[Objective] In contrast to the planned and faulty maintenance modes commonly used in modern metro vehicles, condition-based repair can capture the health status and operation condition of the vehicle system while optimizing maintenance strategies and costs. To realize condition-based repair, the health status of vehicle system needs to be accurately evaluated. [Method] Focusing on metro vehicle bogie system as object, the evaluation method of its health status is studied in-depth. Based on the hierarchical characteristics of bogie system composition, with reference to the degree of deterioration, combining the analytical hierarchy process method and variable weight theory are combined, to establish the variable weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of metro vehicle bogie based on deterioration degree according to using the idea of fuzzy comprehensive judgment, and the modelling process is proposed. By evaluating the health status of the selected metro vehicle bogie system with the health status evaluation indexes, sample data is obtained and used to train three different artificial neural networks, namely, BP (back propagation) neural network, support vector machine and random forest. Then, the evaluation performance of the three different types of artificial neural networks is judged with actual test data. [Result & Conclusion] The random forest model has the strongest ability to identify the health status of the metro vehicle bogie system and realizes the intelligent health assessment of the metro bogie system.

Objective To conduct serological identification and molecular study of two patients with ABO ambiguous blood group. Methods The serological tests were conducted by the tube method. DNA direct sequencing was performed to analyze the exons and transcriptional regulatory regions of the ABO gene. TA clone sequencing was performed to confirm the mutation sites of the haploid. DeepTMHMM was used for transmembrane region prediction and analysis. Results Both samples showed weak agglutination with anti-A in forward typing and the presence of anti-A antibodies in reverse typing. ABO gene analysis confirmed 1A>G and 467C>T mutations of A101 gene, indicating the Aw43 allele.DeepTMHMM analysis showed that 1A>G mutation shift back the translation start site, which would affect the transmembrane structure seriously. Conclusion The two cases of ABO ambiguous blood group were with Aw43 alleles. The 1A>G mutation affected the transmembrane region and subsequently altered the glycoprotein structure, resulting in impaired enzyme function.

