Background In recent years, physical impairment (PI) combined with cognitive impairment (CI) is a common comorbidity in the elderly. An early detection of PI combined with CI in the elderly and timely interventions may help to improve the quality of life of the elderly and reduce the burden on their families and society. However, relevant studies on the comorbidity of PI and CI in the elderly and its influencing factors have been rarely reported. Objective To observe the clinical characteristics of the comorbidity of PI and CI in the elderly and the influencing factors. Methods Elderly patients hospitalized in Peking University People's Hospital from September 2018 to November 2019 were selected. A total of eligible 244 subjects meeting the inclusion criteria were surveyed for the physical function and cognitive function using the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) and the Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE), respectively. PI was diagnosed with lower than 10 points of the SPPB, and CI was diagnosed with lower than 27 points of the MMSE. Patients were divided into non-PI+non-CI, PI+non-CI, non-PI+CI, PI+CI. Social demographic, anthropometric, laboratory examination and other indicators of patients were collected, and Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors for PI combined with CI in the elderly. Results Among the 244 patients, there were 102 (41.80%), 64 (26.23%), 26 (10.66%) and 52 (21.31%) cases of non-PI+non-CI, PI+non-CI, non-PI+CI and PI+CI, respectively. Fat is one of the most important nutritional components in foods. It not only endows foods with unique flavor and taste and provides the energy needed by the human body, but also has a significant impact on the structure and overall quality of foods. However, excessive intake of fat is not conducive to human health. Therefore, it is hoped that the use of fat mimics to replace fat in food will reduce the harm of excessive intake of fat to the human body while maintaining the original flavor of foods as much as possible. This article reviews the classification of fat replacers and fat mimics and recent research on the role and application of fat mimics in foods, outlines the basis for the classification of fat replacers into fat substitutes and fat mimics, with emphasis on the mechanisms of action, advantages, limitations, roles and applications of single and mixed fat mimics. It also proposes future strategies for the research and development of fat mimics in order to provide a direction for the development of healthy and safe fat mimics.

Plant Jiaosu is a kind of product made from fruit and vegetable cereals as the main raw material by microbial fermentation. It has been gradually favored by the public because of its non-toxic and harmless characteristics and multiple physiological functions. Understanding the metabolic mechanisms of plant Jiaosu plays an important role in improving their quality. However, there are still few summaries on the metabolic mechanism of plant Jiaosu. This paper comprehensively analyzes the research progress of plant Jiaosu, and introduces the related metabolic pathways, product change analysis, product formation influencing factors, flavor source and flavor substance changes of plant Jiaosu in the process of plant ferment glycolysis. The future development of plant Jiaosu is discussed, which provides a reference for the further research and development of plant Jiaosu.

In this study, the effects of four Hofmeister salts (KCl, NaCl, CaCl2 and MgCl2) at different concentrations (0.02, 0.04 and 0.06 mol/L) on gel properties and rheological properties of soy protein isolate (SPI) were systematically explored. The results showed that the addition of salt ions could improve the gel strength of SPI, but higher concentrations (0.04 and 0.06 mol/L) of CaCl2 and MgCl2 reduced the gel stickiness of the samples. In the dynamic rheological test, each salt ion increased the storage modulus (G’) and loss modulus (G”) of the samples to varying degrees. Higher concentrations of CaCl2 and MgCl2 caused excessive aggregation of SPI, whereas lower concentrations of CaCl2 and MgCl2 exerted an opposite effect. In the temperature sweep test, CaCl2 and MgCl2 changed the trend of G’ and G”, while KCl and NaCl simply increased G’ and G” without changing their trend. In the steady rheological test, higher concentrations of CaCl2 and MgCl2 reduced the apparent viscosity and shear force of the samples, while an opposite effect was observed under the other salt conditions. The decreasing order of the effects of higher concentrations of salt ions on the apparent viscosity and shear force was K+ > Na+ > Mg2+ > Ca2+. In summary, at specific salt ion concentrations (0.04 and 0.06 mol/L), the changes in gel and rheological properties of SPI were consistent with the Hofmeister effect.

AC submarine cable is an important component in AC transmission system of offshore wind farms. However, the issue of charging current limits its application in offshore wind power with long-distance and large-capacity. Taking HYJQF41-F290/500 kV single-core AC submarine cable as an example, the overvoltage distribution along the cable in different working conditions is analyzed, considering the long-distance and high-voltage transmission. The simulation model of the cable is established and its parameters are corrected firstly. According to the different compensation degrees of the shunt reactor, the capacity of the shunt reactor under the configuration scheme of single-end compensation and two-end compensation calculated out. Finally, based on the single-phase grounding fault, the closing and opening conditions in the high-voltage and long-distance wind farm models, and the distribution law of overvoltage along the submarine cable under different reactive power compensation schemes is tested by simulation. The results show that the maximum overvoltage of submarine cables appears in different positions with different compensation schemes. Based on this, the selection methods for high-voltage submarine cable and overvoltage in insulation level design of substation equipment are given out under different compensation schemes, which have certain guiding significance for engineering practice.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis and the predictive value of multiple inflammatory indicators in elderly alcoholic liver cirrhosis patients. Methods A total of 276 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis hospitalized in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis. Seventy-two elderly patients with alcoholic cirrhosis who had spontaneous bacterial peritonitis at admission were included in the observation group, and 204 elderly patients with alcoholic cirrhosis who did not have SBP were included in the control group. The clinical data of patients in the two groups were collected by an electronic medical record system at admission. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between inflammatory factors and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of inflammatory factors for spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. Results Univariate analysis showed that the proportion of combined diabetes, hepatic encephalopathy, and upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, prothrombin time was longer than that in the control group, neutrolphil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR) and C-reactive protein to albumin ratio(CAR) were higher than those in the control group, and lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR) was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P

Background The global prevalence of low back pain is gradually increasing, and it is the main cause of disability, sick leave, and unemployment, posing a heavy burden on individuals and society. Assessing the degree of disability in patients with chronic low back pain is crucial for evaluating the efficacy of clinical interventions and clinical epidemiology. The Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ) is currently the main tool for evaluating disability in patients with low back pain, but the applicability of its measurement performance in the Chinese population remains unclear. Objective To evaluate the applicability of RMDQ in the Chinese population with low back pain and provide evidence for clinical practice and research application. Methods CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, SinoMed, PubMed, Embase and Web of Science were searched from inception to 2023-10-01, to establish a literature base for the performance of the low back pain scale, and then select research on the measurement performance of RMDQ from it. The measurement performance of the RMDQ scale was evaluated according to the COSMIN system evaluation guidelines, and the evidence evaluation level was used to grade the evidence. Results A total of six RMDQ documents were included, with insufficient methodological quality for RMDQ content validity and adequate measurement performance. The quality of internal consistency methodology was very good with uncertainty and measurement performance was adequate; the methodological quality of retesting was uncertain, and the measurement performance was sufficient; the methodological quality of measurement error was uncertain, and the measurement performance was sufficient; the methodological quality of criterion validity was uncertain, and the measurement performance was insufficient; hypothesis testing methodological quality was very good with uncertain, and the measurement performance was sufficient and uncertain; the quality of reactivity methodology was very good, with sufficient and insufficient, while the measurement performance was sufficient with insufficient. According to the GRADE evidence quality rating results, there is low quality evidence to prove uncertainty in content validity, and moderate quality evidence to prove sufficient retesting reliability and internal consistency; there is sufficient evidence of low quality to prove the measurement error and reactivity. There is very low quality evidence of insufficient calibration validity when using the Oswestry Dysfunction Index (ODI) and the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) as calibrators; hypothesis testing had moderate quality evidence of uncertainty. Conclusion The methodological quality of the RMDQ scale is not high, with acceptable measurement performanceand low quality of evidence, and needs to be used cautiously in clinical practice or trials of low back pain in China. Although there is sufficient evidence of moderate quality to prove the reliability and internal consistency of retesting, the research content and methods are not standardized. In future research, attention should be paid to standardization to more accurately assess its applicability in the Chinese population.

