[Objective] Liquid hydrogen has garnered significant interest for its high volumetric density and hydrogen purity. However, it easily evaporates during transportation due to its low boiling point, thus causing hydrogen loss. In this case, cryogenic insulation technology becomes essential for facilitating liquid hydrogen pipeline transportation. [Methods] The analysis of heat leakage in the pipeline's annulus considered three modes of heat transfer: solid heat conduction, gas heat conduction, and radiant heat exchange. Since the solid heat conduction primarily arises from the thermal insulation support structure within the annulus, an overview was provided on the heatconducting properties of various support structures. In addition, maintaining the vacuum level of annulus interlayer can effectively weaken the heat leakage caused by gas heat conduction. The impact of vacuum multilayer insulation on cryogenic insulation is a current focus of research. The prediction model and arrangement mode of vacuum multilayer insulation, as well as uniform density multilayer insulation(UD-MLI) and variable density multilayer insulation(VD-MLI) were examined and analyzed in this study. [Results] By optimizing support shape and minimizing heat transfer paths while reducing contact points and areas between the support and inner/outer pipe, heat leakage can be effectively decreased while ensuring stress intensity. Further study on cost-effective and high-efficiency getters is the most direct and effective approach to maintaining vacuum levels. Vacuum multilayer insulation technology has been extensively utilized in cryogenic equipment to significantly diminish solid and gas heat conduction as well as radiant heat exchange. Both UD-MLI and VD-MLI feature the optimal layer density configuration to minimize heat leakage, with VD-MLI offering superior insulation performance and a weight advantage. [Conclusion] Optimizing annulus geometry and heat transfer modes, along with developing high-efficiency hydrogen getters, are vital for advancing annulus insulation technology in cryogenic liquid hydrogen transportation pipelines and minimizing hydrogen loss during transportation.

Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (CRP) has both culinary and medicinal uses, with high medicinal and economic value. However, CRP fraud such as mislabeling of the geographical origin, passing off, and aging time cheating has occurred frequently, which damages consumer interests. In order to ensure the safety and quality of CRP, it is urgent to establish effective techniques for its geographical origin traceability and authentication. In this article, we review recent progress on the application of metabolomics, spectroscopy, DNA analysis, elemental analysis and intelligent sensory analysis in identifying the geographical origin, variety, harvest period and aging time of CRP. Meanwhile, we compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each technique, and propose the existing problems and future research priorities in the field of geographical origin traceability and authentication of CRP.

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of artificial perfusion combined with interception basket in ureteral calculi lithotripsy. Methods Clinical data of 151 patients with ureteral calculi who underwent surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the observation group（artificial perfusion combined with interception basket）and control group（conventional perfusion pump）. The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，proportion of stone escape，stone re-intervention and complications were observed in two groups. Results There were no significant differences in operation time，intraoperative blood loss and incidence of complications between two groups（all P > 0.05）. The proportion of stone escape and stone re-intervention in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（both P < 0.05）. Conclusion Artificial low-pressure perfusion combined with interception basket in ureteral stone lithotripsy can reduce the proportion of stone escape and residual stone re-intervention and improve the stone clearance efficiency.

In the context of new power systems， the diverse distributed power sources and user-side behavior have introduced instability in bus loads， thus presenting a fresh challenge for short-term load forecasting. In response to this challenge， a noise reduction forecasting method for bus load based on sequence decomposition is proposed. The construction and decomposition rules of the variational mode decomposition （VMD） are applied to the sequence decomposition of bus load. The residual terms following the sequence decomposition are smoothed using locally weighted regression （LWR） to forecast the noise reduction of bus load. Based on the measured active power data of bus load in an area， a recurrent neural network （RNN） is constructed to forecast the bus load after noise reduction. The results indicate that this method effectively eliminates the noise of the bus load sequence， and the sequence tends to be smooth while retaining the characteristics of the original bus load sequence. Moreover， it yields excellent forecasting curves and accurate forecasting results.

Objective·To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic risk factors of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and evaluate the prognostic effects of autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) and rituximab maintenance therapy on DLBCL patients.Methods·The clinical data of 160 patients with DLBCL who were first diagnosed by pathology and immunotyping were collected from the Department of Hematology, Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2015 to January 2020, and the risk factors affecting the efficacy and prognosis of patients were analyzed. Moreover, the clinical characteristics of patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL and the effect of salvage ASCT on overall survival (OS) were assessed. For those high-risk patients who achieved complete remission (CR) in the interim assessment, the impact of ASCT and rituximab maintenance therapy on survival outcomes was further assessed.Results·Patients with initial age of treatment >60 years (P=0.005), International Prognostic Index (IPI) 3‒5 scores (P=0.032), low albumin level (P=0.001) and anemia (P=0.007) had poor efficacy. Multivariate analysis showed that the initial age of treatment >60 years (HR=2.788, 95%CI 1.575‒4.936, P=0.000), non-GCB subtype (HR=2.230, 95%CI 1.150‒4.324, P=0.018), elevated lactate dehydrogenase level (HR=2.064, 95%CI 1.006‒4.234, P=0.048) and low albumin level (HR=2.052, 95% CI 1.169‒3.602, P=0.012) were the independent risk factors for progression-free survival (PFS). The initial age of treatment >60 years (HR=2.269, 95% CI 1.060‒4.860, P=0.035) and IPI scores of 3 to 5 (HR=2.557, 95%CI 1.132‒5.778, P=0.024) were independent factors affecting OS. For patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL, salvage ASCT was found to significantly improve the prognosis of these patients and was a protective factor for the death event of patients (P=0.030). For patients in the high-risk group who achieved CR in the interim evaluation after chemotherapy, there were no deaths in patients on maintenance therapy with consolidation ASCT and rituximab to the end point of follow-up; however, it did not prolong the OS of the patients (P>0.05).Conclusion·In patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL, salvage ASCT can significantly prolong the OS, whereas in the high-risk patients of DLBCL, consolidation ASCT and rituximab maintenance therapy can't prolong the OS.

