Background Currently, primary healthcare staff are under high pressure and prone to effort-reward imbalance and burnout, which hinders the development of primary health services and has not been sufficiently emphasized. Objective To study the situation of effort-reward imbalance and burnout among primary healthcare workers, and explore the relationship between the two, so as to provide reference for improving burnout among primary healthcare workers. Methods Primary healthcare workers from primary healthcare institutions (including community health service institutions and township health centers) in 4 streets and 28 townships in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, were selected for the survey from March to May 2022 using the convenience sampling method. The questionnaire included general information, the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) and the Effort-Reward Imbalance (ERI) . With MBI-GS score as the dependent variable, the effort-reward ratio and degree of overload in the effort-reward imbalance model as the independent variables, stratified regression analysis was used to explore the effects of the effort-reward imbalance model on burnout. Results A total of 347 primary healthcare workers were included, the total score of MBI-GS for primary healthcare workers was (3.72±1.25) . Of the 347 primary healthcare workers, 93.4% were burnout, 76.7% were in effort-reward imbalance, and 35.2% were under a heavy workload. [Introduction] As a new form of nuclear energy utilization that is green and clean, nuclear fusion is regarded as the "ultimate energy" of mankind in the future and also as an inevitable route for China's energy development. In thermonuclear fusion power plants, China Fusion Engineering Test Reactors (CFETR) have periodic and pulse energy output, while turbine generator units operate stably and continuously. Therefore, an energy storage island is required between a nuclear island and a conventional island for energy storage buffering. To realize such a buffering function, a suitable operation mode needs to be selected for the energy storage system.[Method] The coupling and decoupling operation of the nuclear island and conventional island corresponded to different operation modes of the energy storage island. Based on the power output characteristics of CFETR, different operation mode schemes were analyzed and compared from aspects such as system configuration, equipment design and operation control. [Result] The results show that the decoupling operation mode of a nuclear island and conventional island is superior in terms of power generation efficiency, maturity of equipment design technology and operation control of generator units, so it is recommended to adopt the decoupling operation mode for the energy storage system in a thermonuclear fusion power plant. [Conclusion] Most of the decoupling operation mode schemes for the energy storage system adopt mature technologies, so they can be put into commercial applications on a large scale and provide support for the commercial design of thermonuclear fusion power plants.

[Introduction] In order to adapt to the periodic output characteristics of CFETR fusion reactors, the fusion power plant adopts a helium-molten salt energy storage-water (steam) power cycle three-circuit system. The parameters and thermal scheme of the three-circuit steam cycle have a significant impact on the investment and power generation benefit of the power generation island. High parameters and complex thermal schemes can improve cycle efficiency but increase initial investment; low parameters and simple thermal schemes have lower cycle efficiency but significantly reduce initial investment. Therefore, the selection of steam parameters and thermal schemes for the three-circuit system should comprehensively consider power generation efficiency and initial investment and should be selected based on the principle of optimal comprehensive economy. [Method] Based on the simulation software Ebsilon, modeling and simulation were carried out in this study to examine the performance of the thermal cycle under different regeneration schemes and different main steam and reheat parameters. By calculating different thermal schemes and parameter combinations, the total efficiency and output power under each operating condition were obtained, and the investment in the main equipment of the three-circuit system and its variation with parameters were analyzed. [Result] Taking into account the total investment and returns of the energy storage island and the conventional island, it is recommended to adopt a thermal scheme with 9-stage regeneration, and main steam parameters of 12.4 MPa, and 540 ℃. [Conclusion] The three-circuit steam parameters and thermal scheme proposed in the study have reference value for subsequent research on fusion power generation technology and engineering design.

Macrophages are important cells involved in inflammatory damage in chronic kidney disease. The characteristic alteration of macrophage function due to changes in the local microenvironment is referred to as macrophage reprogramming. In recent years, altered macrophage reprogramming affecting inflammatory tissue injury has received increasing attention. This article reviews advances in the understanding of macrophage metabolic reprogramming pathways and studies that influence macrophage polarization and impact inflammatory injury in chronic kidney disease.