[Objective] The aim of this study was to reveal the differences in the driving mechanisms of land expansion between resource-based cities and non-resource-based cities, which could provid references for the formulation of land use policies for the two types of cities. [Methods] Based on a research framework for the differences in driving mechanisms of land expansion in these two types of cities, 273 prefecture-level and above cities were selected as research samples, with data from 2003 to 2020. Comparative analysis, urban expansion intensity index, and panel regression model were used to explore the differences in the spatial expansion driving mechanisms of these cities. [Results] The results show that: (1) From 2003 to 2020, the built-up area of both types of cities showed a trend of expansion, and the average expansion speed of resource-based cities was lower than that of non-resource-based cities. From the perspective of development stage, the expansion speed of resource-based cities showed a trend of growth>mature>regenerative>exhausted type; From the perspective of resource endowment types, the expansion speed of non-metallic, non-ferrous, and oil and gas cities was faster than the average level of resource-based cities. (2) There are differences in the driving mechanisms of spatial expansion between the two types of cities. The population size, transportation development level, investment in science and technology, and environmental quality have a stronger driving effect on the spatial expansion of resource-based cities; The level of economic development, industrial structure, and resource endowment have a stronger driving effect on the spatial expansion of non-resource-based cities.(3) There are differences in the driving mechanisms of spatial expansion in resource-based cities at different stages of development. The level of transportation development and investment in technology have a stronger driving effect on growth- oriented cities; The level of economic development has a stronger driving effect on mature cities; The driving force of environmental quality on declining and regenerative cities is stronger. [Conclusion] The average expansion speed of resource-based cities in China is slower than that of non-resource-based cities; The population size, transportation development level, investment in science and technology, and environmental quality，the level of economic development, industrial structure, and resource endowment are primary factors driving the spatial expansion of cities. Different driving mechanisms are identified for the expansion of the two types of cities and among different types of resource-based cities.

Objective To investigate whether nitrazepam can increase the accuracy of RigiScan measurement of nocturnal penile tumescence and rigidity （NPTR） by improving the sleep quality of patients. Methods All participants received NPTR measurement for two consecutive nights. In Trial 1， 125 normal volunteers were randomly assigned into the control group （n = 68） and experimental group （n = 57）. They took either a placebo or 10 mg of nitrazepam before NPTR testing on the second night to observe the effect of nitrazepam on nocturnal penile erections in the normal population. In Trial 2， 128 patients with erectile dysfunction were randomly assigned into the control group （n = 64） and experimental group （n = 64）. They took either a placebo or 10 mg of nitrazepam before NPTR testing to observe the effect of nitrazepam on NPTR detection parameters including effective erection times （EEE）， total erection duration （TED）， erection duration with erection rigidity≥60% （D60）， average erection rigidity （AER）， average erection tumescence circumference （AET）， rigidity activity unit （RAU） and tumescence activity unit （TAU） at the tip and base of the penis and the normal erection rates. Results In Trial 1， there were no statistically significant differences in NPTR parameters and normal rates between two groups on the second night （all P > 0.05）. The Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire （RCSQ） score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P < 0.001）. In Trial 2， NPTR parameters （D60tip， D60base， AERbase， RAUtip， TAUtip） on the first night were lower compared to those on the second night in the control group （all P < 0.05）， and there were no significant differences in normal erection rates （67.2% vs. 78.1%， P = 0.065）. Except for AETtip （7.85（6.83，8.98） cm vs. 8.10（7.50，8.90） cm， P = 0.014）， there were no statistically significant differences in NPTR parameters and normal erection rates between two nights in the experimental group （all P > 0.05）. In comparison between two groups， the parameters on the first night （EEE， D60tip， RAUtip and TAUtip）and those on the second night （EEE， D60tip， D60base， TED， RAUtip， RAUbase， TAUtip and TAUbase） in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group （all P < 0.05）. No significant difference was observed in the normal erection rates on the first night between two groups （67.2% vs. 65.6%， P = 0.852）， and the normal erection rate on the second night in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （78.1% vs. 57.8%， P = 0.014）. In the experimental group， the RCSQ scores on two nights were higher compared to those in the control group， and the RCSQ scores on the first night were lower than those on the second night in both groups （both P < 0.05）. Conclusions NPTR measurement yields the first night effect. Nitrazepam can significantly inhibit the nocturnal penile erection. Improving sleep quality cannot eliminate the first night effect， whereas increase the false negative rate of NPTR measurement. Nitrazepam should be avoided in the NPTR measurement for patients with normal sleep， whereas it can be given for patients with sleep disorders or sleep difficulty after full consideration of the advantages and disadvantages.

Polysaccharides are one of the main constituents of Cordyceps cicadae (C. cicadae), and they show various biological activities. In the present study, C. cicadae fruiting bodies were used as raw materials to extract polysaccharides using an aqueous two-phase system, along with cellulase and pectinase, aiming to provide references for the further development, utilization, and in-depth research of C. cicadae polysaccharides. Effects of cellulase and pectinase addition amounts and (NH4)2SO4 and polyethylene glycol (PEG) mass fractions on the polysaccharide-extraction rates were analyzed by single-factor experiments. The conditions for C. cicadae polysaccharide extraction were optimized by response-surface methodology, and the antioxidant, hypoglycemic, and hypolipidemic properties of the polysaccharides were evaluated in vitro. The optimal conditions for C. cicadae polysaccharide extraction were as follows: Cellulase addition amount 2.01%, pectinase addition amount 2.07%, (NH4)2SO4 mass fraction 17.72%, and PEG mass fraction 20.87%, the polysaccharide-extraction rate reached 25.34% under these conditions. When the C. cicadae polysaccharide concentration was 1.0~5.0 mg/mL, the maximum Fe2+-chelating and ABTS+ radical-clearance abilities were 16.33%±1.68% and 17.38%±3.07%, respectively. The determination of total reducing power showed that the maximum absorbance of C. cicadae polysaccharides was 0.53±0.005. The maximum inhibitory rates of C. cicadae polysaccharides for α-amylase and α-glucosidase activities were 30.96%±4.53% and 49.40%±1.30% respectively, the maximum adsorption rates of C. cicadae polysaccharides for sodium cholate, sodium taurocholate, and cholesterol were 47.24%±1.89%, 44.88%±0.82%, and 70.19%±2.54% respectively. The results indicated that C. cicadae polysaccharides demonstrate effective antioxidant, hypoglycemic, and hypolipidemic abilities in vitro. This study will provide a theoretical basis for developing C. cicadae polysaccharide-related products, especially for clinical applications.

As the main by-product of rice processing, rice bran is rich in many nutriments, such as oil, protein, and bioactive substances. The protein content in rice bran accounts for about 15%~17% of rice bran, which is divided into albumin, globulin, gliadin and glutenin with the amino acid composition close to the pattern recommended by FAO/WHO. It is a high-quality plant protein source with low allergenicity and high bio-efficacy. The acquisition of rice bran protein can increase the added value of rice and has broad application prospects in the fields of food and medicine. Therefore, this paper reviewes the extraction methods, functional properties and functional complexes of rice bran protein, and the application status of rice bran protein and its complexes in the fields of bioactive peptides, infant food, food additives, nutrition delivery system are also introduced. Finally, the challenge of future research on rice bran protein is proposed. This review provides certain ideas and references for the industrial production and high-value utilization of rice bran protein.

In order to clarify the sensory characteristics of Shine Muscat grape and build its scientific and perfect sensory wheel, this study established a sensory evaluation group to systematically evaluate the sensory characteristics of Shine Muscat grape stored at different temperatures in different producing areas. The study identified 10 appearance contour descriptors that could characterize the sensory characteristics of Shine Muscat grape, including plump pulp, compact, uniform size, jade green, yellow-green, uniform coloring, smooth, glossy, water drop-shaped, spherical. 11 texture contour descriptors, including thin skin, thick flesh, hard, crisp, tender, compact, delicate, elastic, juicy, seedless, and moist and silky. 7 taste profile descriptors, including sweet, crispy, tasty and refreshing, tender, hydrated, and fresh, sweet aftertaste. And 4 aroma profile descriptors, including rose-scented, fruity, sweet and herbaceous aroma, and then constructed the sensory wheel of Shine Muscat grape and its sensory wheel under different storage modes. This research is the first time to analyze the sensory characteristics of Shine Muscat grape and build a sensory wheel, which provides a basis for the sensory communication between producers and consumers, and also provides guidance for the storage, quality improvement and development of Shine Muscat grape.