The connection between B10 seawater pipeline and FeMnSi memory alloy pipe joint is prone to galvanic corrosion.In order to clarify the galvanic corrosion mechanism of FeMnSi/B10， the corrosion behavior， corrosion morphology， and corrosion product components of FeMnSi/B10 couple pair in 3.5% (mass fraction) NaCl solution at different temperatures were analyzed by electrochemical test， corrosion weight loss method， SEM， and EDS.Results showed that when galvanic corrosion occurred in FeMnSi/B10， FeMnSi was the cathode and B10 was the anode.The corrosion thermodynamic trends and corrosion rates of FeMnSi and B10 both increased with the increase of temperature.Moreover， the galvanic current density of FeMnSi/B10 couple pair dropped sharply at the beginning， slowed down with time， and finally reached a stable value.When the temperature increased from 25 ℃to 45 ℃， the galvanic current density of the couple pair increased by about 1 time，indicating that the corrosion resistance of the FeMnSi/B10 couple pair was more sensitive to temperature.With the increase of temperature， the corrosion form of B10 developed from intergranular corrosion to exfoliation corrosion.Besides， the corrosion products of FeMnSi memory alloy were Fe2O3， Fe3O4， FeOOH， and the corrosion products of B10 copper-nickel alloy were Cu2O， Cu2Cl(OH)3.

ObjectiveAnalysis of the epidemiological and spatio-temporal clustering of aconite poisoning incidents in China from 2010 to 2020 was performed to provide a reference for the development of precise prevention and control measures and the construction of an early warning system.MethodsCollection of reports of aconite poisoning incidents in surveillance data from 2010 to 2020 with descriptive analysis and spatio-temporal scan analysis was performed.ResultsFrom 2010 to 2020， a total of 380 outbreaks of aconite poisoning with 1 889 illnesses and 75 deaths were reported in China， with a case fatality rate of 3.97% （75/1 889）. The highest number of outbreaks occurred from October to December with 787 cumulative illnesses， accounting for 41.66% （787/1 889） of all cases. More than 86.84% （330/380） of the outbreaks occurred in Yunnan Province and households accounted for 90.26% （343/380） of all outbreak locations. Improper processing resulting in 171 outbreaks， accounting for 45.00% （171/380）. The results of the spatio-temporal scan showed a total of five agglomerative regions， including a category one agglomeration centered in Kunming， Yunnan Province， with an agglomeration period from June 2015 to November 2020， as well as four second-class aggregation areas， including 20 municipalities.ConclusionWe should focus on prevention and control in areas with clusters of aconite poisoning， and publicize and popularize high-risk consumption methods to raise awareness on protection and reduce the occurrence of poisoning incidents before the arrival of the high months.

This work was undertaken in order to study the microbial diversity in dairy products from ethnic minority habitats in Xilin Gol. Six fresh cow milk samples from Sunit Left Banner and East Ujimqin Banner (n = 3 for each region) were selected for metagenomic sequencing, and lactic acid bacteria (LAB) from these samples were isolated and identified by the traditional culture method. There results showed that a total of 165 microbial species were identified in the six milk samples, the dominant ones being Lactococcus lactis and Leuconostoc mesenteroides. Many microbial species were common to the two groups, and there was no significant difference in α- or β-diversity, but there were still significantly differential species identified between these groups. Fresh milk from Sunit Left Banner was dominated by Lactococcu phage BM13, while that from East Ujimqin Banner was dominated by Enterobacter sp. MGH8. A total of 1 408 048 genes and 412 metabolic pathways were annotated using the Uniprot database, whose functions were concentrated on amino acid metabolism and glycolic acid metabolism. A total of 47 strains were isolated from the six fresh milk samples, and L. lactis was the dominant strain, which was consistent with the metagenomic results. This study is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the safe production of fermented dairy products and the development of starter cultures.

Turbine blades are the most demanding components in aircraft engines, and their performance is related to the safety of the whole engine. Due to the complex service environment and harsh service conditions of blades, various types of damage cannot be prevented in service. Therefore, it is of great engineering and economic significance to study the service damage of blades. In this paper, the directional solidification alloy turbine blade after actual service was selected as the research object. The cross section position of 80% upper height of the blade was intercepted, and the qualitative and quantitative microstructure analysis was carried out by SEM and EDS analysis. The results show that there are two different types of γ' phases in this leaf. One kind of γ' phase has small size and regular shape, the other has large size and irregular shape. The degree of microscopic damage among different parts of the blade is characterized with the help of dimensional distribution characterization of the γ' phase of each part, combined with the analysis of hardness testing of each part of the cross-section.The results show that the service conditions of different parts are different, and the degree of microstructure damage is different. In addition, matrix crack and coating crack in some parts of blade are summarized and analyzed.

Objective To investigate the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with choledochojejunostomy. Methods Totally 80 patients undergoing choledochojejunostomy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routing care during the treatement, and those in the observation group received perioperative nursing interventions based on the theory of enhanced recovery after surgery. Primary outcomes were first anal exhaust time, length of hospital stay, hospitalization costs and incidence of postoperative complications. Secondary outcomes were time to remove the gastric tube, time to remove the urinary catheter, time to food-taking, time to off-bed activity and volume of fluid infusion. Results The first anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). The hospitalization costs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The time to remove the gastric tube, time to remove the urinary catheter and time to off-bed activity in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). The volume of fluid infusion in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The enhanced recovery after surgery is effective and safe in perioperative nursing of patients with choledochojejunostomy, it has a positive effect on reducing the incidence of postoperative complications. (目的 探讨基于加速康复外科理念的护理干预在胆肠吻合术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法 选择2018年1月—2020年8月住院行胆肠吻合术的80例患者为研究对象, 按照随机分组方法将患者分为对照组和观察组, 各40例。对照组给予常规护理, 观察组实施基于加速康复外科理念的护理干预。主要指标: 首次肛门排气时间、住院时间、住院费用、并发症的发生率; 次要指标: 拔除胃管时间、尿管时间、进食时间、下床时间、输液量。结果 观察组首次肛门排气时间、住院时间均较对照组缩短, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01), 观察组住院费用较对照组减少, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组拔除胃管时间、拔尿管时间、进食时间以及下床时间较对照组缩短, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01), 观察组输液量也明显少于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 在胆肠吻合术患者围术期护理中的应用加速康复外科理念安全有效, 对降低术后并发症发生率具有积极意义。)