Background Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common clinical condition with a decades-long course. Long-term and personalised health management in community hospitals is the best way to prevent and treat KOA, and non-surgical treatment is an effective way to slow joint degeneration and postpone joint replacement surgery. Objective To understand the population characteristics, clinical staging and treatment modality characteristics of the population attending community hospitals for knee osteoarthritis, in order to provide a basis for optimising the treatment protocol for knee osteoarthritis at the grassroots level. Method All streets in the urban area of Beijing were randomly selected for the study using the whole cluster sampling method, and Hepingli Street in Dongcheng District, Beijing was censored for all patients who attended all community hospitals (7) belonging to the street from January to June 2022, and general information, medical history, personal history, clinical staging, K-L grading and treatment modalities were collected. Results A total of 3 615 KOA patients were included in this study, including 1 327 males (36.71%) and 2 288 females (63.29%), aged (71.8±13.3) years. There were 867 cases (23.98%) in the onset period, 2009 cases (55.57%) in the remission period and 739 cases (20.45%) in the rehabilitation period. Background and purpose: Outcomes for cancer patients with steroid-resistant immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated myocarditis (srICIAM) are poor. Intensified immunosuppressive therapies, including tofacitinib, a novel Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor, may have some therapeutic benefits. However, due to the lack of sufficient clinical data, the effectiveness of such treatments and their impact on cardiovascular outcomes remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect of tofacitinib on srICIAM. Methods: This retrospective case-control study included 36 malignant tumor patients who received immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University from July 2019 to May 2022 and developed srICIAM. Patients receiving corticosteroids in combination with tofacitinib were assigned to the tofacitinib group (n=19), while those not treated with tofacitinib were allocated to the control group (n=17). The study compared clinical characteristics, laboratory findings, and imaging results between the two groups. Additionally, follow-up was conducted to monitor the incidence of cardiovascular endpoints in these patients. The research plan was approved by the Ethics Committee of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University (Approval Number: B2021-275R). In order to promote the high-value utilization and the development of further processing industry of chickpea and chickpea protein, the nutritional characteristics and biological activity of chickpea, and the composition and structure, functional properties of chickpea protein, and their application in food were reviewed, as well as the future research directions were expected. Chickpea is a good source of high-quality proteins, fats and trace elements. Chickpea contains a variety of bioactive substances with biological activity such as antioxidant, hypoglycemic, anti-fatigue, anti-cancer, and preventing cardiovascular diseases.Chickpea protein has functional properties such as solubility, water absorption, oil absorption, emulsification, gelability and foamability. Chickpea and chickpea protein are widely used in the food industry, including flour products, meat products, beverages and dairy products. In the future, efforts should be made to increase the development of chickpea protein, conduct in-depth research on the interaction mechanism between chickpea protein and wheat flour, and strengthen the development and utilization of by-products from chickpea processing.

Cold water removal and degreasing can reduce the waiting time for the cleaning solution to heat up, improve production efficiency, and reduce steam and energy consumption, which benefits environmental protection and supports sustainable economic development. In order to screen the raw materials suitable for cold water oil removal, the contact angle was used as an index to characterize their hydrophilicity, and the cleaning effects of various surfactants, washing aids and solvents on animal, vegetable and mineral oils at low temperature were tested. TEXZO-PAS80, phosphorus free detergent EDDHA-Na and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, which were found to have a cleaning effect on animal, vegetable and mineral oils, were determined to be the raw materials for cold water oil removal and degreasing. The experimental results showed that the optimal amounts of TEXZO-PAS80, EDDHA-Na and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether for cleaning mixed oil stains under cold water conditions at 10 ℃ were 3, 3, and 2 g/L, respectively.

ObjectiveThe artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm has such characteristics as few control parameters, strong local optimization ability and fast convergence speed. However, when solving path optimization problems, it can easily fall into local optimal solutions. In order to solve the problem of pipeline routing in a ship pipeline system, an improved artificial bee colony (IABC) algorithm is proposed. MethodBased on the traditional artificial bee colony algorithm, the crossover operation of genetic operators is introduced into the update mechanism of following bees, and an adaptive strategy is adopted for the crossover probability of the crossover operator. The crossover operation on the population is used to find new solutions in the global range. The way scout bees search for new paths is improved from updating the points that the path passes to updating the "road sections" in the path. This paper proposes an artificial bee colony co-evolution algorithm for solving the optimization of branch pipeline paths. ResultsCompared with the standard artificial bee colony algorithm, the improved algorithm can improve the path layout effect by 32.3%–37.4% and the convergence speed by 17.7%–29.9%. ConclusionThe improved artificial bee colony algorithm proposed herein has higher solution quality, faster convergence speed and better stability than the traditional artificial bee colony algorithm for a single pipe or branch pipe.

In order to explore quality evaluation methods for Chinese coffee beans for freshly ground coffee and instant coffee and to select evaluation indicators, the major quality indicators were selected from the basic quality indicators through the Delphi evaluation method and sequence relationship analysis to construct a quality index system. Then the differences in the major quality indicators of 53 coffee bean samples from different production areas in Yunnan and Hainan provinces were determined, the characteristic quality indicators of coffee beans for different purposes were selected by correlation analysis, principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis, and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis was conducted based on the comprehensive scores of the principal components of the samples. Finally, grain size, taste, aroma and carbohydrate content were selected as the characteristic quality indicators of instant coffee and grain size, taste, aroma and caffeine content as the characteristic quality indicators of freshly ground coffee. It is determined that the major varieties suitable for instant coffee are Catimor and Typica, and the major production area is Yunnan province. The major variety suitable for freshly ground coffee is Catimor, and the major production area is Yunnan province.

ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to investigate the mold and mycotoxin contamination status of cooked nuts and seeds in China in 2021 and to understand the correlation and risk of mold and mycotoxin contamination in such foods.MethodsSamples of commercially available cooked nuts and seeds were tested for mold contamination. Internal transcribed spacer （ITS） sequencing was used to identify the genus of the contaminating mold in the samples.ResultsOut of the cooked nut and seed samples analyzed， 19.32% （560/2 912） had mold counts > 25 colony-forming units （CFU）/g. The proportion of mold counts > 25 CFU/g was lower in single nuts and seeds （14.74%， 321/2 178） than in mixed nuts and seeds （32.56%， 239/734， P < 0.05）. Among the single nut and seed samples， walnuts （24.10%， 47/195） had the highest proportion of mold counts > 25 CFU/g， followed by almonds， spartan wood， and peanuts at 17.44% （15/86）， 16.81% （20/119）， and 16.22% （73/450）， respectively. All other nuts and seeds had proportions below 15%. Mycotoxin analysis was performed on 26 samples with mold counts > 25 CFU/g， and beauvericin was detected at 16.37 μg/kg in one peanut sample collected from Yunnan Province. ITS amplicon sequencing revealed that the main contaminating genera in cooked nuts and seeds were Aspergillus， Alternaria， and Candida. The detected molds had a certain correlation with mycotoxins.ConclusionHigh levels of mold contamination were detected in cooked nuts and seeds， resulting in a risk of mycotoxin production in the detected foods. Thus， it is necessary to strengthen the genus and species identification and mycotoxin analysis in these types of food to understand the contamination route and the regularity of toxin production and to provide a scientific basis for risk assessment and effective prevention and control measures.

ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of resistance， virulence factor and sequence typing of foodborne Staphylococcus aureus （S. aureus） in China in 2020.MethodsAntimicrobial susceptibility test for S. aureus was performed using the broth microdilution method. Multilocus sequence typing （MLST）， the important antibiotic resistance gene mecA， and virulence genes were analyzed using whole genome sequencing.ResultsThe overall resistance rate of the 224 foodborne S. aureus isolates to 12 classes of antimicrobials was 87.9% （197/224）， with the highest resistance rate of 82.6% （185/224） to penicillin. The multi-drug resistance rate was 23.2% （52/224）， with ST398 accounting for the highest percentage （26.9%， 14/52） of multi-drug resistant bacteria. The methicillin-resistant S. aureus detection rate was 8.0% （18/224）. The overall carriage rate of staphylococcal enterotoxin genes was 52.2% （117/224）， with sea having the highest carriage rate of 24.6% （55/224）. The ST type of S. aureus carrying the most types of enterotoxin genes was ST1. A total of 31 ST types were detected in this study， among which ST7 （12.9%， 29/224） was the predominant ST of isolates， followed by ST398 （10.7%， 24/224）. In addition， the carriage rates of toxic shock syndrome toxin coding gene （tsst-1） and leukocytocin encoding genes （lukF-PV and lukS-PV） were 6.3% （14/224） and 4.5% （10/224）， respectively.ConclusionThe high rate of antimicrobial resistance and enterotoxin genes carriage of foodborne S. aureus in China and the detection of virulence genes that play an important role in clinical infection suggest that the potential hazards of S. aureus in food should not be ignored. There is a high correlation between ST type and food type， antimicrobial susceptibility， and pathogenicity， which provides scientific data for further analysis of the epidemiological characteristics and risk prevention and control of foodborne S. aureus in China.

ObjectivesThis study explores the use of a nonlinear adaptive inertia weight particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to realize the optimal design of the path and arrangement of pipelines in the nuclear power primary loop systems of ships. MethodsAccording to the pipeline layout design characteristics, the constraints, evaluation functions and spatial model of the primary loop system are established. Based on the number of pipeline nodes, a new fixed-length coding method for the PSO algorithm is proposed, along with a direction guidance mechanism. As the standard PSO algorithm has such shortcomings as a slow convergence speed and susceptibility to falling into the local optimal solution, an improved nonlinear adaptive inertia weight PSO algorithm supplemented by a linearly changing learning factor is proposed. The improved PSO algorithm is combined with a co-evolutionary algorithm to form a co-evolutionary PSO algorithm for solving branch pipeline problems. The improved algorithm is then applied to the pipeline layout optimization problem of the nuclear power primary loop systems of ships. ResultsThe simulation results show that the convergence speed of the proposed algorithm is increased by 40% –50% compared with that of the standard algorithm. The improved algorithm can not only obtain higher quality pipeline layouts, but also solve the problem in which the standard PSO algorithm can easily fall into the local optimal solution. Conclusions The results of this study can provide useful references for the pipeline layout optimization of the nuclear power primary loop systems of ships.

Recently, Radio over Fiber (RoF) technology has become a hot research topic in the broadband communication access network field and has attracted much attention in the industry. This is mainly because the technology makes full use of the massive bandwidth of optical fiber transmission and the application advantages of flexible coverage of wireless communication. In the evolution and development of RoF technology, multi-dimensional multi-order modulation has important scientific research significance and practical value because it can improve the system bandwidth utilization and reduce the signal transmission and receiving cost. This paper summarizes the research progress of traditional amplitude modulation, typical multi-dimensional multi-order modulation and some representative new multi-dimensional multi-order modulation technologies. We also briefly analyzes the application prospect of multi-dimensional multi-order modulation technology in RoF system.

Objective To investigate the protective effect and molecular mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs)-derived exosomes against anoxia-reoxygenation (A/R) injury in rat cardiomyoblast cell line H9c2. Methods The A/R injury model of H9c2 cells was constructed. Electron microscopy and Western blot were used to identify BM-MSCs-derived exosomes(BM-MSCs-exos); PHK26 red fluorescence-labeled exosomes were used to observe the endocytosis of H9c2 cells; CCK-8 assay was used to detect cell viability; EdU cell proliferation assay was used to detect cell proliferation ability; Ferroptosis-related detection kits were used to determine Fe2+, MDA, GSH content; Flow cytometry was used to detect reactive oxygen species free radical ROS level. Results BM-MSCs-exos were successfully identified, and the endocytosis of BM-MSCs-exos by H9c2 cells was found. Compared with A/R group, cell viability and proliferation in A/R+ MSCs-exo group were significantly improved (P＜0.05).Ferroptosis marker protein GPX4, SLC7A11 increased; Transferrin receptor TFR1 expression decreased(P＜0.05); And Fe2+ ions, MDA, ROS all decreased while GSH increased(P＜0.05). After treatment with the ferroptosis inducer Erastin, the protective effect of BM-MSCs-exo against A/R injury in H9c2 cells was significantly reduced (P＜0.05). Conclusions BM-MSCs-exos can alleviate A/R-induced cardiomyocyte injury, and is potentially mediated by inhibiting cardiomyocyte ferroptosis.

