In order to optimize the allocation of flight slot resources and improve the regularity of civil aviation flights， the method of season division under the level of large-scale air traffic operation is studied in this paper. The monthly time series similarity of air traffic operation efficiency index is analyzed by the dynamic time warping algorithm， an optimized flight season division model is established， and the fast non-dominant sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy is used to solve the problem. The TOPSIS method with entropy is used to evaluate the Pareto solution， and the final flight season division results under different division angles are given. Then and the effects of season division results and weight setting on the results under different air traffic operation levels are analyzed. The results show that， in the case of comprehensively considering the influence of the evaluation index of air traffic operation level， the result of optimal flight season division is stable with the change of weight. The method proposed in this paper is not only suitable for the flight season division of large-scale airspace environment， but also suitable for exploring the flight season mode of individual airport operation， thus providing a means for the Civil Aviation Administration and the airport to make flight schedule scientifically. Objective To explore the effectiveness of β receptor blockers on subclinical cardiotoxicity (AIC)induced by anthracyclines (ANT) and the clinical value of global longitudinal strain(GLS) on monitoring subclinical AIC measured by two-dimensional speckle tracking technology (2D-STI). Methods The electronic databases such as PubMed, Web of science, Embase, Cochrane library, Wanfang, CNKI and VIP from the database establishment to September 2020 were retrieved. All the clinical controlled trials of β receptor blockers for preventive treatment of AIC were selected. Two investigators independently screened the literature according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data and evaluated the methodological quality of the included studies. The RevMan5. 3 statistical software was used for meta-analysis. Results A comprehensive search yielded 179 relevant articles. Finally, 4 articles with a total of 290 patients were included. The sample size of the intervention group using β receptor blocker was 140 cases, and of the blank or placebo control group was 150 cases. Objective: To investigate the effects of pramipexole combined with entacapone on serum levels of homocysteine (Hey) and uric acid(UA ), as well as neurological function in the patients with Parkinson s disease. Methods: Eighty patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to Suzhou M unicipal Hospital from February 2016 to February 2020 were included as research subjects and were randomly divided into 2 groups, each consisting of 40 patients. The control group was treated with en~ tacapone on the basis of dopasin, while the observation group was treated with pramipexole on the basis of the regimen for the control group, both with a treatment course of 6 weeks. Serum levels of Hey and UA in the two groups were detected before and 6 weeks after treatment. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. The neurological function of the two groups was evaluated by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scale and the Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE). The changes of limb motor function were analyzed by Unified Parkinson s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS), and the rate of adverse drug reactions was observed in the patients of the 2 groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.55, which was significantly higher than 75.0 in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of Hey in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the serum levels of UA was significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). The serum level of UA in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the co nt rol group ［(325 .79±56 .67)仟 mol/L vs (351 .92±51 .41) ftmol/L, P<0 .05］. After treatment, the MoCA and MMSE scores in the patients of both groups significantly increased than those before treatment, while the UPDRS scores were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The MoCA and MMSE scores of the observation group after treatment significantly elevated as compared with those of the control group, and the UPDRS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0 .05) • No significant differences could be seen in the rates of ADRs, when comparisons were made between the two groups (17 .5% vs 10.0%, .05). Conclusion: Compared with monotherapy with entacapone, pramipexole combined with entacapone could inhibit the up-regulation of Hey in the treatment of Parkinson s disease, and promote the increase of serum level of U A, with better effects on the improvement of neurological function .