为解决C22-三元羧酸合成过程中均相催化剂残留、原料价格较高等问题，以油酸为原料，在路易斯酸催化下与马来酸酐进行Alder-ene加成反应，水解后得到C22-三元羧酸。对C22-三元羧酸的合成条件进行优化并对产物进行了鉴定；制备C22-三元酸钠表面活性剂并研究其表面性能。结果表明：C22-三元羧酸合成的最佳条件为以FePO4为催化剂、催化剂用量3%（以油酸物质的量计）、马来酸酐与油酸物质的量比3∶ 1、反应温度180 ℃、反应时间10 h，在此条件下C22-三元羧酸产率达到78%，油酸转化率为77.4%；通过质谱及核磁共振表征证明得到了较纯的C22-三元羧酸；催化剂经过5次回收利用并未出现明显的活性降低；以C22-三元羧酸为原料制备的C22-三元酸钠表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度为3.61×10-3 mol/L，在临界胶束浓度下的表面张力为28.39 mN/m。综上，油酸在FePO4催化下直接马来酸化制备C22-三元羧酸，工艺绿色，原料成本较低，并可作为表面活性剂制备的良好原料。 To solve the problems of homogeneous catalyst residue and high raw material price in the synthesis of C22-tricarboxylic acid, using oleic acid as the raw material, Lewis acid as catalyst, the Alder-ene addition reaction of oleic acid and maleic anhydride was realized, and C22-tricarboxylic acid was obtained after hydrolysis. The synthesis conditions of C22-tricarboxylic acid were optimized and the product was identified, and its product was neutralized to prepare C22-tribasic acid sodium surfactant and its surface properties were studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions for C22-tricarboxylic acid synthesis were obtained as follows: with Lewis acid FePO4 as catalyst, dosage of catalyst 3% (calculated by the mole of oleic acid ), molar ratio of maleic anhydride to oleic acid 3∶ 1, reaction temperature 180 ℃, and reaction time 10 h. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of C22-tricarboxylic acid could reach 78% and oleic acid conversion rate was 77.4%. It was proved that C22-tricarboxylic acid was obtained through mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance characterization. There was no obvious decrease in activity of catalyst after 5 times of recycling. The critical micelle concentration of C22-tribasic acid sodium surfactant prepared by C22-tricarboxylic acid was 3.61×10-3 mol/L, and the surface tension(γ) reached 28.39 mN/m. In conclusion, the preparation process of C22-tricarboxylic acid by the Alder-ene addition reaction of oleic acid and maleic anhydride with FePO4 as catalyst is green and the cost of materials is low， and the C22-tricarboxylic acid prepared can used as good material for surfactant preparation.

During postharvest storage, spinach is prone to problems such as oxidation, dehydration, wilting and decay, causing severe losses. In view of this, postharvest spinach was treated with 1 μL/L 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), 0.1% phytic acid (PA) or their combination to explore the effects of preservatives on the physiology and storage quality of spinach. Spinach not treated with preservatives was used as a control. All samples were stored at room temperature (20 ± 1) ℃ and a relative humidity between 80% and 90%. The decay index, mass loss percentage, chlorophyll content, soluble solid content, ethylene release, peroxidase (POD) activity and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging capacity were measured. In addition, sensory evaluation was performed in terms of appearance, morphology and smell. The results showed that all three treatments were effective in maintaining spinach quality. Specifically, compared with the other three groups, combined treatment with 1-MCP and PA significantly enhanced peroxidase (POD) activity and DPPH radical-scavenging capacity, thereby delaying the increase in decay index, mass loss percentage and ethylene release and increasing the chlorophyll content of spinach and maintaining high soluble solid content and sensory evaluation score during storage. As a result, 1 μL/L 1-MCP + 0.1% PA composite treatment had the best preservation effect, which could effectively delay the postharvest senescence and quality deterioration of spinach.

Matrix multiplication is the core of many scientific calculations,and vectorized programming is one of the main means to improve its performance.In view of the existing vectorization optimization problems that often require manual tuning and need to be mapped to the hardware structure,based on the polyhedron compiler PPCG,a vector code generation framework is introduced into the polyhedron model,and a matrix multiplication vector code generation framework based on the polyhedron model is proposed.Through the profit analysis of the matrix multiplication vectorization program,the vectorization program is determined,and the code generation of the application framework is guided.Based on this framework,it is conducive to the rapid optimization of vectorization of matrix multiplication.Selecting 13 matrix multiplication cases with a scale between 64×64×64 and 1 024×1 024×1 024 for experiments.The results show that the framework can generate vectorized code correctly.Compared with the automatic vectorization of the basic compiler ICC,the vectorized code generated by the framework has a speedup of 5.09 times and an average speedup of 3.39 times.

ObjectiveTo investigate effect of conducting training of autism spectrum disorder （ASD） early screening skill on improving the ability to early identify ASD of medical staffs in primary care hospitals.MethodsIn September 2021， the training of ASD early screening skills was carried out for medical staffs from 20 primary care hospitals in Chengdu. After training， the training effect was evaluated. The numbers of referrals from primary care hospitals to superior hospitals， confirmed ASD as well as their average diagnostic age of children with ASD before and after training were used as evaluation indicators.ResultsAfter training， the number of children with suspected ASD referred by primary care hospitals was more than that before training ［（16.65±11.60） vs. （3.40±2.23）， t=5.431， P

The purpose of this design is to modify the process of collecting drainage fluid specimens, reduce the workload of nurses and avoid the false positive results caused by multiple factors. ObjectiveTo investigate the resistance dynamics of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in Yangpu District of Shanghai during 2014‒2020， and to provide the basis for the rational use of insecticides against cockroaches.MethodsBlattella germanica was captured in two farmer’s markets in 2014， 2017 and 2020. The residual film method recommended by WHO was used to test resistance of Blattella germanica to the insecticides.ResultsIn 2014， 2017 and 2020， the resistance ratio of Blattella germanica in Yangpu District was 6.96， 4.39， 7.26 to beta-cypermethrin， 10.41， 6.71， 5.24 to permethrin， and 2.28， 3.16， 1.01 to propoxur.ConclusionThe resistance of Blattella germanica to permethrin and propoxur decreases， and the resistance to beta-cypermethrin keeps at low level. Comprehensive management and rotation of insecticides should be implemented to delay the increase of resistance.

