Zhejiang University Library strives to build a research-oriented university library and promotes the innovative development of library service through scientific research. Taking "Zhejiang University Library's hierarchical talent training plan" as an example, this paper summarizes the experience of academic ability training of university librarians from the aspects of system formulation, specific implementation, effectiveness feedback and shortcomings. On the basis of empirical research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of university library talents from three aspects: institutionalization of cultivation plan, individuation of cultivation mode and professionalization of team construction. Based on the changes of teaching contents of advanced chemistry experiment in Nanjing University in recent years, this paper elaborates the characteristics of the teaching contents of this curriculum, the transformation of the teaching model and teaching management. In the process of advanced chemistry experiment teaching, according to the modern curriculum construction idea of " attaching importance to the foundation, tending to the scientific frontier, reflecting the modern and comprehensive crossing", we focus on the connotation construction of teaching contents, and strive to cultivate the students' academic and professional ability, multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary practice ability and employment and entrepreneurship ability by improving the comprehensiveness of experiments, highlighting the frontier of experiments, and strengthening the interdisciplinary and practical application of experiments. These may promote the cultivation of diversified talents. Through the heuristic research teaching, we try to promote the integration of experimental teaching and scientific research, and make students gradually have the ability to carry out scientific research activities independently. By giving full play to the advantages and potentials of the Internet, we attempt to achieve individualized training, improve students ' independent learning ability and expand students ' scope of knowledge. Based on the classic development theory and from the perspective of learning experience, regression and neural network analysis are combined to empirically explore the affecting mechanism of university students' learning outcome. Taking account of such factors as individual students and universities, a predication model of student learning outcome is constructed. The findings indicate that student engagement is the most important factor for learning outcome when it comes to individual students, learning resources and campus culture are two major factors for learning outcome at the university level, and learning satisfaction exerts a certain effect on learning outcome in terms of both students and universities. In this work, the authors elaborate, analyze, and classify the characteristics, process, influences, and existing problems of the open-ended practical teaching process. In combination with our practical teaching activities in recent years, we propose the idea of establishment of a student self-managed open-ended practical teaching base under informative management. The unique trinity way makes it an effective practical base. So far, it has achieved fruitful practical effect and greatly improved scientific practical ability of the students.
