Objective To effectively reflect the real-time impact of urban rail transit station staff behavior on evacuation, and to solve the problem that the adoption of predefined static path method for evacuation route planning in VR (virtual reality) environment cannot reveal the dynamic response mechanism of passenger evacuation to station staff immediate behavior, a VR simulation modeling method is proposed to model the intervention of station staff behavior on passenger emergency evacuation path choice. Method The environment modeling method that depicts station physical space as an abstract space recognizable by path algorithm is introduced. The passenger intelligent agent model that can perceive external information and make decisions autonomously is defined, and the exit selection rules based on A* algorithm are formulated. On this basis, a dynamic path planning model is constructed by considering the dynamic change of station staff behavior to the environment and integrating the real-time evacuation route length, the evacuation process time, and the density of pedestrians. A VR simulation system is developed to carry out simulation and analysis using a large-scale comprehensive hub station as example. Result & Conclusion Simulation analysis results show that at the beginning of evacuation simulation, the passenger intelligent agent can formulate global routes based on exist selection. During the process, it can autonomously perform real-time local path planning based on dynamic obstacle state changes caused by station staff, and maintain high responsiveness as the number of passengers in the scenario increases. It indicates that the proposed method can effectively and efficiently capture the dynamic changes in virtual environment and reflect them in the process of passenger evacuation, thereby providing technical support for conducting emergency evacuation VR experiments.

[Objective] Time synchronization is the foundation for ensuring the coordinated linkage of sub-systems within the signaling system, which directly affects the punctuality and operational safety of trains, serving as the basis for achieving train FAO (fully automatic operation). Therefore, it is necessary to study the train FAO signaling system synchronization scheme. [Method] The role of time synchronization devices in the signaling system is introduced. A time synchronization scheme is proposed and explanation is provided for the scheme. [Result & Conclusion] The proposed time synchronization scheme is as follows: the communication front-end processer of the signaling system obtains a unified time source from the clock system through the network, and time services are provided only by the host of the communication front-end processer. The application server as the host of client synchronizing with the communication front-end processer, and only the application server host is used as the server to provide time services to the lower-level devices. The gateway server and various terminal devices synchronize with the time of the application server host, with the gateway server host serving as the clock source to provide time services to the lower-level devices. The ATC (automatic train control) on-board devices and DCS (data communication sub-system) devices serve as clients to synchronize the gateway server host time. The proposed scheme utilizes different synchronization methods for the internal and external environments of the signaling system, avoiding internal signaling system jumps caused by external clock jumps, ensuring the time synchronization accuracy of the equipment. The time synchronization accuracy can reach millisecond level, thereby guaranteeing the requirements for train FAO.

Circular RNA (circRNA) is involved in tumor progression. CircPVT1 is an oncogene that is abnormally expressed and correlated with a variety of tumors. It can regulate tumors' malignant behavior and affect the survival and prognosis of patients. This article reviews research on the regulatory roles of circPVT1 in tumors to provide references for accurate treatment.

In view of the requirements of USV independently-performed antisubmarine mission based on the dipping sonar, this essay analyses the characteristics of the use of dipping sonar, constructs the detection probabilistic model of the dipping sonar, designs the control process of autonomous USV antisubmarine by using the dipping sonar, realizes the task planning model of submersible search based on probabilistic model and the quality of submersible search. Through the simulation calculation, this essay points out that the input parameters of the algorithm are less, and the output planning can meet the control requirements of USV antisubmarine mission with good performance and expected goals.

With the implementation of low-carbon energy, the construction of a large number of hydropower stations has caused a large number of reservoir bank landslides. Reservoir bank landslides are significantly different from ordinary landslides, but in the process of actual engineering stability calculations, engineers still confuse the two and use the same ideas and methods for research. In order to better control the reservoir bank slope instability, according to the characteristics of the reservoir bank slope, and long-term field geological survey and indoor literature research, this paper puts forward the principle of reservoir bank slope zoning according to the structural surface characteristics, slope position and landslide material composition. According to the characteristics of reservoir bank landslide, the stability calculation formulas of traction landslide is derived in three cases: the traction section has thrust + the trailing edge tensile fracture surface has shear force, the traction section does not have thrust + the trailing edge tensile fracture surface has shear force, and the traction section does not have thrust + the trailing edge tensile fracture surface has no shear force. Combined with engineering examples, the improved transfer coefficient method for landslide stability evaluation based on reservoir bank slope characteristics is verified.

