This paper presents a systematic review of extant research investigating the effectiveness of Internet-based group cognitive behavioral therapy （IGCBT） for depression and anxiety symptoms with an emphasis on the treatment modalities， treatment protocols， efficacy and mechanism， together with a summary of research limitations and suggestions for future research. Cognitive behavioral therapy （CBT） is a structured， short-term and present-oriented psychotherapeutic treatment， its Internet- and group-delivered modalities have led to its wider application， and has proven to be clinically effective in alleviating depression and anxiety symptoms caused by different diseases， whereas some drawbacks have been reported. Thus this paper elaborates the clinical application， therapeutic effect and underlying mechanisms of IGCBT intervention for depression and anxiety symptoms， so as to provide references for its future application. ［Funded by the Natural Science Foundation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region （number， 2019MS03038）

There is still a lack of sufficient evidence-based basis for the treatment of simple gaming disorder. The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of gaming disorder intervention， in order to provide references for the treatment of patients with gaming disorder. With the development and popularization of the Internet， the adverse events caused by the pathological use of online games have attracted wide attention. At present， gaming disorder has been listed in the International Classification of Diseases， eleventh edition （ICD-11） by WHO. This paper reviewed the latest interventions measures about gaming disorder at home and abroad in the past decade， including psychological， pharmacological and physical intervention methods， and analyzed and summarized these intervention measures， so as to provide references for patients with gaming disorder to formulate a reasonable intervention plan.

"The spleen storing yi (overall mental activities) and governing si (thoughts)" is one of the theoretical guiding ideologies in TCM treatment of emotional diseases. Although there is a wealth of clinical experience to support its feasibility, its connotation is still ambiguous with a lacking in objective indicators, resulting in difficulty in wide clinical application. In this paper, by comparing this theory with corresponding knowledge in modern emotional psychology, the commonality and individuality are compared. Based on that, the theory is further interpreted from the three levels of cognition, physiology and expression. Then combined with modern immune cytokine theory, the relationship between emotion and spleen is analyzed, and it's found that emotion is closely related to the spleen with bidirectional adjustment. By adopting such a thinking mode to combine the spleen and emotion, a better clinical efficacy may be achieved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The purpose of this paper is to review the relationship between dietary inflammatory index and mental disorders， so as to provide references for nutritional interventions for patients with mental disorders. The high disability rate and intractability of mental illness bring huge economic burden and medical pressure to patients' families and society. Dietary nutrition is crucial to the rehabilitation of mental illness. As a new type of index to measure food pro-inflammatory index， dietary inflammatory index is closely related to the occurrence and development of mental illness. Therefore， this paper reviews the development， calculation and correlation with mental illness of dietary inflammatory index.

The purpose of this paper is to review the research on the influence and mechanism of intolerance of uncertainty （IU） on anxiety both at home and abroad in recent years. IU refers to the individual's disgust response due to the intolerance of perceived lack of prominent， critical or sufficient information， and it has individual tendency. IU plays an important role in the occurrence and development of anxiety， but the specific process and mechanism remain unclear. This paper reviews the influence of IU on anxiety， and clarifies its mechanism of action on the generation and development of anxiety from the perspectives of cognition， emotion and behavior， so as to provide references for preventing the development of general anxiety into anxiety disorders and developing new psychological intervention and treatment strategies.

The purpose of this paper is to review the research status on non-suicidal self-injury （NSSI） in children and adolescents， so as to provide references for the cognition and intervention of NSSI behavior in children and adolescents. NSSI behavior is an independent risk factor for suicide， which not only poses a serious threat to the mental health of children and adolescents， but also brings a great burden on families and society. This paper focuses on the epidemiology， etiology， relationship with other psychiatric disorders， and treatment of NSSI behaviors in children and adolescents.

The purpose of this paper was to introduce how to set the options of variable levels and multimodal covariates， and to demonstrate the causal mediation effect analysis method with odds ratio （OR） and excess relative risk （ERR） as evaluation indicators through examples. For treatment variables， mediator variables and covariates， the variable-level options of them could be set through the evaluate statement. For categorical variables and their interaction terms， they could be treated as multimodal covariates， and the variable levels could also be set for them by using the evaluate statement. Through an example， this paper used SAS to realize the causal mediation effect analysis and the decomposition of effect components with OR and ERR as the evaluation indicators.