In traditional service-oriented architecture(SOA),web service providers register their service descriptions in the registry for service consumers to discover and invoke services.Traditional SOA lacks dispute resolution mechanism,so that the trusted service invocation between service consumers and providers can not be guaranteed.Blockchain can be reasonably introduced into the dispute resolution mechanism due to its significant advantages in decentralization and tamper resistance.Therefore,this paper proposes a trusted SOA architecture based on blockchain,in which blockchain acts as evidence recorder and service registry agent. During a service trusted invocation,the service consumer first encrypts the parameters and sends them to the target service provider.Secondly,the service provider receives the encryption parameters and decrypts them.Then,the service provider completes the service execution and encrypts the output result.Finally,when the service provider sends the encryption result to the service consumer,it completes the trusted credential construction and uplink.Based on the above,when a service dispute occurs,it will trigger the adjudication of the smart contract.The execution of the contract relies on trusted vouchers to correctly handle service disputes.Experimental results show that,compared with the traditional invocation,the proposed method can correctly handle the service disputes between service providers and requesters on the premise of ensuring that the growth rate of trusted invocation time of most services is no more than 30%.

Alzheimer’s disease is known as one of the “top ten killers in the world”. Due to lack of effective therapy at present， early pathological changes have captivated widespread attention. Axonal transport dysfunction has been reported as an early pathological feature of many neurodegenerative diseases. However， multiple factors can cause axonal transport dysfunction. In this article， the relationship between axonal transport dysfunction caused by kinesins， microtubules and mitochondria and Alzheimer’s disease was discussed， aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease by in-depth study on axonal transport mechanism of neure.

Objective To explore the effect of microRNA-217 (miR-217) on the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) in osteoporosis (OP) mouse model and potential regulatory mechanism. Methods The mice were divided into OP group and sham operation (sham) group with 12 in each group and both underwent bilateral oophorectomy. The OP mouse BM-MSCs were divided into control group, miR-NC group, miR-217mimics group, miR-217 mimics+pcDNA 3.1 group and miR-217 mimics+pcDNA 3.1-EZH2(enhancer of zeste homologe 2) group. The different groups were treated by transfection with miR-NC, miR-217 mimics, miR-217 mimics plus pcDNA 3.1, miR-217 mimics plus pcDNA 3.1-EZH2 respectively and then followed by osteogenic differentiation. The mRNA and protein expressions of miR-217, EZH2, OCN, Runx2, and collagen Ⅰ were detected by RT-qPCR/Western blot; The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of BM-MSCs in each group was detected by microplate reader; Alizarin red S (ARS) staining assay was used to stain the BM-MSCs in each group for microscopy; The targeting relationship between miR-217 and EZH2 was verified by the dual luciferase reporter gene. Results The expression level of miR-217 in the bone tissue and BM-MSCs of the OP group was lower than that of the sham group (P＜0.05), and the expression level of EZH2 mRNA was higher than that of the sham group(P＜0.05). The expression level of miR-217 in BM-MSCs, the expression levels of OCN, Runx2, collagen Ⅰ mRNAs and proteins, and the ALP activity in the miR-217 mimics group were higher than those in the control group and in miR-NC group (P＜0.05). The expression level of EZH2 mRNA and protein were lower than those of the control group and miR-NC group (P＜0.05). And the degree of ARS staining was heavier than that of the control group and miR-NC group. The expression levels of EZH2 mRNA and protein in BM-MSCs in the miR-217 mimics+pcDNA 3.1-EZH2 group were higher than those in the miR-217 mimics group and miR-217 mimics+pcDNA 3.1 group (P＜0.05). And the expression levels of OCN, Runx2, collagen Ⅰ mRNAs and proteins, and ALP activity were lower than those in miR-217 mimics group and miR-217 mimics+pcDNA 3.1 group (P＜0.05). The degree of ARS staining was lighter than that in miR-217 mimics group and miR-217 mimics+pcDNA 3.1 group. There were binding sites between miR-217 and the 3′UTR region of EZH2 mRNA. The relative luciferase activity of WT-EZH2+miR-217 mimics group was lower than that of WT-EZH2+miR-NC group (P＜0.05). Conclusions Over-expression of miR-217 can inhibit the expression of EZH2 and promote the osteogenic differentiation of BM-MSCs in OP mice, which could provide a new strategy for clinical prevention and treatment of OP.