Structural equation modeling (SEM) is a method of establishing, estimating and testing causality. It can replace multiple regression, path analysis, factor analysis, covariance analysis and other methods to clearly analyze the effect of individual indicators on the overall and the relationship between individual indicators. SEM is a multivariate statistical modeling technology mainly applied to confirmatory factor analysis model. Due to the advantages of measuring latent variable scores through observable variables and analyzing the synergistic effects between latent variables using different sub-models, SEM is widely used in data modeling and analysis in the fields of psychology, behavior, and marketing. It provides a mature application path of proposing the concept-designing the model-obtaining data-verifying the model. Geoscience data modeling technology has always been one of the hotspots in geoscience research, the purpose of which is to extract valuable model structures and latent variables from massive, multi-dimensional, high-dimensional, and multi-temporal geo-data, and to study different geo-variables and interactive relationship between latent variables so as to support related applications and research such as environmental governance, disaster prevention, resource prospecting, and ecological evaluation. With the changes in the scale of geoscience data and the continuous development of modeling tools, the geoscience data modeling have gradually changed from sampling to full-sample, the method from under the guidance of geological models to unconstrained/weak-constrained modeling, the basis from variable causality to variable correlation, and the complexity from single model/single process to comprehensive multi-model/multi-process. SEM is a comprehensive modeling method, which can include multiple analysis techniques such as factor analysis, latent variable estimation, path analysis, etc. This multi-level, multi-branch modeling method combines the characteristics of knowledge-driven modeling and data-driven modeling. SEM generally faces the following three challenges, also three changes, in the modeling of geoscience data: from a method mainly oriented to confirmatory modeling and analysis to an exploratory modeling and analysis method; from a construction with complete geological model constraints to a weak model/unconstrained geological data modeling method; from a modeling of statistical variables without spatial attributes to a modeling of spatial statistical variables. This puts forward new requirements on the model itself and the method of data modeling. In response to the above three issues, this article reviews the concept and development of SEM, and introduces three application cases of SEM in geological data modeling.One is using lake sediment geochemical data to extract mineralization endogenous factors in gold mines which is modeled under weak constraints.The second is using the comprehensive parameter optimization method of SEM to weaken and correct CI problem of weight of evidence in the calculation of the posterior probability of gold prospecting by matching the posterior probability and the observation posterior probability. The third is using SEM to study the forest protection strategy of the Magdalena watershed in Mexico.By numbering the forest blocks in different regions, the spatial distribution of the data is transformed into traditional statistical variables without spatial attributes, and the impact of different environmental strategies on forest protection is analyzed.

The underwater acoustic monitoring acquires a wide range of frequency bands, including multi-band feature information in the recording process, and doped with various kinds of noise. In order to extract the effective feature information of each frequency band of the monitored signal reliably, avoid the influence of noise, solve the drawbacks of energy method in judging the characteristic frequency band, and break the limitation of single method in extracting multi-band feature information of broadband signal，in this paper, using the advantages of wavelet packet, correlation coefficient and Hilbert-Huang，multi-band feature information of broadband signals is extraded. Firstly, the fine frequency division of broadband signal is realized by wavelet packet algorithm, and the validity of node signal is judged and the noise nodes are eliminated by correlation coefficient analysis. Secondly, the effective components and noise in the effective node band are further separated by Hilbert-Huang. Finally, the effective band characteristics are obtained by reconstructing the node coefficients after processing.The results of simulation and experimental signal processing show that this method has certain advantages in extracting characteristic frequency information of broadband underwater acoustic monitoring signals, and can be popularized and applied in underwater acoustic target recognition and monitoring.

In order to maximize the total spectrum efficiency and improve the Quality of Experience (QoE) on Elastic Optical Network (EON), an adaptive modulation method based on Deep Neural Network (DNN) is proposed. Firstly, the network transmission quality in optical fiber is estimated. Then, the route length, hop number and video quality are taken as the three parameters of the request characteristics, and the deep learning method is adopted to selected the modulation system with the maximum spectrum efficiency according to the desired QoE of each requirement. The simulation results show that the average spectral efficiency of the proposed method is 51%and 32%higher in National Science Foundation (NSF) network than that of distance adaptive method and integer programming method, and 43%and 29%higher in China Network (CN) backbone network. In addition, the blocking probability of the proposed method is 0.01 lower than that of the distance adaptive method and integer programming method.

