In this work, second metal centers are introduced to regulate the coordination behavior of uranyl center in mixed-ligand uranyl compounds with halogen-substituted dichloroisonicotinic acid(H2, 6-dcpca) and 2, 2′-bipyridine(2, 2′-bpy). Through a strategy of diversified competitive coordination via a second metal center(Ag+, Zn2+ and Cu2+), the coordination environment of mixed-ligand uranyl complex was tuned, and six heterometallic uranyl compounds with different second ions, Ag+, Zn2+ or Cu2+, were successfully acquired by hydrothermal synthesis. Single-crystal structures show that these heterometallic nodes can coordinate with ［2, 6-dcpca］- and 2, 2′-bpy as the competitive candidate of uranyl center, and finally lead to different hydrothermal products with varying uranyl coordination patterns and molecular structures. Due to the difference in molecular structure, weak interactions and stacking modes in the supramolecular lattice of these compounds also show different changes. The regulation strategy based on diversified competitive coordination as well as the mixed-ligand method proposed here have been proved to be feasible to achieve the preparation of a diversity of heterometallic uranyl compounds and can be expected to be used for the synthesis and preparation of more valuable functional actinide-organic hybrid materials.

The capacity improvement mechanism with beam-tilting antennas for multi-cell base stations was studied under the consideration of the effect of log-normal shadowing, the height of antenna and the beam width. A beam-tilting scheme for multi-cell base stations of the CDMA cell system was proposed, in which beam-tilting technology for base stations is used in the whole CDMA cell system. Propellants and explosivesare are a kind of special energy and mainly are applied to weapons. In the meanwhile, the characteristics of combustibility and explosibility indicate which are dangerous cargo. Once an accident occurs, the costs wiil be grave. So when the teachers and students do research with propellants and explosives in the laboratories, the college must ensure their safety. In this paper, the safety management of propellants and explosives during storage, use and destruction are described in detailed. It includes the keeping principle and the measures of fireproof, theft-proof and lightning-proof during storage; the managerial and technological measures of safety management during use; and the notes during destruction. Objective: To investigate the role of relationship between the expression of miRNA181a-5p and imbalance of Treg/Th17 in the pathogenesis of primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP), which contributes to clarify the mechanism of T cell immune imbalance in ITP patients., Methods: Peripheral blood was collected from 37 ITP patients, concluding 21 untreated patients and 16 effectively treated patients, and 19 healthy controls; Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were isolated and the expression of miRNA181a-5p and Notch1 was analyzed by RT-PCR. The proportion of Th17 subsets and Treg cells in the peripheral circulation was detected by flow cytometer (FCM). Clinical data of ITP group was collected, including age, platelet count and disease course., Results: The expression of miR-181a-5p was significantly decreased in ITP group than that of healthy control group (P＜0.01). After effective treatment, the expression of miR-181a-5p was significantly higher than that of ITP group (P＜0.05), but still significantly lower than that of healthy control group (P＜0.01); The expression of Notch1 was significantly increased in ITP group and effectively treated group than that of healthy control group (P＜0.01). There was no significant difference in proportion of Treg cells in ITP group, effectively treated group and healthy control group (P＞0.05). The proportion of Th17 subsets in ITP group was significantly increased than that of healthy control group (P＜0.05), while the ratio of Treg/Th17 was significantly decreased (P＜0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of miR-181a-5p and ratio of Treg/Th17 in ITP group (r=0.555)., Conclusion: The expression of miR-181a-5p is significantly decreased in ITP patients, which is closely related to the imbalance of Treg/Th17 cells. After effective treatment, the expression of miR-181a-5p can be significantly corrected, but still failed to reach the level of healthy people. While the expression of Notch1 is significantly increased in ITP patients, and could not reach the level of healthy people after effective treatment.

To understand surface soil heavy metal pollution characteristics, and the spatial distribution and sources of pollution in the main sedimentary features of the Qaidam Basin, a total of 129 topsoil samples(0-10 cm) were collected within a 25 km radius. The concentrations of As, Ba, Cr, Mn, Nb, Ni, Pb, Ti, Zn, Zr, and ten kinds of heavy metals were determined, the degree of contamination and potential sources quantitatively analyzed based on enrichment factors(EFs), the ground accumulation index( I geo ), and the absolute principal component-multiple linear regression(APCS-MLR) receptor model. The results showed that the surface soils of the Qaidam Basin have experienced pollution from ten kinds of heavy metals since the 1960s, with varying degrees of enrichment. As and Pb represent probable point source pollutants, and the basin as a whole shows negligible to low levels of pollution. The APCS-MLR analysis showed that heavy metal pollution derives from two sources, natural factors and anthropogenic(transportation) sources. Specifically, As, Cr, Mn, Nb, Ni, Ti, Zn, and Zr are associated with natural sources, while Ba and Pb are associated with both natural and anthropogenic sources.