To improve the binding properties of diamond coating on carbide tools, three micrometer crystal diamond coatings were successfully deposited on YG8 carbide substrate via hot-filament chemical vapor deposition, whose boron gradient ranged from high (HGBMCD) to low (LGBMCD) and zero (MCD). The effect of the gradient size of the decreasing concentration of boron doping method on the nucleation and growth properties of diamond coatings during deposition was investigated. The results showed that the nucleation density of diamond increased with the doping of boron and that the diamond grains became smaller and more uniform after six-hour growth. Among them, the grain size of LGBMCD was mostly in the range of 2 to 3 μm. In addition, the graphite phase in the gradient boron-doped diamond coating was inhibited throughout the growth process, and IDia/IG was up to 14.65 in HGBMCD. The concentrations of the boron and cobalt compounds (i.e., Co2B and CoB) increased as the boron doping gradient decreased. Meanwhile, the residual stress in the diamond coatings gradually changed from compressive stress to tensile stress due to the doping of gradient boron, and the calculated residual stress decreased first and then increased, with the minimum residual stress of –0.255 GPa. Rockwell indentation showed that the gradient doping of boron improved the binding properties of diamond coatings, and that the optimal binding properties were observed at the LGBMCD, which was up to HF2 level at 1 470 N. Therefore, a proper boron doping gradient was demonstrated to improve the quality and binding performance of diamond coatings.

Objective: To realize the full automation of shrimp deep processing. Methods: Based on analysis of physical characteristics of northern and southern American shrimps, according to the feature of the center of gravity located between the thickest part of the shrimp body and the tail of the shrimp, an automatic orientation and grading device of shrimp head and tail was designed. Taking the clip angle between directional roller shaft line and horizontal line and the speed of directional roller as testing factors, the directional components were tested. Results: When the directional roller speed was 60 r/min, and the angle between axis line and horizontal line was 15°, the falling speed of shrimp was even and stable with high directional rate, which was benefit for subsequent grading transportation. Conclusion: The device realizes the shrimp head and tail positioning and classification, which is conducive to the full automation of shrimp processing.

Background and purpose: Gastric neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) is a rare type of gastric malignant tumors. According to the 2019 World Health Organization (WHO) classification criteria for gastrointestinal NEN, gastric NEN can be divided into well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor (NET) and poorly-differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC). At present, there is a lack of research on the prognosis of adjuvant chemotherapy for gastric NEC (GNEC). The aim of the research was to investigate whether adjuvant chemotherapy can benefit patients with GNEC and provide a basis for clinical decision-making. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of about 184 patients with GNEC from July 2008 to June 2019 in Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center, The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. The follow-up deadline was May 31, 2022. Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw the survival curve, and prognostic relevant factors affecting the survival of patients with GNEC and the independent prognostic factors were screened out according to univariate and multivariate COX regression analyses. Finally, the effects of chemotherapy and surgery on the prognosis of patients were further analyzed. The test level was α = 0.05, and SPSS 25.0 was used for all statistical analyses. Aiming at the corrosion problem of alloy steels in long - term service in environments containing NaCl, 42CrMo and Cr12MoV alloy steels were selected as research materials, and their electrochemical corrosion behaviors in environments with different NaCl concentrations was studied through potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Results showed that the corrosion rates of these two kinds of alloy steels increased with the rising of NaCl concentration. Through the comparative analysis of the electrochemical test results of 42CrMo and Cr12MoV alloy steels, it could be obtained that in NaCl solutions with the same concentration, the corrosion resistance of Cr12MoV was better than that of 42CrMo. The results of this study could provide reference for the application of alloy steels.

Influence maximization(IM) aims to find a group of users in a social network,through whom information can spread most widely in the network.Existing studies mainly focus on the IM problem in static networks.However,social networks are constantly evolving in real life,and propagation models(such as independent cascading model and linear threshold model) based on static networks are not suitable for the information propagation process in evolving networks.Meanwhile,the existing researches ignore the influence of user behavior on information propagation.Therefore,to tackle this problem,this paper proposes a behavior driven independent cascade(BDIC) propagation model,which can effectively describe the information propagation process in the evolving social networks.Based on this model,a user behavior-driven IM algorithm is proposed.It mainly includes three steps.Firstly,the process of message transmission is modeled to calculate the probability of information transmission in evolving social networks.Then,a user behavior-driven reverse influence sampling algorithm is proposed,which can effectively query the most influential user with a specific time.Finally,a seed query algorithm under different time(time series) is designed,which can effectively reflect the dynamic change characteristics of seed nodes in evolving social networks.To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,a similarity comparison method between seed nodes and the affected nodes is designed.Experiments on real datasets verify the efficiency and scalability of the proposed approaches.The results also demonstrate that the BDIC model can effectively reflect the information propagation process in evolving social networks.

