In the mining process, the shallow buried deep coal seam working face is more likely to produce cracks connected with the ground due to the influence of mining, which leads to the increase of air leakage and oxygen supply in goaf and the increase of hidden dangers of spontaneous combustion of residual coal. In order to try to solve this problem, taking 1201 of the first mining face of No.2 coal seam in Lijiata Coal Mine as the research object, the ventilation parameters of the working face and the change law of oxygen volume fraction on both sides of inlet and return air in goaf were measured in site; CFD simulation simulates the distribution characteristics of hazard areas in goaf under different air supply rates. On this basis, the trinity comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf are proposed, which are “inert cooling in oxidation zone, wind control and plugging in air leakage zone, covering residual coal and blocking coal oxidation reaction”. The results show that the distribution range of spontaneous combustion danger in goaf of 1201 working face is 86-222 m on the air inlet side and 54-156 m on the air return side.

The rational utilization of the complementarity between new energy sources can smooth out the fluctuation of their power output, and the consideration of complementarity in new energy planning can make the new energy planning layout more rational. Based on this, the paper considers the complementarity of new energy outputs and investigates the optimal planning method of new energy system taking into account the source-load matching. The positive correlation between new energy output and load is utilized to maintain the dynamic balance between new energy output and load. Firstly, based on the idea of source-load matching, an equalization index describing the degree of closeness between the new energy output and the load, and a consistency index describing the degree of positive correlation between the new energy output and the baseline load output are proposed. Then, a multi-region new energy optimization planning model considering the source-load matching is established, and a constraint on the equilibrium degree of the new energy output and the load matching is introduced to ensure the consistency of the change characteristics of the two. Finally, a case study is conducted to analyze the power grids of four regions in the northern part of China. The results show that the new energy optimization planning considering the source-load matching can consider the new energy consumption rate and penetration rate comprehensively, and provide a solution for the new energy planning layout considering the complementarity of new energy output.

Social and economic losses from typhoons are increasing owing to climate change. It is of practical significance to correctly understand new characteristics and trends in typhoon activity. Based on the best track dataset of tropical cyclones from the China Meteorological Administration, the temporal and spatial variation characteristics and evolution law of northward-moving typhoons from 1949 to 2022 were analyzed using the linear trend, Mann-Kendall test, and wavelet analysis method, and the impacts of the El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) on typhoon activities were also discussed. The results showed that: (1) 275 northward-moving typhoons occurred during the past 74 years, with an average of 3.7 per year. The interannual fluctuation in typhoon frequency was large, and the upward trend was not significant. The proportion of northward-moving typhoons to the total number of generated typhoons in the Northwest Pacific was between 2% and 30%, showing a significant upward trend. (2) Northward-moving typhoons were mainly generated from July to September, accounting for approximately 88.4% of the total typhoons. The highest number of typhoons entering the defined area was 114 in August. The life-cycle intensity of northward-moving typhoons is dominated by high-intensity grades, such as super typhoons and typhoons. Among them, super-typhoons accounted for 30.5% of the total number of northward-moving typhoons, and the intensity of typhoons and above grades exceeded 70% of the total amount. In recent years, the probability of high-intensity northward-moving typhoons has increased. (3) A total of 159 northward-moving typhoons landed in China over 74 years. Most of the turning-track typhoons made landfall in Taiwan, Fujian, and Zhejiang, whereas the landing locations of landed disappearing-track typhoons made landfall more northerly. Most unlanded turning-track typhoons turned eastward near 30°N and 125–130°E, showing a significant upward trend. The generating positions of the northward-moving typhoons were mainly concentrated in the ranges of 10—20°N and 130—150°E, with a density of 4.65/10,000 km2. The central generation position of the landed northward-moving typhoons was 4.2° more westward than that of the unlanded typhoons. The latitude of the central generating position of the disappearing typhoons was 2.1° northward compared to that of the turning typhoons. (4) The Niño3.4 index had significant negative and positive correlations with the frequency and life-cycle intensity of northward-moving typhoons, respectively, and it also had an obvious effect on their generating positions. There were 4.5 northward-moving typhoons in the La Niña year, which was 1.67 times the El Niño year. However, the intensity of northward-moving typhoons generated during El Niño years was significantly higher than that generated during La Niña years, and the intensity of northward-moving typhoons increased with the Niño3.4 index. The central generating position of northward-moving typhoons during La Niña years was 5.8° northward and 12.4° westward compared to that during El Niño years, which was closer to China. This study provides a basis and reference for strengthening the risk management of typhoons and improving the efficiency of disaster prevention and reduction.

Liquid Crystal-Spatial Light Modulators (LC-SLM) control the optical path by modulating the refractive index of liquid crystal, and play an important role in adaptive optics. This paper sorts out the development status of LC-SLM at home and abroad, and introduces the working principle and phase calibration principle of LC-SLM in detail. Aiming at the application of LC-SLM in adaptive optics, the research status of key technologies of LC-SLM at home and abroad is discussed. The experimental research in this field of Xi'an University of Technology is analyzed and summarized. Finally, the application status of LC-SLM is prospected.

Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of cytosine, uracil, cytidine, hypoxanthine, uridine, thymidine, adenine, guanosine, thymidine and adenosine in different selenium-rich bamboo shoots. Methods: The determination was performed on Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water (gradient elution). The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min−1. The column temperature was 30 ℃, and the sample size was 20 μL. Fingerprints of 21 selenium-rich bamboo shoots were drawn for similarity evaluation of common peaks. The nucleosides of 21 selenium-rich bamboo shoots were analysised by principal component analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis. Results: 10 nucleosides were separated within 30 min, and the linear relationship was good (R2≥0.9990). RSDS of precision, stability, repeatability and accuracy tests were all less than 2%. Significant differences in the contents and structure ratio of 10 nucleosides were found in different selenium-rich bamboo shoots, and there were different degrees of correlation between nucleoside components. Four principal components were selected by principal component analysis. Thymidine, thymine, adenosine and guanosine were identified as four core indexes, which could be used to evaluate the quality of different selenium-rich bamboo shoots. The correlation between uracil and cytidine, guanosine and thymidine, thymidine and adenosine was high, and the contents of these indexes would influence each other. After cluster analysis, it was concluded that the new selenium-rich bamboo shoots were mainly concentrated in one category, and the common selenium-rich bamboo shoots in the market are mainly divided into two categories. Conclusion: The method was rapid, simple and reproducible, and could be used for the determination of 10 nucleosides in 21 selenium-rich bamboo shoots. At the same time, the results would provide a theoretical basis for the efficient development and utilization of bamboo shoots in the later period.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) materials, as third generation porous materials, have attracted much attention due to their functional properties such as high specific surface area, high stability and chemical modifiability, especially, the application of loading on various lightweight and flexible substrates is a rapidly growing field. The progress of loading MOFs on textile materials as substrate carriers was reviewed, and an introduction to the construction of fabric-based MOFs composites by solvothermal method, layer by layer method and spray printing method was given, and the application scenarios of different preparation methods were pointed out according to the differences of preparation methods. The composite mechanism of this type of material was summarized. The methods for enhancing the bonding and firmness of MOFs with substrate materials for the durability of composite materials were described. The latest research results on the application of such composites in the fields of superhydrophobic self-cleaning and self-sterilizing textiles were presented. Finally, it was pointed out that the mass production methods of fabric-based MOFs composites and their durability under real environmental conditions are the key step towards a wide range of applications, and their more integrated functions are the key direction for future research.