Dyslipidemia is defined as high levels of serum cholesterol and/or triglycerides. Dyslipidemia often leads to severe cardiovascular diseases including coronary heart disease and stroke as the first clinical manifestation, thus threatening the health of human beings. Dyslipidemia diseases can be caused by the genetic factors, including the Mandelian or polygenic inheritance. Traditional methods of identifying genes associated with dyslipidemia are mainly DNA sequencing and linkage analysis, suitable for Mendelian genetic dyslipidemia disease. The rise of next-generation sequencing technology applies to not only Mandelian inheritance, but also complex forms of dyslipidemia diseases. Since 2006, genome-wide association studies (GWAS) screened out many causative genes associated with dyslipidemia, and most of these genes were the previously identified ones by the pedigree-based classic approaches. Furthermore, GWAS revealed that there were the different frequencies of gene variations related to complex forms of dyslipidemia diseases. Most of the identified single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with dyslipidemia are located in non-coding regions and thus people gradually focus on the gene variations of these loci. The identification of the causative genes will provide new insights into the pathophysiology of dyslipidemia diseases and a step toward therapeutic intervention. This review summarized recent pro-gress in heritable dyslipidemia.

Objective: To analyze the data of patients with clinical stage T1a lung adenocarcinoma and find the predictive factors associated with lymph node metastasis., Methods: From January to June 2012, 271 patients with small nodules of peripheral lung adenocarcinoma were enrolled in the retrospective review. There were 105 male and 112 female patients, with an average age of (61 ± 11)years (range 32-85 years). The data were collected including age, gender, smoking history, carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), imaging findings, surgical procedure, pleural involvement, symptoms, tumor size, pathological classification, pathologic stage, maximum standardized uptake value(SUVmax) and lymph node metastasis. The predictive factors of lymph node metastasis in clinical factors were detected by univariate and multivariate analysis., Results: By preoperative thin-section CT, 35 patients were categorized as pure ground-grass opacity(GGO), 11 cases of atypical adenomatous hyperplasia, 24 cases of adenocarcinoma in situ, with no lymph node metastasis. Categorized as mixed ground-glass opacities in 89 patients, 84 patients (94.4%) had no lymph node metastasis, only 5 patients (6.0%) with lymph node metastasis. Categorized as solid nodules in 93 patients, a total of 28 cases (30.1%) had lymph node metastasis. There were statistically significant difference between three groups (χ(2) = 23.41, P < 0.001) . By univariate analysis, we found that the predictive factors of lymph node metastasis were as follows: tumor size > 1 cm (χ(2) = 9.021, P < 0.003) , imaging performance with mixed GGO or solid nodules (χ(2) = 23.41, P < 0.000) , CEA > 5 µg/L (χ(2) = 15.541, P < 0.000) and PET-CT SUVmax > 5 (χ(2) = 0.644, P < 0.000). By multivariate analysis, we found that imaging performance (mixed GGO or solid nodules) was the independent predictor of lymph node metastasis in clinical factors (OR = 166.116, 95%CI:18.161-25.19, P < 0.001) ., Conclusions: Patients of pure GGO generally do not have lymph node metastasis. Tumor diameter > 1 cm, imaging findings with the mixed GGO or solid nodules, carcinoembryonic antigen CEA > 5 µg/L, PET-CT SUVmax > 5 are predictive factors of lymph node metastasis in which imaging is independent predictor.

The aim is to study the influence of different vegetation types on CO2 fluxes at the same site, taking farmland as the object by using the simple biosphere model (SiB3) , select different vegetation types in Suzhou Dongshan site as input parameters of model to simulate CO2 fluxes, and compare with the observational data in Suzhou Dongshan site during 2011-04-16 to 2011-06-30. Results show that using corn as the site vegetation type input model to simulate CO2 fluxes showed a very good diurnal variation agreement compared to the measured data, but selecting the ordinary crop type input model to simulate CO2 fluxes, CO2 fluxes during the daytime in April and May were undervalued, and CO2 fluxes in June were overvalued; when we select the tea type to input the model, the simulated results significantly overestimated CO2 fluxes during the daytime in May and June. In addition, when using SiB3 model to simulate the daily CO2 fluxes, all three vegetation types input model can effectively simulate daily CO2 fluxes, but not significantly. It shows that choosing the right type vegetation input SiB3 model can effectively simulate the diurnal variation of CO2 fluxes, but can not effectively improve the daily CO2 fluxes simulation.

There are many differences between cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) and conventional pacing therapy in terms of indications and implant techniques. Generally speaking, CRT requires implanting 3 pacing leads in heart failure patients with ventricular dysynchrony. A left ventricular lead is implanted via intravenous coronary sinus. The pacing site of left ventricle has important influence on therapy response. Sometimes open chest implant or other pacing modes are adopted to compensate the anatomical limitation of coronary sinus and its branches. In addition, the pacing sites and modes of right atrium and right ventricle are also under research to further improve CRT response.
