Objective To investigate the risk factors of postoperative lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and to construct a DVT risk assessment model. Methods A total of ninety five elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgery in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from July 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into DVT group(25 cases) and non-DVT group(70 cases) according to whether DVT occurred or not after surgery.The general data,preoperative and intraoperative related factors of the two groups were compared,and univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression model analysis were used to screen the risk factors for the occurrence of DVT and construct a DVT risk assessment model. With the increase of the depth of the blast hole, the rock clamping effect at the bottom of the blast hole is enhanced, resulting in low rock breaking efficiency and blast hole utilization. The past continuous charging method can not solve the above problems. On this basis, this paper studies the rock roadway deep hole segmented charging cut blasting technology to improve the cut blasting efficiency. Using the smooth particle hydrodynamics-finite element method (SPH-FEM), a single-hole cut blasting model with different segmented charge structures was established, and the blasting speed of rock particles in the rock, the number of rock blasting and the characteristics of blasting cavity were analyzed in the blasting process under different models. The results show that different charge structures affect the damage range of the rock near the blast hole, and the damage area of the traditional continuous charge structure in the direction of the blast hole is larger than that of the segmented charge structure. In addition, the continuous charge structure makes the energy distribution of the explosive uneven because the explosive is concentrated at the bottom of the blast hole, resulting in poor blasting effect. The segmented charge structure can increase the number of rock fragments and optimize the blasting cavity, and the rock particles accelerate twice in the process of flying. The large or small proportion of the first segment charge obviously causes the unreasonable use of explosive energy and the poor effect of blasting cavity. Under the conditions of blast hole length, rock parameters and explosive performance set in the simulation, when the first stage charge ratio is 0.4, deep-hole rock tunnel excavation and blasting can make full use of explosive energy to achieve better cut blasting effect. The optimal subsection ratio obtained by numerical simulation was applied to the blasting construction of roadway excavation, and the delay initiation of two explosives in the cut hole was realized by using digital electronic detonator. The field test results show that the segmented charging can create good blasting effect and improve the utilization rate of blast holes in deep hole cut blasting.

The discipline of mine water prevention and control in China as a whole has undergone two major development processes: the initial development period in the 20th century and the growth and maturity period in the 21st century, with its basic structure and connotation already mature. According to the system theory, the generalized connotation of mine water has been expanded, the terminology and scientific scope of mine water prevention and control have been standardized, and a mine water system has been proposed, that is, a highly complex system involving a boundary from water supply to water inflow discharge and time-varying internal media structure. 【Objective】Barthea barthei (Hance ex Benth.) Krass. is a unique shrub of the genus Barthea in Melastomataceae in China, which has important ornamental value. However, it is mainly distributed in the wild, and its artificial cultivation technology system has not been fully established, which greatly limits its application potential as a landscape plant. In this study, by comparing the effects of different types in nutrients and different application concentrations on the growth and root indexes of the seedlings, the main nutrient dosage affecting the growth of the seedlings was determined, providing a scientific basis for the cultivation of the seedlings.【Method】The tissue culture seedlings of B. barthei were used as materials, and they were transplanted into the seedling cups with yellow soil as the cultivation substrate. After 3 months' culture, 6 kinds of N nutrients (Glutamic acid, Alanine, Aspartic acid, Compound fertilizer, Urea, Controlled-released fertilizer) and 3 kinds of application amount (0.7, 1.4 and 2.8 mg/plant) were applied respectively. The seedling height and chlorophyll content of B. barthei were measured monthly, and the root indexes of B. barthei was measured after the experiment.【Result】Nutrient type and application amount had significant effects on the early growth and development of B. barthei seedlings. The highest increment of seedling height was 5.18±0.13 cm after 1 month of treatment with T9 (Aspartic acid, 2.8 mg/plant). The increment became smaller after 4~5 months. The seedling height increment of seedlings treated with T5 (Alanine, 1.4 mg/plant) was not significantly different from that of the control in the first 2 months, but it was much higher than that of the control after the 4th and 5th months. The increment of seedling height of T18 (Controlled-released fertilizer, 2.8 mg/plant) was the largest after 4 and 5 months. The root biomass of T14 (Urea, 1.4 mg/plant), T9 (Aspartic acid, 2.8 mg/plant) and T15 (Urea, 2.8 mg/plant) were the largest, which were 0.71 (±0.40) g, 0.65 (±0.21) g and 0.64 (±0.24) g, respectively. The root surface area with diameter less than or equal to 2 mm under T9 treatment was 273.63 cm2, which was significantly higher than that under other treatments.【Conclusion】Considering the seedling height and root index of root surface area with diameter ≤ 2 mm, the best nutrient for the early stage of B. barthei growth was Aspartic acid with the amount of 2.8 mg/plant.