The joint planning of wind photovoltaic storage can fully consider the characteristics of renewable energy resources, and the planning results are more scientific in a global perspective. In this paper, the medium-term and long-term time-series power balance is considered for joint planning of wind photovoltaic storage, and the planning results are more reasonable and reliable. The multi-region wind photovoltaic storage joint planning problem is essentially a high-dimensional complex stochastic planning problem with wide area multiple power sources, multiple variables and multiple time sections, which is very time-consuming to solve and even impossible to solve due to dimensional disasters. Based on this, a multi-region wind photovoltaic storage joint planning model is established, and a hierarchical optimization algorithm is proposed based on regional decomposition coordination in this paper, which decomposes the multi-region wind photovoltaic storage joint planning model into a two-layer problem. The configuration capacity of power sources and energy storage in each sub-region is determined in the lower-layer problem. The power sources in each sub-region are determined in the upper-layer problem according to the capacity planning scheme given by the lower-level problem operation. The two layers iterate with each other to coordinate and obtain the optimal capacity of wind photovoltaic storage in each region. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model and method are verified by the arithmetic case analysis.

When facing two or more choices， sound decision-making is critical. In the field of clinical medical practice and public health， more and more researchers use decision-making analysis as an important tool to assist in making the optimal choices. Public health emergencies have the characteristics of group cases， sudden and uncertain. In addition to causing serious damage to public health， they may also have varying degrees of impact on socio-economic， psychological and even social stability. At present， we have not seen the application of mature and sound decision analysis in public health emergency response. This paper reviewed the development of decision analysis in the medical field and the application of common decision-making models in clinical practice. Combined with the current situation of global infectious disease outbreaks and prevention and control， this paper puts forward the concepts and prospects of establishing an auxiliary decision-making system for public health emergencies， aiming to provide a scientific method for medical and health workers to respond to public health emergencies.

Hydrogel is a cross-linked three-dimensional network hydrophilic polymer material, which can absorb and retain a large amount of water and maintain a certain shape. In recent years, with the depletion of petroleum resources and the increasing attention of human beings to environmental issues, natural or modified polymer synthetic polymer hydrogels have become a research hotspot. Cellulose and its derivatives are a large class of renewable natural polymer materials, which have the characteristics of rich resources, wide variety, non-toxic and renewable, etc. The synthesized cellulose-based hydrogel has good water absorption, water retention, biocompatibility and biodegradability, etc., which can be used in medical, environment, agriculture and other fields. The research progress of the construction and application of cellulose-based hydrogels in recent years was reviewed in this paper. The microscopic network structure is combined with the macroscopic properties of the hydrogel. The mechanical properties, swelling properties and adsorption properties of the single network, interpenetrating network and semi-interpenetrating network cellulose-based hydrogels were summarized, and their applications in medical, environmental, agricultural and electronic fields were introduced. The development of cellulose-based hydrogels with both mechanical properties and biocompatibility, and the development of more green economic methods for the synthesis of cellulose-based hydrogels for industrial applications were proposed.

Objective To investigate the sleep structure and autonomic nervous function of patients with chronic insomnia combined with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and analyze their correlation with neuropsychological characteristics. Methods A total of 91 patients with chronic insomnia admitted to Tianjin Medical University General Hospital and Airpot Hospital from September 2019 to June 2021 were included. They were divided into simple chronic insomnia group (insomnia group, n = 46) and chronic insomnia combined with OSA group (comorbidity group, n = 45) according to whether combined with OSA. And 22 volunteers matched in sex, age and education were recruited as the control group. Sleep structure and autonomic nervous function were analyzed by PSM⁃100A sleep breathing monitoring. Subjective sleep quality was assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI). Meanwhile, neuropsychological tests were performed. Results 1) Sleep structure: total sleep time (TST; P = 0.003, 0.002), sleep efficiency (P = 0.000, 0.019), proportion of rapid eye movement (REM; P = 0.000, 0.015), mean arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2; P = 0.000, 0.000), minimum SaO2 (P = 0.000, 0.019) in the comorbidity group were lower than those in control group and insomnia group; while the wake times (P = 0.028, 0.033) and sleep apnea hypopnea index (AHI; P = 0.000, 0.000) were higher than those in control group and insomnia group. 2) Autonomic nervous function: the low frequency coupling (LFC; P = 0.000, 0.006) and LFC/high frequency coupling (HFC) ratio (P = 0.000, 0.009) in comorbidity group and insomnia group were higher than those in control group, while HFC (P = 0.000, 0.006) and PNN50 (P = 0.000, 0.047) were lower than those in control group. 3) Neuropsychological test: the comorbidity group had a lower Mini⁃Mental State Examination (MMSE) score than the control group (P = 0.000) and insomnia group (P = 0.002), and the insomnia group had a lower MMSE score than the control group (P = 0.008). In terms of memory, Auditory Verbal Learning Test (AVLT)⁃short delayed recall, long delayed recall and recognition score were lower in the comorbidity group than those in the control group (P = 0.004, 0.000, 0.000) and insomnia group (P = 0.017, 0.000, 0.000). The AVLT⁃immediate recall score in comorbidity group was lower than that in control group (P = 0.000), and the AVLT⁃immediate recall, long delayed recall and recognition score in insomnia group was lower than those in control group (P = 0.035, 0.005, 0.020). In terms of visuospatial ability, the correct number of Benton's Judgment of Line Orientation (JLO) was less in comorbidity group than in control group (P = 0.000) and insomnia group (P = 0.000), and the correct number of JLO in insomnia group was less than that in control group (P = 0.017). In terms of attention, the number of correct number of Digit Span Test (DST) backward, DST downback and Symbol Digit Modalities Test (SDMT) in comorbidity group was less than that in control group (P = 0.000, 0.000, 0.000) and insomnia group (P = 0.000, 0.000, 0.003). The correct number of DST backward and SDMT in insomnia group was less than those in control group (P = 0.003, 0.003). In terms of executive function, the correct numbers of Stroop Color⁃Word Test (SCWT)⁃A, SCWT⁃B and SCWT⁃C in the comorbidity group were less than those in the control group (P = 0.000, 0.000, 0.000) and insomnia group (P = 0.004, 0.025, 0.044). The correct numbers of SCWT⁃A, SCWT⁃B and SCWT⁃C in insomnia group were less than those in control group (P = 0.003, 0.007, 0.011). In terms of anxiety and depression, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) in the comorbidity group were higher than those in control group (P = 0.000, 0.000) and insomnia group (P = 0.000, 0.000), and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in insomnia group were also higher than those in control group (P = 0.000, 0.000). 4) The correlation of sleep structure and autonomic nervous function with neuropsy hological characteristics: the TST in comorborbity group was positively correlated with the correct number of DST downback (r = 0.325, P = 0.031); the proportion of REM was positively correlated with AVLT⁃immediate recall (r = 0.302, P = 0.047), short delayed recall (r = 0.299, P = 0.049), long delayed recall (r = 0.480, P = 0.001) score, and the correct number of SCWT⁃A (r = 0.311, P = 0.040). AHI was negatively correlated with JLO (r = ⁃ 0.432, P = 0.003), the correct number of DST downback (r = ⁃ 0.370, P = 0.013), SDMT (r = ⁃ 0.449, P = 0.002), and positively correlated with HAMA (r = 0.407, P = 0.006) and HAMD (r = 0.446, P = 0.013) score. The average SaO2 was positively correlated with the correct number of DST (r = 0.397, P = 0.008), and negatively correlated with HAMA (r = ⁃ 0.370, P = 0.013) and HAMD (r = ⁃ 0.351, P = 0.020) score. The minimum SaO2 was positively correlated with the correct number of JLO (r = 0.473, P = 0.001). LFC was positively correlated with HAMA (r = 0.428, P = 0.004) and HAMD (r = 0.337, P = 0.025) score. HFC was negatively correlated with HAMA (r = ⁃ 0.428, P = 0.004) and HAMD (r = ⁃ 0.337, P = 0.025) score. The LFC/HFC ratio was positively correlated with HAMA (r = 0.415, P = 0.005) and HAMD (r = 0.308, P = 0.042) score. Conclusions Patients with chronic insomnia combined with OSA have disturbed sleep structure, autonomic imbalance and cognitive decompensation, and disturbed sleep structure and autonomic nervous function may be potential mechanisms for cognitive decompensation and mood abnormalities.