Due to the lack of connectives,implicit discourse relation recognition models infer the semantic relations (e.g.,causal) between two arguments (clauses or sentences) based on their semantics.The performance of these models is still relatively low.It is also very difficult for corpus annotators to annotate implicit discourse relations.They usually insert an appropriate connective to assist the annotation of an implicit discourse relation instance.Considering the above,a knowledge distillation based method is proposed for implicit discourse relation recognition to take use of the connectives inserted during corpus annotating.Specifically,a connective-enhanced model is constructed to integrate the connective information,and then the integrated connective information is transferred to the implicit discourse relation recognition model via knowledge distillation.Experimental results on the commonly used PDTB dataset show that the proposed method achieves better performance than the baselines.

Objective To analyze the association of coagulation with clinical parameters in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Clinical and pathological data in the patients with colorectal cancer and surgical treatment were collec-ted from August 2018 to December 2019 in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery in our hospital. Retrospective analysis was performed to study the related factors to hypercoagulability with preoperative D-dimer value as index. Results A total of 104 from 249 (41.8%) cases exhibited elevated D-dimer (>550 μg/ L) in serum preoperatively. Twenty-seven (10.8%) cases had a significant elevation of D-dimer(>1 650 μg/ L) three times higher than normal limit. There were 7 cases with venous thromboembolism(VTE) postoperatively. Multivariate analysis showed that the preoperative elevated D-dimer in serum was associated with far metastasis and intraluminal invasion. The high cycle fatigue behavior of TC11 titanium alloy with lamellar structure before and after surface nanocrystallization was studied by supersonic fine particle bombardment (SFPB).The microstructure of the high cycle fatigue fracture and its vicinity were compared and analyzed by means of optical microscope (OM),scanning electron microscope (SEM),transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show that there are 30-50 μm thick nanolayers on the surface of titanium alloy after SFPB treatment,and the size of nanocrystalline is about 5-15 nm.The fatigue performance is improved obviously and the fatigue life is increased about 8-10 times under the same stress level,the fatigue striation width becomes narrow,and the multiple of fatigue life increases gradually with the decrease of loading level.The fatigue fracture surface before and after SFPB treatment consists of the fatigue source zone,the crack propagation zone and the instantaneous fracture zone,but the fatigue source after SFPB treatment moves from the surface layer before treatment to the subsurface.After fatigue loading,the surface microstructure of SFPB treated specimens is still in nanometer scale,but there are a lot of deformation twins,dislocation tangles and a small amount of deformation-induced martensite in the subsurface microstructure.

The objective of this study is to establish controlled-release nitrogen fertilization technology for achieving high yield and reduce carbon emissions. Two late-maturing medium japonica rice varieties, Nanjing 9108 and Taixiangjing 1402, were selected in this study. The controlled-release fertilizer with resin-coated urea (N 43%, the longevity was 100 d) and common urea (46% N) were used as nitrogen fertilizers. Different ratios of basal and panicle nitrogen fertilizers were set for different treatments of 10 : 0 (NM1), 8 : 2 (NM2), 7 : 3 (NM3), and 6 : 4 (NM4). The basal fertilizer was applied using the side-deep fertilization method, with a ratio of 5:5 for resin-coated urea and common urea. The panicle nitrogen fertilizer was common urea. Conventional fertilization (FFT) and no nitrogen fertilizer (0N) control treatments were also included. The effect of different nitrogen fertilizer application methods on rice yield, NH3 volatilization, and greenhouse gas emissions were investigated. The results showed that the side-deep application of controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer delayed the peak of NH3 volatilization, preventing it from occurring at tillering stage compared to the FFT treatment. In addition, the flux of NH3 volatilization and the average flux after topdressing were significantly reduced by the side-deep application of controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer. The NH3 emission accumulation, NH3 emission factor, and NH3 emission intensity were reduced by 25.33%-48.76%, 29.14%-60.81%, and 29.60%-56.01%, respectively. Furthermore, the CH4 emission fluxes were significantly reduced at tillering stage and after heading stage. The N2O emission fluxes were also significantly reduced during the shelving and heading period. The CH4 and N2O emission accumulation were reduced by 20.20%-55.04% and 25.56%-61.56%, respectively. The CH4 emission reduction rate decreased as the proportion of basal and panicle fertilizer decreased. The N2O emission reduction rate followed the order of NM1 > NM3 > NM2 > NM4. The GWP and GHGI were reduced by 20.96%-53.35% and 25.91%-55.40%, respectively. Considering the economic and ecological benefits, NM1 treatment had the best effect on the reduction of NH3 volatilization and greenhouse gas emissions. NM1 treatment reduced the number of fertilization times 1-2 compared with the NM3 and FFT treatments, which was advantageous for achieving green, simple, and large-scale rice production. NM3 treatment exhibited the highest increase in yield, and its impact on reducing NH3 volatilization and greenhouse gas emissions was second only to NM1 treatment. In summary, the present study explored a set of controlled-release nitrogen fertilization method (NM1 and NM3 focused on "light and simple + emission reduction" and "high yield + emission reduction", respectively) suitable for reducing emission and increasing yield of late-maturing medium japonica rice. Physical diagnostics functions as a bridge connecting basic medicine courses and clinical medicine courses, and is the basis of all clinical skills. Therefore, its teaching quality is of great significance. PDCA cycle is one of the currently acknowledged quality management methods, including four stages: plan, do, check and action, and continuously cycles in this order to manage the quality. This paper implements the concept of PDCA cycle into the teaching of physical diagnostics, formulates the teaching methods under the theory of PDCA and makes a specific analysis, in order to improve learning outcomes of physical diagnostics, enhance the quality of faculty and promote the management of standardized physical diagnostics training, thus providing a reference for optimization the training of physical diagnostics.

