Taeniasis is a foodborne zoonotic parasitic disease caused by parasitism of Taenia solium, Taenia saginata and Taenia asiatica in the human intestine. Humans are the only ultimate hosts. In this article, the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with acute abdomen caused by taeniasis were reported. The 28-year old male patient was mainly manifested as abdominal pain. Blood routine, biochemistry, imaging and other examinations after admission excluded the possibility of appendicitis and the possibility of acute abdomen induced by other causes was considered. After conservative treatment including abstinence from drinking and eating, enema, anti-inflammation and fluid replacement, the patient restored defecation and flatus, and abdominal pain was significantly mitigated. The diagnosis of incomplete intestinal obstruction caused by infection of Taenia was confirmed by the segments of Taenia in the stool sample. The patient was given with albendazole and successfully discharged from hospital. This case suggests that clinicians should deepen the understanding of intestinal parasitic diseases, broaden diagnostic thinking, and reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Under the guidance of the simulation of antigen-antibody recognition in biological mechanisms of the immune system, based on the artificial immune algorithm, a prediction model for slope stability was introduced. The slope stability sample set was defined as antigen set, and the influence factors of slope stability were defined as the antibody. Through reiteration of genetic manipulation on the antigen gene segment, the antibody set that can perform slope stability well was developed. The affinity between prediction sample set and antibody set were calculated, and the KNN algorithm was used to predict the sample stability. The self-adaptive artificial immune algorithm was also employed to improve the model effectiveness and reliability. The case study confirms that self-adaptive artificial immune algorithm has a more accurate prediction than basic artificial immune algorithm, proving that the self-adaptive approach is effective. The new method can avoid from building complex non-linear function between influence factors and stability, effectively reduce the modeling complexity and has better adaptability. Objective · To identify some related molecular markers for the diagnosis and treatment of lung adenocarcinoma by transcriptome analysis. Methods · The differentially expressed analyses were performed to identify the differentially expressed genes (DEGs), the differentially expressed miRNAs (DEMs), and the differentially expressed circRNAs (DECs). Functional and pathway enrichment analyses were conducted for DEGs, and the targets prediction for DEMs. Regulated network of the DEGs and DEMs was constructed, and some candidates were selected. The biomarkers obtained were verified by the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and the qRT-PCR, and the correlation between their expression levels and overall survival and tumor stage were analyzed. Results · Sixty-one overlaps were contained in the 3 sets of DEGs in 3 gene expression profiles, which were enriched in 32 gene ontology (GO) terms and 10 pathways. Twenty-four DEMs were identified, and 612 miRNA-target pairs were screened out that the target genes were DEGs. In the circRNA microarray, 92 DECs were obtained. ADRA1A, hsa-miR-141-5p and hsa-miR-191-3p were important nodes in the network. TCGA and qRT-PCR results were consistent with the microarray analysis results, in addition, hsa-miR-191-3p was significantly correlated with tumor stage. Conclusion · ADRA1A, hsa-miR-141-5p, hsa-miR-191-3p, SFTPC, ITLN2 and SLC6A4 might be potential biomarkers of lung adenocarcinoma, and hsa-miR-191-3p might be associated with tumor progression. Based on the elliptic paraboloid zone theory of mining fissure, a theoretical model was established, which means that the temporal and spatial form of excellent mining gas channel was corresponding to the advancing distance of working face, and the upper and lower boundary of excellent gas channel was determined in this study. Based on the geological conditions of Qinan Coal Mine of Huaibei, this study investigated the expanding rule of mining gas channel by UDEC as well as the control action of the channel acting on the pressure relief flow under the condition of coal seam group using field test. The numerical calculations show that the typical location, height and width of excellent mining gas channel are lower with the higher drawing speed. According to the numerical calculations, the design parameters of high drilling was optimized with the higher drawing speed for the field test in 34low2 working face, which verifies the feasibility of parameters optimization for high drilling, and also confirms the guidance and control effect of drawing speed on excellent gas channel proposed in this study. Taking roof shallow strata as the research object, the field test research on the drilling feedback signal of variable thrust level in drilling construction process and the characteristics of drill deep-drill speed, the results showed that in drilling area drilling speed and thrust level are approximate linear positive correlation. As lithology different its drill speed growth rate is different. In blocking of the mudstone layer the drill speed is negative growth. Under 2.5-3.5 kN thrust level, the drilling speed in the coal seams, mudstone layer and sandstone layer decreases in turn. The coal seam roof of test coal mine is in the drilling area. The average drilling speed is 41. 8-43. 2 mm/s, fluctuation is -4.07% -3.01% ; The average drilling speed in sandstone is 8. 4-9. 8 mm/s, fluctuation is -16.3% -19. 0% ; The average drilling speed in mudstone is 22.4-23.5 mm/s, fluctuation is -28.1%-24.3% ;The integrity of roof mudstone is poor, there is a fissure channel in each range of 1. 1-1.3, 2.7-2.8 and 4. 1-4. 4 m, the fluctuation of drilling speed in channel is up to 122.3%; the characteristic curve of drilling depth-drilling speed can clearly characterize the location of fissure channel.
