To analyze the influence of in-wheel motors’ eccentricity on the ride comfort of electric vehicles, a four degree-of-freedom vibration model of electric vehicles was established to consider the mass and excitation of in-wheel motors. The corresponding state equation and output vector expression were derived, and the ride comfort evaluation index was determined. The random road excitation of the front wheel was established by using the filtered white noise method. The random road excitation relationship between the rear wheel and the front wheel was obtained by combining the Laplace transformation and the fourth-order symmetric Pade approximation. The whole vertical excitation of a typical four-phase 8/6-pole switched reluctance motor was presented. The simulation of random road excitation and in-wheel motor excitation was realized, and the ride comfort simulation and comparison of four working conditions were carried out on a B-grade road. The results showed that in-wheel motors’ eccentricity has an important influence on the ride comfort of electric vehicles on random roads, and the negative effect of in-wheel motors’ eccentricity should be considered in the design of electric vehicles. The radial electromagnetic force of the pulse vibration acts as an excitation source on the stator tooth surface of a 12/8-pole single-winding bearingless switched reluctance motor wider with rotor tooth (BSRMWR) and transmits it to the stator yoke and the stator yoke, which causes a large vibration and noise and hinders its popularization and application. In view of this problem, this paper optimizes and improves the motor housing from the perspective of the body structure. Using the three-dimensional multiphysics finite element model, the electromagnetic-structure-vibration-sound field coupling model of BSRMWR is established. The radial electromagnetic force is obtained by transient analysis of the BSRMWR electromagnetic field. The modal strain energy method is applied to the shell of BSRMWR, and the motor shell structure has a large strain energy, which shows that the motor shell structure is weak. Based on this, the casing structure of the motor is optimized by the method of morphology optimization. The electromagnetic force has the characteristics of multi-dimensional distribution in multi-degreeof- freedom（MDOF）switched reluctance motor（SRM），which can be modelled and actively controlled to achieve the MDOF motion of SRMs. Bearingless switched reluctance motor （BSRM） and linear-rotary switched reluctance motor（LRSRM）are both have the characteristics of MODF motion control，and they have similarities between the distributions，modelling methods and control strategies of their electromagnetic forces. Through comparing similarities between the operating principles of these two kinds of MDOF SRMs， the modelling and control methods of BSRMs obtained before are applied to LRSRM. Therefore，the accurate model and high-performance control of LRSRMs can be implemented more efficiently. The study of LRSRMs can be pushed forward and accelerated，and the research of MDOF SRMs can be further promoted as well. Aiming at the strong coupling problem between electromagnetic torque and radial suspension force in bearingless synchronous reluctance motors (BSRMs), various decoupling control methods were investigated and analyzed. The rotor suspension principle and the mathematical model of BSRMs were introduced, and the reported decoupling control strategies of BSRMs were summarized. The principle, performance, limitation and development of some reported control strategies for BSRMs including feedforward and feedback compensation control, inverse system control, neural network inverse control, support vector machine inverse control, differential geometry based exact linearization control and direct torque and suspension force control strategy were analyzed respectively. According to the characteristics of BSRMs, the future research directions were pointed out. Some suggestions for BSRMs of precise mathematical model construction with magnetic saturation, motor parameters on-line identification, application of intelligent control to increase disturbance attenuation capacity, parameter optimal design of decoupling controller and nonlinear controller design based on nonlinear control theory are proposed. Aiming at the problems of the current inbalance between two or multiple SRG (stitched reluctance generator), the systematic model of SRG and current sharing control was researched. After the analysis of the SRG mathematical model and the comparison of some common methods, the maximal current sharing method was proposed to be aoolied to the SRG current sharing control system. The nonlinear model of SRG was established by the interpolation lookup table method based on the two-dimensional table of current&angle and flux from ansoft, the accuracy of the model was verified by the simulation result. A flow equalize cycle was added to the two SRG systematic model, the closedloop simulation was tested. The experimental results show that the systematic model can achieve average-current by using maximal current sharing control while two generator had certain speed diiference, proving the correctness and validity of the control strategy. Aiming at solving the problems of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control of switched reluctance generator (SRG) wind generation system in laboratory, research on output characteristics of wind turbine and its imitation schemes, operation principile of SRG and its control methods were carried out, and MPPT control strategies of wind power generation system were introduced. A MPPT control strategy based on speed feedback of SRG generation system was proposed. Meanwhile, wind turbine was imitated by DC motor using torque control. Both the wind turbine imitation system and the MPPT control were tested under variable wind conditions. The results indicate that the DC motor can imitates the wind turbine effectively and the MPPT control method can achieve maximum wind pow-er tracking accurately. