Objective: To establish a method for Point of Care Testing detection Candida mannan IgG antibody based on chemiluminescence immunoassay. Methods: The candida mannan IgG antibody detection system was established according to the indirect method principle, and the analytical performance was evaluated according to the approved guidelines of the American Clinical Laboratory Standardization Association (CLSI). Results: Biotinylated Candida mannan antigen and Alkaline Phosphatase-labeled IgG antibody was successfully conjugated, and the optimal reaction concentration was 1 μg/ml. The limit of blank was 5.20 AU/ml. The limit of detection was 5.50 AU/ml. The precision and repeatability of CV were less than 10%. There was no cross reaction between the detection method and common specific antibodies. Hemoglobin, triglyceride and bilirubin had no significant effect on clinical samples. The overall coincidence rate between the detection method and ELISA were 90%, and the Kappa value=0.80, regression analysis and deviation analysis showed that the two methods had strong consistency (R²=0.989 8). Conclusion: The performance of the strip chemiluminescence detection system established in this study meets the relevant requirements of clinical auxiliary diagnostic technology, and is suitable for the rapid detection of Candida mannan IgG antibody in serum samples. Objective To evaluate the teaching effects of comparative teaching combined with lecture-based learning (LBL) teaching mode and LBL mode alone. Methods The physicians who participated in the standardized diagnosis and treatment class of andrology diseases in Anhui Province from 2018 to 2020 were taken as the study subjects. The participators were randomly divided into the combined LBL teaching group and the LBL teaching group. After the training course was completed, the teaching effectiveness of the two groups of the participators was evaluated using the continuous mini clinical evaluation method (Mini-CEX), and questionnaire feedback. Results There were 28 students in the combined LBL teaching group and 27 students in the LBL teaching group. Except for the score of organizational ability dimension, the scores of other dimension parameters in the Mini-CEX assessment in the combined LBL teaching group were all increased significantly compared with those in the LBL teaching group (P <0.05). The results of questionnaire feedback showed that the teaching effectiveness of the combined LBL teaching group was superior to that of the LBL teaching group. The comparative teaching combined with LBL teaching mode significantly improved the understanding of knowledge points and clinical practice ability on andrology disease (P <0. 05). Metastatic pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (MPPGL) is a rare neuroendocrine tumour in which genetic factors play an important role. In recent years, with the continuous progress of genetic testing technology, more and more susceptibility genes have been proved to be associated with MPPGL, making early identification of MPPGL possible. Recent studies have shown that genes associated with the development of MPPGL include SDHA, SDHB, SDHC, SDHD, SDHAF2, FH, MDH2, VHL, IDH1, PDH1/2, SLC25A11, GOT2, DLST, CSDE1, MAML3, H3F3A, MERTK, PCDHGC3, and KIF1B, with SDHA, SDHB, SDHC, SDHD, and SDHAF2 being the common pathogenic genes. Potential mutations affect the clinical manifestations of MPPGL, such as malignant potential and genetic prediction, which can help to better understand the clinical course and treat accordingly. Genetic testing for pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas allows for early detection of genetic syndromes and facilitates close follow-up of high-risk patients. This article provides a review of the progress of research on susceptibility genes identified in MPPGL in recent years, with a view to providing a certain theoretical basis for further related research. Based on conventional observation data, intensive observation data, the optimal path of tropical cyclone from China Meteorological Administration, reanalysis fields from ERA5 and radar \ satellite data, the causes of rainstorm in Northeastern Zhejiang province triggered by the lingering raining cloud cluster in the south after typhoon Hagupit landed and weakened northward were analyzed by using weather diagnosis method. Affected by westward of west ridge point of the middle troposphere subtropical high and convergence sinking of right side of the upper jet stream exit area on the north of typhoon, the typhoon cloud system has obvious asymmetric structure, mainly distributed in the south side. The mesoscale convective systems were triggered by the middle troposphere cold air invaded from the west of typhoon and the small-scale cloud cluster moved counterclockwise to the east of typhoon and developed retention, causing heavy precipitation in Northeastern Zhejiang Province. During the rainstorm period, the intersection area of warm and cold air (the positive MPV1 in the middle troposphere and the negative MPV2 in the lower troposphere) and the frontogenesis great value area in the middle-lower troposphere can indicate the rainstorm area. The vertical helicity can also reflect the vertical structure evolution characteristics of typhoon backward-tilt after the cold air invasion. The continuous water vapor transport of the southwest jet on the east of typhoon was beneficial to the maintenance and development of convective precipitation in Northeastern Zhejiang Province at night and the water vapor divergence area can forecast the heavy precipitation area by leading about 6h. Based on the SAL quantitative precipitation verification, the large scale models cannot predict retarded rainstorm amplification at night due to the deficiency of simulated convective precipitation evolution; the meso-micro scale models described rainstorm intensity accurately, relatively, but the great value area deviated; the cumulative precipitation forecast by ECMWF (Initial: 20:00 on the 3rd) is slightly error, which is closer than that of 08:00 on the 4th, however, the short-time rainstorm occurred 3-6 h earlier, which was bad for the forecast of such retained regional rainstorm. To achieve accurate and highly sensitive determination of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in baked food, a magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) technique based on magnetic covalent organic frameworks (COFs) material was established to achieve the selective and efficient enrichment of two major AGEs (i. e. Nε-carboxymethyl)lysine (CML) and Nε-(carboxyethyl) lysine (CEL)) in baked foods. The quantitative analysis of CML and CEL was conducted with high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method. Results showed that the synthesized magnetic COFs material showed big specific surface area and strong magnetism, which was suitable for MSPE. The optimum conditions of MSPE were as follows: the amount of adsorbent was 20 mg, the time of vortex extraction was 20 min, the elution solvent was 5% ammonia/methanol solution, the volume of elution solvent was 4 mL, the elution time was 15 min. The limits of detection of CML and CEL for the established method were 2.05 ng/mL and 2.31 ng/mL, respectively, while the limits of quantification were 6.83 ng/mL and 7.71 ng/mL, respectively. And intra-day and inter-day precisions were good (RSDintra-day ≤ 4.74%, RSDinter-day ≤ 5.38%). The recoveries of CML and CEL in typical food matrixes (i. e. biscuits and nuts) were in the range of 90.70% ~ 108.74% and 85.50% ~ 113.00%, respectively. Applying the analytical method established in this article to the determination of CML and CEL contents in 26 commercially available baked goods, it was found that the contents of CML and CEL in biscuits and pastries were in the range of (9.60 ± 0.16) ~ (78.10 ± 1.12) mg/kg, and (4.37 ± 0.23) ~ (26.70 ± 1.27) mg/kg, respectively; while the contents of CML and CEL in nuts were in the range of (6.49 ± 0.13) ~ (82.00 ± 0.98) mg/kg, and (6.65 ± 0.30) ~ (55.90 ± 0.67) mg/kg, respectively. The established method could effectively purify samples and significantly reduce matrix effect, and thus showed high accuracy for quantitative analysis. Objective To comparatively analyze the changes in sperm parameters and sperm surface protein-phospholipase C-zeta (PLC£) expression between fresh and frozen-thawed semen samples, and explore the detrimental effect of cryopreservation on human sperm PLC£ protein. Methods Thirty normal semen samples from infertile male patients who received assisted reproductive technology ( ART) in our reproductive center from February 2022 to July 2023 were collected in this study. Each semen sample was divided into a fresh group before freezing and a frozen group after resuscitation. Sperm parameters of fresh and frozen-thawed semen samples including progressive and total motility, viability and morphology were examined. After semen samples of two groups were treated using density-gradient centrifuging, their PLC£ expressions were detected by immunofluorescence and Western blot. Results Compared with those of fresh semen samples, progressive motility (31.8% ±5.5%) vs (59.3% ±7. 4% ) (P <0. 01) and total motility (38. 7% ±4.6%) vs (69.07% ±6.7%) (P<0.01), viability (48.2% ± 6.1%) vs (83.4% ± 7. 2% ) (P < 0. 01), and normal morphology (3. 4% ± 0.7%) vs (12.4% ±3.3%)(P<0.01) of frozen-thawed semen samples were all significantly decreased, whereas the number of tail defects, such as coiled and looped tails was obviously increased. A significant decrease or absence in PLC£ expression and distribution was found in frozen-thawed sperms(33.08 ± 9.74) vs (114.1 ±12.92) (P<0.01) and the protein expression f PLC£ was also reduced. In order to obtain films with better mechanical properties and fracture toughness, the (TiAlCrZrNb)- Six-N (x=0, 4%, 8%, 12% and 16%) high entropy ceramic nanocomposite films with different Si contents were deposited on Si substrate by magnetron sputtering technology. The effects of Si doping on the microstructure, mechanical properties! and fracture toughness of the films were investigated by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and Nano indentation apparatus. The results show that the mechanical properties and fracture toughness of the films increase first and then decrease with the addition of Si element, which can be attributed to the formation of nanocomposite structures. When Si content is 4%, (TiAlCrZrNb)-Six-N film has the best comprehensive mechanical properties, and Us maximum hardness and elastic modulus are 22.7 GPa and 192.0 GPa, respectively. Objective To explore the relationship between SIRT1 genetic variation (rs1467568, rs4746720) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) in Guangxi population. Methods The SIRT1 polymorphisms of 208 patients with microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) and 211 healthy volunteers were genotyped by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and high throughput sequencing. The allele frequencies and genotypes were compared. The linkage disequilibrium, haplotype and genetic model were analyzed. The relationship between different genotypes and clinical symptoms and laboratory biochemical indexes was evaluated. Results The results showed no significant difference between the two groups in genotype, allele frequency, and haplotype of SIRT1 rs1467568 and rs4746720(P > 0.05). In the age group ≥ 54 years old, the dominant model(OR = 0.50,95%CI: 0.27 ~ 0.92, P = 0.026), overdominant model(OA = 0.49,95%CI: 0.26 ~ 0.92, P = 0.026) and additive model (OR = 0.57, 95%CI: 0.33 ~ 0.99, P = 0.045) of SIRT1 rs1467568 were associated with lower susceptibility to MPA. In rs1467568, MPA patients with GG genotype had higher levels of glutamic pyruvic transaminase (P = 0.012), while in rs4746720, MPA patients with TT and TC genotypes had higher levels of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (P = 0.036). Conclusions In this study, SIRT1 rs4746720 was not related to the susceptibility to MPA in Guangxi population, but rs1467568 may be associated with the susceptibility to MPA in some people (5 54 years old) in Guangxi, and rs1467568 and rs4746720 were associated with the levels of glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase in patients with MPA. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to clarify the internal logical relationship among fairness perception, social trust, and public participation in watershed eco-compensation, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of watershed ecocompensation and promote watershed eco-protection and high-quality development. Based on 979 responses from field survey data in the Dawen River Basin of Shandong Province, this paper used the structural equation model to incorporate institutional trust and interpersonal trust into the analysis framework and constructed a parallel mediation model to explore the internal mechanism between fairness perception, social trust, and public watershed eco-compensation participation behavior. Moreover, a moderating variable (income level) was introduced to conduct a multi-group analysis. The results showed that: 1 Fairness perception had a significant positive impact on the participation behavior of watershed eco-compensation, and the public's fairness perception was mainly affected by outcome justice and interpersonal justice. 2 Social trust played a mediating role between perceived justice and public participation in watershed eco-compensation. Fairness perception could significantly enhance the public's institutional trust and interpersonal trust, and the public' s institutional trust and interpersonal trust had a positive driving effect on their participation in watershed eco-compensation. Comparing the intensity of the effect between the two parallel mediating paths, the mediating effect of institutional trust was higher than that of interpersonal trust, indicating that institutional trust was the key variable driving public participation in watershed eco-compensation. 3 The public with higher policy awareness was more likely to participate in watershed eco-compensation. 4 Multi-group analysis showed that fairness perception and institutional trust played a significant role in driving low and high income groups to participate in watershed eco-compensation, while interpersonal trust was more able to drive middle income groups to participate. The policy implications of this paper are as follows: we should encourage the realization of multi-dimensional justice to improve the public's overall sense of justice, give full play to the positive role of institutional trust and interpersonal trust in promoting public participation, optimize watershed eco-compensation policy based on public participation, and attach importance to improving participants' awareness of watershed eco-compensation policies. Green technology innovation is an important instrument to promote green development. It is a long-standing and typical fact in China that the behavior of local governments in setting economic growth targets similar to those of neighboring regions contradicts the unbalanced development between Chinese regions. Exploring the impact of this phenomenon on green technology innovation reveals, to some extent, whether the current economic growth target strategy is still applicable to China's green development. To answer this question, this study used light and economic growth target data to calculate the deviation of the target from the actual resource endowment and empirically analyzed its impact on green innovation with a zero-inflated negative binomial regression model. The study found that the deviation from target and green technology innovation had an 'inverted U-shaped' relationship, i.e., a moderate increase in the economic growth target could motivate local governments to seek new skills (e.g., green technology) to fulfill their commitments. However, an excessive deviation from resource endowment could force governments to distort resource allocation in order to increase economic growth and inhibit green innovation. Heterogeneity analysis showed that: 1 Compared with utility model patents, green invention patents faced a greater crowding-out effect. 2 Companies in non-state, small, medium, and micro, as well as non-polluting industries were more vulnerable to green innovation. 3 The financial pressure, internal control level and innovation ability of enterprises, the innovation environment, the legal environment, and the green development level of regions all affected the relationship between goal deviation and green innovation. Accordingly, it is proposed that in order to boost green development, China needs to further optimize the economic growth target strategy, improve the institutional mechanism to promote green innovation, and improve the performance assessment. Objective To investigate the protective effect of target temperature management based different durations with delayed hypothermia for traumatic brain injury(TBI) in rats. Methods 36 healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into NT group, HT4h group, HT24h group and HT48h group. The TBI model of rats was prepared with an electronic controllable cortical injury device. NT group was treated with normal temperature (37 ) 4 h after TBI, and the experimental groups were treated with low temperature (33.0 ± 1.0 ) 4 h after TBI for 4 h, 24 h, and 48 h. Three days after TBI, the motor function of the rats in each group was evaluated by beam walking test and inclined-grid climbing test, EB staining was used to measure the blood-brain barrier permeability, the change of hippocampal neurons was observed by Nissl staining, the expression of DCX and GFAP was detected by immunofluorescence, and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was measured by Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with NT group, the experimental groups could significantly improve the motor function of TBI rats, reduce the permeability of blood-brain barrier,protect hippocampal neurons, promote DCX expression, inhibit GFAP expression, up-regulate the expression of Bcl-2 protein, and down-regulate the expression of Bax protein. However, the protective effect was more apparent in HT48h group than other experimental groups (P < 0.05). Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of Rho-related GTP-binding protein F (RhoF)-mediated Th17 polarization in the development of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods RhoF transgenic mice were randomly divided into control group (n = 10), SAP group (n = 10) and SAP+Y-27632 group (n = 10), and WT mice were randomly divided into control group (n = 10), SAP group (n = 10) and SAP+Y-27632 group (n = 10). SAP models were established in all groups except the control group. The SAP+Y-27632 group was infused with Y-27632 via tail vein after model establishment. T cells in mouse blood samples were isolated for RhoF, p-MYPT1 protein detection and ROCK activity determination, and the percentage of lymphoid CD4+T cells producing IL-17 was analyzed by flow cytometry. Results The expression of RhoF and p-MYPT1 was increased in T cells in the SAP group compared with that in the control group (P < 0.01), and the level of RhoF was closely correlated with that of p-MYPT1 (P = 0.018). The expression of RhoF protein level in T cells of mice in the RhoF group increased by approximately 30% compared to that in the WT group, and the level of spontaneous IL-17 production by CD4+ T cells was significantly increased (P = 0.003). Compared with WT mice, the histological score of pancreatic injury, the expression of RhoF and p-MYPT1 in T cells, the number of IL-17+ T cells and serum IL-17 level in RhoF transgenic mice were significantly increased (P < 0.05). The histological score, RhoF and p-MYPT1 expression of T cells, IL-17+ T cell numbers and serum IL-17 level were significantly lower in the SAP+Y-27632 group than those in the SAP group (P < 0.05). Objective To investigate the clinical features and causes of death after transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) in patients with hepatic sinus obstruction syndrome (HSOS), as well as the prevention and treatment measures to further improve the survival rate of such patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for 293 patients with HSOS who were admitted to Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from January 2013 to December 2019, among whom 20 patients died after TIPS. General information, laboratory examination, and clinical treatment regimen were analyzed, and clinical indices and complications were compared at different stages of the disease. The paired t - test was used for comparison of normally distributed continuous data between groups, and the Wilcoxon rank - sum test was used for comparison of non - normally distributed continuous data between groups. Results The mean survival time was 15.15 ± 4.21 weeks for the 20 patients who died, among whom there were 15 male patients and 5 female patients, with a mean age of 67.60 ± 7.01 years; there were 17 patients (85%) aged ≥ 60 years, and more than 90% of the patients had abdominal distention and oliguria. Among the 20 patients who died, 9 (45%) had chronic underlying diseases, and 5 (25%) had more than two underlying diseases. Portal venous pressure decreased from 21.67 ± 5.15 mm Hg before surgery to 8.17 ± 4.98 mm Hg after surgery (t = 10.318, P < 0.05). The levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, and D - dimer were significantly higher than the normal values before surgery, and the re were significant increases in these levels on day 5 after surgery (Z = 3.823, 3.823, 2.756, all P < 0.05); the hemoglobin level, platelet count, and creatinine level tended to decrease on day 5 after surgery (t = 4.979, t = 2.147, Z = - 3.125, all P < 0.05). Three patients had hepatic encephalopathy before surgery, while 10 patients (50%) had hepatic encephalopathy after surgery. Causes of death