Background At present, Beijing has formulated a series of performance management policies for community health service centers, most of which focus on assessment and have not yet formed a performance management system. At the same time, there are still many problems in performance management considering the actual work of the centers. On the basis of the original internal performance appraisal system, this study improved the performance management in view of the existing problems, formed a set of performance management system applicable to the district community health service center, provided a reference for the community health service centers to establish a scientific performance management system in the future, and promoted the development of community health service work. Objective To explore the effect of performance management in community health service center. Methods In 2019, this group conducted a baseline survey on the current status of performance management in terms of center position setting, assessment indicators and weights, performance feedback and improvement in 18 community health service centers in Tongzhou District, Beijing. The Delphi expert consultation method was used to determine the evaluation indicators of the implementation effect of performance management, and the Internal Performance Management Manual of Community Health Service Centers (hereinafter referred to as the Manual), which contains 6 first-level indicators (number of services, service utilization, service quality, medical staff performance evaluation, patient satisfaction, and target management) and 34 second-level indicators, was finally determined. 2021, the evaluation of the application effect of the Manual was carried out (number of services, service utilization, service quality, medical staff performance evaluation, patient satisfaction, and target management) . Results The service quantity, service utilization and service quality of key work in 2020 were improved compared with those of the previous year, except for the family doctor contract rate and the real physical examination rate of the elderly, which were slightly lower than the regional average level, other indicators were higher than the regional level; performance management evaluation: Medical staff believed that the salary and workload were relatively matched and very matched increased by 29.8%; the cognition of center development goals, department development goals and individual work priorities increased by 15.6%, 13.2% and 2.6% respectively; the assessment indicators were in line with the actual work increased by 20.6%; reasonableness of index weight value and the secondary performance distribution of departments and stations increased by 19.4% and 8.3% respectively; the incentive that is strong increased by 18.3%; the performance improvement effect increased by 18.1% significantly; the overall satisfaction with performance management increased by 11.8%. Resident satisfaction: satisfaction with chronic disease management, children's health management, medical staff's technical level, and medical treatment results improved to varying degrees. Year-end assessment of district level: except for 1 center whose ranking remained unchanged, the rest of the centers were all improved. Salary: annual per capita incomes of on-the-job workers, doctors, nurses, and preventive and public health personnel increased by 5.2%, 7.6%, 8.4%, and 10.4% respectively, which was forty seven, eighty seven, forty four and thirty nine thousand higher than that of the whole region. Conclusion After the demonstration of community health service centers with different economic development levels, the application effect of the performance management system is remarkable, which improves the quantity and quality level of key work in the community, enhances the enthusiasm and service ability of medical staff, and then improves the satisfaction of patients, and it has certain promotion value. However, the number of centers that apply performance management system is limited and the time is short, so it is necessary to expand the application scope and continue to track the application situation in the future.

Chronic coronary disease (CCD) refers to chronic heart or vascular disease caused by insufficient blood flow into or out of the heart. The incidence and mortality rates of CCD are high, resulting in significant personal, economic, and societal burdens. In July 2023, the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American College of Cardiology (ACC), along with other academic organizations, jointly released the 2023 AHA/ACC/ACCP/ASPC/NLA/PCNA Guideline for the Management of Patients with Chronic Coronary Disease. This guideline provides a on the evidence-based and patient-centered approach to comprehensive management of patients with CCD. It covers the epidemiology of CCD, patient assessment, diagnosis, risk stratification, treatment, management of special populations, patient follow-up, and related considerations. The guideline emphasizes the importance of a healthy diet, regular physical exercise, and tobacco avoidance for cardiovascular health. It also updates the recommendations for the use of sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RA) and provides the latest evidence-based recommendations for clinical practice. This article provides a key interpretation of the management strategies outlined in the guideline, aiming to provide a basis for the development and update of relevant guidelines in China. The goal is to standardize and improve the specialized diagnosis and care for patients with CCD, with the ultimate aim of providing evidence-based guidance for clinical practice and improving the prognosis of patients with CCD.

Path planning is one of the key technologies that urgently need to be solved in the application of coal mine robots in narrow underground roadways. A path planning method for coal mine robots based on improved APF algorithm is proposed to address the issues of traditional artificial potential field (APF) algorithms that planning paths in narrow roadway environments may be too close to the roadway boundary, as well as the possibility of unreachable targets and path oscillations near obstacles. Referring to the relevant provisions of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations, the boundary potential field between the two sides of the roadway is established. The robot's path is planned as much as possible in the middle of the roadway to improve the safety of robot travel. The method introduces regulatory factors into the repulsive potential field of obstacles to solve the problem of unreachable targets. The method introduces corner constraint coefficients to smooth the planned path, reduce oscillations, improve planning efficiency, and ensure the safety of the planned path. The simulation results show that when the target point is very close to the obstacle, the improved APF algorithm can successfully plan a path that can reach the target point. The improved APF algorithm reduces the planning cycle by an average of 14.48% compared to traditional algorithms. The cumulative value of steering angle reduces by an average of 87.41%, and the sum of absolute curvature values is reduced by an average of 78.09%. The results indicate that the improved APF algorithm plans smoother paths, shorter path lengths, and has higher planning efficiency and safety.

A flexible wipe paper for rapid nondestructive detection of ferbam residues on the surface of fruits and vegetables by surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) was prepared using filter paper as the substate by a simple soaking method. The synthesis and storage conditions were optimized to ensure that the SERS method has excellent performance. The results showed that concentration factor of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), soaking time in AgNP solution and drying method greatly affected the performance of the SERS wipe paper. The performance under the condition of soaking for 8 h in a 5-fold concentrate of AgNP solution was significantly better than that under other conditions. The SERS wipe paper prepared by vacuum drying had better performance that those prepared by other drying methods. After 9 days of storage at −20 ℃, the optimized substrate retained approximately 50% of the original peak value. Besides, it exhibited good sensitivity, uniformity, and repeatability. The limit of detection (LOD) for ferbam on a glass plate was 4.07 × 10-6 mg/mL, and the LOD for ferbam on the surface of spinach and nectarine were 0.043 and 0.062 mg/kg, respectively. This study provides an excellent basis for the development and utilization of SERS wipe paper.

With the overconsumption of fossil carbon resources, resulting in a large amount of CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions, caused by global climate change has become one of the major challenges facing all mankind. At the same time, the development and utilization of coal resources will produce a large amount of coal-based solid wastes containing calcium and magnesium, such as fly ash, desulfurization gypsum and other solid wastes. How to realize efficient CO2 capture and sequestration is a very challenging issue nowadays, as well as the large-scale comprehensive utilization of fly ash, coal gasification slag, and other large-scale heavy polluting industrial solid wastes is still in need of a breakthrough. Under the goal of “double carbon”, CO2 mineralization from coal-based solid waste is a potential strategy to effectively address global warming, and mineral carbonation of coal-based solid wastes containing calcium and magnesium has great prospects for carbon dioxide capture and sequestration (CCS) as well as for the resource-based disposal of solid waste. However, the industrial application bottleneck of CO2 mineralization in coal-based solid waste is still unable to break through. This paper reviews the current development of CO2 mineralization from fly ash (FA), desulfurization gypsum (FGDG), and coal gasification slag (CGS), with the aim of exploring the reasons for their technical limitations. Firstly, this paper briefly elaborates on the pathways for CO2 mineralization of coal based solid waste, revealing the reaction process and principles of CO2 mineralization of coal based solid waste. Secondly, the mineralization potential and process of typical coal-based solid waste were summarized and compared to clarify the mechanism of the regulation of the process parameters on the product properties during CO2 mineralization process. Finally, the performance of CO2 mineralization products from coal-based solid waste was summarized, and the feasibility of the mineralization process and its environmental impact were elucidated using a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). This paper will provide optimization suggestions on the process technology of coal-based solid waste CO2 mineralization to promote the strategic goal of low-carbon transformation in the coal industry.