Titanium/steel laminated composite plates were prepared by cold rolling method. The effects of rolling reduction, rolling speed, surface roughness, state of raw material and rolling pass on the interfacial bonding strength of titanium/steel laminated composite plates were studied. The results show that the interfacial action force and action time of rolling force on the interface are the main parameters affecting the interfacial bonding strength of titanium/steel laminated composite plates. The rolling reduction, surface roughness and state of raw material affect the interfacial bonding strength of titanium/steel laminated composite plate through affecting the interfacial action force. The rolling speed affects the interfacial bonding strength of titanium/steel laminated composite plate through affecting the action time of rolling force on the interface. Whether the titanium/steel laminated composite plate can be cold roll bonded or not has nothing to do with the number of rolling passes, only when the rolling reduction of single pass exceeds the critical rolling reduction can the cold roll bonded be realized.

Background and objective Occurrence at a younger age has been demonstrated to be associated with a distinct biology in non-small cell lung cancer. However, genomics and clinical characteristics among younger patients with lung adenocarcinoma remain to be determined. Here we studied the potentially targetable genetic alterations by next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay in young Chinese patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Eighty-nine surgically resected lung adenocarcinoma tissue samples from patients aged less than 45 years were collected with informed consent from all patients. Targeted NGS assays were used to identify actionable genetic alterations in the cancer tissues. Additionally, the genomic and clinical pathologic characteristics of 95 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who received NGS testing over the same period were analyzed retrospectively. Results The frequencies of targetable genetic alterations in 184 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were analyzed by defined age categories, which unveiled a distinctive molecular profile in the younger group, aged less than 45 years. Notably, higher frequency of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) genetic alterations were associated with young age. However, a reverse trend was observed for kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene (KRAS), serine/threonine kinase 11 (STK11) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 mutations, which were more frequently identified in the older group, aged more than 45 years. Furthermore, concurrent EGFR/tumor protein p53 (TP53) mutations were much more prevalent in the younger patients (81.6% vs 44.9%), which might have a poor response to treatment with EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI). Conclusion NGS assay revealed a distinctive genetic profile in younger patients with adenocarcinoma. High frequency of concurrent EGFR/TP53 mutations was found in the younger patients, which especially warranted personalized treatment in this population.

A systemic research on configuration design and kinematics analysis of a new 3-DOF translational parallel robot， Delta， which involved T-type hinges， is carried out based on Delta widely used in food fields， pharmaceutical fields， electronic fields and other light industry. The displacements characteristics of minimal branch are obtained based on analysis of the freedom constraints relationship. And some branch types 3T0R parallel mechanism may contain are selected prudently. And some 3-DOF translational parallel robot mechanisms are synthesized. New Delta parallel robot mechanism that contains T-type hinges is synthesized by mechanism evolution method， whose branch type is HSOC{-P(4R)-R⊥Ȓ//R⊥Ȓ-}. And based on the displacement parameter characteristics， the spatial degree of freedom is checked. Finally， the kinematics analysis of Delta parallel robot mechanism is carried out. And the inverse position model， forward position model and velocity model are built.