included acute liver failure, infectious shock, and multiple organ failure syndrome (MODS). Conclusion The possible risk factors for death after TIPS in HSOS patients include underlying diseases, high bilirubin, and complications such as hepatic encephalopathy and renal dysfunction. Causes of death mainly include acute liver failure and MODS. Ultrasound and laboratory markers should be reexamined during anticoagulation therapy to identify the patients with progression to severe diseases as early as possible, and in case of progressive deterioration of indices, TIPS should be selected as early as possible to improve the survival rate and prognosis of such patients. Tourism is increasingly becoming a competitive and leading industry. Combined with unreasonable tourism development and expanding tourism consumption, however, tourism-related environment pollution is getting even worse and tourism-related air pollution has become a hot topic of public concern. This study utilized a strongly balanced panel sample data of PM2.5 and SO2 emission data set of 285 Chinese cities at and above prefecture-level from 2005 to 2017 to investigate the impact of tourism on urban air pollution. By considering the spillover and diffusion effects of air pollutants, this paper selected a Spatial Durbin Error Model (SDEM) under two different spatial weight matrices to conduct a regression analysis based on Bayes posterior model probability. The study found that: 1) The direct effects between tourism and PM2.5 and SO2 emissions showed an inverse U-shape relationship, which means that, during the sample period, the effect of tourism on Chinese urban air poUution supported the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis. 2) The effects of tourism on SO2 were partially moderated by the national 'tourism titles'. Specifically, as the result of the reputation effects, certification of national-level tourism resources actually worsened SO2 emissions, which absorbed most of the tourism industry elements and tourists. 3) The impact of tourism development on urban air quality varied greatly among different cities. In western cities ad larger cities, SO2 poUution caused by tourism development was more serious. Two checks were run to test the robustness of the main results of this study by changing spatial weight matrices and deleting some of the city samples. Finally, based on the research results, this paper offered the following useful policy implications: 1) Faced with worsening tourism-related air pollution, it is imperative to build a green tourism development mode and tourism lifestyle by advocating conservation-oriented development and much more economical traveling. 2) In order to reach the turning point of inverse U-shape curve earlier, it is feasible for various local governments to reform their tourist destination operation models. 3) In the meantime, it is advisable for the national government to raise the access requirements of high-level tourism resources, and strengthen the regulation and monitoring. 4) The regulation of tourism-related air pollution should be carried out according to local conditions, and the investment in tourism pollution treatment should be increased in the western region and big city areas to improve the level of pollution control. ZnMn2O4 electrode materials were prepared by directly roasting mixed liquid with sucrose as the soft template. The influences of the amounts of sucrose on the structure, morphology and lithium storage properties of the synthesized ZnMn2O4 electrode materials were studied by XRI). FESEM, and electrochemical performance tests. When the molar ratio of Zn2+ to sucrose in the raw materials was 1:1.5. the prepared ZnMn2O4 sample showed a mixed morphology of irregular particles and nano-sheets. and exhibited the best lithium storage performance. The reversible capacity could reach 575 mAh/g after 200 cycles at 0.5 A/g current density. E-ven at the high current density of 5 A/g. it still delivered a reversible capacity of 295 mAh/g. The electrochemical reaction kinetic analysis showed that the ZMO-1.5 electrode had the lowest electrochemical reaction resistance and the highest lithium ion diffusion coefficient. Objective To observe the expression changes of stimulator of interferon gene (STING), CC chemokine ligand 22 (CCL22), indoleamine-2, 3-dioxygenase (IDO)in the cervical cancer and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The surgically removed cervical cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues from 83 cases of patients with cervical cancer were selected. The expression levels of STING, CCL22 and IDO were detected by RT-qPCR. The differences in STING, CCL22 and IDO expression between the cervical cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were compared. The relationship between the expression of STING, CCL22, IDO and the clinicopathological features of cervical cancer, as well as the relationship between the expression of STING, CCL22, IDO and the prognosis of cervical cancer were analyzed. Results The relative expression levels of STING, CCL22 and IDO were higher in the cervical cancer tissues than in the adjacent normal tissues (all P < 0.05). The relative expression of STING in the cervical cancer tissues was positively correlated with the relative expression of CCL22 and IDO (r = 0.707, r = 0.614, both P < 0.05), while the relative expression of CCL22 was positively correlated with the relative expression of IDO (r = 0.601, P < 0.05). The relative expression levels of STING, CCL22 and IDO in the cervical cancer tissues were related to FIGO stage and tissue differentiation degree (all P < 0.05), but not to age, pathological type, depth of myometrial invasion or lymph node metastasis (all P > 0.05). According to the critical value which was the mean expression of STING, CCL22 and IDO in the cervical cancer tissues, the patients were divided into the high expression and low expression groups of STING, CCL22 and IDO, respectively. Among them, there were 41 patients with high expression of STING and 42 patients with low expression of STING, 40 patients with high expression of CCL22 and 43 patients with low expression of CCL22, and 42 patients with high expression of IDO and 41 patients with low expression of IDO. The overall 3-year survival rate of patients with high expression of STING, CCL22 and IDO was lower than that of patients with low expression (χ² = 4.444, 8.201 and 5.449, respectively, all P < 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of STING, CCL22 and IDO in cervical cancer tissues is related to FIGO stage, tissue differentiation degree and patients' prognosis, which may synergetically promote the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of microRNA (miR)-200a-3p and GTPase activating protein SH3 domain binding protein 2 (G3BP2) in the gastric cancer tissues. Methods The expression of miR-200a-3p and G3BP2 in 97 cases of gastric cancer tissues and its paracancer tissues was detected by real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR). The differencial expression of G3BP2 and miR-200a-3p and their relationships with clinicopatholog- ical features and prognosis were analyzed statistically. Results Compared with the paracancer tissues, the expression of miR-200a-3p was significantly lower in the gastric cancer tissues, while G3BP2 was significantly higher (both P < 0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between miR-200a-3p and G3BP2 in the cancer tissues (r = -0.634, P = 0.000). The expression of miR-200a-3p and G3BP2 in the cancer tissues was related to tumor TNM stage and tumor differentiation (all P < 0.05), but not related to gender, age, tumor size, location, infiltration depth or lymph node metastasis (all P > 0.05). The 3-year overall survival rate (OS) of patients with low miR-200a-3p expression was significantly lower than that of patients with high miR-200a-3p expression (P < 0.05). The 3-year OS of patients with high G3BP2 expression was significantly lower than that of patients with low G3BP2 expression (P < 0.05). In order to investigate the puff-by-puff discipline of flavor components in the mainstream cigarette smoking, a 20-channel rotary disc smoker modified from a patent in laboratory was used to achieve the puff-by-puff smoking of cigarettes. A GC-MS quantitative analysis method for neutral and alkaline flavor components in single-mouthful particulate phase of mainstream cigarette smoke was established. By using the established analytical method, the puff-by-puff delivery discipline of flavor components and the effects of the permeability of cigarette paper and packaging paper were studied. The results showed that: 1) The established analytical method had a good precision and recovery and was suitable for the quantitative analysis of neutral and alkaline aroma substances in single-mouthful gaseous and granular phase of cigarette smoke. 2) The transport capacity of tar and nicotine in the mainstream cigarette smoke steadily increased with the increase in the number of suction mouths, and decreased with the increase in the permeability of cigarette paper and packaging paper. 3) The transmission of neutral and alkaline aroma components increased with the increase in the number of suction mouths, but the transmission of various flavor components was slightly different, and decreased with the increase of the permeability of cigarette paper and packaging paper. 4) The puff-by-puff contents of neutral and alkaline aroma components in gaseous and granular phase of the mainstream smoke per unit tar and nicotine were the lowest in the first puff, and then were in line with the number of suction puffs. Objective: To further elaborate the published rating standards for the evaluation of damage caused by adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and develop the new and more practical rating standards, and then, the 2 standards were applied in ADRs reports. The scores of every case were evaluated and effects after elaboration were compared. Methods: Twenty medical and health experts were consulted by Delphi method by way of questionnaire, and 2 rounds of questionnaire survey were performed. Then, statistical analysis was made on the retrieved data. Data scores for each index in the new evaluation standards were derived from ADR-induced damage, on which the new rating standards were revised. Cases of ADRs were analyzed and evaluated respectively by the new and old rating standards. Results: The new rating standards developed through study contained 17 items or indexes ranging from light to severe, with a defined component scores of 9 to 100. In the 1494 case reports, ordinary ADRs reports accounted for 85. 81%, new ordinary ADRs reports accounted for 12.58%, severe ADRs reports accounted for 1.07% and new and severe ADRs reports accounted for 0. 