- Abstract
Butterfly diagram is an essential method for determine the presence of defects in alternating current field measurement. To study the mapping relationship between conventional crack butterfly diagrams and crack profiles, COMSOL Multiphysics was first used to numerically simulate cracks of different sizes, and reconstruction equations for length and depth feature quantities were established. Secondly, through comparative analysis, the corresponding relationship between the characteristic signal and the butterfly diagram was explored, and a mapping equation between the two was further established by combining image processing methods and conventional linear fitting methods. Finally, detection tests were conducted on groove shaped cracks of different sizes of Q235 steel. The experimental results show that the crack profile errors based on length and depth are 5. 46% and 6. 02%, respectively. The study achieved the reuse of butterfly diagrams, providing important references for defect risk assessment methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
In aquaculture, the cost of feeding is the main factor affecting the efficiency of breeding, accounting for 40 to 80 percent of the total cost. Therefore, how to do scientific feeding is the key to reducing the cost of breeding and increase the economic benefits of breeding. Intelligent feeding is a feeding method of using all kinds of sensors to get the global information in the process of feeding, and combining with the relevant algorithm and model, the information is fed back to the control system to adjust the feeding strategy. It is also an effective means to achieve scientific feeding and improve efficiency. In recent years, some achievements have been made in the research of intelligent feeding in aquaculture, but there are still challenges in the realization of intelligent feeding due to many uncertain factors in aquaculture. The research status of automatic feeding machine and automatic feeding system is introduced. The intelligent feeding methods based on machine vision, acoustics, water quality parameters and biological model are summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are also summarized. In the future, in order to improve the accuracy of feeding intensity assessment and the adaptability of the intelligent feeding system to the breeding environment, we should strengthen the comprehensive analysis and application of the information such as image, voice, environmental factors and biological models in the process of fish feeding. - Abstract
[Objective]The decoupling of agricultural economic growth from the eco-environmental risk of fertilizer non-point source pollution was promoted, so as to provide theoretical support for the effective control of the non-point source pollution of cultivated land and the sustainable use of cultivated land. [Methods] Based on the eco-environmental risk assessment model, the eco-environmental risk of fertilizer non-point source pollution in each area of the Dongting Lake Plain was evaluated at the county level, and the regional difference of the eco-environmental risk of fertilizer non-point source pollution in Dongting Lake Plain was estimated by non-parameter kernel density, and then the decoupling model was used to further analyze the decoupling relationship between agricultural economic growth in the Dongting Lake Plain and the eco-environmental risk of fertilizer non-point source pollution on cultivated land. [Results] From 2009 to 2019, the eco-environmental risk index of fertilizer non-point source pollution in the Dongting Lake Plain showed a trend of rising first and then falling. The eco-environmental risk index of fertilizer non-point source pollution first rose from 0.749 in 2009 to 0.762 in 2014, and then decreased to 0.732 in 2019, first from moderate risk to high risk, and then to moderate risk. Pollution in the central region was more serious. The regional differences in the ecological environment risk of fertilizer non-point source pollution were obvious, showing the characteristics of decentralized agglomeration of two poles, and the internal gap was first expanded and then narrowed. The decoupling relationship between agricultural economic growth and the eco-environmental risk of fertilizer non-point source pollution in the Dongting Lake Plain showed obvious stage characteristics: the first stage was the fluctuation period(2009—2013), and the second stage was the strong decoupling period(2014—2019). [Conclusion] With the promotion of cultivated land source pollution control, the eco-environmental risks of fertilizer non-point source pollution in Dongting Lake Plain had experienced a trend of first rising and then falling, showing obvious regional differences, and the stable decoupling from agricultural economic growth had been basically achieved, and the overall trend of green and sustainable development had been presented. Background and purpose: Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell technology has been widely used in the field of blood tumor treatment. Lentivirus transduction is a key link in the preparation