ObjectivesDomain adaptive technology is widely used in the bearing fault diagnosis of variable operating conditions. However, most domain adaptive technology only focuses on the global domain distribution and ignores the subdomain distribution, and the domain-invariant feature quality is easily affected by noise, leading to a significant decrease in diagnostic accuracy under varying operation conditions. Therefore, a fault diagnosis method based on a self-attention subdomain adaptive adversarial network (SASAAN) is proposed.MethodsFirst, a convolutional block attention module (CBAM) is utilized to extract the fault-related domain-invariant features in the vibration signals of the source and target domains. The adversarial network and subdomain adaptive module are then combined to reduce differences in the global and local domain edge distributions of different operating condition data, thereby improving the transferability of the data. The loss function is optimized by back propagation using the Adam optimizer to improve the diagnostic performance of the model, and the hyperparameter tuning of the model is also performed. Finally，the diagnostic results on the target domain test set are output by the failure classifier, and the Ottawa bearing data set is used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. ,ResultsThe results show that the fault diagnosis accuracy of the proposed method is higher than 96% under the condition of strong noise and varying operation conditions, which is obviously better than other methods.ConclusionThe results of this study can provide valuable references for the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings under varying operation conditions.

Background and objective The Previous study has indicated that the incidence of venous thromboembolism (VTE) after lung cancer surgery is not uncommon. The aim of this study is to analyze the risk factors of postoperative VTE in lung cancer patients and provide a clinical basis for further prevention and treatment of VTE. Methods This study was a single-center study. From July 2016 to December 2017, all patients with lung cancer who underwent surgery in our department were enrolled into this study. Except routine preoperative examinations, lower extremity Doppler ultrasound was performed in all patients before and after surgery to determine whether there was any newly developed deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Patients did not receive any prophylactic anticoagulant therapy before and after surgery. Patients were then divided into VTE group and control group according to whether VTE occurred after operation. Baseline data, surgical related data (surgery type, surgical procedure, etc.) and tumor pathological data (pathological type, vascular infiltration, pathological staging, etc.) were compared between the two groups. Results According to the inclusion criteria, a total of 339 patients undergoing lung cancer surgery were analyzed. There were 166 males and 173 females with an age range of 23-86 years. A total of 39 patients developed VTE after surgery, the incidence rate of postoperative VTE was 11.5%. Comparing the age, gender, body mass index (BMI), American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), smoking status, underlying diseases, etc, there were no significant differences in other indicators except for significant differences in age; comparison between preoperative blood routine, blood biochemistry, coagulation, tumor markers, lung function, lower extremity venous ultrasound, preoperative carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels, preoperative D-dimer levels, there were significant differences in lung function and lower extremity intermuscular vein expansion ratio. There were no significant differences in other indexes between the two groups. The duration of surgery, surgical procedure, bleeding volume, pathological type, pathological stage, vascular invasion, were compared between the two groups. There were statistical differences in surgical methods (thoracic vs thoracoscopic) and bleeding volume. There were no significant differences in other indicators. This study analyzed the sensitivities of three vegetation biochemical parameters [chlorophyll content (Cab), leaf water content (Cw), and leaf area index (LAI)] to the changes of canopy reflectance, with the effects of each parameter on the wavelength regions of canopy reflectance considered, and selected three vegetation indices as the optimization comparison targets of cost function. Then, the Cab, Cw, and LAI were estimated, based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm and PROSPECT+SAIL model. The results showed that the retrieval efficiency with vegetation indices as the optimization comparison targets of cost function was better than that with all spectral reflectance. The correlation coefficients (R2) between the measured and estimated values of Cab, Cw, and LAI were 90. 8%, 95. 7%, and 99. 7%, and the root mean square errors of Cab, Cw, and LAI were 4. 73 μg cm-2, 0.001 g cm-2, and 0. 08, respectively. Objective To investigate the effect of salidroside (SAL) on the proliferation and migration of human vascular endothelial cell line EA.hy926. Methods The cells were divided into control group and test groups of 1,10 and 100 nmol/L SAL, 10 nmol/L SAL+2 μg/mL avastin (vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) blocker) group, 10 nmol/L SAL+2 μg/mL IgG (blocker negative control) group, 10 nmol/L SAL+8 μg/mL avastin group, 10 nmol/L SAL+8 μg/mL IgG group, 10 μmol/L YC-1[hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) blocker] group and 10 μmol/L YC-1+10 nmol/L SAL group. The proliferation and migration of EA.hy926 cells were detected by MTS assay and Transwell cell migration experiments. RT-qPCR and Western blot were used to measure the gene and protein level of HIF-1α and VEGF. The luciferase report gene experiment was used to find the effect of SAL on HIF-1α transcription activity of EA.hy926 cells.The guanylate cyclase activator (YC-1) was used as a HIF-1α blocker to verify potential effect of SAL on the expression of VEGF through HIF-1α. Results SAL significantly promoted proliferation of EA.hy926 cells (P＜0.05)and the proliferation promoting effect of SAL(10 nmol/L) was significantly reduced by the VEGF blocker bevacizumab avastin(2 μg/mL) (P＜0.05). SAL significantly promoted migration of EA.hy926 cells (P＜0.05), and this effect was significantly inhibited by avastin(8 μg/mL)(P＜0.05). SAL increased the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF gene and protein, and promoted the transcription of HIF-1α (P＜0.05).The level of HIF-1α and VEGF protein decreased by YC-1, a HIF-1α blocker(P＜0.05). Conclusions HIF-1α/VEGF pathway is potentially involved in SAL promoted proliferation and migration of EA.hy926 cells.