Objective In well-trapped hydrothermal geothermal reservoirs, the research on injecting CO2 into reservoirs simultaneously with recharge water is carried out, which has both economic and environmental benefits for carbon sequestration. Methods A 3D reservoir model was established to study the CO2 breakthrough time and the migration of CO2-rich brine in a reservoir under different well spacings, formation inclination angles, sieve tube positions and exploitation and reinjection rates. Results The results show that (1) when the exploitation and reinjection rate is 20 kg/s and the well spacing is 1 200 m within 20 years of operation, there is no CO2 breakthrough. (2) In inclined formations, when the recharge well is located downstream of the production well, as the formation inclination angle increases, the CO2 breakthrough time increases, and the migration distance of carbonated water increases along the downdip direction of the formation. (3) Considering the impact of the screen position on the breakthrough time and CO2 mass fraction in the production well after breakthrough, it is beneficial to ensure the safety and effectiveness of CO2 geological storage when the recharge well sieve tube is located 30 m above the reservoir and the production well sieve is located 30 m below the reservoir. (4) The exploitation and reinjection rates have greater impacts on the CO2 breakthrough time. When the exploitation and reinjection rate is 12 kg/s, there is no CO2 breakthrough. When the exploitation and reinjection rate increases to 28 kg/s, the breakthrough time decreases to 11.8 years. Conclusion Therefore, in practical engineering applications, the CO2 breakthrough time can be delayed, and the safety of CO2 geological storage can be improved through the study of operating parameters and the inherent characteristics of the formation.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of lacidophilin on inflammation and intestinal microflora in H. pylori-induced gastritis mice. Methods: Established an H. pylori-infected mice model by orally administering an H. pylori suspension. The mice were randomly divided into a model group and a lacidophilin treatment group, which received treatment for four weeks. Gram staining, Warthin-Starry silver staining, and H. pylori immunohistochemical staining were conducted to confirm the colonization of H. pylori in the gastric mucosa of mice. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining was performed to observe any histopathological changes in the gastric mucosa of mice. Immunohistochemistry was carried out to observe the expression of iNOS, IL-1β, and 3-Nitrotyrosine in the gastric mucosa of mice. Additionally, the structure of intestinal microflora was analyzed using 16S rRNA sequencing. Results: The successful establishment of H. pylori-infected mice. Lacidophilin improved the stomach histopathological morphology in mice with H. pylori-induced gastritis and inhibited iNOS, IL-1β, and 3-Nitrotyrosine expression in the gastric mucosa. The composition and structure of the gut microbiota among the lacidophilin group showed noticeable differences in comparison to the H. pylori-infected group. Lacidophilin augmented the diversity of intestinal microflora in H. pylori-infected mice by regulating the abundance of Firmicutes, Actinobacteriota, Bacteroidete, and Verrucomicrobiota. At the genus level, Lacidophilin resulted in significant growth stimulation of beneficial bacteria such as g_norank_f_Muribaculaceae, Akkermansia, and Alistipes, while suppressing the proliferation of inflammation-related bacteria such as Dubosiella, thereby improving the composition and structure of the gut microbiota. Conclusion: Lacidophilin has the potential to rebalance the composition and structure of gut microbiota that has been compromised by H. pylori infection. It may have a protective effect on mice with H. pylori-induced gastritis by promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria, reducing inflammatory reactions, and alleviating oxidative damage to the gastric mucosa.

Background Due to its unique advantages, virtual reality rehabilitation (VR) training has been widely used in the field of rehabilitation therapy, but there is a lack of study on its application efficacy in patients with sudden deafness and vertigo. Objective To observe the efficacy of coventional vestibular rehabilitation training and vestibular rehabilitation training assisted by VR technology in patients with sudden deafness and vertigo. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 84 patients with sudden deafness and vertigo were selected from the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and randomly divided into the two groups, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given drug therapy combined with coventional vestibular rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given vestibular rehabilitation training assisted by VR technology on the basis of drug therapy. The Dizziness Disorder Scale (DHI) and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) were respectively used to evaluate the two groups before intervention, 7 and 14 days after the intervention. Results Finally 81 patients completed the trial, including 41 patients in the observation group and 40 patients in the control group. Group and time had interaction effects on DHI-Function (F), DHI-Emotion (E) and DHI-Physical (P) scores and total DHI score (P0.05) ; DHI sub-scores and total score in both groups after 7 and 14 days of intervention were lower than those before intervention (P0.05). HADS sub-scores and total score in both groups after 7 and 14 days of intervention were lower than those before intervention (P0.05) . Conclusion Vestibular rehabilitation training is effective for patients with sudden deafness and vertigo, and the vestibular rehabilitation training assisted by VR technology can obviously improve patients' balance disorders and quality of life.

Periodic abnormal power fluctuations of wind turbines can easily cause low-frequency oscillations of the power grid, threatening the safety of the power grid. Wind turbine power signals are nonlinear and non-stationary signals, and their abnormal fluctuation Frequencies are uncertain, which makes it difficult to extract and detect abnormal power fluctuation features. This paper proposes a method for detecting abnormal power fluctuations of wind turbine based on subband processing and correlation coefficient. For the application of this method, the author first removed trend items of the original power signal by high-pass filter, and decomposed the signal by the subband processing filter bank to obtain a series of subband signals; calculated the cross-correlation coefficient between the power signal with trend items removed and each subband signal respectively, located the subband where periodic abnormal fluctuation occurred and filtered useful subband according to cross-correlation coefficients; obtained high signal-to-noise ratio signal reconstructed based on the filtered subband signal; and by combining the peak detection method and the autocorrelation analysis method, identified the time period where periodic abnormal fluctuations of specific amplitude of the reconstructed signal, thus realizing the detection of periodic abnormal power fluctuations of wind turbine. Field data tests show that for periodic abnormal power fluctuations of different frequencies such as 0.06Hz and 0.32Hz, the proposed method can effectively identify the subband where periodic abnormal fluctuations occur and the periodic abnormal fluctuation characteristics.

"Objective To search，organize,and summarize the best evidence of rehabilitation timing for patients after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery, providing reference for clinical practice. Methods Databases and websites such as UpToDate, USC, AHQR, Cochrane Library, JBI Library, Embase, PubMed, China Biomedical Literature Database, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, and the National Institute of Health and Care Extellence (NICE) were searched systematically. The types of literature retrieval included clinical decision-making, clinical practice guidelines, expert consensus, best evidence summary, and systematic evaluation/meta-analysis. The search period was from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2023, and relevant literature on the timing of rehabilitation for patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery was collected. Two researchers independently conducted literature screening and methodological quality evaluation, extracted and summarized literature that met the standards, and formed the best evidence. Results A total of 11 articles were included, including 3 guidelines, 2 expert consensus, and 6 systematic evaluations. By summarizing and refining the evidence, a total of 5 aspects were formed, including the definition of early/delayed plans, fixed time, rehabilitation timing, exercise methods, and functional outcomes, with a total of 25 pieces of evidence. Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence for rehabilitation timing after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery. Clinical staff can intervene with patients based on the best evidence, choose the best timing for targeted rehabilitation plans, and adjust rehabilitation strategies in a timely manner to improve patients adaptability and promote rapid recovery."

Objective To compare the analgesic effects and safety of ultransound-guided thoracic paravertebral block (TPVB) and intercostal nerve block (INB) in patients with unilateral multiple rib fractures. Methods Patients with unilateral multiple rib fractures treated by surgery at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected. A total of 82 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included,and divided into TPVB group (20 mL of ropivacaine 0.33% for TPVB after general anesthesia) and INB group (5 mL of ropivacaine 0.33% for INB after general anesthesia) by random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The visual analog score (VAS) was used to assess patients pain, and the time and dosage of analgesics were recorded. The pulmonary and non-pulmonary complications within 72 hours after operation were observed. Results Kaplan-Meier curves showed that there was a statistically significant difference in first use time of analgesics between the two groups (χ2=6.125, P=0.013). The proportion of patients with analgesia demand in the TPVB group was significantly lower than that in the INB group within 24 hours after operation (19.51% vs 36.59%, χ2=4.895， P=0.027)and 48 hours after operation(41.46% vs 63.41%， χ2=3.961， P=0.047), and the total dose of analgesics used 〖LM〗in the TPVB group 25-48 hours after operation was significantly lower than that in the INB group ［(13.78±9.48) mg vs (26.20±12.31)mg, t=3.527, P＜0.01］. VAS scores at rest and during coughing at all time points after surgery significantly decreased in both groups (P＜0.01). At 6 and 18 hours postoperatively, the VAS score at rest in the TPVB group was lower than that in the INB group, and at 1, 6, and 18 hours postoperatively, the VAS score when coughing in the TPVB group was lower than that in the INB group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary and non-pulmonary complications between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided TPVB can effectively alleviate pain and reduce opioid consumption in patients with unilateral multiple rib fractures compared with INB."