In China, the total area of rocky desertification covers 1.01x107 hm², accounting for 22.3% of the karst area. Nowadays, rocky desertification has become one of the three major land degradation problems in our country, which has seriously affected our economic development and environmental governance. Naturally, rock weathering in the karst area is so long that it takes from a few decades to a hundred years to form a centimeter think of red soil. Because the karst area is rich in calcium and barren in soil, ecological restoration of this area is urgent in both rocky desertification control and karst carbon sink. Carbonic Anhydrase (CA), one of the fastest catalyzing enzymes, can promote the weathering of carbonate rocks by accelerating the hydration reaction of CO2, thus providing soil matrices for plant colonization. At the same time, CA can also be used to absorb CO2 in the atmosphere to fix the carbon source, thereby participating in the carbon cycle process of karst dynamic system. The CA-producing microorganisms are considered to have good application prospects in the restoration of degraded karst habitats. However, for the target strains isolated from favorable habitat, their weak adaptability to the extreme environment may constrain them from exerting their expected effects. In order to select the strain with high CA activity in the extremely degraded karst habitat, CA-producing strains were isolated from the samples of severely degraded rocky karst habitats in this study. The study area is located in Hechi City, Guangxi Zhuang (23°41'--25°37' N, 106°34'-109°09' E). It has a subtropical monsoon climate, with an average annual temperature of 16.9-21.5 °C. The area is typically developed with karst, scattered with thin soil and highly exposed with rocks. From September to October 2021, four different habitat samples were collected, including lichen in the area with extreme rocky desertification weathered materials under moss, soil under moss, and weathered materials under moss in karst native forest. The source of isolation was a mixture of the four different habitat samples, 1g of each. CA-producing strains were isolated and screened from karst rocky habitats by inoculating suspension of isolation source in calcium carbonate medium with a sprayer. The field emission scanning electron microscope was used for morphological identification of the strain. The physiological and biochemical characteristics of the strain were confirmed by carbohydrate decomposition test, V-P test, methyl red test, citrate utilization test, nitrate reduction test, starch hydrolysis test and contact enzyme test. Strains were identified by 16S rRNA sequence analysis. The CA activity of single strain and mixed strain was determined by electrode method. The sequence alignment was performed in the National Center for Biotechnology Information Database. In MEGA6, Neighbor-Joining method is used to construct the phylogenetic tree. SPSS software was used to analyze whether there were significant differences in CA activity among different strains/microflora. The results show that six CA-producing strains were isolated by calcium carbonate medium, namely, Flavobacterium resistens, Delftia acidovorans, Stenotrophomonas rhizophila, Pseudomonas oleovorans, Agrobacterium cavarae and Bacillus albus. The CA activity of Stenotrophomonas rhizophila was the highest, up to 4.27 U½mL-1½OD600-1, while that of Bacillus albus was only 0.46 U½mL-1½OD600-1, which indicated that although CA commonly existed in prokaryotes, the activity of different species of bacteria varied greatly. Mixed culturing of Stenotrophomonas rhizophila whose CA activity is high with other strains led to a decrease in CA activity, indicating the great potential application of Stenotrophomonas rhizophila in the extremely oligotrophic environment. The results provide a new bacterial source for ecological restoration of extremely degraded karst habitats. However, all the CA activity decreased when the isolated Stenotrophomonas rhizophila strain N6 with high CA activity is mixed with other 5 strains. Because of the complex living environment, the competition of indigenous microbial community will reduce the survival efficiency of the added microorganisms, make it difficult to form a stable community structure, and then reduce the repair effect. In restoration of degraded karst habitat, whether there is a kind of dominant bacteria that is symbiotic with Stenotrophomonas rhizophila N6 to jointly promote carbonate dissolution is a research focus. Therefore, future studies should identify the core species that drive the restoration of degraded habitats, and explore the relationship between the isolated and culturable CA dominant bacteria and the core species. Through the study on high temperature creep data of HP heat resistant alloy, a prediction method of high temperature creep deformation based on Zc parameter was proposed. The creep resistance of HP heat resistant alloy was predicted by this method. The results indicate that the predicted data are in good agreement with the HP heat resistant alloy creep experimental data at 1000,980℃ and 930℃. At the same time, the creep rupture life of heat resistant alloy was evaluated by this method, the results show that the predicted principal curves agree well with the experimental data.

In view of the problems such as low efficiency and surface cracks in optical glass processing,the experiment studied the influence of cutting parameters and acoustic parameters on milling forces and established a milling force model of optical glass ultrasonic vibration that based on the high frequency impact effect of ultrasonic vibration,through which on ultrasonic vibration milling of optical glass.The effects of factors such as milling speed,feed per tooth and milling depth on milling force were discussed through comparative experiments on ultrasonic vibration milling and conventional milling of optical glass.The experimental results show that under ultrasonic milling,the milling force is significantly lower than the conventional milling force.

In order to solve the problem that large items are not convenient to be carried under the condition without elevator,an electric auxiliary stair climbing machine based on the slider-crank mechanism is designed,in which 24 V lithium battery is used as the power supply and a decelerating motor is used as power output mechanism of the stair climbing machine. The optimization of slider guide inclination is analyzed by using motion of UG software. Through the experiment of the physical prototype,the distance difference between the slider movement between the highest point and the lowest point is 17. 674 cm,which meets the coordination standard of the building staircase module of our country. The analysis of ANSYS shows that the strength meets the stress requirements during the movement of the stair climbing machine,the stair climbing machine can run smoothly on the stairs,the safety and reliability of the stair climbing process will be ensured through the mechanical structure.

The variation law of nonlinear ultrasonic parameters for the samples sensitized at 650℃ for 2, 6, 10h was discussed using nonlinear ultrasonic testing technique and XRD pattern as well as microstructure. The results indicate that normalized nonlinear parameters(β/β0) of the samples show a monotonous growth trend with the increase of the sensitized time, and normalized nonlinear parameters(β/β0) of the samples sensitized with 2,6,10h increase to 28%, 32% and 43% respectively compared with that of the base material, meaning that it is feasible to use nonlinear parameter to characterize the sensitivity degree. It is analyzed that the mismatch between the carbide (Cr23C6) precipitated on the grain boundary and the austenitic matrix causes the local strain fields which interfere with the propagation of ultrasonic wave in the solid sample. In addition, the increment of precipitation phase exacerbates further the distortion of the ultrasonic with prolonging of the sensitization time.

Based on an as-serviced 25Cr35Ni type steel, the high temperature property evaluation using stress relaxation test(SRT) method and residual life prediction were studied. The results show that creep rupture property decreases because of the formation of network carbides along grain boundaries and coarsening of secondary carbides in the austenitic matrix. Based on the relationship of stress relaxation strain rate curves obtained at different temperatures, and the extrapolation equation of stress relaxation rate-rupture time, it is capable to perform residual life evaluation by combining SRT data and a small amount of creep rupture test(CRT). Good agreement is observed for predicting results performed by current method and traditional method.

Currently, sharp contradiction exists between edible oil supply and demand in China. Developing edible oil production largely depends on the development of rapeseed production. For less land competition between cereal crops and rapeseed, the Yangtze River Basin is the main rapeseed producing area in China. But, problems (such as a large amount of labor, high labor cost and low efficiency) seriously restrict the development of rapeseed industry. The whole-process mechanization (including sowing, management, and harvesting) is the key to boosting rapeseed production. Thus we reviewed the research on rapeseed biological characteristics, planting habits, and rotation systems, to focus on high yield loss rate during harvesting. We expected to improve mechanized harvesting of rapeseed in China. The research processes on breeding ideotype rapeseed suitable for mechanized harvesting as resistance to lodging, pod cracking, and sclerotinia disease were also discussed. The stress relaxation data up to 8760h at 550℃ and 600℃of 12Cr-1Mo-1W-0.25V heat-resistant steel were used as the object to study the method of how to accurately and effectively predict long-term relaxation stress by using short-time relaxation data. When relaxation model is used to extrapolate the long-term relaxation stress directly, it is found that the parameters of the relaxation model depend on the length of the fitted data. The time-dependent parameter model, naming as timing parameter method, is proposed to predict the long-term relaxation stress with high accuracy. By comparison of the results of timing parameter method and direct extrapolation method, timing parameter method has obvious advantages in predicting long time relaxation stress with short time relaxation data, as the timing parameter method has a more accurate prediction than that of direct extrapolation method.