Microneedles (MN) as a minimally invasive device consisting of a micro-raised array, can penetrate the cuticle to the epidermis and dermis, and which has the advantages of safety, painless, minimally invasive, self-administration and convenience. As a new kind of microneedles, hydrogel microneedles have attracted more attentions in the medical field due to its excellent performance. Hydrogel microneedles have good biocompatibility and mechanical properties, and can be completely removed after skin action without residual polymer in the body. Its unique swelling property can realize minimally invasive extraction of human detection substance and slow release of drugs, which can play a huge role in the field of personal health monitoring and drug controlled release in the future. The mechanism of action, design, preparation and application of hydrogel microneedles were reviewed in this paper, focusing on the current design parameters of hydrogel microneedles and their applications in drug delivery, extraction monitoring and wound healing, and the problems of hydrogel microneedles in skin infection risk, pharmacokinetics and wearing comfort were pointed out. In the future, the key research direction is to combine with intelligent devices to realize both human body monitoring and intelligent drug controlled release on the microneedle patch.

Spermatogenic failure is a severe disease in male infertility, with high clinical incidence, and seriously affects the reproductive health and population security. However, due to its significant clinical heterogeneity and genetic heterogeneity, there is still no unified and standardized clinical treatment strategy currently. Our team has innovatively classified spermatogenic failure into 3 subtypes: "focal type", "arrested type" and "exhausted type". The "arrested type" spermatogenic failure is mainly caused by genetic factors such as chromosomal abnormalities, copy number variations, and single nucleotide mutations. In this paper, we review the phenotype and genetic etiology of "arrested type" spermatogenic failure, then screen the type of patients with the aid of whole-exome sequencing and other technologies, and provide frontier treatment options such as endocrine neoadjuvant therapy and targeted therapy for endocrine neoadjuvant therapy. What's more, we discuss the establishment of a multifaceted and precise diagnosis and treatment system combined with artificial intelligence.

As a new type of power electronic device to replace traditional mechanical switches, the soft open point (SOP) has the advantages of fast response speed and controllable power flow. In this paper, a novel cascaded H-bridge SOP with shared modules is proposed, which simplifies its structure and saves some modules. However, the traditional control method is no longer applicable, so a new square-wave-like modulation method suitable for common modules is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the modulation wave of the shared module is calculated according to the specific working conditions, and then the modulation wave of the non shared module is calculated in coordination to achieve the modulation of all modules of the new topology. Square-wave-like modulation adds zero level time on the basis of square wave modulation to reduce the instantaneous change value of shared module voltage during zero crossing. At the same time, the phase of the modulated wave can be changed by coordinating the zero level time and phase relationship to avoid the occurrence of over modulation of non shared modules. Finally, a three-phase experimental platform with common module SOP is built to verify the correctness and effectiveness of square-wave-like modulation strategy.

Objective To explore the research status of randomized controlled trial (RCT) with the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the medical field, in order to provide insights for Chinese scholars to carry out AI research. Methods AI related RCT researches were obtained by searching PubMed database. The Web of Science was used to obtain the publication year, citations, authors, institutions, and countries of included AI related RCT researches. The VOSviewer 1.6.17 software was used to extract the related information, generate visual cooperation network maps for the country, institutions and authors, and perform cluster analysis for keywords. The Cite Space 5.8.R3 software was used to analyze the burst citation references and keywords. Results A total of 1174 RCTs in AI field were included, with an average citation frequency of 36.09. The publication time was from 1989 to 2021, and the number of articles increased rapidly after 2007. Among them, the top 5 countries with the number of published articles were the United States (37.22%, 437 papers), Italy (10.90%, 128 papers), South Korea (8.86%, 104 papers), Germany (8.35%, 98 papers), China (7.84 %, 92 papers); the top 5 research institutions with the most published papers were Harvard University (2.98%, 35 papers), Yonsei University (2.73%, 32 papers), Northwestern University (2.21%, 26 papers), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2.13%, 25 papers), Stanford University (1.96%, 23 papers), and the top 5 authors were Krebs (22 papers, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, US), Calabro (11 papers, IRCCS Neural Center, Italy), Picelli (11 papers, University of Verona, Italy), Smania (11 papers, University of Verona, Italy), Lin (10 papers, Taiwan University, China). Insufficient cooperation between prolific authors, research institutions, countries. The main hot topics were the application of robot technology in treatment, the application of machine learning in disease diagnosis and management, and the application of AI in rehabilitation training. Combined with strongest citation burst, it was found that robot assistance and machine learning may be the current research hot topics. Conclusions AI has great application prospects in the medical field, and the number of AI related RCT medical research has increased rapidly in recent years. Although the developed countries are in the leading position in this field, the researchers and research institutions in China have shown great potential. At present, the cooperation between the authors, research institutions and countries conducting AI related RCT medical research is not close, and the research topic needs to be expanded.

【Objective】The study was carried out to explore the effect of chemical stress on the colonization ability of biocontrol bacteria on cucumber plants.【Method】By setting a greenhouse experiment and two field experiments, biocontrol bacteria were inoculated on cucumber plants without fungicides and pathogens, with fungicides and without pathogens, with fungicides and pathogens, respectively.【Result】The six biocontrol strains tested had good colonization effects on cucumber leaves and roots. Under the greenhouse conditions without fungicides and pathogens, the colonization of each biocontrol strain showed a trend of decrease-increase-stability, strains 1BS4 and 3BY4 had strong colonization ability in cucumber leaves and roots. The colonization quantity of strains 1BS4 and 3BY4 was close to 106 CFU/g(FW) at 30 days post inoculation(dpi) about 104 CFU/g(FW); Under the field conditions without fungicides and with pathogens, there were significant differences in the colonization quantities of various biocontrol strains in leaves and roots, and they all showed a trend of decrease-increase-decrease-stability. Strain 5BJN1 had the strongest colonization ability. The colonization quantity of cucumber leaves and roots at 30 dpi was 105.92 CFU/g(FW) and 104.95 CFU/g(FW), respectively; Under the field conditions with both fungicides and pathogens, there were differences in the colonization quantity of biocontrol bacteria in leaves and roots, but the difference was not significant, and all showed a trend of decrease-increase-decrease-stability, and the colonization quantities of strains 3BJN7 and 5BJN1 in cucumber leaves at 30 dpi were relatively high, which were 103.88 CFU/g(FW) and 104.23 CFU/g(FW), respectively. The colonization quantity of other strains was about 103 CFU/g(FW).【Conclusion】The effect of chemicals on the colonization ability of biocontrol bacteria depends on the types of strains. Some strains (3BJN7 and 5BJN1) have good compatibility with chemicals. In the presence of cucumber downy mildew, they can still maintain a certain amount of colonization after using chemicals, therefore, they can be used as potential biocontrol agents; In the absence of fungicide stress, the emergence of downy mildew pathogen can induce the improvement of colonization ability of strain 3BJN7 so that it can colonize stably on cucumber plants.