This study is aim at confirming the key stage where the formation of volatile constituents in the headspace above domestic whisky takes place. The static headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was employed to analyze the volatile constituents in the headspace above each production stage. The principal coordinates analysis was used for the selection of classification criteria for the beverage in each stage, after which the orthogonal partial least square discrimination analysis was utilized to establish the classification model. The results showed that volatile constituents in the headspace varied significantly in different stages (α=0.05), and that the soaking was sufficient to be the classification criteria. Altogether 17 key differential components, including 11 introduced by oaks during soaking and aging, were found in samples before and after soaking. The 11 oak introduced components, except acetic acid, butyraldehyde, and heptadecane, contributed to the aroma of the whisky. Meanwhile, dimethyl sulfide, furan, ethyl hexanoate, butanol, 2-methylproapn-1-ol, and n-propanol were reduced after oak soaking. Obviously, the key stage was soaking in the formation of volatile constituents in the headspace above domestic whisky.

The study explored the effect of exogenous chlorine dioxide (ClO2) treatment on retaining freshness of post-harvest fresh ginger. The fresh tender ginger were treated with 80 mg/L ClO2 at room temperature for 10 min, and the rest were soaked in distilled water for 10 min as control, then stored at 4 ℃ for up to 28 days. The results showed that ClO2 treatment suppressed the respiration rate, reduced decay rate, delayed the decrease of soluble solids (TSS) and decreased the content of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and malondialdehyde (MDA) during the entire storage time. Compared with the control, ClO2 treatment significantly enhanced the enzymes activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD). The research indicated that ClO2 maintained the storage quality of fresh tender ginger by promoting the antioxidant capacity.

In order to investigate the regulation mechanism that exogenous putrescine (Put) treatments on reducing chilling injury of postharvest yellow melon fruits, ‘Xinmi No.3’ yellow melon fruits was used as material, and the effect that exogenous putrescine ( 0 and 2.0 mmol/L Put) treatments on the chilling injury were studied and reactive oxygen metabolism of yellow melon fruits under 5±0.5 ℃ temperature. The results showed that 2.0 mmol/L Put treatment could maintain higher level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, furthermore, it could increase the activity of catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) 2.3, 1.6, 1.2 times, respectively compared with CK at 21 days (Severe chilling injury), and reached to 30.06, 2.46 and 39.14 U·g−1 FW, respectively. It inhibited the accumulation of superoxide anion radical (O2·−) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), the activity of lipoxygenase (LOX) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) at 28~49 days significantly, thus, it could alleviate the damage of reactive oxygen species to cell membrane, and relieved the symptoms of chilling injury of ‘Xinmi No.3’ yellow melon fruits, delay the occurrence time of chilling injury by 7 d, the chilling injury index was only 0.27 until at the end of storage period, it lower than the control significantly. Therefore, the exogenous putrescine (Put) treatment can alleviate chilling injury of yellow melon is closely related to balance reactive oxygen metabolism.