of CAR-T cells, which is closely related to the quality of CAR-T cells. Therefore, the parameters involved in the lentivirus transduction process still need to be further optimized. This study aimed to investigate the effects of multiplicity of infection (MOI), incubation density, activation time before transduction and transduction system height on anti-CD30 CAR-T cells in lentiviral transduction T cells carrying CD30 antibody sequences, optimize the transduction conditions of CAR-T cells, and improve transduction efficiency and CAR-T cells function. Methods: Different MOI, incubation density, activation time before transduction and transduction system height were used to optimize the transduction of human peripheral blood-derived T cells, then proliferation capacity, transduction efficiency, cell viability and killing efficiency in vitro of anti-CD30 CAR-T cells were detected. Results: When the MOI was 1.00, 1.50 and 3.00, the transduction efficiency and effective cell number were significantly higher than those in the 0.00, 0.25 and 0.50 groups. When the incubation density was greater than 0.5×107 cells/mL, the incubation density had no significant effect on the transduction efficiency of T cells. The cell viability rate of the 72 h group was lower than 80%, which was lower compared with other groups significantly, the transduction efficiency of 24 and 48 h was significantly higher compared with the 0 h, 8 h and 16 h groups, and the expansion rate of CAR-T cells in the 48 h group was significantly higher compared with the 24 h group. The transduction efficiency and proliferation capacity of 0.16 mm in height of transduction system were significantly higher compared with the 0.53 mm group, however, had no significant effect on killing efficiency of CAR-T cells in vitro. Conclusion: Through the comprehensive evaluation of CAR-T cells function, the optimal transduction conditions for lentivirus include MOI of 1.00, incubation density of 1.0×107 cells/mL, activation before transduction for 48 h and transduction system height of 0.16 mm. - Abstract
Alternating current field measurement (ACFM) technology is widely used in defect detection of metal structures in manufacturing and other industrial fields. The angle deflection and crack location problems of single sensor in the process of unpredictable defect detection were studied. Firstly, through the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation results, it can be seen that the X and Y direction components of the field strength have a law of signal complementarity during the angular deflection process, and then the data augmented grey neural network model (DA-GNNM) prediction was realized by establishing a scale factor. At the same time, simulation prediction and regression prediction showed that DA-GNNM model has better prediction effect. In addition, the deflection crack was reconstructed by multigradient deflection simulation. Secondly, the DA-GNNM prediction model was verified to be reasonable by building an experimental platform and signal feature extraction, with an average prediction error of 2. 56% . Aiming at the ship risk focusing on calculating the occurrence probability, its control and intervention effect is difficult to assess and reasoning difficulties, the do operator-based ship risk intervention and reasoning method was proposed. Firstly, the causal network was established using a priori knowledge. Secondly, the Leaky Noisy-Or hypothesis and hidden variable nodes were introduced to establish a structural twin-based causal network model. Finally, counterfactual inference was performed based on do operator interventions, and the effectiveness of interventions was determined using sufficient and necessary causes that cause failures. The case analysis shows that the proposed method can effectively measure the effectiveness of risk control measures and determine the impact of the intervention's behavior on the hazard source ranking, with certain stability and superiority. - Abstract
The traditional underwater alternating current filed measurement(ACFM) does not take into account the influence of shell material on the detection signal and each parameter of the equipment in the simulation design. In order to solve this problem, an ACFM simulation model was established, the size and shape of the magnetic core were optimized and the probe size was reduced. The effects of the conductivity and permeability of the nondestructive testing(NDT) probe housing material on the detection signal were simulated and analyzed. The most suitable shell material for deep water NDT is 304 stainless steel and the best current frequency, and the parameters of the NDT probe were optimized. The results show that when the conductivity of the shell material reaches 107 S/m, the characteristic signal detects by the magnetic sensor reverses and the frequency of the current more than 7 kHz leads to serious distortion of the detection signal. The permeability of shell material attenuates seriously to the amplitude of Magnetic induction intensity Bz in z direction and magnetic induction intensity Bx in x direction.