【Objective】The digitization of agriculture and rural areas is considered to be a crucial element in promoting rural revitalization and enhancing agricultural construction, significantly contributing to the increase of farmers' income. The study aims to develop an comprehensive framework for evaluating the digitization of agriculture and rural areas, empirically investigating its effectiveness in income increase and clarifying the action mechanisms. Additionally, it provides policyoriented insights to alleviate the challenges of the "digital divide" and to advance the sophisticated development of the digital economy in agricultural and rural areas.【Methods】The panel data from 31 provinces (region) in China from 2011-2020 was selected, and the Entropy-Weighted TOPSIS Method was applied for assessing the level of digitalization in agriculture and rural areas. The fixed and mediation effects were utilized to investigate the influence and mechanisms of digitalization on farmers'income increase. A threshold model was employed to explore the threshold effects between the digitalization and the increase of farmers' income.【Results】(1) Digitalization in agriculture and rural areas significantly enhances farmers' income; with a 1% increase in digitalization level corresponding to an average income increase of 57.4 CNY for farmers. The positive effect is more pronounced in the eastern regions, while it appears to be inhibitory in the central regions and less evident in promoting income in the western regions, indicating the presence of a "digital divide". (2) Digitalization in agriculture and rural areas contributes to farmers' income increase through multiple channels: fostering diversification of farmers' occupations, accelerating land circulation, enhancing the probability of farmers obtaining financing, and promoting the sales of agricultural products. (3) Digital inclusive finance exhibits significant dual threshold effects between digitalization in agriculture and rural areas and farmers' income increase, with the first threshold value at 33.401 and the second at 148.370. As the threshold interval increases, the impact of digitalization on farmers' income increase demonstrates a "positive U-shaped" relationship, showing as initially inhibitory and subsequently promotive.【Conclusion】Digitalization in agriculture and rural areas effectively facilitates income increase for farmers, however, the challenges of the "digital divide" persist. Consequently, it proposes policy implications such as enhancing digital infrastructure, providing training and education in agricultural digitalization, promoting the development of rural digital inclusive finance, and formulating region-specific digital development strategies to further augment farmers' income.

In recent years, to liberate coal resources from high pressure limestone water on the coal seam floor, North China Coalfields have generally adopted surface directional drilling technology to carry out regional grouting reinforcement and transformation (commonly known as “floor regional treatment”) on the thin-layer limestone of the Taiyuan Formation in order to comprehensively seal karst cracks in limestone and block vertical guide water channels. In this technology, the design of the spacing between “horizontal branching holes” closely related to the diffusion range (radius) of the slurry has been widely studied by academia and industry. There is a large amount of grouting work in the bottom plate area of the Anhui North mining area, especially in the mining of deep resources, which will cost billions of yuan. It is necessary to verify the true data of the diffusion range of the grout. Therefore, based on the Hengyuan Coal Mine in the northern Anhui mining area as the research base, relying on the II63 mining area floor area treatment project, the slurry diffusion range tracing test was designed and implemented. The fluorescent agent (tracer) was added to the horizontal branch hole (Z8-7) in the middle, and the rock debris samples were taken from the horizontal branch holes (Z8-6, Z8-8) and cross branch detection holes (Z8JC) on both sides to identify fluorescent cement and obtain the diffusion range of the slurry. Furthermore, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of slurry diffusion, a formula for calculating the diffusion range of slurry in the grouting treatment of the bottom plate area of the Hengyuan Coal Mine was constructed. The results show that: ① Based on the analysis of on-site and indoor identification results of rock debris, the diffusion range of grouting slurry under the coal seam floor area of the Hengyuan Coal Mine II63 mining area was 38.3−44.0 m, and the cement distribution was dense within the diffusion range of horizontal branch hole slurry within 30 meters. The grouting effect was the best in this area. ② Through a rapid identification of on-site rock cuttings and precise identification of indoor rock cuttings, the diffusion range of the slurry obtained was basically consistent, proving the effectiveness of fluorescence tracing of the diffusion range of the slurry. ③ Through comparative analysis, it was believed that under actual grouting conditions such as calculation parameters and boundary constraints, the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation results of the slurry diffusion range were close to the measured results of on-site tracing experiments. ④ Using the data from water pressure tests, grouting parameters, drilling structures, and hydrogeological responses during the tracer test process, taking into account the factors such as gravity, structure, and groundwater runoff, and using SPSS nonlinear fitting software, a formula for calculating the diffusion range of grouting slurry in the bottom plate area of the Hengyuan Coal Mine II63 mining area was obtained. ⑤ Based on the actual geological and hydrogeological conditions of the injection layer in the Hengyuan Coal Mine, using the fitted slurry diffusion range calculation formula, the slurry diffusion range of Z8 site in the II63 mining area was obtained to be 37.8−42.9 m, which was similar to the measured results of the slurry diffusion range tracer test. The calculation formula could be promoted and applied under similar conditions. The on-site tracing engineering test of the diffusion range of grouting slurry in the coal mine floor area not only obtained real data on the diffusion range of slurry, but also clarified the inherent relationship between slurry diffusion and various geological and hydrogeological factors. The diffusion mechanism of grouting slurry for ultra deep and ultra long directional drilling was revealed, and a formula for calculating the diffusion range of slurry was constructed, providing a reference basis for the reasonable design of horizontal branch hole spacing in bottom plate area treatment projects under similar conditions.

High-intensity land use and fragmented habitats are becoming more prevalent with urbanization, thereby accelerating the demand for maintaining and improving the ecological connectivity of habitat patches in high-density built-up areas. Previous studies have shown that small dispersed patches are crucial for enhancing connectivity across an entire landscape. However, as an important component of urban green space, residential green space in high-density built-up areas is often overlooked in ecological connectivity analysis. Taking Futian district, Shenzhen, as a case study, we explored the ecological connectivity in high-density built-up areas considering not only habitat patches but also green areas in residential quarters. We identified ecological patches and green areas in the residential areas of the study area. This was followed by a functional connectivity analysis under different scenarios. Several protection suggestions for improving ecological connectivity have been proposed based on functional connectivity analyses under different scenarios. The results show: 1) The area of residential green space in Futian district is 3.86 km2, covering 26.9% of the total green space in the study area, with the western part being sparser than other regions. The total area of the ecological patches was 14.34 km2, and the importance of the patches was not consistent with their size. The ecological connectivity of Lianhuashan Park in the central region, Lichi Park in the eastern region, and Huanggang Park in the southern region is greatly affected by the contiguous or continuously distributed strips of residential green space around them. 2) Residential green spaces affect eco-connectivity primarily by lowering corridor resistance, creating connectors for regions that require protection, and supporting biological flow. In particular, it had the largest effect on middle-resistance corridors (the unit cost distance was reduced by 29.2%) and alleviated the situation of pinch points formed in narrow low-resistance channels in high-density built-up areas. 3) The ecological pinch points that recurred in the ecological network under different scenarios of connecting residential green spaces and different resistance thresholds were identified as the most valuable primary pinch points for protection. It is recommended to strengthen the intersection of Xinzhou Road and Fumin Road and prioritize the protection of residential green spaces located near the ecological patches and on the topological connection between the ecological patches, with a scale exceeding the average size of 5,920.22 m2. Through the analysis of pinch points in various scenarios, it was found that 21 pinch points, including those close to Lianhuashan Park, could be used as substitute green spaces for urban renewal projects when nearby residential green spaces are destroyed or occupied. This supports the preservation of functional connectivity in urban renewal projects. It is increasingly difficult to construct significant habitat patches in high-density built-up areas to compensate for habitat fractures. The results identified the significant location and proportion of residential green spaces as critical bio-flow carriers in Futian District. These findings could encourage more comprehensive urban conservation plans that incorporate both sizable habitat patches and residential green spaces. These findings can be used to create more effective sustainable development plans that encourage biodiversity in urban renewal planning.