Background and purpose: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have changed the landscape of cancer treatment during the last 10 years. They have significantly extended survival for patients with malignancy. However, immune-related adverse events (irAE) have been reported and attracted attention with widespread use of ICIs. Currently, there is no reliable biomarker to clinically predict the risk of irAE. This study established a risk prediction model of irAE in tumor patients receiving ICIs based on multiple biological indicators. Methods: A total of 91 patients treated in Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University from October 2018 to December 2020 were included in the study. Patients included in the study were divided into irAE group and control group according to whether they had grade 2 or higher irAE after receiving ICIs. Biological indicators including serum soluble form of suppression of tumorigenicity-2 (sST2), prognostic nutritional index (PNI) and platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) were collected before and after ICIs treatment. Logistic regression model containing these biomarkers was constructed to predict the risk of irAE. Results: A total of 13 patients in the irAE group. Objective: In order to provide scientific basis for further clarifying the species and characteristics of dominant pathogens causing guava black spot. Method: A dominant pathogen, named S1, was isolated and purified from the guava fruit infected with black spot disease, and subjected to morphology observation, pathogenicity determination, growth characteristics study and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) sequencing comparison analysis were conducted for comprehensive identification of the dominant pathogen S1. Results: According to the morphological observation, the aerial hyphae of the S1 colony were fluffy and dense, and the color was dark green or black. The spore morphology was monospore and transparent, and the size was uniform, about (6~10) μm×(6~7) μm, round or elliptical, compared with the "Fungus Identification Manual", it was preliminarily determined to belong to Phyllanthus spp., and once again inoculated to healthy guava fruits for pathogenicity determination. The results showed that S1 was the dominant pathogen causing guava black spot disease. Research on growth characteristics showed that S1 was more suitable for growth under alkaline, dark and normal temperature conditions. Moreover, S1 was identified as Phyllosticta capitalensis by the comparison of the PCR sequencing results. Objective To study the change of serum bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-2 and BMP-4 during the development of sepsis and its mechanisms. Methods Blood was collected for quantifying serum BMP-2 and BMP-4 from patients with sepsis (sepsis group), patients without sepsis (non-sepsis group) in 24 hours of ICU admission and from healthy volunteers (control group). Concentration of serum BMP-2 and BMP-4 was determined by ELISA. The expression of BMP-2, pSmad1/5, and BMPRⅡ of lip polysaccharide (LPS)-treated rat pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (RPMECs) was detected by Western blot. Results Serum BMP-2 and BMP-4 were significantly increased in sepsis group (P＜0.05) and the level of BMP-2 was significantly higher in sepsis group than that in non-sepsis group (P＜0.05). BMP-2 was found to be a marker for differential diagnosis of separating sepsis LPS may significantly increase the expression of BMP-2 of RPMECs but decrease the expression of phosphorylated Smad1/5 (pSmad1/5) and BMP receptor Ⅱ (BMPRⅡ) (P＜0.05). Conclusions BMP-2 is a potential diagnostic marker and act as apro-inflammatory factor in early phase of sepsis.

ObjectiveA dual real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method for simultaneous detection of two virulence genes tdh and trh of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was established, and the virulence genes carried by 2 771 strains of foodborne Vibrio parahaemolyticus in China were comprehensively detected.MethodsAccording to the tdh and trh virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, PCR primers and fluorescent probes were designed respectively, the real-time PCR reaction system and reaction procedure were optimized, and a dual real-time PCR detection method which can detect the two virulence genes at the same time was established. The virulence genes carried by 2 771 strains of foodborne Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated in 2015 and 2016 were detected by the established method, and compared with the result of PCR method to evaluate the sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of the method.ResultsThe established dual fluorescence PCR method could detect both tdh and trh virulence genes at the same time, and its sensitivity was 1.5×10-4 ng/μL. The accuracy and specificity were 100%. In 2015, the carrying rates of tdh and trh genes in foodborne Vibrio parahaemolyticus in China were 0.26% (3/1 137) and 1.67%(19/1 137) respectively, and were 0.24%(4/1 634) and 0.43%(7/1 634) in 2016 respectively.ConclusionIn this study, a dual real-time PCR method for simultaneous detection of tdh and trh virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was established, which could quickly and accurately screen the virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The carrying rate of tdh and trh virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food in China was low. The dual real-time PCR method can be applied to the study of the pathogenicity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food, and provide scientific data for the risk assessment of dietary exposure to Vibrio parahaemolyticus in China.

Mitochondria provides most of the energy to drive cell function, and its dysfunction can lead to a variety of disease. Since mitochondria has been proved to be able to transfer between cells, mitochondrial transplantation has become an innovative idea for the treatment of mitochondrial dysfunction and this technology has been supported by evidences from animal experiments. The transplantation of mitochondrial is potentially applied in the treatment of disease of various tissues including heart, liver, lung and brain.

Signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) proteins with transcriptional activity, which are involved in the pathogenesis and formation of skin lesions of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, skin tumors and other dermatosis, and are related to the severity of dermatosis. Different STAT has different pathways in dermatosis. STAT regulate cell signal transduction, affect the expression of downstream factors, and exert biological effects. Further study of STAT expression level and targeted genes to explore the relationship between STAT and dermatosis will help to find potential therapeutic targets for dermatosis.

China is rich in walnut meal resources, the protein content of walnut meal is high, but it has not been fully utilized. Low fat food is in line with people’s health consumption concept, but it often has some problems such as high hardness, low moisture content, poor taste and flavor. Walnut protein was prepared from walnut meal by appropriate enzymatic hydrolysis technology, and the walnut protein was applied to the processing of prepared food to explore its influence on the quality of prepared food. The results showed that the walnut protein prepared by moderate enzymatic hydrolysis technology could significantly improve the quality and the cooked yield of prepared food. This study can provide technical support and theoretical basis for making full use of walnut meal resources and developing new low-fat conditioning food.