The purpose of this paper was to introduce the setting method of the three types of variable levels in the causal mediation effect analysis and the implementing calculation method under the condition of stratification by using SAS. The setting of the three types of variable levels referred to the setting of the levels of treatment variable， the mediator variable and the covariate. Besides， a specific level combination could also be set for two variables. Through an example， with the help of the enveluate statement in proc causualmed procedure， this paper used an example to conduct the causal mediation effect based on different variable stratification， and gave the output results and explanations.

This paper reported a case of a 14-year-old female patient with schizophrenia of more than 2 years who had poor efficacy on atypical antipsychotics such as aripiprazole， risperidone and olanzapine， and who developed acute dystonia adverse effects during administration. Subsequently， the treatment was changed to clozapine therapy， and during this treatment， the patient's psychotic symptoms improved， but developed salivation and adverse effects such as clozapine-induced oculogyric crisis， slurred speech and dysphagia. This paper discussed this case with a view to providing a reference for clinicians in the recognition and management of oculogyric crisis caused by clozapine.

The purpose of this paper was to introduce the basic knowledge of the causal graph model， the contents of the CAUSALGRAPH procedure and the method of constructing and searching adjustment sets based on the CAUSALGRAPH procedure in SAS/STAT. The causal graph model was the product of the combination of graph theory and probability theory. It could find all possible adjustment sets including the minimum adjustment set based on the action relationship between the variables set by the user. The contents of the CAUSALGRAPH procedure mainly included three identification criteria， two operating modes and one verification checking method. This paper analyzed the causal effect of two instances based on the CAUSALGRAPH procedure in SAS， and explained the output results.

The purpose of this paper was to introduce the factorial design and its quantitative data analysis of variance and the SAS implementation. Factorial design could not only present the main effect magnitude of all experimental factors， but also comprehensively reflected the size of each-order interaction effect among multiple factors. However， this design required a large sample size. This paper introduced the calculation formulas of the analysis of variance for quantitative data with two-factor factorial design， and realized the analysis of variance for quantitative data with two-factor and three-factor factorial design through two examples with the help of SAS software， and multiple comparisons of interaction effects were also performed.

The purpose of this paper was to introduce the orthogonal design and its quantitative data analysis of variance and the SAS implementation. From the perspective of degrees of freedom， the orthogonal design could be divided into the saturated orthogonal design and the unsaturated orthogonal design. From the perspective of the number of factor levels， the orthogonal design could be divided into the same level orthogonal design and the mixed level orthogonal design. From the perspective of normalization， the orthogonal design could also be divided into the standard orthogonal design and the non-standard orthogonal design. Quantitative data from the standard orthogonal designs could be analyzed by the conventional methods， while quantitative data from the non-standard orthogonal designs needed to be improved. Based on three examples， this paper realized the quantitative data analysis of variance with the standard orthogonal design without repeated experiments and with repeated experiments by means of the SAS software.

The purpose of this paper was to introduce the nested design and its quantitative data analysis of variance and the SAS implementation. If one of the following two characteristics existed in a specific experimental study， a nested design could be considered to arrange the experiment. Firstly， there was a nested relationship between factors in natural attributes. Secondly， with professional knowledge as the basis， the impact of each factor on the quantitative observation results was divided into primary and secondary. The first feature mentioned above meant that the factors related to the subjects had the conditions for grouping and regrouping. The second feature mentioned above meant that the status of each factor was unequal. In the variance analysis of quantitative data， the calculation formulas of variable error mean square was required to use. Based on four examples and with the help of the SAS software， this paper implemented the univariate analysis of variance for the quantitative data of the nested design， and gave the detailed explanations for the output results of SAS software.

The purpose of the paper was to introduce the calculation formulas and the SAS implementation of the analysis of variance for the quantitative data of the crossover design. In the calculation， three test statistics were involved， namely Ftreatment， Fstage and Findividual. They were three test statistics used to evaluate the statistical significance of the effect of the treatment factor， the stage factor， and the individual factor on the quantitative outcome variable， respectively. In general， it was assumed that there was no or negligible interaction among the three factors in a crossover design， so there was no need to evaluate whether the interaction term was statistically significant. With the help of SAS software， this paper conducted the univariate analysis of variance for the quantitative data of crossover designs for three examples of 2×2 crossover design， 3×3 crossover design and three-stage crossover design， and presented the calculation results and drew the statistical and professional conclusions.

