Translation of research projects to chemical comprehensive experimental for undergraduates is vital to facilitate integration of scientific research and college teaching, which makes great contribution to the cultivation of scientific research and innovation abilities of undergraduates majored in chemistry. This article takes "pyridine-oxazole fluorescent probes" as a specific case to establish a comprehensive chemistry experiment for undergraduates. The experiment considers the following four basic factors including comprehensiveness, systematism, operability, and openness. The comprehensive chemistry experiment established on the basis can stimulate both innovative thinking and innovation consciousness of undergraduates, and realize the goal of systematically cultivating students' experimental abilities and overall quality. In order to improve the application frequency of large-scale instruments, make the resources reasonabe and effective, give full play to the role of large-scale instruments in teaching and research, resource sharing of large-scale instruments is the inevitable developing trend of testing center. The work had been done by "985" instrumental analysis center in resource sharing construction is introduced from three aspects: establishment of the operating mechanism, intelligent management system construction and the improvement of professional quality of the experimental technical personnel. With the rapid development of the society, the comprehensive quality of talents in innovative thinking, creative ability and environmental protection idea and so on, is becoming higher and higher. As a specialized basic course, physical chemistry experiment plays an important role in the cultivation of comprehensive quality of students. In order to improve physical chemistry experiment course impact, innovation and environment protection-oriented teaching reform was practiced, including experimental devices update, experimental content optimization and integration, combination of physical chemistry experiment and research program of students, and modernization of experimental data processing method, and achieved good results. The present situation of safety management of chemical laboratory in universities is reviewed and should be improved. The development trend of teaching and scientific research decided the laboratory safety management level. The problems existing in our chemistry laboratory are analyzed thoroughly and the necessity of carrying out knowledge competition on chemistry laboratory safety is put forward. It is suggested there should be enough support and guarantee system corresponding to laboratory safety knowledge competition. The competition subjects are defined and the organizational form and contest content are interpreted. The implementation strategy of knowledge competition on chemical laboratory safety in colleges and universities is analyzed. It is pointed out education courses about safety should be set up. At the same time，a variety of teaching methods and assessment methods should be used to make the knowledge competition effective. This activity not only can promote the coordinated development of teaching and scientific research，but also can find out the talents suitable for related research about chemical laboratory safety. A novel chemical calcium oscillator is constructed by combining the iodate-sulfite-ferrocyanide (ISF) system with the CaNa2EDTA complex formation equilibrium. Effects of temperature, flow rate and acid concentration on ISF are investigated to seek the best pH oscillation performance. Calcium oscillation in the novel oscillator is stable, and there are many ways to inspect the nonlinear phenomenon in the system, so it is suitable to setup further spatiotemporal calcium signaling system on the basis of this oscillator.