Semen ziziphi spinosae oil is a kind of safe edible oil for health care comes from Suanzaoren which have the functions of both medicine and food.This article reviews the extraction technology，composition analysis and biological activity of Semen ziziphi spinosae oil in recent years，and a reference was provided for the further development and application of Semen ziziphi spinosae oil.Existing research shows that the production process of Semen ziziphi spinosae oil is simple，and the refined oil contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids，among which the contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid are the highest，and it also contains a variety of fat-soluble components.Semen ziziphi spinosae oil has a variety of biological activities，such as sedation and hypnosis，memory improvement，antidepressant，antioxidant，lipid regulation and antitumor，etc.，but the material basis and mechanism of its biological activity have not been fully clarified and need further study.The safety and multi-activity characteristics of Semen ziziphi spinosae oil have given it great development and application potential，and the related products have broad market prospects.

The Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy was welded by inertia friction welded technology. The micros-tructure and microhardness of welded joints before and after heat treatment were studied.The tensile mechanical properties at 650 ℃ and 750 ℃ of welded joints were analyzed. The results show that the weld zone of the as-welded joint consists of B2 phase and a very small amount of residual α2phase. After heat treatment, the weld zone consists of B2 phase and O phase. The O phase is transformed from B2 phase, and there is no composition change during the phase transition process. The microhardness of the as-welded zone is higher than that of the base material. After heat treatment at 780 ℃ for 3 h, the microhardness of the welded zone increases significantly due to the precipitation of fine O phase. But the microhardness of the welded zone with heat treatment at 800 ℃ for 3 h is between that of the as-welded state and the heat treatment at 780 ℃ for 3 h. The specimen of high temperature tensile fracture in the base material, and the tensile fracture morphology presents ductile fracture feature with many small shallow dimples.

Atherosclerosis is one of the main pathological basis of ischemic stroke. Recent studies have found that arterial tertiary lymphoid organs (ATLOs) is rich in B lymphocytes, which play an important regulatory role in the formation and progress of atherosclerosis plaque through local immune response. Some B-cell regulatory factors can also reduce the volume of ischemic stroke cerebral infarction, which is expected to be a new treatment option for ischemic stroke. This paper aims to review the role and mechanism of B lymphocyte subsets in regulating the progress of atherosclerosis and ischemic stroke. The experiment was to study the effect of grazing and house-feeding on growth, slaughter performance and meat quality of mutton sheep. A total of 24 healthy and disease-free Duhan hybrid mutton sheep with a body weight (20.0±2.2) kg were randomly divided into grazing group and house-feeding group, with 12 replicates per group and one sheep per replicate, half in male and half in female. The sheep in the grazing group were fed a diet primarily composed of cypress seeds and cypress leaves, with the appropriate amount of basic diet. The sheep in the house-feeding group were fed a 30% cypress seeds in the basic diet. The pre-feeding period was 15 days and the formal period was 90 days. The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of the mutton sheep in the house-feeding group were extremely higher than those in the grazing group (P<0.01), and the total weight gain was significantly higher than that in the grazing group (P<0.05). The live weight before slaughter, carcass weight, net meat percentage and dressing percentage of mutton sheep in the house-feeding group were significantly or extremely higher than those in the grazing group ( P<0.05 or P<0.01). The water loss rate and cooking loss rate of mutton in the house-feeding group were significantly higher than those in the grazing group ( P<0.05), and the pH24 h value of mutton in the grazing group was significantly higher than that in the house-feeding group (P<0.05). The content of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, leucine, phenylalanine, histidine, threonine and serine in the grazing group was significantly higher than those in the house-feeding group ( P<0.05). The content of alanine, valine and lysine in mutton sheep in the house-feeding group was significantly higher than those in the grazing group ( P<0.05), and the content of glycine was extremely higher than that in the grazing group ( P<0.01). The color, aroma, taste and total score of mutton in the grazing group were significantly higher than those in the house-feeding group ( P<0.05). The study indicates the house-feeding mode can improve the fatten and weight gain effect of mutton sheep, and improve the slaughtering performance of mutton sheep. Objective: To compare the ability of biofilm formation in 55 strains of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and their correlation with Uu resistance to macrolides. Methods: After in vitro biofilm cultures, optical density (OD) values of extracellular matrix of biofilm of Uu 55 strains were measured semi-quantitatively. The drug sensitivity tests (erythromycin, azithromycin, josamycin and clindamycin) were performed before and after biofilm formation. Paired t-test was used to determine the significances between the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) for Uu and the minimum biofilm inhibitory concentration (MBIC) for Uu biofilm. The study involves in-situ synthesis of CrFeAlTi composite coating using laser micro-melting processing. The coating was successfully prepared by laser irradiating CrFeAlTi coating prepared by flame spraying on the China low activation martensitic (CLAM) steel substrate, and then Al2O3-TiO2 composite ceramic coating was synthesized by in-situ reaction on the surface of flame sprayed coating. The coating morphology, microstructure, phase composition, micro-hardness, dry sliding wear properties and corrosion resistance in liquid PbBi alloy were analyzed by stereomicroscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), micro-sclerometer, vertical universal friction wear testing machine and static PbBi corrosion test device, respectively. The test results show that the surface of Al2O3-TiO2 composite ceramic coating is smooth, and the microstructure of coating is both homogeneous and dense without defects such as crack, dimple and porosity, etc., a good metallurgical bonding between the composite ceramic coating and the substrate, and the interface is obvious. The phases of the coating surface are mainly composed of Al2O3, TiO2, (Al.948Cr.052)2O3, Fe2TiO5 and FeCr, etc. The coating shows a high average micro-hardness of approximately 1864.2HV0.2, which is about three times higher than that of the CLAM steel substrate, and presents gradient distribution with stable transition from the coating surface to the substrate. Comparing with the substrate, the coating presents excellent wear resistance. The wear mass loss of the coating is just one sixth of that of the substrate. Meanwhile, the coating exhibits the best corrosion resistance in the liquid PbBi.