An ideal balance between the post length within root and the coronal extension should exist. Some theo⁃ ries advocated the use of the longest post as possible as the apical seal is not disturbed. Others advocated that the post should be longer than the crown or that the post should be a certain fraction of the length of the root. The conventional post length has been equal to 2/3⁃3/4 of the root length from half a century ago. Most of these theories have emphasized the post length in order to achieve sufficient retention and rigidity for coronal restoration. However, dental materials are evolving.With the use of fiber post and resin cement, stress distribution and post retention are improved over convention⁃ al metal post and zinc phosphate or glass⁃ionomer cement. Therefore, with improved bonding strength of fiber post, the post length within root should be minimized to maintain sufficient coronal rigidity. Factors affecting fracture resistance balance of a post⁃and⁃core system include the amount of Ferrule height (FH), Post length in root (PLIR), Post length in bone (PLIB), Abutment height (AH), Core length (CL) and Post length out of bone (PLOB). In view of the factors men⁃ tioned above, this paper investigated the mechanical factorsin a post⁃and⁃core system with literature review.

{332} deformation twinning is a unique deformation mode which can have some special features and a strong influence on the mechanical properties for metastable β-type titanium alloys.{332} deformation twinning has already got more and more attention.The research situation and observed characteristics for the {332} deformation twinning are summarized in this paper.Some typical models for the {332} twinning are reviewed,and their assumptions and remaining problems are presented so as to provide useful information for understanding and revealing the deformation mechanism of {332} deformation twinning.

The corrosion behaviors of HR3C pre-coated alkali metal sulphate in SO2 atmosphere at different temperatures were investigated by means of XRD,SEM (EDS) and EMPA in order to discuss the corrosion resistance mechanism to SO2 of HR3C.The results show that the corrosion kinetic curves follow parabolic law.The corrosion products are mainly composed of (Fe,Cr) oxides,minor compound oxides with spinel structure as well as (Fe,Ni) sulfides.The increment in SO2 content increases significantly the oxide films in thickness,and deteriorates the adhesion to the oxide scale and matrix.In addition,the porosities in the corrosion affected zone (the interface between the oxide films and the matrix) increase and a CrS belt exits in the interface between the oxide layer and the corrosion affected zone.The analysis shows that the corrosion of HR3C in SO2 environment is resulted from the oxidation,sulfidation of the alloy,moreover,the sulfation of metallic oxides and the formation of ternary composed alkali metal sulfate as well as the dissolution of Fe in melted salt also contribute to the corrosion.

Based on the discussion of the factors influencing the nonlinear ultrasonic testing, the feasibility of nondestructive evaluation of HR3C fireside corrosion was investigated using nonlinear ultrasonic testing. The results show that the number of pulse string is no more than 2df/c and the installation of Hanning window is helpful to reduce the disturbance of the system, in addition, the rough surface of the sample has a significant impact on the nonlinear parameter β. The nonlinear coefficient demonstrates a phased growth trend as corrosion time prolongs. At the initial stage of corrosion(within 50h),there are small increments within 20% in the nonlinear coefficient, however,the nonlinear coefficient β is increased obviously with the duration time to 150h. Compared with un-corroded sample, the amplification in the sample corroded for 200h reaches to 260%. The monotonous varieties in nonlinear coefficient are consistent with the aggravation of corrosion damage,hence,it is feasible to nondestructively evaluate HR3C fireside corrosion by means of ultrasonic nonlinear testing.

From the perspective of engineering practice,analysis of stiffened composite wall slab with a Delaminatong at the stringer interface in this paper,and typical structure / typical Delaminatong type is simulated using finite element method. In view of reasons of Delaminatong,feasible proposals of damage control and repair have been raised. Full-scale static test of structures with Delaminatong has indicated that the integer load-carrying capability is determined by the stability of the wall slab. Going with the increase of the working stress due to the Delaminatong between the stringer and the skin,local sustain stiffness of the skin is reduced,resulting in descending of initial bucking load and integer capability of load-carrying. Correctness of the finite element analysis method has been preferably verified by the results of test.