[Introduction] With the large-scale application of new energy, the challenges faced by the grid connection of new energy power generation are growing, and the importance of energy storage system is increasing. carbon dioxide energy storage (CES) technology is a kind of compressed gas energy storage technology emerging in recent years, with the advantages of high energy storage density, long service life and high design flexibility. For liquid carbon dioxide energy storage (LCES) technology, CO2 is stored as liquid phase in both HP and LP sides of the system, which has high energy storage density and strong operation stability. [Method] Firstly, the operation principle and key technical indicators of the LCES system was introduced and the importance of carbon dioxide liquefaction and common liquefaction processes were clarified. Then, the research status of CO2 liquefaction on the LP side of the LCES system was introduced, including the use of mixed energy storage working medium, self-condensation, the LNG cold energy, and the regenerator. The characteristics of each method were analyzed in detail. [Result] The research indicates that the application of regenerator is the most effective method. It is necessary to further analyze the challenges faced by current cold storage liquefaction technology and its development direction. [Conclusion] The research could provide guidance for the further development of CO2 liquefaction technology for the LCES system.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external diaphragmatic pacing(EDP) combined with Hu Xi Jian Fei Gong in the treatment of pulmonary dysfunction in stroke patients. Methods From July 2020 to July 2022, 162 stroke patients in Shanghai Tongren Hospital and Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 81 patients in each group.Both group received conventional rehabilitation and EDP, and the observation group additionally received Hu Xi Jian Fei Gong.Forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1), peak expiratory flow(PEF), diaphragmatic mobility, end-expiratory diaphragmatic thickness, and end-inspiratory diaphragmatic thickness were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.The activity of daily living(ADL) of 72 patients admitted to Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were compared before treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks after the end of treatment. Objective To investigate the relationship between grip strength and physical mobility and bone mineral density(BMD) in elderly hospitalized patients. Methods 235 elderly patients(≥ 60 years) treated in the Department of Geriatrics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected to assess their grip strength and physical mobility(gait speed, 5 sitting up test time, and up-and-go test time) and analyze their correlation with BMD. Background Schizophrenia often experience severe social discrimination throughout their entire survival period, resulting in self isolation or social isolation. Limited studies have been conducted on social isolation in young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia in remission. Objective To describe the social isolation experience of young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia in remission, aiming to provide reference for developing supportive intervention plans to alleviate the social isolation experience of this population. Methods A purposive sampling method was used to select young and middle-aged schizophrenia patients aged 18-59 who had been hospitalized at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University and were willing to continue follow-up after discharge as the research subjects. From May to December 2022, a semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted face-to-face with the respondents, and the themes were summarized and extracted using content analysis method. Results A total of 18 young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia in remission were included. By analyzing the interview data, a total of 3 themes and 8 sub themes were extracted, including the performance of social isolation in young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia in remission (containing 2 subthemes of negative emotional experience and withdrawal between expectation and behavior) ; subjective reasons for social isolation in young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia in remission (containing 2 subthemes of self isolation and self discrimination) , and the objective reasons for social isolation in young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia in remission (containing 4 subthemes of social discrimination and passive containing, effects of adverse drug reactions, increased burden of living and care caused by mental illness, and the lack of social support) . Conclusion Young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia in remission may experience social isolation due to impaired physical health, poor psychological status, and insufficient social support. Healthcare professionals should strengthen symptom management and psychological counseling for this population. The government and all sectors of society should actively guide positive perception of mental illness and provide certain social support; family support should be strengthened to help young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia in remission reintegrate and adapt to society.

Objective To explore the predictive value of different machine learning models based on MRI radiomics combined with clinical features for histological grade of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Clinical data of 150 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by pathological biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into the training set and validation set at a ratio of 4∶1. Features were extracted from the regions of interest of T2WI fat suppression sequence （FS-T2WI） and enhanced T1WI （delayed phase）. After dimensionality reduction and feature selection， logistic regression （LR）， support vector machine （SVM）， naïve Bayes （NB）， random forest （RF）， Light Gradient Boosting Machine （LightGBM）， K-nearest neighbor （KNN） were used to construct a radiomics model for predicting the histological grade of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The area under the receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve （AUC） was used to evaluate the predictive performance of the six models. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to predict the independent risk factors， and a combined model of clinical and radiomics was established. The differences of each model were compared by AUC， and the clinical value of the model was evaluated by decision curve （DCA）. Results In the radiomics model， the LightGBM model had the largest AUC （0.910 in the training set， and 0.839 in the validation set）. The AUC of clinical features combined with LightGBM model was the largest （0.935 in the training set， and 0.888 in the validation set）， which was higher than those of clinical model （0.762 in the training set， and 0.710 in the validation set） and LightGBM radiomics model. Conclusions The LightGBM model has a high predictive value in the radiomics model. The combined model has the optimal DCA effect and the highest clinical net benefit. The combined prediction model combining radiomics and clinical features has good predictive value for cervical squamous cell carcinoma with low differentiation， providing a non-invasive and efficient method for clinical decision-making.

The annexins(ANX) family is widely present in the cell membrane, cytoplasm or extracellular matrix. As key tumor regulatory molecules, annexins A (ANX A) family can promote or inhibit invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells by influencing cell membrane and cytoskeleton formation and participating in signaling pathways. ANX A family also plays a role in the apoptosis of breast cancer cells by regulation of pro-apoptotic proteins and cell cycle independent kinases (CDKs) and related pathways. In addition, ANX A family can also promote therapeutic resistance to a large number of drugs. For instance,ANX A1 enhances triple-negative breast cancer resistance by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transformation. ANX A4 induces resistance by forming ANX A4-Fhit complexes and secretion of exosomes containing ANX A6 promotes paclitaxel resistance in breast cancer cells in a YAP1-dependent manner. So ANX A family may be a new target for breast cancer treatment.

Background and objective Lung cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common pathological subtype, with adenocarcinoma being the predominant type. FAT atypical cadherin 1 (FAT1) is a receptor-like protein with a high frequency of mutations in lung adenocarcinoma. The protein encoded by FAT1 plays a crucial role in processes such as cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. This study aims to investigate the expression of FAT1 in lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with immune infiltration. Methods Gene expression levels and relevant clinical information of 513 lung adenocarcinoma samples and 397 adjacent lung samples were obtained through The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) data. The mRNA expression levels of the FAT1 gene in lung adenocarcinoma tissues were analyzed, along with its association with the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Pathway enrichment analysis was conducted to explore the signaling pathways regulated by the FAT1 gene. Immunoblotting was used to detect the differential expression of FAT1 in lung epithelial cells and various lung cancer cell lines, while immunohistochemistry was employed to assess FAT1 expression in lung cancer and adjacent tissues. Results FAT1 gene mutations were identified in 14% of lung adenocarcinoma patients. TCGA database data revealed significantly higher FAT1 mRNA expression in lung adenocarcinoma tissues compared to adjacent lung tissues. Kaplan-Meier analysis indicated lower survival rates in lung adenocarcinoma patients with higher FAT gene expression. Pathway enrichment analysis suggested the involvement of FAT1 in tumor development pathways, and its expression was closely associated with immune cell infiltration. Immunohistochemical validation demonstrated significantly higher expression of FAT1 in cancer tissues compared to adjacent lung tissues. Conclusion FAT1 mRNA is highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, and elevated FAT1 mRNA expression is associated with poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma patients. FAT1 may serve as a potential biomarker for lung cancer.