ObjectiveTo analyze the current research status， research hotspots and main features of the literature related to metacognitive therapy and metacognitive training， and to explore the similarities and differences in research approaches of the two intervention techniques and their research directions in the future.MethodsCitespace-based visualization analysis was carried out on the relevant literature of "metacognitive therapy" and "metacognitive training" published in 2011-2020 in the Web of Science database.Results① Adrian Wells was the core author and the author of highly cited papers in the research field of metacognitive therapy. Steffen Moritz is the core author and the author of highly cited papers in the research field of metacognitive training. Aaron T Beck was a highly cited researcher in both fields. ② The analysis of research hotspots showed that the two intervention techniques were mainly reflected in the "maturity and expansion of techniques"， "the evaluation and testing of the effects of techniques" and "the comparative analysis of techniques". ③ The key literature characteristics analysis showed that both techniques involved the aspects of "effectiveness"， "validity"， "meta-analysis" and "variation".ConclusionBoth metacognitive therapy and metacognitive training studies in 2011-2020 highlight their respective core researchers， with similarities and distinctive features in terms of research hotspots and key literature features.

The purpose of this paper was to introduce the prerequisites， basic ideas， calculation formulas and the SAS implementation of a single-factor multi-level design quantitative data univariate analysis of variance. The prerequisites included the independence， normality and homogeneity of variance. The core of the basic idea was the decomposition of the sum of squares of the total deviations for the mean. The test statistic F was constructed through the between-group mean square divided by the within-group （or called error） mean square. The result of analysis of variance was a general evaluation of the difference among all means of a factor with the whole levels. When it was found that the difference among all means of the factor was statistically significant， a specific approach needed to be adopted for the multiple comparisons about the multiple means of the factor. With the help of the SAS software， the paper performed the analysis of variances for two examples， and used three approaches to make the multiple comparisons among all means of a factor in one of the examples.

The purpose of the paper was to introduce the test for homoscedasticity and the SAS implementation. The test of homogeneity of variance could be divided into the following three categories， ①analysis of variance directly based on comparison of variances， ②analysis of variance based on mean comparison was adopted for the new data from the variable transformation of the original data， ③the method of the χ2 test was used to analyze the quantitative raw data which followed the normal distribution. In the first category， a test statistic that followed the F distribution was constructed directly based on the variance ratio of the two samples. In the second category， there were a variety of different variable transformation approaches for the original data， and the new data after the transformation， which was viewed as the univariate quantitative data collected from a single-factor with multi-level design， was analyzed by using one-way ANOVA. In the third category， the χ2 test statistic was constructed for quantitative data that followed the normal distribution. The paper was based on SAS software to test the homogeneity of variances of three examples， and explained the output results.

The purpose of this paper was to outline the analysis of variance. Analysis of variance was a very important branch of statistics with rich contents and wide applicability. This paper summarized the analysis of variance from the following four aspects. Firstly， the basic concepts related to the analysis of variance. Secondly， the mathematical fundamentals of the analysis of variance， the F distribution. Thirdly， the application of the analysis of variance in the difference tests. Fourthly， the basic idea of the analysis of variance based on the comparison of means. In the first aspect， the definition， nature， meaning and contents of variance were mainly introduced. In the second aspect， the definition and nature of the F distribution were mainly introduced. In the third aspect， the analysis of variance in three kinds of application， namely the mean comparisons， the variance comparisons and the linear regression model evaluation were mainly introduced. In the fourth aspect， the core contents of the analysis of variance was the decomposition of the sum of squares of the total deviation from the mean and the construction of the test statistic F.

The purpose of this paper is to compare the similarities and differences between the diagnostic criteria of sexual dysfunction in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5） and the International Classification of Diseases， eleventh edition （ICD-11）. Sexual dysfunction is the inability of adults to experience various forms of satisfactory sexual performance. In this paper， the main diagnostic points of sexual dysfunction in both manuals are summarized and compared with a view to assisting psychiatric and psychological workers to acquire a better understanding of the corresponding sections.