In order to study the transportation efficiency of the aggregate device of coal cleaning machine, taking a certain type of coal cleaning machine as the research object, establishing the mechanical model of interaction between particles and blades, obtaining the relationship between force and speed.Based on the Archard wear theory and discrete element method, Coupling model of screw and coal was established by EDEM.Analyzing the transportation capacity of screw by controlling variable, the influence of coal particle size and rotating speed on the wear depth of screw was studied.The results show that increasing the rotating speed can improve the coal transportation efficiency in terms of speed control, but too fast speed will cause particles to fly out along the radial direction.The wear depth of the screw decreases first and then increases with speed changing in from 20 r/min to 65 r/min.When speed is increased from 35 r/min to 50 r/min, the efficiency improvement effect is the most significant.,the torque of screw is relatively small at the same time.In conclusion, the best range of screw speed is 35 r/min～ 50 r/min.In addition, the screw wear is serious when transporting large coal particles compared with small particles.Therefore, in practical application, the transportation of large coal should be carried out at low screw speed.Based on the above conclusion, in this paper, an optimal mathematical model is established to minimize the driving torque, obtaining the optimal structure and dynamic parameters of the screw, and proving the correctness of optimization process by simulation test.It provides a theoretical reference for improving the transportation efficiency of the coal cleaning machine, reducing the energy consumption of the equipment and prolonging the service life of the equipment.

【Objective】The study was carried out to screen effective combinations of biocontrol agents against watermelon Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum【Method】Five biocontrol agents including 23(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens), 25(Exiguobacterium acetylicum), 28(Bacillus pumilus), 37(Bacillus licheniformis)and 156(Bacillus cereus)were combined to obtain 31 combinations. The plate bacteriostasis effects of biocontrol agents and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)produced by each combination were studied via dual-culture test and separation plate, then the effect of each combination on the germination rate of watermelon seeds and the growth of seedlings as well as the biocontrol efficacy of these combinations against watermelon Fusarium wilt were determined.【Result】The 31 combinations showed significant inhibition effect on FON growth, among which the inhibition rate of C28 was 68.06%, while the VOCs produced by C13(28+37)was 41.60%. There was no significant difference in the germination rates of watermelon seeds pre-treated by various combinations and CK group, however, the gemination rate of seeds and emergence rate of cotyledons presented a decreasing trended with the increase of the number of single isolates. In the pot test, there were differences in the control effects of various combinations against watermelon Fusarium wilt, and the C22 had the highest control efficacy of 61.1%.【Conclusion】There were differences in the plate antagonism and pot control effects of 31 biocontrol combinations against watermelon Fusarium wilt, and it was predicted that the combination formed by two or three single isolates had the best effect, and the antagonistic combinations are more beneficial to disease control.

Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in rural areas of Moyu County, in the southern part of Xinjiang, and to provide scientific basis for early prevention and intervention strategies. Methods The baseline survey population in rural Xinjiang of the Natural Population Cohort Study in Northwest China was selected as the research object. A field survey was conducted from June to December 2018 in the rural areas of Moyu County, among the natural population aged 35 to 74, and the results of a questionnaire, physical examination and lung function measurement were collected. Finally, 3 249 valid samples were obtained. Stata 13.0 software was used for Chi-square test and trend Chi-square test. Univariate and multivariate binary logistic regression were adopted to analyze the correlation between related investigation factors and COPD. Results A total of 394 subjects (12.13%) were diagnosed with COPD. The prevalence of COPD was 12.59% (95% CI: 11.45%~13.83%) in subjects over 40 years old, it was increased with age (Chi-square trend=71.990, P < 0.001), and that of men was significantly higher than that of women (15.3% vs 10.1%, Chi-square=14.216, P < 0.001). After controlling confounding factors, multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age (50~ < 60 years old: OR=1.800, 95%CI: 1.203~2.694; 60~ < 70 years old: OR=3.035, 95%CI: 1.986~4.637; ≥70 years old: OR=5.602, 95%CI: 2.419~12.973), active smoking (OR=1.422, 95%CI: 1.077~1.877), use of traditional biofuels or coal (OR=2.258, 95%CI: 1.022~4.991), and a history of tuberculosis (OR=2.181, 95%CI: 1.291~3.682) were independent risk factors for local COPD. People with higher BMI (24.0~ < 28.0: OR=0.611, 95%CI: 0.449~0.830; ≥28.0: OR=0.470, 95%CI: 0.258~0.858) and using ventilation devices (OR=0.666, 95%CI: 0.473~0.937) had a lower risk of COPD. Conclusion The prevalence of COPD in rural areas of Moyu County is 12.13%, basically consistent with the domestic reports. In addition to the common risk factors like advanced age and smoking, the use of traditional biofuels or coal, lack of ventilation, and a history of tuberculosis are also closely associated with the risk of local COPD.

The Sn4.7Ag1.7Cu+Ag composite solder/Cu joint was prepared with Sn4.7Ag1.7Cu+Ag composite solder by transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding process.The microstructure of the joints under constant temperature aging was observed by SEM, combined with EDS, the microstructure and properties of the joints under different processes were compared and analyzed. The results show that the service performance of Sn4.7Ag1.7Cu+Ag/Cu joint at high temperature (300℃) is improved with the increase of Ag particle content. When the content of Ag is 25% (mass fraction), the joint does not break after 15 days of service at 83℃ higher than the melting point (217℃) of the base solder, and the tensile strength is 25.74 MPa, which achieves the purpose of low-temperature welding and high-temperature service. Comparing with Sn4.7Ag1.7Cu/Cu joints under reflow welding, with the aging process, the residual Ag particles in Sn4.7Ag1.7Cu+Ag composite solder/Cu joint are dissolved and a large number of Ag3Sn compounds are produced near the interface of the joint. A large number of bulk Ag3Sn compounds can effectively inhibit the diffusion of Sn into the Cu substrate and achieve the purpose of inhibiting the growth of the Cu3Sn layer.Under the condition of service temperature of 200℃, with the aging process, the mechanical properties of the Sn4.7Ag1.7Cu+Ag composite solder/Cu joint first decrease and then increase, then decrease to a stable state, and its mechanical properties are better than that of the Sn4.7Ag1.7Cu/Cu joint.

