisted navigation proposed in this paper can provide better user experience.