The purpose of the paper was to introduce the multiple comparison method among multiple means and the SAS implementation. The multiple comparison approaches could be subdivided into the pairwise comparisons， the comparisons of all treatment groups with a control group， the comparisons of the mean of each treatment group with the average of all groups， the approximate and simulation-based approach， the multi-stage testing and Bayesian method. Except for the Bayesian approach， the difference between other multiple comparison methods lied in the types of error that were controlled. Error types could be roughly divided into the following three categories， the comparisonwise error rate， the experimentwise error rate and the maximum experimentwise error rate. The multiple comparison methods constructed based on the control of different error rates were not all the same in the strength of inference to draw conclusions. This paper used the SAS software to analyze the examples and explained the output results.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the similarities and differences between the diagnostic criteria of elimination disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5） and International Classification of Diseases， eleventh edition （ICD-11）. Elimination disorders are clinically characterized by inappropriate urination or defecation， resulting in pain or functional impairment. This paper discussed the main points of elimination disorders in the two diagnostic manuals， in order to improve psychiatric and psychological workers’ understanding of the corresponding sections.

Demoralization is a relatively new diagnosis that has received increased attention in recent years. This condition is most frequently diagnosed in hospice, cancer, and critical illness patients. Serious demoralization may induce suicide ideation. The current literature on demoralization primarily elaborates on the history of this condition and on the reliability / validation of scales developed to assess demoralization in patients. The present paper conducts a concept analysis of demoralization in accordance with the concept analysis steps outlined by Walker and Avant. We elucidate the definition of relevant terms and identify the characteristic attributes, antecedents, and consequences of demoralization. Additionally, this paper provides examples of model, borderline, contrary, relevant cases and reviews relevant empirical data. We hope this concept analysis enhances the understanding of demoralization among clinical caregivers, increases the general understanding of the methods available to assess demoralization, and, ultimately, helps set patients free of their demoralization haze. The aim of this paper is to provide a review of the clinical features and treatment of comorbid bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder， and to provide evidence for early identification and appropriate intervention. The clinical phenomenon of comorbid bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder is hardly unusual， while the treatment strategies of the two kinds of diseases are different or even mutually exclusive， thus leading to the treatment dilemma. Based on this， the paper will discuss the research progress on the epidemiology， clinical features and treatment of comorbid bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the similarities and differences between the diagnostic criteria of feeding and eating disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5） and International Classification of Diseases， eleventh edition （ICD-11）. Feeding and eating disorders are clinically characterized by persistent disturbances in feeding or food-related behaviors that result in altered food consumption or absorption and significant impairment in physical health or social function. This paper discusses the similarities and differences of feeding and eating disorders in the two diagnostic manuals， in order to improve psychiatric and psychological workers’ understanding of the corresponding sections.

The purpose of this paper was to introduce the independence test and the SAS implementation for the "unstratified person-time data" and the "stratified person-time data". In "person-time data"， the sample size in each level of the treatment factor was expressed as "person-years". Furthermore， it was necessary to use the "incidence density" to replace the "incidence rate" in the usual qualitative data analysis. The paper introduced the concrete approaches of comparing the "incidence density" of the "unstratified person-time data" and the "stratified person-time data" in detail， and demonstrated the whole process of using SAS software to realize the calculation through two examples， including the SAS program code， the SAS output results， the results explanation and the conclusion statement.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the altered brain areas activated in functional magnetic resonance imaging before and after escitalopram antidepressant treatment in patients with major depressive disorder. Functional magnetic resonance studies showed abnormal activity in brain regions such as prefrontal cortex， cingulate cortex and striatum in patients prior to treatment， meantime， the abnormal activation of anterior cingulate， dorsolateral prefrontal and thalamus reflected the outcomes of escitalopram antidepressant therapy. Following the treatment with escitalopram， the fMRI activation of brain areas returned to normal， and those changes were significantly correlated with the improvement of depressive symptoms. So this paper provides a review of the brain functional activity changes in patients with major depressive disorder before treatment and at different time point of medication， as well as the correlation between altered brain functional activity and clinical symptoms.

