Objective To investigate the clinical features and risk factors of sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy in children with sepsis， aiming to provide reference for enhancing the diagnosis and treatment levels of clinicians. Methods Clinical data of children with sepsis were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into the sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy group and non-sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy group according to whether sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy occurred.Clinical characteristics and outcomes were compared between two groups. The risk factors of sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy were analyzed. Results Three hundred and ninty-eight children with sepsis were included in this study， and the incidence of sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy was 15.58%（62/398）. The age of children in the sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy group was 49 （18， 108） months， older than 19 （6， 52） months in the non-sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy group. The incidence of septic shock in the sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy group was 83.87%（52/62）， which was higher than 42.56% （143/336） in the non-sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy group. The mortality rate in the sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy group was 29.03% （18/62）， significantly higher than 14.58% （49/336） in the non-sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy group. All differences were statistically significant （all P < 0.05）.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the influence of age on sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy was statistically significant （OR=1.010， 95%CI 1.003-1.017， P = 0.006）. The higher the lactic acid level， the higher the risk of sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy， with statistical significance （OR=1.163， 95%CI 1.034-1.308， P = 0.012）. The higher the cTnI level， the higher the risk of sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy， with statistical significance （OR=9.929， 95%CI 4.651-21.197， P < 0.001）. Conclusions Compared with children with non-sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy， children with sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy are more prone to septic shock and have higher mortality. Age， lactic acid and cTnI levels are the independent influencing factors for sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy in children.

The occurrence and development of gastric cancer (GC) is determined by many factors. In recent years, the development of molecular biology has provided new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of GC. Microsatellite instability (MSI) GC is a special type of GC caused by the body 's DNA mismatch repair (MMR) gene defect. Studies of the clinical characteristics, molecular mechanisms and prognosis of MSI GC found specific clinicopathological features and better prognosis in MSI GC compared with ordinary types of GC. However, there are still some controversies in the study of MSI gastric cancer at home and abroad. This article aims to review the concept of MSI, the relationship between MSI and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer, and the treatment progress of MSI gastric cancer.

Children with certain comorbidities and immunocompromising conditions are highly vulnerable to SARS-CoV-2 infection. Vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 is an important strategy to reduce death， critical illness and overall disease burden. With the evolving and increasing transmission of SARS-CoV-2， universal vaccination is essential to achieve this goal. Children with special medical conditions are considered as the priorities for SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. However， vaccine hesitancy towards the implementation of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination currently remains an urgent challenge. In order to promote the sustainable vaccination for those children in Shanghai as well as China， Shanghai municipal center for disease control and prevention， together with the national children’s medical center， children’s hospital of Fudan university and the expert group on immunization planning of the Shanghai preventive medicine association， organized a consensus expert working group to formulate the evidence-based recommendations and implementation suggestions for children with common chronic diseases， allergy history， diseases involving adverse events related to vaccination， and immunocompromising conditions， based on the published evidence of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination for populations and children with special medical conditions.

Background It is urgently necessary to find new drugs for chronic prostatitis (CP) as desired treatment effect is still yet to be achieved. Our previous clinical study has found that Anemone tomentosa (Maxim.) Péi has a good effect on CP, but the specific mechanism of action remains to be further studied. Objective To investigate the role of prostasome-derived miRNA-146a in regulating toll-like receptor 4/nuclear factor-κB (TLR-4/NF-κB) pathway and the mechanism of action of Anemone tomentosa in treating chronic inflammation in experimental autoimmune prostatitis (EAP) rats. Methods This study was conducted between December 2021 and June 2022. Forty-two Wistar rats were equally divided into seven groups using a random number table, including normal group, model group, low-, medium- and high-dose Anemone tomentosa groups, miRNA-146a mimics and inhibitor groups. After drug intervention, miRNA-146a-5p mRNA in prostasome was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction, and TLR-4, inhibitor of NF-κB (IκB), phosphorylation of IκB (p-IκB) and tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6) protein were detected by western blot, and inflammatory cytokines were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Objective To explore the influence of negative lymph node count (NLNC) on the prognosis of patients with gastric signet ring cell carcinoma (GSRC) and develop a prognostic nomogram based on NLNC. Methods On the basis of the SEER database, 2 101 patients diagnosed with GSRC were collected and randomly divided into the modeling group and validation group to test the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics and the prognosis of GSRC. The multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model was used to analyze the independent risk factors affecting overall survival and establish a prognostic prediction model. The consistency index (C-index), calibration curve, net reclassification index (NRI), integrated discrimination improvement (IDI), and decision curve analysis (DCA) were used to evaluate the accuracy and clinical applicability of the nomogram. Results All patients were divided according to the ratio of 7:3, with 1 473 in the modeling group and 628 in the validation group. NLNC > 10 (HR=0.578, 95%CI: 0.504-0.662, P < 0.001) was a protective factor for the prognosis of patients with GSRC, and the nomogram model was established based on multivariate Cox proportional hazards model. The C-index values of the nomogram were 0.737 (95%CI: 0.720-0.753) and 0.724 (95%CI: 0.699-0.749) in the modeling and validation groups, respectively, showing good discrimination. The calibration curves showed high consistency of the model. NRI=17.77%, continuous NRI=36.34%, and IDI=4.2% indicated that the model had positive returns compared with the traditional model. The DCA was far from the baseline, indicating that the model had good clinical applicability. Conclusion The increase in NLNC is a favorable factor for the prognosis of patients with GSRC, and a relatively accurate nomogram was established to predict the prognosis of patients with GSRC and help clinicians conduct individualized prognostic evaluations.

