Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence and mortality rate worldwide. For lung adenocarcinoma, identifying specific gene mutations, fusions, and giving corresponding targeted drugs can greatly improve the survival time of the patients. Among them, anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusion occurs in 3%-7% of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In clinical practice, a variety of detection methods can be used to determine the ALK fusion status, but false negative test results are possible. This paper retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with lung adenocarcinoma, judged the ALK fusion status by various detection methods. Among them, immunohistochemistry (IHC)(Ventana D5F3), RNA based next-generation sequencing (RNA-based NGS) confirmed positive echinoderm microtubule associated protein like 4 (EML4)-ALK fusion, while DNA-based NGS was negative. This paper analyzed the detection methods of ALK fusion, in order to clarify which detection method is the most accurate and simple to choose in different clinical cases and guide the subsequent treatment. The traditional public opinion data collection methods of power network have some problems, such as low recall rate, low calculation accuracy and being time-consuming. Therefore, the topic crawler technology was used to improve the data collection method. Firstly, the topic crawler technology was used to build the data collection framework, and based on the framework, the topic vector of network public opinion was constructed. Secondly, we defined the topic and keyword of network public opinion, and calculated the similarity between keyword vector and power web page by using the similarity model, which was added to the web crawler queue. Finally, used the best first search strategy, setted the web page with the highest similarity as the first priority, downloaded and stored network public opinion related data, completed data crawling and realized data collection. The experimental results show that the average recall rate of the method in this paper is as high as 92%, the accuracy of web page similarity calculation is higher than 90%, and the average time of data acquisition is 36 minutes, which is better than the comparison method. The fault early warning model for centrifugal blowers established by laboratory data become invalid when used in factories. And data collecting there was difficult to build high-precision model. To address this problem, this paper proposed a transfer learning method based on AE, which had ability to build the fault early warning model suitable for factory environments quickly. Firstly, the monitoring data of centrifugal blowers collected in the laboratory was windowed resampled to establish an AE model with sparse constraints. Secondly, the factory and laboratory data were input into the AE network to obtain low-dimensional features, and the maximum mean discrepancy (MMD) between the two low-dimensional features was minimized, then the AE model with small learning rate was fine-tuned to complete the transfer of AE model. Finally, based on the trained AE model and early warning indicator, the fault early warning strategy was formulated to realize fault early warning for centrifugal blowers under the actual environments of the factories. The composition of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is complex, and analysis of those chemical compositions is vital for the research of TCM. Mass spectrometric-based technologies, especially ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS), are considered to be powerful techniques with the advantages of high sensitivity, high selectivity, rapidity, and high resolution. In recent years, approaches of MS data acquisition and data post-processing strategies were continuously evolving, including MSE, SWATH, mass spectral trees similarity filter (MTSF), and molecular networking (MN), facilitating the exploration and identification of TCM components. In this paper, the applications of mass spectrometric-based technologies and strategies for the analysis of TCM components would be discussed as well as a brief outlook on the perspectives of such technologies and strategies. To investigate the conditions of citation errors in different graduate programs, this study analyzed a total of 3,564 references cited in 125 master's theses, endorsed respectively by the Departments of Information and Library Science (DILS) as well as Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering (CSIE) of Tamkang University in 2007 and 2011. The analyses focused on citation error rates, citation errors associated with different reference types, and the types of citation errors, i.e., numeric errors, textual errors, or both. The overall citation error rate within the sample theses was 22.8% (21% and 24.4% for the academic years of 2007 and 2011, respectively). Error rate for DILS was 20.1% and 24.3% for CSIE. Citation errors occurred mostly in references to books, followed by conference papers and theses. Citation error rates for each individual thesis ranged from 4% to 81.3%. The study results showed that citation instruction in graduate programs is highly needed to promote better citation behavior. The use of reference management tools combined with citation instruction via research methods and library instruction courses may effectively reduce the occurrence of citation errors.
