Objective To establish an active reinforcement strategy for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and evaluate its effect. Methods The pre -hospital emergency teams were divided into the conventional CPR group and the CPR active reinforcement group, and the rescue process was recorded by video and mini-program. From June 2021 to December 2021, the data of 49 cases in the conventional CPR group and 51 cases in the CPR active reinforcement group were collected, and indicators such as rescue time, compression time, defibrillation time, mechanical compression device installation time, first adrenaline use time, and tracheal intubation time were calculated and compared between the two groups. Results The chest compression fraction [69.67 (61.75, 75.33)%] and advanced airway establishment rate (84.3%) in the first 10 minutes in the CPR active reinforcement group were higher than those in the conventional CPR group [46.0 (31.5, 53.5)% and 61.2%], and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the cases in two groups in terms of mechanical compression use rate, adrenaline use rate, rescue mechanical installation time, time from rescue start to rescue mechanical installation completion, time from rescue start to first adrenaline use, time from rescue start to advanced airway establishment completion, etc. (P > 0.05). In terms of CPR outcome, the pre-hospital return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) rates in the conventional CPR group and the CPR active reinforcement group were 38.8% (19/49) and 35.3% (18/51), respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusions The implementation of the CPR active reinforcement strategy can significantly improve the chest compression fraction of pre -hospital cardiac arrest patients in the first 10 minutes, and the video review and rescue measures registration analysis can effectively improve the quality of CPR, which is worth further promotion. A dynamical model for infectious disease with media coverage effects and limited medical resources was established and analyzed. The basic reproduction number of the disease was defined, the existence and stability of the equilibria were analyzed, and the conditions for the forward bifurcation, the backward bifurcation and the Hopf bifurcation to occur in the system were given. Numerical simulation results show that, increasing the media coverage rate or the maximum hospital capacity can significantly reduce the number of infections at the peak or in the steady state of the epidemic. With the variations of parameters, the system will exhibit dynamic behaviors including not only the backward bifurcation or the forward bifurcation, but also the saddle node bifurcation, the Hopf bifurcation, or the change of the endemic equilibrium point stability with parameters. Objective: To investigate the method and role of clinical pharmacists involved in the clinical application management of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis .Methods: Clinical pharmacists actively participated in the construction of clinical application management mechanism as well as practical management of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis. At the same time, the rational use of this kind of drugs before and after clinical application management was analyzed and evaluated .Results: Through active involvement of clinical pharmacists in the construction and implementation of the clinical application management of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, the rational application rate of such drugs reached as high as 89.75%, which was 14.11% higher than that before the implementation of the clinical application management .There was a qualitative transfer in irrational drug use, i .e. a transfer from extraordinary drug use to inappropriate drug use, and the rate of hospitals being notified in the "3-medical supervision" reduced to 0 .Conclusion: Active involvement of clinical pharmacists in the construction and implementation of the comprehensive management mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis significantly increased the rational application rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Objective; To introduce the hazard vulnerability assessment (HVA) method to the risk management of high-alert drugs, and also to analyze the hospital's ability to withstand high-alert drug risk factors, so as to clarify the priorities and make useful explorations for the hospital's control of high-alert drugs. Methods : The HVA method was used to identify and evaluate the potential risk events for high-alert drugs in the hospital, and then the risk assessment items were assessed and ranked in order, so as to identify high risk events demanding top priority management. Results : There were 13 risk items in the management and control of high-alert drugs in the hospital, of which 2 items were of moderate risk level, i. e. the prescription dosage error and neglect of error prescriptions in prescription review, and other items were of all low risk level. Conclusion : The HVA method could be applied to the management of high-alert drugs in the hospital. Specific contermeasures to strengthen risk management in accordance with risk factors could not only reduce the risk of safe drug use caused by hazard vulnerability of high-alert drugs, but also provide assistance for safe and effective management of high-alert drugs. The multi-objective unequal area facility layout problem (UA-FLP) is the problem of placing facilities with different areas in a plant so that facilities satisfy some given objectives and constraints. This paper built a multi-objective optimization model based on minimizing the material handling costs and maximizing the closeness rating scores, and proposed a heuristic algorithm (HA) to solve the multi-objective UA-FLP. The algorithm adopted the heuristic layout updating strategy to update the layouts, and used the combination of the local search based on the adaptive gradient method and the heuristic facility deformation strategy to deal with the intrusive constraint between any two different facilities. The proposed heuristic algorithm combined the local search based on the Pareto optimization and the global search based on the niche technology to obtain Pareto-optimal solutions of the problem. Using two representative instances from the literature to test the performance of the algorithm, the experimental results show that the proposed heuristic algorithm is an effective method for solving the multi-objective UA-FLP. Objective : To investigate and analyze the preparation and application of hospital preparations in No.909 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force, so as to provide reference for sustainable development of hospital preparations. Methods: The related data of the preparation and application of hospital preparations from 2015 to 2017 were retrieved through the "Junwei No. 1" information management system of hospital preparations. The hospital preparations were classified according to the formulation, the amount of preparation and application, and analysis was made on the varieties of preparations which ranked top 10 in yearly application. Results and Conclusion: The preparation and application amounts of hospital preparations in our hospital were fluctuating. Except for gradual reduction in the preparation amount of large capacity injections and small capacity injections, the demands for other varieties of hospital preparations were relatively stable. The development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations should be strengthened, the product structure should be optimized and the management should be standardized, so as to achieve sound development of hospital preparations.
