A call admission control based on resource sharing in LTE-Advanced relay system was proposed.If the shared resources of the target site for new users and handover users are used up，handover users can use the reserved r esources of the target site for handover users to access system，while new users can access system by resource sharing between the sites in the cell which the target site inside.Simulation results show that compared the proposed algorithm with LTE-Advanced system on fixed bandwidth reservation scheme and LTE-Advanced relay system on fixed bandwidth reservation scheme，the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the blocking probability of new users and dropping probability of handover users in the cell，and can improve the system resource utilization.

To improve the access capacity in wireless network with the QoS ensuring,the service similarity in the wireless network was researched,and the service bandwidth was calal with similarity and QoS parameters.Then an SS-CAC (self-organized based on network similarity call admission control) mechanism based on the service bandwidth optimization was introduced to lower the system bandwidth utilization and service rejection probability.And the novel mechanism was achieved and simulated.Compared with traditional CAC,the results of simulation show the performance of SS-CAC mechanism can not only ensure the quality of the voice service but also reduce the bandwidth utilization of the data service by 2.69%.In addition,it can also reduce the call rejection ratio and call drop ratio by 0.95% and 2.81% respectively in the case of high cell load.

A call admission control strategy based on traffic priorities was proposed after considering the different rates of traffic requirements and the attributes of different admission requests of services.According to the current system load ,it decides whether or not to accept the call request by taking the strategy of queue / deceleration / demolitions.Simulation results show that the strategy is significantly improved in the systems service level and resource utilization.

Putting forward the CAC schemes with imperfect power control for multimedia traffic would be great signifi-cant.The system capacity with imperfect power control and the other-cell to intra-cell interference factor was analyzed.And then considering the voice/video/data multimedia traffic scenario,a novel QoS（quality of service） based on CAC scheme was proposed.The simulation results show that the system capacity is heavily affected by the imperfect power control,and the proposed scheme can guarantee the QoS for different traffic efficiently,and improves the resource utility significantly.

This paper presented a call admission control (CAC) scheme in wireless mobile networks with integrated voice and data services. Calls are separated into four different classes in this scheme: originating voice call, originating data call, voice and data calls handover from neighboring cells. The performance of the proposed scheme was analyzed by building a multi-dimensional Markov chain model and numerical calculation. The scheme was also compared with the admission control schemes without preemption mechanism or handover-dedicated channels mechanism.