In order to improve the bioavailability of anthocyanins, a co-precipitation method was used to prepare anthocyanin/Fe3O4 nanocomposites in this study. The response surface method was used to optimize the synthesis of anthocyanin/Fe3O4 nanocomposites. The particle size analysis, Zeta potential measurement, scanning electron microscope, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and in vitro digestion simulation of anthocyanin/Fe3O4 nanocomposites were carried out. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of anthocyanin/Fe3O4 nnanocomposites were anthocyanin/Fe3O4 mass ratio of 1:46, reaction time 19.6 h, reaction temperature 47 ℃. The encapsulation rate of anthocyanin under these conditions was 87.51%. The particle size distribution of anthocyanin/Fe3O4 nanocomposites was concentrated in the range of 100~1200 nm with uniform distribution, and the Zeta potential was −48.15 mV. The formation of spherical particles with smooth surfaces between anthocyanin and Fe3O4 nanoparticles was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The anthocyanin/Fe3O4 nanocomplexes showed anthocyanin C=O and C-H characteristic peaks at 1635 cm−1 and 1083 cm−1. The in vitro digestion simulation showed that the retention of anthocyanin was 91.99% and 46.23% in gastric and intestinal fluids. Abstract: Aimed at the small size, large quantity of traps and high environmental requirements of resource countries on slope belt of South America foreland basins, a new evaluation method is proposed for trap exploration on slope by taking the area controlled by a cluster platform as one evaluation unit. The evaluation process is: (1) trap geological risk analysis: including key oil & gas accumulation element analysis such as source, reservoir, seal, trap, migration and preservation; (2) trap resources calculation: including trap resources calculated with volumetric method, trap accumulation probability evaluation by geological risk analysis, and finally the risk trap resources by multiplying the above two values; (3) platform and drilling target selection: count the total risk trap resources and average risk trap resource of different platform and rank the drilling platforms according to the calculated resources; and rank the trap drilling sequence according to the risk trap resources. The method was used in ranking undrilled traps in the M1 layer of Block X, Oriente Basin, and the platform construction and trap drilling order was recommended accordingly which shows good results in practice. In the 250 Wt RTPV (radioisotope thermophoto-voltaic) system, the heat source operates at a temperature above 1 000 ℃, which requires a long term stable thermal insulation devices. In this paper, three types of non-sealed high temperature MLI (multilayer insulator) were prepared by using spike, stainless steel wire mesh and aerogel as separator respectively. Each type was installed and tested in the RTPV prototype separately. The three MLIs are in the same size of 187 mm long, 183 mm wide and 50 mm thick. In MLI with spike separator, 50 metal foil reflectors were pierced several small holes, the spikes from the holes were used as the separator to make the adjacent reflectors in point contact. In MLI with stainless steel wire mesh separator, 50 stainless steel wire meshes were spot weld on each of the metal foil reflectors as the separator to make the adjacent reflectors in line contact. In MLI with aerogel separator, 18 polished metal plates were used as the reflectors, and slender strip aerogels in size of 50 mm×10 mm×2 mm were installed on four corners between adjacent reflectors as the separator. The main configuration of RTPV prototype tested in this paper was as follow. 1) An electric heating source with the size of 99 mm×95 mm×55 mm was used to simulate the radioisotope heat source. The heat source was supported in RTPV center by seven ceramic nails and coated with tungsten alloy radiation emitter. 2) Four optical filters were placed 34 mm away from the heat source and supported by four inner brackets. 3) Photovoltaic cells were installed on the side walls inside the housing with a distance of 14 mm from the optical filter. 4) Two high temperature MLIs were installed on the upper and lower end covers inside the housing. 5) Cold plates were used on the side walls outside the housing. Vacuum thermal performances of RTPV with different MLIs were carried out on a test platform. Based on the test results, some conclusions come out as follows. 1) The aerogel separator has the best performance in controllability of the assembly separating effect, which leads to the best thermal insulation performance consistency between different batches. 2) When the assembly separating effect is well controlled, the high temperature MLI with spike separator has a better insulation performance than stainless steel wire mesh separator. 3) The optical cavity inside the RTPV prototype is consisted of high-temperature MLI and the optical filters. A better closure of the optical cavity significantly contributes to the improvement of the heat utilization, and accesses to a higher heat source temperature. The optical cavity has the best closure performance when using the high temperature MLI with aerogel separator. While the RTPV prototype with aerogel separator input power is 250 Wt, the heat source temperature reaches 1 038 ℃.

Aspect-based sentiment analysis(ABSA),as a downstream application of knowledge graph,belongs to the fine-grained sentiment analysis task,which aims to understand the sentiment polarity of people on the evaluation target at the aspect level.Relevant research in recent years has made significant progress,but existing methods focus on exploiting sequentiality or syntactic dependency constraints within sentences,and do not fully exploit the type of dependencies between context words and aspect words.In addition,the existing graph-based convolutional neural network models have insufficient ability to retain node features.In response to this problem,firstly,based on the syntactic dependency tree,this paper fully excavates the dependency types between context words and aspect words,and integrates them into the construction of the dependency graph.Second,we define a “sensitive relation set”,which is used to construct auxiliary sentences to enhance the correlation between specific context words and aspect words,and at the same time,combined with the sentiment knowledge network SenticNet to enhance the sentence dependency graph,and then improve the construction of the graph neural network.Finally,a context retention mechanism is introduced to reduce the information loss of node features in the multilayer graph convolution neural network.The proposed SS-GCN model fuses the syntactic and contextual representations learned in parallel to accomplish sentiment enhancement and syntactic enhancement,and extensive experiments on three public datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of SS-GCN.