54%. Differences could be seen in the order of data value of SIADRS derived from the 2 rating standards. Conclusion: The newly developed rating standards for the evaluation of damage caused by ADRs were more elaborate, accurate and definitely more practical, as compared with those published previously, and the application of which was of great significance for the prediction of drug safety in clinical medication. The CHIRALPAK-IC was used, and the mixed solution of V (re-hexane) : V (isopropanol) = 95 : 5 was used as the mobile phase, and diethylamine was used as the mobile phase additive. In normal phase chromatography mode, a chiral column-high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD ) method was developed for the separation and analysis of nicotine optical isomers in tobacco and tobacco products. The characterization and test results of this method indicated:) The linear relationship between S-( -)-nicotine and R-( +)-nicotine was in the range of 15 ~750 µg/mL and 0. 75 ~30. 00 µg/mL, respectively. The detection limit and limit of quantification were 0.2 mg/g and 0. 05 mg/g, respectively. 2) The precision of intra- and inter-day measurements of nicotine was less than 0. 85% and 4. 00%, respectively; the recovery rates of S-( - ) -nicotine and R-( + ) -nicotine were 94. 93% ~ 103. 70% and 92. 50% ~ 117. 50%, respectively. This indicated that the method had good precision and high recovery rate. Using this method to determine the nicotine optical isomers of 26 different types of tobacco and tobacco products, it was found that tobacco was mainly S-( - )-nicotine, only 6 samples were detected by R-( + )-nicotine. Objective To analyze the mediating effect of psychological resilience on anxiety and insomnia among medical staff in the fever clinic and to provide a theoretical basis for improving their symptoms of insomnia. Methods From January to July 2022, a general data questionnaire, a 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7), a simplified version of the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10), and an Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) were used to survey medical staff in the fever clinic of a tertiary hospital in Tianjin. Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0 software; structural equation modeling was constructed using AMOS 25.0; and the mediating effect of psychological resilience on anxiety and insomnia was tested using the Bootstrap method. Results A total of 251 questionnaires were returned, of which 245 were valid, with a valid response rate of 97.6%;40.0% (98/245) of medical staff had symptoms of anxiety, and 39.1% (96/245) had symptoms of insomnia. The longer the working time and the higher the professional title, the higher the level of anxiety among medical staff (P < 0.05). Anxiety was positively correlated with insomnia (r = 0.276, P < 0.01), anxiety was negatively correlated with psychological resilience (r = - 0.388, P < 0.01), and psychological resilience was negatively correlated with insomnia (r = - 0.290, P < 0.01). Psychological resilience had a mediating effect between anxiety and insomnia, with a mediating effect of 0.074, accounting for 33.3% of the total effect. Conclusions The phenomenon of anxiety and insomnia among medical staff in fever clinics should not be ignored. Grasping the characteristics of stock market performance is the key to maintaining its operation and development. This paper applies approaches in complex system to study the risk response problem of stock market. Based on the price interdependencies among stocks, we build stock network to represent the microstructure of the market. According to occurrence probability of different types and levels of risks, we propose resilience computing model to measure the characteristics of stock network performance macroscopically. Taking Shanghai stock market as an example, grounded on the rules of risk occurrence and stock price change, this study investigates the effects of three risk response strategies on network resilience. The results show that different strategies are appropriate to different types of risk. Northeast China is the important commodity grain base of China, but the characteristics of the climate resources in this area show insufficient heat and great differences in regional and seasonal distribution of precipitation, which could lead to the chilling injury, drought and other agriculture meteorological disasters. During the production, especially at the stages of crop growth, the disaster-inducing factor for a particular agriculture meteorological disaster may occur with some disaster-inducing factors for other disasters simultaneously or successively. So the final output of the crop was also influenced by various factors together. Therefore, it was of more practical significance to consider the major disasters comprehensively and analyze their effects on the growth of crop. In this study, the meteorological data from 1961 to 2010, maize growth data from 1981 to 2010, production area data from 1961 to 2010 in 35 agriculture meteorological stations, disaster record for the latest 50 years in 3 provinces of Northeast China, and social and economic statistics for the latest 10 years in the counties of these 3 provinces were employed. The drought and chilling injury at two stages of the maize including emergence-tasseling and tasseling-mature was studied based on the theory of natural disaster risk analysis, and the risk of the drought and cold injury to corn in Northeast China was evaluated by emphasizing the creation of the risk assessment index system and risk assessment model. The indices of drought and chilling injury risk assessment model of the maize included hazard, vulnerability, exposure, and emergency response and recovery. Combined the evaluation from disaster index and the record of typical disastrous year, the weights of hazards were made according to the actual drought and chilling damage conditions. The contributions of the compound disaster risk to the whole growth and development of the maize at the early and late stage were 0.347 and 0.6527, respectively. The weights of hazard, vulnerability, exposure and emergency response and recovery ability were explained and provided objectively. These given weights showed that hazard and emergency response and recovery ability were the two most important factors in the model. The risk assessments for the maize drought and chilling damage at different growth and development stages were listed as below: at the early stage, the high values of risk index were distributed in the northwest of Heilongjiang Province, the east of Jilin Province and the northeast of Liaoning Province, while in the southwest of Heilongjiang Province, the west of Jilin and the southwest of Liaoning, the risk index values were relatively low; at the later growth stage, the distribution of the risk index changed, and the risk index values for west Heilongjiang Province and northwest Jilin increased, but decreased considerably in the east of Jilin and northeast of Liaoning. For the whole growth and development period of the maize, the high values of risk index were in the southwest and northeast of Heilongjiang Province and the west of Liaoning Province, with the value of above 0.8; the moderate values were found in the northwest and southeast of Jilin Province and the northeast of Liaoning Province, with the value of between 0.6 to 0.7; the low values were in the central south of Liaoning Province and Liaoning peninsula, with the value of around 0.3. In China, about 7.0×108 t of crop straws may be collected annually, and the amount suitable for converting to feed was approximately accounted for 85.67%. However, low digestibility and protein content prevent its use in feedlots, much of these materials were disposed by burning, which resulted in environmental pollution. A matrix formed by lignin and hemicellulose surrounds the orderly cellulose microfibrils and reduces their digestibility. The breakdown of the bonds between lignin and cellulose is the key to transform the lignocellulosic substrate into a high quality feed for ruminants. Studies have provided various results that removal of lignin enhanced the digestibility of straws. Although hemicellulose has higher potential digestibility than the other cell wall components, its degradation was not maximized because it concentrated in the primary wall, and no research results has been provided that the removal of hemicelluloses enhanced the digestibility. In order to improve the digestibility and nutrition value of air-dried corn stalk, and to develop a convenient and practical straw feed processing technology, experiments were carried out as follows: 1) Corn stalk was fermented at 60℃ in a feed fermentation machine for 5 days, after the moisture content of which was adjusted to 60%, and hemicellulose-degrading microflora WDC2 was inoculated in them; 2) Lactic acid bacteria community S FC-2 was cultivated in a fermentation tank, the working volume of which was 30 L; 3) Culture broth of SFC-2 was sprayed evenly on the corn stalk being partially degraded, at the rate of 1:1 (m/v) to produce fermented straw feed. In this study, the feasibility of bioconversion of straw as forage by dividing the fermentation into lignocellulose decomposition of corn stalk and malolactic fermentation of lactic acid bacteria, was discussed from the nutriology and the molecular ecology. The results indicated that after 5 days high-temperature fermentation, the degradation rates of cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin were 5.36%, 18.83% and 3.29%, respectively, and in vitro digestibility of dry matter, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber improved by 13.94%, 22.56% and 21.12%, respectively. In addition, dry matter, crude protein and water soluble carbohydrate content, as well as in vitro degradation rate showed that the quality of products was stable during the continuous fermentation. The results of PCR-DGGE indicated that the diversity of microorganisms in the decomposed straw was very abundant, however, no pathogenic bacteria was detected. Meanwhile, during the continuous fermentation of lactic acid bacteria, the microbial composition of the lactic acid bacteria community, OD600 and pH value of the culture broth were all stable. However, lactic acid and ethanol content were decreased and acetic acid was increased as the cultivate time. Which indicated that the period of continuous fermentation should be controlled in 10 days for more lactic acid and less acetic acid. Compared with the untreated stalk, the crude protein content of the partially decomposed stalk mixed with the culture broth of SFC-2 increased by 36.17%. Twelve Nanyang cattles were used as experimental animal to determinate their feed intake on the treated straw, the results showed that the dry matter intake increased by 21.71%, compared to the untreated treatment. In conclusion, by coupling lignocellulose decomposition of corn stalk and malolactic fermentation of lactic acid bacteria, both digestibility and nutritive value of corn stalk and dry matter intake of beef cattle on it were improved. The corrosion