The nuclear reactor system is complex and the operating environment is harsh, resulting in the complex phenomena of multi-physics coupling. The multi-physics coupling codes developed in the early stage shows limitations on codes' scalability and generality. Therefore, it is of great significance to build a multi-physics coupling framework and conduct research on key technologies in coupling problems, which may accelerate the development process of autonomous multi-physics coupling platform in China. In this paper, the multi-dimensional and multi-physics coupling finite element analysis platform for nuclear reactor developed by XJTU-NuTHeL was introduced. The main work consisted of the development of thermal-hydraulic model, the research of fuel performance analysis technology and the establishment of multi-physics coupling framework. In terms of thermal-hydraulic calculation, XJTU-NuTHeL conducted a series of studies on pressurized water reactors and advanced reactors grounded in the advanced multi-physics coupling framework, and developed the nuclear reactor system safety analysis code, NUSAC. In addition, a subchannel analysis model tailored for liquid metal fast reactors was established, and the fully coupled subchannel transient analysis code, FLARE, was developed. NUSAC and FLARE were then verified against relevant codes and experimental data. In the realm of fuel performance analysis, considering the wide application of finite element method in solid mechanics and its versatile modeling capabilities, XJTU-NuTHeL developed a fuel performance analysis code, BEEs, based on finite element method. The code could not only conduct multi-physics coupling analysis for traditional rod fuels under steady and transient conditions, but also extends its applicability to accident tolerant fuels and other fuels with diverse geometric shapes. This paper focused on the study and analysis of coated particle dispersed fuel and plate type fuel. The multi-scale simulation results of coated particle dispersed fuels, as well as the thermomechanical and corrosion behavior of plate type fuels were shown. In the context of multi-physics coupling analysis, the efficiency and accuracy of different mesh grid mapping schemes were studied and a multi-physics coupling framework was established. An example of the framework was then presented, showcasing the integration of the fuel performance code BEEs, the Monte Carlo neutron physics code OpenMC, and reactor system safety analysis code NUSAC. The keys parameters of mechanics, thermal-hydraulic and neutronics were obtained and analyzed through the coupling different codes. The multi-dimensional and multi-physics coupling finite element analysis platform built in this paper can provide a strong support for the high-fidelity numerical simulation of nuclear reactor multi-scale and multi-physics coupling.

Objective To investigate the effect of silencing alpha tubulin acetyltransferase 1 (α-TAT1) on migration behavior of endothelial cells induced by hepatopulmonary syndrome (HPS). Methods Online database Tabula Muris was used to analyze the expression of α-TAT1 in various cell subsets in the lungs. Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (Sham group, n=6) and common bile duct ligation group (HPS group, n=18). The rats in HPS group were euthanasized at 2 and 4 weeks after modelling, and then the expression of α-TAT1 in pulmonary vascular endothelial cells was detected by immunofluorescence colocalization. The sera from the Sham and HPS rats were used to stimulate human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) for 12 and 24 h, respectively. Then the obtained HUVECs were divided into 4 groups: Sham serum + siRNA NC group, Sham serum + siRNA α-TAT1 group, HPS serum+ siRNA NC group, HPS serum + siRNA α-TAT1 group. The expression levels of α-TAT1 and Ace-α-tubulin in HUVECs were detected by Western blotting. Immunofluorescence assay was applied to observe the levels of polymerized microtubules of α-Tubulin in HUVECs after nocodazole (10 μmol/L) pretreatment to evaluate the stability of microtubule structure. Cell scratch assay combined with cell immunofluorescence assay was employed to observe the nuclear localization of Golgi apparatus and cell migration ability of HUVECs. The angiogenesis ability of HUVECs was tested by in vitro angiogenesis test. Results In vivo and in vitro experiments showed that the expression of α-TAT1 in endothelial cells was significantly increased after HPS inducement. The expression levels of α-TAT1 and Ace-α-tubulin were significantly down-regulated, and the stability of microtubules was weakened in the siRNA α-TAT1 interference group (P < 0.01). In addition, the distribution of GM130 labeled Golgi apparatus in the protrusion of HUVECs was down-regulated in the siRNA α-TAT1 interference group, as well as the migration ability (P < 0.01). And the length of angiogenesis and network level were also significantly declined (P < 0.01). Conclusion Silencing α-TAT1 reduces the migration and angiogenesis of endothelial cells in HPS, which was associated with weakened stabilization of microtubule.

Objective To comprehensively explore the serological characteristics of anti-PP1Pk and potential therapeutic strategies for recurrent miscarriage in p-blood type pregnant women. Methods Neutralization with pigeon egg white and human plasma, disruption of IgM antibodies by 2-mercaptoethanol reagent, and complement adding were conducted. Anti-PP1Pk titers under different processing conditions, media and temperatures were determined, and neutralizing effect of human plasma on anti-PP1Pk and its sensitization complement ability were analyzed. Results The titers of anti-PP1Pk in saline and column agglutination were 4 and 8, respectively. Low temperature increased titers, while β-mercaptoethanol treatment significantly reduced them. Pigeon egg white partially neutralized anti-PP1Pk antibodies. Human plasma was also capable of reducing anti-PP1Pk titers with neutralization capability surpassing that of pigeon egg white, and there were individual differences in neutralization capability. Conclusion The anti-PP1Pk was a blend of antibodies encompassing both IgM and IgG types, exhibiting cold reactivity, and having the potential for complement activation. Human plasma emerges as an effective modulator for diminishing the efficacy of anti-PP1Pk. Plasma transfusion holds promise as a therapeutic avenue for addressing recurrent miscarriages in pregnant individuals with the p phenotype.

Aiming at the rehabilitation training of patients with lower extremity damage and stroke, a multi-degree-of-freedom adjustable lower extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton is designed. The screw mechanism is used to replace the traditional leg structure, and there is a rotation module at the waist, which can better realize the human-machine collaboration. The lower extremity exoskeleton dynamics model is established by the Lagrangian method, and the theoretical torque is calculated; the lower extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton model is constructed, and the finite element simulation and exoskeleton kinematics/dynamics simulation are carried out using Ansys and Adams software, respectively. The results verify the rationality of the structural design, and provide a basis for the subsequent lower limb exoskeleton manufacturing and motor selection.

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with nausea and vomiting after paclitaxel liposome chemotherapy treated by acupoint injection therapy combined with intravenous administration of antiemetic drugs. Comprehensive nursing interventions on hospitalization environment, dietary and emotion of the patient were carried out. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory, Zusanli acupoint injection of metoclopramide combined with intravenous drips of ondansetron was administrated to relieve the nausea and vomiting symptoms and improve the gastrointestinal function of the patient during chemotherapy. ObjectiveTuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a rare autosomal dominant genetic disease involving multiple organ system. Renal angiomyolipoma (RAML) is a leading cause of death for adult TSC patients. Our study aims at investigating the clinical manifestations of TSC-RAML to enable clinicians to have a better understanding of the disease in Chinese patients.MethodsWe reviewed retrospectively the data collected from patients with TSC-RAML in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2014 to January 2023. We also collected information about the age, gender, imageological examination, RAML stage, and comorbidities.ResultsA total of 186 TSC-RAML patients were registered, 65 of whom were males and 121 were females(male-to-female ratio 1∶1.86). The median age of all patients was 31 years old. Totally, 117 cases (62.9%)of RAML were rated stage 6. Twenty-two cases (11.8%) had a history of tumor rupture and bleeding. Research shows statistical differences between high and low grade on RAML rupture bleeding(P=0.0475). Angiofibromas/fibrous cephalic plaque (155/186, 83.3%), subependymal nodules(103/146, 70.5%), lymphangioleiomyomatosis (102/157, 65.0%), hypomelanotic macules (114/186, 61.3%), and shagreen patch (83/186, 44.6%)were the most common clinical manifestations. All patients with lymphangioleiomyomatosis(LAM) were female(P < 0.0001).ConclusionsFemale patients predominated TSC-RAML patients. Most RAML were in stage 6. About 11.8% cases had a history of tumor rupture and hemorrhage. The higher grade meant the higher proportion of tumor rupture and hemorrhage. Dermatological and nervous lesions were the most common comorbidities. All patients with LAM in this study were female.