In order to identify the inner and outer defect signals in pipeline magnetic flux leakage (MFL) internal inspection under dynamic conditions, a mathematical model of dynamic leakage magnetic field based on the magnetic multipole field was established for the induced eddy current magnetic field generated in the pipe wall under dynamic conditions. With the data characteristics of the inner and outer defects of pipeline extracted from the measured defect signals obtained by the inline MFL detector, the method for distinguishing the inner and outer defects of the pipeline based on the magnetic multipole field was determined: that is, the defect can be judged as an inner defect if the rising edge or the falling edge of the defect, or both, have the maximum absolute value of the second-order magnetic field parameter, or as an outer defect if both of the rising edge and the falling edge do not have the maximum absolute value of the second-order magnetic field parameter. Additionally, the method was verified by the identification probability of the measured data of the inner and outer defects. The results show that, the new distinction method has a high recognition accuracy rate, which breaks through the conditional restrictions of detector's relying on hardware sensors. It is of guiding significance to the identification of MFL defects, principle analysis and distinction of inner and outer defects.

Functional polymer material is a type of polymer materials with special functions such as catalysis, conductivity, photosensitivity, and biological activity. They have the function of transmitting, converting, or storing substances, energy, and information. Functional polymer materials have the characteristics of light weight, numerous varieties and strong specialty, which make them widely used in machinery, information technology, biomedicine and other fields. The development of functional polymer materials is very rapid. In order to meet the needs of new technologies in various fields, functional polymer materials are gradually developing towards multi-function such as electromagnetic materials and photothermal materials. With the emergence of smart polymers, functional polymer materials are gradually being developed towards intelligence, such as self-healing functional polymer materials and shape memory materials. The research progress of functional polymer materials in recent years was summarized in this article and their applications were briefly described, with emphasis on reactive functional polymer materials, optical functional polymer materials, electrical functional polymer materials, biomedical functional polymer materials, environmentally degradable polymer materials, shape memory polymer materials and smart polymer hydrogel. At present, most functional polymer materials only have traditional functions such as photoelectricity or special functions such as shape memory. It is believed that functional polymer materials with both traditional and special functions will be the development direction of future materials.

BACKGROUND The common analysis methods of marine sediments, such as open digestion or high-pressure closed digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) or inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) determination, and pressed powder pellet or fusion tablets combined with XRF determination, have a low efficiency of sample pretreatment and less detectable elements. The disadvantages of incomplete digestion, slow speed and high detection limit contribute to the inefficiency of the method. OBJECTIVES To develop a rapid method for the determination of 48 elements in marine sediments by ICP-MS. METHODS Lithium metaborate was used as a flux to decompose the sample. The obtained sample was leached with 5% nitric acid and determined by ICP-MS. An analytical method for the rapid determination of 48 elements in marine sediments was established. Using the national standard references materials of marine sediment as the high point, the standard working curve was drawn. The amount of flux LiBO2, dilution ratio, analytical isotope and internal standard elements of each element to be measured, instrument measurement mode and interference correction equation of individual elements were determined, an optimal decomposition conditions and measurement conditions were obtained. RESULTS The results showed that the accurate results of P, As, Se, Cd, Hg cannot be obtained due to high temperature loss, yet microwave digestion or other methods could be used for pretreatment to avoid loss before determination. The accurate results of 48 elements may be obtained by this method, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of each element was less than 9.7%. The measured values of the national standard references of marine sediments GBW07333, GBW07314, GBW07335 and GBW07336 were consistent with the certified values. The recoveries of each element in marine sediment samples ranged from 83.6% to 118.6%. CONCLUSIONS This method greatly improves the analysis efficiency, and can analyze more elements, suitable for the analysis of large numbers of samples.

Poloxamer is a thermo-sensitive synthetic polymer that can achieve sol-gel transition with temperature change, but its relative molecular mass is low, and the hydrogel structure is difficult to maintain for a long time. The thermo-sensitive sodium alginate/poloxamer composite hydrogel (SA/P407) was synthesized by mixing poloxamer with sodium alginate. The chemical structures, temperature sensitivity, microscopic morphology, dynamic viscoelasticity and in vitro drug release behaviors of sodium alginate/poloxamer composite hydrogels were investigated by FT-IR, test tube inversion, SEM, rheometer and UV-Vis spectroscopy. In addition, the swelling properties of sodium alginate/poloxamer composite hydrogels were also studied. These results show that the sodium alginate/poloxamer composite hydrogel is thermo-sensitive, and the gelation concentration (mass fraction is 6%) of poloxamer at body temperature can be reduced by adding sodium alginate. By controlling the mass ratio of sodium alginate and poloxamer, the sol-gel transition temperature can be kept between room temperature and body temperature (25-37 ℃), and the gelation time can be shortened to 84 s. The sodium alginate/poloxamer composite hydrogel has a structural feature of high porosity and interconnected pores, and its pore size ranges from 20 μm to 80 μm. With the increase of sodium alginate, the swelling rate of the sodium alginate/poloxamer composite hydrogel is gradually decreased. The sodium alginate/poloxamer composite hydrogel shows sustained release of the anticancer drug gemcitabine, and the drug release time can reach 72 hours. Sodium alginate/poloxamer composite hydrogel has an important application prospect in the field of injectable carriers for sustained drug release.

This paper, as a reference for the researchers of mixed reality(MR) and surgical educators, introduced concept of MR and its characteristics as a surgical teaching tool. The paper also reviewed the current application of MR in surgical training, and analyzed its application approaches and an expected development in future.

Carboxymethyl chitosan is an important chitosan derivative with good biocompatibility and degradability, and has a wide range of biomedical applications. In this study, water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan derivative that can be photo-crosslinked by UV irradiation was synthesized. Methacrylated carboxymethyl chitosan (M-CMCS) was synthesized by N-methacrylation of carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS). The chemical structures of M-CMCS were characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR. The M-CMCS hydrogels with different degrees of crosslinking was prepared by UV-triggered photo-crosslinking. The microscopic morphology, mechanical properties, swelling properties, enzymatic degradation properties and in vitro drug release behaviors of M-CMCS hydrogels were investigated by SEM, rheometer, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, respectively. The results show that the degree of methacrylation is gradually increased as the molar ratio of glycidyl methacrylate to carboxymethyl chitosan increases. M-CMCS hydrogels have the structure of high porosity and interconnected pores with the pore size of 1-20 μm. The swelling ratio of M-CMCS hydrogels is decreased as the degree of crosslinking increases. M-CMCS hydrogel can be slowly degraded by lysozyme, and the degradation rate is decreased by increasing the degree of crosslinking. M-CMCS hydrogels show sustained release behavior for anticancer drug gemcitabine, and the drug release can be extended to 4 days. Photo-crosslinked M-CMCS hydrogels show great promise for drug release and tissue engineering.

In view of the friction and heating between conveyor belt and key components such as idlers and rollers, the internal damage and tear of steel conveyor belt, and high running power consumption in operation process of mine-used belt conveyor, an intelligent monitoring system of mine-used belt conveyor was designed. The system includes damage monitoring system of steel conveyor belt based on weak magnetic detection method, fault diagnosis and early warning system of key components of belt conveyor based on infrared thermal imaging temperature detection method, and coal flow monitoring, foreign matter monitoring, belt tear monitoring and personnel safety monitoring system based on visual detection method, and implementation principle of each system is introduced in detail. The internal damage identification of steel conveyor belt and fault diagnosis and early warning of key components of belt conveyor are verified by experiments. The results show that the system can accurately identify damage of steel conveyor belt with an accuracy of about 98%, and can accurately identify faults of key components of belt conveyor and give early warning.

