Background Cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) are important diseases that seriously endanger our national health, and their incidence is positively correlated with age. Meanwhile, CMBs are also an independent risk factor for stroke recurrence and induced hemorrhagic stroke. Understanding the current prevalence of CMBs is of great practical significance for promoting healthy aging and strengthening stroke prevention and treatment in China. Objective To systematically evaluate the current status of the occurrence of CMBs in China and to provide data support for promoting the process of healthy aging and strengthening the prevention and treatment of stroke in China. Methods Literature related to the occurrence of the disease of CMBs in our national population was systematically searched through Chinese and English databases such as CBM, CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science, with a timeframe of the establishment of the database until November 2023 for all searches. Two researchers separately performed literature screening, data extraction, and evaluation of the risk of bias in the included literature, and meta-analysis was performed using Stata 16.0 software. Results A total of 39 studies were included, with a total of 25 877 study subjects. Meta-analysis showed that the overall incidence of CMBs in China was 25.0% (95%CI=21.0%-29.0%). The results of subgroup analysis showed that the prevalence was 27.0% (95%CI=12.0%-44.0%) for those aged 51-60 years, 23.0% (95%CI=16.0%-30.0%) for those aged 61-70 years, and 27.0% (95%CI=20.0%-35.0%) for those aged 71-80 years; the prevalence was 21.0% (95%CI=15.0%-28.0%) in North China, 26.0% (95%CI=21.0%-33.0%) in East China, 21.0% (95%CI=8.0%-39.0%) in South China, 21.0% (95%CI=16.0%-27.0%) in Central China, 24.0% (95%CI=21.0%-27.0%) in Southwest China and 46.0% (95%CI=41.0%-51.0%) in Northwest China by geographic area; the prevalence of CMBs with a history of hypertension was 19.0% (95%CI=13.0%-26.0%) and without a history of hypertension was 8.0% (95%CI=6.0%-11.0%) ; the prevalence of CMBs with a history of smoking was 9.0% (95%CI=5.0%-14.0%) and without a history of smoking was 16.0% (95%CI=12.0%-21.0%) . Conclusion The overall prevalence of CMBs in China is high, with significant differences between different age segments, regions, and provinces. Its prevalence was higher in people of advanced age, males, Northwest China, and nationals with a history of hypertension. Due to the limitations in both quantity and quality of the included studies, further confirmation of this conclusion through additional high-quality research is required.

Objective To investigate the effect of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) on human periodontal ligament fibroblasts (hPDLFs) stimulated by lipopolysaccharide from Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg-LPS). Methods hPDLFs were obtained and identified by immunohistochemistry. The stimulating concentration of Pg-LPS was determined by qRT-PCR and CCK-8. The hPDLFs were divided into 4 groups: blank control group, 100 μg/mL pure Pg-LPS; low concentration group, 1 ng/mL TGF-β1+100 μg/mL Pg-LPS; medium concentration group, 10 ng/mL TGF-β1+100 μg/mL Pg-LPS; and high concentration group 100 ng/mL TGF-β1+100 μg/mL Pg-LPS. Cell proliferation was measured by CCK-8 assay at 72 hours, cell migration was measured by scratch and Transwell chamber assays at 24 hours, and the cell cycle of the hPDLFs was measured by flow cytometry at 72 hours. The expression of Forkhead/winged helix transcription factor p3 (Foxp3), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and Epstein-Barr virus-induced gene 3 (EBI3) mRNA in hPDLFs at 72 hours was measured by qRT-PCR, and the expression of Foxp3, IL-6 and EBI3 proteins in hPDLFs at 72 hours was detected by western blot. Due to the absorption and scattering effects under water,underwater image often suffers from blurring,low contrast,color casting and so on.The degraded images will decline the accuracy and effectiveness in underwater archaeology,marine ecological research,underwater target detection and tracking.On the other hand,underwater image quality assessment plays a key goal in the development and exploration of the ocean.An effective underwater image quality evaluation system can provide a gui-dance for optimizing underwater enhancement and restoration algorithms and promote the progress of underwater vision.Therefore,it is desire to design an effective and robust algorithm for underwater image quality evaluation.Since the atmospheric image quality evaluation methods don’t consider the characteristics of the water absorption of light,they aren’t suitable for evaluating underwater image quality.Additionally,there are few effective metrics for underwater images quality evaluation up to now.To address this problem,we propose a new no-reference underwater image quality measure containing color index,contrast,and sharpness indexes,dubbed CCS,which has stronger correlation with human subjective perception.These attributes not only are sensitive to the physical characteristics of the water,but also the human visual system (HVS) is sensitive to the changes of the visual properties such as color,contrast,and edge structures.To verify the performance of the proposed CCS,we conduct considerable experiments on a small underwater image dataset comparing with the other four non-reference metrics including CPBD,BRISQUE,UIQM and UCIQE.It can be seen that our CCS metric is higher about 13% than UIQM in terms of RMSE,moreover,is higher above 10% than UIQM and UCIQE in terms of PLCC,SROCC,and KROCC.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed CCS metric has a higher correlation with subjective evaluations,which can effectively and accurately evaluate the underwater image quality.