Based on the crack propagation theory, the multiaxial fatigue life algorithm of rubber was developed using Python language and verified by experiments. The fatigue lives of silicone rubber dumbbell uniaxial tensile specimens, plane tensile specimens and cross biaxial tensile specimens were calculated. In order to take into account the power generation performance and fatigue life of silicone rubber composites, the total energy density (PI ) was used to evaluate the comprehensive properties of the composites. The results showed that through the PI evaluation, the strain energy density (W) was the largest and the ratio of cracking energy density to W was the smallest under equibiaxial tension. Silicone rubber may have the best comprehensive properties under equibiaxial tension.

An automatic segmentation algorithm for ECG data using differential threshold method was designed,which could identify the various ECG cycles of continuous ECG data.And it could obtain the multifractal features of multiple fractal and generalize hurst index feature of ECG data,these features were used to train artificial neural network in order to classify ECG data,the accuracy of the classifier could reach 97%.An ECG diagnosis system was implemented,which can automatically identify ECG sequences that contain multiple ECG cycles,and can automatically ignore the incomplete ECG cycle data,and could annotate every cycle of ECG data.

Objective: To investigate the influence of different procedures of testicular sperm retrieval on the levels of serum inhibin B (INHB), antisperm antibodies (AsAb), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and testosterone (T) in patients with azoospermia., Methods: We randomly assigned 210 azoospermia patients to receive testicular sperm extraction (TESE, n = 50), testicular sperm aspiration (TESA, n = 56), testicular fine needle aspiration (TEFNA, n = 64), or microscopic TESE (micro-TESE, n = 40). We measured the levels of serum INHB, FSH, and T and the positive rate of AsAb before and at 1 and 3 months after surgery., Results: Compared with the baseline, the levels of serum FSH at 1 and 3 months after surgery showed no statistically significant differences in the TESE (［8.51 ± 4.34］ vs ［8.76 ± 3.07］ and ［7.24 ± 3.32］ IU/L, P >0.05), TESA (［7.70 ± 2.72］ vs ［7.90 ± 4.57］ and ［8.04 ± 3.65］ IU/L, P >0.05), TEFNA (［6.04 ± 3.17］ vs ［6.08 ± 2.70］ and ［6.10 ± 3.32］ IU/L, P >0.05), or micro-TESE group (［6.59 ± 2.74］ vs ［6.89 ± 1.78］ and ［6.75 ± 2.57］ IU/L, P >0.05); the positive rate of AsAb (IgM) was significantly increased at 1 month in the TESE (0.00 vs 14.00%, P <0.05) and micro-TESE groups (2.50% vs 15.00%, P <0.05), while the serum T level markedly decreased in the two groups (［16.52 ± 6.25］ vs ［9.25 ± 5.76］ nmol/L and ［14.16 ± 5.45］ vs ［8.23 ± 4.12］ nmol/L, P <0.05); the levels of serum INHB were remarkably reduced at 1 and 3 months in the TESE (［70.56 ± 23.17］ vs ［42.63 ± 15.34］ and ［44.05 ± 18.47］ pg/ml, P <0.05), TESA (［68.71 ± 14.74］ vs ［40.55 ± 20.51］ and ［42.11 ± 19.34］ pg/ml, P <0.05), TEFNA (［76.81 ± 27.04］ vs ［46.31 ± 19.28］ and ［48.32 ± 20.54］ pg/ml, P <0.05), and micro-TESE groups (［74.74 ± 28.35］ vs ［45.27 ± 18.83］ and ［47.64 ± 28.34］ pg/ml, P <0.05), but with no statistically significant differences among the four groups (P >0.05)., Conclusions: Different procedures of testicular sperm retrieval have different impacts on the testicular function and AsAb in patients with azoospermia.

In this study, the molecular marker technology of SRAP and ISSR were applied in rapid identification of seeds from eight species of Brassica oleracea L. Firstly, using the genomic DNA of cabbage as template, SRAP and ISSR reaction systems were optimized through testing every factor, respectively, that affects PCR amplification. Then, using the optimized reaction systems, 30 SRAP primer pairs and 15 ISSR primers were applied to amplify genomic DNA of cabbage, savoy, purple cabbage, borecole, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and kohlrabi The results showed that high polymorphisms were exhibited among the eight species of Brassica oleracea L. by SRAP primer pairs of M3-E5 and M4-E5, as well as ISSR primers of 844 and 888, especially primer 844 which can identify all eight materials efficiently.

Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) is an important fiber and oil-producing crop. Flax rust, caused by Melampsora lini Ehrenb. Lev., occurs worldwide and can cause severe losses in seed yield and fiber quality. In order to identify molecular markers linked to the flax rust resistant gene M4, RAPD analysis of NM4, a near-isogenic line containing the M4 gene, and the recurrent parent Bison was carried out with 540 decamer primers. The primer OPA18 could stably amplify a specific fragment, OPA18(432), in the NM4 line. The OPA18(432) marker was testified to be closely linked to the M4 gene with a genetic distance of 2.1 cM through the analysis of the F2 mapping population derived from a cross of Bison x NM4. Based on the sequence of OPA18(432), the specific PCR primers were designed, and a SCAR marker for the M4 gene was produced. Amplification of different resistant materials proved that the maker is specific for the M4 gene. This marker has been used successfully in marker-assisted selection in the flax breeding program.
