This article adopts the first principles calculation method to study the defects of La doped ZnO, and analyzes the different occupying defects of La in ZnO: the formation energy, energy band, and density of states of substitution and interstitial defects. It has been proven that during the growth process of La doped ZnO, the possibility of La atoms replacing of Zn atoms to form substitution site defects is greater than La atoms entering the interstitial site to form interstitial site defects. When forming substitution site defects, choosing an oxygen rich growth environment is better than the zinc rich growth environment. Substitution site defects help improve the conductivity of ZnO and improve its performance. This study aimed to establish the HPLC fingerprints of Artemisia Ordosica Krasch. annua alcohol extract under different condensation reflux extraction conditions in water and methanol solubilization conditions, and to analyze the correlation between the pharmacodynamic indexes and the fingerprints to further reveal the pharmacodynamic substances of Artemisia Ordosica Krasch. alcoholic extracts. Artemisia Ordosica Krasch. extracts were obtained by condensation reflux extraction, and the HPLC fingerprint of Artemisia Ordosica Krasch. extracts in alcohol solution was established by HPLC. A total of 10 common peaks were marked, and the similarity of the fingerprint was between 0.979 and 1.000, with good stability. In vitro antibacterial test was carried out on the obtained Artemisia Ordosica Krasch. extracts, and the in vitro antibacterial test showed the antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus. The spectral-effective relationship was analyzed by combining the fingerprint and the results of the antibacterial test, and the common peaks playing a role were analyzed by gray correlation. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration of 65%, water bath temperature of 95 ℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 9, water bath time of 2 hours. The extracted components exhibited similar profiles under each extraction condition. Moreover, a strong correlation (greater than 0.6) was observed between the bacteriostatic effect and ten common peaks, while four peaks showed an even higher correlation (greater than 0.8). Therefore, the antibacterial effect of Artemisia Ordosica Krasch. extracts was the result of the synergistic effect of multiple components. The effective peaks of the antibacterial active components of Artemisia Ordosica Krasch. extracts were preliminarily determined by the correlation between the fingerprint and the antibacte‐ rial effect, and the effective peaks of Artemisia Ordosica Krasch. extracts with antibacterial effect were screened out, which provided a reference for the basic research and application of antibacterial sub‐ stances of Artemisia Ordosica Krasch. extracts. To further enhance the overall operational efficiency of the Jiangsu Province section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, an operational mode of mutual transfer and diversion among lakes (hereinafter referred to as "the mutual transfer and diversion mode") is proposed based on the existing unidirectional flow mode of lakes. With the optimization objectives of minimizing the comprehensive water shortage rate in the receiving area and the total energy consumption of pump stations, a joint scheduling optimization model of lakes and groups of sluice-pump stations is constructed under the unidirectional flow mode and the mutual transfer and diversion mode. In addition, the effectiveness of the mutual transfer and diversion mode is analyzed comprehensively, considering nine different scenarios of lake inflow. The results indicate that compared to the unidirectional flow mode of lakes, when the comprehensive water shortage rate in the receiving area is the same, the mutual transfer and diversion mode effectively reduces the total energy consumption of pump stations. Moreover, this mode enhances the water resource allocation capability and efficiency of water resource utilization in Luoma Lake. In scenarios where Luoma Lake experiences water-abundant years while the Hongze Lake goes through abundant, average, or dry years, the water utilization in Luoma Lake increases by 28.6%, 36.1%, and 30.0%, respectively. In comparison, the water abandonment decreases by 47.2%, 42.4%, and 65.9%, respectively. Furthermore, the mutual transfer and diversion mode effectively reduces the water pumping from pump stations between the Hongze Lake and Luoma Lake. By fully utilizing the regulation and storage capacity of lakes along the route, this mode ensures the safe and rational operation of water levels in both lakes. The research findings can serve as a valuable reference for decision-making in the scientific scheduling and operation of the Jiangsu Province section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. CT screening has markedly reduced the lung cancer mortality in high-risk population and increased the detection of early-stage pulmonary neoplasms, including multiple pulmonary nodules, especially those with a ground-glass