BN, TiN and BN/TiN nano-additives were modified by oleic acid, characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The tribological properties of lubricating oil nano-additives were tested by four-ball friction and wear tester. The results show that oleic acid is grafted onto the surface of nanoparticles to improve their dispersibility. Compared with pure base oil, lubricating oil with nano-additives reduces friction coefficient by 11.7% and wear scar diameter by 29.5%, respectively. No peeling and falling off appears on the surface of wear scar, and the depth and width of groove are obviously reduced, compared with single nano-additive BN or TiN, BN/TiN displays synergistic lubrication when mixed nano-additive BN/TiN is used. The nano-BN and TiN particles can enter the friction pair, play the role of micro-bearing, reduce friction and wear. The nano-BN entering the friction pair and reacting with the matrix material of the friction pair can form boron nitride, boron oxide and iron oxide to repair the wear surface.

Poloxamer is a thermo-sensitive polymer that can form gel at a concentration of 15.0%(mass fraction, the same as below)-30.0%.In order to decrease the gelatinization concentration and improve drug release properties of poloxamer at body temperature, thermo-sensitive N-acetyl glycol chitosan/poloxamer composite hydrogel was prepared by complexing N-acetyl glycol chitosan with poloxamer 407 (GC/P407).The structure, thermo-sensitivity, mechanical properties, morphology and in vitro drug release properties of GC/P407 were characterized by FT-IR, tube inverting method, rheometer, SEM and UV-vis spectroscopy. The GC/P407 solution shows reversible thermo-sensitive sol-gel transition behavior, and the sol-gel transition temperature is well controlled in the range of 25-37℃ by regulating the ratio of GC/P407, which shortens the gelation time and the gelatinization concentration(6%) of poloxamer 407 at body temperature. GC/P407 composite hydrogel, which has a highly porous three-dimensional structure with pore size of 10-60 μm as demonstrated by SEM, exhibits high mechanical properties. In addition, the GC/P407 composite hydrogel shows sustained release behavior of the anticancer drug gemcitabine, and the release time of the drug-loaded gel can reach 72 h. GC/P407 composite hydrogel shows the potential for biomedical application as injectable drug delivery carrier.

Porous metal is a material that combines both structural and functional properties. It is widely used in various fields due to its low density, high porosity and controlled permeability. In this paper, the application progress of porous metal on the flow field of bipolar plates in proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) was reviewed. Compared with the traditional flow channel, the high open porosity (>70%) porous metal has three-dimensional structure connected with each other, which can increase the uniformity of gas distribution, enhance gas mass transfer, enhance electron/heat conduction and water discharge, so eventually improve battery performance. In addition, the effects of porous metal parameters, flow field structure design, service parameters and materials on porous metal flow field in PEMFC applications were explored. At present, the biggest problem that hinders the application of porous metal in PEMFC is corrosion, and more challenges must be faced on the coating preparation process for the complex internal structure of porous metal. Therefore, how to effectively solve the corrosion problem of porous metal in PEMFC environment, which have great significance to promote the application of porous metal in fuel cell field.

Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-124 (miR-124) in bladder cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of miR-124 in a normal bladder urothelial cell line (SV-HUC-1) and 5 bladder cancer cell lines (5 637, J82, T24, TCCSUP and UM-UC-3) was detected using RT-qPCR. We also detected the expression of miR-124 using in situ hybridization in 114 tissue specimens of bladder cancer and adenocarcinoma tissues from patients undergoing surgeries in our hospital between January, 2013 and January, 2016. The correlations of miR-124 expression with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of the patients were analyzed. In the in vitro experiment, we tested the effect of transfection with miR-124 mimics and miR-124 inhibitor on the proliferation of bladder cancer T24 cells using CCK-8 assay and on the cellular expression of PCNA, Ki-67 and p-AKT using Western blotting. Results The expression of miR-124 in the 5 bladder cancer cell lines was significantly lower than that in normal bladder urothelial cells. The results of in situ hybridization showed that miR-124 was highly expressed in normal bladder urothelial cells but lowly expressed in non-invasive and invasive bladder cancer tissues. The expression of miR-124 was closely correlated with clinical T stage (Chi-square=6.829, P=0.009), lymph node metastasis (Chi-square= 6.844, P=0.009) and tumor differentiation (Chi-square=5.111, P=0.024). Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that compared with those with a high expression of miR-124, the patients with a low expression of miR-124 had significantly shorter overall survival (Chi-square=22.7, P < 0.01) and disease-free survival (Chi-square=26.57, P < 0.01). Multivariate analysis showed that a low expression of miR-124 was an independent risk factor for a poor prognosis in patients with bladder cancer in terms of both the overall survival (HR=4.63, 95% CI: 1.39~7.23; P=0.007) and disease-free survival (HR=5.82, 95% CI: 1.56~11.42; P=0.003). In the cell experiment, transfection with the miR-124 mimics significantly attenuated the proliferation of T24 cells (P < 0.05) and lowered the expressions of proliferation-related proteins (PCNA, Ki-67) and p-AKT as compared with the negative control (P < 0.05), while transfection with the miR-124 inhibitor resulted in the reverse changes (P < 0.05). Conclusion The low expression of miR-124 in bladder cancer cells and tissues can promote cancer cell proliferation and is associated with a poor prognosis of the patients possibly in relation with the activation of AKT signaling pathway.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of carbon ion and proton therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by Meta-analysis. Methods PubMed, The Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Chinese Journal Full-text, Chinese Biomedical Literature and Wanfang Database were searched to collect relevant clinical studies on carbon ion and proton therapy for HCC. Two reviewers independently screened the literature and extracted data based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was carried out by Stata 12.0. Results We included 7 carbon ion and 23 proton therapy studies. According to the combined results, both carbon ion and proton therapies for HCC obtained good local control rate and low adverse reactions, and the incidence of severe adverse reactions was low. Subgroup analysis showed that carbon ion and proton therapies improved the 5-year OS of HCC patients with either favorable or poor prognosis. Conclusion Both carbon ion and proton therapies may be the effective alternative treatment options for HCC with favorable prognosis, and also show better efficacy for HCC patients with poor prognosis.

Polymer hydrogel is a soft material with a three-dimensional network structure that can absorb and retain a large amount of water. Polymer hydrogels have good biocompatibility, mechanical properties and important application value in biomedical and bioengineering fields. Self-healing hydrogels are smart hydrogels that respond to external stimuli and repair their own damage. Compared with the traditional hydrogel, the self-healing hydrogel has the property of repairing damage, and received extensive attention in the scientific field in recent years. Dynamic chemistry-based self-healing hydrogels are novel self-healing hydrogels that can reshape three-dimensional network structures by dynamic covalent or non-covalent bonding to repair damage. The new self-healing hydrogel can quickly repair its own damage and has good environmental adaptability, laying the foundation for the development of self-healing hydrogels as multifunctional new materials. The research progress of recent self-healing hydrogels based on dynamic chemistry was reviewed in this paper, especially focusing on the updated development on self-healing hydrogels based on hydrogen bonds, metal coordination interactions, host-guest interactions, ionic bonds, hydrophobic interactions, imine bonds/acylhydrazone bonds, borate bonds and disulphide bonds, and meanwhile, the problem of self-healing hydrogels was put forward, and the future direction of development was finally predicted.