Temperature and light are two important environmental factors affecting seed germination, and phytochromes are the sensors of light and temperature. It is of great significance to investigate the interaction of phytochromes with light and temperature to regulate seed germination for guiding crop sowing. The aim of this study is to explore how the NtPHYB1 genotype regulates seed germination in response to change in light and temperature environments in tobacco. The average germination frequency of WT seeds was significantly higher than that of NtPHYB1-OE and NtPHYB1-RNAi seeds under 15 environments. The germination of NtPHYB1-OE seeds was inhibited by continuous light exposure, while the germination of NtPHYB1-RNAi seeds was repressed by darkness. At 15°C, the germinations of all three genotypic seeds were inhibited by the low-temperature, and the germination frequency of NtPHYB1-OE seeds was significantly lower than that of WT and NtPHYB1-RNAi seeds; while there was no significant effect in light signal. At 20°C and 25°C, the temperature signal promoted the ability of seed germination, and the signal of light was dispensable, resulting in the highest germination frequencies for NtPHYB1-OE and WT seeds. At 30°C and 35°C, the light signal was indispensable to maintain seed germination for all three genotypic seeds, resulting in the highest germination frequency for NtPHYB1-RNAi seeds. To sum up, there were interactions among NtPHYB1, photoperiod, and temperature in the regulation of seed germination in tobacco. With the rapid development of social network, people can present or share their opinions and emotions on the micro-blog, and as a result, large amount of blog texts and emotional information of different topics are produced. As the traditional text mining algorithms cannot deal with these blog texts with fractional contents and different personal emotions effectively, this paper presents a novel weighting computation approach based on the key characters of micro-blog posts to get the dynamic interests of bloggers on different times. Furthermore, based on the emotion classification, the emotion transition tendency analysis can also be implemented. Experimental results show the feasibility of the presented approach. Objective: To prepare supramolecular photosensitizer that can be retained at the site of tumors and that has high light conversion efficiency so as to improve the efficacy of tumor photodynamic therapy (PDT)., Methods: A covalent organic framework material based on amino tetraphenyl porphyrin (Tapp), henceforth referred to as Tapp-COF, was synthesized. The spectral characteristics, energy gap characteristics and singlet oxygen generation ability of the material were characterized. Then, Tapp-COF was processed by thin film hydration method to derive T-C@PP, a nano micelle unstable in physiological environment. The same method was used to process Tapp in order to make T@PP micelles, which were used as the controls. The particle size, potential, surface morphology and stability were examined. B16F10 mouse melanoma cells were injected subcutaneously into C57 mice and T-C@PP or T@PP were injected intratumorally, followed by light exposure or no light exposure. We assessed the in vitro photodynamic killing efficiency of the nano micelles and the status of tumor cells co-cultured with the photosensitizer micelles and validated the tumor retention ability and killing efficiency of the micelles ., Results: Compared with Tapp, Tapp-COF displayed higher photodynamic conversion efficiency, and could produce more ROS. The T-C@PP micelles were unstable in physiological environment, and adsorptive aggregation would occur after co-culturing with tumor cells for a period of time. T-C@PP showed low cytotoxicity when there was no light exposure, but could kill tumor cells at relatively low concentration under 660 nm laser irradiation. T-C@PP could be retained in tumor tissue, and had better in vivo killing efficiency that that of T@PP., Conclusion: In this study, highly efficient TPP-COF based T-C@PP micelles were prepared. Under physiological conditions, these micelles could achieve tumor retention through self-aggregation. Objective: To establish a brain hematoma CT image segmentation method based on watershed and region-growing algorithm so as to measure hematoma volume quickly and accurately, to explore the consistency between the results of this segmentation method and those of manual segmentation, the clinical gold standard, and to compare the results of this method with the calculation of the two Tada formulas commonly used in clinical practice., Methods: The preoperative CT images of 152 patients who were treated for spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage at the Department of Neurosurgery, West China Hospital, Sichuan University between January 2018 and June 2019 were retrospectively collected. The CT images were randomly assigned, by using a random number table, to the training set, the test set and the validation set, which contained 100 patients, 22 patients and 30 patients, respectively. The labeling results of the training set and the test set were used in algorithm training and testing. Four methods, namely, manual segmentation, algorithm segmentation, i.e., segmentation calculation based on watershed and regional growth algorithm, Tada formula, i.e., the traditional Tada formula calculation, and accurate Tada formula, i.e., accurate Tada formula calculation based on 3D-Slicer, were applied on the validation set to measure the hematoma volume. The Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) data of subjects meeting the selection criteria of the study were manually segmented by two experienced neurosurgeons. The hematoma segmentation model was built based on watershed algorithm and regional growth algorithm. Seed point selected by neurosurgeons was taken as the starting point of growth. Regional grayscale difference criterion combined with manual segmentation validation were adopted to determine the regional growth threshold that met the segmentation precision requirements for intracranial hematoma. Using manual segmentation as the gold standard, Bland-Altman consistency analysis was used to verify the consistency of the three other methods for measuring hematoma volume., Results: With manual segmentation as the gold standard, among the three methods of measuring hematoma volume, algorithm segmentation had the smallest percentage error, the narrowest range of difference, the highest intra-group correlation coefficient (0.987), good consistency, and the narrowest 95% limits of agreement ( LoA ). The percentage error of its segmentation was not statistically significant for hematomas of different volumes., Conclusion: The segmentation method of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage based on watershed and regional growth algorithm shows stable measurement performance and good consistency with the clinical gold standard, which has considerable clinical significance, but it still needs further validation with more clinical samples., (Copyright© by Editorial Board of Journal of Sichuan University (Medical Sciences).)

Objective: To examine the performance and application value of improved Unet network technology in the recognition and segmentation of hemorrhage regions in brain CT images., Methods: A total of 476 brain CT images of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (SICH) were retrospectively included. The improved Unet network was used to identify and segment the hemorrhage regions in the patients' brain CT images. The CT imaging data of the hemorrhage regions were manually labelled by clinicians. After randomized sorting, 430 data sets from 106 patients were selected for inclusion in the training set and 46 data sets from 11 patients were included in the test set. After data enhancement, the experimental data set underwent network training and model testing in order to assess the segmentation performance. The segmentation results were compared with the those of the Unet network (Base), FCN-8s network and Unet++ network., Results: In the segmentation of brain CT image hemorrhage region with the improved Unet network, the three evaluation indicators of Dice similarity coefficient, positive predictive value (PPV), and sensitivity coefficient (SC) reached 0.8738, 0.9011 and 0.8648, respectively, increasing by 8.80%, 7.14% and 8.96%, respectively, compared with those of FCN-8s, and increasing by 4.56%, 4.44% and 4.15%, respectively, compared with those of Unet network (Base). The improved Unet network also showed better segmentation performance than that of Unet++ network., Conclusion: The improved method based on Unet network proposed in this report displayed good performance in the recognition and segmentation of hemorrhage regions in brain CT images, and is an appropriate method for the recognition and segmentation of hemorrhage regions in brain CT images, showing potential application value for assisting clinical decision-making and preventing early hematoma expansion., (Copyright© by Editorial Board of Journal of Sichuan University (Medical Sciences).)

Background and Objective: It is unclear how could endostatin effect tumor lymphangiogenesis? The aim of this study is to explore inhibitory effect of recombinant human endostatin injection (endostar) on lymphangiogenesis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissue and its effect on circulating tumor cells (CTC) in peripheral blood., Methods: Tumor-bearing model nude mice were divided into eight groups randomly (n=7), including control group, cisplatin group, several concentration endostar groups and endostar plus cisplatin groups. Continuous administration of Endostar for two weeks, observed one week after the end of administration. Using HE staining and immunohistochemical staining to diagnose the tumor tissue and suspect metastasis lymph nodes, detected vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-C, VEGF-D, VEGF receptor (VEGFR)-3 expression level and microlymphatic vessel density (MLVD) of tumor tissue. Enrichment of circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood used immunomagnetic negative selection strategy, used immunofluorescence staining to diagnose and count CTCs., Results: Microlymphatic vessel density and the positive expression rate of VEGF-C, VEGF-D, VEGFR-3 in three endostar groups and three endostar plus cisplatin groups were significantly less than those in control group and cisplatin group. Microlymphatic vessel density and the positive expression rate of VEGF-C, VEGF-D, VEGFR-3 in endostar plus cisplatin group and endostar group with high endostar concentration were significantly less than those with low endostar concentration; There was a significant positive correlation between microlymphatic vessel density and the positive expression rate of VEGF-C, VEGF-D, VEGFR-3. The number of circulating tumor cells in endostar plus cisplatin groups were significantly less than that of endostar or cisplatin alone., Conclusions: Endostar could inhibit tumor lymphangiogenesis and reduce tumor cells into the bloodstream through the lymphatic. Inhibitory effect concerned with drug concentrationwith a dose-dependant.