A model predictive control method based on terminal constraint was proposed to address the trajectory tracking control problem of manipulator. Firstly, the trajectory tracking problem was transformed into a numerical programming problem of model predictive control by setting objective function and constraint conditions. Secondly, in order to ensure that each manipulator could effectively track the desired trajectory in the time domain, the terminal state equality constraint was applied to the original constraints. Finally, feedback correction control was realized by rolling optimization mechanism in the control time domain. The Gazebo-Simulink co-simulation platform was used to verify the effectiveness of the control method. The results show that the tracking error of each joint of the manipulator can be reduced to 1×10-3 rad within 0.31 s, which has good tracking performance and control stability.

The postoperative pathological staging system (pTNM) has become an important reference for the selection of various tumor treatment strategies and prognosis evaluation at a global scale, and is a powerful predictor of the prognosis of a variety of solid tumors, but the prognosis is still different in patients with the same pTNM staging. In recent years, studies have confirmed that the negative lymph nodes count (NLNC) is related to the prognosis of a variety of solid tumors. Higher NLNC can improve the prognosis of cancer patients, and NLNC can reduce staging migration, which is expected to be a supplement to the pTNM staging system. This article reviews the value of NLNC in the prognosis of solid tumors.

In order to realize the robot′s learning of teaching sewing motion, a robot motion learning method based on Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) -Gaussian Mixture Regression (GMR) was proposed. The improved OPENPOSE model was used to recognize the teaching sewing movements, and the label fusion method was used to correct the joint point labels, so as to solve the problem of joint positioning failure caused by cloth occlusion during the sewing process. Taking the coordinates of the human upper limb joints as training samples of sewing motion, the trajectory samples were divided into motion primitives by time interval, and each motion primitive and its corresponding time were mixed-encoded using GMM to obtain the regression function of the Gaussian component. Besides, GMR was used to predict the connection among motion primitives to generate the sewing motion trajectory, update the Gaussian parameters of regression function, and realize the learning of worker′ upper limbs sewing motion. Through the simulation experiment of trajectory tracking and experiment comparison with Kalman method, the stability and effectiveness of the sewing motion learning method were verified.

During the crack propagation process, the crack branching behavior makes fracture more unpredictable. In this work, three kinds of crack branching models were selected, and the FEM simulations based on GTN（Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman） damage model were used to further investigate the influence of constraint on the crack branching behavior during crack propagation. The results show that the constraint has a great influence on crack branching behavior. Compared with low constraint, the crack branching phenomenon is more obvious under high constraint. The matching between strength mismatch induced by both the mechanical properties and dimensions of different regions and constraint is the key of crack branching. When the crack propagation trends induced by strength mismatch and constraint different in direction, similar in size and large enough, crack branching occurs.