本研究旨在探討因髖部骨折接受手術之 70 歲以上高齡者，在年齡、性別與閱讀力不同的特質下，其術後恢復相關的因子是否會不同。在北部某區域教學醫院，邀請因髖部骨折接受手術之 70 歲以上高齡者為對象，共收案 150 位，以老人活動量表與步態及平衡評估量表評估術後恢復，主要結果包括：一、年齡分組：80 歲以上的高齡者，其居家環境安全評估得分愈高，術後恢復佳；未滿 80 歲的高齡者，則無發現顯著的相關因子；二、性別分組：女生組的 高齡者，居家環境安全評估得分愈高，術後恢復佳；男生組的高齡者，則未發現顯著的相關因子；三、閱讀力分組：識字組的高齡者，自我照顧瞭解程度愈好，術後恢復佳；不識字組的高齡者，則未發現顯著的相關因子。透過學習者分析，發現學習者特質的不同，與術後恢復的相關因子有所不同，本研究結果可作為設計術後衛教指導之參考。 This study aims to investigate the differences between the characteristics of older adults (including age, gender, and reading ability) and to determine the differences between factors associated with recovery after hip fracture surgery. Adults aged 70 years and older who received surgery because of hip fractures at a teaching hospital in northern Taiwan were invited to participate in this study. A total of 150 patients were enrolled in this study, and postoperative recovery was evaluated using the Elderly Mobility Scale and Performance-oriented Mobility Assessment Scale. The main results were classified according to age group. In patients aged 80 years and older, the higher the home safety evaluation score, the better was the postoperative recovery. No relevant factors were found patients aged younger than 80 years. For female patients, the higher the home safety evaluation score, the better was the postoperative recovery. By contrast, no relevant factors were found for male patients. Literate older adults had a better understanding of self-care and postoperative recovery, whereas no relevant factors were found among illiterate older patients. The relevant factors for postoperative recovery differ due to the differences between the characteristics of the learners. The results of this study can be used as a reference for designing effective health education for postoperative recovery.

Brassica napus L. is an important oil crop. Salt stress is one of the major environmental conditions affecting the growth and development of B. napus, which may lead to yield reduction, quality deterioration, and even the death of B. napus. In this study, the B. napus semi-winter cultivar ZS11 was used as the experimental material to perform transcriptome sequencing on the leaf and root tissues with salt stress treatment (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h). The measured 90 RNA-seq data provided the high-resolution time dynamic transcriptional expression spectrum of rapeseed tissues responding to salt stress was obtained. Correlation analysis showed that the samples exhibited significant clustering differences in early response and late response before and after 1 h salt stress treatment. Using DESeq2 for differential gene analysis, we identified 20,462 and 29,334 differential genes for the response of root and leaf tissues, respectively, indicating that the overall response of leaf tissue in rapeseed was more severe than the root. Furthermore, WGCNA was used to construct gene co-expression networks for the salt stress response in root and leaf tissues, respectively, and tan and yellow modules were significantly related to the early response to salt stress, and green and red modules were significantly related to the late response to salt stress. GO enrichment analysis was then performed, and 41 and 26 core transcription factors responding to salt stress at the early and late stages, respectively, were selected from these networks. Functional annotation showed that the known Arabidopsis homologous genes involved in salt stress responses at different stages existed in all four modules, and core genes, such as BnWRKY46 and BnWRKY57, had abundant SNPs variation and haplotypes in 505 salt stress-treated rape population variation data, suggesting that these core transcription factors might be key candidate genes for rape salt stress response. Using (α-chloromethyl)triethoxysilane as the material and potassium iodide as the catalyst, then it reacts with thiourea to produce amidine hydrochloride, which is neutralized with diethylamine to obtain α-mercaptomethyltriethoxysilane. The product structure was characterized by FT-IR, 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR, and the effects of reaction temperature and neutralizer droplet acceleration rate on the yield of the product were explored. The reaction time, catalyst, and neutralization time were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions are that under the temperature of 105 for 16 h, catalyst of 1. 50 wt%, neutralizer feeding rate of 1. 8 mL/ min, and neutralization for 3. 0 h, thus a yield of 80. 3% of (α-mercaptomethyl)triethoxysilane is obtained. The effect of different Mn contents on the σ phase and toughness of 22%Cr (mass fraction, the same below) low-nickel DSS by means of OM, XRD, SEM, TEM, precipitation kinetics and Charpy impact tests was studied. The results show that the morphology of precipitated phases changes from tiny granulated σ phase in δ/γ phase boundary to σ/γ2 eutectoid structure within δ phase with the addition of Mn from 4.3% to 9.7% and 76 hours aging. The increase of Mn content can decrease Avrami exponent n and increase reaction constant B, and the accelerating of σ-phase precipitation with higher Mn addition is due to the participation of Mn. Increasing Mn content can make initial time and ending time of σ-phase precipitation earlier and expand the interval between the initial time and ending time of σ-phase precipitation, that is, the more Mn addition, the earlier precipitation beginning time of σ-phase and the lower precipitation rate of it. The impact toughness is not sensitive to 1% transformation fraction of δ-ferrite, but it drops rapidly while the transformation fraction of δ-ferrite increases from 1% to 5%. More addition of Mn is good to impact toughness at the early stage of aging treatment, but the impact toughness decreases rapidly by accelerating the transformation fraction of δ-ferrite more than 1% earlier at the middle stage of aging time.