behaviors of four metal materials in MDEA solution at different conditions were studied by electrochemical methods. The results showed that with increasing temperature, electrochemical corrosion rate increased dramatically. Moreover, the corrosion rate of 20 # steel and 20R steel in vapor phase was greater than that in liquid phase. The corrosion rates of amine solution saturated with hydrogen sulphide increased after running for a period, while the solution without hydrogen sulphide showed almost no electrochemical corrosion to the materials. Objective To investigate and evaluate the change and efficacy of Active -wing Appliance in patients with lingual tipping deep overbite of Angle class II division 2 malocclusion. Methods Twenty patients with lingual tipping deep overbite of Angle class II division 2 malocclusions were selected for our study. Among the twenty patients, fifteen are girls and five are boys, whose age are from 16.0 to 23.0 years old with average of 18.8 years old. The patients were treated with Active -wing technique and all of them were non-extracted. Cephalometric films were taken before and after treatment to assess the effect of treatment. Eleven angular and thirteen linear measurements were taken. Paired t test was performed to analyze and evaluate the effects before and after treatment. Results Active-wing Appliance have advantage of easy operating with short treatment cycle for treatment of deep overbite of Angle class II division 2 malocclusion. It only takes 11 months in average for the treatment. After treatment, mandibular plane angle were increased (23.00°±6.76° vs 21.59°± 5.32°), overbite were decreased [ (1.02±0.81) mm vs (5.67±1.22) mm] to reach normal level; incisors were labial incline significantly with increased protrusion and inclination; Post treatment parameter improvement also include: U1-NA distance in- creased (4.67±1.21 ) mm vs (1.24±1.37) mm; U1-NA angle increased (24.40°±6.36° vs 11.70°±6.87°); lower incisors were significantly intruded[ (37.16±1.81) mm vs (38.90±1.84) mm]; L6-MP were extruded [(31.68±2.87) mm vs (30.38±3.45) mm]; The cuspid and molar relationships were changed from Class II to Class I occlusion. Conclusion The Active--wing Appliance can quickly open overbite and correct incisor lingual tipping for Angle class II division 2 with lingual tipping deep overbite. It is easy to operate and has been improved as efficient and shortened treatment. Meanwhile, it also saves arch wire. Objective To observe the effects of berberine on inflammatory factors, adipokines and fatty acid metabolism in 3T3-L1 adipocytes, and to investigate the molecular mechanism underlying berberine's role of improving insulin resistance. Methods mRNA level of inflammatory molecules, adipokines, key enzymes and protein in fatty acid metabolism in 3T3-L1 cells were determined by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) after cells were treated with different concentrations of berberine (0, 5, 10, 20, 40 μmol/L) for 24 hours and with 10 μmol/L berberine at different durations (0,4,8,24,48 h). These factors mainly included interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), leptin, adiponectin, visfatin, fatty acid synthase (FAS), acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL) and adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (AFABP). Results In 3T3-L1 adipocytes, transcription level of IL-6, TNF-α, leptin, FAS, ATGL, AFABP reduced with addition of berberine dosage at 10∼40 μmol/L(P < 0.05) while visfatin mRNA level increased(P < 0.05) compared with the control group. No significant difference was found in expression of adiponectin(P > 0.05) . Transcription level of IL-6, TNF-α, leptin, AFABP, ATGL, FAS decreased with time after 10 μmol/L berberine intervention (8- 48 h) compared with the control group(P < 0.05) . On the other hand, visfatin mRNA level increased(P < 0.05) compared with the control group. Adiponectin mRNA decreased only after cells were treated with berberine for 48 h(P < 0.05) . No significant difference was found transcription of ACC between each groups treated with berberine(P > 0.05) . Conclusion mRNA level of inflammatory factors, adipokines, key enzymes and protein in fatty acid metabolism in 3T3-L1 adipocytes can be affected by berberine and this effect depend on its dose and time . Benzo[a]pyrene(B[a]P) is one of typical polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) formed by the incomplete combustion of organic materials. As a ubiquitous persistent organic pollutant found in the environment, it poses a serious threat to soil quality. Overestimating environmental risks has frequently been observed in the traditional approach because the desired level of B[a]P was achieved in soil by one-time addition. If a high dose of B[a]P was added into soil at a time, B[a]P did not have enough time to diffuse or move to remote sites of soil matrix, and thus the majority of B[a]P was present in the aqueous phase due to the short soil-B[a]P contact time. Therefore, in this study we proposed a new multiple-time addition(pollution) method, aiming to simulate the process of B[a] P entering soil reliably. In the multiple-time addition, B[a]P was added into soil step by step for 12 times, with the final concentration 1 200μg.kg-1 . In the one-time addition experiment, all the B[ a] P was added into soil at a time. The soil samples prepared by multiple-time and one-time addition were allowed for aging for 1,7,14,28 and 56 d at 25°C under the sterile condition, and the earthworms were incubated in the aged soils for a period of 7 days. The effects of multiple-time and one-time addition of B[a]P on its availability in soil and bioaccumulation in earthworms as well as malon dialdehyde (MDA) content in earthworms (Eisenia foetida) coelo-mocytes were investigated. Results showed that the available(Tenax-TA extractable) B[a] P contents in soil rapidly decreased at the initial aging stage(1-28 d),and afterwards slowed down(29-56 d). B[ a] P accumulated in earthworms and MDA contents in earthworms declined as B[a]P aged in soil. The highly significant positive correlation(R2 =0. 893 2,P<0. 01)was found between the available contents of B[a]P in soil and the quantities of B[a]P accumulated in earthworms. Moreover, the MDA content in earthworm coelomocytes were positively correlated with the available B[a] P contents and accumulated amounts of B[a] P in earthworms, with best-fit regression equations and correlation coefficients R2 = 0. 858 9 and 0. 751 5, respectively. In the multiple-time addition treatments, the average available B[a]P contents in soil were 23.38% lower than those in the one-time addition treatments. Moreover, the amounts of B[a]P enriched in earthworms in the multiple-time addition treatments were 22.42% to 77.42% of those in the one-time addition treatments. The MDA content in earthworms in the samples of 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm layers under the B[a]P multiple-time addition treatments were 13.76% and 41.38% lower than those under the B[a]P one-time addition treatments, respectively. This result indicated that the soil available B[a]P contents and B[a]P toxicity to earthworm in the multiple-time addition experiments were lower than that in the one-time addition treatments. The brake system performance of an agricultural vehicle shall meet the technical safety standards. At present, the performance and reliability of the combine brake system in our country cannot fully meet the work requirements, and the studies about the braking performance of the combine are scarce. Virtual prototyping technology is an important process of Rapid Product Design (RPD), which has been gradually applied in the agricultural machinery industry. This paper presents a research method of the brake system performance based on virtual prototype technology. The front wheel hydraulic caliper disc brake system is debated, which was widely used in the self-propelled grain combine harvester. Firstly, the three-dimensional models of the vehicle and brake are established using Pro/E. The configuration setting of models come from a certain type of domestic combine harvester parameters. Then, the virtual prototypes of the vehicle and brake system are established in ADAMS/View. The configure parameters include the Fiala tire model, hard pavement, IMPACT function, and STEP input function, etc. The Kulun model was adopted by IMPACT function, and the pedal force data which comes from the experimental values was put into STEP function. Two typical working conditions of vehicle speed, II shift 10 km/h, III shift 20 km/h, are selected to simulate braking performance of the virtual prototype and real vehicle experiment. Simulated when III shift with the two kinds of pedal force, 100 and 200 N, the maximum contact force between brake disc and pad are 4 827 and 9 200 N. In the process of braking at the same speed, the contact force between the brake disc and the pad increases as the pedal force increases, and the increased tendency is accordant. By simulating the vehicle brake system, the maximum braking decelerations are 4.6 and 5.8 m/s2, braking distances are 2.3 and 1.49 m, when the pedal forces are 100 and 200 N with II shift speed. The maximum braking decelerations are 4.6 and 7.23 m/s2, braking distances are 7.398 and 7.004 m, when the pedal forces are 100 N and 200 N with III shift speed. In a certain gear speed, the greater the pedal force, the shorter the braking distance and braking time. At a certain pedal force, the higher the vehicle speed, the longer the braking distance and braking time. Mounted with a sensor and acquired by a measurement system, the data from the braking experiment which is composed of the displacement of the pedal, pressing of the left and right wheel cylinders, deceleration, and braking distance are analyzed with II shift and III shift speeds. The contact force between brake disc and pad is 4 272 N and the braking distance is 7.83 m when test with pedal force is 95.6 N, which is similar with results of simulation. Compared with simulation and a real vehicle test, both of the braking performance parameters are consistent. Between left and right braking are good synchronization; the response time is less than 0.6 s, the braking distance is less than 7.83 m, and the maximum braking deceleration is 2.43 m/s2 when pedal force is less than 100 N, which are in line with national standards on braking performance. The performance results verified the correctness of the virtual prototype simulation model of the combine brake system, providing an effective method for design and performance evaluation of agricultural machinery chassis braking systems. Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanisms of exogenous calcium-binding protein S100A4 on proliferation, survival and migration functions of glioma cells. Methods: Pan-cancer dataset was downloaded from UCSC database for the analysis of S100A4 expression and prognosis in pan-cancer, and transcriptome and clinical data of glioma patients were downloaded from CGGA database. Prognosis and progression of S100A4 expression in glioma patients were analyzed by R software. S100A4 protein network interaction of glioma patients were addressed by online analytical tools GEPIA and STRING. Human glioma cell lines (U87 and U251) were cultured in vitro, and the experiment was divided into 3 groups: PBS group, S100A4 group and S100A4+TAK242 group [Resatorvid (TAK242) was a specific inhibitor of Toll-like receptors 4 (TLR4)]. Flow cytometry was used to detect proliferation and apoptosis of glioma cells. Wound healing assay, Transwell assay and clone formation assay were used to detect migration and proliferation ability of U87 and U251 cells, and Western blot was used to detect levels of TLR4 protein and NF-κB related signaling proteins. Results: Bioinformatics results showed that S100A4 was significantly upregulated in multiple tumours (P<0.05), which included glioblastoma (GBM), lower grade glioma (LGG), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), etc, with poorer prognosis in GBM and LGG. Compared with glioma patients with low expression of S1004, high expression S100A4 in glioma patients had shorter survival and higher degree of WHO classification. In addition, S100A4 protein in glioma patients may interact with Annexin A2 (ANXA2), TLR4 and advanced glycosylation end product-specific receptor (AGER) proteins. In cellular experiments, U87 and U251 cells showed enhanced proliferation and migration, and significantly up-regulated levels of TLR4, p-ERK1/2, p-p38 and p-p65 proteins after exogenous S100A4 treatment compared to PBS group (P<0.05), while glioma cells in S100A4+TAK242 group showed weaker proliferation and migration, and lower TLR4, p-p38 and p-p65 protein levels than those in S100A4 group, TLR4, p-ERK1/2, p-p38, p-p65 protein levels were significantly down-regulated (P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine (DEX) on the malignant biological behavior of gastric cancer (GC) cells through the immune regulation mechanism mediated by cyclic GMP-AMP synthase-stimulator of interferon gene (cGAS-STING) pathway. Methods: GC cell line MGC-803 was randomly divided into Control group (blank medium treatment), DEX low concentration group (DEX-L group, 1 ng/ml), DEX medium concentration group (DEX-M group, 10 ng/ml), DEX high concentration group (DEX-H group, 100 ng/ml) and DEX high concentration+cGAS inhibitor RU.521 group (DEX-H+RU.521 group, 100 ng/ml DEX+1.0 μmol/L RU.521). Cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8 method. Cell scratch test was used to detect the migration ability of cells in each group. Transwell test was used to detect the invasive ability of cells in each group. The apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry. The levels of IL-2, interferon gamma (IFN-γ) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in cells were detected by ELISA. Real time-fluorescent quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) was applied to detect the expression levels of cGAS, STING and interferon type I (IFN-I) mRNA. Western blot was used to detect the expressions of cGAS, STING, Bax, CyclinD1, matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9), N-cadherin, Vimentin, E-cadherin, Caspase3, Caspase8 and their shear type and phosphorylation level of TANK-binding kinase 1 (TBK1) and interferon regulatory factor 3 (IRF3). Results: Compared with Control group, the cell migration rate, number of cell invasions, TNF-α level, CyclinD1, MMP9, N-cadherin, Vimentin protein expressions in MGC-803 cells in DEX-M and DEX-H groups were decreased obviously (P<0.05), the growth inhibition rate (48 h, 72 h), apoptosis rate, IL-2, IFN-γ, Bax, E-cadherin, Cleaved Caspase3, Cleaved Caspase8 protein expression levels, cGAS, STING, IFN-I mRNA levels and protein expression levels and phosphorylation levels of TBK1 and IRF3 were increased obviously (P<0.05). RU.521 weakened the inhibitory effects of DEX on the proliferation, migration and invasion of GC cells and the ability to induce apoptosis, and alleviated the improvement on immune function. Through graded salting out with ammonium sulfate and dialysis, esterases were extracted and purified from goose liver, chicken liver and pig liver respectively, then their structures were characterized, and their inhibition responses to carbaryl as a pesticide model were further investigated. Results showed that the yield of goose liver esterase was the highest (14.58%), and that of chicken liver esterase was the lowest (8.82%) with the best thermal stability, while the protein mass concentration of pig liver esterase was the highest (12.47mg/mL); the protein molecular weights of all three kinds of animal liver esterases were 30 ~ 110 kDa with the leading one of 55 kDa, and that in chicken liver esterase was the highest (16.74%) while the lowest was in that of pig liver esterase (14.31%); these three kinds of animal liver esterases showed different sizes of protein particles with flake structures and smooth surfaces; in the carbaryl concentration range of 0.5~10.0 mg/L, the linear range (0.5~5.0 mg/L), the detection limit (0.29 mg/L) and IC50 (7.74 mg/L) of chicken liver esterase were the lowest, which could be used as a potential sensitive enzyme source for rapid detection of carbaryl. Based on the data of an X-band polarimetric phased array radar and other multi-source observation data, we present in detail the environmental conditions and evolution of the radar signatures of an EF1 tornado that took place in Foshan, Guangdong on 19 June 2022. The tornado was spawned from a supercell that developed at the southern end of a squall line, which developed in an active southwesterly airflow environment after the onset of the southwest monsoon. The ambient atmosphere had all thermal and dynamic conditions that were conducive to the occurrence and development of supercell and tornado, such as strong convective instability energy, low lifting condensation level and strong vertical wind shear. The significant enhancement of the low-level storm relative helicity, supercell composite parameter and significant tornado parameter had a good indication for the occurrence of a supercell tornado. A polarimetric phased array radar with high spatial and temporal resolution at Nanhai detected the development process of a mini-supercell and the evolution characteristics of a tornado vortex. The convective storm gradually formed a hook echo and a reflectivity hole with the strengthening of a front low-level inflow. The mesocyclone formed at a height of more than 2.5 km and then extended to the lower level. With the strengthening of rear-flank downdrafts, the vortex rotation at the lower level was enhanced. When the rotation speed of the low-level mesocyclone exceeded 22 m · s-1 (strong mesocyclone) and the diameter contracted to less than 1.5 km, the tornado was about to touch the ground. The appearance of tornado vortex signature (TVS) and tornadic debris signature (TDS) is the main feature of tornado occurrence. The tornado occurred near the reflectivity hole, TVS and TDS. The composition of microbial communities on leaf surface is closely related to plant foliar diseases. However, the response in fungal community on plant leaves to the severity of pant diseases are still unknown. In this study, we used high-throughput ITS amplicon sequencing technology to investigate the differences in the composition and diversity of fungal community on plant leaves with different disease severities of powdery mildew disease in Solanaceae crops. We analyzed the changes in the topological properties of molecular ecological networks of fungal community and explored the ecological processes of community phylogenetic assembly. Diversity analysis showed that as the severity of powdery mildew disease increased, the richness and diversity of fungal communities gradually decreased. Network analysis revealed that compared to plants with moderate and severe infection, plants with mild disease symptoms had more nodes and connections in the ecological network, with higher network density, clustering coefficient, and average connectivity. Among the plants with different disease severities, the ecological processes of phylogenetic assembly in fungal communities were dominated by stochastic processes, whereas the fungal communities tended to have phylogenetic dispersion with increasing severity of powdery mildew. In conclusion, invasive pathogens alter the existing community structure, disrupt the interactions between fungal communities, and influence the ecological processes of community phylogenetic assembly. [Purpose/Significance] Generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology has been widely used in many fields, and the application of this technology has become popular among researchers. However, there are few studies on the willingness of researchers willingness to accept generative AI. This leads to an insufficient understanding of the psychological mechanism, cognitive process and behavioral pattern of users' acceptance of generative AI, which limits the ability of theoretical innovation and practical exploration in user information behavior. This study focuses on researchers acceptance of generative AI. By studying the evaluation process of ChatGPT by college students, it explores the acceptance behavior of generative AI. At the same time, it verifies the applicability of the AIDUA model in the new context, and introduces the new variable of school identity, which further extends the AIDUA model. [Method/Process] Based on the cognitive assessment theory and the AI acceptance framework (AIDUA), this paper constructs a theoretical model of the intention to use generative artificial intelligence, and develops and empirically tests the theoretical model of the intention to use generative AI. Taking college students as the main research object, based on the maturity scale in authoritative literature at home and abroad, 8 variables and 29 observation variables such as social influence, hedonic motivation and anthropomorphism were designed. College students with experience in using generative AI were invited to participate in the questionnaire survey. SPSS26.0 was used to analyze the data from 294 valid questionnaires collected. SmartPLS 3.2.9 was used to construct a structural equation model to test the hypothesis, and the JN method was used to detect the regulatory effect. [Results/Conclusions] The study found that users went through three stages of decision making before using generative AI. The PLS-SEM results show that: 1) Social influence, hedonic motivation and anthropomorphism significantly affect performance expectancy and effort expectancy, and anthropomorphism is the strongest variable affecting performance expectancy and effort expectancy. 2) Performance expectancy and effort expectancy are significantly negatively correlated with negative emotions, while hedonic motivation has no significant effect on negative emotions. 