The purpose of the paper was to introduce the relative risk analysis method of g×2×2 table data and the calculation method based on SAS software. The contents included the following aspects： firstly， the homogeneity test of the data in the g×2×2 table was performed； secondly， when the data met the homogeneity requirements， the point estimation and confidence interval estimation of the common relative risk based on the correction method were implemented； thirdly， when the data did not meet the requirements of homogeneity， the common relative risk RRDL and its 95% confidence interval were estimated， based on the DerSimonian-Laird method （DL method for short）； fourthly， when the data met and did not meet the requirements of homogeneity， the hypothesis of "whether the common relative risk equals to 1" was tested. Combining two examples and based on SAS software， the paper completed the following three tasks： ① the homogeneity test for the relative risk； ② the point estimation of the common relative risk； ③the confidence interval estimation of the common relative risk. The last two tasks were performed under the conditions of the data met and did not meet the homogeneity requirements， respectively. The output results of SAS software were explained， and the statistical and professional conclusions were made.

This paper intends to systematically review the efficacy and imaging related studies of dialectical behavior therapy （DBT） in the treatment of non-suicidal self-injury （NSSI）， so as to provide references for DBT treatment of NSSI. NSSI has a very high incidence in the population and is a major threat to the physical and mental health of adolescents. DBT shows certain advantages in the treatment of NSSI. Previous studies have preliminarily revealed the neurological effects of DBT treatment on patients， which provides an important objective basis for the efficacy of DBT treatment. In this paper， the efficacy of DBT in the treatment of NSSI and the brain imaging evidence are described and discussed， so as to provide references for the effectiveness of DBT in the treatment of NSSI.

This paper reported a case of a 29-year-old male patient with mental disorder caused by prion disease was misdiagnosed as depressive episode with somatic symptoms. The patient's symptoms were initially predominantly psychiatric， with progressive worsening of somatic symptoms， and he died more than 1 year after his first onset. Prion disease caused various manifestations of mental symptoms， which can easily lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. This paper discussed the case， in order to provide references for the clinical diagnosis of mental disorder caused by prion disease.

The aim of this paper is to explore the practical measures of integrating “ideological and political course” into “Psychiatry”. “Ideological and political course” is a key measure to foster character and civic virtue in colleges and universities， and a crucial link of “three -full education”. Based on the characteristics of the course “Psychiatry” and the practical experience of the course “ideological and political work” in the faculty of mental health， North Sichuan Medical College， this paper puts forward the strategies of implementing “ideological and political course” from four aspects： improving teachers’ understanding and practical ability of “ideological and political course”， constructing the integration point of ideological and political course in “Psychiatry”， choosing the teaching methods of “ideological and political course” and evaluating the teaching effect， thus providing references for the implementation of “ideological and political course” in the follow-up professional courses.

This paper aims to explore the main points of diagnosis， treatment and misdiagnosis of conversion disorder characterized by paroxysmal abdominal pain. The general hospitals had a high misdiagnose rate and no effective symptomatic treatment for conversion disorder patients with physical discomfort as main symptoms， which leading to heavy physical and mental burden of patients and waste of medical resources， so this paper retrospectively analyzed the etiology， diagnostic process， treatment and therapeutic effect of a case of conversion disorder with paroxysmal abdominal pain as the main symptom. Case analysis showed that the physical discomfort as chief complain of conversion disorder patients affected the rate of early correct diagnosis and treatment， so clinicians' ability of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of conversion disorder needs to be strengthened. At the same time， cognitive behavioral therapy （CBT） is effective in the clinical treatment and recurrence prevention of conversion disorder.

The purpose of this paper is to compare the similarities and differences between the diagnostic criteria for somatic symptoms and related disorders in the International Classification of Diseases， eleventh edition （ICD-11） and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5）. The clinical features of somatic symptoms and related disorders are prominent somatic symptoms that cause significant functional impairment and suffering. This paper discusses the similarities and differences between the two diagnostic systems in order to facilitate mastery of the corresponding content.

With the acceleration of the aging process and change in social lifestyle， the prevalence rate of late-life depression （LLD） in the elderly is increasing year by year. As the most common mental disorder in the elderly， LLD seriously affects the quality of life of patients， and thus brings a heavy burden to the family and society. It may even become life-threatening for the elderly patients. The pathogenesis of LLD is still unclear， which may be caused by a combination effects of biological， social and psychological factor. Given the declined body functions and more comorbid physical diseases in the elderly population， the diagnosis and treatment of LLD patients would be different from that of younger adult patients with depression. This paper reviews the epidemiological characteristics， clinical evaluation， diagnosis， comorbidity， treatment and intervention of LLD， and focuses on the selection of therapeutic drugs and adverse reactions， in order to provide references for better diagnosis and treatment of LLD and improve the prognosis of patients.

