Objective To investigate the effect of benazepril on the expression of connexins （Cxs） in the renal tissues of diabetic nephropathy rats and its possible mechanism. Methods The SD male rats were divided into the control group, diabetes group, and intervention group. Rats in the diabetes group and intervention group were injected with STZ 65 mg/kg into the left lower abdomen once to establish the I-type diabetes models. Rats in the control group were injected with the same dose of citric acid buffer intraperitoneally. After the models were successfully established on the second day, rats in the intervention group were given benazepril 10 mg/(kg·d） by gavage daily at a fixed time, while rats in the control group and diabetes group were given the same volume of 0. 9% sodium chloride solution. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks, during which, the body weight of each group was measured， fasting blood glucose was detected by enzymatic electrolytic chromatography, urinary microalbumin was detected by double-antibody sandwich method, and serum creatinine and urea were detected by sarcosine oxidase method and enzyme-coupled rate method, respectively. After 8 weeks, the rats were euthanized, and the distribution of connexin Cx37, Cx40, and Cx43 in the renal pathological tissues was observed by SABC method. The expression of connexin Cx37, Cx40, and Cx43 was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the expression of connexin Cx37, Cx40, and Cx43 mRNA was detected by RT-qRCR. Results Compared with the control group, the body weight of the diabetes group and the intervention group decreased significantly （P<0. 05), and the blood glucose level increased significantly （P<0. 05）； the blood urea nitrogen, blood creatinine, and urinary microalbuminuria of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the diabetes group （all P<0. 05). In the diabetes group, the distribution of Cx37 and Cx43 in the efferent arterioles， afferent arterioles and proximal renal tubules was significantly weakened. In the intervention group, the expression of Cx37 and Cx43 in the proximal renal tubules significantly increased. In the diabetes group， the distribution of Cx40 in multiple afferent arterioles and the macula densa was significantly weakened, and the distribution of Cx40 in the macula densa was enhanced in the intervention group. Compared with the diabetes group, the expression levels of Cx37 and Cx40 in the intervention group increased， with statistically significant differences （both P <0. 05）. The expression of Cx43 in the intervention group was higher than that of the diabetes group, but the difference was not statistically significant （P<0. 05). The CT value of Cx37 in the diabetes group was significantly higher, and the Cx37 CT value in the intervention group was smaller than that of the control group （P<0. 05）. The CT value of Cx40 in the control group was not significantly different from those of the diabetes group and the intervention group, while the Cx40 CT value in the intervention group was significantly smaller than that of the diabetes group （all P<0. 05）. Compared with the control group, the Cx43 CT value in the diabetes group significantly decreased, and the Cx43 CT value in the intervention group significantly increased, and significant difference was found in the Cx43 CT value among all groups. Conclusion Benazepril can up-regulate the expression of renal connexin proteins in diabetic nephropathy rats, alleviate the pathological damage， protect the kidneys, and delay the progression of the disease. The general research of graph data privacy protection mainly focuses on simple graphs, which has a limited scope of application. Taking the privacy protection of the weight graph data as the research object can improve the availability and effectiveness of the data after the weight graph is published. This paper studied the problem of serious data distortion caused by the need to add and delete a large number of edges and nodes when using the clustering anonymization method to process social network data. It proposed the (k,l) weighted social network anonymity algorithm KFCMSA (combined k-member fuzzy clustering and simulated annealing), and clustered the weighted social network into different clusters using the improved clustering algorithm. It generalized the edge weights of nodes in the same cluster to make nodes satisfy l diversity. While implementing k-degree anonymity, it effectively reduced the amount of edge changes, improved the availability of data, and prevented homogeneity attacks while achieving optimal clustering. To study the effects of low molecular weight heparin on inflammatory response, liver function and expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins in preeclampsia rats. A total of 90 pregnant rats were randomly divided into normal pregnant group, preeclampsia group and treatment group, with 30 rats in each group. The rats in the preeclampsia group and the treatment group were subcutaneously injected with l-nitroarginine methyl ester [200 mg/ (kg d)] on the 13th day of gestation, and the rat model of preeclampsia was established. The normal pregnancy group was injected with the same dose of normal saline. The treatment group was treated with subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin[ 40 滋L/(kg d)], and the rats in the preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group were given the same dose of normal saline injections. Blood pressure, 24 h proteinuria, liver function index levels, serum inflammatory factor levels, and Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression levels in the placental tissues of the three groups were compared. The blood pressure level of the preeclampsia group and the treatment group on the 15th day of pregnancy and the 21st day of pregnancy was significantly higher than that of the normal pregnancy group, and the 24 h proteinuria on the 21st day of pregnancy was higher than that of the normal pregnancy group. The blood pressure and 24 h proteinuria of the treatment group on the 21st day of pregnancy were lower than those of the preeclampsia group (all P＜0.05). On the 21st day of gestation, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aminotransferase (AST), interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and 酌-interferon (IFN-酌) in the preeclampsia group and the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the normal pregnancy group, and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the preeclampsia group (all P<0.05). The expression level of Bcl-2 protein in the placental tissues of the preeclampsia group and the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the normal pregnancy group, and the expression level of Bax protein was significantly higher than that of the normal pregnancy group. The expression level of Bcl-2 protein in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the preeclampsia group, and the expression level of Bax protein was significantly lower than that of the preeclampsia group (all P<0.05). Low molecular weight heparin has a significant effect on blood pressure control in preeclampsia rats, and it is beneficial to improve liver function. Navigation control of spacecraft is one of tlie key technologes in deep space exploration. However， As the exploration distance is getting farther，the limitations of traditional ground station control become more obvi¬ous. Therefore，autonomous optical navigation has become the development direction of aerosjDace exploration in the future. The edge detection technology is one of the critical algorithms in optical autonomous navigation. In order to meet the real - time requirement of on - board computing，this study proposed an optimized Canny edge detection al¬gorithm and the circuit architecture of FPGA to optimize the non - maximum suppression and adopt dynamic single threshold of Canny edge detection algorithm. In this way，it could be implemented on the FPGA witli less resource oc-cupation and pipeline architectiure. Finally，the real - time requirement of optical autonomous navigation was satisfied on the promise of guaranteening the accuracy of edge extraction and it had good robustness to complex star targets. Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Shaanxi Province from 2005 to 2017 and help updating of government policies for varicella control. Methods The epidemiological data of varicella in Shaanxi Province during 2005 and 2017 were collected from Disease Surveillance Information Reporting System of Chinese Information System. Results A total of 101370 varicella cases were reported with only one death from 2005 to 2017. The average incidence was 20.77/105, and an obvious seasonal prevalence with peak in June and December was observed. Additionally, a higher incidence of 208.37/105 was shown in children between 0 to 14 years old. Moreover, there were 98 outbreaks, among which 82.2% occurred in elementary schools. Furthermore, Clade2 was the main epidemic strain in Shaanxi. Conclusion Children are at a high risk for varicella infection, so the surveillance should be strengthened in elementary schools. The "concrete universal" is a key concept in Mou Zongsan's 牟宗三（1909-1995) philosophy. Mou makes use of this concept in his metaphysics, ethics and philosophy of history. According to Mou, concrete universality is an attribute of the original heart as a spiritual substance. The original heart is universal since it is the faculty that initiates moral actions in response to individual situations. It is concrete in that it has a determinate content only in its response to a given situation. However, Mou also characterizes the original heart as a concrete universal because every individual person displays the original heart in his own way and in a different degree.