Radar coincidence imaging is a new method for high-resolution staring imaging. First, the mathematical model is constructed. Second, the theoretical error for radar coincidence imaging in the presence of noise is derived using the parametric imaging method. Third, the factors that affect the error are analyzed. Fourth, the sparse reconstruction algorithm is used to perform numerical simulations of radar coincidence imaging with different parameters. Finally, the effects of signal bandwidth, array configuration, size of the imaging unit, and target complexity on image error in the presence of noise are discussed. This study provides the theoretical framework for parameters selection and SNR requirements for radar coincidence imaging systems.

Objective To study the application of dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing temporal muscle sticking for moyamoya disease (MMD), and to discuss the possible mechanism of brain protection. Methods Sixty patients undergoing temporal muscle sticking operation were randomly divided into 2 groups: dexmedetomidine group (Group D, N = 30) and control group (Group S, N = 30), respectively receiving dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion (0.60 μ g/kg) and the same dose of normal saline before anesthesia induction. In Group D, dexemdetomidine was administered continuously (intravenous pumping) with the dose of 0.40 μg/(kg·h) perioperatively, while the same dose of normal saline was administered in Group S. Heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) were recorded at T0 (before administration), T1 (before tracheal intubation), T2 (1 min after intubation), T3 (at the moment of skin incision), T4 (before extubation) and T5 (1 min after extubation) respectively. Total amount of propofol, remifentanil and patients' recovery conditions after anesthesia were also recorded. Glutamine and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured and compared before and after operation. Results In group D, HR and MAP decreased significantly at T2-4 compared with T0 (P < 0.05, for all). Total amount of propofol, remifentanil in Group D was lower than that in Group S (P < 0.05, for all) and the patients' recovery conditions in Group D after anesthesia was better than Group S (P = 0.000, for all), without occurence of shivering, cough and dysphoria (P < 0.05, for all). Glutamine and MDA increased after anesthesia compared with that before anesthesia in both 2 groups (P < 0.05, for all), however, it was higher in Group S than that in Group D (P < 0.05, for all). Conclusions Dexmedetomidine can provide stable hemodynamic condition during the anesthesia with patients undergoing temporal muscle sticking for moyamoya disease, and has a positive effect on improving both the outcome of the operation and recovery conditions. In view of problems that integrated automation system of Qianjiaying Coal Mine has only function of information integration, bad server configuration, and cannot realize intelligent dispatching and centralized monitoring, the paper proposed reform principle of the system, introduced reform and implementation of ring net, dispatching center and software platform of the system in details. The reformed system was not only pay attention to information collection and processing, but also pay great attention to integrated information processing and union monitoring and control of production and safety automation system, which realizes five fusions of mine integrated automation system.

There are problems in gas monitoring using portable gas alarm in working face of coal mine,such as gas concentration reporting is tedious and boring. In the paper,camera was used to monitor portable gas alarm real-timely and methods of image processing and automatic identification of images collected by the camera were also put forward. The specific processes in automatic identification of gas concentration including image preprocessing,detection of image edge,and segmentation of displaying region of gas concentration were introduced in details,namely using image graycale method and mid-value filtering method to preprocess the monitored images,using Roberts operator,Prewitt operator and Sobel operator to extract image edges separately and using Hough transformation to detect straight lines of the edge, so as to segment target images.

A new speed measuring method for underground locomotive based on image processing technology was proposed to solve problems of high cost and fault rate of traditional method using sensors to measure speed. Firstly the centroid coordinate of template is obtained by template matching,then the moving distance of the template in two consecutive pictures is got by using the change of the centroid coordinate in the pictures. The moving distance is transformed into actual driving distance of locomotive through scale coefficients next,and the speed of the locomotive is calculated according to time gap between the two pictures. The experiment showed that the method can determine speed of locomotive real-timely and has a reliable performance.

