Influenced by the distribution of karst landforms and karst development, the process of rainfall runoff in karst regions is complicated. Runoff simulation can help identify the main factors influencing runoff in karst areas. In this study, based on the karst landform characteristics of the small watershed of the Mudong River in Huixian Karst Wetland in the Lijiang River basin, parallel staggered time model of double tanks was established and an artificial neural network was built by using Microsoft Excel for parameter optimization. The relative error, the Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient and the correlation coefficient were used to evaluate the simulation effects during calibration and validation based on the measured discharges in the small watersheds. The mean annual relative error of the regularization rate was 7.5%, the Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient was 0.63 and the correlation coefficient was 0.72. During the validation period, the mean annual relative error was 10.5%, the Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient was 0.56 and the correlation coefficient was 0.63, indicating that the model was able to achieve good simulation results in the study area. Through the parameter sensitivity analysis of the runoff simulation of the Tank model in the small watershed of Mudong River, the results show that the karst geomorphological characteristics such as surface infiltration performance, the existence of karst fast flow and slow flow, and karst base flow mainly affect the runoff distribution and production flow in the karst small watershed. Federated learning is a framework for obtaining machine learning models without centralized data training,reducing the risk of privacy leakage while also obtaining optimized training models locally. However, the identity,behavior, environment, etc. between nodes are different, resulting in unbalanced data distribution, which may cause a large deviation in the performance of the model on different devices, resulting in data heterogeneity. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a Federated learning algorithm for data sharing clustering based on node optimization method that applies clustering and data sharing to federated learning system at the same time, which can effectively reduce the impact of data heterogeneity on federated learning and accelerate the convergence of local models.At the same time, a method to assess the convergence of the global shared model is designed to determine the timing of node clustering nodes. Finally, in this paper, the datasets EMNIST and CIFAR-10 were used for experiments and performance analysis to compare the effects of the size of the shared scale on the convergence speed and accuracy of each node, and to compare the accuracy of clustering and data sharing before and after the application of federated learning. Experimental results show that the convergence speed and accuracy of each node are improved when data sharing is introduced, and the accuracy is increased by about 10-15% when clustering and data sharing are introduced into federated learning training at the same time, indicating that this method has a good effect on the heterogeneous problem of federated learning data. Objective：To investigate the association between the polymorphisms of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of interleukin-2 gene (IL-2), IL-2 receptor α gene (IL-2Rα) and the susceptibility to unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA). Methods：Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to analysis SNPs of IL-2 (rs6822844) G/T and IL-2Rα (rs2104286) A/G in 145 URSA cases (URSA group) and 220 nomal controls (control group). Results：The frequencies of rs2104286 allele A and genotype A/A were higher in the URSA group when compared with the control group (P＜0.05). The carriers of rs2104286 allele A increased two times of the risk of URSA (OR=2.06, 95%CI: 1.34～3.16, P=0.001), so did the rs2104286 genotype AA (OR=2.27, 95%CI: 1.40～3.68, P=0.001). The frequencies of rs6822844 genotype G/G in the two groups were all 100% (P＞0.05). Conclusions：Allele A of IL -2Rα (rs2104286) might confer the susceptibility to URSA in Zhejiang. 目的探讨肝脏肿瘤术后高危肺栓塞的救治方法。方法对1例肝脏肿瘤术后高危肺栓塞患者的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果患者因肝癌在全麻下行腹腔镜脾动脉结扎术和肝右后叶切除术+脾切除术。术后第1天突发心率快、血压低、血氧饱和度下降至95%以下,X线胸片显示右中下肺渗出阴影,B超检查显示右侧大隐静脉血栓形成,血气分析提示代谢性酸中毒伴高乳酸血症,中心静脉压升高,诊断为肺栓塞。立即气管插管、呼吸机辅助呼吸,给予去甲肾上腺素和盐酸多巴胺维持,肺动脉数字减影血管造影见右肺动脉部分充盈缺损,造影术中导丝开通部分肺动脉分支,保留猪尾巴导管于右肺动脉内,缓慢注射尿激酶,之后两日经导管向右肺动脉持续泵入尿激酶加强溶栓,同时每日两次皮下注射速碧林。患者呼吸、循环逐渐稳定,予以控制入量及利尿减轻右心负荷处理,出现血小板明显下降后将速碧林调整为利伐沙班片。患者生命体征平稳,脱离呼吸机,后好转出院。结论肝脏肿瘤术后肺栓塞的治疗要点是早期诊断并进行针对性的治疗,治疗过程中要积极维持血流动力学稳定,出现并发症应早期识别并及早处理,合理使用止血药及抗凝药。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of metronidazole membrane combined with minocycline ointment on periodontal disease. Methods: 80 cases of patients with periodontal disease in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were select and divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with metronidazole membrane combined with minocycline ointment, and the patients in the control group were adopted metronidazole membrane. The curative effect, periodontal attachment index, plaque index, gingival index, tooth mobility degree and the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF were compared between the two groups. Results: After 4 weeks, The curative effect of the observation group (95.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.0% )(P<0.05); the periodontal attachment index, plaque index, gingival index and tooth mobility degree and the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF in two groups were all were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the reduce degree of observation group was more obviously than that of the control group (P<0.05); no difference was found between the two groups as to pimples, nausea and gastrointestinal reaction and insomnia (P>0.05); the recurrence rate of the observation group (2.5%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (7.5%). Conclusions: Metronidazole membrane combined with minocycline ointment can enhance inhibition of periodontal pathogens, and improve the clinical effect, the periodontal condition and state of inflammation, and has less adverse reactions, low recurrence rate, worthy of application. 目的:对比分析ACS(急性冠脉综合征)患者PIC术后经不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗的临床疗效.方法:从我院２０１３年１月~２０１４年 １２月行PIC手术治疗的ACS患者中随机抽取１０６例进行研究,并根据其入院顺序随机分为对照组(５３例,经１０mg/d常规剂量瑞舒伐他汀治 疗)和观察组(５３例,经大剂量２０mg/d瑞舒伐他汀治疗),对比两组患者治疗前后的生化指标以及心血管事件等不良反应的发生情况.结果: ①经治疗,两组患者的hs－CRP、BNP、TG、TC和LDL－C均显著下降,HDL－C均显著上升,治疗前后上述指标差异均具有统计学意义(P ＜ ０．０５).治疗后,观察组的hs－CRP、BNP、TG、TC和LDL－C等指标均显著低于对照组,组间差异显著(P ＜０．０５).②两组患者均无严重不良 反应,组间差异不存在统计学意义(P ＞０．０５).结论:ACS患者PIC术后经大剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗具有显著效果,可以明显降低患者的炎性反 应和BNP水平,而且具有较好的安全性,和常规剂量比较,临床应用价值更高.