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aiming at the eight type position faults of the switched reluctance motor (SRM), the affections of position faults were analyzed in detail, the methods were proposed for fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control according to the sequence of position single and the relationship between two position singles. Fault-simulation of one position single was performed on the DSP experiment platform, the fault signal was recovered and reconstructed through the normal position signal. The experimental results show that the SRM could keep normal operation after fault-tolerant control during position malfunction, the performance of SRM is improved effectively. The switched reluctance machine (SRM) has attracted increasing attentions in recent years due to its inherent simplicity, robustness, reliability and high starting torque. Meanwhile, with the aggravation of the energy dilemma and environment contamination, the research on electric vehicles is becoming the focus in a large number of counties. In China, the study on electric bicycle, which possesses high performance-price ratio and suits characteristic conditions, absolutely contains remarkable values. Here, an in-wheel three-phase 12/16 SRM-based drive system is investigated for electric bicycle. Firstly, the structure of the SRM is discussed and the prototype is designed based on finite element analysis. Then, the detailed design process of SRM is described. Also, the influence of winding configuration on the electromagnetic performance is discussed. With regard to the electromagnetic interference and power loss generated in the operation of the switches in switched reluctance motor drive ( SRD ) system, the paper proposed a converter with a new kind of capacitor divider parallel resonant DC link( CDPRDCL). The converter was to realize the zero-voltage-turn-off of the phase switches by connecting one buffer capacitor to each switch in conventional asymmetric inverters; and to realize the zero-voltage-turn-on of the phase switches, and the soft operation of the resonant switches, by adding a resonant link containing, as the main components, two inductors and one capacitor and through reasonably controlling the resonant switches in this link. The required condition for soft-switching was obtained by analyzing the working principle and operation process of the circuit. The soft-switching converter with such a resonant link has a larger effective interval and a lower power loss,thereby enhancing the efficiency and performances of SRD. A novel improved simplified flux-current method for sensorless of switched reluctance motor (SRM) is proposed based on the flux-linkage data points of feature rotor position. Compared with the conventional methods, the proposed method is easy to implement the phase commutation and the two-phase working. Considering the relationship of the inductance and the rotor position for the 12/8 SRM, the positions of 7.5° and 15° are selected as the feature positions, and the three-phase position signals are acquired with comparison of the real-time flux and the feature position flux. In order to improve the accuracy of CPU, only one feature position is compared, while another feature position is obtained by time delay. The experimental platform based on dsPACE of SRM sensorless control system is built. The influence of the two different feature position points on the estimated position is analyzed. The result shows that under the condition of low speed and no load, the accuracy of estimated position signal based on the feature position of 15° is higher than that based on the feature position of 7.5°. The sensorless technique is an important research branch in switched reluctance motor (SRM) drives system. The research of the high performance sensorless technique can further improve the system integration, enhance the high speed capability and harsh environment adaptability, and make full use of the strong fauk-tolerant capability and high reliability of SRM. Aiming at the starting-low speed operation, and the medium-high speed operation conditions, this paper classifies and discusses the research status of the sensorless schemes, and reviews their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the key technologies and future development trends of the sensorless technique are analyzed, which will provide important reference for the in-depth study and broadening the application of the SRM drive system. The hardware and control models of the Switched Reluctance Motors Drive (SRD) were developed to realize the digitization and improve the reliability of the shearer, and to solve the problem of the shearer without reversal run. The control system and the experiment platform for no-position sensor of shearer SRD were manufactured, too. And the tests were done for the position precision detection of the rotor, the load characteristic and the prototype measuring. The experiment results indicate that the error between the estimated position and real position of the rotor is smaller in the designed no-position sensor control system, there is no reversal run of the system according the designed shearer control system with no-position sensor; the two-phase current of stator A and B are impelled at the same time, which indicates the detection precision of the rotor is higher; the acceleration and deceleration tests of the SRM are done in the loading experiment, the phase switch of the parameters(current, flux-linkage, rotor impulse, rotor angle) are better, and the torque of the SRM is controlled accurately by the system, which indicates the control performance of the system is better; and the right and left SRM are controlled correctly by the system in the prototype measuring, which indicates that the no-position sensor control system is feasible and reliable. Based on the magnetic method combining the Maxwell tensor in considering magnetic saturation method, magnetic saturation effect and actual switched reluctance motor stator and rotor under the premise of big width, an analytical model of radial force which can directly apply to switched reluctance motor stator and rotor was set up with extremely unequal and equal arc to two circumstances analytical models of radial force. This model conforms to the actual switched reluctance motor structure and operation characteristics and structure optimization design, electromagnetic vibration and noise prediction and control provides theory basis of switched reluctance motor. With a prototype as an example, results show that the analytical model of the 3D finite element analysis of the results compared to verify the correctness of the analytical model.