In order to solve the problem of measuring horizontal displacement caused by deformation of shaft wall of mine, a design scheme of vertical plumb coordinatograph based on CCD was proposed, the structure of the vertical plumb coordinatograph and its distribution in monitoring system for deformation of shaft wall were given, and software and hardware design of the vertical plumb coordinatograph were introduced in details. The vertical plumb coordinatograph collects light signals and convert the light signals to video signals by use of CCD, does binary processing and counting of the collected video signals by use of LPC932, and transmits the processed results to computer on the ground for analysis, so that to get horizontal displacement caused by deformation of shaft wall of mine. The testing result showed the stability and accuracy of the vertical plumb coordinatograph.

In order to solve unstability problem of signaling centralized and locking system in mine which uses sensors to distinguish and locate locomotives, the paper introduced a method of locomotive location of coal mine underground by use of speed-measured technology by video. The method uses distance-measured technology of binocular stereo vision to get running distance of locomotive, obtains real-time running speed of locomotive according to interval of two sequential images, and converts the running speed of locomotive to moving speed of a corresponding simulated ball, thus dispatchers can monitor running status of locomotive through observing moving status of the simulated ball, namely the method can realize function of locomotive location.

Aiming at the problems of PCBN tool serious wear and short cutting life were prominent in hard cutting, the cryogenic PCBN tools and the high speed hard turning AISI 4340 steel tests were carried out to study the effects of cryogenic treatment on the surface integrity (including microstructure, roughness, microhardness and residual stress) and cutting performances of PCBN tools, and the method of improving PCBN tool wear resistance and tool life was explored. The results show that the defects such as shrinkage cavity and porosity on the surface of the tools are significantly reduced or even disappeared, and the surface morphology is improved after cryogenic treatment. However, the surface roughness of the tools is improved. The surface microhardness and residual stress of the tools are increased. The influences of surface morphology and surface residual stress on tool life are great, followed by surface microhardness, and the surface roughness has little effects on tool life. The treated tool adhesion and oxidation wear are reduced, and the maximum tool life may be increased by 24.78%. It may be seen that cryogenic treatment may effectively improve the surface integrity of PCBN tools, so as to improve the tool life. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Knowledge categorization is the shared recognition of people to a certain knowledge domain. It serves the purposes such as description, interpretation, communication, and inference of a domain of knowledge. Because the application of knowledge in practice for problem-solving can involve multiple domains, therefore how to construct logic relationships among the knowledge categorizations is often the key to problem-solving. This study takes the case of outpatients’ perception of signs and symptoms as an example domain to explore how knowledge categorization and integration could help outpatients query and choose from the departments of a healthcare institute at registration. This study uses ontology modeling to develop the needed knowledge categorization and problem-solving models. The major contents include: (1) Clarifying the content of the knowledge sources, including the knowledge categories of symptoms and illness; (2) Constructing a domain ontology of general knowledge sources consisting of common conceptual structure and instances to provide reference standards or terminology when communicating with other domains; (3) Establishing an objective-oriented task-ontology by developing the relationships and logic among the knowledge sources in accordance with the needs of problem-solving, and then collecting existing facts as instance knowledge in accordance with the knowledge schema of the concepts; and (4) Developing a set of inferable semantic rules for problem-solving to infer the implicit knowledge based on the aforementioned factual knowledge. The experiment results show that the procedures of knowledge categorization and integration developed in this study, with the modeling of domain ontology, task ontology, and inference rules, have preliminarily achieved the purpose of solving the problem of matching outpatients’ signs and symptoms with the suitable hospital department. The original definition of multiferroics is that one owns two or three "ferro" properties, such as ferroelectricity, ferroelasticity, and ferromagnetism. Furthermore, novel effects would be generated by the cross-coupling effect among various orders of multiferroic materials, and it has a broad application prospect in electronic information, sensing, storage, wireless network and other fields. At present, researchers are still focus on the multiferroic materials with strong magnetoelectric coupling effect at room temperature. However, the realization and application of devices based on multiferroics are still on the way. Strain engineering is an effective way that can influence the physical properties of multiferroic materials. The physical properties of materials such as electricity, magnetism, and photoacoustic could be influenced by strain engineering through the interaction of lattice with electrons, spins, and orbits. Tuning the structural and physical properties of ferroelectric thin films by strain has been paid extensive attention. Through investigating the research of strain engineering in multiferroic materials in this paper, herein, the strain engineering in