For problems of varied roadheader loads and difficult real-time identification of dynamic load during roadheader working, a dynamic load identification method of roadheader was proposed which was based on multi neural networks and evidence theory. In the method, vertical, horizontal and axial components of vibration signal are analyzed separately by use of RBF neural network, then preliminary results from RBF neural network are fused by use of D-S evidence fusion theory, so as to identify dynamic load of roadheader real-timely. The analysis of actual example show that accuracy rate of dynamic load identification of roadheader achieves 88%.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of thrombolytic therapy with recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator (rt-PA) in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with broadened therapeutic window (4.50-6.00 h). Methods Online databases, such as PubMed, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang data were searched from January 1980 to August 2015 with key words: acute ischemic stroke, thrombolytic therapy, beyond 4.5 hours. The included studies were evaluated according to Jadad Scale, and Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results There were 681 relevant records through preliminary searching, and 3 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were finally included, involving 2033 patients with acute ischemic stroke (1029 patients in rt-PA thrombolytic therapy and 1004 patients in placebo therapy), who were treated within 6 h from the onset of symptoms. Results of Meta-analysis showed there were no statistical differences between rt-PA group and placebo group on modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score (RR = 1.070, 95%CI: 0.940-1.220; P = 0.310), Barthel Index (BI) score (RR = 1.040, 95%CI: 0.940-1.160; P = 0.430) and mortality (RR = 1.260, 95%CI: 0.990-1.610; P = 0.060). However, the incidence of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rt-PA group was significantly higher than that in placebo group (RR = 1.550, 95% CI: 1.030-2.340; P = 0.030). Conclusions Thrombolytic therapy with rt-PA in broadened therapeutic window (4.50-6.00 h) is not effective for treating acute ischemic stroke, and the risk of ICH is increased with rt-PA treatment. Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and pathological characteristics of pulmonary papillary adenocarcinoma with psammoma bodies metastasis to right frontal lobe of brain. Methods The clinical manifestations, pathological features and differential diagnosis were studied in one case of pulmonary papillary adenocarcinoma with psammoma bodies metastasis to right frontal lobe. Related literatures were also reviewed. Results A 56-year-old male suffered from intermittent headache for 3 years in fronto-occipital region without significant incentives. Cranial MRI examination revealed a space-occupying lesion in right frontal lobe, which was considered as meningioma. In operation, the tumor located in the right frontal lobe was tough and red-grey in color, with clear boundary and abundant blood supply. Histopathological examination revealed the tumor was arranged in papillary pattern. The tumor cells were large, with eosinophilic cytoplasm, round or oval nuclei and small red nucleoli. Especially, a plenty of psammoma bodies were found in tumor tissue and mesenchymal tissue. Immunohistochemical staining found that the tumor cells were positively expressed for cytokeratin (CK), epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), CK19, thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1) and Napsin A, and showed focal positive expression of P53. Ki-67 labeling index was 5%-10%. The tumor cells were negative for glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), S-100 protein (S-100), thyroglobulin (TG), Galectin-3 protein, progestrone receptor (PR) and vimentin (Vim). Combined with the results of chest 18F-FDG-PET CT, the final diagnosis was pulmonary papillary adenocarcinoma with psammoma bodies metastasis to right frontal lobe. The patient underwent auxiliary radiotherapy and chemotherapy after operation. The patient was followed for 12 months and no recurrence was seen. Conclusions This case is very rare. Understanding the patient's history and differentiating from other primary intracalvarium tumors is one of the key steps to give the right pathological diagnosis and clinical therapy. In order to avoid disdiagnosis, the diagnosis needs to be differentiated from other primary intracalvarium tumors, including papillary meningioma, papillary tumor of choroid plexus, papillary ependymoma, papillary glioneuronal tumors as well as metastatic papillary thyroid carcinoma. To investigate the mechanism of cold-resistance in Coffea arabica, a few physiological indexes including osmotic adjustment substance content, antioxidant enzyme activities, and cell membrane permeability for leaves of one-year-old seedlings under different low temperatures were measured, and which were treated with correlations and principal component analysis. The results indicated that the contents of proline, soluble sugar, soluble protein, and the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase were increased steadily at 8 °C, while they were showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing at 4, 0 and -2 °C. For peroxidase activities, they also had the same trends with decreasing of temperatures and extension of processing time. The malondialdehyde content and relative conductivity had similar trends, manifested as increasing gradually with temperature decreasing, and maximum values were both reached at 0 °C for 48 h and -2 °C for 48 h, which were 132.00 and 124.58 nmol-g, 91.29% and 98.35%, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation between malondialdehyde content and relative conductivity. In summary, Coffea arabica seedlings could alleviate damage from low temperature stress and showed strong cold-resistance ability by regulating its own antioxidant enzyme activities and osmotic adjustment substance contents. Objective To establish a platform by using carotid MRI and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to assess hemodynamic changes around carotid atherosclerotic plaques. Methods Thirteen patients with carotid atherosclerosis were recruited in this study. Six volunteers were regarded as normal controls. All the patients and volunteers underwent carotid MRI and contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (CEMRA). Carotid MRI was used to visualize the plaque structures and components. All plaques were divided into different types according to plaque components. CEMRA images were used to obtain three-dimensional (3D) models of carotid bifurcations, whose boundary conditions were specified using CFD front-end software, and then the mesh file of the 3D models were obtained to import to CFD software to visualize hemodynamic maps, including wall shear stress (WSS), static pressure and blood velocity. Results Fifteen diseased internal carotid arteries (ICAs) were assessed. According to the MRI appearance of the plaques, the types of these plaques were from Ⅳ-Ⅴ to Ⅷ. All of these were vulnerable plaques which caused irregular stenosis of ICAs. The WSS, static pressure and blood velocity were (79.86 ± 57.83) Pa, (-7586.81 ± 9313.83) Pa, (2.76±1.81) m/s, respectively in the diseased ICAs group and (2.52 ± 0.58) Pa, (-71.65 ± 30.89) Pa, (0.21 ± 0.06) m/s, respectively in the normal control group. In the diseased ICAs group WSS was elevated heterogenously and static pressure was decreased heterogenously near the plaques. The blood velocity near the plaques was increased but still streamlined. Statistical significant differences were shown for WSS, static pressure and blood velocity between 2 groups (P = 0.000, for all). Conclusions The platform combining MRI and CFD can be used to analyze the plaque structures and fluid dynamic change near the plaques, suggesting hemodynamics plays an important role in the plaque progression and vulnerability. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1672-6731.2014.07.011