The severe convective weather potential forecast, especially classification forecast of more than 12 hours in future is still one of the most difficult problems in forecasting operation at present. Jiangxi province encountered an extremely thunderstorm gale event (hereinafter referred to as the "3·4" gale event) on 4 March 2018. Although a forecast for severe convective weathers like regional thunderstorm gale and hail was issued by Jiangxi Meteorological Observatory on 2 March 2018, it was underestimated for the extreme intensity and beginning time of influencing Jiangxi. Based on numerical prediction models like ECMWF and comparing with the severe convective concept model, we have made a rethink for real-time forecast ideas, experiences and shortages of the "3·4" gale event. The results are as follows. (1) The synoptic situation of the "3·4" gale event meets the concept severe convective model of low-level prior-trough warm advection forcing type in China; it occurs under eastward movement of low trough with large degree of meridionality at 500 hPa and dry and cold tongue in front of trough. There exists an abnormally strong southwest jet pulsating in the low-level, whose strengthen is mostly different from that of southwest jet in south China in the morning in general. In addition, the significantly strengthening of wet tongue in the low-level is in coherence with the synoptic situation at 500 hPa, which causes the configuration of dry and cold air in the high and warm and humid air in the low level. (2) When the wind direction or velocity convergence occurs in the ultra-lower-level jet after surface low pressure with a warm inverted trough develops intensively, surface convergence line forms in the warm sector, which is an important criterion for severe convection weather occurred in warm sector of inverted trough. (3) Several instability indices, such as the temperature difference (T850-500) between 850 hPa and 500 hPa and CAPE, are significantly strong; they are higher than their climatological mean. (4) There are three key points to better forecast the extreme disaster-causing thunderstorm gale events, i.e. completely understanding the concept model of severe convection prediction, accurately grasping the averaged and abnormal values of the meteorological elements, and carefully analyzing the southwest jet pulse apart from its diurnal variation.

Using datasets of conventional observations, regional automatic weather station (AWS), Doppler weather radar, wind profile radar and GFS reanalysis with 0.5°×0.5° resolution, we have conducted analysis on the mesoscale characteristics and cause of an extreme thunderstorm gale event in Jiangxi on 4 March 2018, and discussed its extremeness. The results indicate that (1) this event is caused by a strong squall line, and pre-squall depression, squall front, rear-flow depression as well as the thunderstorm high are very clear in it. (2) The squall line developed intensely after it entered Jiangxi under a favorable environment, including the unstable stratification of dry and cold air in the high level and warm and humid air in the low level which was created by strong low-level warm and wet air advection, middle-level dry air, ground warming and low-level wetting, the strong lifting conditions formed by middle-level trough moving eastward, multi-layer jet superposition and convergence line in ground level, and the strong vertical wind shear in the mid- and low- level prolonging its life. (3) The increased angle between the squall line and the steering flow makes it move speedily, and both the flat topography around the Poyang Lake and the rich water vapor enhanced surface gale. (4) Extremely unusual values of physical variables at Nanchang station and their differences with respect to corresponding years of dekad norms exceeding 2σ (σ is root mean square), including surface depression, downdraft convective available potential energy (DCAPE), the temperature difference (T850-500) between 850 hPa and 500 hPa and the vertical wind shear from 925 hPa to 1000 hPa etc., show a good indication to the potential prediction of extreme thunderstorm gale. In addition, high wind zone below 1 km in wind-profiling radar products appears 30 min ahead, and a substantial jump of refractivity structure constant (Cn2) in the upper-level appears 10-20 min ahead. Both can be used as reference in the early warning of thunderstorm gale.