appearance on CT. Multiple primary lung cancer (MPLC) constitutes a specific subtype of lung cancer with indolent biological behaviors, which is predominantly early-stage adenocarcinoma. Although MPLC progresses slowly with rare lymphatic metastasis, existence of synchronous lesions and distributed location of these nodules still pose difficulty for the management of such patients. One single operation is usually insufficient to eradicate all neoplastic lesions, whereas repeated surgical procedures bring about another dilemma: whether clinical benefits of surgical treatment outweigh loss of pulmonary function following multiple operations. Therefore, despite the anxiety for treatment among MPLC patients, whether and how to treat the patient should be assessed meticulously. Currently there is a heated discussion upon the timing of clinical intervention, operation mode and the application of local therapy in MPLC. Based on clinical experience of our multiple disciplinary team, we have summarized and commented on the evaluation, surgical treatment, non-surgical local treatment, targeted therapy and immunotherapy of MPLC in this article to provide further insight into this field. Objective To observe the proliferation, metastasis, invasion, angiogenesis and the changes of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway after transfection of human cervical cancer cell HeLa with pcDNA-STC1 carried by ultrasound microbubble contrast agent. Methods Using GEPIA database to analyze the expression level of STC1 in cervical cancer tissue, the patient's Prognosis and survival time. 80 cases of cervical cancer patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to October 2019 were selected as research objects, cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were collected, and the expression of STC1 mRNA was detected by qRT-PCR. The relationship between pathological factors; HeLa cell grouping: Blank control group: HeLa cells were cultured normally without any treatment. Negative control group (HeLa-pcDNA-NC): 5% microvesicle concentration + 2 μg empty plasmid + serum-free DMEM medium .Experimental group (HeLa-pcDNA-STC1): 5% microbubble concentration + 2 μg pcDNA-STC1 plasmid + serum-free DMEM medium. MTT method and the number of single colonies formed by cancer cells were used to detect cell proliferation; scratch test to detect cell migration ;Transwell chamber test to detect cell invasion ability; Matrigel in vitro tube formation test to detect cell angiogenesis ability; Western blot to detect p-PI3K, p-AKT, matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2)/matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and angiopoietin 2 (Ang2). Results GEPIA database showed that the expression level of STC1 in cervical cancer tissue was lower than that in normal tissue, and the prognosis and survival time were negatively correlated with the expression level of STC1. Correlation; compared with adjacent normal cervical tissue, cervical cancer tissue and STC1 mRNA were down-regulated, and miR-574-5p level was negatively correlated with STC1 level, which was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation, FIGO stage, and lymph node metastasis. Compared with the blank control group and the negative control group, the OD value of the experimental group decreased at 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h, the number of cell clones was extremely small, the migration rate decreased, the number of cell invasion decreased, and the angiogenesis ability decreased, and MMP-2, MMP- 9. The expression of VEGF, Ang2, p-PI3K, and p-AKT proteins was down-regulated (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic microbubble contrast agent carrying pcDNA-STC1 transfection can significantly inhibit the proliferation, metastasis, invasion and angiogenesis of human cervical cancer cell HeLa, and its mechanism of action may be achieved by inhibiting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease which could affect many crucial organs and eventually cause irreversible functional damage to these organs. However, the pathogenesis of sarcoidosis is still not clear. Current studies suggest that sarcoidosis is caused by multiple factors. Individuals with certain genetic variations are highly susceptible to certain types of sarcoidosis. Furthermore, exposure to extrinsic antigenic factors such as pathogens or inorganic factors and intolerance of self-antigens also play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of sarcoidosis. Subsequent to antigenic stimulation, abnormality in pathways of pattern recognition receptor, phagosome or autophagy stimulates the activity of CD4+ T cells which release inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin (IL)-12, interferon-γ, tumor necrosis factor-α, IL-17, and IL-23, thus fostering the proliferation of Th1 and Th17 subpopulation and inducing the fusion of macrophages to form granulomas. Here we aim to review mechanistic studies in the past decade and list current therapeutic methods to provide some insights into the etiology, pathogenesis and management of sarcoidosis.