[Purpose/Significance] With the continuous development and application of online Internet faculty-student teaching/communication and other software, the mixed offline and online faculty-student interaction methods have become mainstream. In order to investigate the mechanism of the influence of different university faculty-student interaction methods on the effect of undergraduate knowledge sharing under the influence of the Internet environment, this study refined the division of online/offline teacher-student interaction in two dimensions: classroom interaction and extracurricular interaction, introduced academic emotion as a mediating variable, constructed a theoretical model and conducted empirical evidence. [Method/Process] By collecting 296 valid samples, a combination of SEM and fsQCA was used to conduct the empirical analysis. [Result/Conclusion] The SEM study found that classroom interaction directly and positively influenced the knowledge sharing effect of undergraduate students, while extracurricular interaction could not directly and positively influence the knowledge sharing effect; classroom interaction and extracurricular interaction could positively influence the knowledge sharing effect through the mediating role of academic emotion. Further, a high knowledge sharing effect antecedent construct and two low knowledge sharing effect antecedent constructs were obtained through fsQCA analysis, and it was found that online and offline classroom interactions, offline extracurricular interactions, and academic emotions jointly affected the high knowledge sharing effect; while the lack of positive teacher-student interactions and negative academic emotions may cause the low sharing effect.

The hemicellulose-based magnetic hydrogel was prepared by free radical polymerization and in situ co-precipitation from corn cob. The properties of the magnetic hydrogel were characterized by means of ICS, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and universal tensile testing machine. Moreover the adsorption properties on methylene blue were studied. The results show that the hemicellulose-based magnetic hydrogel has super-paramagnetism, with a maximum saturation magnetization intensity of 21.83 A·m2/kg and a maximum compression strength of 0.119 MPa. The adsorption properties on methylene blue are good as well and the removal rate reaches 97%. The prepared hemicellulose-based magnetic hydrogel has good swelling properties, super-paramagnetism and removal efficiency of methylene blue. Furthermore it has better application prospects.

Dental age estimation is a crucial aspect and one of the ways to accomplish forensic age estimation, and imaging technology is an important technique for dental age estimation. In recent years, some studies have preliminarily confirmed the feasibility of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in evaluating dental development, providing a new perspective and possibility for the evaluation of dental development, suggesting that MRI is expected to be a safer and more accurate tool for dental age estimation. However, further research is essential to verify its accuracy and feasibility. This article reviews the current state, challenges and limitations of MRI in dental development and age estimation, offering reference for the research of dental age assessment based on MRI technology. Equus Linnaeus animals, as large non-ruminant herbivores, harbor a diverse array of microorganisms in their gastrointestinal tract, and the microbial composition varies across different segments of the gut. These microorganisms play a crucial role in the efficient utilization of feed, especially for nutrients that cannot be readily degraded by endogenous enzymes or are minimally susceptible to endogenous enzymatic breakdown. The intestinal microbiota of Equus Linnaeus animals interacts with the host, participating in energy metabolism and immune regulation. External factors (such as diet composition and environmental conditions) and internal factors (including age, gender, and genetic background) can disrupt the balance of intestinal microorganisms, leading to digestive system disorders such as diarrhea, colic, and colitis. The article provides an overview of core microbial communities in the Equus Linnaeus animals intestinal tract, community structures in different gut segments, factors influencing gut microbiota, and the relationship between gut microbiota and overall health. Exosomes are a kind of extracellular vesicles that play the role of transmitting information among cells. Through transporting of substances to regulate the physiological and pathological functions of various cells, it can affect the progress of malignant tumors. Natural killer (NK) cell is an indispensable part of the human immune system, and is important in the development of cancers. In the tumor microenvironment, tumor-derived exosomes (TDEXs) can act on NK cells, adjusting their functions, and modifying the interaction between NK cells and other immune cells, resulting in the change of the immune response. In recent years, the research on the relationship between NK cells and tumor exosomes has become a hot topic. Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSDs) with or without autoantibodies other than aquaporin 4 (AQP4) - IgG. Methods A total of 90 NMOSDs patients were included from September 2014 to June 2017. First symptoms, first diagnosis, monophasic or polyphasic course of disease, comorbidities, Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score, treatment regimen and annualized relapse rate (ARR) were recorded. Laboratory tests for cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) white blood cell count and protein quantification, as well as serum autoimmune - related antibodies, including anti - nuclear antibody (ANA), A type and B type Sjögren's syndrome antibody (SSA and SSB), thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and thyroglobulin (TG) antibodies, anti-double stranded DNA antibody (dsDNA), perinuclear antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (pANCA), anti-endothelial cell antibody (AECA), Ro-52 antibody, Jo-1 antibody, anti-cardiolipin antibody (ACA), anti-mitochondria antibody M2 subtype (AMA-M2), human leukocyte antigen-B27 (HLA-B27), and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody were examined. Brain and whole spine MRI were performed to observe the lesion site, distribution and length of spinal cord lesions. Results Among the 90 patients, 34 (37.78%) were accompanied by autoimmune-related antibodies (positive group), including 19 (55.88%) ANA positive cases, 13 (38.24%) SSA positive cases, 12 (35.29%) TPO antibody positive cases, and 10 (29.41%) TG antibody positive cases. The remaining 56 patients (62.22%) were not accompanied by autoimmune-related antibodies (negative group). In both groups, optic neuritis [52.94% (18/34) vs. 58.93% (33/56)], brain symptoms [26.47% (9/34) vs. 17.86% (10/56)] and myelitis [14.71% (5/34) vs. 21.43% (12/56)] were the main initial symptoms (Fisher exact probability: P = 0.504). There were no significant differences in the first diagnosis (χ² = 1.634, P = 0.201), monophasic or polyphasic course (Fisher exact probability: P = 1.000), comorbidities (χ² = 1.275, P = 0.302), EDSS score at the peak of the first onset (Z = - 0.747, P = 0.455) and at the inclusion (Z = - 0.379, P = 0.705), treatment plan (χ² = 0.662, P = 0.416) and ARR (Z = - 0.370, P = 0.711). There was no statistically significant difference in CSF white blood cell count (Z = - 1.163, P = 0.245) and protein quantification (Z = - 0.340, P = 0.734). MRI showed that 68 cases (75.56% ) had intracranial lesions [28 cases (82.35%) in the positive group and 40 cases (71.43%) in the negative group], mainly located in the parietal lobe, frontal lobe and lateral ventricle. There were 62 cases (68.89%) with spinal lesions [21 cases (61.76%) in the positive group and 41 cases (73.21%) in the negative group], which were mainly cervical and thoracic myeloid lesions and medium - length segment lesion. There were no statistically significant differences in intracranial lesions (χ² = 1.367, P = 0.242), spinal cord lesions (χ² = 1.294, P = 0.255) or lesion length (Z = - 0.647, P = 0.517) between 2 groups. Conclusions There were no significant differences between NMOSDs patients with and without other autoimmune-related antibodies in terms of initial symptoms, CSF white blood cell count and protein quantification, MRI lesion distribution characteristics, etc. The value of autoimmune - related antibodies in clinical characteristics of NMOSDs patients remains to be further explored. The height,ground diameter,seed yield,medicinal material yield and schaftoside content of Desmodium styracifolium in different fertilization treatment were calculated and compared. The results indicated that fertilization group and no fertilizer group showed significant differences in the terms of growth. The height and medicinal material field of fertilize K 30 g.m-2 was 174.04 cm and 94.5 g,which was the highest among all the fertilize treatment group; The ground diameter of fertilization N 40 g.m-2 was 16.79 mm which was the most coarsest. The combined application of N,P,K significant effected the yield of seed,when N,P,K reached 80 g.m-2,80 g.m-2and 30 g.m-2,the seed yield was highest and the production rate reached to 179.30%; the highest schaftoside content could be reached 0.175% with being N at 40 g.m-2,P at 80 g.m-2and K at 80 g.m-2. It could conclude that the reasonably fertilizing in complex treatment of N,P,K could promote the growth of D. styracifolium and increase the yield,also affected the accumulation of schaftoside. Take height,ground diameter,seed yield,medicinal yield and schaftoside content as evaluation standard. According to the fertilization mathematic model,the optimum fertilizer dosages of N was 42.4-64.5 g.m-2,P: 49.5-59.0 g.m-2,K: 30.0-41.0 g.m-2. This article constructed two cloud service trust game models with and without third party certification institutions, set up the cloud service trading mechanism and the trust management mechanism based on the third party certification using game theory, and finally compared the cloud service trust evaluation model with electronic commerce trust system. This article further perfected the credit evaluation methods of existing cloud providers, and provided decision-making information with more trust for cloud users. Through the models and mechanism above, we can draw a conclusion: to found third party certification institutions are an effective measures to control the risk of cloud computing environment.