3) Negative emotions are significantly negatively correlated with users' intension to use. 4) School identity moderates the relationship between effort expectancy and negative emotions. This study combines anthropomorphic research on college students' acceptance of generative AI, and provides a framework for the acceptance of generative AI. Researchers can use this framework to better study the acceptance of AI. This study has some limitations. In the future, we will focus on the following three aspects: 1) to evaluate the users' acceptance of generative AI in different usage scenarios. 2) to use samples of other groups to test the applicability of the model, such as civil servants, librarians, researchers and other groups. 3) to incorporate variables from other technology acceptance models into the model, such as ease of use and practicality. To evaluate the mechanism of governor vessel electroacupuncture in rats with post-stroke limb spasm by observing the changes of glutathione antioxidant system-related factors. Methods A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group (n=12), sham operation group (n=12) and modeling group (n=36). The middle cerebral artery obstruction model was prepared by thread approach method in the modeling group, and 24 rats with successful modeling were randomly divided into the model group and the electroacupuncture group, with 12 rats in each group. At the 3rd day after modeling, the electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at three acupoints of the governor vessel, namely, "Dazhui" (GV14), "Jizhong" (GV6) and " Houhui" (anteromedial of the transverse process of the sixth lumbar vertebra), for 30 min each time, once a day for 7 days. The neurological function of rats was assessed by Zea Longa neurological deficit score. The muscle tension of rats was detected by modified Ashworth dystonia rating and electrophysiological tracing method. The brain tissue water content was measured by the dry-wet weight method. The volume of cerebral infarction of rats was measured by the TTC staining method. The contents of glutathione(GSH), catalase(CAT), oxidized glutathione(GSSG), superoxide dismutase(SOD), and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the cortex of rats were detected by colorimetry. The protein and mRNA expressions of glutathione reductase(GR), glutamate cysteine ligase(GCL)C, GCLM, and glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4) in the cortex of rats were measured by Western blotting and real-time PCR, respectively. Results Compared with rats in the normal and sham operation groups, the Zea Longa neurological deficit score, modified Ashworth dystonia rating, the volume of cerebral infarction, brain tissue water content, and GSSG and MDA contents in cortex were increased in the model group, the tension signal value and the proteins and mRNA expressions of GR, GCLC, GCLM, and GPX4 in cortex were decreased, and the contents of GSH, CAT, and SOD in cortex were decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the Zea Longa neurological deficit score, modified Ashworth dystonia rating, the volume of cerebral infarction, brain tissue water content, and GSSG and MDA contents in cortex were decreased in the electroacupuncture group, the tension signal value and the proteins and mRNA expressions of GR, GCLC, GCLM, and GPX4 in cortex were increased, and the contents of GSH, CAT, and SOD in cortex were increased(P<0.05). The bias-graded TiAIN coating was successfully deposited on Ti6AMV alloy substrates using filtered cathodic vacuum arc (FCVA) technology with the bias-graded deposition method. The high-temperature oxidation performance and high-temperature particle erosion resistance of the coating were evaluated. The changes of surface morphology, composition, phase structure, and erosion damage characteristics of the coating before and after the evaluation were tested and characterized. The results showed that after high-temperature oxidation at 400 °C, the surface color of the bias-graded TiAIN coating deepened and remained intact and smooth without significant damage. The oxygen atom fraction on the surface of the bias coating is 20.9% and the mass increase is 0.81 /.ig/mm2. The structure of the bias-graded coating is more dense, inhibiting the inward expansion of oxygen elements, and has better antioxidant performance than bias-50 TiAIN coating. Under high temperature particle erosion conditions at 400 °C, the erosion rates of bias-graded TiAIN coatings at 30° and 90° erosion angles are 0.26 mg/g and 0.24 mg/g, respectively, which are lower than those of bias-50 TiAIN coatings, exhibiting better resistance to high-temperature particle erosion. At 400 °C, there is no significant oxidation damage to the titanium alloy substrate and TiAIN coating, and high-temperature particle erosion damage is the dominant mechanism of erosion. Objective To observe the expression of fructose-bisphosphate aldolase C (ALDOC) in colon cancer tissues and cells and to explore its effect on biological behavior. Methods GEPIA database was used to analyze the expression level of ALDOC in colon cancer tissues. The expression of ALDOC mRNA and protein in colon cancer tissues and cancer cells SW620, SW480, HT-29 and HCT-116 were detected by RT-qPCR and immu-nohistochemistry, and the relationship between ALDOC mRNA expression and clinicopathological factors was analyzed. Colon cancer cell SW620 was divided into control group, NC inhibitor group and ALDOC inhibitor group. ALDOC inhibitor or negative control was transfected into SW620 cells by lentivirus transfection kit. MTT assay and monoclonal formation of cancer cells were used to detect cell proliferation. Scratch test was used to detect cell migration ability, and transwell chamber test to detect the invasion ability of cells. The expression of ALDOC mRNA was detected by RT-qPCR, and that of ALDOC and MMP-2/9 was detected by western blot. Results GEPIA database showed that the expression level of ALDOC in colon cancer tissues was higher than that in normal tissues (P < 0.05). Compared with those in adjacent tissues or FHC, ALDOC mRNA and protein in colon cancer tissues and cells SW620, SW480, HT-29 and HCT-116 were up-regulated, and ALDOC mRNA level was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). Down-regulating ALDOC mRNA could down-regulate MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein levels, inhibit cell growth, and reduce the number of wound healing and invasive cells (P < 0.05). Conclusion ALDOC level is up-regulated in colon cancer tissues and cells, and it is closely related to the poor prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. We focus on the key technology demands of dual carbon, organize a multidisciplinary and collaborative team of experts, conduct systematic organization and in-depth research, widely absorb expert opinions and previous achievements, adhere to a problem-oriented approach, strengthen data support, ensure comprehensive and objective consultation views with strong pertinence, emphasize the decision support objectives, and adopt multiple measures to expand the application of consulting research results, providing reference for the practical application of carbon neutrality technology research and scientific organization and management in China. Objective To investigate the current situation of blood glucose monitoring in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) patients and its impact on glycemic control. Methods The study was a cross-sectional survey. T1DM patients or their guardians who visited the Department of Endocrinology, First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from October to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The patients' age, course of diabetes, current treatment plan, education level, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and self-monitoring blood glucose (SMBG) were assessed by questionnaire. The glycated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) was measured. According to the Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus in China (2021 edition), HbA1c<7.0% is defined as HbA1c meeting the standard. Patients were divided into CGM group and SMBG group based on blood glucose monitoring methods. Mann-Whitney U test, chi-square test were used for inter-group comparison, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of HbA1c compliance and different blood glucose monitoring methods. Results A total of 197 patients with T1DM were included, with an average age of 27.0 (18.2, 41.0) years and a course of disease of 5.0 (2.0, 9.8) years. The utilization rates of CGM and SMBG were 61.4% (121/197) and 38.6% (76/197), respectively. The HbA1c in the CGM group was lower than that in the SMBG group [6.6% (6.1%, 7.5%) and 7.5% (6.4%, 9.5%), Z=3.19, P<0.001], and the compliance rates of HbA1c in the 2 groups were 62.1% (51/95) and 40.0% (24/60), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (χ²=7.22, P<0.01). After adjustment for age, diabetes course and current treatment, logistic regression analysis showed that the use of CGM (OR=2.028, 95%CI 1.012-2.042, P<0.05) and education level (OR=1.571, 95%CI 1.209-2.042, P<0.01) were correlated with HbA1c standard. BaTiO3 has become the key materials for the preparation of high-performance electro-optical modulators due to its high electro-optical coefficient, excellent piezoelectric properties and nonlinear optical properties. The quality, growth orientation and electro-optic coefficient of the film are determined by the preparation method, experimental condition and the selection of substrate, and further affecting the propagation loss, half-wave voltage and extinction ratio of the electro-optical modulator. Based on the working principle of electro-optical modulator, the factors affecting the orientation and quality of film forming were discussed by focusing on the preparation methods, experimental conditions and film substrates of BaTiO3 thin film in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of each process of BaTiO3 thin film preparation were analyzed, the structure and performance of waveguide were discussed. [Objectives] The aim of this study is to discuss the effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) on fruit tree cutting. [Methods] The cuttings of fig (Ficus carica L. 