Objective To investigate the effect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides(TWPS) on inflammatory response found in mouse models with Sjgren's syndrome(SS). Methods Mice were randomly divided into control group, Sjgren's syndrome model group, hydroxychloroquine sulfate treatment group (20 mg/kg hydroxychloroquine sulfate intragastric administration), TWPS low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups (10, 20, 30 mg/kg TWPS), TWPS + Wortmanin (PI3K/Akt/eNOS signaling pathway inhibitor) group (30 mg/kg TWPS and 0.6 mg/kg Wortmannin viajugular vein).Saliva flow rate, water intake, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were recorded. Serum IL-6, IL-17, IgG and eNOS were detected by ELISA. Western blot was used to detect PI3K/Akt/eNOS pathway related proteins. Results Compared with control group, the saliva flow rate of the model group decreased and the quantity of drinking water increased(P＜0.05). Compared with model group, saliva flow rate increased and water consumption decreased in low, medium and high dose TWPS groups, which alleviated the change of model group(P＜0.05). Compared with the low, medium and high dose TWPS +Wortmanin groups, saliva flow rate decreased and water intake increased (P＜0.05). The whole blood and plasma viscosity of model group increased compared with control group(P＜0.05). The whole blood and plasma viscosity of TWPS low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups were lower than that of model group(P＜0.05). The whole blood and plasma viscosity of TWPS+Wortmanin group was higher than that of low, medium and high dose TWPS groups(P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of serum IL-6, IL-17 and IgG in model group were increased, while the level of eNOS was decreased(P＜0.05). The serum levels of IL-6, IL-17 and IgG in TWPS low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups were lower than those in model group, while the levels of eNOS were higher than those in model group(P＜0.05). The serum level of IL-6, IL-17 and IgG in TWPS +Wortmanin group increased as compared to those in low, medium and high dose TWPS +Wortmanin group, while the level of eNOS decreased as compared to those in low, medium and high dose TWPS +Wortmanin group(P＜0.05). The level of p-PI3K/PI3K, p-Akt/Akt and p-ENOS /eNOS in model group was lower than those in control group(P＜0.05). Compared with model group, p-PI3K/PI3K, p-Akt/Akt and p-ENOS/eNOS levels of TWPS in low, medium and high dose groups all increased(P＜0.05); The level of p-PI3K/PI3K, p-Akt/Akt and p-ENOS /eNOS in TWPS +Wortmanin group was lower than those in low, medium and high dose TWPS groups(P＜0.05). Conclusions TWPS alleviates inflammatory response and improves symptoms of mouse models with Sjgren's syndrome.

The process parameters and sludge properties of an in-situ sludge ozone-reduction system were investigated under different ozone dosages and sludge ages. Subsequently, 75 mg·g -1 (as O 3 /MLVSS) was selected as the appropriate ozone dosage to satisfy the wastewater treatment capacity and in-situ sludge ozone-reduction. The calibration coefficient results of the sludge yield formula indicated that Y h was reduced from 0.331 g·g -1 to 0.326 g·g -1 (to MLVSS/COD m) by ozone treatment and K d was increased from 0.046 d -1 to 0.050 d -1 at 75 mg·g -1 . The effluent quality of the SBR system was satisfactory when the sludge age was 10 d. The ozone dosage of 75 mg·g -1 and sludge age of 10 d were selected as the appropriate process conditions, at which the excess sludge was reduced by 12%. The high-throughput sequencing results concluded that the microorganisms in the excess sludge after ozonation were different in phylum and genus. After ozone treatment, the abundance of Bacteroidetes increased by 1.2 times and the relative abundance of Proteobacteria with nitrification and denitrification ability decreased from 24% to 18%. The reduction in the abundance of nitrobacteria affected the denitrification capacity of the sewage treatment system, but the total effluent nitrogen still met the I B discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plants. The relative abundance of Lactococcus increased from 0.4% to 21.6%. Simultaneously, the concentration of macromolecular organic substances in the EPS of the excess sludge increased from 40.6 mg·g -1 to 54.6 mg·g -1 , while the CST increased from 15 s to 17 s after ozone treatment. The zeta potential decreased from -10.04 mV to -15.20 mV and the SVI of the excess sludge increased from 54 mL·g -1 to 62 mL·g -1 , thereby indicating that the sedimentation performance and dewaterability were affected to some extent. However, the SS of the effluent and the solids content of the sludge cake after extraction did not change significantly, the system could still operate stably, and the subsequent dewaterability of the excess sludge was not significantly affected.