multiferroics are summarized and effect of strain engineering on the physical properties of multiferroics is reviewed. In recent years, there have been more and more horror images produced by artificial intelligence. As such, an algorithm is taken for study in the sense of terror and danger acquired through the human eye as well as the calculation of uncommon images based on its data. This has brought challenge to the subjective visual perception. Whether it is the Nightmare Machine or AI Spirits, the algorithm used for image production works out the effect of horror, which on the surface may seem irrelevant superficially, but in fact encompasses a visuality of the non-human. Therefore, this paper discusses how visual technology can affect human beings' way of seeing and the notion of perception from the perspective of visual culture studies. In addition, taking the two cases of AI algorithms, i.e. Nightmare Machine and AI Spirits, as examples, it explores the visual field created via the machine vision within digital datas. By exploring the influence of recovery time below 60%1RM load on PAP effect, the recovery time period of PAP effect was determined, and sprint training was carried out during the PAP enhancement period to explore the influence of this training method on sprint speed of young football players. A group of 6 x 60% 1 RM squats were performed for PAP induction, and CMJ was tested at 15 s, 3 min, 6 min, 9 min and 12 min before and after PAP induction. After determining the optimal time, 20 subjects were divided into PAP combined sprint training group (PS) and sprint training group (S) for 4 weeks, twice a week. EPTS monitors players' weekly maximum speed averages and maximum metabolic power. CMJ performance peak occurred at 3 min after PAP induction (p<0.05), and there was a significant difference between the initial value and the CMJ scores of players in the PS group at the second week and the CMJ scores at the fourth week (p<0.05). The maximum speed and maximum metabolic power of players in the PS group at the fourth week showed an increasing trend (p<0.05). Moderate load can effectively activate the PAP effect in young football players, and the duration of the PAP effect is 3-9 min, and the peak CMJ performance occurs at 3 min. Sprinting training during the PAP enhancement period can improve the sprinting speed and jumping ability of the players, and play a positive role in the performance of the players in the training session. Patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) have a high incidence rate of delirium, which leads to poor prognoses. This case study describes a nursing experience of implementing ABCDEF bundle care to reduce delirium in a patient with TBI. The period of nursing care was April 23 to April 30, 2019. A comprehensive assessment of this patient's physical, psychological, familial, social, and spiritual dimensions was conducted via consultation, observation, and physical assessment. The assessment results showed that the patient suffered from acute delirium and cerebral perfusion impairment. In addition, the results showed that the patient's wife suffered from caregiver role strain that was further exacerbated by family difficulties. Multiple, individualized patient-tailored nursing interventions were developed under ABCDEF bundle care to alleviate delirium during the period of nursing care. These interventions included spontaneous awakening trials, spontaneous breathing trials, coordination, delirium assessment, early mobilization, and family engagement. Furthermore, family involvement and interprofessional cooperation with social workers were conducted concurrently to alleviate economic and care burdens and mitigate caregiver role strain in the patient's wife. It is hoped that this nursing care experience helps promote increased attention towards delirium, helps improve early detection of delirium in patients with TBI, and promotes the provision of individualized bundle care that draws on different perspectives in order to achieve holistic health care. BACKGROUND: Different intensities of exercises make different effects on human body, and the changes of skeletal muscle after exercise remain unclear. Physical change of human body during exercise is a hotspot. METHODS: The study was approved by the Laboratory Animal Ethical Committee of Beijing Sport University. Twenty-four healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into three groups: control, moderate-intensity exercise (5°, 15 m/min, 1 hour, 60% VO2max) and high-intensity exercise (5°, 35m/min, 20 minutes, 85% VO2max) groups (n=8/group), 6 times weekly. The rat soleus and gastrocnemius were removed to measure the wet weights. The cross-sectional area of muscle fiber was detected by immunofluorescence. The protein expression levels of BNIP3, p62 and LC3 in the soleus and gastrocnemius were detected by western blot assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The wet weight of gastrocnemius in the exercise groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.01). (2) The cross-sectional area of gastrocnemius fiber in the exercise groups was significantly less than that in the control group (P < 0.01), and the cross-sectional area of soleus fiber in the exercise groups was significantly more than that in the control group (P < 0.01 ). (3) The moderate-intensity exercise induced increased mitophagy, and the expression level of BNIP3 and LC3-II/LC3-I were up-regulated (P < 0.05), while p62 was down-regulated (P < 0.05) compared with the control group. The expression level of LC3-II/LC3-I in the high-intensity exercise group was higher (P < 0.05), but the expression level of p62 was lower than that in the moderate-intensity exercise group and the expression of BNIP3 was decreased (P < 0.05). (4) To conclude, 4-week moderate-intensity exercise can promote the removal of damaged mitochondria and maintain skeletal muscle function by increasing BNIP3-regulated mitophagy in skeletal muscle.