To improve the growth and sporulation efficiency of Bacillus subtilis, the effect of malate on the cell growth and metabolism of B. subtilis DF was investigated in a 30 L bioreactor. At 22 h of fermentation, a biomass of 3.68 × 1010 CFU/mL was obtained by malate addition to a final concentration of 1.5% during 16–27 h after the pH reached 8.0 at 16 h, which was 71.9% higher than that of the control group. Meanwhile, the number of spores was 3.63 × 1010 CFU/mL, which was 92.1% higher than that of the control group. Differential transcriptomic analysis showed that malate increased the metabolic efficiency of the gluconeogenesis and pentose phosphate pathways with 1.38 to 2.51-fold up-regulation of the zwf, pckA and fbaA genes, respectively and the metabolic efficiency of the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle with 3.10-fold up-regulation of the citZ gene, reduced cellular oxidative stress with a 72.9% down-regulation of the poxL gene, a 3.88-fold up-regulation of the trxA gene, and thus a 45.9%–51.3% reduction in H2O2 concentration during 19–24 h, and enhanced the phosphorylation efficiency of Spo0A with down-regulation of the kipL, rapAD and abrB genes by 57.5%–75.9%, and up-regulation of the clpX, phrCF, spo0B and sigA genes by 1.73–13.76 folds, significantly improving the growth and sporulation efficiency of B. subtilis DF. These findings provide theoretical supports for the industrial application of B. subtilis.

Metal corrosion significantly impacts the lifespan of metal equipment, and the application of anti-corrosive coatings is an effective method to protect equipment and extend its service life. Epoxy resin coatings, known for their excellent corrosion resistance and strong adhesion, are among the most widely used in the anti-corrosion coatings of metal equipment. In this paper, the anti-corrosion mechanism of epoxy resin coatings was briefly analyzed. The research progress of epoxy resin anticorrosion coatings at home and abroad in recent years was summarized, focusing on nano-filler modified epoxy resin coatings and waterborne epoxy resin emulsion coatings. At the same time, the problems that still needed to be solved at the present stage of epoxy resin anticorrosion coatings were summarized, and the future research direction of the modification of epoxy resin anticorrosion coatings was envisioned.

Objective To observe the effects of ultrasound-guided modified obturator nerve block (ONB) combined with remazolam anesthesia on obturator nerve reflex (ONR) and postoperative recovery of patients with transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBT). Methods One hundred patients with bladder tumor admitted to Qinhuangdao Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were treated with TURBT. They were divided into conventional group (intraspinal anesthesia + traditional ONB anesthesia) and ultrasound group (intraspinal anesthesia + improved ONB combined with remidazolam anesthesia under ultrasound guidance) with 50 cases in each according to different ONB methods. Perioperative indexes, hemodynamic indexes at different time points, intraoperative ONR occurrence, complications and adverse anesthesia reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with conventional group, ONB time, operation time, catheter indwelling time and hospital stay were shortened, and intraoperative blood loss was decreased in ultrasound group (P＜0.05). Compared with the conventional group at 30 min after administration (T1) and at the end of operation (T2), the mean arterial pressure (MAP) and oxygen saturation (SaO2) were increased in the ultrasound group (P＜0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of ONR and bladder bleeding was decreased, and the incidence of postoperative bradycardia, nausea and vomiting were decreased in the ultrasound group (P＜0.05). Conclusions Ultrasound-guided modified ONB combined with remazolam anesthesia can effectively improve perioperative indexes of TURBT, reduce intraoperative ONR and bladder bleeding, and have little influence on hemodynamics with few postoperative adverse anesthesia reactions.

With the rapid development of emerging biotechnologies such as high-throughput sequencing, multi-omics and multi-dimensional research models for biological big data have been initiated. Concurrently, the fast-evolving technologies including mathematical modeling, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain, big data, the Internet of Things, and 5G have enabled the development of digital twin. Digital twin, a model mapping of physical objects, processes, and systems in digital space, has shown great potential in the medical field. Digital twin technology can provide visualized 3D structures for human organs and systems to assist diagnosis and treatment, create a tangible 'skeleton' for data mining in genomics, metabolomics, and phenomics, and simulate processes for chronic disease management, drug development, and clinical trials, thereby advancing the medical field. The aim of the article, therefore, is to review the methods and applications of digital twin in the medical field, with the hope of providing reference for the development of medical digital twin research in China.

Objective Palaeomagnetic study of the early Palaeozoic North Qiangtang Terrane can quantitatively constrain its palaeogeographic location since the Palaeozoic, which serves as an important foundation and key constraint for studying of the palaeotectonic pattern of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the evolution of the Phanerozoic Tethys and palaeogeographic reconstruction. Methods Prior to palaeomagnetic study, it is essential to investigate the magnetic properties of rocks to identify the types and assemblages of magnetic carriers present in rocks, which will facilitate the selection of demagnetization experimental protocols and discussions on the primary nature of remanent magnetization. This paper focuses on the magnetic properties of limestone and sandstone from the Late Silurian Longmu Co Upper Formation in the North Qiangtang Terrane, through analyses of isothermal remanence acquisition curves, magnetic susceptibility with temperature(χ-T) curves, triaxial thermal demagnetization experiments, low-temperature magnetic properties tests, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectral (EDS) analysis. Results Results show that magnetite is the predominant magnetic carrier in the limestone samples of the Longmu Co Upper Fm, with small amounts of pyrrhotite. The magnetic assemblage in the sandstone samples is more complex, dominated by magnetite, possibly with other magnetic minerals such as pyrrhotite. Conclusion Moreover, it demonstrates that stable high-temperature remanent magnetization components can be isolated from the limestone samples in the Longmu Co Upper Formation, making them suitable for further palaeomagnetic researches.

Narrow-band, high-color-purity luminescent materials are widely used in the fields of ultra-high-definition display and lighting, super-resolution imaging and sensing, bio-imaging and anti-counterfeiting. However, the high-color-purity fluorescent materials mainly used are Ⅱ-Ⅳ semiconductor quantum dots, halide perovskite nanocrystals and so on, which generally contains highly toxic transition metal ions such as Cd and Pb. Moreover, these materials often show low environmental stability. In contrast, carbon dots have many advantages including no heavy metal ions, high photo/chemical stability, low toxicity and wide source of raw materials. Therefore, developing fluorescent carbon dots with high-color-purity has important theoretical and practical significance. Here, the research progress of the synthesis and application of high-color-purity carbon dots was reviewed; the effects of precursor, synthetic methods and some factors on the position and the full width at half maximum of the carbon dots and the application in the field of LED, sensing and imaging were discussed. Additionally, the opportunities and challenges of high-color-purity carbon dots in large-scale synthesis, optical properties including the tune of PL position, the enhancement of the fluorescent quantum yield and color purity, understanding their photoluminescence mechanism as well as developing new applications were proposed.

This paper summarized the nursing of a patient with cancer-related insomnia of deficiency of both heart and spleen treated by Yin-Yang balance five-element cupping therapy. After a comprehensive nursing risk assessment, the Yin-Yang balance five-element cupping therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation was carried out to relieve the fatigue and insomnia, and improve the patient’s quality of life during treatment. To explore effect of scraping and moxibustion therapy for a breast cancer patient with COVID-19 in convalescence. On the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the Du meridian (Dazhui) and the bladder meridian (Feishu, Pishu) of the patient were treated with scraping and moxibustion once a day. The comprehensive nursing interventions including daily care, nutrition guidance, symptomatic care and emotion care were carried out during the treatment. Scraping and moxibustion therapy can effectively alleviate cough, fatigue and other symptoms of COVID-19 in convalescence. To summarized the nursing of a lung cancer patient with COVID-19 treated with green nursing technology for tumors. Based on the syndrome differentiation, green nursing techniques including acupoint application Tiantu acupoint, moxibustion on Fenglong acupoint and Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment massage on Feishu acupoint were carried out, in combination with Baduanjin exercise, five-element music therapy and other routine nursing interventions. The combined application of tumor green nursing technology in the treatment of lung cancer patients with COVID-19 is conducive to improving cough-related symptoms, alleviating pain and improving patients' quality of life. To summarize the nursing of a liver cancer patient with chemotherapy-induced oral ulcer, and provide reference for clinical practice. Traditional Chinese Medicine mouthwash (30 min per time, four times a day) was administrated for relieving external heat, moistening dryness, and promoting fluid production. After using ginger slice to embrocate local skin, the moxa stick moxibustion at Zusanli and Yongquan acupoints was carried out once a day for 30 minutes each time. The patient's oral ulcer pain decreased and the ulcer surface shrank after treatment. Traditional Chinese Medicine mouthwash therapy combined with moxa stick moxibustion after embrocation using ginger is effective to relieve chemotherapy-induced oral ulcers and improve patient quality of life.
