Background The number of migrant elderly in China and abroad is rising, and their mental health problems can no longer be ignored due to mobility-related adversities. Objective To analyze the current situation, research hotspots and trends in the field of mental health of migrant elderly at home and abroad in the past 10 years based on CiteSpace, and provide reference for research in related fields. Methods CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, CBM, Scopus, PubMed and Web of Science Core Collection were used as data sources, and CiteSpace was used for visualization and analysis, including publication volume, authors, institutions and keywords. Results A total of 1 023 papers were obtained, 726 in English and 297 in Chinese. Domestic authors mainly collaborated with the same institution, while there were more inter-institutional collaborations abroad. The current research hotspots mainly focused on the elderly with migration, elderly immigrants, old migrants, depression, psychological distress and social support. Conclusion Compared with abroad, there are fewer publications in China currently, with looser cooperation among research authors and institutions, and a lack of core authors, needing more diversification of disciplines and research methods. Focusing on hotspots and cutting-edge content, exploring the mechanism of the role of mental health of migrant elderly, implementing psychological interventions, strengthening health education, and improving the psychological resilience and subjective well-being of migrant elderly are the main trends of future research.

To provide researchers with a comprehensive understanding of the Psychology and Behavior Investigation of Chinese Residents (PBICR), this paper introduces its background and features from four aspects. In terms of design concepts, PBICR focuses on many aspects of mental health and health behaviours in the Chinese population, takes full account of timeliness and efficiency, adheres to the original intention of data openness and data sharing, builds a high-quality database with a large-sample, multi-centre, repetitive, nationwide cross-sectional design, and promotes data mining and exchange and cooperation; in terms of survey implementation, PBICR adopts a combination of population size-proportional, multistage sampling and quota sampling, and obtains data through face-to-face field surveys with strict quality control to ensure the representativeness and reliability of the samples; in terms of output, PBICR's research content is rich and updated in line with international hotspots, which can satisfy the demand for research on diversified variables and data, and the results of its past research have a higher influence in many fields such as public health, management, communication, and psychology; Looking ahead, PBICR will gradually complete the construction of databases from the general database to sub-databases, pay attention to special populations and a wide range of regions around the world, add tracking surveys and biomedical data research perspectives, and have great research potential to drive research on the mental and behavioural health of Chinese residents through the overall layout of the multi-dimensional.

BackgroundDue to the COVID-19 pandemic， both teenagers' studies and personal life are critically affected， which has resulted in a variety of mental health problems. In this regard， scholars at home and abroad have carried out a large number of research concerning adolescent mental health， of which there still exists a lack of systematic combing and review.ObjectiveTo understand the status and development trend of research on adolescent mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic at home and abroad， and to grasp the current research hotspots and trends in this field， so as to provide references for relevant research and practice in the post-epidemic era.MethodsOn October 30， 2022， we searched through China Knowledge Network Infrastructure （CNKI） and Web of Science database， and the publishing time of articles to be retrieved was limited between December 1， 2019 and October 30， 2022. Excel and CiteSpace were used to perform visual analysis on these articles in terms of number， author， institution， country and keywords of the articles.ResultsA total of 7 608 articles were included. At home and abroad， the number of papers related to adolescent mental health generally increased at first and then decreased under the pandemic situation. Compared with foreign countries， the connection and cooperation among domestic scholars and institutions was not close enough. The top three countries in the number of English literature published were the United States， Britain and China， and those in intermediary center were Tunis， Cameroon and Anguilla. The parent-child relationship and mental health of teenagers during were much concerned by scholars both at home and abroad. With the passage of time， researchers at home and abroad had shifted their focus from only negative factors to positive factors.ConclusionChinese scholars or institutions need to strengthen more domestic and international exchanges and cooperation. Scholars from different countries can carry out cross-cultural study on research topics of common concern， and continue to explore the positive psychological changes of teenagers in the post-epidemic era.［Funded by National Social Science Foundation 2020 Education Youth Project of 13th Five-Year Plan （number， CHA200259）］

This paper summarized the nursing management for COVID-19 patients in the mobile cabin hospital. Targeted nursing plan was established based on comprehensive analysis of clinical symptoms.