Post-stroke anxiety disorder （PSA） is a common psychiatric complication of stroke， which jeopardizes patients' recovery and their quality of life. Recent studies suggest that inflammation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PSA. Therefore， this paper reviewed the related licture about the association between PSA and serum inflammatory biomarkers in order to provide references for the intervention of PSA. In this study， a comprehensive search was performed in China National knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）， Wanfang Data， Web of Science and PubMed database to identify the well qualified literature focusing on the relationship between PSA occurrence and serum inflammatory biomarkers， and a total of 13 studies were retrieved. Analysis indicates a certain association between PSA occurrence and serum inflammatory biomarkers， and denotes that the elevation of inflammatory biomarkers may be a trigger for the disease occurrence and its progression， but the specific mechanism underlying this relationship requires further study.

Background: While cardiac resynchronization therapy improves the quality of life of patients with heart failure, some psychological and behavioral factors still affect the quality of life of these patients. However, information on the factors that affect the quality of life of these patients is limited. Purpose: To describe the quality of life and investigate the relationship between quality of life and behavioral and psychological factors such as depression, smoking, drinking, water and sodium restrictions, exercise, and adherence in patients with chronic heart failure following cardiac resynchronization therapy. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale, Minnesota Living With Heart Failure Questionnaire, and Cardiac Depression Scale. A convenience sample of 141 patients with heart failure following cardiac resynchronization therapy were recruited from a tertiary academic hospital in Chengdu. Results: The mean overall score of the Minnesota Living With Heart Failure Questionnaire was 30.89 (out of a total possible score of 105). Water restrictions, sodium restrictions, depression, and exercise were all shown to significantly predict quality of life among the participants. Conclusion/Implications for Practice: This paper describes the quality of life and defines the behavioral factors that affect the quality of life of patients with heart failure following cardiac resynchronization therapy. The findings suggest that nurses should manage and conduct health education for patients in order to improve their quality of life. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Maintaining long-term stability of patient's condition is crucial in the treatment for bipolar disorder， while accurately assessing the patient's disease status is important and challenging in maintaining treatment. Excessive status expectation is common in patients with bipolar depression， which would warp the patient's perception of his or her own disease status and， thus， ultimately interfere with clinical decisions. Heightened vigilance should be given to such phenomenon. This paper explores the phenomenon and potential mechanisms of excessive status expectation in patients with bipolar disorder， providing ideas for related diagnosis， treatment and research. ［Funded by Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Project （number， BE2015609）］

Bipolar disorder is one of the most common mood disorders characterized by an early age of onset and high prevalence rate， and patients tent to have poor prognosis due to high misdiagnosis rate and incomplete diagnosis rate. At present， existing pharmacological treatment for bipolar disorder remains highly variable. Therefore， this paper presents a review of indications of the medications， clinical therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions， thus providing references for the pharmaceutical treatment of bipolar disorder.

BackgroundDue to the COVID-19 pandemic， both teenagers' studies and personal life are critically affected， which has resulted in a variety of mental health problems. In this regard， scholars at home and abroad have carried out a large number of research concerning adolescent mental health， of which there still exists a lack of systematic combing and review.ObjectiveTo understand the status and development trend of research on adolescent mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic at home and abroad， and to grasp the current research hotspots and trends in this field， so as to provide references for relevant research and practice in the post-epidemic era.MethodsOn October 30， 2022， we searched through China Knowledge Network Infrastructure （CNKI） and Web of Science database， and the publishing time of articles to be retrieved was limited between December 1， 2019 and October 30， 2022. Excel and CiteSpace were used to perform visual analysis on these articles in terms of number， author， institution， country and keywords of the articles.ResultsA total of 7 608 articles were included. At home and abroad， the number of papers related to adolescent mental health generally increased at first and then decreased under the pandemic situation. Compared with foreign countries， the connection and cooperation among domestic scholars and institutions was not close enough. The top three countries in the number of English literature published were the United States， Britain and China， and those in intermediary center were Tunis， Cameroon and Anguilla. The parent-child relationship and mental health of teenagers during were much concerned by scholars both at home and abroad. With the passage of time， researchers at home and abroad had shifted their focus from only negative factors to positive factors.ConclusionChinese scholars or institutions need to strengthen more domestic and international exchanges and cooperation.