Background and objective Treatment options for patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung (SCC) are limited in chemotherapy. However, not all patients could benefit form standard platinum regimen. Considering the dismal prognosis of patients with advanced SCC, a greater focus on selecting sensitive chemotherapy regimens remains of upmost importance to improve outcomes in this disease. In this study, we used matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry to detect pre-chemotherapy serum peptides in advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma patients accepting paclitaxel combined with platinum chemotherapy and to analyze the correlation between serum peptides and chemotherapy efficacy. Methods Patients with advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma received paclitaxel combining with platinum chemotherapy and evaluated the efficacy every two cycles. Evaluation of complete response (CR) or partial response (PR) patients defined as sensitive group, progressive disease (PD) patients defined as resistant group. Serum samples were collected from patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma. Eighty-one patients were randomly divided into training group (sensitive group I and resistant group I) and validation group (sensitive group II and resistant group II) according to the ratio of 3:1. Serum samples were pretreated and Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) was used to detect serum peptide fingerprints. ClinProTools software was used to analyze the differences between the sensitive group I and the resistant group I. Three kinds of biological algorithms (SNN, GA, QC) built in CPT software were used to establish the curative effect prediction model respectively and the optimal algorithm was selected. The validation group was used for blind verification. Results Thirty sensitive patients and 31 resistant patients were enrolled in the training group. Ten sensitive patients and 10 resistant patients were included in the validation group. Objective To study the characteristics of cerebral hemodynamics and the correlation with cognitive function in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Methods A total of 80 cases were divided into MCI group (N = 40) and control group (N = 40). Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) were used to evaluate the cognitive function of 2 groups. Bilateral middle cerebral artery (MCA) and basilar artery (BA) were examined by means of transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasound to obtain mean flow velocity (MFV), pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI) and the ratio of peak systolic velocity to end-diastolic velocity (S/D) in all subjects. Results Compared with control group, PI (P = 0.023) and RI (P = 0.035) of MCA were significantly increased in MCI group. The differences in MFV, S/D and hemodynamic indexes of BA had no significance between 2 groups (P > 0.05, for all). The rate of abnormal PI of MCA in MCI group was higher than that in control group [45% (18/40) vs. 20% (8/40); χ2 = 4.615, P = 0.032]. Pearson correlation analysis showed that PI of MCA had negative correlation with MoCA score in MCI group (r = -0.382, P = 0.036), and no correlation with MMSE score (P > 0.05). MFV, RI and S/D of MCA and MFV, PI, RI and S/D of BA had no correlation with MoCA and MMSE scores (P > 0.05, for all). MCI group was further divided into subgroups according to PI, and MoCA score was significantly lower in abnormal PI subgroup than that in normal PI subgroup [(18.57 ± 3.02) score vs. (23.41 ± 2.78) score; t = 3.914, P = 0.015]. Background and objective This study aimed at using matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization - time of flight mass spectrometer (matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry, MALDI-TOF-MS) screening the difference serum peptides during epidermal growth factor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) treatment and exploring their significance of advanced NSCLC patients. Methods Collect 102 serum samples from 34 advanced NSCLC patients, which are before TKI treatment, best effect of treatment and after progession. Peptides were extracted from the samples and then detected by MALDI-TOF-MS system to get the mass spectra. The mass spectra data was analyzed by the ClinproToolTM software to identify the different serum peptides, and then analyzed the clinical significance of peptides. Results Among the 34 patients who received TKI treatment, there were none evaluated as complete response (CR), 11 patients evaluated as PR and 23 patients evaluated as stable disease (SD), with the PFS was 8.0 months (95%CI: 6.6-11.2); overall survival (OS) was 11.4 months (95%CI: 10.6-16.5). ObjectivesWhen a polar cruise vessel collides with floating sea ice, the comfortability and safety of the passengers are affected.MethodsA mechanical model of sea ice is established on the basis of the Johnson-Holmquist-2 (JH-2) model. The collision between a polar cruise vessel and sea ice is studied using the coupling method of the smoothed particle Galerkin-finite element method (SPG-FEM). The failure mode of sea ice in the collision process is explored in combination with the equivalent stress and plastic strain of sea ice. ResultsThe results show that the large crack propagation phenomenon will not appear during the collision process between a polar cruise vessel and sea ice layer when the ice is 1.6 m thick. The sea ice will only be damaged in a small range of direct contact with the bow. At both sides of the bow, local strain will appear in the indirect collision area. ConclusionsThe results of this study can provide technical support for analyzing the passenger's comfortability and safety design of polar cruise vessel.

Blockchain is a distributed database based on the Bitcoin platform.It has attracted widespread attention from academia and industry because of its characteristics of decentralization,traceability,and non-tamperability.However,with the rapid growth of the number of nodes and the amount of data,problems such as low throughput and difficult storage scalability appear.The problem of storage scalability of blockchain has become a bottleneck for blockchain applications.Therefore,this paper focuses on the summary and prospect of storage scalability of blockchain.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic knowledge and data structure of blockchain and analyzes the problems of storage scalability of blockchain at present.Secondly,this paper explains the principles,implementation methods,research progress,advantages,and disadvantages of the 0th layer expansion scheme,the on-chain expansion scheme,and the off-chain expansion scheme.Finally,this paper analyzes the challenges in the current blockchain sto-ragescalability scheme and provides a direction for the next blockchain research work.