In order to solve the problem that Perfluorooctanoic Acid(PFOA) and Perfluorooctane Sulfonate(PFOS) in the perfluorinated and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs) are difficult to be naturally degraded and impossible effectively removed by traditional methods, this research is aim to using electrochemical method to the treatment of perfluorinated compounds.Titanium supporting nano-silver plates were prepared by electrodeposition methods, and the effects of plate materials, reaction time, pH, current density and other factors on the removal of PFOA and PFOS were explored respectively.Results demonstrate that the corrosion potential of titanium plate increases by 0.2 V and the corrosion resistance increases remarkably after load silver on the surface of titanium.The removal rates of PFOA and PFOS are 92.7% and 94% respectively at the same experimental condition of pH 7, reaction time of 60min and current density of 25 mA/cm2.

This paper proposes a feature matching algorithm for partial limitation search regions, which combines spatial constraints with local descriptors. Based on the ASIFT algorithm, this paper improves the defects of directly removing one-to-many and many-to-one feature points in the feature matching phase. Since many of these removed feature points can be properly matched,resulting match points less. This paper will find a new unmatched pair of points within the surrounding area of the matching pairs, and finally achieve the goal of raising the correct number of matches. Experiments show that the feature matching algorithm proposed in this paper can greatly increase the number of feature matching compared with the ASIFT algorithm.

Spring energized metal C-ring is an important basic component which is crucial to ensure the safety of nuclear power plant operation. The thickness of alloy lining which is one of the component part of metal C-ring will affect the sealing performance of C-ring. This article has built C-ring three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element analysis model. Based on the reliability of the theoretical model which is verified by the experimental study,thickness of alloy lining on the mechanical behavior and sealing performance of C ring are discussed. The results show that under the same amount of compression,the thicker the alloy lining,the larger C ring stiffness slightly. But it has no obvious effect on the springback characteristic of C ring.When alloy lining thickness is small,the plastic strain value is higher which is adverse for the sealing performance. On the contrary,the greater thickness of alloy lining,the more uniform contact stress distribution,but too thick alloy lining can lead to sealing face wrinkles. So for millions of kilowatt nuclear reactor pressure vessel（ RPV） with a metal C ring,in order to ensure that metal C ring has good sealing performance,alloy lining thickness value of 0. 5-0. 7 mm should be recommended in the project,in order to ensure the sealing performance of C ring.

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs, mass fraction of 0%-2%) reinforced Al5083 composites were fabricated by horizontal high-energy ball milling. The effects of ball milling time and CNTs contents on the properties of composite materials were studied. The micro morphology of CNTs/Al5083 composites was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), the tensile strength and microhardness of the composites were tested. The results indicate that after high-energy ball milling for 1.5h, the carbon nanotubes are dispersed homogeneously in the Al5083 matrix, and good interfacial bonding strength between CNTs and Al5083 is obtained at the addition of 1.5%CNTs. Under these conditions, the tensile strength and microhardness of CNTs/Al5083 composites are 188.8MPa and 136HV, respectively. Compared to Al5083 matrix without CNTs reinforcement, tensile strength and microhardness of CNTs/Al5083 composites are increased by 32.2% and 36%, respectively.

The graphene oxide were firstly prepared by a modified Hummers method, and then blended with polypropylene(PP)/polyamide 6(PA6) blends. The compatibilizations of the graphene oxide on the PP/PA6 blends were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM). SEM observation shows the domain size of the dispersed PA6 phase significantly decreases with the addition of graphene oxide. Due to the chemical reaction of graphene oxide with amino group of PA6, a stronger interfacial adhesion between graphene oxide, PP and PA6 is obtained, which is confirmed by mechanical analysis. The improved mechanical properties and decreased dispersed PA6 domain indicate the graphene oxide plays the role of coupling species between the two polymers. Therefore, a clear compatibilization effect is induced by graphene oxide in the immiscible PP/PA6 blends.

The gearbox is a pivotal component in wind turbine,the dynamics performance of gearbox is one of the most critical factors determining the lifetime of gearbox and that of the wind turbine. A multi-body dynamics drivetrain model with rigid-flexible body coupled of a level MW wind turbine is built by using the Simpack software. The reliability and accuracy of this model is confirmed through comparing the nature frequency derived from Simpack drivetrain model and the nature frequency calculated by Bladed software and traditional approach. The modal analysis and torsional resonance analysis of gearbox is completed based on the multi-body dynamics simulation both in frequency domain and time domain,furthermore,the potential resonance is evaluated,the influence of shaft misalignment on the dynamics performance of gearbox is analyzed. The aforementioned analysis approach and evaluation method is confirmed to be correct by experimental.