Objective: To analyze the correlation between ST segment elevation, Q wave and peak biomarkers with left ventricular dysfunction in patients with acute anterior ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI)., Methods: A total of 138 consecutive inpatients with acute anterior STEMI, left anterior descending branch as the convict vessel, from January 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were divided into reperfusion (n = 92) and non-reperfusion group(n = 46). Clinical data, electrocardiogram, peak biomarkers, type B natriuretic peptide (BNP) were collected by physicians and the patients were followed up three months., Results: The sum of the ST segments elevation, Q waves and Q wave leads in anterior STEMI were positive correlation with the Killip grades, myocardium biomarkers, BNP and left ventricle end diastolic diameters (LVEDD) [γ, 0.52-0.75, P < 0.01], while negative correlation with left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) [γ, -0.63--0.95, P < 0.01]. The sum of R wave altitude was negative correlation with myocardium biomarkers, BNP and LVEDD in three months after the onset of STEMI [γ, -0.48--0.79, P < 0.01], while positive correlation with LVEF [γ, 0.73-0.82, P < 0.01]. BNP, one of the best markers of left heart dysfunction, was found to be strongly negative correlation with LVEF in acute stage and three months after the onset of STEMI [γ , -0.92, -0.80, P < 0.01]., Conclusion: There are close correlations between electrocardiogram, myocardial biomarkers and left ventricular dysfunction in acute anterior ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, which may be strong predictors for the short-term prognosis.

Objective: To examine vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) protein secretion and expression and explore the osteogenic activity of adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ADSCs) after transfection of human VEGF., Methods: The ADSCs were isolated from human adipose tissue after the digestion of collagenase.After identification by flow cytometry, the cells were cultured and passaged in nutritive medium. Gene sequence encoding human VEGF mature peptide was obtained by Trizol reagent method from human vascular tissue. Target gene VEGF was connected with bicistronic expression vector containing green fluorescent protein to form pSELECT-GFP zeo-VEGF for transfecting 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th generation ADSCs mediated by liposome. The transfection results were verified under fluorescence microscope. VEGF protein secretion by transfected cells was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Second-generation transfected ADSCs were cultured under osteogenic conditions.The supernatant levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and osteocalcin (OC) were detected., Results: Liposome-mediated VEGF target gene fragment could transfect ADSCs successfully. ELISA quantitative detection showed that VEGF mRNA expression levels in supernatant of the transfected group was significantly higher than the control group. And there were significant differences. After osteogenic culturing, the detections of ELISA, real-time PCR and Western blot showed that the secretion of ALP and OC of VEGF transfected group was significantly higher than that of empty vector transfected and blank cell groups.And there were significant differences (P < 0.01)., Conclusion: After transfected by liposome-mediated VEGF target gene fragment, human ADSCs can express biologically active VEGF mRNA in vitro continuously and effectively. Directional differentiation capacity of transfected ADSCs is significantly enhanced.

Objectives: To observe the expression of cellular retinol-binding protein-1 (CRBP-1) in pulmonary tissues after rat myocardial infarction (MI) and uncover the role of CRBP-1 on the pulmonary structural remodeling., Methods: MI was produced in male Wistar rats by left coronary ligation. Rats were sacrificed to obtain the lung at the 3(rd), 6(th), 15(th), 30(th), and 45(th) day after operation. After weighted, the rat lungs were fixed in 4% formalin and embedded in paraffin. Sections were cut and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE), Masson's trichrome (MT), rabbit anti-CRBP-1 antibody., Results: Thirty-nine Wistar rats survived and developed MI. Pulmonary tissue sections with HE and MT staining showed a remarkable lung structural remodeling. The content of pulmonary tissue collagen at the 30(rd) was higher than in the sham group (8.4% ± 3.6 vs 4.5% ± 2.6, P < 0.001). CRBP-1 expression was detected on the alveolar septa at the 3(rd) day after operation, and peaked at the 15(th) day (43.8 ± 7.4). Then the CRBP-1 expression decreased, and arrived at the level of the 3(rd) day., Conclusions: We demonstrate that CRBP-1 is expressed temporal on the alveolar septa after rat MI. It indicates a potential relationship between CRBP-1 and lung structure remodeling process after MI.

Objective: To explore the application of neuroendoscopic treatment for intracranial lesions., Methods: The clinic data of 372 patients with intracranial lesions, who underwent neuroendoscopic treatment at our department from May 1998 to May 2010, were reviewed retrospectively. Representative endoscopic treatments included endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV) (n = 198), ETV & endoscopic biopsy (n = 69), neuroendoscopic ostomy for septum pellucidum fenestration (n = 55) (for septum pellucidum cysts, n = 37) and endoscopic cystoventriculostomy for ventricular cysts (n = 50). Their surgical indications and clinical outcomes were summarized for analysis., Results: ETV was performed successfully in 369 cases. Among them, 2 failed cases underwent other operations and endoscopic biopsy failed in 1 case. Within a short post-operative period, the symptoms were resolved in 347 cases (93.3%), showed no improvement in 23 cases (6.2%) and 2 died (0.5%). At Month 6 post-operation, a failure of ETV was detected in 22 cases (9.5%), a failure of neuroendoscopic ostomy for septum pellucidum cysts in 23 (69.7%) and for ventricular cysts in 12 cases (26.7%)., Conclusion: ETV is effective in the treatment of obstructive hydrocephalus, but its indication should be strictly controlled for children. Effective rate of neuroendoscopic treatment for intracranial septum pellucidum cysts remains unsatisfactory so that its operative indication should be strictly controlled.