Objective To share our experience of percutaneous or transthoracic closure of atrial septal defect (ASD) and ventricular septal defect (VSD) supported by echocardiography guidance. Methods From December 2010 to September 2019, 54 patients of congenital heart disease (30 cases of isolated atrial septal defect, 24 cases of ventricular septal defect) were treated with surgical operation by occluder under guidance of echocardiography closed without cardiopulmonary bypass. Fourteen cases of ASD were performed device closure through a small right sternal margin thoracotomy incision at the forth intercostal space, 16 cases of ASD underwent percutaneous occlusion surgery, and 24 cases of VSD were closed through small incision under the xiphoid process. Results The operations were successful in the 24 cases of VSD. One of the cases with minimally incision ASD occlusion was displaced 7 hours after operation, the occluder was taken out and ASD was repaired under cardiopulmonary bypass in emergency. There were 13 cases of successful occlusion and 3 cases of failure in percutaneous ASD closure patients. Among three cases, 2 cases underwent ASD closed through transthoracic closure and 1 case underwent open surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass successfully. The 46 cases were followed up for 3-103 months, with an average of (21.3±16.2)months. No occluder displacement, shedding, significant residual shunt were observed. Conclusions Echocardiography-guided percutaneous atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect is safe and effective without radiation and CPB. Percutaneous closure of atrial septal defect is suitable for children over 3 years. Atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect occlusion through small thoracic incision is feasible and easy to operate in other healthcare institutions.

The rapid development of deep learning technology provides powerful tools for the research of deepfake.Forged videos and images are more and more difficult for human eyes to distinguish between real and fake.Videos and images on the internet may have a huge negative impact on social life,such as financial fraud,the spread of fake news,and personal bullying.At present,the fake face detection technology based on deep learning has reached a high accuracy on multiple benchmark databases such as FaceForensics++,but the detection accuracy on cross-databases is much lower than accuracy on the source database,that is,it is difficult for many detection methods to generalize to different types of forgeries,or unknown types of forgeries,which also motivates more scholars to focus on generalization methods.The generalization research of face forgery detection focuses on methods based on deep learning.Firstly,the commonly used datasets including real-world datasets and multi-task datasets for forgery detection are discussed and compared.Secondly,it classifies and summarizes the generalization of video and image tampering detection from three aspects:data,features,and learning strategies.The data refers to data augmentation in deepfake detection.The features include single-domain features such as frequency domain features and multi-domain features.The learning strategies consist of transfer learning,multi-task learning,meta-learning,and incremental learning.And the advantages and shortcomings of three different types are analyzed.Finally,the future development direction and challenges of face tampering detection generalization are discussed.

The basic requirement of the 5th Generation (5G) network is to realize automatic end-to-end service arrangement and slice orchestration. In this paper, considering the purpose of the open standardization of the Northbound Interface (NBI) of 5G transport network, we first analyze the functional requirements of the NBI. Then the modeling scheme of the NBI is proposed. Finally, the different technical implementation schemes of 5G transport network are shielded, which provides a reference for the unification of the NBI.

Objectives: To investigate the most common concomitant symptoms and the urgent demand of solution in the breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative endocrine treatment, as well as the acceptance and expectation of acupuncture in the patients so as to provide the scientific data for promoting the application of acupuncture in the breast cancer patients., Methods: Breast cancer patients treated in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the subjects. Using "questionnaire star" website, the questionnaire was conducted to investigate the relevant concomitant symptoms of the patients in postoperative endocrine treatment and the questions related to acupuncture treatment., Results: In this study, 229 questionnaires were distributed and 211 valid ones were collected, with the response rate of 92.1%. Among these patients, the first three common symptoms were sleep disorders (157 cases, 74.4%), hot flashes (138 cases, 65.4%) and joint / muscle pain (118 cases, 55.9%)；the top three symptoms to be solved the most urgently were sleep disorders (131 cases, 62.1%), joint / muscle pain (62 cases, 29.4%) and hot flashes (45 cases, 21.3%). 79.1% of the patients (167 cases) were willing to receive acupuncture treatment because of the high expectations on its potential effect (93%). 20.9% of them (44 cases) refused acupuncture because they were worried not to be treated by the experienced physicians of TCM (52%) or afraid of needling feelings (48%). The average expectation value of acupuncture treatment was 4.02 points (5 points for the total score) among patients willing to receive acupuncture treatment. The main purposes of receiring acupuncture for the patients undergoing endocrine treatment were to strengthen the immune function (92%), reduce the adverse reactions (83%), and improve the physical condition (75%), et al., Conclusions: Sleep disorder is one of the most concerned symptoms in endocrine treatment for the patients after breast cancer surgery. The patients highly expect for acupuncture treatment even though some patients dislike the needling sensation. How to provide the acceptable and high-quality acupuncture services for cancer patients will be one of the major directions of acupuncture research in the future.