Objective To dynamically observe the changes in hypoxia-inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) and Bcl-2/adenovirus E1B19kDa-interacting protein 3 (BNIP3) in children with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and evaluate their clinical value in predicting the severity and prognosis of pediatric TBI. Methods A prospective study included 47 children with moderate to severe TBI from January 2021 to July 2023, categorized into moderate (scores 9-12) and severe (scores 3-8) subgroups based on the Glasgow Coma Scale. A control group consisted of 30 children diagnosed and treated for inguinal hernia during the same period, with no underlying diseases. The levels of HIF-1α, BNIP3, autophagy- related protein Beclin-1, and S100B were compared among groups. The predictive value of HIF-1α, BNIP3, Beclin-1, and S100B for the severity and prognosis of TBI was assessed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results Serum levels of HIF-1α, BNIP3, Beclin-1, and S100B in the TBI group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Among the TBI patients, the severe subgroup had higher levels of HIF-1α, BNIP3, Beclin-1, and S100B than the moderate subgroup (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of HIF-1α, BNIP3, Beclin-1, and S100B wcrc negatively correlated with the Glasgow Coma Scalc scorcs (P<0.05). After 7 days of treatment, scrum levels of HIF-1α, BNIP3, Beclin-1, and S100B in both non-surgical and surgical TBI patients decreased compared to before treatment (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis indicated that the areas under the curve for predicting severe TBI based on scrum levels of HIF-1α, BNIP3, Beclin-1, and S100B wcrc 0.782, 0.835, 0.872, and 0.880, respectively (P<0.05), and for predicting poor prognosis of TBI wcrc 0.749, 0.775, 0.814, and 0.751, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusions Scrum levels of HIF-1α, BNIP3, and Beclin-1 arc significantly elevated in children with TBI, and their measurement can aid in the clinical assessment of the severity and prognosis of pediatric TBI. The purpose of this experiment was to explore the correlation between meat traits such as backfat thickness, eye muscle area and eye muscle depth and body weight, and to provide a reference for the production and breeding of Pishan Red Sheep. 506 six-month-old Pishan red sheep were selected for the experiment. The meat traits and body weight were measured by portable B-ultrasound. The influencing factors were analyzed by SAS 9.2 and the correlation analysis was carried out by SPSS 25.0 software. The results showed that lambing type, sex, and group had significant or extremely significant effects on backfat thickness, eye muscle depth, and eye muscle area, respectively (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The eye muscle depth of single lamb was extremely higher than that of three lambs (P<0.01), the eye muscle depth of double lamb was extremely higher than that of three lambs (P<0.01), the eye muscle surface of single lamb was extremely higher than that of multiple lambs (P<0.01), the eye muscle depth of double lamb was significantly higher than that of three lambs (P<0.05) and significantly higher than that of four lambs (P<0.05). Sex had an extreme effect on three meat traits index (P<0.01), among which male lambs were higher than female lambs in backfat thickness, eye muscle depth, and eye muscle area. Eye muscle area has the highest correlation with body weight, followed by eye muscle depth and backfat thickness. Eye muscle area has the greatest direct effect on Pishan red sheep, followed by eye muscle depth and eye muscle area. The study indicates that the backfat thickness, eye muscle depth, and eye muscle area of six-month-old lambs were affected by birth type, sex and feeding, and management methods of lambs, and their effects on these traits should be considered in feeding and breeding of six-month-old lambs to improve the accuracy of breeding and genetic evaluation of these traits. AIM: Using bioinformatics analysis and experiment validation to explore the differential expression genes related to abnormal lipid metabolism in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the molecular mechanism of pachymaran affecting pyroptosis through squalene epoxidase (SQLE)/nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3)/gasdermin D (GSDMD) signaling pathway. METHODS: (1) The GEO, GSEA, DAVID, STRING and GEPIA databases were employed to screen abnormal lipid metabolism-related differentially expressed genes in HCC. (2) The tumor tissues from HCC patients (n=9) were collected to verify the differential expression of SQLE. (3) The inhibitory effect of pachymaran on the viability of human HCC cell line HepG2 was measured by CCK-8 assay. (4) The HepG2 cells were divided into control group and pachymaran (800 mg/L) group. The cell migration was analyzed by wound-healing assay, and RT-qPCR was used to measure SQLE mRNA expression. (5) The HepG2 cells with overexpres-sion of SQLE (OE-SQLE) were divided into 5 groups as follows: control group, overexpression negative control (OE-NC) group, OE-SQLE group, OE-NC+pachymaran group, and OE-SQLE+pachymaran group. The mRNA and protein expression levels of SQLE and pyroptosis-related factors were determined by RT-qPCR and Western blot. Colorimetric method and ELISA were used to measure lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and IL-18 levels. The necrosis of HepG2 cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. RESULTS: The SQLE gene was screened through bioinformatics analysis, and its mRNA expression was significantly increased in tumor tissues from HCC patients (P<0. 01). In cell experiments, treatment with 800 mg/L pachymaran for 48 h had a significant inhibitory effect on HepG2 cell viability, and the expression of SQLE mRNA was reduced (P<0. 01). After overexpression of SQLE, the mRNA and protein levels of pyroptosis-related factors, necrotic rate, and LDH, IL-1β and IL-18 levels were significantly decreased (P<0. 05). After treatment with pachymaran, the above indicators were significantly increased (P<0. 05). Preferential flow during on-farm irrigation management can reduce water and fertilizer use efficiency and exacerbate the risk of groundwater contamination. Based on potassium iodide-starch dye tracing experiment, this paper analyzes the soil water distribution characteristics under surface irrigation DM, micro-sprinkler irrigation WP1 (20 mm/h), irrigation WP2 (40 mm/h) treatments, verifies the validity of dual-permeability model based on principle of water volume balance, and uses four levels of antecedent water content ( 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35 cm3/cm3) with five levels of irrigation intensity (12.0, 24.0, 36.0, 48.0, 60.0 mm/h) in a rotating combination design for application analysis. The results show that water infiltrated in the form of uniform matrix flow in WP1 and WP2 treatments as a whole; the soil profile staining area under DM treatment can be clearly divided into substrate flow area (0~6.9 cm) and preferential flow area (>6.9 cm) in the vertical direction. In addition, the matrix flow depth and irrigation uniformity under DM treatment are significantly (P<0.05) smaller than those under WP1 and WP2 treatments, while their the fraction of preferential flow and wetting front curvature are highly significantly larger (P< 0.01) than those under WP1 and WP2 treatments, which indicates that surface irrigation can activate more preferential flow paths, increase the degree of preferential flow development and spatial heterogeneity, and reduce irrigation quality. The dual-permeability model based on principle of water volume balance can effectively predict the trends of matrix flow depth and soil profile staining area ratio under different irrigation intensities (R2=0.927 6, NSE=0.884 4, RSR=0.023 0), and the simulation results of the rotational combination design of antecedent volumetric water content and irrigation intensity show that increasing irrigation intensity or decreasing antecedent water content will increase the degree of preferential flow and reduce irrigation quality. Therefore, this paper recommend using "high-frequency, low-flow" irrigation mode in irrigation management to reduce the reduction of water and fertilizer use efficiency due to priority flow. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for irrigation decision, and the experimental data can provide important data support for the optimization and validation of the preferential flow model. Bamboo is easy to cultivate, grows quickly, and can replace wood or other products after processing. However, the previous layout was mainly based on manual experience. There were issues such as long material transportation distances and frequent interference in transportation paths, resulting in high construction and maintenance costs for production lines. In order to solve the problems, in this work, a new methodology and mathematical formulation was proposed to minimize the total material handling cost and workflow interference. The new method combined a NSGA- II and the A* algorithm in order to minimize the above two objectives. Compared to the Manhattan distance used in traditional algorithms, this method used the A* algorithm to calculate the optimization objective, which can achieve lower material transportation costs and has the ability to handle transportation obstacles and path interference issues. The results showed that after optimization, the average material transportation cost was reduced by 18.1%, with a maximum reduction of 10.5% and a maximum reduction of 97.5% in cross interference points. To further study the active peptide molecules in oats that may exert a hypoglycemic function it was first investigated the oat peptides extracted and identified from the literature, constructed the cor responding oat peptide database, and screened the peptide database based on DPP4 proteins. Subse quently, 100 ns of molecular dynamics simulations were performed for each of the six peptides obtainei through the screening. The interaction information between different peptide molecules and DPP4 wa analyzed from the stable binding conformations after simulation, and the binding free energy of differen peptide molecules and DPP4 was calculated respectively. The results show that the peptide molecule obtained from the virtual screening can all stably bind to the DPP4 protein, and two of the peptide mole cules have relatively strong affinity for DPP4. The peptide molecules obtained here can serve as leai molecules for the subsequent design and modification of DPP4 inhibitors, and the oat peptide databas can also be used to study other biological functions of oat. In order to fully grasp the current situation and development trend of mine emergency rescue research in China, based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure database, VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to conduct bibliometric visualization analysis from multiple perspectives such as the number of publications, research institutions, researchers, journal sources and keywords, and the evolution process of emergency rescue research hotspots was analyzed from three aspects: management, technology and equipment. The results show that the research on mine emergency rescue in China has mainly experienced three stages of development: initial germination, rapid development and high fluctuation, and the number of published papers is on the rise. Research institutions are dominated by universities. The research team is distinctive, but the cooperation needs to be strengthened. At present, the research hotspots focus on emergency plan, emergency command, emergency communication, emergency drill, rescue equipment and IoT monitoring. Information technology plays an increasingly important role in mine disaster perception, transmission, evaluation, decision-making and command. Intelligence, informatization and integration have become the main development trend of mine emergency rescue in the future.