'Brunswick') were sprayed with 0.05, 0.10 and 0.20 mg.L-1 5-ALA solutions when they were 20 cm high to study the effects on the young plant growth and the leaf chlorophyll fast fluorescence characteristics with a M-PEA (multi-function plant efficiency analyser) instrument under high temperature condition. [Results] The results showed that all ALA treatments improved the cutting survival rate under high temperature condition, and promoted plant growth with higher levels of soluble sugars, soluble proteins and starch content in the shoots and roots of cuttings. The OKJIP transient analysis showed that 5-ALA treatments increased phase I of the leaf chlorophyll fast fluorescence curves, with obvious "V" type L band and K band. When t = m, the energy of absorbance (ABS/CSm), trap (CRyCSm) and electron transport (ETo/CSm) cross section, and the density of active reaction centers of PS II(RC/CS) were increased significantly in the 5-ALA treated leaves, while the inhibition of oxygen evolving complex (Wk) and the maximum close rate of PS II reaction center (Mo) were decreased, but the capacity indexes including PIABS and PICS were improved. These suggest that 5-ALA at low concentrations can increase light absorbance and energy conversion in leaves of fig cuttings under high temperature condition, thus the heat tolerance is improved. [Conclusions] 5-ALA can be used in fig cutting propagation, which can improve young plant capacity against high temperature in the summer, and increase cutting survival and plant quality. Nondestructive detection of fruit ripeness is crucial for improving fruit's shelf life and industry production. Hyperspectral imaging is an emerging technique that integrates conventional imaging and spectroscopy to acquire both spatial and spectral information from a sample. It takes the advantages of the conventional RGB, near-infrared spectroscopy and multi-spectral imaging. In this work, hyperspectral imaging technology intended to determine a classifier that could be used for nondestructive classification for the ripeness of Shajin apricot. There were 480 Shajin apricot samples to be investigated, which were from an apricot planting garden in Xiaobai Village, Taigu County, and the samples were classified into 4 classes: unripe, mid-ripe, ripe and over-ripe according to the days after harvesting. Hyperspectral imaging technology with the band range of 400-1000 nm was used to evaluate nondestructively the ripeness of the Shajin apricot. The 480 RGB images were acquired for the apricot samples with 4 different ripeness classes (120 for each class). After acquiring hyperspectral images of Shajin apricot, the spectral data were extracted from the region of interests (ROIs). Using Kennard-Stone algorithm, all kinds of samples were randomly divided into training set (360) and test set (120) according to the proportion of 3:1. In this work, the soluble solid content (SSC) was chosen as an evaluation index of maturity for Shajin apricot. First of all, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to evaluate the SSC of 480 samples of intact Shajin apricots at different ripeness stages. The results indicated that SSC presented significant differences among the different ripeness classes and had a increasing tendency along with the development of ripeness, which demonstrated that there was a high correlation between maturity and SSC with the correlation coefficient of 0.9386. Subsequently, based on the calculation of partial least squares regression (PLSR), 9 wavelengths at 434, 528, 559, 595, 652, 678, 692, 728 and 954 nm were selected as the optimal sensitive wavelengths (SWs), 6 statistical textural parameters of hyperspectral images including mean, contrast, correlation, energy, homogeneity and entropy were extracted by gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) as the textural feature variables, and 6 statistical color indicators of hyperspectral images including mean values and standard deviations of R, G and B component image were extracted by RGB model as the color feature variables for the purposes of ripeness classification. Moreover, the ability of hyperspectral imaging technique to classify Shajin apricot based on ripeness stage was tested using the extreme learning machine (ELM) models. The ELM ripeness classification models were built based on the extracted SWs, texture, color, combination of SWs and texture, combination of SWs and color, combination of texture and color, combination of SWs, texture and color features, respectively. The results showed the correct discrimination rate was the highest for the prediction samples based on SWs and color features, and it reached 93.33%. The research reveals that the hyperspectral imaging technique together with suitable analysis model is a promising tool for rapid estimation of quality attribute and ripeness classification for Shajin apricot, which can provide a theoretical reference and basis for designing classification system of fruits in further work. Objective To evaluate the gene amplification and protein expression of HER-2 in gastric carcinoma with or without neuroendocrine differentiation (NED), and to explore the difference in HER-2 gene profile between these two neoplasms. Methods Cases of gastric carcinoma with NED (n=70) and cases of gastric carcinoma without NED (n=150) were retrospectively reviewed. Gene amplification and protein expression of HER-2 genes in gastric carcinoma with or without NED were detected by combination of immunohistochemical method (IHC) and double color silver dye for in situ hybridization (DISH). Prognosis of gastric cancer patients with NED were predicted using Kaplan-Meiers survival analysis. Results Expression rates of HER-2 in gastric cancer with and without NED are 20.00% and 21.33% respectively. Amplification of HER-2 in gastric cancer with and without NED are 8.57% and 14.67% respectively. Gene amplification and protein expression of HER-2 between gastric cancer with NED and without NED showed no statistical difference. Chromosome 17 multibody positively correlated with gene HER-2 amplification in Gastric carcinoma with NED. Postoperative survival period in patients of gastric carcinoma with NED and HER-2 amplification was shorter than that in patients of gastric carcinoma without NED but with HER-2 amplification. Gastric carcinoma with or without NED, HER-2 gene amplification, lymph node metastasis and operation method obviously correlate with prognosis of gastric carcinoma patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The gastric cancer with NED is a special type of gastric cancer, there was no difference of gene amplification and protein expression of HER-2 gene between gastric carcinoma with NED and without NED. Objective To analyze the differences in clinical characteristics and risk factors in patients with diastolic heart failure and systolic heart failure. Methods A total of 2 088 patients with heart failure were divided into two groups, diastolic heart failure group (EF⩾0.45, n=1 356) and systolic heart failure group (EF<0.45, n=732), according to ejection fraction (EF). The clinical features and related factors affecting the two types of heart failure were compared between two groups. Results There were higher age, higher proportion of women and higher proportion of hypertensive patients in diastolic heart failure group than those of systolic heart failure group, but lower rates of hypoalbuminemia, anemia, renal insufficiency and hyperuricimia. There was higher incidence of functional class I and II in diastolic heart failure group. And compared with systolic heart failure group, there were higher levels of systolic blood pressure, albumin, prealbumin, cholesterol, sodium and serum chloride in diastolic heart failure group, but lower levels of heart rates, creatinine, blood uric acid, potassium and brain natriuretic peptide. Compared with systolic heart failure group, there were lower left ventricular end diastolic volume (LVEDV) and left ventricular end systolic volume (LVESV) in diastolic heart failure group. And there were lower RAS blocker and β-blocker usage, higher statin usage in diastolic heart failure group. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender and hypertension were significantly correlated with diastolic heart failure, and hypoalbuminemia and hyperuricimia were significantly correlated with systolic heart failure. Conclusion Our results show that there are differences in clinical features and risk factors in patients with diastolic heart failure and systolic heart failure. In order to study the seismic performance of self-centering reinforced concrete frames, a 1/2 scale model of a two-story self-centering reinforced concrete frame was designed. The constraints between structure and base or beams and columns were released. Thus, when the structure rocks under earthquake excitations, the forces for self-centering are provided by the post-tensioned prestressed reinforcement. The model was tested on the shaking table. The dynamic characteristics and acceleration, displacement and joint responses of the model structure under different earthquake levels were discussed. The location and process of structure damage were described and the self-centering capability of the structure was analyzed. Test results indicate that the designed reinforced concrete frame has good seismic performance and self-centering capacity subjected to earthquake ground motions; the self-centering structures can undergo large deformation with minor residual displacement after the strong earthquake excitations. Based on the data of tornadoes that happened during 2016-2020 and corresponding damage survey data, the present study analyzed the characteristics of tornadoes in China according to the "Enhanced Fujita scale" and the tornado intensity scale proposed by Chinese meteorologists. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) In the past 5 years, we collected 178 tornadoes cases in China. Few EF2 tornadoes or stronger ones were overlooked, which is close to the actual situation; however, EF1 tornadoes and weaker ones may be ignored, so the total number of tornadoes may be significantly underestimated. Tornadoes mainly occurred in the flat areas in eastern China and parts of central China. Weak tornadoes also occurred in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Yunnan Province. Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province were the three provinces with the highest frequency of tornado occurrence. 95% of the tornadoes occurred in the areas with a surface roughness length of 0.04~1.70 m, and the underlying land within these areas were mainly used for low-rise crops, farmland, suburbs, bushes, and low-rise buildings. 96% of the tornadoes occurred during 10:00-20:00 BJT from April to September. (2) Based on 39 cases of tornadoes with detailed damage survey, a total of 22 strong tornadoes were confirmed at or above the EF2 scale, 5.5 more than the average number of times every 5 years from 1961 to 2010, among which 5 were EF3 tornadoes, 3 were EF4 tornadoes, and the length and width of the tornadoes path were positively correlated with the strength of the tornado. (3) The ground disaster characteristics of tornadoes in China include: narrow path and strip traces, convergence-like inversion, twisted break, asymmetrical distribution of intensity, obvious projectiles, etc. (4) The live video of the tornado showed the morphological characteristics of the different stages of the development of tornadoes, and for the first time in China, the fact that there are many vortex tornadoes was confirmed, providing valuable data of the structure and evolution of tornadoes.