Antibiotic residues in farmland soils resulting from the application of livestock manure poses risks to the soil and water ecology associated with the spread of antibiotic resistance, thereby threatening environmental safety and human health. Here, a leaching experiment was carried out using soil(CK-T), pig manure(PM-T), cow manure(CM-T), and chicken manure(CHM-T) with the addition of tetracyclines(tetracycline, oxytetracycline, and chlortetracycline) and a control group(without antibiotics). The effects of different sources of manure on soil physical and chemical indicators and bacterial abundance under simulated leaching conditions were studied, while the migration of tetracyclines in the different treatments were also determined. The results showed that compared with the CHM-T and CM-T treatments, the tetracyclines in the PM-T treatment were more easily accumulated in the soil(residual amounts=0.90-6.91 mg·kg -1 compared to the other treatments=0.33-4.42 mg·kg -1 ). Compared with the surface soil(0-4 cm), higher concentrations of tetracyclines were detected at soil depths of 16-24 cm. Consistent with the residues of antibiotics, the concentrations of TN and NH 4 + -N in the soil with the PM-T treatment were increased by 0.044 g·kg -1 and 14.11 mg·kg -1 , respectively, which were significantly higher than other treatments. The abundance of bacteria in the soil was reduced due to the bactericidal effect of antibiotics, by 39.66% in the PM-T treatment, which was significantly higher than in the other treatments(12.38%-35.26%). Compared with other treatments, the antibiotics in the CHM-T treatment were more easily leached from the soil, with 9.91 mg of antibiotics in the leachate, which was significantly higher than the other treatments( P <0.05). TN, NH 4 + -N, tetracycline, oxytetracycline, and chlortetracycline were the first principal component factors, accounting for 54.55% of the variation, and corresponding concentrations increased with soil depth. Based on these results, tetracyclines in pig manure tended to accumulate in soil and transfer vertically along with variations in the soil microbial community. For chicken manure, relatively high concentrations of tetracyclines were detected in the soil leachate, increasing the risk of water pollution.

Objective: To investigate the effect of the type of neighborhoods on the population structure and dynamics of mosquitoes., Methods: The adult population dynamics and larvae breeding of mosquitoes in four different types of neighborhoods were investigated in Yangzhou City., Results: The number of trapped mosquitoes was the largest in the urban villages, and more than 800 adult mosquitoes were trapped in each urban village, which was significantly higher than that of ordinary and high quality residences. Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens were dominant species (D > 10%) in the four types of residential areas, and Ae. albopictus was the most dominant species (D > 57%). The peak occurrence of Ae. albopictus in different areas occurred in early June, and it occurred again in the urban village in the middle of September. The occurrence quantity of Cx. pipiens pallens was stable in the ordinary residence and high quality residence, while in the urban village and resettlement residential area, the peak occurred in mid-October. The orders of positive rates, densities and the numbers of mosquitoes in the different types of residential areas were：the urban villages> the resettlement residence> the ordinary residence> the high quality residence. The water vat had the highest positive rate in all kinds of larval habitats, followed by tires and green belt with garbage water., Conclusions: The main mosquito species in the four different types of residential areas are all Ae. albopictus and Cx. pipiens pallens , but the positive rate, density and the number of mosquitoes in the different types significantly change, especially in the urban villages, the number and the occurrence peak are significant different from those in the other types of residential areas.

The two-way characteristic of moxibustion anti-inflammation is explained from the fact that moxibustion has regulation function both for excess and insufficiency of inflammation to demonstrate the effect mechanism of warming-dredging in moxibustion lies in its anti-inflammation. At last, the relevant possible mechanism between moxibustion anti-inflammation and transient receptor potential vanilloid (TRPV) is proposed. The effect mechanism of warming-dredging in moxibustion lies in anti-inflammation, which could provide theoretic basis for prevention and treatment of moxibustion for serious diseases.