The loading-unloading effect induced by repeated mining disturbance is an important inducement to cause the rock mass failure in roadway engineering. However, there is a lack of research on the mechanical response of the widely distributed weakly cemented sandy mudstone in west China under loading and unloading conditions. In order to solve this problem, the sandy mudstone in borehole BK209 of Shendong Buertai Coal Mine of National Energy Group is taken as the research object, and the uniaxial graded loading and unloading test scheme is adopted (I, II and III loading and unloading paths are set, wherein the loading and unloading path I adopts displacement control, and the loading and unloading paths II and III adopt load control). This paper studies the mechanical and acoustic emission (AE) characteristics of sandy mudstone under different loading and unloading paths. The result shows the following four points. ① Under the loading and unloading path I, the stress of the sample drops rapidly after the stress peak, showing the characteristics of brittleness. Under the loading and unloading path II, the stress drop after the peak stress of the sample is limited and the stress has a certain residual strength. Under loading and unloading path III, the stress of the sample falls after the peak stress, showing certain ductility characteristics. ② The shorter the loading and unloading path, the greater the increase of elastic modulus in the unloading section. The main reason is that the detritus is produced by shear slip in the interface of the new fracture during loading process. When the unloading path is shorts, the detritus falling off under tensile stress fully fills the nearby gap. Therefore, the friction capacity between the fracture surfaces becomes stronger. ③ In the first loading stage, the AE ringing count under the path I is in a symmetrical change of first increasing and then decreasing. The AE ringing count under the path II is in a left-biased peak change. And the AE ringing count under the path III is in a fluctuation change of increasing and decreasing, and the fluctuation in the middle is large. In the second loading stage, under the load paths I and III, when the stress increases to near the peak value and reaches the yield limit of sandy mudstone, the AE ringing count increases sharply and Kaiser point appears. During the last loading to the peak value, the AE ringing count under path I first occurs uniformly and continuously, and then increases gradually. The AE ringing counts under paths II and III occur uniformly and continuously, and the stress near the peak increases in a leaping manner. ④ In the first loading stage, the AE ringing count is less because of the low stress, and the AE is in relatively quiet period. In the unloading stage, there is basically no ring count, and the AE is in intermittent period. With the increase of stress and loading and unloading times, the AE ringing count increases relatively. The AE is in a fluctuating period. During the last loading to the peak value, the sandy mudstone is in the destruction stage, and the AE ringing count increases sharply. The AE enters the active period.

Objective To analyze whether schistosomiasis japonica has a certain correlation with the occurrence of intestinal cancer and investigate the characteristics of intestinal cancer with schistosomiasis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data, pathological and laboratory examination results of 187 colorectal cancer patients with schistosomiasis treated in Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2017. In addition, 2597 colorectal cancer patients without schistosomiasis were included as control group in the same period. Results Among these patients with schistosomiasis, males were significantly more than females (P=0.002); the average age was significantly higher than the control group (64.79±10.91) vs. (61.63±11.86) years old, P=0.001), especially after 60 years old (P=0.007). The number of red blood cells in both groups was lower than the normal value (P=0.01). The positive number of fecal occult blood in colorectal cancer patients with schistosomiasis was significantly higher than that in the control group (119 (63.64%) vs. 1344 (51.75%), P=0.002). The levels of CEA and CA199 in both groups were significantly higher than normal value. Conclusion Colorectal cancer with schistosomiasis has clinical characteristics. For the residents in schistosomiasis endemic areas, especially middle-aged and elderly men, it is suggested that serum tumor markers and gastrointestinal endoscopic examination should be performed regularly to detect the possibility of schistosomiasis combined with digestive tract tumors as early as possible.

The electric wheel drive technology subverts the driving mode of the traditional automobile and represents the development direction of the electric vehicle in the future. In particular，the electric wheel with reducer has great development potential due to its compact structure，large output torque，high efficiency and specific power. The concept，working principle，technical characteristics and suitable types of the reducer（wheel side reducer and wheel hub reducer）for electric wheel drive electric vehicles are described. The present situation of application and research of wheel side reducer and wheel hub reducer at home and abroad are briefly introduced. The performance indexes and suggestions for the type of reducer of three kinds of common electric wheel deceleration drive vehicles are given. The common problems hindering the development of wheel side reducer and wheel hub reducer are summarized，and the corresponding solutions are summarized for the bottleneck problems of wheel side reducer development. The future development direction and challenges of wheel side reducer and wheel hub reducer are prospected.

According to the need of the stability and complexity of the robot trajectory path,a method of Cartesian space trajectory planning based on the Jerk optimal is presented,a smooth and stable robot motion trajectory is obtained. The trajectory path is imposed through limits on the waypoints in the Cartesian space,the continuous differentiable cosine curve is used to interpolate the robot trajectory path between the waypoints,and the expected joint angle of robot is calculated by solving the inverse kinematics. Finally,the trajectory planning method is validated through simulations and experiments on NAO robot. The experimental results show that the smoothness and stability of the trajectory path is excellent,the experiment task action are completed successfully.

In order to study the effects of ultrasonic vibration lens assisted on the quality and efficiency of laser drilling, the YLR1000 continuous laser and the self-designed ultrasonic vibration lens auxiliary device were used to study 304 stainless steel sheets, respectively, with different defocusing amounts, laser power, drilling time, and ultrasonic amplitude were compared with or without utrasonic vibration assisted laser drilling. In the expeiiments, the VHX-1000E super depth of field micros-copy system was used to detect the workpiece, and the experimental results were analyzed which the aperture, heat affected zone radius, hole taper, hole depth and splash height as the main indicators. The results show that the ultrasonic vibration lens assisted improves the processing quality and efficiency of laser drilling in general. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