To understand the geology of volcanic gas reservoir development, research was carried out on volcanic rock, body lithology, lithofacies, fractures, gas and water zones, reservoir classification, and geologic modeling for volcanic gas reservoirs. The volcanic rock body identification and anatomy reveals the spacial distribution and geometric parameters of volcanic rock body. The lithology and lithofacies research shows that, favorable lithology of volcanic rock includes volcanic breccia, vesicular basalt, vesicular ryolite and breccia lava, and favorable lithofacies includes air fall and spatter subfacies of explosive facies, and upper and lower subfacies of effusive facies. Based on FMI imaging, nuclear magnetic logging and traditional logging methods, fracture parameters were interpreted. By use of coherence, curvity and dip angle methods, comprehensive fracture prediction were performed, which reveals the distribution of fractures in volcanic rock. Nuclear magnetic, dublet transverse wave and traditional logging data were applied to identify gas and water zones, with the conformity ratio up to 90%. The prediction research on reservoir classification based on “volume control” indicates the spacial distribution of volcanic reservoirs. A method for determination of seven heavy metal elements including lead, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, nickel, copper and barium in sleeping mask was established by using microwave digestion coupled with plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The samples were digested by the microwave digestion system and detected by ICP-MS with Sc, Ge, Rh, In, and Bi as the internal standard elements. The results show that, good linearity is shown for the seven heavy metal elements in the concentration range of 0~100 μg/L with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.999. The detection limits of the method are in the range of 0.1~2.1 μg/kg. The spiked recoveries are 81.0%~104.5%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 4.5%. The type and content of additives in the process of copper electrolysis deposition determine the quality of cathode copper. In order to obtain the cathode copper with dense crystals, smooth surface, low impurity content and qualified chemical composition, an appropriate amount of additives is usually added to improve the quality of cathode copper during the electrolysis process. The influence of the types of additives on the quality of cathode copper in the processes of copper electrolytic refining, copper electrowinning and electrolytic copper foil are reviewed. It was found that the quality of cathode copper can be effectively improved by changing the degree of cathode polarization through additives in the process of copper electrolytic refining, Common additives include gelatin, thiourea and chloride ions; In the electrowinning copper process, guer gum and thiourea are added to the electrolyte to improve the quality of the cathode copper, and cobalt sulfate is added to reduce the anode oxygen evolution potential and improve the corrosive effect. During the electrolytic copper foil process, polyethylene glycol, glue and sodium polydisulfide dipropane sulfonate are added to achieve the purpose of refining cathode copper crystal grains. In view of the current deficiencies in the functional design of work clothes for specific occupations, based on its style characteristics and process requirements, the structure and process optimization were carried out for work clothes of specific occupations to increase its functionality. For example, live pleats at joints were treated to increase the range of motion and the edges were tightened to improve hygiene and efficiency during operation, and the reflective warning strips were designed to guarantee operational safety, for the multi-function design of the pocket, the improved design of anti-theft diagonal insert bag on the waist side, three-dimensional double-layer paste bag on the chest, and threepoint sealing tool bag on the left arm was proposed.The results show that the improved work clothes have strong safety and practicability and can improve the working efficiency of workers to a certain extent, so as to improve the production benefit of enterprises.
